- 0:18Speaker 2: something that's really annoying. And these are interesting because I
- 0:21Speaker 2: think everybody could agree with these, and yet people still
- 0:24Speaker 2: do them. Okay, I won't go through all of them.
- 0:26Speaker 2: Are forty five of them. I'll skim through some. Here's
- 0:29Speaker 2: some travel ones clapping when the plane lands.
- 0:33Speaker 3: But I don't know, it depends on if things were
- 0:35Speaker 3: rough there for a bit. I've been on flights for
- 0:38Speaker 3: I'm like, yeah, we we we made it.
- 0:41Speaker 1: Okay.
- 0:43Speaker 2: I'm waiting for Gina to find the opposite to all
- 0:45Speaker 2: of these standing in the aisle as soon as the
- 0:48Speaker 2: plane lands. I mean, see here she goes again. I mean,
- 0:52Speaker 2: I get it.
- 0:53Speaker 1: You're the most important person on the pill. No, you can't.
- 0:56Speaker 1: You've got to get there.
- 0:58Speaker 3: Say your flight was delay and you're gonna miss your
- 1:01Speaker 3: your connecting and you will not.
- 1:03Speaker 2: Get off the plane any quicker if you stand up
- 1:05Speaker 2: immediately the in the aisle and uh.
- 1:08Speaker 1: The shoeless people on planes.
- 1:11Speaker 3: I have no tolerance.
- 1:12Speaker 1: Come on, that's gross.
- 1:13Speaker 2: Okay, there's one. Uh, let's see is dining pet peeves. Okay,
- 1:18Speaker 2: when a waiter drops a dish and it breaks it
- 1:22Speaker 2: and people clap in the in the restaurant, Hey, way
- 1:25Speaker 2: to go.
- 1:27Speaker 1: That's just that's just rude.
- 1:29Speaker 2: They the man or the woman feels horrible as it
- 1:33Speaker 2: is having to, you know, clap and bring attention. Isn't
- 1:37Speaker 2: the applause men to lighten the seriousness of the situation.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Uh, now you're doing it too.
- 1:43Speaker 2: No chewing with your mouth open, eating, noisily texting during
- 1:51Speaker 2: a meal, not knowing your food order, not knowing your
- 1:56Speaker 2: food order. Yeah, it's I don't know what I ordered? No, No,
- 2:00Speaker 2: unable to make up your mind about.
- 2:01Speaker 3: Okay, we're all waiting for you.
- 2:03Speaker 1: What do you want? I don't know. Should I get
- 2:06Speaker 1: the hmmm, I don't know. And over complicated check splitting.
- 2:12Speaker 3: Yeah, you just it's just just divide it up.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Yeah, if it's two couples, just you have.
- 2:17Speaker 3: One person venmo. You know, one person put it on
- 2:20Speaker 3: their card and you venmo.
- 2:22Speaker 2: No, but but you had three drinks and I only
- 2:24Speaker 2: had Don't do that work? Pet peeves busy business people
- 2:28Speaker 2: who need to know other who need others to know
- 2:31Speaker 2: that they're busy. You know you're you're constantly saying how
- 2:36Speaker 2: busy you are.
- 2:37Speaker 3: Everybody's busy.
- 2:38Speaker 1: I'm overworked.
- 2:39Speaker 3: Uh.
- 2:40Speaker 1: Stealing food at work?
- 2:43Speaker 2: Stealing food like, Yeah, people have a community fridge, Which
- 2:48Speaker 2: the best thing to do about that at work having
- 2:50Speaker 2: a community fridge is to.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Not have one.
- 2:54Speaker 2: I don't know. I wouldn't steal food from the fridge
- 2:57Speaker 2: because I don't know how it was prepared or who
- 3:00Speaker 2: made it. People do it or leaving the food in
- 3:02Speaker 2: there too long, that's a that's a problem. And by
- 3:05Speaker 2: the way, in email, this is a bad one too.
- 3:08Speaker 2: Went emailing, learn how to use reply and not reply
- 3:13Speaker 2: all because it's just it's just, it's just so Plus
- 3:18Speaker 2: you end up saying things that you probably shouldn't be
- 3:20Speaker 2: saying to everybody. Uh, let's see good old fashioned general
- 3:24Speaker 2: pet peas leaving the lights on when you when you
- 3:29Speaker 2: leave a room, turn the lights. You should turn the
- 3:31Speaker 2: lights off. I do this studio every day. Let's see,
- 3:37Speaker 2: uh workout, bragging about how you work out at a gym?
- 3:42Speaker 1: Do you even lift? Bro? Hey man, I had a
- 3:44Speaker 1: really good day I did.
- 3:46Speaker 2: I did my quads today, constant talk about dieting.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Oh yeah, one upping.
