[SPEAKER_00]: All right, welcome back out to Pastor.
• 0:12
[SPEAKER_00]: This is post draft break down for the Miami Dolphins.
• 0:16
[SPEAKER_00]: It was a pretty exciting draft.
• 0:17
[SPEAKER_00]: I think overall, the draft just seems to get more and more on the screen.
• 0:23
[SPEAKER_00]: Every year, more intriguing, more entertaining.
• 0:28
[SPEAKER_00]: And I got to tell you, I was there until the end of Saturday.
• 0:35
  [SPEAKER_00]: I didn't, you know, Sunday.
• 0:36
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, and that's how you're waiting around for rookie free ages.
• 0:39
  [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, they were going.
• 0:40
  [SPEAKER_01]: Hey, man.
• 0:41
[SPEAKER_01]: I was at a draft party Thursday night till the last pick got home about 11 30.
• 0:45
  [SPEAKER_01]: I was jacked up.
• 0:46
  [SPEAKER_01]: And it's fun.
• 0:48
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, a lot of the guys that the three guys from the Miami hurricane tour, were they going to go what was John Eric Sullivan going to do.
• 0:56
[SPEAKER_01]: But also all the other guys, you felt like you know the whole draft, the Ohio State guys going early, I just bow on with you.
• 1:03
[SPEAKER_01]: There's a reason 13, 14, 15 million people watch the first round of the crowd.
• 1:08
[SPEAKER_00]: I think they said, I think they broke a record for Pittsburgh.
• 1:11
  [SPEAKER_00]: I think it was like 800, 800, 800,000 crazy.
• 1:14
[SPEAKER_00]: I was at the Guazard, the draft in Kansas City, no, no.
• 1:17
[SPEAKER_00]: In the smash in Nashville, when there was 600,000, I'm standing in the stage looking down Broadway, and he was just a see-up.
• 1:24
[SPEAKER_01]: And I thought that was the best place to have in Nashville.
• 1:27
  [SPEAKER_01]: And now I've seen...
• 1:28
[SPEAKER_01]: It's good everywhere, no matter where you put it.
• 1:31
[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of them are all great.
• 1:32
[SPEAKER_00]: No matter where you put it, it's good.
• 1:33
[SPEAKER_00]: So let's get down to the dolphins.
• 1:35
[SPEAKER_00]: The dolphins have got 13 draft picks, 13 players out of this draft, which is nice because you need a lot of bodies and hopefully a lot of them here.
• 1:44
[SPEAKER_00]: A little surprise in the top of the draft, Caden Proctor, Alabama, big huge guy 66, 262 plus plus.
• 1:58
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, big time blocker left tackle and John Eric Sullivan says, you know, he's going to be that's guy he wanted man.
• 2:05
[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to be we wanted him and we're going to put him right next to Patrick Paul.
• 2:09
[SPEAKER_00]: He's going to be the guard on the left side.
• 2:11
[SPEAKER_00]: We'll put the Jonas so it's Levi and I over on the right side net guard and that's going to make this it's going to be a big offensive line man.
• 2:18
  [SPEAKER_01]: Well, I'm really excited.
• 2:20
[SPEAKER_01]: They did come out and a junior ex-Holvin did tell me what matter fact that Caden Proctor was going to be the start.
• 2:27
[SPEAKER_01]: That left guard, they're going to put him next to Patrick Paul as you said, and then I'm going, at some point, he's going to be the tackle for the Miami Dolphins.
• 2:34
[SPEAKER_01]: But he's going to start there, and they're going to let him go.
• 2:37
[SPEAKER_01]: But hey, man, he's a big talented guy with big up-site.
• 2:41
[SPEAKER_01]: I asked the general manager, are you worried about the weight?
• 2:44
[SPEAKER_01]: The weight thing goes, Joe, he's 20 years old.
• 2:46
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not worried about him.
• 2:48
  [SPEAKER_01]: We went through everything.
• 2:49
[SPEAKER_01]: We spent a zillion hours with him.
