• 1:26
  I'm
• 1:26
  Eric
• 1:26
  G.
• 1:27
  John
• 1:27
  Dudley.
• 1:28
  Good
• 1:28
  to
• 1:28
  see
• 1:28
  you,
• 1:28
  brother.
• 1:29
  It's
• 1:29
  happening,
• 1:29
  man.
• 1:29
  Good
• 1:30
  to
• 1:30
  be
• 1:30
  here.
• 1:30
  As
• 1:31
  always,
• 1:31
  thanks
• 1:32
  for
• 1:32
  joining
• 1:32
  us
• 1:33

• 1:34
  Glad
• 1:34
  to
• 1:34
  be
• 1:34
  here.
• 1:34
  Thanks,
• 1:35
  Ted.
• 1:36
  Great
• 1:36
  to
• 1:37
  have
• 1:37
  you
• 1:37
  here.
• 1:37
  And
• 1:38
  Ted
• 1:38
  Spears
• 1:39
  is
• 1:39
  the
• 1:39
  president
• 1:39
  of
• 1:39
  the
• 1:40
  Patch
• 1:40
  Boys.
• 1:41
  And
• 1:41
  I
• 1:41
  tell
• 1:42
  you
• 1:42
  what,
• 1:42
  one
• 1:42
  of
• 1:42
  the
• 1:43
  hardest
• 1:43
  things
• 1:43
  in
• 1:44
  home
• 1:44
  improvement
• 1:44
  out
• 1:45
  there
• 1:45
  is
• 1:45
  trying
• 1:46
  to
• 1:46
  find
• 1:46
  somebody
• 1:47
  that
• 1:47
  can
• 1:48
  do
• 1:48
  that
• 1:48
  job.
• 1:48
  That's
• 1:49
  not
• 1:49
  the
• 1:49
  big
• 1:49
  full
• 1:50
  job,
• 1:50
  but
• 1:50
  it's
• 1:50
  a
• 1:50
  small
• 1:51
  job.
• 1:51
  And
• 1:51
  you
• 1:52
  don't
• 1:52
  really
• 1:52
  want
• 1:52
  to
• 1:52
  trust
• 1:53
  those
• 1:54
  handymen
• 1:54
  because
• 1:55
  sometimes
• 1:56
  handymen
• 1:56
  out
• 1:56
  there
• 1:56
  aren't
• 1:57
  the
• 1:57
  best
• 1:57
  drywall
• 1:58
  people.
• 1:58
  And
• 1:58
  I
• 1:58
  tell
• 1:59
  you
• 1:59
  what,
• 1:59
  like
• 1:59
  me,
• 2:00
  don't
• 2:00
  like
• 2:00
  doing
• 2:00
  it,
• 2:01
  so
• 2:01
  I'd
• 2:01
  rather
• 2:01
  have
• 2:01
  somebody.
• 2:02
  So
• 2:02
  we
• 2:02
  thought,
• 2:02
  let's
• 2:02
  get
• 2:03
  Ted
• 2:03
  in
• 2:03
  here
• 2:03
  to
• 2:04
  talk
• 2:04
  about
• 2:04
  the
• 2:05
  Patch
• 2:05
  Boys.
• 2:05
  Welcome
• 2:06
  to
• 2:06
  around
• 2:06
  the
• 2:06
  House,
• 2:06
  Brother.
• 2:07
  Thank
• 2:07
  you.
• 2:08
  Thank
• 2:08
  you,
• 2:08
  Eric.
• 2:08
  Thank
• 2:09
  you,
• 2:09
  John.
• 2:09
  Pleasure
• 2:10
  to
• 2:10
  be
• 2:10
  here.
• 2:11
  And.
• 2:11
  And
• 2:11
  it's
• 2:12
  always
• 2:12
  fun
• 2:12
  talking
• 2:13
  about
• 2:13
  drywall
• 2:14
  because
• 2:14
  it's
• 2:15
  something
• 2:15
  I
• 2:16
  always
• 2:16
  say.
• 2:16
  It's.
• 2:16
  It's
• 2:16
  art
• 2:17
  and
• 2:17
  science,
• 2:17
  and
• 2:18
  that's
• 2:18
  why
• 2:18
  it's
• 2:18
  tricky.
• 2:19
  Well,
• 2:19
  that's
• 2:20
  why
• 2:20
  you
• 2:20
  need
• 2:20
  somebody
• 2:21
  that
• 2:21
  knows
• 2:21
  what
• 2:21
  they're
• 2:21
  doing.
• 2:22
  Because
• 2:22
  our
• 2:23
  best
• 2:23
  customer
• 2:24
  are
• 2:24
  the
• 2:24
  do
• 2:24
  it
• 2:24
  yourselfers
• 2:25
  that
• 2:25
  go
• 2:25
  onto
• 2:26
  YouTube,
• 2:26
  try
• 2:26
  to
• 2:26
  figure
• 2:27
  it
• 2:27
  out.
• 2:27
  And
• 2:27
  then,
• 2:27
  guess
• 2:28
  what?
• 2:28
  We
• 2:28
  get
• 2:28
  a
• 2:29
  call
• 2:29
  afterwards
• 2:29
  and
• 2:30
  we
• 2:30
  go,
• 2:30
  hey,
• 2:31
  I
• 2:31
  tried
• 2:31
  it.
• 2:32
  It
• 2:32
  didn't
• 2:32
  work.
• 2:32
  And
• 2:33
  we're
• 2:33
  like,
• 2:33
  we
• 2:33
  won't,
• 2:34
  you
• 2:34
  know,
• 2:34
  keep
• 2:34
  that
• 2:35
  between
• 2:35
  us.
• 2:35
  We'll
• 2:35
  come
• 2:35
  out
• 2:36
  and
• 2:36
  take
• 2:36
  care
• 2:36
  of
• 2:36
  it.
• 2:36
  Not
• 2:37
  as
• 2:37
  easy
• 2:37
  as
• 2:37
  it
• 2:38
  looks.
• 2:38
  It
• 2:38
  is
• 2:39
  not.
• 2:39
  It
• 2:39
  is
• 2:40
  not,
• 2:40
  man.
• 2:40
  It
• 2:41
  is.
• 2:41
  It
• 2:41
  is
• 2:41
  the
• 2:41
  truth.
• 2:42
  Because
• 2:42
  so
• 2:42
  many
• 2:43
  times,
• 2:43
  especially
• 2:43
  with,
• 2:44
  you
• 2:44
  know,
• 2:44
  hey,
• 2:44
  I
• 2:45
  had
• 2:45
  a
• 2:45
  water
• 2:45
  leak
• 2:45
  in
• 2:46
  the
• 2:46
  garage
• 2:46
  or
• 2:46
  something
• 2:47
  like
• 2:47
  that,
• 2:47
  and
• 2:48
  it's
• 2:48
  that
• 2:48
  kind
• 2:49
  of
• 2:49
  inoffensive
• 2:49
  place
• 2:50
  to
• 2:50
  try
• 2:50
  to
• 2:50
  get
• 2:50
  it.
• 2:51
  And
• 2:51
  you
• 2:51
  might
• 2:51
  get
• 2:51
  the
• 2:52
  drywall
• 2:52
  up
• 2:52
  there.
• 2:53
  Okay.
• 2:53
  But
• 2:53
  the
• 2:54
  rest
• 2:54
  of
• 2:54
  it
• 2:54
  is
• 2:54
  where
• 2:55
  things
• 2:55
  go
• 2:56
  sideways.
• 2:56
  Whether
• 2:57
  it's
• 2:57
  the
• 2:57
  taping,
• 2:57
  the
• 2:58
  mudding,
• 2:58
  the
• 2:58
  texture,
• 2:59
  trying
• 2:59
  to
• 3:00
  get
• 3:00
  that
• 3:00
  to
• 3:00
  match
• 3:00
  up
• 3:01
  can
• 3:01
  be
• 3:01
  difficult.
• 3:02
  That's
• 3:02
  where
• 3:02
  the
• 3:02
  expert
• 3:03
  level
• 3:03
  comes
• 3:03
  in,
• 3:03
  and
• 3:04
  that's
• 3:04
  where
• 3:04
  we
• 3:04
  start
• 3:05
  in
• 3:05
  my
• 3:05
  opinion,
• 3:05
  at
• 3:06
  least
• 3:06
  jump
• 3:06
  from
• 3:06
  the
• 3:06
  science
• 3:07
  into
• 3:07
  the
• 3:07
  art.
• 3:08
  Yeah,
• 3:08
  no,
• 3:08
  it's
• 3:09
  amazing
• 3:10
  in
• 3:10
  terms
• 3:11
  of.
• 3:11
  And
• 3:12
  50%
• 3:12
  or
• 3:13
  more
• 3:13
  of
• 3:13
  our
• 3:13
  jobs
• 3:14
  are
• 3:14
  ceiling
• 3:14
  work.
• 3:15
  50%
• 3:16
  more.
• 3:16
  Which,
• 3:16
  which
• 3:16
  is
• 3:17
  amazing
• 3:17
  if
• 3:17
  you're
• 3:17
  outside
• 3:18
  the
• 3:18
  business.
• 3:19
  But
• 3:19
  if
• 3:19
  you
• 3:19
  think
• 3:20
  about
• 3:20
  it,
• 3:20
  you
• 3:21
  have
• 3:21
  roof
• 3:21
  leaks,
• 3:22
  you
• 3:22
  have
• 3:22
  bathroom
• 3:22
  leaks
• 3:23
  upstairs,
• 3:24
  you
• 3:24
  have.
• 3:25
  One
• 3:25
  of
• 3:25
  the
• 3:26
  first
• 3:26
  thing
• 3:26
  we
• 3:26
  do
• 3:26
  is
• 3:27
  work
• 3:27
  with
• 3:27
  our
• 3:27
  franchisees
• 3:28
  to
• 3:28
  get
• 3:28
  vendor
• 3:29
  relationships
• 3:30
  because
• 3:30
  everything
• 3:31
  is
• 3:31
  behind
• 3:31
  the
• 3:31
  wall.
• 3:32
  So
• 3:32
  if
• 3:32
  you're
• 3:32
  a
• 3:32
  plumber,
• 3:33
  if
• 3:33
  you're
• 3:33
  an
• 3:33
  electrician,
• 3:34
  you
• 3:35
  know,
• 3:35
  you're
• 3:35
  putting
• 3:35
  in
• 3:36
  insulation.
• 3:37
  If
• 3:37
  you're,
• 3:38
  if
• 3:38
  something
• 3:38
  goes
• 3:39
  wrong,
• 3:39
  you
• 3:40
  need
• 3:40
  our
• 3:40
  help.
• 3:40
  And
• 3:41
  most
• 3:41
  of
• 3:41
  the
• 3:41
  time,
• 3:41
  like
• 3:42
  a
• 3:42
  plumber
• 3:42
  is
• 3:42
  an
• 3:42
  expert
• 3:43
  at
• 3:43
  plumbing,
• 3:43
  they're
• 3:44
  not
• 3:44
  an
• 3:44
  expert
• 3:44
  at
• 3:45
  fixing
• 3:45
  the
• 3:45
  drywall
• 3:46
  afterwards.
• 3:47
  It's
• 3:47
  something
• 3:48
  that
• 3:48
  we,
• 3:49
  we
• 3:49
  work
• 3:49
  with
• 3:50
  a
• 3:50
  number
• 3:50
  of
• 3:51
  partners
• 3:51
  in
• 3:51
  the
• 3:51
  marketplace
• 3:52
  because
• 3:53
  after
• 3:53
  they're
• 3:54
  gone,
• 3:54
  we
• 3:55
  come
• 3:55
  back
• 3:55
  and
• 3:55
  make
• 3:55
  it
• 3:55
  look
• 3:56
  right.
• 3:56
  Well,
• 3:56
  especially
• 3:57
  right,
• 3:57
  John.
• 3:58
  I
• 3:58
  mean,
• 3:58
  let's
• 3:58
  say
• 3:58
  you're
• 3:59
  getting
• 3:59
  a
• 3:59
  house
• 3:59
  replumbed
• 4:00
  and
• 4:00
  you
• 4:01
  know,
• 4:01
  you've
• 4:01
  got
• 4:01
  your,
• 4:01
  you've
• 4:02
  got
• 4:02
  holes
• 4:02
  here
• 4:03
  and
• 4:03
  there,
• 4:03
  you've
• 4:03
  got
• 4:03
  a
• 4:04
  8
• 4:04
  inch
• 4:04
  tall
• 4:05
  by
• 4:05
  10
• 4:06
  foot
• 4:06
  long
• 4:06
  hole
• 4:07
  down
• 4:07
  the
• 4:07
  middle
• 4:07
  of
• 4:07
  the
• 4:08
  backside
• 4:08
  of
• 4:08
  the
• 4:08
  kitchen
• 4:09
  wall
• 4:09
  in
• 4:09
  another
• 4:09
  place,
• 4:10
  just
• 4:10
  trying
• 4:10
  to
• 4:10
  get
• 4:10
  something
• 4:11
  done
• 4:11
  and
• 4:11
  all
• 4:12
  of
• 4:12
  a
• 4:12
  sudden
• 4:12
  you're
• 4:13
  trying
• 4:13
  to
• 4:13
  find
• 4:13
  somebody
• 4:14
  the
• 4:14
  job.
• 4:14
  And
• 4:15
  some
• 4:15
  of
• 4:15
  these.
• 4:16
  And
• 4:16
  I'll
• 4:16
  say
• 4:17
  most
• 4:17
  of
• 4:17
  the
• 4:17
  drywall
• 4:18
  contractors,
• 4:19
  the
• 4:19
  bigger
• 4:19
  ones
• 4:19
  out
• 4:19
  there,
• 4:19
  go,
• 4:20
  no,
• 4:20
  I'd
• 4:20
  just
• 4:20
  rather
• 4:21
  tear
• 4:21
  it
• 4:21
  all
• 4:21
  out
• 4:21
  and
• 4:21
  put
• 4:22
  a
• 4:22
  whole
• 4:22
  new
• 4:22
  thing
• 4:22
  in
• 4:23
  there
• 4:23
  because
• 4:23
  they
• 4:23
  just
• 4:23
  don't
• 4:23
  want
• 4:23
  to
• 4:23
  mess
• 4:24
  with
• 4:24
  it.
• 4:24
  Yeah,
• 4:24
  well,
• 4:25
  like
• 4:25
  you
• 4:25
  said,
• 4:25
  Eric,
• 4:26
  that's
• 4:26
  when,
• 4:26
  you
• 4:26
  know,
• 4:26
  a
• 4:27
  lot
• 4:27
  of
• 4:27
  handymen
• 4:27
  get
• 4:28
  called.
• 4:28
  And
• 4:28
  I
• 4:28
  imagine
• 4:29
  you
• 4:29
  guys
• 4:29
  follow
• 4:30
  behind
• 4:30
  a
• 4:30
  lot
• 4:30
  of
• 4:31
  handymen
• 4:31
  that
• 4:32
  couldn't
• 4:33
  quite
• 4:33
  get
• 4:33
  the
• 4:33
  job
• 4:33
  done
• 4:34
  correctly
• 4:34
  either.
• 4:35
  I
• 4:35
  was
• 4:35
  a
• 4:36
  contractor
• 4:36
  for
• 4:36
  almost
• 4:36
  30
• 4:37
  years,
• 4:37
  Ted,
• 4:37
  so
• 4:38
  I
• 4:38
  have
• 4:38
  tried
• 4:39
  it
• 4:39
  all
• 4:39
  and
• 4:39
  seen
• 4:40
  it
• 4:40
  all
• 4:40
  and
• 4:41
  learn
• 4:41
  to
• 4:41
  stick
• 4:42
  what
• 4:42
  I'm
• 4:42
  good
• 4:42
  at,
• 4:42
  for
• 4:43
  sure.
• 4:43
  But
• 4:44
  yeah,
• 4:44
  and
• 4:45
  honestly,
• 4:45
  I
• 4:45
  think
• 4:46
  a
• 4:46
  lot
• 4:46
  of
• 4:46
  you
• 4:47
  talk
• 4:47
  about
• 4:47
  plumbers
• 4:47
  not
• 4:48
  being
• 4:48
  expert
• 4:48
  drywallers.
• 4:49
  Half
• 4:49
  of
• 4:49
  them
• 4:49
  don't
• 4:49
  even
• 4:49
  pick
• 4:50
  up
• 4:50
  the
• 4:50
  scrap
• 4:50
  they
• 4:50
  cut
• 4:51
  out.
• 4:51
  But
• 4:51
  maybe
• 4:52
  that
• 4:52
  was
• 4:52
  just
• 4:52
  my
• 4:52
  sub.
• 4:53
  I
• 4:53
  don't
• 4:53
  know.
• 4:54
  A
• 4:54
  lot
• 4:54
  of
• 4:54
  homeowners
• 4:55
  are
• 4:55
  surprised
• 4:56
  by
• 4:56
  that.
• 4:56
  They're
• 4:56
  like,
• 4:57
  oh,
• 4:57
  well,
• 4:57
  we
• 4:57
  thought
• 4:57
  you
• 4:57
  would
• 4:58
  fix
• 4:58
  the
• 4:58
  wall
• 4:58
  too.
• 4:59
  He's
• 4:59
  like,
• 4:59
  no,
• 4:59
  I'm
• 4:59
  a
• 5:00
  plumber,
• 5:00
  I'm
• 5:00
  an
• 5:01
  electrician.
• 5:01
  I
• 5:01
  don't.
• 5:01
  Yeah.
• 5:02
  They
• 5:02
  just
• 5:02
  say,
• 5:03
  okay.
• 5:03
  And
• 5:04
  that's
• 5:04
  why,
• 5:04
  you
• 5:05
  know,
• 5:05
  and
• 5:05
  because
• 5:06
  the
• 5:06
  other
• 5:06
  thing.
• 5:06
  And
• 5:07
  I
• 5:07
  get
• 5:07
  out,
• 5:08
  you
• 5:08
  know,
• 5:08
  I
• 5:08
  go
• 5:08
  out
• 5:08
  on
• 5:09
  the
• 5:09
  road
• 5:09
  with
• 5:09
  my
• 5:09
  franchisees
• 5:10
  a
• 5:10
  lot
• 5:10
  and
• 5:10
  we
• 5:11
  have
• 5:11
  Coaches
• 5:11
  that
• 5:11
  do
• 5:11
  it.
• 5:12
  I'm
• 5:12
  amazed
• 5:13
  how
• 5:13
  many
• 5:13
  people
• 5:14
  will
• 5:14
  have
• 5:15
  a,
• 5:15
  you
• 5:16
  know,
• 5:16
  a
• 5:16
  ceiling
• 5:16
  leak.
• 5:17
  And
• 5:17
  we'll
• 5:17
  go
• 5:17
  out
• 5:18
  there
• 5:18
  and
• 5:18
  estimate
• 5:19
  it
• 5:19
  and
• 5:19
  then
• 5:19
  we
• 5:20
  ask
• 5:20
  the
• 5:20
  obvious
• 5:21
  question,
• 5:21
  have
• 5:21
  you
• 5:22
  fixed
• 5:22
  it?
• 5:22
  And
• 5:23
  there
• 5:23
  is
• 5:23
  a
• 5:23
  percentage
• 5:24
  of
• 5:24
  people
• 5:24
  that
• 5:24
  haven't.
• 5:25
  And
• 5:26
  we
• 5:26
  have
• 5:26
  to
• 5:26
  tell
• 5:26
  them,
• 5:27
  John.
• 5:27
  Right.
• 5:27
  We
• 5:27
  have
• 5:27
  to
• 5:28
  say,
• 5:28
  all
• 5:28
  right,
• 5:29
  here's.
• 5:29
  We
• 5:29
  want
• 5:30
  relationships
• 5:30
  in
• 5:31
  the
• 5:31
  marketplace.
• 5:31
  So
• 5:32
  we'll
• 5:32
  say
• 5:32
  Eric,
• 5:33
  Eric
• 5:33
  the
• 5:34
  plumber
• 5:34
  is
• 5:34
  a
• 5:34
  good
• 5:35
  partner
• 5:35
  of
• 5:35
  ours.
• 5:36
  Call
• 5:36
  him
• 5:37
  first.
• 5:38
  He
• 5:38
  will
• 5:38
  fix
• 5:38
  that.
• 5:38
  Then
• 5:39
  we'll
• 5:39
  come
• 5:39
  in
• 5:39
  because,
• 5:40
  you
• 5:40
  know,
• 5:40
  if
• 5:40
  we
• 5:40
  fix
• 5:41
  it,
• 5:42
  you
• 5:42
  know,
• 5:42
  and
• 5:43
  then
• 5:43
  you
• 5:43
  have
• 5:43
  a
• 5:43
  bathtub
• 5:44
  issue,
• 5:44
  next
• 5:44
  time
• 5:44
  you
• 5:45
  use
• 5:45
  the
• 5:45
  bathtub,
• 5:45
  you're
• 5:45
  going
• 5:45
  to
• 5:46
  have
• 5:46
  the
• 5:46
  same
• 5:46
  problem
• 5:46
  and
• 5:47
  you
• 5:47
  know,
• 5:48
  you
• 5:48
  don't
• 5:48
  want
• 5:48
  to
• 5:48
  do
• 5:49
  that.
• 5:49
  So
• 5:49
  it's
• 5:49
  a,
• 5:50
  it's
• 5:50
  a
• 5:50
  two
• 5:50
  way
• 5:50
  street
• 5:51
  for
• 5:51
  us.
• 5:51
  But
• 5:52
  you're
• 5:53
  right,
• 5:53
  the
• 5:53
  I'm.
• 5:54
  I
• 5:54
  was
• 5:54
  on
• 5:54
  Pittsburgh
• 5:55
  a
• 5:55
  couple
• 5:56
  months
• 5:56
  ago
• 5:56
  and
• 5:56
  they
• 5:57
  had
• 5:57
  an
• 5:57
  issue
• 5:57
  with
• 5:58
  their
• 5:58
  water
• 5:58
  where
• 5:59
  it's
• 5:59
  eating
• 5:59
  through
• 5:59
  the
• 5:59
  pipes.
• 6:00
  And
• 6:00
  so
• 6:01
  in
• 6:01
  a
• 6:01
