- 0:10Speaker 1: God bless football mikey A god bless football Taylor, god
- 0:17Speaker 1: blessed football study Taylor. I have to be honest. I
- 0:20Speaker 1: don't feel the finger pointing the hawk point. Did it work? No?
- 0:25Speaker 1: I mean I don't feel any pep in your step,
- 0:27Speaker 1: perhaps because I got mad at you guys right before
- 0:29Speaker 1: we started. I'm sorry. I love you both, O guy.
- 0:34Speaker 2: I feel like it was. I don't want to do this,
- 0:38Speaker 2: but I'm gonna try and put on the brave face.
- 0:40Speaker 2: I got a big smile and dead eyes. That's what
- 0:42Speaker 2: I got from you, Taylor.
- 0:46Speaker 1: I can't fundamentally, I cannot stay I can get mad
- 0:49Speaker 1: at mikey A, I cannot stay mad at him for
- 0:51Speaker 1: more than like sixty seconds. I just can't. I love you, guys.
- 1:00Speaker 1: I don't know what to do terrible anyway, The Cardinals
- 1:06Speaker 1: did not love Kyler Murray. Now the Vikings do ridiculous.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Kyler Murray is well, he's the quarterback of the Vikings.
- 1:15Speaker 1: They are trying to do this thing where it's going
- 1:18Speaker 1: to be a QB competition. There is no competition. Kyler
- 1:22Speaker 1: Murray is going to be the quarterback for the Minnesota Vikings,
- 1:25Speaker 1: and I am so tired of Kevin O'Connell and us
- 1:28Speaker 1: discussing him as some sort of genius, which he is not.
- 1:31Speaker 1: By the way, he is nothing close to being a genius.
- 1:35Speaker 1: This is a guy. Okay, Now I know Mikey is
- 1:38Speaker 1: hashtag team O'Connell. Yes, fucking team to be a part of.
- 1:44Speaker 1: I mean, seriously, Taylor, am I wrong? Like who is
- 1:48Speaker 1: part of the Kevin O'Connell fan base outside of Minnesota?
- 1:52Speaker 3: I mean, I can't even name any big wins that
- 1:56Speaker 3: Kevin O'Connell has got yet. The way Mikey A Is
- 2:01Speaker 3: infatuated with Kevin O'Connell, you would think he was Bill Belchick.
- 2:06Speaker 2: You would, Yeah, first off album, former Jet quarterback Kevin O'Connell.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Let's let's put some respect on it.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Uh.
- 2:13Speaker 2: Secondly, I am I am adamant because he got out
- 2:18Speaker 2: and had success, ISHU. I am adamant that it was
- 2:22Speaker 2: not Kevin O'Connell who got rid of Sam Donald. He
- 2:26Speaker 2: was the one that wanted to keep him, whereas the
- 2:29Speaker 2: GM who has since been fired was the one. So
- 2:32Speaker 2: I think Kevin O'Connell got a bad rap this year
- 2:34Speaker 2: getting stuck with JJ McCarthy, And I think you and
- 2:36Speaker 2: I should make a deals too. I think every time
- 2:39Speaker 2: we have on some sort of insider, whether it be
- 2:42Speaker 2: Diana Rossini who joins us all the time, Adam Schefter, anybody,
- 2:46Speaker 2: we ask them who got rid of Sam Donald in Minnesota?
- 2:51Speaker 2: And if it keeps coming back that it wasn't Kevin O'Connell,
- 2:54Speaker 2: I think you should switch sides.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Who selected JJ McCarthy the g O'Connell, that's the other. Mike, Mike, Mike,
- 3:02Speaker 1: you can't do that. You're acting like this quarterback who
- 3:05Speaker 1: we treat I mean this coach that we're treating like
- 3:07Speaker 1: Bill Belichick. Taylor is right about that. You're acting like
- 3:10Speaker 1: he has no say over the person health decisions, especially
- 3:13Speaker 1: at that position. Of course he has. Say that's crazy.
- 3:17Speaker 3: And just to be clear, the next playoff game Kevin
- 3:20Speaker 3: O'Connell wins, mikey will be his first will be his first.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Yet, listen, you're talking to a Jet fan. I'd love
- 3:27Speaker 2: to smell the playoffs before I start worrying about who
- 3:29Speaker 2: wins in them and who doesn't.
- 3:31Speaker 1: Can you do me a favor, one of you? Just
- 3:33Speaker 1: look up Kevin O'Connell's stats as the Jets quarterback.
- 3:37Speaker 2: I'm not sure. I'm not sure you ever got a snap.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Why are you holding this man in such high regards,
- 3:47Speaker 1: as Taylor just pointed out. First off, you just said
- 3:51Speaker 1: you don't know if he has any stats, and Taylor
- 3:54Speaker 1: just said, and I finished this entence for him, the
- 3:56Speaker 1: first playoff game that he wins is going to be
- 3:59Speaker 1: the first playoff game that he wins as a head coach.
- 4:01Speaker 1: And yet you're still out here defending him. Don't say anything,
- 4:04Speaker 1: because Taylor has the stats like Kevin O'Connell. And then
- 4:06Speaker 1: we'll get back to you.
