RCMP in Cochrane have laid serious charges against a Calgary man, Allan Rain, 29, accused of online child luring and possessing child sexual abuse material. The case began in May when a parent noticed their child sending private photos to an unknown contact. Investigators traced the activity to Rain’s devices and located him in Calgary, where he was arrested Wednesday. He’s expected in court Friday.
