- 3:21audio. He's calling in on the phone. Y'all know that I have been
- 3:27on this journey for the last what year two now, apostle trying to bring
- 3:35awareness to some of the things that's going on behind prison walls, some of
- 3:38the things that's affecting our Brown people that are incarcerated. We often hear that
- 3:46people are wrongfully and overly incarcerated. But it seemed like it's just a imagination.
- 3:53It's just like it's just not real. It just seemed so surreal,
- 3:58like this this really happened in the twenty first century. It's this really happening.
- 4:01Yes, it's really happening, and it's happening at an alarming rate,
- 4:06and it needs to be addressed. So I have been for the last maybe
- 4:12i'm most year now, I've been working with some individuals that it's incarcerated in
- 4:17the state of Texas, trying to bring some light to some of the things
- 4:20that's happening in the state of Texas, because guess what, if it's happening
- 4:25in Texas, it's probably happening someone else. So we definitely want to bring
- 4:29some light to some of these things. So tonight, y'all, I'm gonna
- 4:32move out the way, because y'all know, I get to going and I
- 4:34cannot come time contain myself with this big old mouth if I got But I
- 4:40have a special guest. His name is Carnell Jackie Drummer. He's currently incarcerated
- 4:46in the state of Taxis at the John B. Connel Unit, and y'all
- 4:54have probably heard and seen him across this platform because he is one of the
- 4:58individuals that I have been passionately working trying until you get set free, because
- 5:08he have been wrongfully incarcerated for over thirty three years. So I've been sharing
- 5:13his story and just really trying to bring some light to some of the things
- 5:15that's taking place in the state of Texas. Mister Carnell, if you would
- 5:21introduce yourself to these young ladies that's on the platform with me, they may
- 5:26have some questions. Of course, when you have been kicking it, so
- 5:29there's a lot about your case and a lot about you that I already know
- 5:32but they don't know. So if you would please briefly introduce yourself to them
- 5:38so that they can find out a little bit about you and they may have
- 5:40some questions for you on tonight, So go ahead to introduce yourself, sir.
- 5:46Okay, my name is Cornio Drummer. I've been in course breaking the
- 5:48thirty three years tell us something one one hundred and fifty four years, selling
- 5:54taken out a Bear County with the San Antonio, Texas and since my confinement,
- 5:59you have become to be a Texas prisoner, a writer, you know
- 6:02on time to have beendicated myself from a wrong for conviction. You know,
- 6:06I'm fan due to having a victim corruption, bribery and things of that nature
- 6:12in sanl Antonio and Beer County. Wow. So you said you have a
- 6:18sentence of a hundred in how many years? Fifty four? One hundred and
- 6:27fifty four years? Wow? Now huh what was receiving that sentences like?
- 6:34I mean, what was your reaction when you got that back? Well,
- 6:40ma'n. Never did I know that I was a part of a judicial conspiracy
- 6:44operation in San Antonio. The judges in my county man who end up turned
- 6:47out to be the different attorneys in all of this nature. They even liberally
- 6:51gave me this time because of you know, their operation and what turns out
- 6:57to be a wrong for conviction. That it just back to sentences that I
- 7:02asked. While I was in jail, I was charged with a murdicase.
- 7:05And thirteen months after being in jail, when they had no evidence to completely
- 7:09for the murder case, they called me downstairs and put me in for a
- 7:12drug take. And when I got the court to jud getting infer me me,
- 7:15he go to an all white Jewish trial with ten white police saucers standing
- 7:19behind me in the fourth word, with the doors locked, and the juries
- 7:23found me beauty for the drug cage first, then they post phone the drug
- 7:27case from three months later. They took me to court again in the same
- 7:30way, which is uh, the all white Jewish trial. Doors locked and
- 7:34I'm saying too highly publicized capital murder case. I was trying between but the
- 7:39judge end up stacking the sentences. So since when I confined them, I
- 7:42been here trying to indicate myself with these cases. I got all the evidence
- 7:46of provements. For still because of the nepoticism of our system, it's hard
- 7:48for anybody to indicate themselves. Our government it's corrupt. It's not just the
- 7:54courthouse, it's the whole government system down. Here's corruption. And with that
- 7:58being said, I would like to share light on our parole boards system.
- 8:01Okay. Knowing that I was wrong in the convicted and half the evidence to
- 8:05prove it, I brought this information to the attention of the parole board.
- 8:09Okay. I was doing twenty eight years if I came up parole A twenty
- 8:13nineteen after coming up up the role, the parole counselor told me that he
- 8:16did not believe in brandon help by one, a help by two, or
- 8:20up by three for an individual after serving twenty eight years coming up for the
- 8:24first time. Okay, So we ended up getting me a two years set
- 8:28off. Okay, Then again he gave me another two year set off,
- 8:31and then again he gave me a one year set off. So since the
- 8:33fire, now it has been discovered that our Texas governor, who is a
- 8:37former district attorney, has turned our pro role boards system into a judicial branch
- 8:43of government. Our pro role board system is packed with district attorneys, judges,
- 8:48lawyers, partice officers, and tdclf. So, with this being said,
- 8:52ma'am, our judicial branch of government is the parole board system. Now,
- 8:56so then up when God come up up the road, a provole board
- 9:00system don't care anything about our rehabilitation status. All they care about is how
- 9:05much time they believe as an individual that we should serve in prison. This
- 9:09guy's the amn that they're being set on fifteen times seventeen times for the same
- 9:15identical reason. See, we don't have a liberty interest paying take which means
- 9:20that because we don't have a lifting interest, which means that we have to
- 9:22rely on our parole board system to let us go. It's not many nottory
- 9:28that they let us go. So with this being said, now, our
- 9:31government has turned our parole board system until you're just repressed government. Therefore,
- 9:35I have to prepaying on this individual who just don't want to let me go
- 9:41so that I have proven to him. So what you're saying is that people
- 9:46possess enough power to where they can say, well, this person deserves or
- 9:52does not deserve to be free just by how they feel and what they think.
