- 0:04We are faith and fury.
- 0:06Love and fire.
- 0:09This is the human equation where every voice counts and every truth cuts deep.
- 0:17With your host, Joseph Pangaro.
- 0:20Hey everybody, and welcome aboard the human equation.
- 0:24I'm your host, Joseph Pangaro.
- 0:25You can call me Joe.
- 0:27A lot of people do.
- 0:28I think Joseph sounds uh official.
- 0:30Right?
- 0:30So that's why I use a Joseph Pangara.
- 0:33Well, lots going on.
- 0:35Um it's a Friday night roundup day, so we're gonna look at a bunch of different things, and I'm also gonna talk about something that I enjoy talking about.
- 0:42Usually I try and figure out everything everybody else wants to talk about.
- 0:46But I think I'm gonna add maybe it in this segment, maybe in the in our second half of our get together.
- 0:53But I like to talk about movies.
- 0:55You know, the movies that are out there and what to watch and what's what's fun to watch.
- 1:00So I might talk a little bit about movies, maybe TV shows.
- 1:03I don't know.
- 1:03Those are interesting things for Friday night.
- 1:06Uh no cocktail tonight, just a glass of water, and our little get together.
- 1:12Now, a couple of things that I see that are on my mind that I want to talk about worldwise and the United States wise and what's going on with our country and seeing how we're we're seeing the world.
- 1:24The war in Iran, and I guess you could call it a war, but the uh the blockade apparently is being successful.
- 1:32The fighting has stopped for the time being.
- 1:36I see that Israel and Lebanon have come to an agreement to extend their ceasefire.
- 1:44That's a good thing.
- 1:45Extend the ceasefire, but we know what happens when these ceasefires take place.
- 1:50The Israelis will back down, they will give their troops a rest, work on their equipment, and stand by to see what comes next.
- 1:58We know what uh Hezbollah and other terrorist organizations do when there's a ceasefire.
- 2:07They don't sit down and try and figure out, okay, how are we going to come to a peace?
- 2:11How can we work this out?
- 2:13What can we do as a people to ensure that uh there's peace in the region?
- 2:18How do we what are our what other points that we need to address so that we can live in a peaceful, safe world?
- 2:27Um, what they do is they'll they'll re-arm, they'll build more tunnels, they will stockpile weapons to attack Israel some more.
- 2:37That's uh that's not uh being flippant.
- 2:39That's just uh the truth of the matter.
- 2:41That's what we have seen every single time that there's been a ceasefire.
- 2:45So I would have to assume that in Iran, while we have this ceasefire, President Trump extended the ceasefire a little bit, uh, that they're doing the exact same thing, because they're not coming forward with reasonable concerns they have for for their country, for the people in their country, how they can live at peace with the world.
- 3:05They're not coming up, well, we we have a five-point plan of how we can um it rejoin the nations of the world seeking peace and freedom uh for our people, so that our people can live a good and decent life.
- 3:22Uh no, they're not doing any of that.
- 3:24They're buying time, they're trying to figure out how they can continue to fight because the mullahs, the radical uh psychotic regime, is not looking for peace.
- 3:39We keep forgetting that.
- 3:40You know, here in America, we can't oh there's seek peace, seek pe it's not the Iranian people.
- 3:46The people of Iran want the mullahs gone as much as we do.
- 3:50They have to live under the tyranny of those mullahs.
- 3:55They have to live under the reality that these uh these tyrannical psychopaths in charge of their government uh just murdered 40,000 Iranian civilians for daring to speak up against them.
- 4:11They're living with that every single day.
- 4:13We look at the left-wing nuts in America that run around no kings, no kings, no kings.
- 4:19In the meantime, they're they they can burn, loot, destroy, protest, uh confront law enforcement, try and uh interject themselves.
- 4:30Nobody comes and guns them down.
- 4:32Oh, well, what about what about Mr.
- 4:34Pratt?
- 4:34What about Yeah?
- 4:36Two idiots that unfortunately interjected themselves where they shouldn't have been, and unfortunately, when you do that and there's law enforcement there, there is a chance you can get hurt.
- 4:48So the safest thing to always do, protest on the sidewalk.
- 4:52Swing your signs, call you out, call out what you're against, that's fine.
- 4:56Do not step in front of law enforcement officers, do not interfere with law enforcement officers, do not grab law enforcement officers, do not drive your vehicles at law enforcement officers.
- 5:05If you do those things, pretty good chance you're gonna get hurt in one way or another, and you may end up dead.
- 5:10That's just the reality.
- 5:11I know that.
- 5:12If I'm with uh with my family going to see a play in New York City, and we are walking down the street and I see the NYPD arresting a guy, and I don't think it's righteous that they should be arresting this guy.
- 5:25Now, like most of the liberals, they have no idea what they're talking about, so let's pretend I have no idea what I'm talking about.
- 5:30I just don't like that this guy is getting arrested.
- 5:33There's five cops on this guy, five of them, five against one.
- 5:36That's not fair.
- 5:37So I'm gonna run up to him and start screaming at them.
- 5:40Let him go, let him go.
- 5:42Why are you hurting him?
- 5:43What are you doing?
- 5:44And then maybe I'll grab an officer by the back of his vest and try and pull them off.
- 5:49Well, what would I expect would happen at that time?
- 5:53Well, it would be foolish of me to expect that the police would do nothing when I reached out and grab an officer when I'm interfering with their activities, especially in arrest.
- 6:04I can anticipate, now let's go back to the to the other side.
- 6:06Now, now I I have a brain in my head, and I know what's gonna happen here.
- 6:11One of the officers is gonna turn around, and a couple of things might happen.
- 6:15Somebody might say to me, back off, back off.
- 6:19An officer might stand up and shove me back to get me away from the officers.
- 6:26Another officer might spray me with pepper spray to uh disable me so that I back off.
- 6:34Another officer might use a baton and strike me with the baton in a green area, and for those in law enforcement, you know what I'm talking about.
