A 57-year-old man in Mingo County, George Harmon Runyon, was arrested after allegedly beating a victim with a gun during a heated argument on Dandelion Lane—resulting in a serious head wound. Runyon, a known felon with prior domestic battery and firearm possession convictions, faces two counts of being a prohibited person with a firearm. Authorities found two guns at his Delbarton home and transported the victim to the hospital. The case remains under active investigation.