- 10:00Yes, yes, ma'am. That's our system down here, and we
- 10:05have been trying to reform our system. Okay, the text of legislators created
- 10:09what we call a point system, the STROLL a singular point factors sport,
- 10:13which means that if an individual is consistent low, moderate, or higher risk,
- 10:18but the role board is supposed to consider that and determine whether or not
- 10:22they should be grant up for role or denied for role. Okay, we
- 10:26have people who hit under graduated, our master degrees, social degrees and everything
- 10:30you can find. But what happens is that our prole boards system, if
- 10:33they don't feel that that person needs to grant the role. They won't give
- 10:35them role. They'll get devided no matter how much realbilitation we get, no
- 10:41matter what programs we take, no matter what we do, they will still
- 10:45deny that individual per role. So we are governed by an individual, not
- 10:48a p role board system. Down on textis man, and we are begging
- 10:52our state and legislators and representatives to try to help us reform our prole board
- 10:58system, to reform the count pufficient of our parole board redeal processs. I'll
- 11:03write for Parole Lose magazine. And because of that, ma'am, I have
- 11:07exposed a lot of the Texas point system, a lot of the corruption of
- 11:09our parole board system, and a lot of the corruption and our criminal justice
- 11:13system. And because of that, ma'am, I have become a target for
- 11:18the Texas criminal justice system. Now I am considered a political prisoner. With
- 11:22that being said, now the Parole Board and no other board in this state
- 11:26of Texas is willing to let me out. So with that being said,
- 11:30without any support, anybody willing to stand up board, you know they're gonna
- 11:33keep doing this. Is there no way to get you moved into another facility?
- 11:43Do you know what, nown that's a good question, ma'am. Okay,
- 11:46in twenty nineteen, I ax for a transfer from this particular while because
- 11:54the people here in San Antonio, Texas are born a d A, judges,
- 11:58lawyers and stuff like that. Well, what happened in San Antonio And
- 12:01with that being said, the parole being instructed by the Portunity Office to not
- 12:09so I ask them to let me go to another unit, but they're gonna
- 12:13do it. Man, that's a good question. So can you explain?
- 12:18Can you explain because a lot of people don't really know your case, So
- 12:22for those that are tuning in that don't have never heard of who you are,
- 12:26can you explain to to them exactly what you mean about bribery and and
- 12:37and scandal fixing and and and all of that, because it goes deep.
- 12:43It goes as deep as people losing their lives and people coming forward and people
- 12:50being You know that that's been a case where it's been proven that there's actually
- 12:56been fried happening. And when people have come forth and people begin to be
- 13:01prosecuted prosecuted, they disappear. So can you share some light on really what
- 13:11is going on within this Barrett County operation. And when you say operation,
- 13:18because a lot of us may not know what you mean when you say operations.
- 13:20So can you explain that? Okay, just flam In nineteen ninety two,
- 13:28a former Barrett County chief Lytical Examiner and his several honors has got called
- 13:33babtist fabricade neverday. Okay. Well, prior to that, I had fathered
- 13:37complaining with the judge whom saying that these people of fabricad neverdands like well,
- 13:41the judge turns out to be the same one who's helping them fabricad helders like
- 13:45Kate. Well. Eventually, out of that they hued an investigation on that.
- 13:50But the investigation was affirm to the district Attorney and the same chief medical
- 13:54Examina. But since that time they had come it's the operation up. So
- 13:58during my courtiation, I started doing my own investigation. Come to find out
- 14:03the chief of Police and is a evidence fixing scandal expert. They had sussified
- 14:07the offense report and the WS one of my case by putting a ballistics man
- 14:13name in the response stating that he test by the girl that they took from
- 14:18the hand of a dead man. And who is this expert. Can you
- 14:20can you share light on who this expert is. This expert is the same
- 14:26doctor from the saves On Mortan case. Okay, ylistic with the with the
- 14:33fingers man Okay, And with that being fished, is doctor Vincil dem the
- 14:37Mayo. He is responsible for the entire evidence fixen scandal here and take because
- 14:43they have assigned him over the Texts Forensic Science Commission. So with that being
- 14:46said, he's allowed to come up all of his cases. Man, everything
- 14:50that he'd worked on, all of the wrongful convictions in Dallas, Texas is
- 14:54responsible because of him. But don't nobody noticed because did nobody do no investigation
- 15:00him? But I have. So what happened now is that he made an
- 15:03attempt on my life okay, through the University of Texas medical branch after our
- 15:09father complaint against this in they didn't, but he immediately before that they chilled
- 15:13my prosecutor who he testified both because me and her were set board hearing against
- 15:20him. Okay, So this is where they tried to come up the operation
- 15:24by getting rid of me and her. Okay. So recently a San Antonia
- 15:28Express music bough he went to go getting my record and when she did,
- 15:31she comes and learned that my whole case fib had been sent to the office
- 15:35of the Texas Attorney General in nineteen ninety four, after they had already bought
- 15:41tofied and fabricated all of the evidence, two years after I was convicted.