- 6:42In a green area, so that I back up and get away.
- 6:47Right?
- 6:48Um, and another officer might turn around and punch me in the face as I interfere and grab onto another officer.
- 6:55All of those options are realistic responses when you are doing your job as law enforcement and someone tries to interfere, to interject themselves into the middle of what you're doing.
- 7:00When you are doing your job as law enforcement and someone tries to interfere, to interject themselves into the middle of what you're doing.
- 7:07Because first of all, they don't know who I am.
- 7:07Because first of all, they don't know who I am.
- 7:09They don't know what I'm all about.
- 7:09They don't know what I'm all about.
- 7:11They don't know if I'm armed.
- 7:11They don't know if I'm armed, maybe I'm a compatriot of the guy getting arrested.
- 7:12Maybe I'm a compatriot of the guy getting arrested.
- 7:15Uh who knows.
- 7:15Who knows?
- 7:17But does that does my activities increase their danger?
- 7:17But does that does my activities increase their danger?
- 7:21It does.
- 7:21It does.
- 7:22So one of them cops might do any one of those things.
- 7:22So one of them cops might do any one of those things, and I would certainly expect that to happen.
- 7:25And I would certainly expect that to happen.
- 7:28So you know what I do?
- 7:28So you know what I do?
- 7:29I let's
- 7:29I let's go back to the dumb side.
- 7:31I'm on the liberal side again, and I'm looking at it.
- 7:32I don't just don't like that.
- 7:33There's five cops against one.
- 7:35And I say, you should leave him alone.
- 7:37I'm gonna stand on the sidewalk, 15 or 20 feet away, so I'm I'm not perceived as a threat.
- 7:43I'm not interfering with, I'm not grabbing an officer by the vest or the back of his shirt and trying to pull them off.
- 7:49And I might say to them, I don't think it's right, you're arresting him.
- 7:51You should leave him alone.
- 7:53That's probably what I'm gonna do.
- 7:55If I had some uh some paper and pencil, maybe I would make a sign and I would hold up a sign that says, NYPD unfair, NYPD unfair.
- 8:03I would hold and I would wave it from the sidewalk.
- 8:06I certainly would not approach the officers.
- 8:08Let's let's change the scenario and say they're they're arresting uh somebody on the sidewalk and I'm in my car and I pull up uh and I see them and I say, Hey, leave that guy alone, leave that guy alone, and officers uh jump up and tell me, hey, get out of here, move your car.
- 8:23And I start screaming at them.
- 8:24No, no, I'm not gonna move my car, leave him alone, leave him alone.
- 8:27And then when an officer standing in front of me says, get out of the car, because they perceive me to be a threat now, I'm interfering, get out of the car.
- 8:34And instead of getting out of the car like I was told, I put the car in reverse, I back up, and I put it in drive, and I go forward, and there's an officer there, and I hit the officer with my car.
- 8:46What can I expect?
- 8:48I can expect that either I get away, maybe I get away, maybe they're they're too busy to really stop me.
- 8:54Um maybe they have another car, find me and stop me.
- 8:59Maybe I get stuck in traffic and three or four cops run up, pull the door open, and yank me out to arrest me for interfering.
- 9:05Uh, and with striking the officer with a car, an assault on an officer.
- 9:09Maybe the officer that's gonna get struck by my car sees himself getting killed by me.
- 9:15So therefore, he employs deadly force and shoots me.
- 9:19I can anticipate any one of those things happening.
- 9:22So you know what I do?
- 9:23I see a guy getting arrested on the side of the road that I don't agree with.
- 9:27Maybe I beat my horn.
- 9:29I don't know.
- 9:29I just keep driving.
- 9:30And then you see what happens, and the end of both of those scenarios where I was against what was happening.
- 9:36I didn't like what was happening.
- 9:38I had something to say about what was happening.
- 9:41But I stood on a sidewalk and got out of the way, or I drove away in my car without causing a problem.
- 9:47You know what happens?
- 9:48You know, what's the both of them examples?
- 9:51I'm alive and I'm healthy, and I get to go home to my family.
- 9:57See, it's all based on choices that I made.
- 10:00And the smart me made good choices.
- 10:03The stupid me would have made bad choices.
- 10:06Do you see the lesson here?
- 10:07It's a lesson we can all learn.
- 10:09So as I'm as I'm thinking about these situations and what's going on in our country, and the uh fact that we are separated and we're just in a strange place.
- 10:23One of the other strange places I see is my I guess thought process tells me about humanity, right?
- 10:33That's why I named the show what I did, the human equation.
- 10:36What is it about humanity and understanding people and human nature that informs me about things?
- 10:44Well, uh, I as a criminal investigator, it was important for me to know all about uh human nature and why people might do what they do and how they do it, and what could I anticipate?
- 10:55Kind of like our little scenarios there.
- 11:06I had to pay attention uh so I could read, you know, that's a term we use to read the uh the conversation or read the action or we read the crime scene to get information.
- 11:20Well, when I when I look at that and I say, what do I see about humanity?
- 11:26Well, we're not that far away, not even a hundred years.
- 11:30We think about that a hundred years uh from nineteen thirty-nine when World War II started.
- 11:36We're not we're not a hundred years away yet.
- 11:39So that means that that mentality that was alive then, the reality of a world war, uh, is still we're we're still in that same time frame.
- 11:51It's not even 100 years since that war began, or since it ended in 1945.
- 11:57We are we are pretty far away from that, uh, being a hundred years yet.
- 12:01So when I think about that, and I go, well, think about what happened there.
- 12:05What's different now than from then?
- 12:09Nothing.
- 12:10It is the default position of of humanity to live under uh uh tyranny.
- 12:16That is uh I think that's one of the truest statements I ever said.
- 12:19Now, I'm sure I'm not the first person to have ever said that.
- 12:22I'm the first person I know of that said that, and that's why I I quote it, and it is part of the I guess the bedrock of the way I look at things.