  county,
• 6:01
  they
• 6:02
  literally
• 6:02
  would
• 6:03
  have
• 6:03
  to
• 6:03
  go
• 6:03
  into
• 6:03
  homes
• 6:04
  and
• 6:04
  replace
• 6:04
  everything.
• 6:05
  And
• 6:05
  they,
• 6:05
  they
• 6:06
  might
• 6:06
  have
• 6:06
  had
• 6:06
  50
• 6:06
  holes
• 6:07
  they
• 6:07
  had
• 6:07
  to
• 6:07
  go
• 6:08
  in.
• 6:08
  And
• 6:08
  so
• 6:09
  we
• 6:09
  were
• 6:09
  the
• 6:09
  ones
• 6:10
  that
• 6:10
  would
• 6:10
  come
• 6:10
  in
• 6:10
  afterwards
• 6:11
  and
• 6:12
  fix
• 6:12
  it.
• 6:12
  Because
• 6:12
  you
• 6:12
  can't
• 6:13
  have
• 6:13
  that
• 6:13
  in
• 6:13
  your
• 6:13
  house,
• 6:14
  right?
• 6:14
  Yeah,
• 6:15
  yeah,
• 6:15
  we
• 6:15
  had
• 6:15
  that
• 6:16
  here
• 6:16
  in
• 6:16
  the
• 6:16
  Pacific
• 6:17
  Northwest
• 6:18
  with
• 6:18
  the
• 6:18
  homes
• 6:18
  that
• 6:19
  were
• 6:19
  done
• 6:19
  with
• 6:19
  the
• 6:19
  early
• 6:20
  CPVC
• 6:21
  pipe.
• 6:21
  Yeah,
• 6:21
  yeah.
• 6:22
  And
• 6:22
  I
• 6:22
  tell
• 6:22
  you
• 6:22
  what,
• 6:23
  that
• 6:23
  stuff,
• 6:23
  I
• 6:23
  don't
• 6:24
  know
• 6:24
  if
• 6:24
  they
• 6:24
  were,
• 6:24
  you
• 6:25
  know,
• 6:25
  there's
• 6:25
  a
• 6:25
  bunch
• 6:25
  of
• 6:25
  class
• 6:26
  action
• 6:26
  lawsuits,
• 6:26
  so
• 6:26
  don't
• 6:27
  get
• 6:27
  into
• 6:27
  that.
• 6:27
  But
• 6:28
  basically
• 6:28
  I
• 6:28
  had
• 6:29
  one
• 6:29
  of
• 6:29
  those
• 6:29
  homes
• 6:29
  that
• 6:29
  I
• 6:30
  was
• 6:30
  renting
• 6:30
  for
• 6:30
  a
• 6:30
  little
• 6:31
  bit
• 6:31
  and
• 6:31
  I
• 6:31
  would
• 6:32
  be
• 6:32
  sitting
• 6:32
  there
• 6:32
  in
• 6:33
  the
• 6:33
  living
• 6:33
  room
• 6:33
  watching
• 6:34
  television
• 6:34
  and
• 6:35
  I
• 6:35
  would
• 6:35
  hear
• 6:35
  in
• 6:35
  the
• 6:35
  crawl
• 6:36
  space
• 6:36
  down
• 6:36
  below
• 6:37
  a
• 6:37
  boom,
• 6:37
  you
• 6:38
  know,
• 6:38
  and
• 6:38
  three
• 6:39
  quarter
• 6:39
  inch
• 6:40
  line
• 6:40
  just
• 6:41
  came
• 6:41
  apart
• 6:42
  on
• 6:42
  a
• 6:43
  60
• 6:43
  degree
• 6:44
  day
• 6:44
  in
• 6:44
  the,
• 6:44
  in
• 6:44
  the
• 6:44
  crawl
• 6:45
  space.
• 6:46
  But
• 6:46
  that
• 6:46
  also
• 6:46
  happens
• 6:47
  in
• 6:47
  the
• 6:47
  walls
• 6:47
  too.
• 6:48
  And
• 6:48
  I
• 6:48
  can't
• 6:48
  believe
• 6:48
  how
• 6:49
  many
• 6:49
  times
• 6:49
  I've
• 6:49
  seen
• 6:49
  that
• 6:49
  happen.
• 6:50
  And
• 6:50
  same
• 6:51
  kind
• 6:51
  of
• 6:51
  thing
• 6:51
  to
• 6:51
  fix
• 6:52
  it,
• 6:52
  right.
• 6:52
  It's
• 6:53
  all
• 6:53
  going
• 6:53
  to
• 6:53
  come
• 6:53
  out
• 6:54
  and
• 6:54
  it
• 6:55
  has
• 6:55
  to
• 6:55
  get
• 6:55
  in
• 6:55
  there.
• 6:55
  And
• 6:55
  there's
• 6:56
  a
• 6:56
  significant
• 6:56
  amount
• 6:56
  of
• 6:57
  drywall
• 6:57
  work
• 6:58
  as
• 6:58
  well
• 6:58
  as.
• 6:59
  Man,
• 7:00
  they
• 7:00
  are
• 7:00
  getting
• 7:00
  funky
• 7:01
  on
• 7:02
  drywall
• 7:02
  textures
• 7:03
  across
• 7:03
  the
• 7:04
  country.
• 7:04
  It's
• 7:04
  not
• 7:05
  just
• 7:05
  your
• 7:06
  knock
• 7:06
  down
• 7:06
  an
• 7:06
  eggshell
• 7:07
  now.
• 7:08
  It's
• 7:09
  32
• 7:09
  different
• 7:10
  plaster
• 7:10
  ways
• 7:11
  of
• 7:11
  doing
• 7:11
  it.
• 7:11
  Yeah,
• 7:13
  and
• 7:13
  I
• 7:13
  wrote
• 7:14
  down
• 7:14
  a
• 7:14
  few
• 7:14
  of
• 7:14
  them.
• 7:15
  But
• 7:15
  I
• 7:15
  mean,
• 7:16
  that's
• 7:16
  really
• 7:17
  where
• 7:17
  that
• 7:18
  creativity
• 7:18
  and
• 7:19
  art
• 7:19
  comes
• 7:19
  from
• 7:20
  because
• 7:22
  some
• 7:22
  people
• 7:23
  do
• 7:23
  abstract,
• 7:24
  they
• 7:24
  kind
• 7:24
  of
• 7:25
  create
• 7:25
  their
• 7:25
  own.
• 7:26
  And
• 7:26
  if
• 7:26
  you're
• 7:26
  coming
• 7:27
  in
• 7:27
  afterwards,
• 7:28
  you
• 7:28
  can
• 7:28
  fix
• 7:29
  the
• 7:29
  hole
• 7:30
  but
• 7:30
  then
• 7:30
  you
• 7:30
  have
• 7:30
  to
• 7:31
  match
• 7:31
  the
• 7:31
  texture.
• 7:32
  And
• 7:32
  so
• 7:32
  you
• 7:33
  have
• 7:33
  to
• 7:33
  have
• 7:33
  that
• 7:34
  creative
• 7:34
  eye
• 7:34
  to
• 7:34
  kind
• 7:35
  of
• 7:35
  say,
• 7:35
  all
• 7:36
  right,
• 7:36
  Because
• 7:36
  a
• 7:36
  lot
• 7:36
  of
• 7:36
  times
• 7:37
  the
• 7:37
  person
• 7:37
  that
• 7:37
  did
• 7:37
  it,
• 7:38
  they're
• 7:38
  long
• 7:38
  gone.
• 7:39
  Right.
• 7:39
  And,
• 7:39
  you
• 7:39
  know,
• 7:39
  the
• 7:40
  homeowners
• 7:40
  had
• 7:40
  the
• 7:40
  house
• 7:41
  for
• 7:41
  10
• 7:41
  years,
• 7:41
  and
• 7:41
  they're
• 7:42
  like,
• 7:42
  hey,
• 7:42
  I
• 7:43
  want
• 7:43
  to
• 7:43
  fix
• 7:43
  it.
• 7:44
  So
• 7:44
  you
• 7:44
  really
• 7:44
  have
• 7:45
  to
• 7:45
  be
• 7:45
  talented
• 7:46
  to
• 7:46
  be
• 7:47
  able
• 7:47
  to
• 7:47
  mat,
• 7:47
  you
• 7:47
  know,
• 7:48
  not
• 7:48
  only
• 7:48
  fix
• 7:48
  the
• 7:48
  hole,
• 7:49
  but
• 7:49
  then
• 7:49
  match
• 7:49
  that
• 7:50
  texture.
• 7:50
  Yeah.
• 7:50
  A
• 7:51
  lot
• 7:51
  of
• 7:51
  test
• 7:51
  pieces,
• 7:51
  and
• 7:52
  then
• 7:52
  the
• 7:52
  client
• 7:52
  looking
• 7:53
  at
• 7:53
  you,
• 7:53
  going,
• 7:53
  why
• 7:54
  are
• 7:54
  you
• 7:54
  using
• 7:54
  a
• 7:54
  push
• 7:55
  broom
• 7:55
  on
• 7:55
  our
• 7:55
  ceiling?
• 7:57
  Yeah.
• 7:57
  And
• 7:57
  the
• 7:57
  other
• 7:57
  thing,
• 7:58
  you
• 7:58
  know,
• 7:58
  that
• 7:59
  we.
• 7:59
  We
• 7:59
  get
• 8:00
  a
• 8:00
  lot
• 8:00
  of.
• 8:00
  I'm
• 8:01
  sure
• 8:01
  you
• 8:01
  guys
• 8:01
  like
• 8:01
  popcorn
• 8:02
  ceiling.
• 8:03
  In
• 8:03
  terms
• 8:03
  of
• 8:04
  removing
• 8:05
  popcorn
• 8:06
  ceiling,
• 8:06
  you
• 8:07
  know,
• 8:07
  that's
• 8:07
  also
• 8:08
  a,
• 8:08
  you
• 8:09
  know,
• 8:09
  a
• 8:09
  big
• 8:09
  thing,
• 8:10
  because
• 8:10
  people,
• 8:11
  you
• 8:11
  know,
• 8:11
  they
• 8:12
  want
• 8:12
  it
• 8:12
  out
• 8:12
  of
• 8:12
  their
• 8:12
  house.
• 8:13
  And
• 8:13
  getting
• 8:13
  that
• 8:14
  off
• 8:14
  a
• 8:14
  ceiling.
• 8:15
  I
• 8:15
  mean,
• 8:15
  I
• 8:15
  don't
• 8:15
  know
• 8:15
  if
• 8:16
  you
• 8:16
  guys
• 8:16
  have
• 8:16
  ever
• 8:16
  done
• 8:16
  it.
• 8:17
  I
• 8:17
  was
• 8:17
  down
• 8:17
  in
• 8:17
  Charlotte
• 8:17
  a
• 8:18
  few
• 8:18
  weeks
• 8:18
  ago
• 8:18
  with
• 8:18
  our
• 8:19
  franchisee.
• 8:20
  It
• 8:20
  is
• 8:20
  a
• 8:21
  mess.
• 8:21
  Oh,
• 8:22
  my
• 8:22
  God.
• 8:22
  Gosh,
• 8:23
  it's
• 8:23
  horrible.
• 8:24
  It
• 8:25
  is.
• 8:25
  And
• 8:26
  so
• 8:26
  it's.
• 8:26
  It's
• 8:27
  one
• 8:27
  of
• 8:27
  those
• 8:27
  things.
• 8:27
  You're
• 8:28
  right,
• 8:28
  John,
• 8:28
  in
• 8:28
  terms
• 8:29
  of
• 8:29
  you
• 8:29
  talking
• 8:29
  about
• 8:29
  the
• 8:30
  amount
• 8:30
  of
• 8:30
  textures
• 8:31
  that
• 8:31
  are
• 8:31
  there,
• 8:31
  and
• 8:32
  a
• 8:32
  lot
• 8:32
  of
• 8:32
  it's
• 8:32
  regional.
• 8:33
  Like,
• 8:34
  you
• 8:34
  know,
• 8:34
  I'm
• 8:34
  up
• 8:34
  in
• 8:35
  the
• 8:35
  Michigan
• 8:35
  area,
• 8:35
  and.
• 8:36
  And,
• 8:36
  you
• 8:36
  know,
• 8:37
  you
• 8:37
  know,
• 8:37
  most
• 8:37
  of
• 8:37
  our
• 8:38
  stuff
• 8:38
  is
• 8:38
  flat,
• 8:39
  but,
• 8:39
  you
• 8:39
  know,
• 8:39
  in
• 8:40
  different
• 8:40
  regions
• 8:41
  across
• 8:41
  the
• 8:41
  country,
• 8:41
  especially
• 8:42
  south,
• 8:43
  lots
• 8:43
  of
• 8:43
  texture.
• 8:44
  Yeah.
• 8:44
  Yeah.
• 8:44
  We
• 8:44
  had
• 8:45
  here
• 8:45
  in
• 8:45
  the
• 8:45
  Pacific
• 8:45
  Northwest,
• 8:46
  if
• 8:46
  it's
• 8:46
  60s,
• 8:47
  70s,
• 8:47
  80s,
• 8:49
  maybe
• 8:49
  in
• 8:49
  the
• 8:49
  early
• 8:50
  90s,
• 8:50
  that
• 8:50
  popcorn
• 8:51
  is
• 8:51
  up
• 8:51
  there.
• 8:52
  And
• 8:52
  holy
• 8:53
  smokes,
• 8:54
  that
• 8:54
  is.
• 8:55
  I
• 8:55
  think
• 8:55
  that's
• 8:55
  one
• 8:55
  of
• 8:55
  the
• 8:55
  different
• 8:56
  levels
• 8:56
  of
• 8:56
  hell
• 8:57
  of
• 8:57
  removing
• 8:58
  that,
• 8:58
  in
• 8:58
  my
• 8:58
  opinion,
• 8:59
  because
• 8:59
  not
• 9:00
  only
• 9:00
  do
• 9:00
  you
• 9:00
  got
• 9:00
  to
• 9:01
  get
• 9:01
  that
• 9:01
  stuff
• 9:01
  off,
• 9:02
  and
• 9:02
  I've
• 9:02
  tried
• 9:03
  every
• 9:03
  way.
• 9:03
  I've
• 9:03
  tried
• 9:04
  drywall
• 9:05
  sanders.
• 9:05
  I've
• 9:05
  tried
• 9:06
  misting
• 9:06
  it.
• 9:06
  I've
• 9:07
  tried
• 9:07
  all
• 9:07
  of
• 9:07
  it.
• 9:07
  It
• 9:08
  doesn't
• 9:08
  matter.
• 9:08
  It's
• 9:09
  all
• 9:09
  miserable.
• 9:09
  And
• 9:10
  then
• 9:10
  you
• 9:10
  got
• 9:10
  to
• 9:10
  go
• 9:10
  back
• 9:10
  and
• 9:11
  patch
• 9:11
  it.
• 9:11
  Because
• 9:11
  the
• 9:11
  drywallers
• 9:12
  had
• 9:12
  traditionally
• 9:13
  put
• 9:13
  it
• 9:13
  up,
• 9:13
  especially
• 9:13
  in
• 9:14
  the
• 9:14
  60s,
• 9:14
  70s,
• 9:16
  they
• 9:16
  had
• 9:16
  just
• 9:16
  basically
• 9:17
  done
• 9:17
  a
• 9:17
  one
• 9:18
  coat
• 9:18
  on
• 9:18
  the
• 9:18
  drywall,
• 9:19
  so
• 9:19
  there's
• 9:19
  nothing
• 9:20
  really
• 9:21
  spanned
• 9:21
  out
• 9:21
  on
• 9:21
  the
• 9:21
  seams.
• 9:22
  And
• 9:22
  so
• 9:22
  now
• 9:23
  when
• 9:23
  you
• 9:23
  up
• 9:23
  there,
• 9:24
  it's
• 9:24
  almost
• 9:24
  like
• 9:24
  you
• 9:25
  put
• 9:25
  new
• 9:25
  drywall
• 9:25
  up
• 9:26
  there,
• 9:26
  because
• 9:26
  you
• 9:26
  still
• 9:26
  got
• 9:26
  probably
• 9:27
  two
• 9:27
  more
• 9:27
  coats
• 9:27
  of
• 9:27
  drywall
• 9:28
  just
• 9:28
  to
• 9:28
  get
• 9:28
  enough
• 9:28
  to
• 9:29
  put
• 9:29
  a.
• 9:29
  Just
• 9:29
  a
• 9:30
  simple
• 9:30
  eggshell
• 9:31
  orange
• 9:32
  peel
• 9:32
  on
• 9:32
  it.
• 9:32
  Yep,
• 9:33
  that's
• 9:33
  the
• 9:33
  worst.
• 9:33
  We
• 9:34
  used
• 9:34
  to
• 9:34
  use
• 9:34
  the
• 9:34
  airless
• 9:35
  sprayer
• 9:36
  and
• 9:36
  not
• 9:36
  really
• 9:37
  mist,
• 9:37
  more
• 9:37
  like
• 9:38
  soak.
• 9:39
  Send
• 9:39
  the
• 9:39
  labor
• 9:40
  in
• 9:40
  there
• 9:40
  with
• 9:40
  a
• 9:40
  12
• 9:40
  inch
• 9:41
  blade.
• 9:41
  And.
• 9:42
  Yeah,
• 9:42
  well,
• 9:43
  and
• 9:44
  for
• 9:44
  all
• 9:44
  those
• 9:44
  reasons,
• 9:45
  it's
• 9:45
  not
• 9:45
  inexpensive.
• 9:46
  Right.
• 9:47
  And
• 9:47
  so
• 9:47
  trying
• 9:48
  to
• 9:48
  talk
• 9:48
  to
• 9:48
  the
• 9:49
  customer
• 9:49
  about
• 9:50
  the
• 9:50
  time
• 9:50
  it
• 9:51
  takes
• 9:51
  to
• 9:51
  do
• 9:51
  it
• 9:51
  right.
• 9:52
  And
• 9:52
  you're
• 9:52
  right,
• 9:52
  Eric,
• 9:53
  it's
• 9:53
  like,
• 9:53
  hey,
• 9:54
  when
• 9:54
  you
• 9:54
  scrape
• 9:54
  it
• 9:54
  off,
• 9:55
  nine
• 9:55
  times
• 9:55
  out
• 9:56
  of
• 9:56
  ten
• 9:56
  you
• 9:56
  got
• 9:57
  to
• 9:57
  fix
• 9:57
  some
• 9:57
  things
• 9:57
  so
• 9:58
  it
• 9:58
  just
• 9:58
  doesn't
• 9:58
  come
• 9:59
  off.
• 9:59
  You
• 9:59
  know,
• 10:00
  like,
• 10:00
  you
• 10:00
  know,
• 10:00
  you're
• 10:01
  taking
• 10:01
  whipped
• 10:01
  cream
• 10:02
  off
• 10:02
  of
• 10:02
  a
• 10:02
  strawberry
• 10:03
  or
• 10:03
  something.
• 10:03
  I
• 10:04
  mean,
• 10:04
  you
• 10:04
  know,
• 10:04
  it's
• 10:05
  embedded
• 10:05
  and
• 10:05
  you
• 10:05
  got
• 10:06
  to
• 10:06
  get
• 10:06
  it
• 10:06
  out
• 10:06
  of
• 10:06
  there.
• 10:06
  And
• 10:07
  John,
• 10:07
  one
• 10:07
  thing
• 10:07
  that
• 10:07
  I
• 10:07
  saw,
• 10:08
  and
• 10:08
  you
• 10:09
  probably
• 10:09
  ran
• 10:09
  into
• 10:09
  this
• 10:09
  as
• 10:10
  well,
• 10:10
  if
• 10:10
  you
• 10:10
  put
• 10:11
  too
• 10:11
  much
• 10:11
  moisture
• 10:12
  up
• 10:12
  on
• 10:12
  that
• 10:12
  drywall,
• 10:13
  when
• 10:13
  you
• 10:13
  go
• 10:14
  to
• 10:14
  prime
• 10:14
  it
• 10:14
  later
• 10:15
  on,
• 10:15
  that
• 10:16
  primer
• 10:16
  doesn't
• 10:17
  adhere
• 10:17
  to
• 10:17
  the
• 10:17
  drywall
• 10:18
  very
• 10:18
  well.
• 10:19
  So
• 10:19
  now
• 10:19
  you
• 10:19
  got
• 10:20
  a
• 10:20
  peeling
• 10:20
  thing.
• 10:21
  So
• 10:21
  when
• 10:21
  you
• 10:21
  hit
• 10:22
  your
• 10:22
  PVA
• 10:22
  primer
• 10:23
  or
• 10:23
  whatever
• 10:23
  on
• 10:23
  it,
• 10:23
  because
• 10:24
  it
• 10:24
  was
• 10:24
  never
• 10:24
  primed
• 10:25
  before
• 10:25
  back
• 10:25
  in
• 10:25
  the
• 10:25
  day
• 10:25
  anyway,
• 10:26
  at
• 10:26
  least
• 10:26
  in
• 10:26
  my
• 10:26
  area,
• 10:27
  it
• 10:27
  doesn't
• 10:27
  really
• 10:27
  want
• 10:28
  to
• 10:28
  soak
• 10:28
  in
• 10:28
  because
• 10:28
  that
• 10:29
  drywall
• 10:29
  had
• 10:29
  been
• 10:29
  so
• 10:30
  wet
• 10:30
  from
• 10:30
  the
• 10:30
  peel.
• 10:30
  So
• 10:31
  then
• 10:31
  all
• 10:31
  of
• 10:31
  a
• 10:31
  sudden
• 10:32
  you're
• 10:32
  pulling
• 10:32
  off
• 10:33
  dinner
• 10:33
  plate
• 10:33
  sized
• 10:33
  pieces
• 10:34
  of
• 10:34
  primer
• 10:35
  that
• 10:35
  didn't
• 10:35
  adhere.
• 10:36
  You
• 10:37
  have
• 10:37
  been
• 10:37

