- 1:07SPEAKER_00: When your brain is trying to solve everything at once, when your heart feels pulled in too many directions.

- 1:59SPEAKER_00: Inhale, two, three, four, hold, two, three, four, exhale, two, three, four, hold for four, two, three, four, again, inhale, hold for four, exhale, hold for four.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: As you breathe, imagine turning down the volume of everything outside of you, not fixing, just breathing.
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: We need to reduce the load on our nervous system.
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: You can lower the standard for today, ask for help, move your body gently, step outside for fresh air.
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: Write everything down instead of holding it in your head.
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: Overwhelm shrinks when we stop trying to carry it all mentally.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: Right now, ask yourself gently: what is the next small thing?
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: Let that be enough.
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: Take one more deep breath in and slowly exhale.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: Repeat silently.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: I am allowed to pause.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: I can take life one step at a time.
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: This feeling will pass.
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: I am stronger than this moment.

- 5:11SPEAKER_00: You are here.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: You are breathing.
- 5:14SPEAKER_00: And that is enough for now.
