- 0:00Speaker 1: From Hollywood to You. On air with a Ryan Seacrest.
- 0:09Speaker 2: Good morning everyone, Welcome back. Last day of school, not
- 0:13Speaker 2: for us, but for some. Imagine last day of school,
- 0:17Speaker 2: just tanya, yearbooks, all the You know what you feel
- 0:20Speaker 2: when you when you're in their last.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Day of school?
- 0:22Speaker 2: You feel relief, I know, just freedom and relief, excitement.
- 0:29Speaker 2: My summers were so short because I played football and
- 0:33Speaker 2: we would start off season conditioning like two weeks after
- 0:37Speaker 2: school ended, and if you it was quote like not mandatory,
- 0:41Speaker 2: but if you didn't.
- 0:42Speaker 3: Go right exactly. It was the same thing for me
- 0:46Speaker 3: and cheerleading.
- 0:47Speaker 2: Right, it's not mandatory, but if you don't go, they.
- 0:51Speaker 3: Don't put you in right then you can't learn the
- 0:53Speaker 3: cheers for the games and you won't be on the
- 0:55Speaker 3: competition team.
- 0:56Speaker 1: And so it's just like.
- 0:57Speaker 2: What, Yes, the summer ended so fast for those kind
- 1:01Speaker 2: of activities in school, but at least enjoyed the relief
- 1:04Speaker 2: of today and think about you know what you accomplished,
- 1:08Speaker 2: because it's a miles doing to get through a year
- 1:09Speaker 2: of anything.
- 1:10Speaker 1: You're a school you know.
- 1:11Speaker 4: What, though?
- 1:13Speaker 1: Tell me, I don't know why do the.
- 1:15Speaker 5: School years go from September to May when our calendar
- 1:19Speaker 5: year goes from January to December.
- 1:21Speaker 2: Because back in the day the air conditioning, it was
- 1:26Speaker 2: too hot to go to school in the summer.
- 1:29Speaker 4: That's really the answer.
- 1:31Speaker 1: In my glib mind. Yeah, didn't seem like that. It
- 1:35Speaker 1: kind of like it, sense, I think something that.
- 1:37Speaker 2: Yes, you know, I think the weather was so hot
- 1:40Speaker 2: it back you know, when they started making school rules,
- 1:43Speaker 2: the weather got so hot in the summer in so
- 1:45Speaker 2: many places that they decided to let the kids out
- 1:47Speaker 2: of school.
- 1:48Speaker 1: So school is from like August to June.
- 1:50Speaker 3: Now, like it's they barely have It's like barely two
- 1:54Speaker 3: months of summer.
- 1:55Speaker 2: I feel like we had three in school. Sophie, you're
- 1:58Speaker 2: in school. How much summer is there?
- 1:59Speaker 6: I'm in a quarter system, so.
- 2:03Speaker 1: You're in school. How much what do you get?
- 2:05Speaker 4: I have like two and a half three.
- 2:07Speaker 3: But like l a USD goes back to school August eleventh.
- 2:11Speaker 1: I think something like that.
- 2:12Speaker 3: It keeps creeping, Yeah, it keeps creepy back to.
- 2:17Speaker 1: School, like the eighteenth tlock the other day with eleven.
- 2:21Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, well, anyway, let's get back into it here.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Kiss FM. Probably sunny all weekend, that's what we're looking at.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Highs in the mid seventies mid eighties Inland. We do
- 2:31Speaker 2: have a Friday version of the show right now, which
- 2:33Speaker 2: means we will have some more fun and we'll plan
- 2:36Speaker 2: stuff and unplanned stuff. But the planned stuff is next
- 2:38Speaker 2: Kiss FM, A Little John and Pitbull to wake up
- 2:41Speaker 2: this morning on Friday, June fifth, it is National Donut Day.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Also DJ Mustard's birthday.
- 2:48Speaker 2: Two great events must beat every time.
- 2:53Speaker 1: All right, last day of school. We're talking about that.
- 2:55Speaker 2: You got actin Aguadulce, Compton, Corona, Norco Lake Elsinore, Montabello,
- 3:02Speaker 2: see me Valley and West Covina liberated.
- 3:05Speaker 1: This morning, as your last day of school has arrived.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Tanya, it's time that we pry into your relationship a
- 3:12Speaker 2: little bit. Sissy and I have caught wind, gotten wind,
- 3:17Speaker 2: not past wind. But you know we heard right that
- 3:22Speaker 2: there's a little controversy with your joint TV time at
- 3:25Speaker 2: night between you and Robbie.
- 3:27Speaker 4: It's very simple.
- 3:29Speaker 5: So we have joint TV time, which is what we
- 3:32Speaker 5: do when we watch before we go to sleep at night.
- 3:34Speaker 3: We watch like an episode there. Yeah, the fact that
- 3:37Speaker 3: it's like called down, yeah, like an assignment.
- 3:40Speaker 2: No, it's not exactly, thank you.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Speaking of school, yes, it sounds.
- 3:45Speaker 4: It's not an assignment.
- 3:46Speaker 1: It's just just what we do.
- 3:48Speaker 5: We watch an episode of our show that we're watching,
- 3:51Speaker 5: and then we go to sleep. It's just it's our
- 3:53Speaker 5: nightly routine. Okay, But it's joint TV time. But that's
- 3:59Speaker 5: the Okay, it's not the problem.
- 4:01Speaker 1: I'll say joint bedtime.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Right.
- 4:03Speaker 3: So, so you have to watch TV like he can't
- 4:05Speaker 3: read a book or he can't do something else.