• 2:51
[SPEAKER_01]: We were all over Alabama talking to everybody about him.
• 2:55
[SPEAKER_01]: He wants to be a really good player.
• 2:56
[SPEAKER_01]: We needed a big physical piece and there's nothing more physical than that guy.
• 3:00
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I think he's going to fit in pretty well.
• 3:02
[SPEAKER_00]: And from everything you've heard from me, seems like he's a solid kid and wants to play, wants to be really good.
• 3:07
  [SPEAKER_00]: I'm 21.
• 3:08
  [SPEAKER_00]: I know.
• 3:08
  [SPEAKER_00]: That's crazy.
• 3:09
  [SPEAKER_00]: That's crazy.
• 3:10
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to have a ton of money dropping his leg.
• 3:13
  [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
• 3:13
  [SPEAKER_00]: very short.
• 3:14
[SPEAKER_00]: If you're funny, I've been seeing a lot of things on social media lately over the last year or so about these guys who are going, yeah, you got this big bonus and then they start breaking down.
• 3:24
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, you had to be this tax, you had to be that tax, and that's $7 million you thought you were getting, you're getting about a million, too, out of it or whatever, you know.
• 3:32
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm guessing being a top tier number one pick.
• 3:36
[SPEAKER_01]: You can be looking at a lot more than that.
• 3:38
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, he's going to be just fine much more.
• 3:40
[SPEAKER_01]: And by the way, you're hoping he's looking big picture.
• 3:43
[SPEAKER_01]: Second contract, a hell of a lot more money guaranteed.
• 3:46
[SPEAKER_01]: So, hey, man, they're fired up about it.
• 3:50
[SPEAKER_01]: And as far as that goes, Chris Johnson out of San Diego State, corner back, everybody's been raven about him.
• 3:55
[SPEAKER_01]: just unbelievable and coverage both in bump and run and playing off.
• 3:59
[SPEAKER_00]: So you got your plug-and-play Chris Johnson for 40 can cover can the real heel tackle if he needs to and he's gonna be That that could be a guy that's gonna be here for look I keep saying 10 years but 10 years is you know Usually it's you got to stop with that
• 4:17
[SPEAKER_00]: five years is probably going to give me five or six, but give us a good three or four good years at least before the contract stuff starts but you know you couldn't pick the you know the certainly offensive line was a point of need and in the secondary and again in the lockdown corner I think and first round with the 30th picker of 30 years was the 30th let the 27th
• 4:41
[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's a good deal for the dolphins that made some trades and I think it's going to be a good cornerstone for that safe for the secondary.
• 4:48
[SPEAKER_01]: Both have a lot of holes and they might fill them all with quality.
• 4:51
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, for us to sit here and tell you that we all be lying.
• 4:54
[SPEAKER_01]: But they filled the needs.
• 4:56
[SPEAKER_01]: They think they've got some really good players.
• 4:58
  [SPEAKER_01]: They can help them.
• 4:59
[SPEAKER_01]: Some of them won't be every day, every downplayers.
• 5:01
[SPEAKER_01]: But they'll be playing in certain packages that they put together for passing situations, run situations.
• 5:08
[SPEAKER_00]: But they, and you got a lot of young guns.
• 5:10
[SPEAKER_00]: They're going to be special teams, guys.
• 5:13
  [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah, yeah.
• 5:14
[SPEAKER_00]: And I think it was like getting these rookies.
• 5:16
[SPEAKER_00]: They want to show something to be on the special team.
• 5:19
[SPEAKER_00]: Look, out of 13 guys, you've got plenty of guys that can run down and cover kicks and punches and do whatever you have to do on the special team.
• 5:26
[SPEAKER_00]: So I just like the volume, because you think the more you get, the more you get in the net, the more you have a chance to have some of these guys that they'll break out that you don't really expect.
• 5:36
[SPEAKER_01]: A couple of things stood out for me in this draft overall without breaking the whole thing down.
• 5:40
[SPEAKER_01]: They got two wide receivers, six, four, and six, two, and they did it in the first three rounds.
