  All through the holidays and all the year. Really we do something called the

  Big Christmas Wish. We're able to give back to families going through hard times

  locally. And so right now we have Megan on the phone, who her

  husband is going through very very difficult medical situations. And so, Megan,

  can you just get us up to date on what is going on with your
• 0:20
  husband Eric. When he was sixteen years old, he was diagnosed with a
• 0:23
  brain tumor and at that point it was a grade too. He had a
• 0:26
  brain surgery when he was sixteen, again at twenty one, and then he
• 0:32
  had a long break. We met, got married, had kids, and
• 0:36
  then right after my son was born, he had another seizure and we got
• 0:42
  the news that the tumor was growing again. He had his third brain surgery
• 0:45
  down at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, followed by radiation. Our family relocated to
• 0:51
  Rochester for six weeks. Now, Megan, you say your family, you
• 0:54
  guys have kids as well? Right yes, yep, right now, My
• 0:57
  kids are almost nine and five and a half. Okay, so there's still
• 1:00
  little and you're going through all this, and if you don't mind me asking
• 1:03
  how old is your husband, He's thirty seven. Where are you guys at
• 1:07
  now with all of this. He was on a clinical trial in Houston,
• 1:10
  Texas where he was flying down there every month, and that was working until
• 1:14
  it didn't. That's when he had a pretty large brain hemorrhage. He was
• 1:18
  non responsive for a couple of days, and then they decided to do fourth
• 1:22
  brain surgery just to control the hemorrhage. That was not necessarily to remove the
• 1:26
  tumor because it was growing into parts of his brain that were too delicate to
• 1:30
  work on. Oh, Megan, this is just heartbreaking. We wanted to
• 1:34
  help out in any way we can, and with our big ninety eight point
• 1:38
  seven Christmas wish, what we're able to do is for you and your family
• 1:41
  to donate one thousand dollars for you guys to be able to use that for
• 1:45
  I'm sure what are just a mountain of medical costs, or maybe it's just
• 1:49
  for the holidays, just to you know, get the kids something special,
• 1:52
  get your husband something to lift his spirits. Anything we can do. But
• 1:55
  that's for you guys. Okay, that's amazing. Thank you so much.

  amazing and I'm sure there's a lot of people listening right now that are a

  part of the community, like you had mentioned, and they want to give