- 15:46Okay, two years before I was convicted. They thought about the belistress before
- 15:50it to say that it was the polistic sport that the guns retreat from the
- 15:52hands of the victim when test party come to firm. Now the police department
- 15:58did her investigation and next that the guerney never been said to nobody to be
- 16:02test part. So I'm filed for actual PARSI claim. But this time I
- 16:06have been continuously denied, ma'am. Right now, I have a hundred million
- 16:10dollars got along to father san Antonio take in the United States Disti Court for
- 16:15the Western District of Texas about this whole operation. The judge is my case
- 16:19right now. He was the same judge who issued to under for the investigation
- 16:23in nineteen ninety two, so he's familiar with the evidence victms candle because he's
- 16:29the one allows them to cover it up. So I'm called up an anipotism
- 16:33scandal man, not only an evidence fixing scandal, not only corruption, not
- 16:37only judge properly, but anipotism counsel. But I'm playing is that my attorney
- 16:41was paid off by my judge to get my convictions right. My appeal has
- 16:48never been reviewed by nobody. I have been sitting in prison for very three
- 16:52years on requirement that has never been investigated and has never been reviewed by nobody,
- 16:56not even the Court of Appeal. So now they're thinking that, Okay,
- 17:00well that can't be proper. Well I got the doctor to prove it,
- 17:07so it's got to be proper. But I'm here in front of the
- 17:10thirty three years and I can't get out now because of the parole boys system
- 17:14being a destructed at when you talk about selves and you say that they gave
- 17:18you another year set out, so what does that mean? Okay, it
- 17:23means that we're just not gonna let you go at this time and until we
- 17:27feel like we want to let you go, we're not gonna let you go.
- 17:32So now I'm in the same position I was two years ago, and
- 17:34I'm in a position now because when I come up on parole again and December
- 17:38at January, I have to be placed in the same position. Man.
- 17:42Whether or not they feel like they want to let me go, they don't
- 17:45have to. They can give me a ten year CET off if they feel
- 17:48like, you know, and there's nothing we can do about it, because
- 17:52we're gonna now well, nobody was here in the state of Texas, and
- 17:57I stay representatives in our long for not doing anything to try to correct this
- 18:02problems. And when you say people, when you say liberty interests, what
- 18:06does that mean? A liberty interest is a constitutional magnitude, which means that
- 18:11you have a liberty interest to a right to promote until prest time and your
- 18:15good time and your work time people, the amount of your actual filth.
- 18:19That means that that's a mandatory dispression, a mandatory a decision that they have
- 18:23depression provote. But because of the fact that we don't have that liberty interests
- 18:27like other states, then here it is we were governed by a parole board
- 18:30individual that believes that he shouldn't grant or grant me parole. So that's the
- 18:37difference in another state from Pixas. So ex slavery man will be wow,
- 18:42I yeah, I want you to share. I mean you have mentioned before
- 18:47to me something about one of the parole board people saying that if you do
- 18:56get out, they're gonna make you wear a ankle it for the rest of
- 18:59your life, for the rest of your life. Yes, ma'am, my
- 19:03name is delmier is Man. He's a commissioner. If you do twenty years
- 19:07in prison, to help her, commissioner and whatever the individual, if the
- 19:11boy will help to tell you to quest Oh, we gotta wait till she
- 19:25come back. Yeah, lord lord, well, I'll tell you this is
- 19:33a hot mess. But I was. I was looking at the First Act,
- 19:40the First Step at this is what Trump is using the First Step Act
- 19:45how he can get out of prison. Sorry, I got keeped out.
- 19:48I got keeped out, keep me out. So y'all miss that holess,
- 19:52that holess statement. But the devil, the devil is a lie. On
- 19:56the end. He he he mad, he's be he upset, and he
- 20:00just all around her, just messing with stuff. But it's okay. I'm
- 20:07listening to apostle. She she sup posted something about we need to investigate the
- 20:15First Step Act. Have you are you familiar with the First Step Act or
- 20:18have you heard of something called the First Step Act. Yes slam h.
- 20:25The First Step Act okay, is a process that you know, our Congress
- 20:30Concus has tried to perform you late, to try to you know, help
- 20:33individuals, you know, get seen about Provola, get out of I mean
- 20:37get out of prison and stuff like this here, and you know, to
- 20:41try to perform our criminal justice. But that's only for the said, it's
- 20:45not for the state. So they tried to bring that to the state because
- 20:48we had disproportionate sentences in the Sad Slam And with that then said state courts,
- 20:53we have people sitting here with ninety nine years or twenty dollars people to
- 20:56crack cocaine, you know. So with that being saved, ma'am, the
- 21:00first step to actors, really it don't even apply to us till now here.
- 21:04In the state of Texas they have established what they call a six and
- 21:07six uh COCCUS, which is a reform process. And they disappolished with this,
- 21:11I mean they disassembled it because they wouldn't get nowhere. But just recently,
- 21:15ma'am, they have established a clining Member Democratic Cocus, which is to
- 21:21try and reform our prominent sustances to address issues of you know, the role
- 21:25and and and the law parties, the Second Look Bill, and you know
- 21:29other issues of you know that's in society, but one or not it is
- 21:33going to go anywhere. Man is as a heart of a different color because
- 21:36we have a governor down here here who's not trying to grant anything anything nothing,
- 21:42No Second Look Bill, no no law party, build, no anything.
- 21:47Man, So what can we do out of that? Where? Where?
- 21:51Where? Okay, there's some questions. Where do we start to help
- 21:56that that that's a question that was that was asked. Where do we start
- 22:00to help? So? How how how can we help? We We're not
- 22:06in the state of Texas. We're we're all in different states. You have
- 22:11three of us, Patrese the time Apostle, she's in the state of Ohio.
