  Speaker 1: But if you get your mind right on your goal

  Speaker 1: and your focus and your purpose, then you can go

  Speaker 1: on about your business. Then when the distraction comes, you

  Speaker 1: can catch yourself. Now. Don't mean you ain't gonna fall

  Speaker 1: privy or fall prey to some of your distractions, because

  Speaker 1: you will, but you will have a goal in mind

  Speaker 1: and aspiration that makes you go. Hold on, man, I

  Speaker 1: got to stay focused here because what I really want

  Speaker 1: while I'm really trying to go the thing that I'm

  Speaker 1: have a problem. See your problem is is you want

  Speaker 1: to get out the line, go do something, then come

  Speaker 1: back and just get up in the line further up

  Speaker 1: than you were, or cut somebody. Now you got a

  Speaker 1: start back here? But see the thing with God is

  Speaker 1: God don't do that. God don't say the line start

  Speaker 1: back here. God holds your place. When you make a

  Speaker 1: mistake and you fall off the line, God holds your place.

  Speaker 1: But if you ain't got no dreams aspiration, if you

  Speaker 1: ain't got no place, what he holding for you? See

  Speaker 1: I mean He got a place for you, but you

  Speaker 1: got to come to it. See some people, Well, here's

  Speaker 1: what I'm saying. If you got a goal of aspiration

  Speaker 1: to dream and you fall off track momentarily, you can

  Speaker 1: get back to that because God knows where you left off.

  Speaker 1: Now you may have to accomplish a few more things

  Speaker 1: since you stopped for a long period of time, but

  Speaker 1: God knows where you left off. You can get back

  Speaker 1: on track. I look Man, this dream of being on

  Speaker 1: TV since I was a kid, and it got off track.

  Speaker 1: Now it got off track. I just kept it as

  Speaker 1: one of the dreams. And in some real dog moments

  Speaker 1: when it looked like it wasn't gonna happen, all I

  Speaker 1: was hanging on to was just to hope that one

  Speaker 1: day it could. But that's what faith is really about.

  Speaker 1: Faith is the belief in things that you cannot see.

  Speaker 1: But faith gives you the confidence to keep hoping. Man,

  Speaker 1: Sometimes it just keep hope alive. Sometimes you heard Jesse

  Speaker 1: Jackson say it, just keep hope alive. Sometimes, Man, it's

  Speaker 1: just the hope. I was hanging on a hope. And

  Speaker 1: I'm talking about when it got real ugly and funky

  Speaker 1: out there for me, when it looked like I wasn't

  Speaker 1: gonna ever make it, and all of the facts was

  Speaker 1: in and everything pointed in the direction you not gonna

  Speaker 1: make it. You done really messed up this time. Then

  Speaker 1: I sat there and I just hung on to the hope.

  Speaker 1: But man, that's what I'm saying. If you got a

  Speaker 1: dream on aspiration of vision or something, when you fall

  Speaker 1: off track and you want to go get back in line,

  Speaker 1: God holds your place he knew I was off tracking,

  Speaker 1: out of line, but he said, okay, here's where we stopped.

  Speaker 1: You wanna be on TV that when you get it

  Speaker 1: together and you quit tripping, and you come and you

  Speaker 1: turn to me, I'm gonna hold your place, put you

  Speaker 1: back in line. Then we're gonna finish the journey. That

  Speaker 1: took me a lot longer to get here than I
• 4:53
  Speaker 1: wanted to, But then it was necessary because I needed

  Speaker 1: all of them mishaps to happen to me along the way.

  Speaker 1: So when I got on the radio one day, which

  Speaker 1: I did not see coming, Steve Harvey got a radio show, y'all.

  Speaker 1: That's why I say it every day. See, because of

  Speaker 1: this radio show that I didn't see coming. Now I

  Speaker 1: have stories to tell, and I can tell you about

  Speaker 1: me better I can tell you about anybody. And I

  Speaker 1: don't been through enough whereas relatable where enough people can

  Speaker 1: go mad. That happened to me. Appreciate you saying that

  Speaker 1: that's what it was for. See, I get it now.

  Speaker 1: See at the time, though I didn't like what was

  Speaker 1: happening to me. At the time, I was really in

  Speaker 1: total disagreement with God on a lot of stuff he

  Speaker 1: was pulling off on me, but in essence, I was

  Speaker 1: really pulling it off on myself. But through his grace
• 5:39
  Speaker 1: and mercy, he kept me through all of my mistakes,
• 5:42
  Speaker 1: all my bad decisions, all my miscalculations, all my misfires,
• 5:48
  Speaker 1: all the times I knowingly stepped out there and did wrong.

  Speaker 1: He forgave me, He said, because man, if you ever
• 5:56
  Speaker 1: come to me, I have a plan for you that
• 5:59
  Speaker 1: is going to be far and above. It will supersede
• 6:03
  Speaker 1: everything you've ever dreamed of. That's what I did. I

  Speaker 1: just got sick of me. Goodn't sick of me? And

  Speaker 1: I turned it over to God. And then God started
• 6:13
  Speaker 1: working and here I am today. Now he threw with me.

  Speaker 1: Yet Nope, Have I arrived yet? Nope? But guess what

  Speaker 1: the journey is cool? And then you know what I
• 6:26
  Speaker 1: found out. That's kind of what it's like in life.

  Speaker 1: If you done walked off the cliff in life and

  Speaker 1: you ain't got no God in your life, it's like

  Speaker 1: not having a parachute. You step off the cliff and

  Speaker 1: you just free falling. We all now that fag gets

  Speaker 1: you closer to the grave, right see, We all heading

  Speaker 1: to the grave from the moment we're born. But the

  Speaker 1: cool thing about a relationship with God is when you

  Speaker 1: step off the cliff and you got God here a parachute.

  Speaker 1: You still going down, but it's a nice ride. You

  Speaker 1: guide and you glide, and your awfully you enjoy. You

  Speaker 1: look around, you're smiling, You're meeting other people along the way.

  Speaker 1: You're floating over here to ski a little while. You

  Speaker 1: over there at the beach for a little while. You

  Speaker 1: mess around over here, you get to go out the

  Speaker 1: country a little bit on your parachuting and all that,

  Speaker 1: and God just helps you. Your descent appear more like

  Speaker 1: a rise and more like a euphoric fall, instead of
• 7:23
  Speaker 1: not having no God in your life and you just
• 7:26
  Speaker 1: walking off that cliff every day, free falling. Ain't got
• 7:30
  Speaker 1: no cord, You steady pulling, you hollering the whole way
• 7:33
  Speaker 1: because you to mess around with yourself, and ain't let
• 7:36
  Speaker 1: God come into your life and provide a parachute for you.

  Speaker 1: I would rather have a parachute since I got to

  Speaker 1: jump every day, than to not have one. God has

  Speaker 1: been like a parachute for me. Ask me where that

  Speaker 1: came from. I can't tell you, But like I always say,

  Speaker 1: most good things that happen in my life that I