- 4:07Speaker 5: You can do whatever he wants, okay, which I suggest
- 4:10Speaker 5: he does. Because Love Island is upon us. It's the
- 4:14Speaker 5: season of Love Island. And he used to watch Love
- 4:16Speaker 5: Island with me. That used to be part of our
- 4:18Speaker 5: joint TV time. And now he's decided I don't want
- 4:21Speaker 5: to watch Love Island anymore, and I said, I'm gonna
- 4:26Speaker 5: watch it during our joint TV tim. I have to
- 4:27Speaker 5: watch it every single day like it's important. I have to,
- 4:30Speaker 5: you know, I can't get.
- 4:30Speaker 4: Backed up too much.
- 4:34Speaker 1: I miss that beat because.
- 4:35Speaker 4: There's so many spoilers.
- 4:37Speaker 5: If you don't watch it the day it comes out
- 4:39Speaker 5: like you're spoiled. Do you get what I'm saying.
- 4:42Speaker 1: For that episode, then you can catch right back up.
- 4:44Speaker 5: But if he's saying no, I can't watch Love Island
- 4:46Speaker 5: during our joint TV time because it should be a
- 4:48Speaker 5: show that we both want to watch. And I'm like,
- 4:50Speaker 5: you can't just declare you're not watching.
- 4:52Speaker 7: The Island anymore joint for a reason that he should
- 4:57Speaker 7: go sleep in a separate bed now, I mean this
- 4:59Speaker 7: is first step to separate rooms.
- 5:03Speaker 2: Joint TV time cannot include something that he doesn't want
- 5:07Speaker 2: to watch by pure definition of it being called joint.
- 5:11Speaker 2: Don't name it if you don't want him to do
- 5:14Speaker 2: what he's doing.
- 5:14Speaker 4: But we've watched so many seasons together.
- 5:17Speaker 5: When you guys wake up don't want to watch any
- 5:20Speaker 5: I wanted to watch them.
- 5:22Speaker 1: But he got to eight seasons with you. That is
- 5:24Speaker 1: a committee, dude.
- 5:26Speaker 2: He's putting his foot down. He finally is standing up
- 5:30Speaker 2: for something about it. I'm seven seasons into the same show.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Let me have a life, joint or a joint. I
- 5:37Speaker 2: don't know what he wants right, Maybe that's what he wants.
- 5:41Speaker 5: I watched some sporting events when it's joint TV time.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Okay, calling it back, I'm breaking up with you. I
- 5:51Speaker 1: just don't.
- 5:51Speaker 2: Labeling everything in the relationship is step one problem in.
- 5:54Speaker 1: The work post it everywhere. Oh my gosh, tonight's Tuesday time.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Say that joint TV time. Then it's a wacky Wednesday.
- 6:03Speaker 2: And what's in your pocket? Thursday?
- 6:04Speaker 4: Meditation? Monday?
- 6:06Speaker 1: Oh my god, I can't never the fact that I
- 6:09Speaker 1: married you. I didn't know all of this.
- 6:11Speaker 4: Than we're very happy, don't you worry?
- 6:13Speaker 2: This is yeah, I know you're happy, but it does
- 6:16Speaker 2: it anyway.
- 6:18Speaker 4: So you guys say you don't agree with me.
- 6:20Speaker 2: When someone says in the beginning of a conversation it's
- 6:23Speaker 2: very simple, it's never very simple.
- 6:26Speaker 4: Because Instagram is really split fifty to fifty on this.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Why do you take this stuff?
- 6:30Speaker 2: Instagram coming up there wanting tickets? I have to we
- 6:34Speaker 2: gotta go, gotta go. Are you running on low battery
- 6:37Speaker 2: mode this morning? We're here to be your charger.
- 6:44Speaker 1: Are you working on that last night?
- 6:46Speaker 8: No?
- 6:47Speaker 1: My iPad just says low battery and it just came
- 6:49Speaker 1: to me when I get jam full of what it.
- 6:52Speaker 2: Says ten percent battery remaining clothes okay, and Tom's I
- 6:56Speaker 2: need a charge?
- 6:57Speaker 1: Why don't you put your charger like I haven't. I
- 6:59Speaker 1: don't want you charge. I have it now.
- 7:02Speaker 2: I don't want this of charging overnight by my head.
- 7:04Speaker 2: That's why so, and now in the morning it's not charged.
- 7:06Speaker 4: Are you sleeping in the studio?
- 7:08Speaker 2: Like, no, yes, that's how you do it. You don't
- 7:16Speaker 2: see my sleeping bag under the counter there, No, no
- 7:19Speaker 2: what I I take my pet back and forth. But
- 7:22Speaker 2: I've got the I've got my headphones. I got a
- 7:24Speaker 2: phone in my pet next to my head. That's a problem.
- 7:27Speaker 5: But you're only if it's charging, it's bad. You can
- 7:30Speaker 5: have your phone by your head. If it's not charging.
- 7:33Speaker 2: I think all of this by your head in power
- 7:35Speaker 2: mode is bad and charging, but doesn't mine.
- 7:37Speaker 1: We'll charge. You're not alone.
- 7:38Speaker 3: We all have the same things headphones, computer phone.
- 7:41Speaker 2: Now people have me all in my head about my
- 7:43Speaker 2: actual AirPods that I wear when I work out.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Those are on the way out. I see, yeah, I
- 7:50Speaker 1: see smarter people.
- 7:53Speaker 2: Where in these things we're wearing here and I have
- 7:55Speaker 2: the other ones in my real life or my wildlife
- 7:58Speaker 2: whatever's outside.
- 7:59Speaker 4: Are so easy?
- 8:01Speaker 2: Well, you know, out in the wild, thinking of out
- 8:03Speaker 2: in the wild, Jordan, come here for a second in
- 8:06Speaker 2: the back room, the back room full of drama.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Glass separates us between this studio and that studio.
- 8:12Speaker 2: It's not as good that glass separates us but Jordan,
- 8:15Speaker 2: so she's what are you doing?