- 22:19If we wanted to help, I know you you have one minute.
- 22:22Are you able to call back? Yes? Okay, okay, okay,
- 22:27all right, thank you. So we're gonna he's he's gonna call back,
- 22:32but we're gonna have an opportunity need to kind of dig in and if y'all
- 22:37have some questions, feel free to ask your questions. And if you're tuned
- 22:41in and you have a question, or you may have some resources, you
- 22:45may know of something that could help, because guess what, he's not the
- 22:49only one I oftentime here from people. And if y'all have been following me
- 22:56over the last couple of weeks, I have been sharing individual well just last
- 23:00week alone, I shared I think it was six individuals that is also incarcerated
- 23:11alongside of mister Drummond. And they have various cases and and and some of
- 23:18them, yeah, they did do what they did, but how they handled
- 23:22their cases it's totally wrong. And and you know, we understand that,
- 23:30you know, people have to take for what and you know a lot of
- 23:33them are not. They're not they're not coming against that because they know that
- 23:37they did and they know that they have to take they did. But when
- 23:45when is drawing the line? Well, when do we draw the line?
- 23:49And at what point do we start to say okay, then you know we
- 23:55should give these people a second chance, because you you're looking at where they
- 24:00giving people Like you said, one hundred and fifty years, one hundred and
- 24:04ninety nine years, people will never receive the light of day. When is
- 24:11when is when is enough enough? And when it's we're gonna say, okay,
- 24:21well, people do get a second chance. The State of Texas don't
- 24:26believe in second chances. They don't believe in rehabilitation. They don't believe that,
- 24:32you know, they are entitled to a second chance. Now, let
- 24:37the truth be told. A lot of us, a lot of us,
- 24:41some of us have broken laws and should be locked up right now, should
- 24:44be incarcerating. But because of grace and mercy, because of grace and mercy,
- 24:48and just because we didn't get caught, we didn't get caught, that
- 24:52we are free. You know. It's these people are sitting behind prison wall.
- 24:57They have been wrongfully incarcerated. They have falsified documents, They have done
- 25:03so much to keep these people in prison. And if you follow the judicial
- 25:08system, it was never designed for us Brown people anyway, if you go
- 25:12back and you look at what it was designed for, it was designed to
- 25:18keep us captives if we slip, if we escape as as slaves. And
- 25:26then you look at how they run these operations and what they do a lot
- 25:30of cases, these people are treated less than human. You you talk about,
- 25:34We're gonna get into how they feed them, how they allow them to,
- 25:41you know, do different things. You would think that they would have
- 25:45programs and ploys that would want to teach them and to help them to transition
- 25:52back into society. Because people make a mistake does not mean that they are
- 25:56evil, that they cannot be forgiven, that they cannot get back into society
- 26:02and do these things. So welcome back, mister drama. Welcome back,
- 26:07mister Dramma. Do y'all have any questions, because I know y'all know I
- 26:10don't get the talking, and I would just take over the show because this
- 26:15is this is something that I am very passionate about, and and and everything
- 26:18that that I do, I try to be passionate about it. When this
- 26:21was dropped in my lap, when this was dropped in my spirit, it
- 26:23just it just it just I just had to do something. I cannot just
- 26:27sit by and just watch. You know, a lot of people they not
- 26:32moved because it's not happening to them. It's not happening to their family member,
- 26:37so they they not concern. But I want people to understand that this
- 26:41could be because you your child can be riding down the street, and they
- 26:47can be in the wrong place at the wrong time, and and and because
- 26:51they can be a party to the crime they can be a party to the
- 26:55crime. And that's a lot of what is happening in the state of Texas.
- 26:57They have all these different things in place, and because they are not
- 27:03governed by the United States government, because they are they they's like they not
- 27:07a part of the United States. Like they got their own stuff, and
- 27:10they're looking at everybody else and they're doing what they want to do. And
- 27:12the governor is running everything, and he's saying what is this and what is
- 27:18dead? And what is this? And then you google and I tell anybody
- 27:22google corruption and the State of Texas and why at you watch pops up.
- 27:29It will blow your mind. And the fact that these people see this stuff,
- 27:33they see it going on, they see it happening, and nobody is
- 27:36doing nothing about me. It saddens me. And to think if it's happening
- 27:40in Texas, that's what it can be happening anywhere else. It can happen
- 27:45anywhere else, y'all. It's time for us as round people to speak up
- 27:52up because guess what, but it's happening to us, it's happening to any
- 27:56any other panel have any questions that they were like, my only thing is
- 28:06where do you have any question. My only thing is where where are the
- 28:11ben crumps of the world that are You know, they're they're showing up for
- 28:18other people for certain things things. But why is Texas being swept under the
- 28:25rug and nobody knows what's what's what and what's going on? Why isn't it
- 28:29being brought to the forefront? Well, and that's what we're doing, like
- 28:37we I want to say that they have sent different people, have sent stuff
- 28:42to different people UACP. Why because a lot of these people are involved in
- 28:48this stuff. A lot of these people are evolved in the cover up.