- 12:32So as an investigator, I have to know human nature as a human being.
- 12:35I have to know human nature to know how to interact with the world around me.
- 12:39And what I see, my analogy about World War II and where we are now, what's different from then till now?
- 12:46Well, around what was it, 19 maybe 1990.
- 12:52We started to have personal computers everywhere.
- 12:55We we don't think about that now, right?
- 12:57Right on your desk, if you're sitting in your office or your your house or whatever, somewhere there's an electronic device, your cell phone.
- 13:04If you're listening to us on a cell phone here, you're listening on a uh a digital device.
- 13:09It's i these things didn't exist not that long ago, right?
- 13:13In World War II, they certainly didn't have the digital world.
- 13:16We have computers and internet and all that stuff.
- 13:19It wasn't until the the 1990s and the 2000s.
- 13:23We think about that, how advanced the year 2000 seemed.
- 13:26We go back then, it was it was just the beginnings of internet and all of the things that that we uh that we take for granted now.
- 13:34But that's really the only thing different from now and the start of World War II.
- 13:39We still have the same human beings basically breathing the same exact air as all of those people breathed.
- 13:47And when I say that, of course, the air on the planet has been here forever.
- 13:50My point being is that we're we're still in the same um the same heartbeat of time that those people were in World War II.
- 14:00The same petty ridiculous human thoughts percolated then, percolate now.
- 14:00The same petty ridiculous human thoughts percolated then, percolate now.
- 14:08We're seeing a repeat of history over and over and over again.
- 14:08We're seeing a repeat of history over and over and over again.
- 14:12There's a is a famous saying that those who do not know history are condemned to repeat it.
- 14:12There's a is a famous saying that those who do not know history are condemned to repeat it.
- 14:16Now, the word in that sentence that's important is condemned.
- 14:16Now, the word in that sentence that's important is condemned.
- 14:20Because when we see history and we see the negative things, the negative impact on people, that's it's let's do that again.
- 14:20Because when we see history and we see the negative things, the negative impact on people, that's let's do that again.
- 14:29Let's do co-
- 14:29Let's do COVID again.
- 14:30Wouldn't that be fun to do that?
- 14:32No, we'd be condemned to having to live through that same kind of nonsense.
- 14:36So history teaches us a lot.
- 14:38And human nature helps us to interpret those kind of things.
- 14:42So when I look at our world today, and I say, okay, what's in place today, besides internet and that kind of thing?
- 14:50What's in place today that wasn't in place at the start of World War II?
- 14:55Well, we certainly have NATO, don't we?
- 14:57We have NATO.
- 14:58We have the European Union as a group of nations together trying to function as a counter to the United States in Europe.
- 15:08You know, one big functioning group, uh kind of like we are here in America as the United States.
- 15:15And I look at that and I go, okay, so we have NATO.
- 15:17Why do we have NATO in place?
- 15:19We have NATO in place because we learned a hard lesson in World War II with the Axis powers, how they came together and almost overcame the world and vanquished uh democracy, uh democratic republics and countries around the world.
- 15:37Uh the Empire of Japan, again, another um, while it was an emperor, it was still a despotic uh tyrannical leadership.
- 15:47And then we had the Nazis, tyrannical leadership, we had uh Mussolini and his uh his groups uh in Italy, tyrannical Mussolini.
- 15:56We so we had all of these same exact models of people that we have today that we had back then.
- 16:07We have the exact same conflicts today that we had back then.
- 16:12And when I say exactly the same, I don't mean down to the pinpoint, well, the Nazis wanted to take over Europe.
- 16:18No.
- 16:19What I mean is you have the exact same negative uh connotations in these um Axis power uh kind of governments, the Chinese, a totalitarian government, uh Putin, a totalitarian government.
- 16:37We see uh North Korea, totalitarian government, the Iranians, totalitarian governments.
- 16:43These kind of people are exactly the same as the kind of people we had that unleashed World War II on us, right?
- 16:53Only they had a little bit of an advantage because they were in a more power position and they attacked and they were successful initially, they were successful, right?
- 17:05And when I say exactly the same, that's what I'm talking about.
- 17:07It's the mentality of those totalitarian kind of leaders, we still have it in this world.
- 17:14We didn't we didn't learn really anything from World War II other than some of us here in the West got smart and said, wow, these people are bad.
- 17:26We better get together and do something to prevent them from rising up again.
- 17:33Because we look, we had World War I, and then we have World War II, and if we go beyond World War I, let's go back to all the revolutions that went on, and you can see the pattern of human behavior repeating itself over and over and over.
- 17:48The only real difference is the players, the names of the players often change.
- 17:56If we break it down, if we break it down to its most essential element, which is something I like to do, we basically have leaders of governments or movements or organizations that either fall down on the side of good or that fall down on the side of evil.
- 18:16And how I'm determining that is by good, what is their intentions when they're in charge?
- 18:22Are they building up their people?
- 18:24Are they making a better world?
- 18:26Are they trying to figure out problems so that people's lives are better?
- 18:31Or on the evil side, are they concerned only with their own power?
- 18:35Are they concerned with expanding their borders?
- 18:38Are they are they not concerned with their people's suffering?
- 18:42Uh, and are they looking for conquest to take over other people and engage in suffering for them as they take control of all of their assets?
- 18:52So we have that on the big scale, the big scale.
- 18:55Countries.
- 18:56We have the exact same players in place now that we had all throughout history.
- 19:03It's been a tipping back and forth of the balance of who's in charge?
- 19:08Good people or evil people.
- 19:10Who's going back and forth?
- 19:12Well, after World War II, the good people led by the Americans and most of the West fought back at great cost to extinguish the evil uh that was the Mussolini government, the Hitler government, uh the uh Japanese imperial government, you know, we fought back, uh, lost millions of people died in that, the the horrendous activities of the Holocaust.