- 8:17Speaker 1: You're dating, You're trying to find a boyfriend.
- 8:19Speaker 9: What said?
- 8:19Speaker 1: Story?
- 8:20Speaker 4: Uh, up and down.
- 8:21Speaker 1: I'm kind of just coasting day by day.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Coasting day by day, all right, But you're looking to
- 8:27Speaker 2: meet someone and someone has started to DM you correct
- 8:30Speaker 2: a guy?
- 8:31Speaker 4: Yeah, just a guy.
- 8:32Speaker 1: He's living the dms.
- 8:33Speaker 8: And this one's pretty interesting because he's like flirting with
- 8:37Speaker 8: me through voice notes. And I don't really know how
- 8:40Speaker 8: I feel about voice notes, at least me sending it
- 8:42Speaker 8: back to someone who I don't really know. I feel
- 8:45Speaker 8: like when you hear my voice, it kind of just
- 8:48Speaker 8: throws you off.
- 8:49Speaker 1: I don't know, it's weird. No, it does not.
- 8:51Speaker 2: You're on a broadcast commercial.
- 8:55Speaker 1: I mean, voice note is nothing compared to this.
- 8:57Speaker 8: Come on, I've had, Like I tried to send one
- 9:01Speaker 8: back to him and had to try it three times
- 9:03Speaker 8: because I was like, oh god, this is so cringey.
- 9:06Speaker 1: I hate it. So do you have them saved? I
- 9:09Speaker 1: would love to hear it and be the judge of that. Okay,
- 9:11Speaker 1: I'm gonna do some more.
- 9:12Speaker 8: He the way he started off, he was like, he's
- 9:14Speaker 8: like Jordan, Hey, I think he's like obsessed with his voice.
- 9:18Speaker 1: It's a weird thing.
- 9:19Speaker 4: Oh really, it's in the beginning of dating.
- 9:21Speaker 2: It's but interesting that he's like, he's so into his
- 9:26Speaker 2: own voice, the way he delivers his message.
- 9:28Speaker 1: You can tell, yeah, like narcissistic.
- 9:30Speaker 4: Yeah, I practices. I don't know.
- 9:33Speaker 2: I don't like leaving voice notes myself, honestly, to be fair,
- 9:36Speaker 2: and I do this for a living, but I don't
- 9:38Speaker 2: like any voice notes because I too think that I
- 9:40Speaker 2: sound ridiculous and I sound like I'm actually on the
- 9:43Speaker 2: freaking air, Like when I leave a voice I'm on
- 9:49Speaker 2: the show. And even people I know are like, was
- 9:52Speaker 2: that on the air? No, that's what I sound like, Bro,
- 9:56Speaker 2: did you? And then I think they.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Save it and I don't know where and up and
- 10:00Speaker 1: who gets to hear it?
- 10:01Speaker 9: Right?
- 10:01Speaker 4: No, one's like saving your voice notes and might take.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Excuse me, someone I know told me they screenshot texts
- 10:10Speaker 2: and show them to their girlfriends before they respond.
- 10:13Speaker 1: Yeah you do that or you used to do that.
- 10:15Speaker 1: I do that, So this is the same. The worst I didn't.
- 10:19Speaker 4: I didn't think about it in the dating in your
- 10:21Speaker 4: dating life.
- 10:22Speaker 8: Yeah, I don't want him to like screen record my
- 10:24Speaker 8: voice and say, oh look, it's Mickey Mouse or something.
- 10:26Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 10:28Speaker 2: Yeah, well, uh, I think that just the fact you'd
- 10:32Speaker 2: think he's narcissistic leaving voice notes. Maybe he's not the
- 10:35Speaker 2: guy for you. But keep us posting good good love
- 10:38Speaker 2: short Your voice is great.
- 10:39Speaker 1: We love it here. It's a kiss, right, but people
- 10:40Speaker 1: love it. They live for it. I appreciate that.
- 10:42Speaker 2: Thanks ry kiss of m shall we. I got a
- 10:45Speaker 2: quote of the day today, and this is the thing
- 10:46Speaker 2: I was telling you about. Don't do this in your
- 10:49Speaker 2: photos that you post because people can zoom in on
- 10:52Speaker 2: your fingerprints and steal your identity. And that is put
- 10:56Speaker 2: the peace sign. Don't put the peace sign your two
- 10:58Speaker 2: fingers I see all the time. Yeah, but hackers, How
- 11:03Speaker 2: scary is that they can zoom in on your fingerprints
- 11:07Speaker 2: to steal your identity.
- 11:08Speaker 5: It's the same thing with your keys, Like if you
- 11:10Speaker 5: buy a new house and people get excited to like
- 11:12Speaker 5: post their keys, like bought a new house.
- 11:17Speaker 1: First of all, there's no way you could zoom in
- 11:20Speaker 1: and see a LifeLock dot com.
- 11:24Speaker 4: Yeah, I see the grooves.
- 11:26Speaker 1: You're such a liar. Where are the grooves right there there?
- 11:32Speaker 2: You don't have the high tech stuff that these hackers
- 11:35Speaker 2: have I do have they got NASA space stuff, these hackers. Anyway,
- 11:42Speaker 2: I'm not making this up, so don't argue.
- 11:45Speaker 3: I know you're not making enough. You just read it,
- 11:47Speaker 3: and now you're telling that picture.
- 11:48Speaker 5: Put a picture of your peace sign into chat Ubute
- 11:51Speaker 5: and ask if they can track the belongings of the fingers.
- 11:54Speaker 2: Meanwhile, AI will have her fingerprints for ever going to
- 11:58Speaker 2: do that. All right, Today's quote, no risk, no story,
- 12:03Speaker 2: that's it. I'm risk averse, So I'm story averse, So
- 12:09Speaker 2: stepping in to cover gas for you. As obviously prices
- 12:12Speaker 2: are super high. So we've got gas every hour, seven
- 12:15Speaker 2: days a week for the entire month of June. Then
- 12:18Speaker 2: at the end of the month we will call one
- 12:20Speaker 2: of the qualifiers and give you free gas for a year.