- 28:52A lot of these people are are They don't want to speak up, They
- 28:56don't want to get involved, They don't want to say anything because then they
- 29:00feel like they may be at jeopardy. Well, what are your thoughts,
- 29:03mister Drummond? Why why are the being crumps of the world? And and
- 29:07I'm gonna put it out there, where are the Cornell Exus and and all
- 29:11of these other people that are right there in the state of Texas that are
- 29:15that are that are saying that they are activists, that are saying that they
- 29:19are fighting for the rights of their people. Where are they? Where are
- 29:23they in my spaces. Something that's a very good question around. So it's
- 29:27my compliment. Now I have clun now to give probably one of the best
- 29:32pick fighters in the state of ticks now and with that being said, I
- 29:34have helped trouble inmates get accelerated the clown they did not commit. And with
- 29:40that being said, now such then confirmed. I have father complaints with everybody
- 29:45in the state of Texas, Washington, DC, everywhere that you can name.
- 29:51I'll have father complaint with documentary fact moving to these individuals that we have
- 29:56a serious corrupt prom for governance fixing judge on nation campaign, quarter point of
- 30:00attorney, double feeling, quarter of appeal of rubber stepping operation in the state
- 30:04of Texas that's undermining the confidence and then take it if I can to justice.
- 30:10I have contact of the state resented the Texas Fellers to John with my
- 30:14Rodney Hailers, Joe Moody or car Server. I have contact of the court
- 30:19judges. I got a request in the United States dis the court judge right
- 30:23now asking him for them to conduct an independent film investigation in every case out
- 30:29of San Antonio Hill County because of this severn A Sitions Candle. They claim
- 30:34not to have jours fiction. Okay, so since this time I end up
- 30:37following a hundred million not a lawsuit about the same operation. Now that Dad
- 30:41got the lawsuits, now he don't even want to respond to me. But
- 30:45I'm buying myself, man. So because I'm buy myself, is hard for
- 30:48me to be able to get any anything done out of these people. Not
- 30:52only dead man when the tempers made him my life, I headed the follower
- 30:55fifty and not a lawsuits behind the same thing and the same thing they kept
- 30:59him out of me. So with that being said, now it's hard for
- 31:02anybody who don't have any outside help or support to get anything because Texans are
- 31:07one thing. All we have to do install you and keep you locked up
- 31:11behind them walls and guess what kill you guy? That's it, and they
- 31:15will. So that's what's been happening here in the state of Texas. Man,
- 31:18believe me. I got a complaint on the SA twenty three syllable zero
- 31:25PO three eight eighty nine, which is a civil rights laws fume in San
- 31:29Antonio, Texas. So one hundred million not a laws too against the police
- 31:33Department, the Medical Example's Office, and the distric attorney's office, but it's
- 31:37very same operations. But they don't want to give me no investigation because it
- 31:41was overturned every case out of Bear County for the last three to four decades.
- 31:47Man, And this is what they don't want to have to do.
- 31:49So this is why I'm saying, man, my hypodical face with everybody,
- 31:52even the United States, the United States Department of Justice, everybody, the
- 31:57LBI, the term of chape of Pardy, the city. So who is
- 32:01the judge? Who is the judge that holds this case right now, this
- 32:07particular case. His name is mister Orlando AO Garfield and he's in the United
- 32:14States District Court for the Western Districts of Texas at San Antonio. And what
- 32:21was his response to you? Because I understand that you have a letter that
- 32:23was written to you that that that that says that you if what you're saying
- 32:29is correct, that you should not even be incarcerated and that you should that
- 32:34you should please explain to them share with them that that's very true. That's
- 32:40very true. Man. Uh, Mister Orlando, after he's doing the facts
- 32:45of my case and the exhibits that was attached to my case, he clearly
- 32:49stated that if the factor is shown would be true, with mister Thorman is
- 32:52saying, then quite yet this conviction of invalid? Okay, But he turned
- 32:57right around and said that I had the father complaint, been two years of
- 33:00the law since making it. Discovering the fact that I've been wrong for convicted,
- 33:07Well that means that from twenty twenty one to twenty twenty three I should
- 33:10have followed a complaints with What he failed to realize is that I can follow
- 33:15a complaints for thirty three years exactly. So I've seen him a cowfee of
- 33:19heavy letter that I've got showing him that I have fared complaints for thirty three
- 33:23plast years. So now he don't want to respond to me now because I
- 33:29have folks showing him that I have far complaints with MBI to turn the friends
- 33:32chief of everybody. So right now I'm waiting to see for his responses.
- 33:37So how can people how can people that are that really have no ties to
- 33:44Texas? How I mean, how can we help you? We're here here
- 33:47in South Carolina and then you got people that may be in different places,
- 33:52But how how can we help not being that we are in Texas? Oh
- 33:58see, we have a place called the TECH the Attorney General Office. Indeed,
- 34:02individuals are responsible for conducting an independent investigation until these operations. Okay.
