Today on RÚV English Radio, the hot Icelandic twist on jam. Ívar Örn Hansen starting making chilli jams at the request of his wife. Now, from his facility in Kópavogur, many different flavours (ranging from one to five on the "chilli scale" of heat) are produced, and available across the country.