• 5:45
[SPEAKER_01]: And they put a real priority on the first three rounds and expecting a lot out of them.
• 5:50
[SPEAKER_01]: Bell's going to take a while before he comes back from his ACL, but they think he's going to be a number one receiver.
• 5:56
  [SPEAKER_01]: So that was good.
• 5:57
[SPEAKER_01]: The other thing is they want to get physical.
• 5:59
[SPEAKER_01]: And they believe they got the most physical tie in.
• 6:02
[SPEAKER_01]: in the draft out of Ohio State.
• 6:04
[SPEAKER_01]: So, hey, Bo, I look at some of the things they were doing it, and I'm looking at Malik back there, Malik Willis, and the Juan H. And going, thank you, man.
• 6:12
  [SPEAKER_01]: That's a good start.
• 6:13
[SPEAKER_01]: More guys to help us better blocking from the tight end position and a big strong offensive line.
• 6:18
[SPEAKER_00]: Jacob Rodriguez, the linebacker out of Texas Tech, you got Texas Tech back to back on those never thought I'd see that one.
• 6:25
[SPEAKER_00]: He's a guy that he's an all over the field guy, an aggressive guy, a turnover machine, punching balls out and everything.
• 6:32
[SPEAKER_00]: Start off as a quarterback and work his way in to be maybe the best linebacker in the, in the, in college football.
• 6:39
[SPEAKER_01]: last year everybody raved about it all what he can do and by the way not just first and second down but he can be a third now.
• 6:46
[SPEAKER_01]: This one things they did in this too is they got some cover line makers they got some guys that can help you in second and third and long when you got a cover extra bodies out there which everybody spreads out so I like it I like what he did you're right from Caleb Douglas the wide receiver and Jacob Rodriguez those are two nice
• 7:06
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, not for, not for, not for, not for, forget Jacob, Jake and Ronald Rodriguez.
• 7:10
[SPEAKER_00]: His wife may be the best bat, the bigger bat, that's in that house.
• 7:13
  [SPEAKER_00]: In that family.
• 7:14
[SPEAKER_01]: My big, big, big house in a draft, right there.
• 7:17
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, a lot of great people.
• 7:18
[SPEAKER_00]: And all the copters for the army and just, and they're apart, but they're apart, but they're closest.
• 7:24
[SPEAKER_00]: The story is really a good story.
• 7:26
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I can see some great potential for her coming down with the helicopter landing on the field.
• 7:31
[SPEAKER_01]: You know it's going to happen or how you've been doing the flag out there.
• 7:35
  [SPEAKER_01]: dolphin flag and all.
• 7:37
[SPEAKER_00]: So all in all, we talked about them, 13 picks.
• 7:40
[SPEAKER_00]: I like the way they went at it.
• 7:43
[SPEAKER_00]: And everyone asked for it, you know, so I was asked to do and what I did at the spot on CBS.
• 7:48
  [SPEAKER_00]: What did you think?
• 7:48
  [SPEAKER_00]: Good, what grade?
• 7:49
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to give them a beat.
• 7:50
  [SPEAKER_00]: I think that's a pretty good grade and maybe a B plus.
• 7:54
  [SPEAKER_00]: What do you think?
• 7:56
  [SPEAKER_01]: I got it.
• 7:56
  [SPEAKER_01]: You're a little harder on it.
• 7:57
[SPEAKER_01]: You're not hard on it.
• 7:59
[SPEAKER_01]: I just hate everybody does he?
• 8:01
[SPEAKER_01]: I see him, especially once you get past the first couple rounds.
• 8:05
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, hey, listen man, they made, they said it.
• 8:08
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not coming just for me, but I haven't to believe and say this all the time.
• 8:11
[SPEAKER_01]: Your first three rounds, you got to find a starter.
• 8:13
[SPEAKER_01]: You're first three rounds, especially at three and a third round, those guys need to come in and be impact players pretty fast and along with your first and second round pick.
• 8:22
[SPEAKER_01]: So five or six of those guys I really put quality on, but I both, it's got potential.