- 12:24Speaker 2: And Chewie also he has been rolling around something California
- 12:27Speaker 2: in the morning, picking different destinations cities and showing up
- 12:33Speaker 2: and making people's day by just randomly buying their take
- 12:37Speaker 2: a gas at the pump. Chewy out this morning, Riverside
- 12:41Speaker 2: is the stop. He will be in Riverside all morning.
- 12:44Speaker 2: So the drill is if you're in Riverside and you're
- 12:47Speaker 2: going to get gas and Chewie Martinez may be there
- 12:50Speaker 2: and you may be screaming just like that, Chewie, what
- 12:52Speaker 2: you got you?
- 12:54Speaker 9: I'm here with a mom on the go Arihanna, she's
- 12:56Speaker 9: dropping kids off at school. She's over here at the
- 12:59Speaker 9: gas stationing she was on E I'm so happy we
- 13:02Speaker 9: could do this for her, Ariana. Somebody what they hire?
- 13:05Speaker 2: Good morning, Arianna, Good morning. It's Ryan Seacres and all
- 13:09Speaker 2: of us on Kiss FM. How you doing good?
- 13:12Speaker 10: Thank you good.
- 13:13Speaker 2: I'm glad we could find you and get you some gas.
- 13:16Speaker 2: So you got some kids you're trying to get to school.
- 13:20Speaker 2: How many kids do you have?
- 13:22Speaker 3: Two?
- 13:23Speaker 1: All right? And are they behaving?
- 13:26Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 13:26Speaker 3: Their names, they're good and that's good.
- 13:30Speaker 2: And mom is happy. Well, thank you for coming on
- 13:32Speaker 2: the air with us. Good luck getting it through the
- 13:35Speaker 2: day with everything. We will take care of the gas,
- 13:37Speaker 2: all right.
- 13:38Speaker 1: When is oh, oh, thank you, thank you so much.
- 13:42Speaker 1: I think you needed okay bye? When is school? Okay?
- 13:46Speaker 9: Bye?
- 13:46Speaker 1: Thank you bye. The timing of that, I think somebody
- 13:52Speaker 1: needed her attention.
- 13:54Speaker 9: Yes, the baby was not having it. He's like, yeah,
- 13:57Speaker 9: give me my bottle now.
- 13:59Speaker 2: And you're gonna go to the next place in Riverside.
- 14:02Speaker 2: This morning later, right, Yes, sir, we're not announcing the
- 14:06Speaker 2: gas station because she was just kind of showing up
- 14:08Speaker 2: right and buying it, so we don't overload the pump.
- 14:11Speaker 1: But she beating riverside all morning. We'll talk to you
- 14:13Speaker 1: a bit.
- 14:14Speaker 9: Thank you, brother.
- 14:15Speaker 2: This is kiss all right, seacres siciny Tanya the team
- 14:21Speaker 2: is here, and Sophia the intern is leaving us.
- 14:24Speaker 1: She's off to a study in Italy.
- 14:28Speaker 2: No, obviously you do if you understood that. Okay, So
- 14:34Speaker 2: what's the dilemma? You have a choice to make. It's Friday,
- 14:36Speaker 2: your finals are Monday. But there's a bacheorette party you
- 14:39Speaker 2: could go to this weekend in Vegas.
- 14:41Speaker 6: Yes, And I know that the answer might seem like
- 14:43Speaker 6: right in front of your face, But the thing is,
- 14:44Speaker 6: it's my cousin's bachelorette party, and she's been asking me
- 14:47Speaker 6: every time she sees me. She asked me to come,
- 14:49Speaker 6: and she's asking me and my brother and my sister
- 14:51Speaker 6: are going, and I don't know if I should go.
- 14:56Speaker 1: Get back early?
- 14:58Speaker 6: Okay, yes, the old day it feels like a no.
- 15:03Speaker 1: You can do both. Am I going to be classgized?
- 15:06Speaker 6: It's for a cinema class. My Bollywood Cinema class.
- 15:09Speaker 1: It'll be fine.
- 15:10Speaker 2: Can't you take that with you studying in Vegas? Like
- 15:13Speaker 2: on the flight it's forty five minutes, it's time.
- 15:19Speaker 6: I want to be like, if I'm gonna go to
- 15:21Speaker 6: the bachelrette trip, I don't want to be thinking about
- 15:23Speaker 6: school because then I'm just gonna get stressed out. I'm
- 15:24Speaker 6: not going to have a good time. I feel like
- 15:27Speaker 6: your way, I'm going to be stressed out.
- 15:29Speaker 1: I was reading that.
- 15:31Speaker 2: You know, people often like to back out of things
- 15:34Speaker 2: and give excuses to not do things. It's becoming more
- 15:36Speaker 2: and more popular, and so yeah, it is, and so
- 15:41Speaker 2: it can be expected that you say you have a
- 15:44Speaker 2: conflict and that is this class and this final, and
- 15:47Speaker 2: you'd love to go, but you wouldn't be fully engaged
- 15:51Speaker 2: in the bacherette party. And you really want to be
- 15:53Speaker 2: responsible because this is about your future. Mean, you could
- 15:55Speaker 2: really give a good speech to that.
- 15:57Speaker 6: I feel so bad though, because I already can't make
- 16:00Speaker 6: it to the wedding because I'm going to be in Italy.
- 16:02Speaker 6: So I'm like, the least I could do at least
- 16:05Speaker 6: one night and come back. Yes, is it even worth
- 16:09Speaker 6: it than ye?