- 34:08We also have the Department of Justice. Okay, the Department of Justice are
- 34:13supposed to assigned and individual investigated to conducting investigation and to corruption, you know,
- 34:20and stuff like this of this nature. Why because this is a tradicial
- 34:23operation, which means that it falls up under the federal guidelines. Okay,
- 34:28So the FBI should have been the world who assigned to this case to investigate
- 34:31this case. Well, unfortunately, the IFDI two is involved, that's the
- 34:37problem. They've been having a complaint for me, eighty five page complaint for
- 34:42me, but the whole operation, and because they involved, they do not
- 34:46want to response to me. And this was on October twenty fourth of twenty
- 34:52eighteen that I sent them netfact. But in nineteen ninety four our followed up
- 34:55playing with them for civil rights violation and they would not investigated. While he
- 35:00cuts my judge and they'll gissing in orders appeal to charge my extentuge with corruption
- 35:07and property taking him off the bitch because he fought a complaint against my prosecutor
- 35:13with double building the county. With that being said, as they came along,
- 35:16they ended up making my prosecutor a hot girl because she would do too
- 35:22much. So that being said, they had to shut her mouth for to
- 35:25what they end up doing Eviitually, me and h was set for a trial
- 35:29against the doctor from the Trayvon Martin case and she was found dead day before
- 35:35we were set to go to the hearing. So after that family counseled me
- 35:38out, I couldn't go to the hearing. Did immediately after that family,
- 35:42the temper was laid on my life. They filled my body up with clear
- 35:45water, man, clear water, causing my lungs to collapse at the Beetle
- 35:52unit. Yes, man, my lungs collapsed on me. And they come
- 35:54to ask me where did I get the food? I told him exactly where
- 35:58it happened. The food you no got no bacteria in it. I don't
- 36:01got no infections or anything to help generate anything of my body. So they're
- 36:06thinking that I put the water in my body. So with that being said,
- 36:09ma'am, we don't. I don't know what else to do. I've
- 36:13done anything, man, I don't have no help down here. You know,
- 36:15we don't have no help. It's not I because we all need help
- 36:20down here, man, an investigation from the equatulive Justice, Attorney General's Office,
- 36:24the FBI, and anybody else. So what can I mean, what
- 36:30can we do? Like? Where? Where? Where's you? Where do
- 36:34we start? What can we do? Okay? We have a platform called
- 36:39a pretextive campaign, man, and because of this platform, Man, this
- 36:43platform is being used now to bring attention and awareness to eat types of situations.
- 36:47Okay, with that Ben said, we're trying to utilize this platform to
- 36:51get this information to the people who are responsible for conducting an investigation. Until
- 36:55these types of operations because people down here, now you know, once they
- 37:00find complaints, okay, they just kick them to the curve and that's it.
- 37:02But if we have a support group maund associated with some type of platform,
- 37:07then yes, now they have to conduct that investigation and they will.
- 37:13But we don't have no support so they I mean the text us a pretexts
- 37:19campaign. Now we're trying to formulate some type of support group to get us
- 37:22in investigations down here, man. And if anybody know anything about the pretext
- 37:27campaign, that's what members a good program. We appreciate, you know,
- 37:30what I'm saying to found us. You know what I'm saying, Missess Solmos
- 37:34for establishing that program for us and not just that round will appreciate everything to
- 37:37have done to bring awareness to what we got going on here in texts,
- 37:42because it's way all overd ma'n, it's way over you. Well, thank
- 37:45you very much. Man, Is there a way? Is there a way
- 37:52that we can get signatures and get those to whomever they may need to go
- 38:00to to help in this situation? I'm sorry it blanked out? What did
- 38:10you say again? Could you repeat yourself? I was asking if there was
- 38:16a way that we could do like signatures and and get a certain amount of
- 38:21signatures and get them to wherever they need to be to you know, see
- 38:27if we actually yeah, we actually have a petition. Apostle started the petition
- 38:37free It was Free Car their drama petition that we started. It's just about
- 38:45just getting it shared and getting it out there and people signing it and being
- 38:50aware and just being a voice, you know. So yeah, that that
- 38:58that definitely is option we have. I I have now since created a Free
- 39:04Texas campaign Facebook page. We have a YouTube. I have been recording every
- 39:12I have dedicated Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to allowing some of these individuals the
- 39:16opportunity to share their voices and to allow themselves to you know, the opportunity
- 39:22to share. So y'all will be hearing more from some of these individuals if
- 39:30you have time, if you will, just go over, if you're on
- 39:32Facebook, go over to the Free Texas campaign page, and you get an
- 39:37opportunity to read some of these stories, to to read some of these letters
- 39:44that I've even written. I've written letters to the government, about the parole
- 39:50board, about the different things that are are happening. But then yet nobody
- 39:55responds I I I send letter out the letter. There's been issues with the
- 40:00mail. That's been all types of issues. Right now. We have been
- 40:07sending magazines to the prison since November last year, you know, trying to
- 40:13help keep them abreast of the things that's happening on the outside, showing them
- 40:17that yet we are sharing their situation and what's going on behind wall, and
- 40:22they have denied them the magazine. If the magazine has been going there since
- 40:29March here lately, I think it was July. I said it must have
- 40:32been something in the magazine that they did not want the inmates to be abreast
- 40:37of and they they they helped my magazines. They lied about it until I
- 40:45made a fuss and went over the prison's head because one thing about me is
- 40:49I'm gonna find out who's over you, and I'm gonna go to the people.
- 40:52I'm I'm I'm gonna I'm gonna get people involved, and I'm gonna get
- 40:57more people involved. So I reached out to different people and I let them
- 41:01know, Hey, this is who I'm reaching out to, this is this
- 41:04is who I've tech who I also sent this too. So if you can't
- 41:09do nothing, abody know that this person has it too. So I'm making
- 41:13people be held accountable because that's what it's all about. When when people think
- 41:19that don't nobody know that this is going on, Well no, I'm letting
- 41:22everybody know that, Hey, you got this letter, you are aware of
- 41:25this, and so do what you're supposed to do. So that's what we're
- 41:31That's what I'm doing. And I'm just asking if you're hearing this, if
- 41:37you come across this, whether you're hearing it live, you're hearing the replay,
- 41:39you hear it as a real However you get this. If you hear
- 41:43it, go over support the free Texts campaign. You know, if it's
- 41:46sometimes it's just sharing some of the content and just sharing letting people know what
- 41:52is going on, bringing it to life, you know, bringing it to
- 41:55the forefront, talking about it. No, we may not be able to
- 42:00to fix everybody's situation, but at least we can bring life back to it
- 42:06so that people can see what's going on. Because there's no way I could
- 42:09be in the state of Texas and know that all this corruption is happening and
- 42:13do nothing about it because it's it's it's it's blakling you Google. I'm telling
- 42:19you. You can go to Google right now and put it in corruption in
- 42:22the State of Texas and so much will pop up. So how and why
- 42:27are they letting it go unanswered? And it's just like they're not concerned and
- 42:32and and it's time out for that because that's what's been happening. You know.
