- 0:00Speaker 1: He's wrong.
- 0:02Speaker 2: No Trump more than me.
- 0:04Speaker 3: I'm sorry.
- 0:05Speaker 4: Yeah, people have criticized him more. I've criticized him when
- 0:08Speaker 4: we've all criticized them.
- 0:09Speaker 2: But you're missing my question.
- 0:11Speaker 4: My question is what is it that makes people flip
- 0:18Speaker 4: the out with Joe but.
- 0:22Speaker 2: We don't have the same kind of thing.
- 0:24Speaker 3: Well, I don't think people are flipping out with Joe.
- 0:26Speaker 3: You're the one got to go out there and they
- 0:28Speaker 3: stand on this moral high ground.
- 0:29Speaker 4: They don't have to do that a democrat. Tell me
- 0:31Speaker 4: what the moral high grounded.
- 0:33Speaker 3: The moral high ground is. Nobody's above the law. I
- 0:36Speaker 3: respect what the jurors is saying.
- 0:39Speaker 2: He didn't.
- 0:40Speaker 3: You know, you.
- 0:40Speaker 4: Don't have to.
- 0:41Speaker 2: We're mad at him because he changed his.
- 0:44Speaker 3: By the way, I'm not mad at him.
- 0:45Speaker 1: Partying Trump's campaign ads for for some they're saying they
- 0:52Speaker 1: were very effective and in one in particular ad, he
- 0:56Speaker 1: used to clip a view from the Breakfast Club saying, quote,
- 1:00Speaker 1: Kamala supports taxpayer funded sex change changes for prisoners. You
- 1:06Speaker 1: say that line was taken out of context. I know
- 1:08Speaker 1: it was, but it went on to become one of
- 1:10Speaker 1: his most effective campaign ads. I'm also featured in one
- 1:13Speaker 1: of his campaign ads.
- 1:15Speaker 3: You might have been wanting too.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I was. I was. He texted me and
- 1:21Speaker 1: let me know that context. Well, yeah, no, it wasn't.
- 1:24Speaker 1: But what were you actually saying in the clip? And
- 1:26Speaker 1: can you please explain that? How does it make you
- 1:28Speaker 1: feel that the campaign used.
- 1:30Speaker 2: You like that?
- 1:31Speaker 3: Well, it's never good to be taken out of context,
- 1:33Speaker 3: but I was, I was explaining to my listeners how
- 1:36Speaker 3: effective I thought the actual ad was. We've turned political
- 1:40Speaker 3: parties into teams. I'm a Dallas Cowboys fan. Ain't nobody
- 1:42Speaker 3: more delusion than me?
- 1:43Speaker 1: Right?
- 1:44Speaker 3: Okay, I feel like we're going to the super Bowl
- 1:46Speaker 3: every year, But I'm not delusional. Well, no, that is delusional.
- 1:50Speaker 3: But when it comes to political parties, if you pick
- 1:54Speaker 3: a side, right, if you say you're a Democrat, if
- 1:56Speaker 3: you say you're a Republican, you refuse to be objective
- 1:59Speaker 3: about anything.
- 2:00Speaker 2: An independence, but.
- 2:03Speaker 4: That's not a monolith. We're not Democrats are not a monolith.
- 2:06Speaker 3: Why can't you say what Democrats are wrong? And why
- 2:08Speaker 3: can't Republicans say Republicans telling you when Democrats?
- 2:13Speaker 1: What were you actually saying in the clip? And can
- 2:15Speaker 1: you please explain that? How does it make you feel
- 2:17Speaker 1: that the campaign used.
- 2:19Speaker 3: You like that. Well, it's never good to be taken
- 2:21Speaker 3: out of context, but I was. I was explaining to
- 2:24Speaker 3: my listeners how effective I thought the actual ad was, Like,
- 2:27Speaker 3: you know that Dad was effective Before I was in it.
- 2:30Speaker 3: I was just sitting at home watching football and I
- 2:31Speaker 3: saw it and I was like, WHOA. So I knew
- 2:33Speaker 3: the immediate reaction was going to be. You know, people
- 2:35Speaker 3: are going to say, hell, no, I don' want my
- 2:36Speaker 3: tax paid of dollars going to that. So I was
- 2:38Speaker 3: explaining that to my listeners. So I mean, yeah, it
- 2:41Speaker 3: never feels good to be taking out of contact. But
- 2:43Speaker 3: what I didn't like the most was that they didn't
- 2:45Speaker 3: do anything that combat it. I'm a country boy from
- 2:48Speaker 3: Monks Corner, South Carolina, raised on the dirt road, so
- 2:50Speaker 3: you know, my mother was a Jehovah witness. My grandmother
- 2:51Speaker 3: was a Baptist. So I still believe in this high
- 2:53Speaker 3: power called God. And you know, you can't believe in
- 2:55Speaker 3: God when you know things go your way and not
- 2:58Speaker 3: believe in God when things don't go your way. So
- 3:00Speaker 3: time like this, you just got to remember your serenity prayer,
- 3:02Speaker 3: which is God Grammy, the serenity. Except the things I
- 3:04Speaker 3: cannot change to change the things I can, and the
- 3:06Speaker 3: wim know the difference.
- 3:07Speaker 2: You can't change nothing.
- 3:09Speaker 1: I love that, Yeah, especially the wisdom to know the difference.
- 3:12Speaker 3: Right, we can't change anything future.