- 3:57Speaker 2: We used to work with a guy I won't say
- 3:59Speaker 2: his name, who had a one up for everything, and
- 4:02Speaker 2: I remember we were we were in Europe in pointing
- 4:07Speaker 2: out some architectural marble and he said, well, we have
- 4:10Speaker 2: something like that in roy we have something like that.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Don't know, you really don't. Uh, let's see what is
- 4:22Speaker 1: this one? These are says? Oh, these are just general ones. Yeah.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Uh, walking too slowly, yeah, cutting in line, interrupting and
- 4:34Speaker 2: talking over people.
- 4:37Speaker 1: It's hard.
- 4:38Speaker 3: Yeah, it really is.
- 4:40Speaker 1: It's hard to know. I know when you try to Okay,
- 4:44Speaker 1: never mind, I was. I had a point to make,
- 4:47Speaker 1: but now I can't. Now I don't know. Uh, let's
- 4:50Speaker 1: see humble bragging. I don't want to.
- 4:54Speaker 2: But when things happen and you're dying to tell people,
- 4:57Speaker 2: just say it. Don't couch it with a complaint or
- 5:00Speaker 2: sprinkling of self deprecation.
- 5:02Speaker 1: We know what you're up to.
- 5:03Speaker 2: Now now we're thinking the way about the way you
- 5:05Speaker 2: delivered the news instead of the news itself.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Just yeah, it's you know, I probably shouldn't say this,
- 5:13Speaker 1: but let's see.
- 5:16Speaker 2: Uh, borrowing money and not paying it back.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Well, yeah, not.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Holding the door open for people, that's just I'm yeah,
- 5:26Speaker 2: you know, I think I'm really good at that.
- 5:28Speaker 1: I mean, I I hold the door open forever.
- 5:30Speaker 3: And then you get stuck holding it for everyone because
- 5:33Speaker 3: no one else will I anyone over.
- 5:37Speaker 2: And I really appreciate it when somebody holds the door
- 5:39Speaker 2: for me.
- 5:40Speaker 1: I really do. I think that's fair. I think that's
- 5:42Speaker 1: a very social interaction.
- 5:45Speaker 2: That's really good. It says, hey, we're all people here. Sure,
- 5:49Speaker 2: let's see talking during movies.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Yeah. God, I just I don't get that.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Just a lot of a lot of the behavior has
- 5:59Speaker 2: driven me of the movie theater. Yeah, let's see borrow now, that's.
- 6:09Speaker 1: Raining on people's parades. Don't tell me so.
- 6:13Speaker 2: It's it's a matter of when somebody talks about something
- 6:16Speaker 2: that they're really excited about, and you say, yeah, well really,
- 6:21Speaker 2: what makes you think that's so exciting?
- 6:23Speaker 1: Huh?
- 6:24Speaker 3: I did that before and it's not as great as.
- 6:26Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly, that's good.
- 6:28Speaker 3: Uh.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Being late or being too early, it's wrong with me.
- 6:32Speaker 3: Too early.
- 6:34Speaker 2: You don't get a gold star for arriving ten minutes early.
- 6:36Speaker 2: In fact, if you have the tendency to.
- 6:38Speaker 3: I'll give you a gold star if.
- 6:41Speaker 2: You, in fact, if you attend to if you if
- 6:43Speaker 2: you arrive at a dinner party too early, you should
- 6:47Speaker 2: be disinvited.
- 6:48Speaker 3: Yea, not a dinner party.
- 6:50Speaker 2: Stay in your car and give the hosts time to
- 6:51Speaker 2: get everything together.
- 6:53Speaker 3: To their lives.
- 6:56Speaker 1: I've had people, I've had people.
- 6:58Speaker 2: No, I've been the person that's come early to a
- 7:00Speaker 2: like a dinner party and stood there and kind of
- 7:02Speaker 2: gotten in the way while they're still trying.
- 7:04Speaker 3: To because oftentimes when you're having a dinner party, the
- 7:07Speaker 3: very last thing you do is change your clothes, like
- 7:11Speaker 3: you wear just you know, like grubby clothes while you're
- 7:13Speaker 3: getting ready, and then because you don't want to get
- 7:14Speaker 3: your nice clothes dirty, and the last thing you do
- 7:17Speaker 3: is change your clothes. And if they come too early,
- 7:19Speaker 3: they might see you in your sweats.
- 7:21Speaker 2: Do you know anybody who does this sharing other people's stuff?
- 7:27Speaker 1: That's good news? Like no one do you hear so
- 7:29Speaker 1: and so is pregnant? That says do you? Yeah?
- 7:33Speaker 2: There are people who in our lives who love to
- 7:35Speaker 2: break news on social media. Unfortunately it's not always yours
- 7:39Speaker 2: to share. Yeah, if your daughter just got engaged maybe
- 7:41Speaker 2: let her make the first announcement. Your one hundred and
- 7:44Speaker 2: fifty follower wors will understand when your second or third
- 7:46Speaker 2: to report the story.
- 7:48Speaker 1: Ah yeah, so don't.
- 7:49Speaker 2: Yeah, don't do that. It's that's particularly true of pregnancies.
- 7:55Speaker 3: Or wedding announcement ye, all of that kind of all right,
- 7:58Speaker 3: So there you go. We hoped you'd enjoyed another list