- 16:12Speaker 8: Money?
- 16:12Speaker 6: And it's not like find hawaiis flight.
- 16:17Speaker 1: I got him every few minutes.
- 16:21Speaker 2: Sophia just I think Sysney has this down, Okay, there
- 16:25Speaker 2: is a way to do all of it and give
- 16:29Speaker 2: equal time to both. Yeah, I think away and this
- 16:31Speaker 2: is part of life. You guys start figuring this stuff out.
- 16:33Speaker 2: I mean, you got this is like one of the
- 16:34Speaker 2: great challenges in life. You're gonna have personal relationship, partnership
- 16:39Speaker 2: and professional job stuff that you gotta you gotta cover
- 16:42Speaker 2: it all. Ye, So coming out.
- 16:45Speaker 4: Next I feel like that was bad advice.
- 16:47Speaker 1: No, that's great advice.
- 16:49Speaker 2: I'm still scarednch Fontana around good ever since you left
- 16:53Speaker 2: me before that. Bruno Dua Leap at Post Malone, Dojakat, Taylor,
- 16:57Speaker 2: Justin Bieber, Sabrine and Harry Styles all in that mix,
- 17:01Speaker 2: Djay Trouble Excel Friday Morning.
- 17:03Speaker 1: Thank you for coming inbro.
- 17:05Speaker 2: Now we are getting set for the World's Cup, and
- 17:12Speaker 2: there are people taking advantage of something great that's coming
- 17:15Speaker 2: to talent. The World Cup kicks off next week Los Angeles,
- 17:18Speaker 2: hosting matches at Sofi Stadium, and officials are warning fans
- 17:21Speaker 2: to be careful about scam tickets online. Sysney dove into
- 17:26Speaker 2: this or dived into this, what did you find out?
- 17:29Speaker 3: Well, scammers have created fake websites that look almost identical
- 17:34Speaker 3: to FIFA's official ticketing pages. So this is where a
- 17:37Speaker 3: lot of fans are unfortunately getting scammed.
- 17:40Speaker 1: I mean, complete with logos.
- 17:43Speaker 3: Hospitality packages, everything just looks so legit. There's countdown clocks
- 17:48Speaker 3: on these websites, all designed to steal your money and
- 17:51Speaker 3: personal information. So it's not even just about stealing your
- 17:54Speaker 3: money now they have all your info as well, so
- 17:57Speaker 3: it just makes it kind of scary for people that
- 17:59Speaker 3: are trying to buy gets. Experts say the safest move
- 18:01Speaker 3: is to only buy through FIFA's official channels. So, I mean,
- 18:05Speaker 3: obviously that sounds very obvious, but what you don't realize
- 18:10Speaker 3: is that sometimes some of these ads will pop up
- 18:12Speaker 3: on social media or you're just on a different website
- 18:14Speaker 3: and then a little pop up ad comes up, and
- 18:16Speaker 3: that's kind of like where.
- 18:17Speaker 1: The scams are starting to originate from.
- 18:19Speaker 3: So it's links that we're clicking in emails, it's links
- 18:22Speaker 3: that are popping up on us, and then you get
- 18:24Speaker 3: excited and you're like, oh.
- 18:25Speaker 1: This is a great deal, let's get these tickets. So
- 18:28Speaker 1: just be careful with the ads. Specifically, this is only worse.
- 18:32Speaker 2: Yeah, right, with everything, right, everything, there is potential scam
- 18:39Speaker 2: attached to it. With all that, because all we do
- 18:41Speaker 2: is use technology for everything.
- 18:43Speaker 3: I don't even think about it when I when I
- 18:45Speaker 3: click on something.
- 18:45Speaker 1: On Instagram, I'm just like, oh my gosh, let me
- 18:47Speaker 1: look at that boom.
- 18:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 18:49Speaker 1: So it's just she's saying, I'm.
- 18:53Speaker 5: Not thinking about FIFA because I'm not a sports girler.
- 18:56Speaker 3: But if that wasn't an algorithm, we're going to be
- 18:59Speaker 3: getting BEFA ads And then all.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Of a sudden you're like, wow, any ad going forward
- 19:04Speaker 2: is gonna get worse and worse.
- 19:08Speaker 3: First game is one week away, USA versus Pardaguay.
- 19:11Speaker 1: It's kiss, good morning. This is really interesting.
- 19:13Speaker 2: I grab this call from Taylor, but really the scenario
- 19:16Speaker 2: sounds like she's calling from West Sally would saying I'm
- 19:18Speaker 2: struggling to be happy with my friend's success and I
- 19:23Speaker 2: just saw this out. If you're looking, let's like you're
- 19:25Speaker 2: looking for love and your friend finds their human and
- 19:30Speaker 2: you haven't found theirs. Are you the person that's happy
- 19:33Speaker 2: for them or envious?
- 19:36Speaker 1: You're a good friend, You're happy, I know, but I
- 19:39Speaker 1: know people who are unhappy with other people's success for sure.
- 19:45Speaker 2: Okay, thanks, let me get Taylor in West Hollywood. Taylor,
- 19:51Speaker 2: good morning, Good morning. So we know you're struggling with this.
- 19:56Speaker 2: Why is it that you wouldn't be happy for your
- 19:58Speaker 2: friend's success?
- 19:59Speaker 1: Give us the story.
- 20:01Speaker 11: Well, so she's like one of my best friends and
- 20:04Speaker 11: like you know, she landed with her dream job, and
- 20:07Speaker 11: like on top of that, like is dating like the
- 20:09Speaker 11: best guy ever, like a new relationship, so it's all
- 20:13Speaker 11: like new and fluffy and wonderful, and I don't know,
- 20:17Speaker 11: everything is just falling into place, and like I'm single,
- 20:20Speaker 11: and I've like you know, been on every bad date
- 20:23Speaker 11: in LA that you can possibly be on and probably
- 20:26Speaker 11: have done it twice, and like you know, I'm just
- 20:30Speaker 11: at a job that's uninspiring and isn't like why I
- 20:32Speaker 11: moved out here, you know.