- 3:14Speaker 5: Yeah. I want to ask you something that's going around
- 3:17Speaker 5: right now. A lot of this conversation about President Biden
- 3:20Speaker 5: getting criticized from both sides if they off for partnering
- 3:22Speaker 5: his son Hunter after repeatedly saying he would never do it,
- 3:26Speaker 5: and a lot of people are saying that it's hypocritical,
- 3:29Speaker 5: et cetera, as if the other side doesn't do it.
- 3:31Speaker 3: I mean, I think all of the criticism is valid
- 3:34Speaker 3: because you know, Democrats stand on this moral high ground
- 3:36Speaker 3: all the time, and you know they act so self righteous.
- 3:39Speaker 3: The reality is he didn't have to say anything.
- 3:42Speaker 2: I'm going to tell you what I think. I think he.
- 3:44Speaker 4: Changed his mind because he got sick of watching everybody
- 3:47Speaker 4: else get over the.
- 3:48Speaker 3: One that you know, you're the ones that go out
- 3:50Speaker 3: there and they stand on this moral high ground. They
- 3:52Speaker 3: don't have to do that.
- 3:53Speaker 2: A Democrat, tell me what the moral high grounded?
- 3:56Speaker 3: The moral high ground is nobody's above the law.
- 3:59Speaker 4: I question is what is it that makes people flip
- 4:06Speaker 4: the out with Joe, but we.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Don't have the same kind of thing.
- 4:12Speaker 3: Well, I don't think people are flipping out with Joe.
- 4:13Speaker 3: I think Democrats are flipping out with Joe because Democrats
- 4:16Speaker 3: believe that they don't represent what he's currently representing. But
- 4:19Speaker 3: that's just not true. That's why I say they stand
- 4:21Speaker 3: on this moral high ground that simply does not exist.
- 4:23Speaker 3: And I think this is also the problem when we
- 4:25Speaker 3: pick sides.
- 4:26Speaker 6: Right, if I get in on this, I actually think
- 4:28Speaker 6: it went further. And this is one thing we really
- 4:30Speaker 6: disagree with. Joe Biden made a point of saying we
- 4:33Speaker 6: stand by our institution and partiality is that Department of Justice.
- 4:37Speaker 6: Democrats ran on that the same doj indicted Hunter Biden.
- 4:40Speaker 6: How we shouldn't be saying it's corrupt like Donald Trump does.
- 4:43Speaker 6: But then in his statement pardoning Hunter Biden, he says
- 4:45Speaker 6: that it was a political pursuit by his own department.
- 4:48Speaker 4: And why it is that when Joe Biden does something,
- 4:54Speaker 4: everybody clutches their pearls.
- 4:55Speaker 2: But that's not a monolith. We're not C's a not
- 5:00Speaker 2: a monolith.
- 5:01Speaker 3: Why can't you say with Democrats are wrong? And why
- 5:03Speaker 3: can't Republicans say we're Republican bill tell you when Democrats no, I.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Don't, I can, I can't about you.
- 5:10Speaker 1: The president has part power because.
- 5:13Speaker 3: You were ridiculous with Bilbert say that. I just think
- 5:16Speaker 3: that's think about think about.
- 5:17Speaker 2: It this day. Just art me just very quickly.
- 5:26Speaker 1: Can you reframe it in this way and think about it?
- 5:29Speaker 1: Maybe in this way the president has the ultimate part
- 5:31Speaker 1: and power. Every president has done this right, and so
- 5:35Speaker 1: you what people are saying is that Joe Biden is
- 5:38Speaker 1: now a liar as opposed to Joe Biden as someone
- 5:40Speaker 1: who now knows that the person that is going to
- 5:43Speaker 1: be in the White House is on a revenge tour
- 5:45Speaker 1: and his son is on an enemy's list, and so
- 5:47Speaker 1: he is using his rightful power, his rightful political power,
- 5:52Speaker 1: to pardon his son.
- 5:53Speaker 4: Donald Man God has been a vocal force in the
- 5:56Speaker 4: media throughout the twenty twenty fourth presidential race, and he's
- 5:59Speaker 4: joining us now at the table. Please welcome back the
- 6:02Speaker 4: author of the book Get Honest or Die Lion Charlamagne.
- 6:06Speaker 3: Guys, thank you for having me back.
- 6:13Speaker 6: OK.
- 6:13Speaker 3: So I would have ran the same ad and just
- 6:15Speaker 3: said Donald Trump, you know what what is it?
- 6:18Speaker 4: Donald Trump supports He was the one who was supportive tax.
- 6:22Speaker 3: Donald Trump supports tax payer funded sex changes for prisoners.
- 6:25Speaker 3: I would have ran the same mad because it was
- 6:26Speaker 3: legislation under him as well. And you know that was
- 6:28Speaker 3: a would did if I was our campaign. Since Donald
- 6:30Speaker 3: Trump used me, I would have used Joe Rogan. Joe
- 6:33Speaker 3: Rogan said Donald Trump was a t to democracy. Joe
- 6:36Speaker 3: Rogan said he thought Donald Trump was I think unhinged.
- 6:38Speaker 3: Was the quote, you got to mix it up. You
- 6:40Speaker 3: gotta get dirty with these people, you know what I'm saying,
- 6:41Speaker 3: Like you got a money the waters a little bit
- 6:43Speaker 3: caught