  you

  hit
• 13:26
  your
• 13:26

• 13:27
  or

  whatever
• 13:28

  it
• 13:28

  it

  was
• 13:28
  never
• 13:29
  primed
• 13:29
  before
• 13:29
  back
• 13:30
  in
• 13:30
  the
• 13:30
  day
• 13:30
  anyway,
• 13:30
  at
• 13:30
  least
• 13:31
  in
• 13:31
  my
• 13:31
  area,
• 13:31
  it
• 13:32
  doesn't
• 13:32
  really
• 13:32
  want
• 13:32
  to
• 13:32
  soak
• 13:33
  in
• 13:33
  because
• 13:33
  that
• 13:33
  drywall
• 13:34
  had
• 13:34
  been
• 13:34
  so
• 13:34
  wet
• 13:34
  from
• 13:34
  the
• 13:35
  peel.
• 13:35
  So
• 13:35
  then
• 13:35
  all
• 13:36
  of
• 13:36
  a
• 13:36
  sudden
• 13:36
  you're
• 13:37
  pulling
• 13:37
  off
• 13:37
  dinner
• 13:37
  plate
• 13:38
  sized
• 13:38
  pieces
• 13:38
  of
• 13:39
  primer
• 13:39
  that
• 13:40
  didn't
• 13:40
  adhere
• 13:41
  and
• 13:41
  you're
• 13:41
  doing
• 13:42
  it
• 13:42
  over
• 13:42
  again.
• 13:43
  You're
• 13:43
  making
• 13:43
  my
• 13:43
  head
• 13:43
  hurt
• 13:44
  just
• 13:44
  thinking
• 13:44
  about
• 13:45
  the
• 13:45
  past.
• 13:45
  Like.
• 13:46
  No,
• 13:47
  I
• 13:47
  was,
• 13:47
  I
• 13:47
  was
• 13:47
  saying
• 13:47
  you're
• 13:48
  both
• 13:48
  making
• 13:48
  a
• 13:48
  case
• 13:49
  for
• 13:49
  our
• 13:49
  business,
• 13:50
  right?
• 13:50
  Because
• 13:50
  you
• 13:50
  want
• 13:51
  experts
• 13:51
  that
• 13:52
  know
• 13:52
  what
• 13:52
  they're
• 13:52
  doing,
• 13:53
  it's
• 13:53
  not
• 13:53
  their
• 13:54
  first
• 13:54
  time
• 13:55
  and
• 13:55
  are
• 13:55
  going
• 13:55
  to
• 13:55
  do
• 13:55
  it
• 13:55
  right
• 13:56
  and
• 13:56
  stand
• 13:56
  behind
• 13:57
  what
• 13:57
  they
• 13:57
  do.
• 13:57
  Right.
• 13:58
  You
• 13:58
  know,
• 13:58
  we
• 13:58
  don't
• 13:58
  go
• 13:59
  away
• 13:59
  after
• 13:59
  the
• 13:59
  job
• 13:59
  is
• 14:00
  done.
• 14:00
  I
• 14:00
  mean,
• 14:01
  our
• 14:01
  numbers
• 14:01
  at
• 14:01
  corporate
• 14:02
  are
• 14:02
  public
• 14:03
  and
• 14:03
  our
• 14:03
  franchisees
• 14:04
  and
• 14:04
  so
• 14:04
  we
• 14:05
  stand
• 14:05
  behind
• 14:05
  our
• 14:05
  work
• 14:06
  and
• 14:06
  you
• 14:06
  know,
• 14:06
  it's
• 14:07
  something
• 14:07
  that,
• 14:07
  you
• 14:08
  know,
• 14:08
  we
• 14:08
  do
• 14:08
  this
• 14:08
  all
• 14:08
  the
• 14:09
  time.
• 14:09
  I'll
• 14:09
  tell
• 14:09
  you.
• 14:10
  In
• 14:10
  the
• 14:10
  Northwest,
• 14:11
  it's
• 14:12
  either
• 14:12
  had
• 14:12
  smooth
• 14:13
  wall
• 14:13
  on
• 14:13
  a
• 14:14
  lot
• 14:14
  of
• 14:14
  the
• 14:14
  turn
• 14:14
  of
• 14:14
  the
• 14:14
  century
• 14:15
  homes,
• 14:15
  for
• 14:15
  example,
• 14:16
  in
• 14:16
  Tacoma,
• 14:16
  or
• 14:17
  you
• 14:17
  had
• 14:17
  the,
• 14:17
  like
• 14:17
  you
• 14:18
  say,
• 14:18
  Eric,
• 14:18
  6,070s
• 14:19
  80s
• 14:19
  with
• 14:19
  popcorn.
• 14:20
  Both
• 14:20
  nightmares.
• 14:21
  And
• 14:21
  I'll
• 14:21
  tell
• 14:21
  you,
• 14:22
  because
• 14:22
  you
• 14:23
  try
• 14:23
  to
• 14:23
  match
• 14:23
  a
• 14:23
  smooth
• 14:24
  wall,
• 14:24
  and
• 14:24
  now
• 14:25
  you're
• 14:25
  trying
• 14:25
  six
• 14:26
  different
• 14:26
  roller
• 14:26
  covers
• 14:27
  with
• 14:27
  the
• 14:27
  paint
• 14:27
  to
• 14:28
  try
• 14:28
  to
• 14:28
  get
• 14:28
  that.
• 14:29
  Just
• 14:29
  a
• 14:29
  little
• 14:30
  bit
• 14:30
  of
• 14:30
  orange
• 14:30
  peel
• 14:31
  that's.
• 14:33
  That's
• 14:33
  just
• 14:33
  as
• 14:33
  difficult
• 14:34
  as
• 14:35
  matching,
• 14:35
  like,
• 14:35
  some
• 14:35
  of
• 14:35
  the
• 14:36
  crazy
• 14:36
  textures,
• 14:36
  man
• 14:37
  o
• 14:37
  man.
• 14:37
  And
• 14:37
  a
• 14:38
  lot
• 14:38
  of
• 14:38
  it
• 14:38
  was
• 14:38
  on
• 14:38
  plaster.
• 14:39
  So
• 14:39
  then
• 14:39
  you're
• 14:39
  like,
• 14:39
  okay,
• 14:40
  now
• 14:40
  we're
• 14:40
  matching
• 14:41
  plaster
• 14:41
  with
• 14:41
  drywall.
• 14:42
  Yeah.
• 14:42
  Oh,
• 14:42
  yeah.
• 14:43
  Throwing
• 14:43
  sand
• 14:44
  in
• 14:44
  there.
• 14:44
  You're
• 14:44
  like,
• 14:44
  maybe
• 14:45
  that'll
• 14:45
  work.
• 14:46
  I
• 14:47
  should
• 14:47
  have
• 14:47
  called
• 14:47
  you,
• 14:47
  Ted.
• 14:48
  I.
• 14:49
  I
• 14:49
  know.
• 14:50
  Now
• 14:50
  you're
• 14:50
  talking
• 14:50
  about
• 14:51
  what
• 14:51
  I
• 14:51
  deal
• 14:51
  with
• 14:52
  every
• 14:52
  day
• 14:52
  now,
• 14:52
  right?
• 14:53
  We
• 14:54
  deal
• 14:54
  with
• 14:54
  that
• 14:54
  every
• 14:55
  day.
• 14:55
  And.
• 14:55
  And,
• 14:56
  you
• 14:56
  know,
• 14:56
  it's.
• 14:57
  It's
• 14:57
  funny,
• 14:57
  you
• 14:58
  know,
• 14:58
  when
• 14:58
  you.
• 14:58
  When
• 14:58
  you
• 14:59
  go
• 14:59
  online,
• 14:59
  sometimes
• 15:00
  I
• 15:00
  go
• 15:00
  down
• 15:00
  a
• 15:01
  rabbit
• 15:01
  hole.
• 15:01
  Just
• 15:01
  watch.
• 15:02
  I'm
• 15:02
  so
• 15:03
  impressed
• 15:03
  with,
• 15:04
  you
• 15:04
  know,
• 15:04
  the
• 15:04
  people
• 15:05
  that
• 15:05
  are
• 15:05
  good
• 15:06
  with
• 15:06
  drywall
• 15:07
  and
• 15:07
  know
• 15:07
  how
• 15:07
  to
• 15:07
  do
• 15:08
  it
• 15:08
  because
• 15:08
  they
• 15:09
  make
• 15:09
  it
• 15:09
  look
• 15:09
  so
• 15:10
  easy.
• 15:10
  You
• 15:11
  know,
• 15:11
  they're
• 15:11
  so
• 15:11
  talented,
• 15:12
  and
• 15:12
  people
• 15:13
  don't
• 15:13
  understand
• 15:13
  how
• 15:14
  difficult
• 15:14
  it
• 15:14
  is
• 15:14
  to
• 15:15
  do
• 15:15
  it.
• 15:15
  Yeah,
• 15:15
  like
• 15:16
  Bob
• 15:16
  Vila,
• 15:16
  he's
• 15:17
  like,
• 15:17
  hey,
• 15:17
  I
• 15:17
  can't.
• 15:18
  My
• 15:18
  tree
• 15:18
  doesn't
• 15:19
  look
• 15:19
  like
• 15:19
  that.
• 15:20
  It's
• 15:20
  funny.
• 15:20
  It's.
• 15:20
  It's
• 15:21
  like
• 15:21
  any
• 15:21
  other
• 15:21
  art,
• 15:21
  right?
• 15:22
  It's
• 15:22
  like
• 15:22
  watching
• 15:22
  your
• 15:23
  favorite
• 15:23
  band
• 15:24
  play
• 15:24
  out
• 15:24
  there,
• 15:24
  and
• 15:25
  the
• 15:25
  guitar
• 15:25
  players
• 15:25
  up
• 15:26
  there
• 15:26
  just
• 15:26
  shredding
• 15:27
  along,
• 15:27
  they
• 15:28
  make
• 15:28
  it
• 15:28
  look
• 15:28
  so
• 15:28
  easy.
• 15:28
  Their
• 15:29
  eyes
• 15:29
  are
• 15:29
  closed
• 15:29
  or
• 15:30
  playing
• 15:30
  the
• 15:30
  guitar
• 15:30
  behind
• 15:30
  their
• 15:31
  head,
• 15:31
  and
• 15:31
  you
• 15:32
  can
• 15:32
  look
• 15:32
  at
• 15:32
  and
• 15:32
  go,
• 15:33
  that's
• 15:33
  simple.
• 15:34
  Now
• 15:34
  they
• 15:34
  spend
• 15:35
  25
• 15:35
  years
• 15:35
  learning
• 15:36
  that
• 15:36
  skill.
• 15:37
  So,
• 15:37
  yeah,
• 15:38
  you're
• 15:39
  right.
• 15:39
  And
• 15:39
  that's,
• 15:39
  you
• 15:39
  know,
• 15:40
  that's
• 15:40
  one
• 15:40
  of
• 15:40
  those
• 15:40
  things
• 15:41
  that
• 15:41
  I've
• 15:41
  been
• 15:42
  here
• 15:42
  six
• 15:42
  years
• 15:43
  now,
• 15:43
  and
• 15:43
  by
• 15:44
  knowing
• 15:44
  me,
• 15:44
  I
• 15:44
  tell
• 15:45
  people,
• 15:45
  hey,
• 15:45
  I
• 15:46
  can
• 15:46
  do
• 15:46
  drywall,
• 15:47
  and,
• 15:47
  you
• 15:47
  know,
• 15:47
  I
• 15:47
  can
• 15:48
  patch.
• 15:48
  You
• 15:48
  just
• 15:49
  probably
• 15:49
  wouldn't
• 15:49
  want
• 15:49
  to
• 15:49
  pay
• 15:50
  me
• 15:50
  to
• 15:50
  do
• 15:50
  it.
• 15:50
  That's
• 15:51
  why
• 15:51
  we.
• 15:52
  That's
• 15:52
  why
• 15:52
  we
• 15:52
  have
• 15:53
  hired
• 15:53
  technicians
• 15:54
  that
• 15:55
  you
• 15:55
  have
• 15:55
  five
• 15:55
  plus
• 15:56
  years
• 15:56
  and
• 15:57
  that
• 15:57
  are
• 15:57
  out
• 15:57
  there,
• 15:57
  that
• 15:58
  are
• 15:58
  experts.
• 15:58
  And
• 15:59
  our
• 15:59
  franchisees,
• 16:00
  you
• 16:00
  know,
• 16:00
  rely
• 16:01
  on
• 16:01
  that
• 16:01
  relationship
• 16:02
  between
• 16:03
  them
• 16:03
  and
• 16:04
  our
• 16:04
  technicians
• 16:04
  to
• 16:05
  make
• 16:05
  sure
• 16:05
  we
• 16:05
  do
• 16:05
  the
• 16:05
  job
• 16:05
  right.
• 16:06
  Well,
• 16:06
  Ted,
• 16:06
  one
• 16:06
  of
• 16:07
  the
• 16:07
  things,
• 16:07
  too,
• 16:07
  that
• 16:07
  I
• 16:07
  notice
• 16:08
  that
• 16:08
  I
• 16:08
  see
• 16:09
  out
• 16:09
  there
• 16:09
  is
• 16:09
  drywall
• 16:10
  can
• 16:10
  be
• 16:10
  so
• 16:11
  finicky,
• 16:11
  especially
• 16:12
  in
• 16:12
  areas
• 16:12
  where
• 16:12
  the
• 16:12
  house
• 16:13
  is
• 16:13
  moving
• 16:13
  around
• 16:14
  a
• 16:14
  little
• 16:14
  bit,
• 16:14
  whether
• 16:14
  you're
• 16:15
  in
• 16:15
  the
• 16:16
  northern
• 16:16
  states
• 16:16
  and
• 16:17
  the
• 16:17
  day
• 16:17
  starts
• 16:18
  out
• 16:18
  at
• 16:18
  60
• 16:18
  degrees
• 16:19
  and
• 16:19
  it's
• 16:19
  minus
• 16:19
  10
• 16:20
  that
• 16:20
  night,
• 16:21
  you
• 16:21
  know,
• 16:21
  and
• 16:21
  the
• 16:21
  house
• 16:22
  is
• 16:22
  creaking
• 16:22
  and
• 16:22
  cracking
• 16:23
  and
• 16:23
  moving.
• 16:23
  That's
• 16:24
  where
• 16:24
  you
• 16:24
  see
• 16:24
  those
• 16:25
  weird
• 16:25
  little
• 16:25
  cracks
• 16:26
  around
• 16:26
  windows
• 16:27
  and
• 16:27
  doors
• 16:27
  and
• 16:28
  stuff
• 16:28
  where
• 16:28
  maybe
• 16:29
  the
• 16:29
  drywall
• 16:29
  wasn't
• 16:30
  done
• 16:30
  correctly
• 16:30
  to
• 16:31
  begin
• 16:31
  with
• 16:31
  because
• 16:31
  they
• 16:31
  put
• 16:31
  the
• 16:32
  seam
• 16:32
  going
• 16:32
  the
• 16:32
  wrong
• 16:33
  direction.
• 16:33
  And
• 16:33
  yes,
• 16:34
  you
• 16:34
  can
• 16:34
  do
• 16:34
  that
• 16:35
  drywall.
• 16:35
  People
• 16:35
  out
• 16:35
  there
• 16:36
  that
• 16:36
  are
• 16:36
  the
• 16:36
  amateurs
• 16:37
  and
• 16:38
  now
• 16:38
  you're
• 16:38
  chasing
• 16:39
  that
• 16:39
  crack
• 16:39
  for
• 16:40
  decades
• 16:40
  trying
• 16:41
  to
• 16:41
  wonder
• 16:41
  what
• 16:41
  happened.
• 16:41
  We
• 16:42
  see
• 16:42
  that
• 16:42
  all
• 16:42
  the
• 16:42
  time.
• 16:43
  I
• 16:43
  just,
• 16:43
  I
• 16:44
  talked
• 16:44
  to
• 16:44
  a
• 16:44
  customer
• 16:45
  a
• 16:45
  couple
• 16:45
  of
• 16:45
  weeks
• 16:45
  ago
• 16:46
  because
• 16:46
  they
• 16:46
  don't
• 16:46
  know,
• 16:47
  right.
• 16:47
  They
• 16:47
  think
• 16:48
  their
• 16:48
  house
• 16:48
  is
• 16:48
  falling
• 16:49
  versus
• 16:50
  you're
• 16:50
  right,
• 16:50
  when
• 16:51
  it's
• 16:51
  cold
• 16:51
  versus
• 16:52
  hot,
• 16:52
  you
• 16:52
  know,
• 16:53
  the
• 16:53
  house,
• 16:54
  you
• 16:54
  know,
• 16:54
  expands
• 16:55
  and
• 16:55
  contracts.
• 16:56
  And
• 16:56
  if
• 16:57
  you
• 16:57
  know
• 16:57
  the
• 16:58
  house
• 16:58
  wasn't
• 16:59
  built
• 16:59
  exactly
• 17:00
  right
• 17:00
  and
• 17:00
  that
• 17:01
  drywall
• 17:01
  is
• 17:01
  loose,
• 17:02
  you're
• 17:02
  going
• 17:02
  to
• 17:02
  see
• 17:03
  stress
• 17:03
  crack.
• 17:03
  So
• 17:04
  that's
• 17:04
  one
• 17:04
  of
• 17:04
  our
• 17:04
  top
• 17:05
  five
• 17:05
  things
• 17:05
  we
• 17:05
  do
• 17:06
  is
• 17:06
  go
• 17:06
  in
• 17:07
  and
• 17:07
  fix
• 17:07
  the
• 17:07
  stress
• 17:08
  crack
• 17:08
  and
• 17:08
  then
• 17:09
  reinforce
• 17:10
  around
• 17:10
  the
• 17:11
  area
• 17:12
  so
• 17:12
  that
• 17:12
  it
• 17:12
  minimizes.
• 17:13
  Yeah,
• 17:13
  you're
• 17:14
  never
• 17:14
  going
• 17:14
  to
• 17:14
  get
• 17:14
  rid
• 17:14
  of
• 17:15
  it
• 17:15
  100%,
• 17:16
  you
• 17:16
  know,
• 17:17
  with
• 17:17
  the
• 17:17
  stress
• 17:17
  crack.
• 17:18
  And
• 17:18
  we
• 17:18
  explain
• 17:18
  that
• 17:19
  to
• 17:19
  the
• 17:19
  customer.
• 17:20
  But
• 17:20
  there
• 17:20
  are
• 17:21
  ways
• 17:21
  to
• 17:21
  reinforce
• 17:22
  that
• 17:22
  area
• 17:23
  so
• 17:23
  you
• 17:23
  minimum
• 17:24
  minimize
• 17:25
  it.
• 17:25
  But
• 17:25
  you
• 17:25
  know,
• 17:26
  especially,
• 17:26
  you
• 17:27
  know,
• 17:27
  as
• 17:27