- 19:39Everything that's bad about humanity was reflected in what happened in World War II.
- 19:46And like I said, that's less than a hundred years ago, right?
- 19:50That's that's somebody's life within somebody's life.
- 19:53My father-in-law Ted was born in 1933.
- 19:56He's 92 years old.
- 19:57He's still with us, he's healthy as a horse.
- 20:00He he was born before World War II, when those people were around.
- 20:06And when I look at that, I say, we we're in the same kind of position now.
- 20:10We have the same different names, uh different locations for the evil, but it's still here with us.
- 20:19And one of the things that we did learn after World War II, and I I apologize, been a long way getting to my point here, but we had NATO.
- 20:28We have NATO, and NATO was supposed to give the good guy countries, the West, an edge against the bad guy countries.
- 20:38Uh the Russians, the Chinese, the North Koreans, you know, you would pick pick the bad guys of the of the of the era and lump them together.
- 20:47It's it's always good versus evil in the world and the motives of the leaders of of each place.
- 20:54Now we can certainly pick on uh American leaders and British leaders and say, oh, well, that was a bad person, or they there were a bad person, they're individually.
- 21:00Well, that was a bad person.
- 21:01There were a bad person.
- 21:03Yes, individually.
- 21:04There can be bad people within the good countries, so to speak.
- 21:04There can be bad people within the good countries, so to speak, right?
- 21:09Right?
- 21:09And we know that.
- 21:09And we know that.
- 21:10Uh, just like we know in some of these evil empires, uh, there's probably good people, like in in Iran.
- 21:10Just like we know in some of these evil empires.
- 21:13Uh, there's probably good people, like in in Iran.
- 21:16We know that the people there are probably very good people, uh, but they're they're being subjugated by a tyrannical uh bunch of psychopaths.
- 21:16We know that the people there are probably very good people, uh, but they're they're being subjugated by a tyrannical uh bunch of psychopaths.
- 21:26So it's it's interesting that on both sides of humanity.
- 21:26So it's it's interesting that in both sides of humanity, you can have good and bad on both sides.
- 21:32It's the overpowering um effect of whether they're good or bad that affects all of us, right?
- 21:42So you might have good people in Iran, but they're overwhelmed by the bad government, which has the power, and therefore that's a danger to us.
- 21:49See what I'm saying?
- 21:50You kind of get that right.
- 21:51In America, you could say, oh, I don't like this person, this person's a bad person, bad president, bad senator, blah, blah, blah, blah, whatever.
- 21:58But in general, America is for the good, right?
- 22:01We do good around the world, right?
- 22:02We that's what we do.
- 22:03We protect democracy, we protect freedom, liberty, that's the kind of things that we do.
- 22:09As consistently as can be done in humanity.
- 22:12So when you look at those two different two different areas, you you you see that it comes down to that.
- 22:19So my point being is that that stability that we created coming out of World War II.
- 22:26The stability of the winners, the good guys and good girls, the stability that we created when we overcame the evil empire, as they were, uh, and beat them back, and the forces of good took the control for a little while.
- 22:44And we saw stability around the world.
- 22:46Now we still had the Soviet Union, and that that lasted another what?
- 22:50Uh another 45, 50 years before that was finally beaten into submission.
- 22:54Who?
- 22:55By the good guys again, Ronald Reagan and his team, George Bush and the team, right?
- 22:59Uh, the whole world, the Pope, Pope John Paul, the good the factors of good beat back some of the last remnants of evil of World War II, which was the Soviet Union.
- 23:09Well, NATO was part of that.
- 23:11NATO was part of the um the balance keeper, so to speak, the balance keeper that kept evil at bay.
- 23:20You know, the evil nations around the world, as they develop, they realize, gee, if we try and take Europe again, if we try and attack America, if we try and attack the interests of the West, if we try to go after their places, their people, if we try and subjugate them and and and expand our territories again, being murderous psychopaths that we are.
- 23:43We're gonna be met with very, very strong resistance.
- 23:47You know, NATO, those they're gonna get together and boy, it's gonna be tough.
- 23:50It's not like just picking off France, you know, we're picking off the United Kingdom.
- 23:54We've got to pick off all of NATO.
- 23:56With that comes the United States and all the other countries that are uh members of NATO.
- 24:01So it's a uh it's one of those things that kept the world stable, so to speak.
- 24:08Doesn't mean we didn't have conflicts along the way.
- 24:10Proxy attacks, you know, we couldn't fight the Soviet Union, so you know, we fought them through other other smaller uh countries.
- 24:18We know the history of this.
- 24:20But with NATO now struggling and falling apart, and it is falling apart in front of our eyes.
- 24:29Now, will the United States actually pull out of it?
- 24:32No.
- 24:32I don't know in the long run.
- 24:35Would Trump pull out?
- 24:36Yes.
- 24:37I think he would, because it doesn't serve America's purpose.
- 24:40And the fact that here we are attacking an evil regime who has been killing Americans and other Westerners for the last 47 years, and they were about to get a nuclear bomb, and if you're too stupid to recognize the fact that they would have been a huge danger to all of us, we could not let that happen.
- 24:59We had to take a preemptive strike to stop that at that moment.
- 25:03We could not let their uh attack on us continue as it has for 40, 47 or so years.
- 25:10So Trump did the right thing to try and take them out, and we ask NATO, hey, this is in your interest too.
- 25:16This is in all of our interest of the good guy teams all over the world, especially because it includes energy, right?
- 25:25That all of these countries need the energy from the Middle East so we can function.
- 25:31Uh and Trump does the he puts his own reputation, his own government, everything at risk to do what's right.
- 25:40And that's what I think is being missed here as well.
- 25:42Uh, you know, he's crazy.
- 25:44No, he he he could certainly have just ignored Iran, let them get a bomb, let them threaten everybody.
- 25:49We have our own oil, and uh his legacy would be awesome.