- 20:33Speaker 1: What I mean?
- 20:34Speaker 11: And I just I guess I'm just jealous. I'm just
- 20:37Speaker 11: feeling so jealous and I want to be supportive because
- 20:39Speaker 11: she's such a great friend, but like I don't know,
- 20:44Speaker 11: like do I fake it until I get over it,
- 20:46Speaker 11: or do I like tell her I'm having a hard
- 20:48Speaker 11: time because my life isn't going my way.
- 20:50Speaker 1: It's just not you know, first of all, this is
- 20:53Speaker 1: a case of what about me?
- 20:54Speaker 9: Right?
- 20:55Speaker 1: Wait, what about me? That's what this is. And I'm
- 20:58Speaker 1: just listening to this thingy.
- 21:00Speaker 2: I think you can be both, Like, I really think
- 21:02Speaker 2: you can be happy for them and at the same
- 21:06Speaker 2: time frustrated for yourself and admit that out loud.
- 21:11Speaker 1: Right, but not jealous.
- 21:13Speaker 3: There's a fine line between that and jealousy, Like she
- 21:15Speaker 3: can't be like mad at her friend because of all
- 21:17Speaker 3: her success.
- 21:20Speaker 9: No, not mad if I'm not mad.
- 21:23Speaker 2: But you want it for you and you're saying what
- 21:26Speaker 2: about me?
- 21:26Speaker 1: Like why not me? Why don't have it? You have it?
- 21:28Speaker 4: I want to understand.
- 21:30Speaker 2: So I think it's not as rigid as one lane
- 21:32Speaker 2: or the other. It's plausible to be envious and happy
- 21:39Speaker 2: for her.
- 21:40Speaker 4: But also maybe let this fuel you.
- 21:42Speaker 5: And obviously you can't, like you can't force yourself to
- 21:46Speaker 5: meet the person that you're gonna spend the rest of
- 21:47Speaker 5: your life. But maybe there are steps that you can
- 21:49Speaker 5: take to be a better version of yourself, to maybe
- 21:51Speaker 5: get a job that does inspire you, maybe make a
- 21:54Speaker 5: goal sheet, maybe makes you know, set some goals and
- 21:56Speaker 5: things like that so you get your life moving in
- 21:58Speaker 5: a better direction so that you're actually being proactive about it.
- 22:04Speaker 11: Oh that's a good idea that hit home somewhere.
- 22:07Speaker 2: Sheesh.
- 22:09Speaker 1: Well, okay, good luck to you. Thank you, Taylor. Good
- 22:12Speaker 1: luck for that. All right. Bye? Shees on air with
- 22:20Speaker 1: Ryan Seacrest.
- 22:23Speaker 2: LA's number one of music station. Thank you for streaming
- 22:26Speaker 2: on iHeart Radio or listening on Kiss FM. Chewi Martinez,
- 22:30Speaker 2: So the assignment this morning. I heard there was quite
- 22:32Speaker 2: a bit of traffic to get there this morning, riverside, Chewy.
- 22:35Speaker 9: We're all good, brother, we're here. We were side off
- 22:37Speaker 9: the sixty three way and I'm here with my girl,
- 22:39Speaker 9: Graciela from Randa, Kalisco, Mexico. Ryan, that's where they make
- 22:43Speaker 9: the quila bro and we have Seacrest tequila brand popp
- 22:47Speaker 9: and Gilla's here and she's very grateful and I'm gonna
- 22:51Speaker 9: pass the phone onto her. You got it, Thank you
- 22:53Speaker 9: very much. It was a surprise for me. I can
- 22:56Speaker 9: believe it.
- 22:57Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 22:59Speaker 2: You. I did not I gota. Thank you for listening
- 23:01Speaker 2: to us. So where are you headed this morning?
- 23:04Speaker 3: I hear it to work?
- 23:06Speaker 9: What you do? Great?
- 23:10Speaker 2: Well, we were very happy that we got you before
- 23:13Speaker 2: you got to work. So we could get you there
- 23:14Speaker 2: with the free tank of gas.
- 23:16Speaker 9: No, thank you very much.
- 23:19Speaker 2: You're very welcome. We're gonna see I have a fantastic day. Okay,
- 23:22Speaker 2: and you too, Thank you all right.
- 23:24Speaker 5: Bye.
- 23:25Speaker 9: I love it, man, I love it.
- 23:27Speaker 1: I like that you have tequila on your mind at
- 23:30Speaker 1: eight in the Morning's.
- 23:34Speaker 8: Fun.
- 23:36Speaker 9: That's how we do it.
- 23:37Speaker 1: Bro.
- 23:38Speaker 9: It's bunch time somewhere, bro.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Exactly right. That's what my mom says all the time.
- 23:44Speaker 2: It's happy hour somewhere. All right, Chewy Martinez in Riverside.
- 23:48Speaker 2: Thank you, brother, Thank you, take care, bye, Thanks, take
- 23:53Speaker 2: care like I'm going to talk to him in five
- 23:55Speaker 2: minutes probably.
- 23:56Speaker 1: Take care, take care, keep in touch. K t we
- 23:59Speaker 1: are just end this morning.
- 24:01Speaker 2: Thanks for plugging into it. I appreciate that Seacrest and
- 24:04Speaker 2: Tani is a trending report here. So Kendall Jenner and
- 24:07Speaker 2: Jacob Alordie did a little get away to Tokyo, right.
- 24:13Speaker 5: Well, those lovebirds have been getting away. Yeah, they they
- 24:17Speaker 5: were in Hawaii.