  we're
• 17:27
  going
• 17:27
  into
• 17:28
  now
• 17:28
  in
• 17:28
  the
• 17:28
  Michigan
• 17:29
  area,
• 17:29
  you
• 17:29
  know,
• 17:29
  it's,
• 17:30
  it
• 17:30
  was
• 17:30
  super
• 17:30
  cold
• 17:31
  and
• 17:31
  then
• 17:31
  it
• 17:31
  warms
• 17:31
  up.
• 17:32
  You
• 17:32
  see
• 17:32
  a
• 17:33
  lot
• 17:33
  more
• 17:33
  than
• 17:33
  that.
• 17:34
  And,
• 17:34
  and
• 17:34
  then,
• 17:35
  you
• 17:35
  know,
• 17:35
  we
• 17:35
  got
• 17:35
  it
• 17:35
  to
• 17:35
  let
• 17:36
  the
• 17:36
  customer
• 17:36
  know,
• 17:36
  no,
• 17:37
  your
• 17:37
  house
• 17:37
  is
• 17:37
  not
• 17:37
  falling
• 17:38
  down.
• 17:39
  It's
• 17:39
  a
• 17:39
  stress
• 17:39
  crack.
• 17:40
  Basically.
• 17:40
  You
• 17:41
  take
• 17:41
  them
• 17:41
  through
• 17:41
  it
• 17:41
  and
• 17:42
  then
• 17:42
  yes,
• 17:42
  we
• 17:43
  can
• 17:43
  fix
• 17:43
  it.
• 17:43
  And,
• 17:44
  and
• 17:44
  here
• 17:44
  are
• 17:44
  the
• 17:45
  things
• 17:45
  we're
• 17:45
  going
• 17:45
  to
• 17:45
  do
• 17:45
  in
• 17:45
  addition
• 17:46
  to
• 17:46
  just
• 17:47
  fixing
• 17:47
  that
• 17:48
  crap.
• 17:48
  Yeah,
• 17:48
  yeah,
• 17:49
  that's
• 17:49
  a
• 17:49
  ton
• 17:49
  of
• 17:49
  that
• 17:50
  stuff
• 17:50
  in
• 17:50
  the
• 17:50
  desert.
• 17:51
  I
• 17:51
  lived
• 17:51
  in
• 17:51
  Arizona
• 17:52
  for
• 17:52
  eight
• 17:52
  years,
• 17:53
  ton
• 17:53
  of
• 17:53
  that
• 17:53
  stuff
• 17:54
  in
• 17:54
  the
• 17:54
  desert.
• 17:54
  Because.
• 17:55
  And
• 17:55
  in
• 17:55
  newer
• 17:56
  houses,
• 17:56
  right,
• 17:56
  you
• 17:56
  know,
• 17:57
  $800,000
• 17:58
  million
• 17:58
  dollar
• 17:58
  houses
• 17:59
  15
• 18:00
  years
• 18:00
  ago,
• 18:00
  I'm
• 18:00
  talking
• 18:01
  about.
• 18:01
  And
• 18:02
  like
• 18:02
  you
• 18:02
  say,
• 18:02
  Ted,
• 18:02
  they're
• 18:03
  like,
• 18:03
  this
• 18:03
  is
• 18:03
  like,
• 18:03
  this
• 18:03
  is
• 18:04
  my
• 18:04
  fancy
• 18:04
  house.
• 18:04
  Why
• 18:05
  is
• 18:05
  this
• 18:05
  crack
• 18:05
  not
• 18:05
  going
• 18:05
  away?
• 18:06
  And
• 18:06
  you
• 18:06
  fix
• 18:06
  the
• 18:06
  crack
• 18:07
  and
• 18:07
  it
• 18:07
  comes
• 18:07
  back
• 18:07
  two
• 18:07
  years
• 18:08
  later
• 18:08
  and
• 18:08
  you're
• 18:08
  friends
• 18:08
  with
• 18:09
  them
• 18:09
  and
• 18:09
  you're
• 18:09
  like,
• 18:10
  you
• 18:10
  have
• 18:10
  to
• 18:10
  understand,
• 18:11
  like
• 18:12
  it's
• 18:12
  just
• 18:12
  what
• 18:13
  you
• 18:13
  just
• 18:13
  said,
• 18:13
  the
• 18:13
  reinforcement's
• 18:14
  a
• 18:14
  big
• 18:14
  issue
• 18:15
  to
• 18:15
  try
• 18:15
  to
• 18:15
  keep
• 18:16
  those
• 18:16
  from
• 18:16
  coming
• 18:16
  back.
• 18:16
  And
• 18:17
  they
• 18:17
  seem
• 18:17
  to
• 18:17
  never
• 18:18
  really
• 18:18
  go
• 18:18
  away.
• 18:19
  And
• 18:19
  it
• 18:19
  seems
• 18:19
  like
• 18:19
  the
• 18:20
  newer
• 18:20
  drywalls
• 18:21
  that
• 18:21
  now
• 18:21
  that
• 18:21
  we've
• 18:22
  got
• 18:22
  these
• 18:22
  light
• 18:22
  drywalls
• 18:23
  and
• 18:23
  they've,
• 18:23
  they're
• 18:24
  adding
• 18:24
  it
• 18:24
  seems
• 18:24
  like
• 18:25
  air
• 18:25
  to
• 18:25
  the
• 18:25
  mix
• 18:25
  to
• 18:26
  make
• 18:26
  these
• 18:26
  sheets
• 18:26
  lighter,
• 18:27
  which
• 18:27
  for
• 18:27
  me,
• 18:28
  when
• 18:28
  I'm
• 18:28
  moving
• 18:28
  around
• 18:28
  a
• 18:29
  sheet
• 18:29
  of
• 18:29
  5,
• 18:29
  8,
• 18:30
  4
• 18:30
  by
• 18:30
  8,
• 18:30
  I
• 18:31
  like
• 18:31
  that
• 18:31
  feeling.
• 18:32
  But
• 18:32
  you
• 18:32
  know
• 18:32
  something,
• 18:33
  it
• 18:33
  seems
• 18:34
  that
• 18:34
  it's
• 18:34
  cracking
• 18:34
  more
• 18:35
  often
• 18:35
  in
• 18:36
  situations
• 18:36
  that
• 18:36
  maybe
• 18:37
  the
• 18:37
  older,
• 18:37
  thicker.
• 18:38
  And
• 18:38
  I
• 18:38
  mean,
• 18:38
  it's
• 18:39
  not.
• 18:39
  It's
• 18:39
  the
• 18:39
  same
• 18:39
  dimension,
• 18:40
  but
• 18:40
  it
• 18:40
  was
• 18:40
  denser.
• 18:41
  And
• 18:41
  it
• 18:41
  seems
• 18:41
  seen
• 18:42
  that
• 18:42
  was
• 18:42
  a
• 18:42
  little
• 18:42
  more
• 18:42
  sturdy
• 18:43
  back
• 18:43
  in
• 18:43
  the
• 18:43
  day.
• 18:43
  Yeah,
• 18:44
  it's
• 18:45
  amazing,
• 18:45
  you
• 18:46
  know,
• 18:46
  the
• 18:46
  different
• 18:46
  options
• 18:47
  that
• 18:47
  are
• 18:47
  there.
• 18:48
  You
• 18:48
  know,
• 18:48
  we
• 18:48
  get
• 18:49
  into.
• 18:49
  We.
• 18:49
  We
• 18:49
  do,
• 18:50
  you
• 18:50
  know,
• 18:50
  stuff
• 18:50
  with
• 18:50
  soundboard,
• 18:51
  you
• 18:51
  know,
• 18:51
  where
• 18:51
  somebody
• 18:52
  wants
• 18:52
  to,
• 18:53
  you
• 18:53
  know,
• 18:53
  have
• 18:53
  a
• 18:54
  soundproof
• 18:55
  room.
• 18:55
  And.
• 18:55
  And
• 18:56
  so
• 18:56
  it's
• 18:56
  a
• 18:56
  combination.
• 18:57
  And
• 18:57
  then
• 18:57
  you
• 18:57
  get
• 18:57
  into
• 18:58
  moisture.
• 18:59
  You
• 18:59
  mean
• 18:59
  board
• 19:00
  when
• 19:00
  you.
• 19:00
  You're
• 19:00
  trying
• 19:01
  to
• 19:01
  minimize
• 19:02
  any
• 19:02
  moisture
• 19:03
  issues.
• 19:03
  And
• 19:04
  so
• 19:04
  it's.
• 19:04
  It's.
• 19:05
  I
• 19:05
  mean,
• 19:05
  and
• 19:06
  this
• 19:06
  is.
• 19:06
  This
• 19:06
  is
• 19:07
  why
• 19:08
  you
• 19:08
  want
• 19:08
  to
• 19:08
  deal
• 19:08
  with
• 19:09
  somebody
• 19:09
  that's
• 19:09
  in
• 19:10
  the
• 19:10
  business.
• 19:10
  Right.
• 19:11
  You
• 19:11
  know,
• 19:11
  so
• 19:11
  they
• 19:12
  can
• 19:12
  understand
• 19:13
  what
• 19:13
  your
• 19:13
  problem
• 19:14
  is,
• 19:14
  and
• 19:14
  then
• 19:14
  we
• 19:14
  can
• 19:15
  help
• 19:15
  you
• 19:15
  fix
• 19:16
  it.
• 19:16
  Right.
• 19:17
  The
• 19:17
  first
• 19:17
  time
• 19:18
  versus
• 19:18
  getting
• 19:18
  a
• 19:19
  call
• 19:19
  from
• 19:19
  somebody
• 19:20
  that
• 19:20
  might
• 19:20
  have
• 19:21
  done
• 19:21
  it
• 19:21
  with
• 19:21
  somebody
• 19:21
  else
• 19:22
  and
• 19:22
  they
• 19:22
  did
• 19:22
  it
• 19:22
  wrong.
• 19:23
  And
• 19:23
  then
• 19:23
  they
• 19:24
  come
• 19:24
  to
• 19:24
  you
• 19:24
  and
• 19:24
  say,
• 19:24
  hey,
• 19:25
  can
• 19:25
  you.
• 19:25
  Can
• 19:26
  you
• 19:26
  fix
• 19:26
  it?
• 19:26
  Yeah.
• 19:26
  I've
• 19:27
  seen
• 19:27
  some
• 19:27
  disasters
• 19:28
  where
• 19:28
  homeowners
• 19:29
  run
• 19:29
  down
• 19:29
  to
• 19:29
  the
• 19:29
  home
• 19:30
  improvement
• 19:30
  store,
• 19:30
  they
• 19:30
  buy
• 19:31
  a
• 19:31
  couple
• 19:31
  pieces,
• 19:32
  it's
• 19:32
  their
• 19:32
  first
• 19:32
  try.
• 19:33
  And,
• 19:33
  you
• 19:33
  know,
• 19:33
  I
• 19:33
  pat
• 19:34
  them
• 19:34
  on
• 19:34
  the
• 19:34
  back
• 19:34
  and
• 19:34
  say,
• 19:35
  nice
• 19:35
  work
• 19:35
  for
• 19:35
  giving
• 19:35
  it
• 19:36
  a
• 19:36
  shot.
• 19:37
  But
• 19:37
  when
• 19:37
  they
• 19:37
  get
• 19:38
  out
• 19:38
  the
• 19:38
  hot
• 19:38
  mud
• 19:38
  and
• 19:39
  start
• 19:39
  doing.
• 19:39
  Throwing
• 19:40
  on
• 19:40
  ten
• 19:40
  times
• 19:41
  the
• 19:41
  mud
• 19:41
  that
• 19:41
  they
• 19:42
  probably
• 19:42
  needed,
• 19:43
  and
• 19:43
  it
• 19:43
  looks
• 19:43
  more
• 19:43
  like
• 19:44
  a
• 19:44
  art
• 19:45
  project
• 19:45
  than
• 19:45
  it
• 19:45
  does
• 19:46
  a
• 19:46
  smooth
• 19:46
  wall.
• 19:47
  I
• 19:47
  can
• 19:47
  imagine
• 19:47
  you
• 19:47
  guys
• 19:48
  coming
• 19:48
  in
• 19:48
  going,
• 19:48
  wow,
• 19:49
  this
• 19:49
  stuff's
• 19:49
  like
• 19:49
  heavy
• 19:50
  duty
• 19:50
  Bondo
• 19:50
  on
• 19:51
  here.
• 19:51
  It
• 19:51
  is
• 19:51
  so
• 19:51
  hard
• 19:51
  to
• 19:52
  sand.
• 19:52
  Get
• 19:53
  the
• 19:53
  belt
• 19:53
  sander.
• 19:55
  Get
• 19:55
  the
• 19:55
  belt
• 19:56
  sander.
• 19:56
  People
• 19:57
  using
• 19:57
  fix
• 19:58
  all
• 19:59
  people
• 19:59
  over
• 20:00
  mud
• 20:00
  all
• 20:00
  the
• 20:01
  time.
• 20:01
  I
• 20:02
  mean,
• 20:02
  yeah,
• 20:03
  the
• 20:03
  intent
• 20:03
  is,
• 20:04
  hey,
• 20:04
  I've
• 20:05
  got
• 20:05
  to
• 20:05
  put
• 20:05
  enough
• 20:05
  on
• 20:06
  it.
• 20:06
  And
• 20:06
  that's
• 20:07
  why
• 20:07
  we
• 20:07
  do
• 20:07
  three
• 20:08
  coats.
• 20:08
  And
• 20:08
  it's.
• 20:09
  You
• 20:09
  keep
• 20:09
  it
• 20:09
  very
• 20:10
  thin
• 20:10
  and
• 20:11
  you
• 20:11
  know
• 20:11
  what
• 20:11
  you're
• 20:11
  doing,
• 20:12
  so
• 20:12
  you
• 20:12
  build
• 20:12
  up
• 20:13
  to
• 20:13
  it.
• 20:13
  But
• 20:13
  I've
• 20:14
  even
• 20:14
  done
• 20:14
  it
• 20:14
  myself
• 20:15
  when
• 20:15
  we,
• 20:16
  you
• 20:16
  know,
• 20:16
  the
• 20:16
  first
• 20:16
  couple
• 20:16
  years
• 20:17
  when,
• 20:17
  when,
• 20:18
  you
• 20:18
  know,
• 20:18
  we're
• 20:18
  in,
• 20:18
  you
• 20:19
  know,
• 20:19
  we
• 20:19
  have
• 20:19
  a
• 20:19
  lab
• 20:19
  and
• 20:19
  you
• 20:20
  do
• 20:20
  it.
• 20:20
  You
• 20:20
  think
• 20:20
  you
• 20:21
  have
• 20:21
  to
• 20:21
  over
• 20:22
  mud,
• 20:22
  but
• 20:22
  guess
• 20:23
  what
• 20:23
  happens
• 20:23
  when
• 20:23
  it's
• 20:24
  finished?
• 20:24
  You
• 20:24
  gotta
• 20:26
  sand
• 20:26
  that
• 20:26
  thing
• 20:26
  and
• 20:27
  it's.
• 20:27
  It's
• 20:28
  way
• 20:28
  too
• 20:28
  much
• 20:28
  and
• 20:28
  you
• 20:29
  create
• 20:29
  a
• 20:29
  mess.
• 20:30
  And
• 20:30
  it's
• 20:30
  like,
• 20:31
  you
• 20:31
  know,
• 20:31
  that's.
• 20:32
  That's
• 20:32
  why
• 20:32
  I
• 20:32
  leave
• 20:33
  it
• 20:33
  up
• 20:33
  to
• 20:33
  the
• 20:33
  experts,
• 20:34
  because
• 20:34
  you're
• 20:34
  right.
• 20:35
  You
• 20:35
  need
• 20:35
  to
• 20:35
  understand
• 20:36
  the
• 20:36
  finished
• 20:36
  product
• 20:36
  and
• 20:37
  what
• 20:37
  you
• 20:37
  need
• 20:37
  and
• 20:37
  don't
• 20:38
  need
• 20:38
  to
• 20:38
  make
• 20:38
  sure
• 20:38
  it's
• 20:39
  done
• 20:39
  right.
• 20:39
  You'll
• 20:40
  only
• 20:40
  do
• 20:40
  that
• 20:40
  a
• 20:40
  couple
• 20:40
  of
• 20:41
  times
• 20:41
  because
• 20:42
  you
• 20:42
  have
• 20:42
  to
• 20:42
  sand
• 20:43
  it.
• 20:43
  And
• 20:44
  I
• 20:44
  speak
• 20:44
  from
• 20:45
  experience,
• 20:45
  obviously,
• 20:46
  I'll
• 20:46
  admit
• 20:46
  I've
• 20:47
  done
• 20:47
  it.
• 20:47
  And
• 20:47
  then
• 20:48
  you
• 20:48
  will
• 20:48
  under
• 20:49
  mud
• 20:49
  a
• 20:49
  couple
• 20:50
  of
• 20:50
  times
• 20:50
  and
• 20:50
  go,
• 20:51
  yeah.
• 20:51
  And
• 20:52
  then,
• 20:52
  you
• 20:52
  know,
• 20:52
  after
• 20:53
  a
• 20:53
  lot
• 20:53
  of
• 20:53
  cursing
• 20:54
  and
• 20:54
  a
• 20:54
  lot
• 20:55
  of
• 20:55
  headaches,
• 20:55
  you
• 20:55
  start
• 20:56
  to
• 20:56
  figure
• 20:56
  it
• 20:56
  out
• 20:56
  and
• 20:56
  you're
• 20:57
  like,
• 20:57
  wow,
• 20:57
  I'm
• 20:57
  pretty
• 20:57
  good
• 20:57
  at
• 20:58
  this.
• 20:58
  And
• 20:58
  then
• 20:58
  you
• 20:58
  go,
• 20:58
  I
• 20:59
  don't
• 20:59
  want
• 20:59
  to
• 20:59
  do
• 21:00
  this.
• 21:00
  Where's
• 21:00
  my
• 21:00
  drywall
• 21:01
  sub?
• 21:02
  I
• 21:02
  feel
• 21:03
  like
• 21:03
  drywall
• 21:03
  has
• 21:03
  to
• 21:04
  be
• 21:04
  a
• 21:04
  close
• 21:04
  second
• 21:04
  right
• 21:05
  behind
• 21:05
  painting.
• 21:06
  As
• 21:06
  one
• 21:07
  of
• 21:07
  those,
• 21:07
  well,
• 21:08
  I
• 21:08
  can
• 21:08
  do
• 21:08
  that
• 21:08
  homeowner
• 21:09
  things.
• 21:10
  You
• 21:10
  know,
• 21:10
  like
• 21:11
  everybody
• 21:11
  thinks
• 21:11
  they
• 21:11
  can
• 21:12
  paint
• 21:12
  and
• 21:12
  do
• 21:12
  drywall
• 21:13
  until
• 21:13
  they
• 21:13
  try
• 21:14
  it
• 21:14
  and
• 21:14
  they
• 21:14
  go,
• 21:15
  man,
• 21:15
  that's
• 21:15
  not
• 21:16
  as
• 21:16