- 25:52Instead, I think he took a very bold move to do what is right for the world with the capital W to go after Iran.
- 26:02Now we ask NATO to help us, help us just clear the waters so that we can keep commerce, and they said no.
- 26:11Now, if we elect a liberal as president next, or if we elect a weak Republican and they go scrolling and snivelling back to NATO, uh obviously a paper tiger not going to help America when America needs it, then that's what we're destined to have.
- 26:30But I think the things that kept the world stable are falling apart before our eyes, which can lead us only to wear to a return to world conflict.
- 26:44All right, on that happy note, I'm gonna take a break.
- 26:46I'll be back in a few minutes.

- 30:23Welcome back, everybody, to the human equation.
- 30:26Now that was a pretty intense opening, I think.
- 30:28You know, I along my lines of a monologue that I talked about a couple of uh episodes ago that I wanted to start opening with a monologue.
- 30:36I don't know if I want it to be the whole first section of our get together, but this one ended up being because it was a bigger thought that I had, and I'm going to complete my thoughts on that in a minute.
- 30:46So then we can move on to some other Friday night topics.
- 30:50But first of all, I want to tell you, you know, let's let's think about what's happening this year here in America.
- 30:56Let's focus on that for a second.
- 30:58We are going to have our uh July 4th celebration, are we not?
- 31:02Yes, we are.
- 31:02We're gonna celebrate this uh this great, beautiful, wonderful country that we're all blessed to live in.
- 31:09And it's special this time around because it's the 250th anniversary.
- 31:14Now, first of all, there's two things when I say that.
- 31:17250 years of our country seems amazing.
- 31:20What a legacy, 250 years.
- 31:24But when you think about nations around the world, 250 years is nothing.
- 31:29It's a blip.
- 31:30It's a it's it's an experiment.
- 31:33You know, the Chinese have been around for thousands of years, right?
- 31:37Europe and all the other countries in Europe been around for thousands of years.
- 31:40Um, Israel in different forms of going back thousands of years, right?
- 31:47America 250 years.
- 31:50Not a lot of time, but I think that's what makes this anniversary so special.
- 31:55It is a it is a uh a mark of time, 250 years.
- 32:00It's one of those anniversaries that's it's got more importance because of the number of years.
- 32:06Now, 249, that wasn't important.
- 32:08Yeah, that was amazing too.
- 32:10But 250 is a is a benchmark, it's a hallmark of our nation being here 250 years.
- 32:18Imagine the last 250 years without America being here.
- 32:25Imagine America was never here.
- 32:27How would we all be living today?
- 32:31How would the world be existing today if America was not around?
- 32:37So, to celebrate America, we're we're having a big event.
- 32:40Uh and when I say we, I'm talking about America Out Loud.
- 32:44All right, America Out Loud is also celebrating a 10-year anniversary.
- 32:50An amazing 10 years of this platform to present to you ideas and thoughts and voices and free speech from across the nation.
- 33:01Uh, absolutely an amazing platform, and we're celebrating our 10th year at the same time America's celebrating is 250th.
- 33:10So, how are we going to do that?
- 33:11Well, July 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, America Out Loud, our team and everybody will be in Nashville, Tennessee.

- 33:43We have been keeping evil at bay because there's been an America.
- 33:46And you can go, oh, that's ridiculous.
- 33:48No, when you think about it, where would we, where would the world be without America?
- 33:53Right?
- 33:54Oh, certainly we we have earned that title in that respect.
- 33:58So I'm gonna be there.
- 33:59Joe Pangayar on the Human Equation.

- 35:16Uh people of a like mind and celebrate.
- 35:20Free speech, this uh network and this great country that we call home.
- 35:26All right.
- 35:26All right.
- 35:27Sorry, I got a little sniffly nose today.
- 35:27Sorry, I got a little sniffly nose today.
- 35:29I know.
- 35:29I know nobody wants to hear that, but there's nothing I can do about it.
- 35:32You know, you got the pollen coming out of the trees, and that got me got my nose going, my sinus going.
- 35:39You don't want to hear that.
- 35:40It's disgusting, right?
- 35:41And it's almost over.
- 35:42I had a pretty bad cold uh last week.
- 35:45Pretty bad cold.
- 35:46It really hit me hard.
- 35:48But it's almost gone, except for these annoying little sniffles that I just can't seem to get rid of.
- 35:53But hey, that's besides the point.
- 35:56So I'm gonna finish up my thoughts here on this because I I I tried to dramatically come to my point at the end of our first little uh segment.
- 36:05When the idea is that all of these lessons that we learned from World War I, World War II, world conflict, and human nature, all of these things that we learned culminating in the deaths of millions and millions of people, the destruction of cities and people's lives, the deaths of untold numbers of soldiers on both sides, all sides, the dropping of the atomic bomb and the entry into the atomic age, all of these things took place less than 100 years ago in the lifetime of my father-in-law who comes here for a glass of wine and dinner three days a week.
- 36:46He is from that generation.
- 36:48He was born before that took place, and he's still here afterwards.
- 36:51That is how close we are to those events, which tells us what?
- 36:56We're still in the same heartbeat of time as when that conflict started, and we are we have been spared anything that bad since because we came to our senses after that war.
- 37:10We realized this is human nature, this could happen again.
- 37:15How do we protect ourselves?
- 37:16And we decided to stand together.
- 37:19We decided to set standards.
- 37:20We we pushed evil down.
- 37:23We overcame evil.
- 37:25Uh but as good people, what do we do?
- 37:26Didn't we help rebuild Japan?
- 37:28Didn't we help rebuild the European countries?
- 37:30Didn't we extend the olive branch to our former enemies and try and bring the world together?
- 37:35Of course we did.
- 37:36That's what good countries, good people do.
- 37:40So we learned that lesson, and we created some institutions and some ideas, you know.
- 37:45Uh, we're gonna get together and we're gonna have uh, you know, the United Nations, which is gonna be for good, and you know, NATO is for good, and now we're seeing the reality of humanity sliding into the track of existence that I call the default position of mankind to live under tyranny.