- 24:18Speaker 1: They're followed everywhere. There's never really truly a getaway.
- 24:22Speaker 5: So yes, fair correct, Okay, but these pictures, so they
- 24:27Speaker 5: were in Japan and Dumois posted these like shots of them,
- 24:31Speaker 5: like walking on the street together and h but we
- 24:34Speaker 5: all saw photos because some of the restaurants that they
- 24:36Speaker 5: went to, some of the owners and people that work
- 24:38Speaker 5: there were posting these pictures with them on social media.
- 24:41Speaker 5: But what I want to hone in on is why
- 24:44Speaker 5: I think that these two are more serious than we
- 24:46Speaker 5: all thought. Okay, so they're basically wearing matching outfits. Kendall
- 24:51Speaker 5: Jenner had on a black T shirt, matching pants, a
- 24:56Speaker 5: navy cap with like a cream sweater tied around her waist.
- 25:00Speaker 5: Jacob same black T shirt, same navy hat, blue jeans,
- 25:07Speaker 5: and a pair of yellow sneakers. I feel like when
- 25:10Speaker 5: you start dressing similarly and morphing styles with the person
- 25:15Speaker 5: you're dating, you're a little bit more serious than just
- 25:18Speaker 5: casually dating.
- 25:19Speaker 4: Am I right?
- 25:20Speaker 1: Yes?
- 25:21Speaker 2: And who said they're casually dating? And why do we
- 25:24Speaker 2: think they're just casually dating?
- 25:25Speaker 5: Because we saw them kind of hook up at Coachella
- 25:27Speaker 5: and we all just kind of thought that it was
- 25:29Speaker 5: just like a random hookup.
- 25:30Speaker 4: We didn't think it was going to be like anything serious.
- 25:32Speaker 2: I don't think I think we just have a snapshot
- 25:34Speaker 2: of what's really going on. Probably is this is this
- 25:39Speaker 2: is this is the first step towards joint TV time
- 25:42Speaker 2: like you have with Robbie is wearing yellow sneakers.
- 25:45Speaker 4: They for sure have joined TV time.
- 25:47Speaker 1: I will tell you this.
- 25:48Speaker 2: I'm totally aligned with the thinking like when I'm serious
- 25:52Speaker 2: with someone, we wear the same onesie.
- 25:55Speaker 1: Yes, yes, you know the onesies zip.
- 25:59Speaker 3: Up from Oh okay, yeah, like a cutesy like onesie
- 26:05Speaker 3: pajamas with feets you get in the feet slipper shoulders.
- 26:09Speaker 1: Do you wear those?
- 26:09Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 26:10Speaker 1: I wear them at night. I I do. I even
- 26:15Speaker 1: I will bring one in one day I have. I
- 26:17Speaker 1: have a glam onesie.
- 26:20Speaker 4: No, you sleep with a T shirt and no bottoms.
- 26:22Speaker 1: No, don't sleep with the boy? And how in the world, Like,
- 26:26Speaker 1: why would you know that such a visual?
- 26:28Speaker 4: I told us this, Remember we had.
- 26:29Speaker 2: I never said I don't know where you were, but
- 26:32Speaker 2: I never said that you did you tell me that
- 26:35Speaker 2: you sleep with a night like a night Yes.
- 26:41Speaker 1: From Pinocchio. My gosh, I'm really going to regret telling
- 26:45Speaker 1: you what's TV and a onesie then sleep in a night.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Sometimes this show is not good for you. Come down
- 26:52Speaker 1: with your candle stairs.
- 26:56Speaker 2: The long hot yeah, yeah exactly, the tube hat with
- 26:59Speaker 2: the which side is the ball hang?
- 27:03Speaker 1: Left right. I don't know, no wonder have anxiety. It's
- 27:07Speaker 1: this program on air with a Ryan Secret Kiss FM.
- 27:13Speaker 2: Summertime and schools out, concerts, hanging out, no schedules, sleeping in.
- 27:20Speaker 2: All I get stuff for summer long days, turning up
- 27:23Speaker 2: music inside and opening the window and blaring it outside.
- 27:25Speaker 1: That's what you do this summer. All right, let's get
- 27:28Speaker 1: to the weekend. Watch this, shall we?
- 27:29Speaker 2: I actually truly am struggling right now for something that
- 27:33Speaker 2: I want to get into. What I'm trying to find,
- 27:38Speaker 2: something that they want to get into, also that someone
- 27:40Speaker 2: I know has not seen, and we start it together.
- 27:44Speaker 4: Can you please go home tonight?
- 27:47Speaker 5: I will go home tonight y and watch one episode
- 27:49Speaker 5: of Off Campus and come back to us on Monday.
- 27:53Speaker 1: Just one episode. Commit to that.
- 27:57Speaker 2: I cannot because I think Sisney's idea is more interesting
- 28:01Speaker 2: right now to me.
- 28:02Speaker 1: But there are other nights. There's so much good stuff
- 28:05Speaker 1: out there. Okay, we'll start with the one you think
- 28:07Speaker 1: I should watch.
- 28:07Speaker 3: This one I actually watched a few weeks ago because
- 28:09Speaker 3: it just came out and it is it's so intriguing.
- 28:12Speaker 3: It's about a documentary about this girl seventeen years old
- 28:16Speaker 3: at the time, and it took place back in twenty
- 28:18Speaker 3: twenty two in Ohio and she got in a car
- 28:20Speaker 3: accident with her boyfriend and their friend and they're investigating
- 28:24Speaker 3: whether or not she did it on purpose.
- 28:27Speaker 2: And so that is the whole documentary, is it? I mean,
- 28:31Speaker 2: obviously it's troubling to watch. Like I write, I have
- 28:34Speaker 2: trouble watching things like that before I go to sleep.