  guess
• 23:43
  what?
• 23:43
  They're
• 23:44
  getting
• 23:44
  one
• 23:44
  star
• 23:45
  out
• 23:45
  of
• 23:45
  five
• 23:45
  because
• 23:46
  that's
• 23:47
  part
• 23:47
  of
• 23:47
  the
• 23:47
  experience
• 23:48
  to
• 23:48
  do
• 23:49
  it.
• 23:49
  And
• 23:49
  so
• 23:50
  we
• 23:50
  literally
• 23:52
  train
• 23:52
  our
• 23:52
  franchisees
• 23:53
  when
• 23:53
  we
• 23:54
  bring
• 23:54
  them
• 23:54
  in,
• 23:55
  you
• 23:55
  know,
• 23:55
  to
• 23:55
  training,
• 23:56
  before
• 23:56
  they
• 23:56
  even
• 23:56
  get
• 23:57
  out
• 23:57
  in
• 23:57
  the
• 23:57
  field,
• 23:58
  we
• 23:58
  take
• 23:58
  them
• 23:59
  through
• 23:59
  how
• 24:00
  you
• 24:00
  have
• 24:00
  to
• 24:00
  set
• 24:00
  up
• 24:01
  and
• 24:01
  what
• 24:01
  you
• 24:01
  have
• 24:02
  to
• 24:02
  do
• 24:02
  from
• 24:02
  your
• 24:03
  zip
• 24:03
  holes
• 24:04
  and
• 24:04
  your
• 24:04
  plastic.
• 24:05
  And
• 24:05
  it's
• 24:06
  something.
• 24:06
  It
• 24:07
  really
• 24:07
  does
• 24:07
  two
• 24:07
  things.
• 24:08
  We
• 24:09
  also
• 24:09
  put
• 24:09
  tarps
• 24:09
  down
• 24:10
  on
• 24:10
  the
• 24:10
  way
• 24:10
  in
• 24:10
  and
• 24:10
  out.
• 24:11
  It
• 24:11
  does
• 24:11
  two
• 24:11
  things.
• 24:12
  One,
• 24:12
  if
• 24:12
  you
• 24:13
  do
• 24:13
  it
• 24:13
  right
• 24:13
  up
• 24:13
  front
• 24:14
  and
• 24:14
  sure,
• 24:14
  it
• 24:14
  takes
• 24:15
  a
• 24:15
  little
• 24:15
  more
• 24:15
  time,
• 24:16
  but
• 24:16
  then
• 24:16
  any
• 24:16
  of
• 24:16
  the
• 24:17
  cleanup
• 24:17
  afterwards
• 24:18
  is
• 24:18
  minimal.
• 24:19
  Sure.
• 24:19
  You
• 24:20
  know,
• 24:20
  John,
• 24:20
  to
• 24:20
  your
• 24:20
  point,
• 24:21
  it's
• 24:21
  you're
• 24:22
  still
• 24:22
  going
• 24:22
  to
• 24:22
  have
• 24:23
  some,
• 24:23
  and
• 24:23
  we're
• 24:24
  going
• 24:24
  to
• 24:24
  make
• 24:24
  sure
• 24:24
  it
• 24:25
  gets
• 24:25
  cleaned
• 24:25
  up.
• 24:25
  But
• 24:26
  the
• 24:26
  more
• 24:26
  you
• 24:26
  do
• 24:26
  that.
• 24:27
  And
• 24:27
  also
• 24:28
  it's
• 24:28
  a
• 24:29
  met,
• 24:29
  we
• 24:29
  are
• 24:29
  very
• 24:30
  concerned
• 24:30
  about
• 24:31
  the
• 24:31
  customer
• 24:31
  experience,
• 24:32
  about
• 24:32
  being
• 24:33
  on
• 24:33
  time,
• 24:33
  making
• 24:34
  sure
• 24:34
  we
• 24:34
  do
• 24:34
  things
• 24:34
  the
• 24:35
  right
• 24:35
  way.
• 24:35
  And
• 24:36
  it's
• 24:36
  a.
• 24:37
  The
• 24:37
  message
• 24:37
  we
• 24:38
  send
• 24:38
  to
• 24:38
  the
• 24:38
  customer
• 24:39
  too.
• 24:39
  And
• 24:39
  we
• 24:39
  talk
• 24:39
  to
• 24:40
  them
• 24:40
  up
• 24:40
  front
• 24:40
  when
• 24:40
  we.
• 24:41
  About
• 24:41
  the
• 24:41
  estimate,
• 24:42
  about
• 24:42
  how
• 24:42
  we
• 24:43
  want
• 24:43
  to
• 24:43
  make
• 24:43
  sure
• 24:43
  we
• 24:43
  set
• 24:44
  up
• 24:44
  your
• 24:44
  home
• 24:45
  so
• 24:45
  that
• 24:45
  we
• 24:46
  keep
• 24:46
  it
• 24:46
  clean
• 24:47
  and
• 24:47
  we
• 24:47
  do
• 24:48
  a
• 24:48
  good
• 24:48
  job.
• 24:48
  And
• 24:48
  when
• 24:49
  we,
• 24:49
  when
• 24:49
  we're
• 24:49
  gone,
• 24:50
  you
• 24:50
  don't
• 24:51
  even
• 24:51
  know
• 24:51
  we
• 24:51
  were
• 24:52
  there
• 24:52
  because
• 24:53
  we've.
• 24:53
  We've
• 24:53
  all
• 24:54
  done
• 24:54
  it.
• 24:54
  Somebody
• 24:55
  comes
• 24:55
  in
• 24:55
  the
• 24:55
  house,
• 24:56
  they
• 24:56
  finish
• 24:56
  something
• 24:56
  and
• 24:57
  then
• 24:57
  I'm
• 24:57
  vacuuming
• 24:58
  and
• 24:58
  cleaning
• 24:59
  afterwards.
• 25:00
  And
• 25:00
  it
• 25:00
  really
• 25:00
  leaves
• 25:01
  a
• 25:01
  bad
• 25:01
  taste
• 25:02
  in
• 25:02
  your
• 25:02
  mouth.
• 25:02
  It's
• 25:02
  everything.
• 25:03
  There's
• 25:03
  a
• 25:03
  reason
• 25:03
  I
• 25:04
  never
• 25:04
  ran
• 25:04
  out
• 25:04
  of
• 25:04
  work
• 25:04
  as
• 25:05
  a
• 25:05
  contractor.
• 25:05
  And
• 25:06
  one
• 25:06
  thing
• 25:06
  I
• 25:06
  would
• 25:07
  really,
• 25:07
  I
• 25:07
  mean,
• 25:08
  because
• 25:08
  it's
• 25:08
  amazing
• 25:09
  what
• 25:09
  you
• 25:09
  see
• 25:10
  out
• 25:10
  there.
• 25:10
  Messes
• 25:11
  guys
• 25:11
  will
• 25:11
  leave
• 25:11
  and
• 25:12
  unfinished
• 25:12
  work,
• 25:13
  whatever.
• 25:13
  But
• 25:14
  I
• 25:14
  used
• 25:14
  to
• 25:14
  one
• 25:15
  of
• 25:15
  my
• 25:15
  biggest
• 25:15
  pet
• 25:15
  peeves
• 25:16
  with
• 25:16
  all
• 25:16
  my
• 25:17
  guys,
• 25:17
  I
• 25:17
  would
• 25:17
  just
• 25:17
  iterate
• 25:18
  and
• 25:18
  iterate,
• 25:19
  man.
• 25:19
  We
• 25:19
  leave
• 25:20
  houses
• 25:21
  cleaner
• 25:21
  than
• 25:22
  we
• 25:22
  found
• 25:22
  them.
• 25:22
  I
• 25:22
  don't
• 25:23
  care
• 25:23
  if
• 25:23
  it's
• 25:23
  dust
• 25:23
  bunnies
• 25:24
  from
• 25:24
  three
• 25:24
  weeks
• 25:24
  ago
• 25:25
  and
• 25:25
  it
• 25:25
  was
• 25:25
  theirs
• 25:26
  clean,
• 25:26
  you
• 25:27
  know,
• 25:27
  leave
• 25:27
  it
• 25:27
  cleaner.
• 25:28
  And
• 25:28
  we
• 25:28
  found
• 25:28
  it.
• 25:28
  That
• 25:28
  was
• 25:28
  always
• 25:29
  our
• 25:29
  motto.
• 25:29
  And
• 25:29
  it
• 25:30
  makes
• 25:30
  all
• 25:30
  the
• 25:30
  difference
• 25:30
  in
• 25:30
  the
• 25:31
  world.
• 25:31
  They're
• 25:31
  going
• 25:31
  to
• 25:31
  call
• 25:32
  you
• 25:32
  again.
• 25:32
  They're
• 25:32
  going
• 25:32
  to
• 25:33
  tell
• 25:33
  their
• 25:33
  friend
• 25:33
  about
• 25:33
  you.
• 25:34
  That
• 25:34
  it's
• 25:34
  the
• 25:35
  experience
• 25:35
  of
• 25:35
  it.
• 25:35
  Yeah.
• 25:36
  And
• 25:36
  they're
• 25:36
  not
• 25:36
  going
• 25:36
  to
• 25:36
  be
• 25:37
  so
• 25:37
  picky
• 25:37
  with
• 25:37
  maybe
• 25:38
  the
• 25:38
  spot
• 25:38
  of
• 25:38
  texture
• 25:39
  that's
• 25:39
  not
• 25:39
  exactly
• 25:40
  perfect.
• 25:41
  They're
• 25:41
  like,
• 25:41
  but
• 25:42
  damn,
• 25:42
  the
• 25:42
  p.
• 25:42
  Piano's
• 25:43
  clean.
• 25:43
  You're
• 25:44
  right.
• 25:44
  It's
• 25:44
  about
• 25:45
  that
• 25:45
  total
• 25:45
  experience.
• 25:46
  Right.
• 25:47
  And
• 25:47
  it's
• 25:48
  got
• 25:48
  to
• 25:48
  be
• 25:48
  interesting
• 25:48
  too,
• 25:49
  because,
• 25:49
  you
• 25:49
  know,
• 25:49
  we
• 25:50
  were
• 25:50
  talking
• 25:50
  textures
• 25:51
  earlier,
• 25:51
  but
• 25:51
  I
• 25:51
  can't
• 25:51
  tell
• 25:52
  you
• 25:52
  how
• 25:52
  many
• 25:52
  drywalled
• 25:53
  or
• 25:53
  plaster
• 25:54
  ceilings
• 25:54
  that
• 25:55
  I've
• 25:55
  seen
• 25:55
  that
• 25:55
  have
• 25:55
  that
• 25:56
  circular
• 25:56
  artwork
• 25:57
  and
• 25:57
  the
• 25:58
  texture.
• 25:58
  Or
• 25:59
  even
• 25:59
  in
• 25:59
  this
• 25:59
  brand
• 25:59
  new
• 26:00
  house
• 26:00
  that
• 26:01
  I'm
• 26:01
  in
• 26:01
  now,
• 26:01
  they
• 26:02
  came
• 26:02
  through
• 26:02
  here.
• 26:03
  It's
• 26:03
  seven
• 26:03
  years
• 26:03
  old.
• 26:04
  It's
• 26:04
  got
• 26:04
  this.
• 26:05
  I
• 26:05
  forget
• 26:05
  what
• 26:05
  they
• 26:05
  call
• 26:05
  it,
• 26:06
  but
• 26:06
  it's
• 26:06
  got
• 26:06
  this
• 26:06
  new
• 26:06
  plaster
• 26:07
  technique
• 26:07
  where
• 26:07
  it
• 26:08
  looks
• 26:08
  like
• 26:08
  they
• 26:09
  peeled
• 26:09
  off
• 26:09
  little
• 26:10
  sections
• 26:10
  with
• 26:10
  hard
• 26:11
  edges
• 26:11
  out
• 26:11
  of
• 26:11
  it.
• 26:11
  You
• 26:12
  know,
• 26:12
  it's
• 26:12
  a
• 26:12
  smooth
• 26:12
  wall
• 26:13
  and
• 26:13
  then
• 26:13
  it
• 26:13
  peels
• 26:13
  out
• 26:14
  of
• 26:14
  there.
• 26:14
  And
• 26:14
  I'm
• 26:14
  looking
• 26:14
  at
• 26:15
  that
• 26:15
  going,
• 26:16
  I
• 26:16
  need
• 26:16
  to
• 26:16
  do
• 26:17
  some
• 26:17
  electrical
• 26:17
  work
• 26:17
  in
• 26:18
  here.
• 26:18
  And
• 26:18
  I'm
• 26:18
  like,
• 26:19
  I've
• 26:19
  been
• 26:20
  putting
• 26:20
  it
• 26:20
  off
• 26:20
  because
• 26:20
  I'm
• 26:21
  just
• 26:21
  like,
• 26:21
  I
• 26:21
  don't
• 26:21
  want
• 26:21
  to
• 26:21
  patch.
• 26:22
  Well,
• 26:23
  you
• 26:23
  know
• 26:23
  who
• 26:23
  to
• 26:23
  call.
• 26:23
  Eric.
• 26:24
  Yeah,
• 26:25
  you
• 26:25
  do.
• 26:25
  And,
• 26:26
  and
• 26:26
  you're
• 26:26
  right.
• 26:27
  And
• 26:27
  I'm
• 26:27
  serious.
• 26:28
  Just
• 26:28
  from
• 26:28
  the
• 26:28
  outside
• 26:29
  looking
• 26:29
  in
• 26:30
  the
• 26:31
  creative
• 26:32
  eye,
• 26:32
  that
• 26:33
  our
• 26:33
  technicians
• 26:34
  have
• 26:34
  to
• 26:35
  be
• 26:35
  able
• 26:35
  to
• 26:35
  figure
• 26:35
  that
• 26:35
  out.
• 26:36
  Right.
• 26:36
  Because
• 26:37
  they've
• 26:37
  done
• 26:37
  a
• 26:37
  ton
• 26:38
  but
• 26:38
  some
• 26:38
  of
• 26:38
  it
• 26:39
  was
• 26:39
  new
• 26:39
  to
• 26:39
  them,
• 26:39
  but
• 26:40
  they
• 26:40
  understand
• 26:41
  the
• 26:41
  tools
• 26:42
  that
• 26:42
  you
• 26:42
  need
• 26:43
  to
• 26:43
  be
• 26:43
  able
• 26:43
  to
• 26:43
  create
• 26:44
  it.
• 26:44
  And
• 26:44
  then
• 26:44
  with
• 26:45
  texture.
• 26:45
  You
• 26:45
  know,
• 26:45
  the
• 26:46
  nice
• 26:46
  thing
• 26:46
  about
• 26:46
  it,
• 26:46
  once,
• 26:47
  once
• 26:47
  you
• 26:47
  get
• 26:47
  rid
• 26:48
  of
• 26:48
  it,
• 26:48
  you
• 26:48
  can
• 26:48
  play
• 26:48
  with
• 26:49
  it,
• 26:49
  right?
• 26:49
  You
• 26:49
  can
• 26:49
  put
• 26:50
  it
• 26:50
  up
• 26:50
  there
• 26:50
  and
• 26:50
  you
• 26:51
  can
• 26:51
  look
• 26:51
  at
• 26:51
  it
• 26:52
  and
• 26:52
  then,
• 26:52
  hey,
• 26:53
  you're
• 26:53
  not,
• 26:53
  you're
• 26:54
  not
• 26:54
  going
• 26:54
  to
• 26:54
  use
• 26:54
  a
• 26:54
  5
• 26:54
  minute
• 26:55
  mud
• 26:55
  on
• 26:55
  it,
• 26:55
  right?
• 26:55
  You
• 26:56
  know,
• 26:56
  you
• 26:56
  might
• 26:56
  use
• 26:57
  20
• 26:57
  and
• 26:57
  then
• 26:57
  you
• 26:58
  wipe
• 26:58
  it
• 26:58
  back.
• 26:58
  Hey,
• 26:59
  that
• 26:59
  doesn't
• 26:59
  work.
• 26:59
  Let's
• 27:00
  try
• 27:00
  again.
• 27:00
  And,
• 27:01
  and
• 27:01
  it's,
• 27:02
  to
• 27:02
  me,
• 27:02
  it's,
• 27:03
  it's
• 27:03
  fascinating
• 27:04
  in
• 27:05
  terms
• 27:05
  of
• 27:06
  that
• 27:06
  expertise
• 27:07
  that
• 27:07
  you
• 27:08
  need
• 27:08
  to
• 27:08
  have
• 27:08
  to.
• 27:09
  Especially
• 27:09
  with
• 27:09
  texture.
• 27:10
  Yeah,
• 27:10
  it
• 27:10
  can
• 27:11
  actually
• 27:11
  really
• 27:11
  be
• 27:12
  fun
• 27:12
  when
• 27:12
  you
• 27:12
  get
• 27:13
  to
• 27:13
  be
• 27:13
  creative
• 27:14
  with
• 27:14
  it
• 27:14
  like
• 27:14
  that.
• 27:15
  It's
• 27:16
  fun
• 27:16
  and
• 27:16
  cool
• 27:17
  when
• 27:17
  it
• 27:17
  works
• 27:18
  out,
• 27:18
  right?
• 27:19
  When
• 27:19
  you're
• 27:19
  like,
• 27:19
  yeah,
• 27:20
  I
• 27:20
  found
• 27:20
  this
• 27:20
  thing
• 27:21
  laying
• 27:21
  in
• 27:21
  the
• 27:21
  yard,
• 27:22
  this
• 27:22
  plastic
• 27:22
  child's
• 27:23
  toy,
• 27:23
  and
• 27:23
  I
• 27:24
  used
• 27:24
  it
• 27:24
  to
• 27:24
  poke
• 27:24
  and
• 27:25
  scrape
• 27:25
  and
• 27:26
  it
• 27:26
  came
• 27:26
  out
• 27:26
  perfect.
• 27:27
  Like,
• 27:27
  then
• 27:27
  you're
• 27:28
  excited.
• 27:28
  You're
• 27:28
  a
• 27:28
  genius,
• 27:29
  right?
• 27:29
  But
• 27:29
  that
• 27:30
  happens
• 27:31
  once
• 27:31
  out
• 27:31
  of
• 27:31
  a
• 27:31
  hundred
• 27:32
  times
• 27:33
  for
• 27:33
  me.
• 27:34
  Oh
• 27:34
  yeah,
• 27:34
  Just
• 27:34
  the
• 27:34
  other
• 27:35
  day
• 27:35
  we,
• 27:35
  we
• 27:35
  had
• 27:35
  training
• 27:36
  in
• 27:36
  Ann
• 27:36
  Arbor
• 27:37
  when
• 27:37
  we
• 27:37
  bring
• 27:37
  franchisees
• 27:38
  in
• 27:38
  and
• 27:38
  we,
• 27:38
  and
• 27:38
  we
• 27:39
  have
• 27:39
  kind
• 27:39
  of
• 27:39
  a
• 27:39
  texture
• 27:40
  class
• 27:40
  and
• 27:41
  you
• 27:41
  know,
• 27:41
  we,
• 27:41
  we
• 27:42
  have
• 27:42
  a
• 27:42
  lead
• 27:42
  tech
• 27:43
  that's
• 27:43
  been
• 27:44
  doing
• 27:44
  this
• 27:44
  for
• 27:44
  15
• 27:45
  years.
• 27:45
  And
• 27:46
  so
• 27:46
  he,
• 27:46
  he
• 27:46
  did
• 27:47
  all
• 27:47
  this
• 27:47
  texture
• 27:48
  and
• 27:48
  you
• 27:48
  guys
• 27:48
  were
• 27:48
  kind
• 27:48
  of
• 27:49
  talking
• 27:49
  about,
• 27:49
  you
• 27:49
  know,
• 27:50
  the
• 27:50
  sand
• 27:50
  swirl
• 27:51
  or
• 27:51
  whatever,
• 27:51
  which
• 27:51
  is
• 27:51
  one
• 27:52
  of
• 27:52
  my
• 27:52
  favorite.
• 27:52
  And
• 27:53
  I'm
• 27:53
  like,
• 27:53
  hey,
• 27:53
  Jake,
• 27:54
  how
• 27:54
  long
• 27:54
  did
• 27:54
  it
• 27:54
  take
• 27:54
  you
• 27:54
  to
• 27:55
  do
• 27:55
  that?
• 27:56
  About
• 27:56
  a
• 27:56
  minute.
• 27:57
  I
• 27:57
  go,
• 27:57
  a
• 27:57
  minute?
• 27:58
  That
• 27:58
  would
• 27:58
  have
• 27:58
  taken
• 27:59
  me
• 27:59
  like
• 27:59
  six
• 27:59
  hours.
• 28:00
  And
• 28:00
  he
• 28:00
  just,
• 28:01
  you
• 28:01
  know,
• 28:01
  to
• 28:02
  your
• 28:02
  guys
• 28:02
  point,
• 28:02
  it's
• 28:03
  like
• 28:03
  he's
• 28:03
  been
• 28:03
  doing
• 28:04
  it.
• 28:05
  You
• 28:05
  know,
• 28:05
  he
• 28:06
  is
• 28:06
  an
• 28:06
  artist
• 28:06
  and
• 28:07
  he
• 28:07
  understands
• 28:08
  the
• 28:08
  tools
• 28:09
  that,
• 28:09
  that
• 28:09
  it
• 28:09
  takes.
• 28:10
  Like,
• 28:10
  I've
• 28:11
  been
• 28:11
  a
• 28:11
  hockey
• 28:11
  player
• 28:11
  all
• 28:12
  my
• 28:12