• 8:28
[SPEAKER_01]: And you listen, John Eric Sullivan, if he didn't get you fired up at the GM and his belief on what he's doing, man.
• 8:35
  [SPEAKER_01]: It's just, it's a nice start.
• 8:36
[SPEAKER_01]: People go, are you drinking the cool aid?
• 8:38
  [SPEAKER_01]: I go.
• 8:39
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'm drinking the cool late.
• 8:40
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't like the old cool late.
• 8:41
  [SPEAKER_01]: I couldn't even swallow it.
• 8:43
[SPEAKER_01]: I love this cool late.
• 8:44
  [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you know what I'm I'm I can't I'm I'm I'm excited for May eight.
• 8:48
[SPEAKER_00]: I think that's when they're with many camps are going to be out.
• 8:50
[SPEAKER_00]: We'll be able to chance to see some of these guys.
• 8:52
[SPEAKER_00]: And like I say when I go to many camp, I just want to look at their bodies.
• 8:55
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to see how they move.
• 8:57
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to see you know, look how how much how much they're fun to metals or or perform their game and all those types of things.
• 9:05
[SPEAKER_00]: So, I'm looking forward to a lot of that.
• 9:07
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I'm probably looking forward to that as much as I do when I go to Edmore, saw grass automalls and get service or get caught on to that level.
• 9:18
  [SPEAKER_01]: That's a different level.
• 9:19
  [SPEAKER_00]: That's a different level.
• 9:19
  [SPEAKER_01]: It is huge.
• 9:20
[SPEAKER_01]: And by the way, there's no BS man.
• 9:22
[SPEAKER_01]: From the service department to Chevy Buick, you go right down like Cadillac, like you just got.
• 9:28
  [SPEAKER_01]: You can't do it.
• 9:29
[SPEAKER_00]: I just had some guy came up and side swipe my car, took it into a Cadillac, had him do it.
• 9:36
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, they think put a new door on it, things right back to new.
• 9:40
  [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
• 9:41
[SPEAKER_00]: And it was smooth, it was easy.
• 9:43
[SPEAKER_00]: They took good care of me.
• 9:45
[SPEAKER_00]: And they'll take good care of you.
• 9:46
[SPEAKER_00]: So I'll tell you, Chris Atkins, the best, right?
• 9:50
[SPEAKER_00]: You got Cadillac, you got GMC, you got Buick, you got Chevrolet, what am I missing?
• 9:57
[SPEAKER_01]: That's pretty good for the four pretty solid right there in the room solid service department.
• 10:01
[SPEAKER_00]: They have are you kidding me right under one roof right under one roof and I tell you right away.
• 10:08
[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe the biggest dolphin fan it's a teddy morse.
• 10:11
[SPEAKER_00]: No loves is Miami don't know.
• 10:13
  [SPEAKER_00]: No doubt no doubt.
• 10:15
[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, Joe, so let's just kind of move on here.
• 10:19
[SPEAKER_00]: What are your thoughts with what's gone with just how this team is?
• 10:25
[SPEAKER_00]: They've kind of stripped it all down.
• 10:27
[SPEAKER_00]: Now you see the new parts that are coming in.
• 10:30
  [SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like you, I don't care.
• 10:33
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't care if they win two games.
• 10:34
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't care if they win ten games.
• 10:36
[SPEAKER_00]: I just want to know that this is a team.
• 10:38
  [SPEAKER_00]: This is a fundamental
• 10:39
[SPEAKER_00]: year for this football team, a pivotal year for this football team, to get some of these young players, these rookies, these, these, to chop Robinson's from two years ago, Savayanaya from last year, Kenneth Grant from last year, Phillips from last year, all those guys, all those young guys, you got to get them in that, that mode where they're going to be,
• 11:01
[SPEAKER_00]: you're on your team starter playing a lot for the next three years and then add this group and see how much you can get not not so much from a win-loss but get them in the mindset that you want and get these guys young guys it's easy it's good when young guys grow together and they've got the opportunities and not a lot of veterans that are kind of pushing them around yeah I think this is a pretty good opportunity for this team to build a good
• 11:28
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, they got quality veterans, leadership plus their three best players from last year back.