- 28:36Speaker 2: But I want to watch something compelling.
- 28:37Speaker 3: Yeah, well it's ninety two minutes. It's on Netflix. It's
- 28:39Speaker 3: called The Crash, and.
- 28:41Speaker 1: I recommend it. How did you feel at the end
- 28:44Speaker 1: of it?
- 28:45Speaker 3: I felt like I wanted to continue to do more
- 28:47Speaker 3: research on her and like google more and like find
- 28:51Speaker 3: out more and like see like what's happening?
- 28:53Speaker 1: Like, okay, you're watching off campus? Yeah, thank you. Oh
- 28:57Speaker 1: you need to watch off campus for sure if you haven't.
- 29:00Speaker 4: Okay.
- 29:00Speaker 5: So I'm on the other side of the TV watching
- 29:03Speaker 5: World with Love Island USA and Love Island UK are
- 29:07Speaker 5: both streaming on Peacock and Hulu. So they run six
- 29:10Speaker 5: days a week until mid July and early August. So
- 29:14Speaker 5: you really have your work cutout for you. But it's
- 29:16Speaker 5: single Islanders. They live in this luxury villa it's drama,
- 29:20Speaker 5: it's love. It's what summer's all about for me personally.
- 29:23Speaker 1: Ruby, what's on your weekend watch list?
- 29:25Speaker 10: Minus Back Rooms, which is in theaters now.
- 29:28Speaker 1: Everybody's talking about this.
- 29:29Speaker 10: Yes, So the movie follows a furniture store owner and
- 29:32Speaker 10: his therapist as they become trapped in a terrifying infinite
- 29:36Speaker 10: dimension of empty, yellow tinted rooms that warp their memories.
- 29:41Speaker 10: So this is from this is like the breakout horror
- 29:44Speaker 10: sensation from this twenty year old director which everyone's been
- 29:47Speaker 10: talking about. So it's on the opposite spectrum of what
- 29:51Speaker 10: Tanya is watching.
- 29:52Speaker 1: Yeah, this and even my onesie couldn't protect me from
- 29:55Speaker 1: that story. So I want to see this, but I
- 29:58Speaker 1: need It's like a whole we gotta get it.
- 30:02Speaker 10: I want to see a.
- 30:03Speaker 1: Matinee with me, matinee. I feel guilty going to a
- 30:06Speaker 1: matine That's my move right now. I just gotta. I
- 30:10Speaker 1: feels so weird walking into a theater on the sun's break.
- 30:12Speaker 4: No, you have to say the same thing. It's like
- 30:15Speaker 4: daylight guilt, guilty, like guilt, Yeah, like guilt.
- 30:20Speaker 2: So I'm watching Deli Boys now. This is two brothers
- 30:24Speaker 2: discover their late father is a real underground criminal. But
- 30:30Speaker 2: here's the thing about it. And I know this is controversial,
- 30:33Speaker 2: but I'm just gonna put it out there. I started
- 30:37Speaker 2: on season two and not season one. Why makes no
- 30:41Speaker 2: sense because there's a recap, Like the recap is fine,
- 30:45Speaker 2: I can guess I can find it. I know a
- 30:47Speaker 2: whole season, and it's amazing what those recap editors can
- 30:50Speaker 2: recap from a whole season in one minute.
- 30:53Speaker 4: But where's the joy in.
- 30:54Speaker 1: That season two? Starting? The joy is efficiency? Siciny time
- 31:00Speaker 1: for season one through nine?
- 31:02Speaker 2: Like if I were watched I did watch that show
- 31:05Speaker 2: that Toddy talks about a second ago, Love Island.
- 31:07Speaker 1: But I watched like season seven. Oh that's fine.
- 31:12Speaker 5: No, that's a fine show to start whatever season congruently
- 31:16Speaker 5: with what the America is watching.
- 31:19Speaker 2: Funny rear, I gotta start breaking bad at the end,
- 31:26Speaker 2: coming up next freek as in one minute. Well, we
- 31:30Speaker 2: are into the weekend. It is going to be partly sunny.
- 31:34Speaker 2: High's in the mid seventies and eighties Inland. There's a
- 31:37Speaker 2: lot of live music and food festival this weekend. Manah
- 31:41Speaker 2: is it the Honda Center. This is the music part
- 31:43Speaker 2: and I get to the food Snoop is at the
- 31:46Speaker 2: brand new F and M bank Amphitheater in Long Beach
- 31:49Speaker 2: tomorrow night, Long Beach.
- 31:51Speaker 1: How great is that?
- 31:53Speaker 9: Right?
- 31:53Speaker 2: You got the Kidler Royd, the Greek that's tomorrow, Alex
- 31:55Speaker 2: Warren at Crypto tomorrow, the out Loud Music Festival, and
- 31:58Speaker 2: West Hollywood puts out the Ava Max Melanie See. And
- 32:02Speaker 2: then the list of food festivals which caught my eye.
- 32:07Speaker 2: The upplant I mean the celebration of simple citrus. We've
- 32:12Speaker 2: got the upland Lemon Festival with lemon themed treats, Lemon
- 32:18Speaker 2: carnival rides, ride a lemon, a Lemon ferris wheel.
- 32:22Speaker 1: I don't know a Lemon coaster.
- 32:23Speaker 2: I think it's just normal carnival rides whatever it should
- 32:26Speaker 2: be Lemon painted, yemo yellow carnival rides.
- 32:30Speaker 1: Anyway, it sounds fun.
- 32:31Speaker 2: You're celebrating Lemon and Stevie Nick's tribute bandland Lemon Festival.
- 32:35Speaker 2: Then guess what else is getting some love? What the watermelon?
- 32:43Speaker 2: Lugging a watermelon to your car is a chore?
- 32:46Speaker 4: Yeah, it really is.