  life,
• 28:12
  so
• 28:12
  I
• 28:12
  skated
• 28:13
  when
• 28:13
  I
• 28:13
  was
• 28:13
  4.
• 28:13
  I'm
• 28:14
  now
• 28:14
  64.
• 28:15
  And
• 28:15
  so
• 28:15
  I
• 28:15
  was
• 28:16
  gonna
• 28:16
  ask
• 28:16
  you.
• 28:16
  That
• 28:17
  question,
• 28:17
  Chad,
• 28:18
  if
• 28:18
  you
• 28:18
  were
• 28:18
  a
• 28:18
  Red
• 28:18
  Wing
• 28:19
  or
• 28:19
  not.
• 28:19
  So
• 28:20
  if
• 28:20
  you
• 28:21
  understand
• 28:21
  the
• 28:22
  term
• 28:22
  a
• 28:22
  cup
• 28:22
  of
• 28:23
  coffee,
• 28:23
  I,
• 28:24
  I
• 28:24
  played
• 28:25
  mostly
• 28:25
  in
• 28:25
  the
• 28:25
  minor
• 28:26
  leagues,
• 28:26
  but
• 28:27
  I
• 28:27
  did
• 28:27
  play
• 28:27
  four
• 28:28
  games
• 28:28
  with
• 28:28
  the
• 28:28
  Detroit
• 28:29
  Red
• 28:29
  Wings
• 28:29
  back
• 28:30
  in
• 28:30
  the
• 28:30
  80s.
• 28:30
  So
• 28:30
  I
• 28:31
  did
• 28:31
  get
• 28:31
  called
• 28:31
  up
• 28:31
  and
• 28:32
  get
• 28:32
  a
• 28:32
  chance
• 28:32
  to
• 28:32
  play,
• 28:33
  you
• 28:33
  know,
• 28:33
  those
• 28:33
  four
• 28:33
  games.
• 28:34
  And
• 28:34
  they
• 28:34
  were
• 28:34
  wonderful,
• 28:35
  but,
• 28:35
  you
• 28:35
  know,
• 28:35
  I
• 28:35
  think
• 28:36
  they
• 28:36
  told
• 28:36
  me
• 28:37
  to
• 28:37
  find
• 28:37
  a
• 28:37
  career
• 28:37
  off
• 28:38
  the
• 28:38
  ice.
• 28:39
  Hey,
• 28:39
  you
• 28:39
  made
• 28:39
  it
• 28:40
  that
• 28:40
  far,
• 28:40
  man.
• 28:40
  If
• 28:41
  I
• 28:41
  remember
• 28:41
  right,
• 28:41
  center
• 28:42
  number
• 28:42
  11,
• 28:43
  you.
• 28:43
  Hey,
• 28:44
  you
• 28:44
  were
• 28:44
  correct.
• 28:45
  I
• 28:45
  wore
• 28:46
  my
• 28:46
  four
• 28:46
  games
• 28:46
  with
• 28:47
  the
• 28:47
  wings.
• 28:47
  I
• 28:47
  was
• 28:48
  number
• 28:48
  11.
• 28:48
  There
• 28:48
  we
• 28:49
  go.
• 28:49
  I'm
• 28:49
  a
• 28:49
  hockey
• 28:50
  guy,
• 28:50
  so
• 28:50
  I
• 28:51
  pay
• 28:51
  attention
• 28:51
  to
• 28:52
  that
• 28:52
  stuff.
• 28:53
  I'm
• 28:53
  a
• 28:54
  big
• 28:54
  hockey
• 28:54
  fan.
• 28:54
  I
• 28:55
  played
• 28:55
  at
• 28:55
  University
• 28:55
  of
• 28:56
  Michigan
• 28:56
  and
• 28:56
  they're
• 28:57
  ranked
• 28:57
  number
• 28:57
  one
• 28:57
  in
• 28:57
  the
• 28:57
  country
• 28:58
  right
• 28:58
  now
• 28:58
  in
• 28:58
  college.
• 28:59
  So
• 29:00
  I'm,
• 29:00
  I'm
• 29:00
  optimistic.
• 29:01
  As
• 29:01
  you
• 29:02
  know,
• 29:02
  as
• 29:02
  a
• 29:02
  hockey
• 29:02
  fan,
• 29:03
  Eric,
• 29:03
  you
• 29:03
  never
• 29:03
  know.
• 29:04
  Now
• 29:04
  I
• 29:04
  was
• 29:04
  a.
• 29:04
  I
• 29:04
  was
• 29:05
  one
• 29:05
  of
• 29:05
  the
• 29:05
  WHL
• 29:06
  franchises.
• 29:07
  I
• 29:07
  was
• 29:07
  their
• 29:08
  initial
• 29:08
  year,
• 29:09
  their
• 29:09
  inaugural
• 29:09
  year.
• 29:09
  I
• 29:10
  was
• 29:10
  working
• 29:10
  on
• 29:10
  their
• 29:10
  broadcast
• 29:11
  team
• 29:11
  in
• 29:11
  the
• 29:11
  studio.
• 29:12
  So
• 29:12
  I
• 29:12
  was
• 29:12
  the
• 29:13
  in
• 29:13
  studio
• 29:13
  guy
• 29:14
  and
• 29:14
  then
• 29:14
  bought
• 29:14
  season
• 29:15
  tickets
• 29:15
  for
• 29:16
  seven
• 29:16
  years
• 29:16
  after
• 29:17
  that.
• 29:17
  So
• 29:17
  done
• 29:18
  my
• 29:18
  time
• 29:18
  from
• 29:18
  the
• 29:19
  other
• 29:19
  side
• 29:19
  of
• 29:19
  it,
• 29:19
  but
• 29:20
  I'm
• 29:20
  happy
• 29:20
  I
• 29:20
  didn't
• 29:21
  go
• 29:21
  out
• 29:21
  and
• 29:21
  play
• 29:21
  because
• 29:21
  I'd
• 29:21
  have
• 29:21
  gotten
• 29:22
  hurt.
• 29:22
  Well,
• 29:22
  you
• 29:22
  and
• 29:22
  I
• 29:23
  can
• 29:23
  probably
• 29:23
  talk
• 29:23
  for
• 29:23
  an
• 29:24
  hour
• 29:24
  just
• 29:24
  about
• 29:24
  hockey.
• 29:25
  Absolutely.
• 29:26
  Absolutely.
• 29:27
  So
• 29:27
  what
• 29:28
  brought
• 29:28
  you
• 29:28
  over
• 29:28
  into
• 29:29
  the
• 29:29
  world
• 29:30
  of
• 29:30
  patching
• 29:30
  with
• 29:31
  the
• 29:31
  Patch
• 29:31
  Boys
• 29:31
  as
• 29:31
  president?
• 29:32
  I
• 29:32
  mean,
• 29:32
  you've
• 29:32
  got
• 29:32
  a
• 29:33
  pretty
• 29:33
  wide
• 29:33
  career
• 29:34
  out
• 29:34
  there
• 29:34
  of
• 29:34
  really
• 29:35
  helping
• 29:35
  companies
• 29:36
  expand,
• 29:36
  grow,
• 29:37
  and
• 29:37
  be
• 29:37
  successful.
• 29:38
  Yeah,
• 29:39
  it's
• 29:39
  a,
• 29:39
  it's
• 29:39
  a
• 29:39
  good
• 29:40
  question.
• 29:40
  You
• 29:40
  know,
• 29:40
  when
• 29:41
  you
• 29:41
  talk
• 29:41
  to
• 29:41
  younger
• 29:42
  people,
• 29:42
  you
• 29:43
  know,
• 29:43
  it
• 29:43
  definitely
• 29:44
  wasn't
• 29:44
  a
• 29:44
  straight
• 29:45
  line
• 29:45
  career
• 29:46
  in
• 29:46
  terms
• 29:46
  of
• 29:47
  what
• 29:47
  I
• 29:47
  did.
• 29:48
  You
• 29:48
  know,
• 29:48
  I,
• 29:49
  I
• 29:49
  worked,
• 29:49
  you
• 29:49
  know,
• 29:50
  after
• 29:50
  I
• 29:50
  got
• 29:50
  done
• 29:51
  playing
• 29:51
  hockey
• 29:52
  and
• 29:52
  sales
• 29:52
  and
• 29:53
  marketing
• 29:53
  and
• 29:54
  business
• 29:54
  development,
• 29:55
  I
• 29:55
  was
• 29:55
  in
• 29:55
  franchising
• 29:57
  with
• 29:57
  Little
• 29:57
  Caesar's
• 29:58
  Pizza
• 29:58
  back
• 29:58
  in
• 29:58
  the
• 29:59
  day.
• 29:59
  And
• 30:00
  then
• 30:00
  it's,
• 30:00
  you
• 30:01
  know,
• 30:01
  it's
• 30:01
  like
• 30:01
  anything.
• 30:02
  My,
• 30:02
  my
• 30:02
  cousin
• 30:03
  Tim
• 30:03
  Fagan
• 30:04
  runs
• 30:04
  three
• 30:05
  of
• 30:05
  the
• 30:05
  businesses
• 30:06
  for
• 30:06
  Belfor
• 30:07
  Franchise
• 30:07
  Group.
• 30:08
  And
• 30:08
  you
• 30:08
  know,
• 30:09
  when
• 30:09
  I
• 30:09
  came
• 30:10
  back
• 30:10
  from
• 30:10
  Denver,
• 30:11
  I
• 30:11
  worked
• 30:11
  for
• 30:11
  the
• 30:12
  Colorado
• 30:12
  Avalanche
• 30:13
  for
• 30:13
  a
• 30:13
  while.
• 30:13
  And
• 30:14
  then
• 30:14
  when
• 30:14
  I
• 30:14
  came
• 30:14
  back,
• 30:16
  they,
• 30:16
  the
• 30:17
  Belfor
• 30:17
  Franchise
• 30:18
  Group
• 30:18
  had
• 30:18
  just
• 30:18
  bought
• 30:18
  the
• 30:19
  Patch
• 30:19
  Boys
• 30:19
  and
• 30:19
  they
• 30:19
  were
• 30:20
  looking
• 30:20
  for
• 30:20
  somebody
• 30:21
  with
• 30:21
  my
• 30:21
  background.
• 30:22
  And
• 30:22
  I
• 30:22
  explained
• 30:23
  to
• 30:23
  them
• 30:23
  I
• 30:23
  was
• 30:23
  not
• 30:23
  an
• 30:24
  expert
• 30:24
  drywaller,
• 30:25
  but
• 30:25
  here's
• 30:26
  my
• 30:26
  background.
• 30:27
  They
• 30:27
  go,
• 30:28
  okay,
• 30:28
  let's
• 30:28
  give
• 30:28
  you
• 30:28
  a
• 30:29
  shot.
• 30:29
  You
• 30:29
  know,
• 30:29
  like
• 30:30
  anything,
• 30:30
  I'm
• 30:30
  sure
• 30:31
  you
• 30:31
  guys
• 30:31
  are
• 30:31
  the
• 30:31
  same
• 30:31
  way.
• 30:32
  You
• 30:32
  know,
• 30:32
  you
• 30:32
  roll
• 30:33
  up
• 30:33
  your
• 30:33
  sleeves,
• 30:33
  you
• 30:34
  get
• 30:34
  to
• 30:34
  know
• 30:34
  the
• 30:34
  people
• 30:35
  that
• 30:35
  are
• 30:35
  doing
• 30:35
  it.
• 30:36
  Then
• 30:36
  we
• 30:36
  had
• 30:36
  about
• 30:36
  30
• 30:37
  franchisees,
• 30:38
  and
• 30:38
  so
• 30:38
  you
• 30:38
  talk
• 30:39
  with
• 30:39
  them.
• 30:39
  You
• 30:39
  can
• 30:39
  get
• 30:40
  out
• 30:40
  there.
• 30:40
  And
• 30:40
  now,
• 30:41
  now
• 30:41
  we're
• 30:41
  almost
• 30:41
  at
• 30:41
  100,
• 30:42
  so
• 30:42
  we've
• 30:43
  grown
• 30:43
  a
• 30:43
  lot,
• 30:44
  learned
• 30:44
  a
• 30:44
  lot.
• 30:44
  You
• 30:45
  know,
• 30:45
  I
• 30:45
  like
• 30:45
  anything
• 30:46
  I
• 30:46
  listen
• 30:47
  to,
• 30:47
  you
• 30:47
  know,
• 30:48
  to
• 30:48
  the
• 30:48
  franchisees
• 30:48
  and
• 30:49
  the
• 30:49
  experts
• 30:49
  in
• 30:49
  terms
• 30:50
  of
• 30:50
  what
• 30:50
  they
• 30:50
  need
• 30:51
  and
• 30:51
  then
• 30:51
  develop
• 30:52
  a
• 30:52
  team
• 30:52
  that
• 30:52
  can
• 30:52
  support.
• 30:53
  Yeah,
• 30:53
  I'd
• 30:53
  love
• 30:53
  to
• 30:54
  hear
• 30:54
  that
• 30:54
  you
• 30:54
  guys
• 30:54
  have
• 30:54
  a
• 30:54
  training
• 30:55
  center
• 30:55
  and
• 30:55
  stuff,
• 30:55
  because
• 30:55
  that's
• 30:56
  got
• 30:56
  to
• 30:56
  be
• 30:56
  one
• 30:56
  of
• 30:56
  the
• 30:56
  hardest
• 30:57
  parts
• 30:57
  of
• 30:57
  this
• 30:58
  for
• 30:58
  your
• 30:58
  franchisees
• 30:59
  out
• 30:59
  there.
• 30:59
  And,
• 31:00
  you
• 31:00
  know,
• 31:00
  those
• 31:00
  are
• 31:00
  all
• 31:00
  just
• 31:01
  all
• 31:01
  independent
• 31:02
  businesses
• 31:02
  running
• 31:03
  across
• 31:03
  the
• 31:03
  country,
• 31:03
  which
• 31:04
  are
• 31:04
  live
• 31:04
  and
• 31:04
  local
• 31:04
  in
• 31:05
  the
• 31:05
  neighborhoods.
• 31:05
  But
• 31:06
  it's
• 31:06
  got
• 31:06
  to
• 31:06
  be
• 31:06
  hard
• 31:07
  trying
• 31:07
  to
• 31:07
  find
• 31:07
  the
• 31:07
  help
• 31:07
  out
• 31:08
  there
• 31:08
  with,
• 31:08
  with
• 31:08
  the
• 31:09
  lack
• 31:09
  of
• 31:09
  the
• 31:09
  trades
• 31:10
  in
• 31:10
  the
• 31:10
  schools
• 31:10
  and
• 31:11
  stuff
• 31:11
  like
• 31:11
  that
• 31:11
  to
• 31:11
  really
• 31:12
  find
• 31:12
  qualified
• 31:13
  people.
• 31:13
  And
• 31:13
  it's
• 31:14
  nice
• 31:14
  to
• 31:14
  hear
• 31:14
  that
• 31:14
  you
• 31:14
  guys
• 31:14
  have
• 31:15
  some
• 31:15
  programs
• 31:15
  to
• 31:15
  help
• 31:15
  along
• 31:16
  with
• 31:16
  that.
• 31:16
  Yeah.
• 31:17
  And,
• 31:17
  and
• 31:17
  like
• 31:17
  anything,
• 31:18
  that's
• 31:18
  our
• 31:18
  number
• 31:19
  one
• 31:19
  challenge,
• 31:20
  you
• 31:20
  know,
• 31:20
  in
• 31:20
  terms
• 31:20
  of
• 31:21
  finding
• 31:22
  qualified
• 31:22
  technicians
• 31:23
  because
• 31:23
  we
• 31:24
  need
• 31:24
  people
• 31:24
  that
• 31:24
  are
• 31:25
  serious.
• 31:25
  You
• 31:26
  got
• 31:26
  to
• 31:26
  have
• 31:26
  five
• 31:26
  years
• 31:26
  or
• 31:27
  more
• 31:27
  to
• 31:27
  work
• 31:28
  for
• 31:28
  us.
• 31:28
  And
• 31:29
  so
• 31:29
  we
• 31:29
  start
• 31:30
  right
• 31:30
  away
• 31:30
  with
• 31:31
  our
• 31:31
  franchisees
• 31:32
  to,
• 31:33
  to
• 31:34
  go
• 31:34
  into
• 31:34
  the
• 31:34
  marketplace
• 31:35
  and
• 31:35
  find
• 31:36
  people.
• 31:36
  And
• 31:36
  we've
• 31:37
  done
• 31:37
  it.
• 31:37
  You
• 31:37
  know,
• 31:37
  we've
• 31:38
  launched
• 31:38
  probably
• 31:39
  80
• 31:39
  franchises
• 31:40
  over
• 31:40
  the
• 31:40
  last
• 31:40
  five
• 31:41
  years
• 31:41
  for
• 31:41
  the
• 31:41
  Patch
• 31:41
  Boys.
• 31:42
  And
• 31:42
  so
• 31:42
  a
• 31:42
  lot
• 31:43
  of
• 31:43
  experience
• 31:43
  of
• 31:44
  where
• 31:44
  to
• 31:45
  find
• 31:45
  them,
• 31:45
  who
• 31:45
  to
• 31:46
  talk
• 31:46
  to,
• 31:46
  how
• 31:46
  to
• 31:47
  network.
• 31:47
  And
• 31:47
  then
• 31:47
  we
• 31:48
  also
• 31:48
  have
• 31:49
  14
• 31:50
  other
• 31:50
  franchise
• 31:51
  brands
• 31:51
  underneath
• 31:51
  the
• 31:52
  Belfor
• 31:52
  franchise
• 31:53
  group.
• 31:53
  There's
• 31:54
  a
• 31:54
  network
• 31:54
  of
• 31:55
  cousin
• 31:56
  franchises
• 31:56
  in
• 31:57
  those
• 31:57
  marketplaces
• 31:58
  where
• 31:58
  we
• 31:58
  can
• 31:59
  talk
• 31:59
  to
• 31:59
  those
• 31:59
  people
• 32:00
  about,
• 32:01
  hey,
• 32:01
  you
• 32:01
  know,
• 32:02
  where
• 32:02
  do
• 32:02
  you,
• 32:02
  where
• 32:02
  would
• 32:03
  you
• 32:03
  look
• 32:03
  for
• 32:03
  this?
• 32:03
  Or
• 32:04
  how
• 32:04
  can
• 32:04
  you
• 32:04
  help
• 32:04
  me
• 32:04
  do
• 32:05
  this?
• 32:05
  So
• 32:05
  it's
• 32:05
  a,
• 32:05
  it's
• 32:06
  a
• 32:06
  very
• 32:06
  close
• 32:06
  knit
• 32:07
  family
• 32:07
  that
• 32:08
  our
• 32:08
  parent
• 32:08
  company
• 32:09
  Belfors
• 32:09
  put
• 32:09
  together
• 32:10
  and
• 32:10
  we
• 32:10
  utilize
• 32:11
  that
• 32:11
  to
• 32:11
  help
• 32:11
  our
• 32:12
  franchisees
• 32:12
  grow.
• 32:13
  Yeah,
• 32:13
  that's
• 32:13
  a
• 32:14
  super
• 32:14
  helpful
• 32:14
  resource
• 32:15
  as
• 32:15
  opposed
• 32:15
  to
• 32:16
  digging
• 32:16
  through
• 32:16
  Craigslist.
• 32:18
  That's
• 32:19
  definitely
• 32:19
  a
• 32:19
  leg
• 32:19
  up.
• 32:20
  That's
• 32:20
  a
• 32:20
  leg
• 32:21
  up.
• 32:21
  We've
• 32:22
  all
• 32:22
  been
• 32:22
  there,
• 32:23
  man.
• 32:23
  I
• 32:23
  tell
• 32:24
  you
• 32:24
  what.
• 32:24
  And
• 32:24
  that's
• 32:24
  one
• 32:24
  of
• 32:25
  the
• 32:25
  things
• 32:25
  here.
• 32:25
  And
• 32:25
  I'm
• 32:25
  going
• 32:25
  to
• 32:25
  throw
• 32:26
  these
• 32:26
  guys
• 32:26
  under
• 32:26
  the
• 32:26
  bus.
• 32:26
  And
• 32:27
  I
• 32:27
  don't
• 32:27
  throw
• 32:27
  people
• 32:27
  under
• 32:27
  the
• 32:27
  bus
• 32:28
  too
• 32:28
  often.
• 32:28
  But
• 32:29
  you
• 32:29
  know,
• 32:29
  there's
• 32:29
  such
• 32:29
  an
• 32:30
  epidemic
• 32:30
  out
• 32:31
  there
• 32:31
  of
• 32:31
  unlicensed,
• 32:32
  unbonded
• 32:34
  people
• 32:34
  out
• 32:34
  there
• 32:35
  that
• 32:35
  are
• 32:35
  kind
• 32:35
  of
• 32:35
  fly
• 32:36
  by
• 32:36
  night,
• 32:36
  that
• 32:36
  are
• 32:37
  on
• 32:37
  some
• 32:37
  of
• 32:37
  these
• 32:38
  platforms
• 32:38
  like
• 32:38
  Nextdoor,
• 32:40
  Facebook,
• 32:40
  Marketplace,
• 32:41
  and
• 32:42
  they
• 32:42
  show
• 32:42
  up,
• 32:43
  they
• 32:43
  get
• 32:44
  the
• 32:44
  cash
• 32:44
  up
• 32:44
  front
• 32:45
  and
• 32:45
  you
• 32:46
  hope
• 32:46
  it
• 32:46
  gets
• 32:46