- 38:09We're seeing, we're seeing the gears uh of this forward progress start to change.
- 38:16We're seeing shifting of the gears.
- 38:18We're seeing is the United States let's think about the United Nations.
- 38:22The United Nations.
- 38:24Their purpose is what?
- 38:25So that the world would talk instead of shoot bombs at each other.
- 38:30That's the idea.
- 38:30It's a conflict from one nation to another.
- 38:33The whole world would be there, and and we could we could discuss this as one world of how how can these two nations or three nations or whatever, whoever's having trouble?
- 38:43How can they get together and figure out the problem and avert a hot war where people are dying and buildings are burning and life is just turned upside down?
- 38:54How with the United Nations, that's how we'll do it.
- 38:57And the good guys, the winners of World War II will lead it, right?
- 39:02We will have this permanent group of winners and high high power countries, and we will oversee all of this.
- 39:09Is that how it worked out?
- 39:11Is the United Nations, do they have any value whatsoever to world peace?
- 39:19Have they solved any problems that the world is having anywhere in the world, other than to be a forum for evil nations to stand up and attack good nations and to uh be accepted by other nations, even though they're tyrannical psychopaths?
- 39:41You know, there was a time in the United Nations when Iran was in charge of I think women's rights or human rights, and the Chinese were in charge of human rights.
- 39:50Are you out of your mind?
- 39:52That's like that's like it's like putting the uh the fox in charge of the hen house and saying, oh, you can do the best job of all watching out for them hens.
- 40:03You know, the the fox, of course.
- 40:06It is stupid.
- 40:07It's become an even more stupid institution.
- 40:09And who's paying most of the money for it?
- 40:12We are the United States of America.
- 40:14The ultimate good guy is paying for something that's absolutely useless and worthless.
- 40:19If the UN disappeared tomorrow, would that make a difference in any of the conflicts around the world?
- 40:28Where are the blue hats flooding in to Gaza to make sure that there's peace and that the terrorists are not rebuilding tunnels and reloading rockets and shooting them from hospitals and schools to reignite the war with Israel?
- 40:43Where is the blue hats going in there going, hey, the world can be full of BS and say that, you know, oh we're uh uh Israel is evil.
- 40:51When we all know that's not true.
- 40:53We know it's terrorist nations causing all these uh terrorist groups causing all this problem.
- 40:58We're gonna flood our blue hat troops in there, and we are going to make sure that the evil, evil terrorists uh in the Gaza Strip, uh Hamas do not ignite another war.
- 41:12We're gonna help the people of Gaza.
- 41:15We're gonna help them rebuild.
- 41:17We're gonna get pre present order uh to the chaos.
- 41:21We're gonna prevent the sh do they do that?
- 41:24Do they do that?
- 41:25No, they don't.
- 41:26Instead, they hold meetings where they say, Israel is evil, we're gonna get rid of get rid of Israel.
- 41:32That's what they do.
- 41:33All right, let's look at Ukraine.
- 41:35Uh Ukraine, a European uh situation, where you have Putin, who is one of the evils of the world, right?
- 41:43He's really just a reincarnated uh Soviet Union leader.
- 41:46He would love nothing better than to reconstitute the Soviet Union and uh be the supreme leader.
- 41:52Uh, there's no doubt about that.
- 41:54Um but here we have right on European soil.
- 41:58We have this Putin decide that it's safe enough now for me to expand, and he doesn't do it just once, he does it twice.
- 42:00Decide that it's safe enough now for me to expand, and he doesn't do it just once.
- 42:09He does it twice.
- 42:10Remember the first push into Ukraine?
- 42:10Remember the first push into Ukraine?
- 42:12I think President Obama was in charge at that point and yelled and screamed and hollered and didn't stop him.
- 42:12I think President Obama was in charge at that point and yelled and screamed and hollered and didn't stop him.
- 42:18He did it anyway.
- 42:18He did it anyway.
- 42:19Why?
- 42:19Why?
- 42:19Because he realized that our leftist leaders in America at that point had no guts, no chutzpah, nothing.
- 42:19Because he realized that our leftist leaders in America at that point had no guts, no chutzpah, nothing.
- 42:26Where they were not gonna stop it.
- 42:26Where they were not going to stop it.
- 42:27They weren't gonna do anything about it.
- 42:27They weren't going to do anything about it.
- 42:29It was one of the first clear signs of this new era that I see us being in, this era of weakness, this era of disassociating all the lessons we learned about how humanity deals with tyranny and evil, and we're stepping away from it.
- 42:51We're changing gears.
- 42:53We are going backwards slow and steady.
- 42:57When we see the rise of wokism and leftism, and how people right here in America, look how divided we are in America from traditional America that saved the world, that created the highest standard of living, that created the greatest technology that leads humanity into the future.
- 43:20How our country is split between those traditional people and people who would undo America tomorrow and turn it into a uh slop house like Europe is becoming with socialism uh running rampant uh with with all these different groups protesting and burning and going crazy, destroying the fabric of life in America.
- 43:44We see that very clearly, right?
- 43:47It's very clear.
- 43:48Uh America is divided 50-50.
- 43:51Our Senate and our our Congress kind of tells us that there's a six-seat majority in the House of Representatives, and we can't get nothing done because half of the Republicans that make up the majority are wishy-washy, they're really kind of liberally, and they vote with the liberals and they don't stand toll and they're against Trump and they're fighting Trump.
- 44:10What's that gonna do for our country in the loan?
- 44:12Look at the Senate.
- 44:13One or two votes.
- 44:14That's it, and we can't get them to all do the right thing.
- 44:16We can't get this John Thune to do the right thing.
- 44:19Here we are in America, and we know that we're we we've been infiltrated by 20 or 30 million illegal immigrants, not that they're bad people, but they shouldn't have come here.