• 11:34
[SPEAKER_01]: Your senior, your linebacking, your running back.
• 11:36
[SPEAKER_01]: I believe it's three best players on team.
• 11:38
[SPEAKER_01]: And Sealer and there who's still a really good football player.
• 11:41
[SPEAKER_01]: So you've got that forward to kind of lead with the leadership thing, but both.
• 11:45
[SPEAKER_01]: we got to find young stars we got we want people saying about the Miami Dolphins after this year hey they didn't win a lot of games but man they got a lot of good young talent to build on my god that was fun to watch those guys develop yeah hey speaking of Edmore's song grass i don't Chris Chris hey can's got his big big event whiskey stars and in cigars if you're in the South Florida area of March 8 plantation walk my
• 12:09
  [SPEAKER_00]: coming out.
• 12:11
  [SPEAKER_00]: We'll be there.
• 12:11
  [SPEAKER_00]: I'll be there.
• 12:12
  [SPEAKER_00]: Joel will be there.
• 12:13
  [SPEAKER_00]: Everybody will be there.
• 12:14
[SPEAKER_00]: Channing, Channing is going to be out there.
• 12:16
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, the whole QAM team is going to be out there, man.
• 12:18
[SPEAKER_01]: We hope you can make it and have a couple of drinks with us.
• 12:22
[SPEAKER_00]: And the great Seth Levitt is going to be out there, I believe.
• 12:26
  [SPEAKER_01]: Seth Roman around, right?
• 12:27
[SPEAKER_01]: Seth, you got to have Seth.
• 12:29
[SPEAKER_01]: If nothing else, he's going to give you his opinion.
• 12:33
[SPEAKER_01]: And it might not agree with yours and he's going to let you know yours is wrong and he's right.
• 12:36
  [SPEAKER_01]: That's his stuff, but it's fine.
• 12:38
[SPEAKER_00]: And we can't forget Bobby Melosio, our baker to the stars.
• 12:43
  [SPEAKER_00]: Look at this.
• 12:44
  [SPEAKER_00]: Send us out there.
• 12:46
[SPEAKER_01]: How much stuff does he send to you?
• 12:48
  [SPEAKER_00]: Salt and pepper.
• 12:49
[SPEAKER_00]: I think they look like a pretzel, but they're a little hard.
• 12:53
  [SPEAKER_00]: They're a little, I don't know, but they're good.
• 12:57
  [SPEAKER_01]: I ain't looking pretty good.
• 12:58
[SPEAKER_01]: They look like they go with coffee too.
• 13:00
  [SPEAKER_01]: That's right.

[SPEAKER_00]: VillaTagiaMakery.com, coffee cakes, coffee cakes, everything, order.
• 13:27
  [SPEAKER_00]: Out of the park.
• 13:28
[SPEAKER_00]: Order, mention Bojo, and you'll get 20% off your order from everything that he sent out to you.
• 13:38
  [SPEAKER_00]: Bobby Mazzoli, VillaTagiaMakery.
• 13:40
  [SPEAKER_00]: Thank you, Bobby.
• 13:41
  [SPEAKER_00]: Thank you, brother.
• 13:42
[SPEAKER_00]: I've got a bone to pick with you, though.
• 13:44
  [SPEAKER_00]: I'm getting fat now.
• 13:45
  [SPEAKER_00]: I'm looking, I stepped on this.
• 13:46
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I noticed you gained a few pounds.
• 13:48
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not gonna like you.
• 13:49
[SPEAKER_00]: I was looking at the scale that it said, you've found some of a bitch too, right?
• 13:52
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm blaming it on Bobby.
• 13:55
[SPEAKER_00]: It's all on Bobby and Billy tell you bakery.
• 13:57
  [SPEAKER_00]: It's good though.
• 13:58
  [SPEAKER_00]: Thank you, Bobby.
• 14:00
[SPEAKER_00]: We'll see you next time.