- 42:37We keep saying that let the justice system work because that's what it's supposed
- 42:43to do, but it has not worked for us, and never, it
- 42:47has never worked for us. It has never worked for us because it was
- 42:51not designed for us from from from the beginning. It was not designed for
- 42:55us. It was not set up for us, and it's gonna ever.
- 42:59It's always people don't understand that this is a trillion dollar industry. It used
- 43:04to be a billion dollars industry, but it's a trillion dollar industry. Now.
- 43:07You got, you got, you got all types of companies that are
- 43:10connected to prison. You talk about you, you wonder why if we can
- 43:16provide these school lunches, why can't we provide the same lunches for the prisoners.
- 43:21Because it's ran by the USDA, ran by the government. They give
- 43:23these people. They they don't give them full meals. They don't have a
- 43:28nutritious meal. They peanut butter and jelly. That what did y'all call what
- 43:32did y'all call y'all meals? Well, we have Johnny. Well we haven't
- 43:37had Johnny all day to day. We get Johnny every day, the six
- 43:40five days dollars a week when Johnny's and guess what Johnny says? Johnny says
- 43:45peanut butter and jealous as they give you they it's horrible that half of the
- 43:51stuff that I hear them talk about what they receive as meals. I wouldn't
- 43:54feed it to a animal, let alone feed it to right, and how
- 44:02they serve it to him, just like y'all. If y'all tuned into the
- 44:06show with Lisa, she taught her she had someone on and he talked about
- 44:10how they come around early in the morning. They come around early in the
- 44:14morning, getting you up, waking you up. I mean, they always
- 44:16keeping you at a state of of of of alertness, because why would you
- 44:21have somebody up at two three o'clock in the morning trying to feed them breakfast.
- 44:23They should be sleeping, but yet you're you're waking them up, pounced
- 44:28in the in the middle of the night, all types of stuff. It
- 44:36is not designed when you should be trying to work on things to get these
- 44:39people. And quote to society, they're killing them mental that they they they
- 44:43they it's just killing them and and and that's they just like he said,
- 44:47they they they want you to die in prison because guess what, I can
- 44:52guarantee you they got some insurance on you and they gonna get paid because with
- 44:57them, it's all about money. These people don't wanna ever see you free.
- 45:00It's all about keeping these bads feeling, and they're filling them with all
- 45:05brown people. You look at these prison systems, what's in there all brown
- 45:10people? And if you see white people in there, it's the the white
- 45:13people that's at the bottom of the totem Paul, believe that ain't the ones
- 45:17with money, because it's the ones with money that are that are getting us
- 45:22put in there because a lot of a lot of their family members should be
- 45:27in prison for some of the stuff that they've done, but they use their
- 45:31money to put other people in place. Y'all, this corruption is real.
- 45:37It ain't just a fact figment of our imagination. These people not making up
- 45:42this stuff. This stuff is real. When I'm beginning to hear some of
- 45:45these stories, I couldn't believe this stuff. How to all white jurors when
- 45:51in in in the and I forget what law it is, but it's a
- 45:54law that came out of Kentucky that states that you that it's illegal for a
- 46:02all any kind of jury. It's supposed to be a variety of your peers.
- 46:12My peers are people that look like me, people that are my age,
- 46:15people that can that that that can relate to me. So it's a
- 46:23lot, but it's gonna take much prayer. But it's gonna take us getting
- 46:29up and knocking on these people doors like I'm I'm ready to go to Texas
- 46:36and be like, okay, y'all, I'm here, but I need some
- 46:39people to go with me. I can't go by myself, but I need
- 46:44those that are that in the state of Texas. This this is this is
- 46:49this is your welfare, this could be your family member. It's time for
- 46:54them to step up into and to say something because it saddens me that this
- 47:04is happening. Saddens me. Do anybody have anything to say? Hello,
- 47:13Hello, lo apostle, Apostle Froz Well, maybe she'll she'll get to come
- 47:32back in. But mister drummer, is there anything that you would like to
- 47:36say to those that are listening on tonight? Well, yes, saying first
- 47:42of all, I don't want to say thank y'all for listening in. Man,
- 47:44you know what I'm saying, because you know this is something that we
- 47:47don't you know, only have the opportunity to to doing, to share our
- 47:50stories to the outside world. For you guys to listen in to know what's
- 47:54going on here in the State of Texas from here within the prisoner system.
- 47:59So with that, being said, ma'am, we'll appreciate y'all for coming in
- 48:01to listen in to, you know, try to understand the situations and going
- 48:06along on the other side, you know, because like she said, this
- 48:08is real corruption, bribery. The EPIB that doesn't all the stuff is real,
- 48:14and we have countless people sitting on death role. We have counless people
- 48:16sitting in prison, you know, on sapplications that they did not commit.