- 44:29We couldn't handle the inflow of them, we can't afford it, and we have some very bad people mixed in with those people who were just looking for a better life.
- 44:37I get all that.
- 44:38But we got 20 to 30 million people here.
- 44:41And we know that there's voting irregularities, right?
- 44:46Uh, for a while there when when the left-wing lunatics were in charge under Joe Biden, even saying such a thing, there's no way.
- 44:53Every election is perfect.
- 44:55Now we're seeing all the truths come out.
- 44:57We're seeing the truths come out in all these different areas of American life because we have uh basically because the Republicans are in charge, and they are uh, and they're not angels, believe me.
- 45:10I'm not saying they are, but they're definitely better than the left-wing policies of these crazy left-wing maniacal socialists that are out there, right?
- 45:20Um they're pro-American, they're pro-law and order, they're pro uh the rule of law, right?
- 45:27Do things the right way.
- 45:28Uh for the most part, does mean individuals aren't problematic.
- 45:32But for the most part, that's what we're doing.
- 45:35Um, and we see all this stuff starting to come out.
- 45:38How about the uh Southern Poverty Law Center?
- 45:41You know, a seminal figure of the left to fight against uh racism again.
- 45:49It turns out they're run by liberals, they're a liberal, uh, basically a wing of the Democratic Party, and here they are.
- 45:57The uh the sunshine has been shown on them, and here they are being revealed as spending money to gin up fake racism to cause problems in our country so that they can exist and have power, right?
- 46:13That just happened in front of our eyes.
- 46:15And do you do you hear the news media?
- 46:18The regular mainstream media, are they jumping up and down going, oh my can't believe this just happened?
- 46:23And doing expos it.
- 46:25No.
- 46:25We're not hearing any of that.
- 46:26Why?
- 46:27Because it doesn't suit their narrative.
- 46:29It makes them look bad.
- 46:31It reveals the truth of things that many people on the right have been saying for a very long time.
- 46:37And I can tell you this.
- 46:39If it's true about the Southern uh poverty law center, it is true probably of every single other left-wing crazy organization that's out there.
- 46:50Black lives matter.
- 46:51We know that that was nothing to do with black lives.
- 46:54It was about ginning up racism in the country, turning people against each other and raising money, and the leaders were stealing the money.
- 47:02But it was it seemed like a good cause, right?
- 47:04It's oh, of course black lives matter.
- 47:06Of course they do.
- 47:06Nobody wants anybody, any American to be killed or to suffer, right?
- 47:11But oh, they had to make it out.
- 47:13There's this horrible racism.
- 47:14Joe Biden, Joe the idiot Biden.
- 47:17And I and I don't say that lightly.
- 47:19But here he, how corrupt is he and his family, right?
- 47:22The guy couldn't couldn't lead the country, but they put him up as, oh, the greatest guy in the world, smartest guy in the world, smartest guy in the room, mind you, right?
- 47:30No, no.
- 47:32He was he was overwhelmed with mental disease because he's just an older man.
- 47:37There's nothing he can do about that.
- 47:39But they kept him up there so that they could continue to control things.
- 47:43We know that they did Hillary Clinton made up the Russian hoax thing.
- 47:48Oh my gosh, the biggest thing in the world to throw against any political person, but they went against Trump nonstop for years that he was colluding with Putin.
- 47:58He's best friends with Putin.
- 47:59He loves Putin.
- 48:00Turns out Hillary Clinton made that up and pushed it, and President Obama knew about it, and he pushed it and he lied.
- 48:08They weaponized our government law enforcement agencies to create this hoax.
- 48:15Why?
- 48:16To steal power.
- 48:19It's as clear, and this is what I'm talking about.
- 48:21What's happening?
- 48:22These things are all starting to come to light.
- 48:25We're starting to see these things now, all the things that people on the right have been saying all along, and we were treated as though conspiracy theories, you're making it up, there's no truth to it.
- 48:36You're just a hater, you just don't want anybody to get ahead, blah, blah, blah.
- 48:40All this nonsense that we have been fed for the past 10 or 12 years.
- 48:45It is all coming out, and we're all seeing the truth of it.
- 48:50That Trump was spied on.
- 48:52They did use lawfare.
- 48:54They did use the FBI and the CIA and all these other agencies to work against the will of the American people.
- 49:00To work against the will of the American people.
- 49:03They are insurrectionists.
- 49:03They are insurrectionists.
- 49:06They are using the power that they have to overturn the will of the people.
- 49:06They are using the power that they have to overturn the will of the people.
- 49:12But what do they do?
- 49:12But what do they do?
- 49:13They stand there and scream, insurrection, insurrection, insurrection about a bunch of idiots who broke into the uh into the house and and trespassed and ran around.
- 49:13They stand there and scream, insurrection, insurrection, insurrection about a bunch of idiots who broke into the uh into the house uh and and trespassed and ran around.
- 49:22That's what they did.
- 49:22That's what they did.
- 49:23They were trespassers.
- 49:23They were trespassers.
- 49:24They were uh burglars at the best, right?
- 49:24They were uh burglars at the best, right?
- 49:27But their intent wasn't to commit a crime, so it's not burglary, it's trespass.
- 49:27But their intent wasn't to commit a crime, so it's not burglary, it's trespassing.
- 49:30They broke windows, they did vandalism.
- 49:32They marched around.
- 49:34They wouldn't let us see the videos.
- 49:35Why couldn't we see the videos of this insurrection that these people had to have guns?
- 49:41They must have been there to take over the take over the government.
- 49:44They were gonna, they were gonna get the the football that the guy carries around with the president, and they were gonna declare themselves in charge of the United States.
- 49:52Why wouldn't they let us see the videos?
- 49:54Well, when we finally did see the videos, we saw why.
- 49:57There were a bunch of, you know, people who were upset with their government and they did the wrong thing.
- 50:02They broke into the building, they shouldn't have done it.