  many
• 32:47
  times
• 32:48
  I
• 32:48
  get
• 32:48
  called

  said
• 32:52
  on

  the
• 32:53

• 32:53
  that
• 32:53
  they

  good.
• 32:54
  And
• 32:55
  you
• 32:55
  start
• 32:55
  looking
• 32:55
  around
• 32:56
  and
• 32:56
  you
• 32:56
  jump
• 32:56
  on
• 32:56
  their
• 32:57

  that
• 32:58
  was
• 32:58

  was

• 35:01
  It's

  a
• 35:01
  lot
• 35:01
  of
• 35:02
  what
• 35:02
  we

  talk
• 35:02
  about
• 35:02
  on
• 35:02
  the

  show,
• 35:03
  I
• 35:03
  mean,
• 35:03
  for
• 35:04
  the
• 35:04
  listeners
• 35:04
  out
• 35:04
  there
• 35:05
  is
• 35:05
  these
• 35:05
  cautionary
• 35:05
  Tales
• 35:06
  of
• 35:06
  like,
• 35:06
  be
• 35:06
  sure
• 35:07
  you
• 35:07
  check
• 35:07
  this,
• 35:07
  Be
• 35:08
  sure
• 35:08
  you
• 35:08
  research
• 35:09
  this.
• 35:09
  Be
• 35:09
  sure
• 35:09
  you're,
• 35:10
  you
• 35:10
  know,
• 35:10
  if
• 35:11
  they
• 35:11
  show
• 35:11
  up
• 35:11
  in
• 35:11
  a
• 35:11
  72
• 35:12
  Cadillac
• 35:13
  or
• 35:13
  an
• 35:13
  84
• 35:14
  Celica
• 35:14
  and
• 35:14
  they
• 35:15
  say
• 35:15
  they've
• 35:15
  been
• 35:15
  a
• 35:15
  roofer
• 35:16
  for
• 35:16
  15
• 35:16
  years,
• 35:17
  I
• 35:17
  don't
• 35:18
  know,
• 35:18
  take
• 35:18
  a
• 35:18
  look
• 35:18
  at
• 35:18
  their
• 35:19
  license
• 35:19
  number.
• 35:20
  Yeah.
• 35:20
  And
• 35:21
  you're
• 35:21
  right.
• 35:22
  And
• 35:22
  because,
• 35:23
  you
• 35:23
  know,
• 35:23
  we
• 35:23
  have,
• 35:24
  every
• 35:24
  one
• 35:24
  of
• 35:24
  our
• 35:25
  franchisees
• 35:25
  has
• 35:26
  their
• 35:26
  local
• 35:27
  website,
• 35:27
  we
• 35:27
  have
• 35:28
  a
• 35:28
  national
• 35:28
  website,
• 35:29
  we're
• 35:29
  owned
• 35:29
  by
• 35:29
  bellfront
• 35:30
  for.
• 35:31
  So
• 35:31
  any
• 35:31
  customer
• 35:32
  you
• 35:33
  know
• 35:33
  that
• 35:33
  calls
• 35:33
  about
• 35:34
  it,
• 35:34
  anything
• 35:35
  about
• 35:35
  the
• 35:35
  patch
• 35:35
  boys,
• 35:36
  guess
• 35:36
  what,
• 35:36
  I
• 35:36
  talk
• 35:37
  to
• 35:37
  them.
• 35:37
  And
• 35:37
  so
• 35:38
  if
• 35:38
  there's
• 35:38
  a
• 35:38
  bump
• 35:38
  along
• 35:39
  the
• 35:39
  way,
• 35:39
  you
• 35:40
  know,
• 35:40
  and
• 35:40
  we
• 35:40
  know
• 35:40
  every
• 35:40
  once
• 35:40
  in
• 35:41
  a
• 35:41
  while
• 35:41
  something,
• 35:41
  we
• 35:42
  fix
• 35:42
  it,
• 35:42
  you
• 35:42
  know,
• 35:43
  we
• 35:43
  go
• 35:43
  out,
• 35:43
  we
• 35:43
  apologize,
• 35:44
  we
• 35:44
  take
• 35:44
  care
• 35:45
  of
• 35:45
  it.
• 35:45
  Because,
• 35:46
  you
• 35:46
  know,
• 35:46
  we're
• 35:47
  here
• 35:47
  long
• 35:47
  term,
• 35:47
  we're
• 35:48
  not
• 35:48
  here
• 35:48
  short
• 35:48
  term.
• 35:48
  Again,
• 35:49
  that's
• 35:49
  how
• 35:49
  you
• 35:49
  never
• 35:49
  run
• 35:49
  out
• 35:50
  of
• 35:50
  business.
• 35:50
  Very
• 35:50
  simple.
• 35:51
  Just
• 35:51
  good
• 35:51
  manners.
• 35:52
  Yeah,
• 35:53
  no,
• 35:53
  no,
• 35:53
  you're
• 35:53
  right,
• 35:54
  you're
• 35:54
  right.
• 35:54
  Do
• 35:54
  it
• 35:54
  right.
• 35:55
  Be
• 35:55
  kind,
• 35:56
  be
• 35:56
  considerate,
• 35:57
  and
• 35:57
  you're
• 35:57
  not
• 35:58
  going
• 35:58
  to
• 35:58
  run
• 35:58
  out
• 35:58
  of
• 35:58
  work.
• 35:59
  You
• 35:59
  know,
• 35:59
  it's
• 36:00
  just,
• 36:00
  no,
• 36:01
  it,
• 36:01
  it,
• 36:02
  it's.
• 36:02
  We,
• 36:03
  we
• 36:03
  go
• 36:03
  through,
• 36:04
  you
• 36:04
  could
• 36:04
  come
• 36:04
  to
• 36:04
  our
• 36:05
  training
• 36:05
  on
• 36:05
  some
• 36:05
  of
• 36:05
  the
• 36:06
  stuff
• 36:06
  that
• 36:06
  we,
• 36:06
  that's
• 36:07
  what
• 36:07
  we,
• 36:08
  those
• 36:09
  kind
• 36:09
  of
• 36:09
  things.
• 36:09
  It's
• 36:10
  like
• 36:10
  listening.
• 36:11
  Be
• 36:11
  on
• 36:11
  time.
• 36:12
  If
• 36:12
  you're
• 36:12
  going
• 36:12
  to
• 36:12
  be
• 36:12
  late,
• 36:13
  call
• 36:13
  in
• 36:13
  advance
• 36:14
  and
• 36:14
  just
• 36:14
  say,
• 36:15
  hey,
• 36:15
  I
• 36:15
  got
• 36:15
  a
• 36:15
  flight
• 36:16
  tire.
• 36:16
  I
• 36:16
  wanted
• 36:16
  to
• 36:16
  apologize
• 36:17
  or
• 36:18
  one
• 36:18
  of
• 36:18
  the
• 36:18
  funnest
• 36:19
  times
• 36:19
  was
• 36:20
  when
• 36:20
  we
• 36:20
  showed
• 36:21
  up
• 36:21
  10
• 36:21
  minutes
• 36:22
  early
• 36:22
  to
• 36:22
  a
• 36:22
  customer
• 36:23
  and
• 36:23
  we
• 36:23
  called
• 36:24
  to
• 36:24
  just
• 36:25
  say,
• 36:25
  hey,
• 36:25
  we're
• 36:25
  really
• 36:25
  sorry,
• 36:26
  John,
• 36:26
  if
• 36:26
  you
• 36:27
  were
• 36:27
  a
• 36:27
  customer,
• 36:28
  we're
• 36:28
  a
• 36:28
  little
• 36:28
  early.
• 36:29
  Just
• 36:29
  want
• 36:29
  to
• 36:29
  let
• 36:30
  you
• 36:30
  know,
• 36:30
  we'll
• 36:31
  wait
• 36:31
  to
• 36:31
  3
• 36:31
  o'.
• 36:31
  Clock.
• 36:32
  But
• 36:32
  if
• 36:32
  you
• 36:32
  wanted
• 36:32
  to,
• 36:33
  if
• 36:33
  you
• 36:33
  wanted
• 36:33
  to
• 36:34
  start
• 36:34
  earlier
• 36:34
  early,
• 36:35
  you
• 36:35
  know,
• 36:36
  that'd
• 36:36
  be
• 36:36
  great.
• 36:36
  This
• 36:37
  customer
• 36:37
  ran
• 36:38
  out
• 36:38
  of
• 36:38
  the
• 36:38
  front
• 36:38
  door.
• 36:38
  I
• 36:39
  still
• 36:39
  visualize
• 36:39
  this.
• 36:40
  And
• 36:40
  we're
• 36:40
  in
• 36:40
  a
• 36:41
  truck.
• 36:42
  Gave
• 36:42
  us
• 36:42
  a
• 36:42
  hug.
• 36:43
  Thank
• 36:43
  you
• 36:43
  so
• 36:44
  much.
• 36:44
  I
• 36:45
  wanted
• 36:45
  to
• 36:45
  get
• 36:45
  out
• 36:45
  of
• 36:45
  here
• 36:46
  early.
• 36:46
  This
• 36:47
  is
• 36:47
  great.
• 36:47
  Guess
• 36:48
  what?
• 36:48
  That
• 36:48
  job
• 36:48
  was
• 36:49
  ours
• 36:49
  before
• 36:49
  we
• 36:49
  walked
• 36:50
  through
• 36:50
  the
• 36:50
  door.
• 36:51
  Yep.
• 36:51
  Yeah,
• 36:52
  I
• 36:52
  wanted
• 36:53
  to
• 36:53
  say
• 36:53
  too,
• 36:53
  for.
• 36:54
  Some
• 36:54
  homeowners
• 36:55
  out
• 36:55
  there,
• 36:55
  quality
• 36:56
  work
• 36:57
  costs
• 36:57
  what
• 36:57
  it
• 36:58
  costs.
• 36:58
  This
• 36:59
  is
• 36:59
  labor
• 37:00
  intensive.
• 37:01
  There's
• 37:01
  not
• 37:01
  a
• 37:01
  drywall
• 37:02
  company
• 37:02
  that's
• 37:02
  going
• 37:03
  to
• 37:03
  come
• 37:03
  out
• 37:03
  there
• 37:04
  and
• 37:04
  in
• 37:04
  two
• 37:05
  hours,
• 37:05
  going
• 37:06
  to
• 37:06
  get
• 37:06
  a
• 37:06
  piece
• 37:07
  of
• 37:07
  drywall
• 37:07
  up,
• 37:08
  get
• 37:08
  it
• 37:08
  up
• 37:08
  there
• 37:08
  with
• 37:09
  the
• 37:09
  three
• 37:09
  coats,
• 37:10
  get
• 37:10
  it
• 37:10
  sanded,
• 37:11
  get
• 37:11
  it
• 37:11
  primed,
• 37:12
  get
• 37:12
  it
• 37:12
  textured,
• 37:13
  get
• 37:13
  it
• 37:13
  primed
• 37:14
  again.
• 37:14
  Whatever
• 37:14
  has
• 37:15
  to
• 37:15
  be
• 37:15
  done
• 37:15
  to
• 37:15
  get
• 37:16
  it
• 37:16
  to
• 37:16
  match
• 37:16
  and
• 37:17
  have
• 37:17
  paint
• 37:17
  on
• 37:18
  it
• 37:18
  in
• 37:18
  a
• 37:18
  day,
• 37:19
  let
• 37:19
  alone
• 37:20
  you
• 37:20
  know,
• 37:20
  these
• 37:20
  are,
• 37:20
  a
• 37:20
  lot
• 37:21
  of
• 37:21
  these
• 37:21
  projects
• 37:21
  are
• 37:22
  time
• 37:22
  consuming
• 37:24
  and
• 37:24
  time
• 37:24
  equals
• 37:25
  labor.
• 37:26
  So
• 37:26
  just
• 37:26
  make
• 37:27
  sure,
• 37:27
  guys,
• 37:27
  when
• 37:28
  you
• 37:28
  get
• 37:28
  numbers,
• 37:29
  labor's
• 37:29
  labor,
• 37:30
  it's
• 37:30
  going
• 37:30
  to
• 37:30
  cost
• 37:30
  what
• 37:31
  it
• 37:31
  costs.
• 37:31
  It's
• 37:32
  not
• 37:32
  going
• 37:32
  to
• 37:32
  be
• 37:32
  a
• 37:32
  hundred
• 37:33
  dollar
• 37:33
  fix.
• 37:34
  It's
• 37:34
  not
• 37:34
  what
• 37:34
  this
• 37:34
  is.
• 37:35
  The
• 37:35
  adage
• 37:35
  you
• 37:36
  get
• 37:36
  what
• 37:36
  you
• 37:36
  pay
• 37:36
  for
• 37:36
  has
• 37:37
  stood
• 37:37
  the
• 37:37
  test
• 37:38
  of
• 37:38
  time,
• 37:38
  my
• 37:38
  friends.
• 37:39
  It
• 37:40
  really.
• 37:41
  And
• 37:41
  it's
• 37:41
  clearer
• 37:42
  and
• 37:42
  more
• 37:42
  evident
• 37:43
  in
• 37:43
  the
• 37:44
  contracting
• 37:44
  field
• 37:46
  versus
• 37:46
  anywhere
• 37:47
  else
• 37:47
  almost.
• 37:48
  Yeah,
• 37:49
  no,
• 37:49
  you're
• 37:49
  right.
• 37:50
  You're
• 37:50
  right.
• 37:51
  We're
• 37:51
  not
• 37:51
  the
• 37:52
  cheapest
• 37:52
  out
• 37:52
  there,
• 37:52
  but
• 37:53
  we're
• 37:53
  going
• 37:53
  to
• 37:54
  do
• 37:54
  it
• 37:54
  right
• 37:54
  the
• 37:54
  first
• 37:54
  time.
• 37:55
  We're
• 37:55
  going
• 37:55
  to
• 37:56
  make
• 37:56
  sure
• 37:56
  that
• 37:56
  you're
• 37:56
  100%
• 37:58
  satisfied.
• 37:58
  We're
• 37:59
  going
• 37:59
  to
• 37:59
  walk
• 37:59
  you
• 37:59
  through
• 37:59
  the
• 38:00
  job
• 38:00
  when
• 38:00
  we're
• 38:00
  done,
• 38:01
  just
• 38:01
  to
• 38:01
  make
• 38:02
  sure
• 38:02
  that,
• 38:02
  that,
• 38:03
  hey,
• 38:03
  we've
• 38:03
  gotten
• 38:03
  everything
• 38:04
  you
• 38:04
  need.
• 38:05
  And
• 38:05
  then
• 38:05
  you're
• 38:06
  right,
• 38:06
  John,
• 38:06
  in
• 38:06
  terms
• 38:06
  of
• 38:07
  referrals,
• 38:08
  those
• 38:08
  are
• 38:08
  key
• 38:09
  things
• 38:09
  to,
• 38:10
  you
• 38:10
  know,
• 38:10
  having
• 38:10
  your
• 38:10
  business
• 38:11
  grow,
• 38:11
  to
• 38:11
  have
• 38:12
  a
• 38:12
  positive
• 38:12
  experience.
• 38:13
  And
• 38:13
  there's
• 38:14
  so
• 38:14
  many
• 38:14
  ways
• 38:14
  that
• 38:14
  people
• 38:15
  can
• 38:15
  share
• 38:15
  now,
• 38:16
  whether
• 38:16
  it's
• 38:16
  reviews,
• 38:17
  whether
• 38:17
  it's
• 38:18
  in
• 38:18
  your
• 38:18
  neighborhood,
• 38:19
  whether
• 38:19
  it's,
• 38:20
  hey,
• 38:20
  can
• 38:21
  I
• 38:21
  put
• 38:21
  a
• 38:21
  lawn
• 38:21
  sign
• 38:22
  in
• 38:22
  for,
• 38:22
  you
• 38:22
  know,
• 38:23
  a
• 38:23
  couple
• 38:23
  days,
• 38:24
  you
• 38:24
  know,
• 38:24
  in
• 38:24
  your
• 38:24
  front
• 38:25
  yard?
• 38:25
  Any
• 38:25
  of
• 38:25
  those
• 38:26
  things
• 38:26
  are
• 38:26
  all
• 38:27
  part
• 38:27
  of
• 38:28
  long
• 38:28
  term,
• 38:28
  you
• 38:29
  know,
• 38:29
  a
• 38:29
  long
• 38:29
  term
• 38:29
  business.
• 38:30
  Yeah.
• 38:30
  I
• 38:30
  tell
• 38:30
  you,
• 38:31
  just
• 38:31
  being
• 38:32
  genuine
• 38:32
  and
• 38:33
  being
• 38:33
  a
• 38:33
  considerate,
• 38:34
  decent
• 38:35
  human
• 38:35
  being
• 38:35
  and
• 38:36
  being
• 38:36
  upfront
• 38:37
  about
• 38:37
  that.
• 38:37
  And
• 38:37
  it's
• 38:38
  exactly
• 38:38
  what
• 38:38
  I
• 38:38
  used
• 38:38
  to
• 38:39
  tell
• 38:39
  people,
• 38:39
  right?
• 38:40
  And
• 38:40
  I
• 38:40
  was
• 38:40
  not
• 38:41
  to
• 38:41
  toot
• 38:41
  my
• 38:41
  own
• 38:41
  horn,
• 38:42
  but
• 38:42
  I
• 38:42
  would
• 38:42
  sell
• 38:42
  almost
• 38:43
  every
• 38:43
  job
• 38:43
  versus
• 38:43
  my
• 38:44
  sales
• 38:44
  guy
• 38:44
  who
• 38:44
  would
• 38:44
  sell
• 38:45
  one
• 38:45
  out
• 38:45
  of
• 38:45
  five.
• 38:46
  And
• 38:46
  you
• 38:46
  know
• 38:46
  who
• 38:46
  I'm
• 38:47
  talking
• 38:47
  about,
• 38:47
  Goranson.
• 38:48
  Kevin.
• 38:49
  Yeah,
• 38:49
  Kevin.
• 38:50
  Kevin.
• 38:50
  But
• 38:50
  I
• 38:50
  would
• 38:51
  tell
• 38:51
  the
• 38:51
  customer
• 38:51
  up
• 38:51
  front,
• 38:52
  look,
• 38:52
  we're
• 38:52
  not
• 38:52
  the,
• 38:52
  we're
• 38:53
  not
• 38:53
  the
• 38:53
  cheapest,
• 38:53
  but
• 38:54
  we're
• 38:54
  also
• 38:54
  not
• 38:54
  going
• 38:54
  to.
• 38:55
  We're
• 38:55
  not
• 38:55
  ripping
• 38:55
  you
• 38:55
  off.
• 38:56
  We're
• 38:56
  not
• 38:56
  the
• 38:56
  most
• 38:56
  expensive
• 38:57
  either.
• 38:57
  We're
• 38:57
  going
• 38:58
  to
• 38:58
  charge
• 38:58
  you
• 38:58
  what
• 38:58
  it
• 38:58
  takes
• 38:59
  and
• 38:59
  we're
• 38:59
  going
• 38:59
  to
• 38:59
  get
• 38:59
  the
• 38:59
  job
• 39:00
  done
• 39:00
  right.
• 39:00
  And
• 39:00
  when
• 39:01
  we're
• 39:01
  done,
• 39:01
  you're
• 39:01
  going
• 39:01
  to
• 39:01
  be
• 39:01
  dancing
• 39:02
  in
• 39:02
  your
• 39:02
  kitchen,
• 39:02
  happy
• 39:03
  with
• 39:03
  us.
• 39:03
  And
• 39:04
  that
• 39:04
  I
• 39:04
  will
• 39:04
  guarantee
• 39:05
  you,
• 39:05
  I'm
• 39:06
  not
• 39:06
  here
• 39:06
  to
• 39:06
  fight
• 39:06
  for
• 39:07
  prices.
• 39:07
  I'm
• 39:07
  not
• 39:07
  here
• 39:07
  to
• 39:08
  outbid
• 39:08
  or
• 39:08
  under
• 39:08
  bid.
• 39:09
  We
• 39:09
  don't
• 39:10
  do
• 39:10
  that.
• 39:10
  We
• 39:10
  know
• 39:11
  what
• 39:11
  it
• 39:11
  takes.
• 39:11
  We're
• 39:11
  professionals.
• 39:12
  We're
• 39:12
  good
• 39:13
  at
• 39:13
  our
• 39:13
  jobs.
• 39:13
  And
• 39:14
  this
• 39:14
  is
• 39:14
  what
• 39:14
  it
• 39:14
  is.
• 39:15
  Yeah.
• 39:15
  And
• 39:15
  Ted
• 39:16
  and
• 39:16
  John
• 39:16
  both,
• 39:16
  that's
• 39:17
  the
• 39:17
  one
• 39:17
  thing
• 39:17
  I
• 39:17
  see
• 39:18
  is
• 39:18
  the
• 39:18
  people
• 39:18
  that
• 39:19
  are
• 39:19
  the
• 39:19
  new
• 39:19
  contractors
• 39:20
  out
• 39:20
  there,
• 39:20
  whether
• 39:21
  you're
• 39:21
  a
• 39:21
  plumber,
• 39:21
  electrician,
• 39:22
  deck
• 39:23
  builder
• 39:23
  or
• 39:23
  whatever.
• 39:24
  Else
• 39:24
  many
• 39:25
  times
• 39:25
  they're
• 39:25
  so
• 39:26
  new
• 39:26
  they
• 39:26
  don't
• 39:27
  know
• 39:27
  how
• 39:27
  to
• 39:27
  bid
• 39:27
  the
• 39:28
  job
• 39:28
  because
• 39:28
  they
• 39:28
  really
• 39:28
  don't
• 39:29
  know
• 39:29
  the
• 39:29
  steps
• 39:29
  to
• 39:30
  take
• 39:30
  it
• 39:30
  there.
• 39:30
  More
• 39:31
  often
• 39:31
  than
• 39:31
  not,
• 39:31
  they're
• 39:31
  the
• 39:32
  ones
• 39:32
  that
• 39:32
  underbid
• 39:33
  it.
• 39:33
  So
• 39:33
  when
• 39:33
  you're
• 39:33
  looking
• 39:33
  at
• 39:34
  a
• 39:34
  job
• 39:34
  going,
• 39:35
  okay,
• 39:35
  I've
• 39:35
  got
• 39:36
  two
• 39:36
  jobs
• 39:36
  that
• 39:37
  came
• 39:37
  in
• 39:37
  between
• 39:38
  900
• 39:39
  and
• 39:39
  $1200,
• 39:40
  and
• 39:40
  this
• 39:41
  one
• 39:41
  came
• 39:41
  in
• 39:41
  at
• 39:41
  300.
• 39:42
  Awesome.
• 39:43
  Most
• 39:43
  likely
• 39:44
  they
• 39:44
  didn't
• 39:44
  know
• 39:44
  what
• 39:44
  they
• 39:45
  were
• 39:45
  doing,
• 39:45
  and
• 39:45
  that's
• 39:45
  going
• 39:46
  to
• 39:46
  be
• 39:46
  a
• 39:46
  really
• 39:46
  big
• 39:47
  disaster.
• 39:47
  I
• 39:47
  spent
• 39:48
  my
• 39:48
  time
• 39:48
  working
• 39:48
  for
• 39:49
  three
• 39:49
  bucks
• 39:49
  an
• 39:49
  hour
• 39:50
  until
• 39:50
  I
• 39:50
  realized,
• 39:51
  till
• 39:52
  you
• 39:52
  do
• 39:52
  the
• 39:52
  math,
• 39:52
  that
• 39:53
  first
• 39:53
  year
• 39:53
  you're
• 39:53
  like,
• 39:53
  oh,
• 39:54
  I
• 39:54
  got
• 39:54
  to
• 39:54
  change
• 39:54
  a
• 39:55
  few
• 39:55
  things
• 39:55
  here.
• 39:56
  Yeah,
• 39:57
  I'm
• 39:57
  old
• 39:57
  enough
• 39:57
  to
• 39:58
  remember
• 39:58
  295
• 39:59
  an
• 39:59
  hour,
• 39:59
  John.
• 40:00
  Yeah,
• 40:01
  well,
• 40:01
  this
• 40:01
  is
• 40:01
  when,
• 40:01
  you
• 40:02
  know,
• 40:02
  this
• 40:03
  is
• 40:03
  when
• 40:03
  I
• 40:03
  should
• 40:03
  have
• 40:03
  been
• 40:04
  making
• 40:04
  25
• 40:04
  an
• 40:05
  hour,
• 40:05
  but
• 40:05
  I
• 40:05
  did.
• 40:06
  Like
• 40:06
  Eric's
• 40:06
  talking
• 40:06
  about
• 40:07
  my
• 40:07
  first
• 40:07
  year
• 40:08
  or
• 40:08
  so
• 40:08
  of
• 40:08
  contracting,
• 40:09
  right?
• 40:09
  You're
• 40:09
  like,
• 40:10
  oh,
• 40:10
  I
• 40:10
  could
• 40:10
  get
• 40:10
  that
• 40:11
  done
• 40:11
  for
• 40:11
  $300.
• 40:12
  You're
• 40:12
  like,
• 40:12
  that
• 40:12