- 48:21You know, we have an operation around. There's still a lot of control
- 48:22that it's still happening right today as we speak. So when we're not only
- 48:28did it's a female individual who I would love to share her story. Her
- 48:32name is Jeanine Jones. She was provicted it back in nineteen eighty two for
- 48:38killing a fifty two babies, but because they couldn't have no evidence to convict
- 48:43the girls, they had her lawyer to clean her out to sixty years in
- 48:46prison for a crime she did not commit. So since that time now she
- 48:51had come up up a role and seventeen years later they took her back to
- 48:55court ground and let her pleague guilt it to another crime to kill well life
- 49:00says, just to make sure that that lady could not get out of prison,
- 49:04and she's have a very us a huge story. Yeah, it's called
- 49:07the Depth Ship. But these texts of books that's out Janine is her name,
- 49:15but she's a political prison man that she deserves some type of potential on
- 49:19her case, ma'a because the same doctor the mayo who got me is the
- 49:22same doctor who got her. So what that bed says now, But anybody
- 49:27knowing the name of Janine Jones tills the name of Janine Jones. She is
- 49:30a female individual sitting in t DC right now, ma'am with a life sellers
- 49:37Boo. You know what that bed said. I'm an you know, I'm
- 49:38a quick writer. So you have to have a heart and care about other
- 49:42people as well. Man, I can't just sit here and care about myself.
- 49:45I got to care about other people who share they stow it as well.
- 49:49But what that bear says now, I'm like I said, I appreciate
- 49:51y'all for coming home to this is to what we have to say. And
- 49:53U, like I said, if y'all, can you know, join into
- 49:55the pretective campaign, support us on a petition the signal of a petition for
- 50:00an investigation. Please do that and if you do, we can get it
- 50:05to our state representatives, our tech assilators, a techna governor, our court
- 50:08system the United States to court judge and the Department of Justice, or anybody
- 50:14who's willing to look into this. And I can guarantee you this. If
- 50:17anybody look into this particular case, they have to overturn thousands from thousands of
- 50:24bases out of Beer County, Balance, Houston, Awesome, every county in
- 50:30the state of Texas, because the same operation is playing out in teach of
- 50:35these counties. Man, it's not just Bier County. So thank you all
- 50:37very much, ma'am. And thank you too, missu Angela Thomas Smith,
- 50:40ma'am for allowing me to come on. Man, thank you very much,
- 50:44thank you, thank you. Apostle. You will get ready to say something
- 50:46and you were disconnected, would you like to say what you was for to
- 50:52say? Yes, I was trying to say. We had to go to
- 50:57these lords Jesus. We had to to the council meetings and with our petitions.
- 51:04Because here in Cincinnati, they got bikes. A group of people went
- 51:07down to the council meeting with their petition and got bikes on these streets where
- 51:13the people pay five hours for these bikes, a petition, all because they
- 51:16went to the council meeting. People in each state, we need to go
- 51:22to the council meetings and get these changed because the marchis is not doing.
- 51:25You have to have things in black and white. So that's what I was
- 51:30trying to say, because it that's how you change the laws we have.
- 51:39That's what that's that's it. We have to show up, we have to
- 51:43be president and speak up inside of these meetings because that's what these people are
- 51:46making decisions about our lives, and we have no we have no idea what
- 51:51it's going on, because guess what, we don't show up to these meetings.
- 51:54We don't show up and see what's going on. You know, it's
- 51:59happening all the time. I see it all the time. When I was
- 52:01in Anderson, South Carolina, I used to attend these meetings regularly, and
- 52:07I'm about to get ready to start attending them. I was just talking to
- 52:14a young lady today and here in Murder Beach, but I used to attend
- 52:22these meetings back in in in Anderson, South Carolina, So I know exactly
- 52:34what you're talking about, know exactly what you're talking about, because I used
- 52:37to attend these meetings. So, yeah, we we have to stand up
- 52:43and allow our wants to be heard. You know. That's something that I
- 52:45always say. We have to be the change that we desire to see in
- 52:50this world. Change is only gonna come when we change. You're right,
- 52:54we have to show up. We have to show up. Yeah, in
- 53:00on what she sent against ma'am free the city councilman and the County Commissioner of
- 53:06the ones who runs the city in the county, Okay, in Santatoni,
- 53:08we have our mayor and the city council prince who runs the San Antonio Police
- 53:14Department. Okay County commissioners runs the Beer County Medicate Numbers Office. And because
- 53:19these two entities are joined together here, it is our very county. The
- 53:23judicial system is associated with the police department. So the District Attorney's office is
- 53:29utilizing the department, the police department, to help them get conventions on cash
- 53:34by Fabrica, nevidence on the individuals. So who's there being said a petition
- 53:38band to the city councilman in San Antonio, the city mayor and the county
- 53:43commissions in man will be a good start man for an investigation. Man,
- 53:47I got a petition on my tablet that's sent to missus Thomas Smith to put
- 53:52that partiponse mail for an investigation. So thank y'all very much, ma'am for
- 53:57tuning in, ma'am, and for listening to Hostory now than you everyone all

- 54:31But yeah, accountability is key, and this is crazy. Like I
- 54:37never thought, you know, you you hear of cases, but then when
- 54:44you see the amount of cases like this now, y'all, it's it's saddening.
- 54:49It's saddening. But yeah, I wanna thank you guys for sharing with
- 54:53me on tonight. Is there anything that you would like to say before we
- 54:57close out? No, I just hope we just come together and man,
- 55:08I'm sorry about It's okay. I just hope we just come together and stand
- 55:15show up you. Every time I watch the TV, I see people marching.
- 55:21They need to march right into the council uh place, council meeting and
- 55:24sand those petitions. That's that's what they need to do. Just marching there,
- 55:30marching the build it because your free work is you waste some time.
- 55:36Yeah, we need to be sitting in there in the meet anything. And
- 55:42that's it. But I want to thank everyone that has tuned in that was