- 50:04But we also find out now that the FBI was in the crowd.
- 50:07Hundreds of agents who were egging people on.
- 50:12We saw the one video, guy pulling the glass out of the window, oh, go in there.
- 50:15And then when he got caught, he changed his story.
- 50:18We was all fake.
- 50:21All of that was fake.
- 50:23And they scream insurrection.
- 50:26When really the insurrection is from the left.
- 50:32They have been trying to overturn this country, cement themselves in power for the last 10 or 15 years, blatantly doing it.
- 50:42And the media goes along with them.
- 50:44And most of the things that we screamed and hollered about that we were told we were crazy, we were haters, we were this is all coming out to be true.
- 50:52And the Southern Poverty Law Center is one of the uh linchpins of their uh their hold on they have the moral high ground.
- 51:01It turns out they are corrupt.
- 51:04They were making up most of this stuff to ferment this this racism and anger between the American people.
- 51:11All for what purpose?
- 51:14To obtain power and change America.
- 51:19And what would they change it to?
- 51:21To a socialist basket case, like most of Europe is what they would change it to.
- 51:26We know that.
- 51:27We're very clear when we see them and hear them speak.
- 51:31So my point being, and again, I went longer, this you know, this really got me going here.
- 51:36I went longer on this than I wanted to, but the reality is the the safeguards that we put in place in a moment of clarity after the horrendous experience of World War II, the unbelievable scar and wound that this caused on the whole world, as it started to heal, we put things together to so that it would never happen again, and what we're seeing is the relentless pursuit of evil and negativity and leftist ideas, socialist ideas, communist ideas that do not go away.
- 52:17They are because you why don't they go away?
- 52:19Because we don't make them go away.
- 52:21We say, oh, well, you know, they're right to have their opinion and then this and that, and that's our constitution.
- 52:25I've said many times that our constitution is not a suicide pact, but it certainly could be.
- 52:31We could have an election, the next election, where an absolute communist runs for president, and 51% of the people vote for him, and he comes in and he gets his Congress that he wants, and they vote out the Constitution, they're gonna do something else.
- 52:44You're gonna stop them when that happens?
- 52:46You're gonna stop it when that happens?
- 52:49No, you're not gonna stop it when it happens.
- 52:51So we can vote ourselves right out of uh our uh right out of America in one election cycle because the Constitution allows for it, right?
- 53:01So on the right, are we looking to take over and be this totalitarian fascist uh leadership of the country?
- 53:09No, we're not.
- 53:10We're accused of that.
- 53:12Who's actually trying to take control of the government?
- 53:15Trying to take control of the military, taking control of law enforcement, and using those tools against their enemies.
- 53:24Who's actually doing that?
- 53:26The left.
- 53:28The left is doing that.
- 53:30They are conducting an insurrection right in front of our eyes.
- 53:34But like frogs sitting in water, we don't feel the heat coming up until it's too late and we're gonna get boiled.
- 53:40So what I'm seeing now, what is was seems clear to me now, that with President Trump trying to stand tall and say enough and change the tide.
- 53:52So whether you like the orange man or not, that's what he's trying to do.
- 53:57But there are so many forces array aligned against him, including people on our own side, who are just oh, they're looking down a road, oh, they'll be gone in two and a half years, then we'll be done when we get back to business as usual.
- 54:11Oh my gosh, make our money, trick the American people.
- 54:15Who cares?
- 54:15We get back to being in charge and doing things.
- 54:18Enough of this pro-America nonsense.
- 54:22What do you think our enemies think when they see that?
- 54:26Do they think, oh my gosh, America?
- 54:29Uh, America will hold us back.
- 54:32No, they do not see that.
- 54:34They say, ah, weakness, weakness in America, we we can move another couple of steps closer.
- 54:41See, because the the evil governments and evil uh thoughts and the evil uh policy people that are out there in the world, the negative ciphers in the world, so to speak, they see the long term.
- 54:55They take, they take our country one inch at a time and they keep going.
- 54:59It's almost imperceptible, you can't see it until wow, what that wasn't like that ten years ago, and then you realize we're having problems.
- 55:09It was never, you never saw the kind of things that the Democratic Party and the allies of the Democratic Party have done, like lawfare going against President Trump uh to use the law against him, to a former president, get him indicted, get him charged with crimes that don't really exist, we'll twist the law to make it, we'll go after him, people running for office saying we're gonna get him no matter what, no matter what he did, we'll figure it out, we'll make something up.
- 55:37And they're elected into office.
- 55:39Well, on a bigger scale, we're seeing the world and the safeguards we put up come apart for the same exact kind of left-wing crazy socialist thinking that is inevitable as we slide back into tyranny.
- 55:54Might not be this year or 20 years, but you can see it coming.
- 55:58And I'm afraid of that because that is the default position of humanity.
- 56:00Is the default position of humanity.
- 56:02So with NATO falling apart in front of our eyes, failing to help us when we needed them.
- 56:02So with NATO falling apart in front of our eyes, failing to help us when we needed them, that should be a fundamental observation that all the things we put in place less than a hundred years ago are coming apart.
- 56:08That should be a fundamental observation that all the things we put in place less than a hundred years ago are coming apart.
- 56:19And when they come apart, what happens?
- 56:19And when they come apart, what happens?
- 56:21The next conflict comes roaring at us that we can't stop because we can't agree.
- 56:22The next conflict comes roaring at us that we can't stop because we can't agree, we don't agree with what freedom is.
- 56:28We don't agree with what freedom is, we don't agree with what good and bad is.
- 56:32We confuse evil with good.
- 56:34Anybody who's talking about good is a hater, and you did we are so confused, we are so damaged right now that there's very little time for us to fix it.
- 56:46And I hope we do.
- 56:47And I don't mean to be disappointing here on a Friday night, but I think we need to all think about this.
- 56:52All right, remember you be a part of the solution, not a part of the problem.
- 56:56We'll see you down the road.