  took
• 40:12
  300
• 40:13
  hours.
• 40:14
  Yeah,
• 40:15
  didn't
• 40:15
  work.
• 40:16
  Ted,
• 40:16
  I
• 40:16
  got
• 40:16
  to
• 40:16
  ask
• 40:16
  you,
• 40:17
  what's
• 40:17
  the
• 40:17
  best
• 40:17
  way
• 40:18
  for
• 40:18
  homeowners
• 40:18
  to
• 40:19
  deal
• 40:19
  with
• 40:19
  you
• 40:19
  guys?
• 40:20
  You
• 40:20
  know,
• 40:20
  they're
• 40:21
  looking
• 40:21
  at
• 40:21
  their
• 40:21
  wall
• 40:22
  and,
• 40:22
  and
• 40:22
  I
• 40:23
  always
• 40:23
  say
• 40:23
  to
• 40:24
  talk
• 40:24
  to
• 40:24
  the
• 40:24
  professionals
• 40:25
  first.
• 40:25
  Sometimes
• 40:25
  you'll
• 40:26
  get
• 40:26
  the
• 40:26
  semi
• 40:26
  handy
• 40:27
  person
• 40:27
  that's
• 40:27
  going
• 40:27
  to,
• 40:28
  okay,
• 40:28
  I'm
• 40:28
  going
• 40:28
  to
• 40:28
  go
• 40:28
  up
• 40:28
  and
• 40:28
  badly
• 40:29
  hang
• 40:29
  the
• 40:29
  drywall
• 40:30
  and
• 40:30
  then
• 40:30
  I'm
• 40:30
  going
• 40:30
  to
• 40:30
  call
• 40:30
  you
• 40:31
  guys
• 40:31
  to
• 40:31
  come
• 40:31
  in.
• 40:32
  And
• 40:32
  I'm
• 40:32
  always
• 40:33
  in
• 40:33
  that
• 40:33
  thing
• 40:33
  of,
• 40:34
  by
• 40:34
  the
• 40:34
  way,
• 40:34
  badly
• 40:35
  hung
• 40:35
  drywall
• 40:36
  can
• 40:36
  cost
• 40:36
  you
• 40:36
  more
• 40:37
  in
• 40:37
  the
• 40:37
  long
• 40:37
  run.
• 40:38
  To
• 40:39
  think
• 40:39
  that
• 40:39
  you're
• 40:39
  trying
• 40:39
  to
• 40:40
  save
• 40:40
  $5.
• 40:41
  Sometimes
• 40:41
  you're
• 40:41
  saving
• 40:42
  5
• 40:42
  and
• 40:42
  costing
• 40:43
  yourself
• 40:43
  20
• 40:43
  because
• 40:44
  now
• 40:44
  they
• 40:44
  have
• 40:45
  to
• 40:45
  mess
• 40:45
  around
• 40:45
  with
• 40:45
  it
• 40:46
  versus
• 40:46
  just
• 40:46
  quickly
• 40:47
  cutting
• 40:47
  a
• 40:47
  piece
• 40:47
  and
• 40:47
  putting
• 40:48
  it
• 40:48
  up
• 40:48
  there
• 40:48
  with
• 40:48
  a
• 40:49
  professional.
• 40:49
  No,
• 40:49
  you're
• 40:50
  right
• 40:50
  in
• 40:50
  two
• 40:51
  things.
• 40:51
  One,
• 40:52
  we
• 40:52
  don't
• 40:53
  charge
• 40:53
  for
• 40:53
  estimates.
• 40:54
  And
• 40:54
  so
• 40:54
  calling
• 40:55
  your
• 40:56
  local
• 40:56
  patch
• 40:56
  boy
• 40:57
  franchisee,
• 40:58
  you
• 40:58
  know,
• 40:59
  I'm
• 40:59
  older,
• 40:59
  so,
• 41:00
  you
• 41:00
  know,
• 41:00
  John,
• 41:01
  I'd
• 41:01
  like
• 41:01
  to
• 41:01
  go
• 41:02
  to
• 41:02
  the
• 41:02
  customer's
• 41:03
  home.
• 41:03
  You
• 41:03
  know,
• 41:03
  I
• 41:04
  like
• 41:04
  to
• 41:04
  stay
• 41:05
  see
• 41:05
  there.
• 41:05
  I
• 41:05
  like
• 41:06
  to
• 41:06
  talk
• 41:06
  to
• 41:06
  them
• 41:07
  and
• 41:08
  about
• 41:09
  it.
• 41:09
  But,
• 41:09
  you
• 41:10
  know,
• 41:10
  we,
• 41:10
  we
• 41:10
  also,
• 41:11
  you
• 41:11
  know,
• 41:11
  some
• 41:11
  of
• 41:11
  the
• 41:11
  smaller
• 41:12
  jobs,
• 41:12
  you
• 41:13
  can
• 41:13
  also
• 41:13
  do
• 41:13
  those
• 41:14
  through
• 41:14
  pictures
• 41:14
  too,
• 41:15
  or
• 41:15
  at
• 41:15
  least
• 41:15
  to
• 41:15
  give
• 41:15
  a
• 41:16
  recommendation
• 41:16
  to
• 41:17
  custom
• 41:17
  the
• 41:18
  customer.
• 41:18
  So
• 41:18
  I
• 41:18
  would
• 41:18
  say
• 41:19
  anybody
• 41:19
  listening,
• 41:20
  reach
• 41:20
  out
• 41:20
  to
• 41:20
  a
• 41:21
  franchisee
• 41:22
  and,
• 41:22
  you
• 41:22
  know,
• 41:23
  we'll
• 41:23
  be
• 41:23
  honest
• 41:23
  with
• 41:23
  you
• 41:24
  in
• 41:24
  terms
• 41:24
  of
• 41:24
  what's,
• 41:25
  you
• 41:25
  know,
• 41:25
  what's
• 41:25
  going
• 41:25
  on,
• 41:26
  if,
• 41:26
  you
• 41:26
  know,
• 41:26
  if
• 41:26
  it's
• 41:26
  something
• 41:27
  sometimes.
• 41:27
  Well,
• 41:28
  you
• 41:28
  guys
• 41:28
  know,
• 41:28
  they'll
• 41:29
  run
• 41:29
  into
• 41:29
  an
• 41:30
  issue.
• 41:30
  And
• 41:30
  normally
• 41:31
  we
• 41:31
  need
• 41:31
  to
• 41:31
  be
• 41:31
  in
• 41:31
  a
• 41:31
  home
• 41:32
  that
• 41:32
  there
• 41:33
  might
• 41:33
  be
• 41:33
  a
• 41:33
  structural
• 41:34
  thing
• 41:34
  where,
• 41:35
  hey,
• 41:35
  you
• 41:36
  need
• 41:36
  to
• 41:36
  get
• 41:36
  a
• 41:36
  contractor
• 41:37
  in
• 41:37
  here,
• 41:37
  you
• 41:38
  know,
• 41:38
  because
• 41:38
  we
• 41:39
  can
• 41:39
  fix
• 41:39
  the
• 41:39
  drywall.
• 41:40
  But
• 41:40
  there's
• 41:40
  other
• 41:40
  issues.
• 41:41
  We're
• 41:42
  gonna,
• 41:42
  we're
• 41:42
  gonna
• 41:42
  try
• 41:43
  to
• 41:43
  do
• 41:43
  what's
• 41:43
  best
• 41:43
  for
• 41:43
  the
• 41:44
  customer
• 41:44
  because
• 41:45
  we,
• 41:45
  like
• 41:45
  I
• 41:45
  talked
• 41:46
  about,
• 41:46
  we're,
• 41:46
  we
• 41:47
  are
• 41:47
  a
• 41:47
  long
• 41:47
  term
• 41:48
  business.
• 41:48
  Our
• 41:48
  parent
• 41:49
  company,
• 41:49
  Bell4
• 41:50
  is
• 41:50
  a
• 41:50
  3
• 41:50
  billion
• 41:51
  worldwide
• 41:52
  company.
• 41:53
  And
• 41:54
  you
• 41:54
  know,
• 41:54
  they,
• 41:55
  their
• 41:55
  CEO
• 41:55
  is
• 41:56
  very
• 41:56
  involved
• 41:56
  in,
• 41:57
  in
• 41:57
  all
• 41:58
  of
• 41:58
  our
• 41:58
  business
• 41:59
  and
• 41:59
  he's
• 41:59
  in
• 42:00
  it
• 42:00
  long
• 42:00
  term
• 42:00
  and
• 42:00
  so
• 42:01
  are
• 42:01
  we.
• 42:01
  So
• 42:01
  we,
• 42:02
  you
• 42:02
  know,
• 42:02
  we
• 42:02
  will
• 42:02
  be,
• 42:03
  you
• 42:03
  know,
• 42:04
  your
• 42:04
  eyes
• 42:04
  and
• 42:04
  ears
• 42:05
  and
• 42:05
  you
• 42:06
  know,
• 42:06
  in
• 42:06
  terms
• 42:06
  of,
• 42:06
  answer
• 42:07
  any
• 42:07
  questions
• 42:07
  you
• 42:07
  have.
• 42:08
  And
• 42:08
  if
• 42:08
  you
• 42:08
  like
• 42:09
  us
• 42:09
  do
• 42:09
  an
• 42:09
  estimate,
• 42:09
  of
• 42:10
  course,
• 42:10
  we'd
• 42:10
  love
• 42:10
  to
• 42:10
  do
• 42:11
  it.
• 42:11
  And
• 42:11
  you're
• 42:11
  right,
• 42:12
  we're
• 42:12
  going
• 42:12
  to
• 42:12
  do
• 42:12
  it
• 42:12
  right.
• 42:13
  We're
• 42:13
  going
• 42:13
  to
• 42:13
  make
• 42:14
  sure
• 42:14
  we
• 42:14
  do
• 42:14
  it
• 42:14
  right
• 42:15
  and
• 42:15
  so
• 42:15
  that
• 42:16
  by
• 42:16
  the
• 42:16
  time
• 42:16
  we're
• 42:17
  done,
• 42:17
  you
• 42:18
  know,
• 42:18
  it's
• 42:18
  something
• 42:18
  you
• 42:18
  don't
• 42:19
  have
• 42:19
  to
• 42:19
  worry
• 42:19
  about.
• 42:19
  Makes
• 42:20
  sense.
• 42:20
  So
• 42:20
  you
• 42:20
  guys
• 42:20
  have
• 42:21
  a
• 42:21
  ton
• 42:21
  of
• 42:21
  franchisees
• 42:22
  across
• 42:23
  the
• 42:23
  country,
• 42:23
  so
• 42:23
  what
• 42:23
  is
• 42:24
  the
• 42:24
  best
• 42:24
  way
• 42:24
  for
• 42:24
  them
• 42:24
  to
• 42:25
  search
• 42:25
  for
• 42:25
  you?
• 42:25
  Is
• 42:26
  it
• 42:26
  good
• 42:26
  just
• 42:26
  to
• 42:26
  jump
• 42:27
  on
• 42:27
  their
• 42:27
  favorite
• 42:28
  browser
• 42:29
  and
• 42:29
  go,
• 42:29
  the
• 42:29
  Patch
• 42:29
  Boys
• 42:30
  near
• 42:30
  me
• 42:30
  and
• 42:30
  see
• 42:30
  who
• 42:31
  comes
• 42:31
  up?
• 42:31
  Yep,
• 42:32
  I
• 42:33
  just
• 42:33
  put
• 42:33
  in
• 42:33
  the
• 42:33
  Patch
• 42:34
  Boys
• 42:34
  near,
• 42:34
  near
• 42:34
  me.
• 42:35
  I,
• 42:35
  it
• 42:35
  would,
• 42:36
  it
• 42:36
  would
• 42:36
  come
• 42:36
  up.
• 42:37
  You
• 42:37
  know,
• 42:37
  we,
• 42:37
  we
• 42:38
  have
• 42:38
  all
• 42:38
  the
• 42:38
  search
• 42:39
  terms
• 42:39
  that,
• 42:39
  you
• 42:39
  know,
• 42:40
  that
• 42:40
  tie
• 42:40
  in,
• 42:40
  tie
• 42:41
  into
• 42:41
  like
• 42:41
  drywall
• 42:42
  repair
• 42:42
  and
• 42:43
  it's
• 42:43
  working
• 42:43
  well
• 42:44
  those
• 42:44
  things,
• 42:45
  you
• 42:45
  know
• 42:45
  too,
• 42:46
  we
• 42:46
  have
• 42:46
  that.
• 42:46
  But
• 42:47
  yeah,
• 42:47
  if
• 42:47
  you're
• 42:48
  looking
• 42:48
  for
• 42:48
  it
• 42:49
  and,
• 42:49
  and,
• 42:49
  or
• 42:50
  they
• 42:51
  need,
• 42:51
  we're
• 42:52
  not
• 42:52
  everywhere.
• 42:52
  If
• 42:53
  a
• 42:53
  customer
• 42:54
  calls
• 42:54
  and
• 42:54
  needs
• 42:54
  some
• 42:55
  help,
• 42:55
  find
• 42:55
  somebody.
• 42:55
  We,
• 42:56
  we
• 42:56
  can
• 42:56
  do
• 42:56
  that
• 42:56
  too.
• 42:57
  So
• 42:57
  to
• 42:57
  be
• 42:57
  clear,
• 42:57
  Ted,
• 42:58
  I'm
• 42:58
  a,
• 42:58
  I'm
• 42:59
  a
• 42:59
  web
• 42:59
  guy
• 43:00
  now,
• 43:00
  right?
• 43:00
  Web
• 43:01
  design,
• 43:01
  whatever,
• 43:02
  all
• 43:02
  of
• 43:02
  that
• 43:03
  stuff.
• 43:03
  Marketing,
• 43:03
  blah,
• 43:04
  blah,
• 43:04
  blah.
• 43:04
  Did
• 43:05
  a
• 43:05
  search
• 43:05
  this
• 43:05
  morning.
• 43:06
  I'm
• 43:06
  using
• 43:06
  a,
• 43:07
  based
• 43:07
  out
• 43:08
  of
• 43:08
  Tennessee,
• 43:09
  gave
• 43:09
  me
• 43:09
  three
• 43:10
  Patch
• 43:10
  Boys.
• 43:10
  I
• 43:10
  just
• 43:11
  put
• 43:11
  in
• 43:11
  the
• 43:11
  Patch
• 43:11
  Boys.
• 43:12
  No
• 43:12
  dot
• 43:12
  com,
• 43:12
  no
• 43:13
  nothing.
• 43:13
  Just
• 43:13
  the
• 43:13
  Patch
• 43:14
  Boys.
• 43:14
  Three
• 43:14
  different
• 43:15
  locations.
• 43:16
  You
• 43:16
  know,
• 43:16
  want
• 43:16
  a
• 43:17
  location
• 43:18
  near
• 43:18
  you,
• 43:18
  blah,
• 43:18
  blah,
• 43:19
  blah.
• 43:19
  So,
• 43:19
  yeah,
• 43:20
  you
• 43:20
  guys
• 43:20
  doing
• 43:20
  a
• 43:20
  great
• 43:20
  job
• 43:21
  with
• 43:21
  that.
• 43:21
  It
• 43:21
  was
• 43:21
  easy.
• 43:22
  No,
• 43:22
  thank
• 43:23
  you.
• 43:23
  I
• 43:23
  always
• 43:23
  hope
• 43:25
  when
• 43:25
  you
• 43:25
  say
• 43:25
  that,
• 43:26
  I'm
• 43:26
  like,
• 43:26
  hey,
• 43:26
  did
• 43:26
  it.
• 43:27
  I
• 43:27
  mean,
• 43:27
  that's
• 43:27
  how
• 43:27
  it's
• 43:28
  supposed
• 43:28
  to
• 43:28
  work.
• 43:28
  No,
• 43:28
  no,
• 43:28
  no,
• 43:29
  no.
• 43:29
  If
• 43:30
  it
• 43:30
  was
• 43:30
  bad,
• 43:30
  I
• 43:30
  kept
• 43:31
  my
• 43:31
  mouth
• 43:31
  shut,
• 43:31
  but
• 43:31
  it
• 43:31
  worked
• 43:32
  perfectly.
• 43:32
  I
• 43:32
  was
• 43:32
  like,
• 43:32
  oh,
• 43:33
  there's
• 43:33
  three
• 43:33
  of
• 43:33
  them.
• 43:33
  Bing,
• 43:34
  bing,
• 43:34
  bing.
• 43:34
  Checked
• 43:34
  all
• 43:34
  the
• 43:35
  websites?
• 43:35
  No,
• 43:36
  no.
• 43:36
  Yeah.
• 43:37
  And
• 43:37
  those
• 43:38
  are
• 43:38
  the,
• 43:38
  you
• 43:38
  know,
• 43:39
  the
• 43:39
  nice
• 43:39
  things
• 43:40
  for
• 43:40
  our
• 43:40
  owners
• 43:40
  Right.
• 43:41
  They
• 43:41
  don't
• 43:41
  have
• 43:41
  to
• 43:41
  worry
• 43:41
  about
• 43:42
  that.
• 43:42
  Yeah.
• 43:42
  We
• 43:43
  have
• 43:43
  a
• 43:43
  team,
• 43:43
  there's
• 43:44
  a
• 43:44
  marketing
• 43:44
  team
• 43:45
  that
• 43:45
  supports
• 43:46
  all
• 43:46
  of
• 43:46
  our
• 43:46
  brands.
• 43:47
  They
• 43:47
  set
• 43:47
  that
• 43:47
  up.
• 43:48
  We
• 43:48
  have
• 43:48
  an
• 43:48
  agency
• 43:49
  that
• 43:49
  I've
• 43:50
  trained
• 43:50
  on
• 43:50
  drywall
• 43:51
  repair
• 43:51
  for
• 43:52
  four
• 43:52
  years
• 43:52
  now.
• 43:53
  You
• 43:53
  know,
• 43:53
  they
• 43:53
  take.
• 43:54
  They
• 43:54
  understand
• 43:55
  the
• 43:55
  difference
• 43:56
  between
• 43:56
  Sheetrock
• 43:57
  and
• 43:57
  drywall,
• 43:57
  you
• 43:58
  know,
• 43:58
  and
• 43:58
  all.
• 43:58
  All
• 43:59
  those
• 43:59
  different
• 43:59
  things.
• 43:59
  Right.
• 44:00
  You
• 44:00
  know,
• 44:01
  so
• 44:01
  they
• 44:01
  apply
• 44:01
  that
• 44:02
  to
• 44:02
  our
• 44:02
  business,
• 44:03
  and
• 44:03
  that
• 44:03
  helps
• 44:03
  our
• 44:04
  franchisees,
• 44:04
  you
• 44:05
  know,
• 44:05
  grow
• 44:05
  their
• 44:05
  business.
• 44:05
  Nice,
• 44:06
  Ted.
• 44:06
  They're
• 44:07
  doing
• 44:07
  a
• 44:07
  good
• 44:07
  job.
• 44:08
  Yeah,
• 44:08
  they
• 44:08
  are.
• 44:09
  They
• 44:09
  are.
• 44:09
  Ted,
• 44:09
  thanks
• 44:09
  for
• 44:10
  taking
• 44:10
  the
• 44:10
  time
• 44:10
  today,
• 44:10
  man,
• 44:11
  and
• 44:11
  coming
• 44:11
  on
• 44:11
  here.
• 44:11
  It's
• 44:12
  been
• 44:12
  great.
• 44:12
  It's
• 44:12
  been
• 44:12
  great
• 44:13
  learning
• 44:13
  what
• 44:13
  you
• 44:13
  guys
• 44:13
  do.
• 44:14
  And
• 44:14
  I
• 44:14
  really
• 44:15
  think
• 44:15
  you
• 44:15
  guys
• 44:15
  are
• 44:15
  filling
• 44:16
  a
• 44:16
  need
• 44:16
  out
• 44:16
  there,
• 44:17
  because
• 44:17
  there's
• 44:17
  just
• 44:18
  been,
• 44:18
  over
• 44:18
  the
• 44:18
  decades,
• 44:19
  this
• 44:19
  giant
• 44:20
  hole
• 44:20
  in
• 44:21
  the
• 44:21
  marketplace
• 44:21
  that
• 44:22
  wasn't
• 44:22
  filled.
• 44:22
  And
• 44:23
  it's
• 44:23
  great
• 44:23
  to
• 44:23
  see
• 44:23
  somebody
• 44:24
  jumping
• 44:24
  in
• 44:24
  and
• 44:24
  saying,
• 44:25
  hey,
• 44:25
  we
• 44:25
  got
• 44:25
  this.
• 44:27
  The
• 44:27
  time
• 44:27
  went
• 44:27
  by
• 44:28
  so
• 44:28
  fast.
• 44:28
  It
• 44:28
  was
• 44:28
  a
• 44:29
  lot
• 44:29
  of
• 44:29
  fun
• 44:29
  in
• 44:30
  talking
• 44:30
  business.
• 44:30
  And
• 44:31
  I
• 44:31
  really
• 44:31
  appreciate
• 44:32
  you
• 44:33
  guys
• 44:33
  connecting
• 44:33
  with
• 44:34
  us
• 44:34
  and
• 44:35
  really
• 44:35
  appreciate
• 44:36
  the
• 44:36
  both
• 44:36
  of
• 44:36
  your
• 44:36
  expertise.
• 44:37
  You
• 44:38
  as
• 44:38
  well,
• 44:38
  man.
• 44:38
  Thanks.
• 44:39
  Been
• 44:39
  a
• 44:39
  great
• 44:39
  time,
• 44:39
  Ted.
• 44:40
  Super.
• 44:40
  Absolutely.
• 44:41
  I
• 44:41
  love
• 44:41
  his
• 44:42
  calmness
• 44:42
  and
• 44:43
  poise.
• 44:43
  That
• 44:43
  is
• 44:44
  experience,
• 44:44
  my
• 44:44
  friend.
• 44:45
  When
• 44:45
  he's
• 44:45
  like,
• 44:46
  yeah,
• 44:47
  we
• 44:47
  see
• 44:47
  that.
• 44:48
  And,
• 44:48
  you
• 44:49
  know,
• 44:49
  here's
• 44:50
  how
• 44:50
  it
• 44:50
  goes.
• 44:50
  Absolutely.
• 44:51
  That's.
• 44:52
  That's
• 44:52
  what,
• 44:52
  you
• 44:53
  know,
• 44:53
  ears
• 44:54
  of
• 44:54
  knocking
• 44:54
  your
• 44:55
  head
• 44:55
  against
• 44:55
  the
• 44:55
  wall
• 44:55
  gets
• 44:56
  you,
• 44:56
  too.
• 44:56
  Exactly.
• 44:57
  Ben.
• 44:57
  Been
• 44:57
  through
• 44:58
  a
• 44:58
  lot.
• 44:58
  You
• 44:58
  know,
• 44:59
  like
• 44:59
  I
• 44:59
  said,
• 44:59
  I'm
• 44:59
  64.
• 45:00
  So
• 45:00
  Ben
• 45:01
  and
• 45:01
  I
• 45:01
  think
• 45:01
  the
• 45:01
  three.
• 45:01
  Of
• 45:02
  us
• 45:02
  are
• 45:02
  all
• 45:02
  getting
• 45:02
  there
• 45:03
  to
• 45:03
  that
• 45:03
  point
• 45:03
  where
• 45:04
  you
• 45:04
  know
• 45:05
  each
• 45:05
  other
• 45:06
  experience.
• 45:06
  Right.
• 45:07
  On
• 45:07
  a
• 45:07
  daily
• 45:07
  basis,
• 45:08
  we
• 45:08
  look
• 45:08
  at.
• 45:08
  Each
• 45:08
  other
• 45:09
  and
• 45:09
  go,
• 45:09
  yeah,
• 45:09
  it's
• 45:09
  not
• 45:09
  the.
• 45:10
  It's
• 45:10
  not
• 45:10
  the.
• 45:10
  Rarely
• 45:11
  do
• 45:11
  I
• 45:11
  say
• 45:11
  it's
• 45:11
  the
• 45:12
  first
• 45:12
  time.
• 45:12
  I
• 45:12
  go,
• 45:13
  it's
• 45:13
  not
• 45:13
  the
• 45:13
  first
• 45:13
  time.
• 45:14
  You
• 45:14
  know,
• 45:14
  let's
• 45:14
  figure
• 45:15
  this
• 45:15
  one
• 45:15
  out.
• 45:16
  But
• 45:16
  I'll
• 45:16
  say
• 45:17
  the
• 45:17
  first
• 45:17
  time
• 45:17
  ones
• 45:17
  that
• 45:18
  come
• 45:18
  around
• 45:18
  now
• 45:18
  are
• 45:19
  memorable.
• 45:20
  Right?
• 45:21
  You
• 45:21
  got
• 45:22
  it.
• 45:22
  Absolutely.
• 45:23
  Thanks
• 45:23
  again,
• 45:24
  Ted.
• 45:24
  And
• 45:24
  for
• 45:24
  John
• 45:25
  Dudley,
• 45:25
  I'm
• 45:25
  Eric
• 45:26
  G.
• 45:26
  And
• 45:26
  you've
• 45:26
  been
• 45:26
  listening
• 45:27
  to
• 45:27
  around
• 45:28
  the
• 45:28
  House.
• 45:29
  Thanks,
• 45:29
  guys.