- 4:08Speaker 3: So, Kevin O'Connell has played in two NFL games in
- 4:11Speaker 3: his career. Neither of them were on the Jets. They
- 4:14Speaker 3: were both on the Patriots. Patriots, he went four first
- 4:18Speaker 3: six for twenty three yards, and he has three rushes
- 4:22Speaker 3: for negative six yards.
- 4:25Speaker 2: Those were Neil downs and for the Patriots, I'm fairly
- 4:30Speaker 2: certain that those that was a big twenty three yards
- 4:33Speaker 2: he got right.
- 4:33Speaker 1: There, right, are you? No? No, not at all.
- 4:41Speaker 2: You know what it is about Kevin O'Connell.
- 4:43Speaker 1: I think when he looks like a good coach.
- 4:47Speaker 2: When he was making the rounds that he was gonna
- 4:50Speaker 2: be a head coach. I really wanted the Jets to
- 4:53Speaker 2: sign him. That was the guy I had honed in on,
- 4:56Speaker 2: and then they, I believe, hired Sala, and I think
- 5:01Speaker 2: I wanted I think I wanted Kevin O'Connell and I see, Okay,
- 5:06Speaker 2: you know it's just one of those I like to
- 5:08Speaker 2: be right, you know that about me. I like to
- 5:10Speaker 2: be right. So the fact that one guy's having success
- 5:14Speaker 2: and the other guy is trying to rebuild the Jets
- 5:16Speaker 2: in Tennessee because that worked out for him in New York, Yeah,
- 5:21Speaker 2: I'd like to be right.
- 5:22Speaker 1: You know. The other thing, well, speaking of you not
- 5:24Speaker 1: being right, the other thing you got wrong was Kyler
- 5:27Speaker 1: Murray coming to the Jets.
- 5:29Speaker 2: So yeah, yeah, but it was it was touch and
- 5:33Speaker 2: go there for a minute.
- 5:34Speaker 1: It wasn't it was touching. You're right. I thought you
- 5:38Speaker 1: were going to be right. I was rooting for you.
- 5:40Speaker 1: I was.
- 5:40Speaker 3: And that coaching cycle where the Jets got Sala and
- 5:44Speaker 3: the Vikings got O'Connell. If you swap those two, I
- 5:48Speaker 3: think Sala wins in the playoffs in Minnesota and Kevin
- 5:51Speaker 3: O'Connell is still getting fired. Whenever Sala got fired.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Yeah, I think Solo was a super Bowl.
- 5:57Speaker 2: It's possible.
- 5:58Speaker 1: This is all I'm saying with Kevin o'ca donald, you
- 6:00Speaker 1: could say, oh, the GM got rid of Sam Donald.
- 6:02Speaker 1: Oh the GM selected JJ McCarthy. He's the quarterback whisperer.
- 6:07Speaker 1: That's what we have assigned to Kevin O'Connell. And so
- 6:10Speaker 1: this is all I'm saying. If you're that good at
- 6:12Speaker 1: that at that job right identifying quarterbacks, developing quarterbacks, and
- 6:16Speaker 1: you're the head coach of the team, you certainly have
- 6:18Speaker 1: say in what you're doing at the most important position
- 6:23Speaker 1: in all of sports. And so the notion that that
- 6:26Speaker 1: the GM let Sam Donald walk out the door and
- 6:30Speaker 1: Kevin O'Connell did not is ludicrous to me. The idea
- 6:34Speaker 1: that he selected JJ McCarthy and Kevin O'Connell had no
- 6:37Speaker 1: say in that selection is ludicrous to me. So all
- 6:39Speaker 1: Kevin O'Connell is done. He is allowed, okay, after he
- 6:43Speaker 1: ran for twenty four yards against the Patriots, which some
- 6:45Speaker 1: certain more important according to you, all he has done.
- 6:50Speaker 1: All he has done is he has allowed a Super
- 6:53Speaker 1: Bowl winning quarterback to leave. He had him in Minnesota.
- 6:57Speaker 1: He allowed that guy to leave. He selected JJ McCarthy,
- 7:00Speaker 1: and he's such a great quarterback coach. He couldn't develop
- 7:03Speaker 1: JJ McCarthy and so now he's going to try to
- 7:05Speaker 1: develop Kyler Murray. Please give me a break, give me
- 7:08Speaker 1: a break with Kevin o'cos.
- 7:10Speaker 2: So, if Kyler Murray wins like Comeback Player of the Year,
- 7:13Speaker 2: I don't think he's eligible because they give it.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Let him go to Seattle.
- 7:17Speaker 2: I mean, well the GM, will.
- 7:21Speaker 1: You the GM? Who is the Vikings GM? And why
- 7:26Speaker 1: did this man have so power?
- 7:28Speaker 2: Well they fired the GM that that did all that.
- 7:31Speaker 2: I forget his name, but he yeah, well that's he's forgettable.
- 7:36Speaker 2: But what what does Kyler Murray have to do this
- 7:42Speaker 2: year for the Vikings with that offense, with all the
- 7:45Speaker 2: pieces they have in place for you to change your
- 7:48Speaker 2: tune on Tim O'Connell.
- 7:53Speaker 1: That's a fair question if Kyler Murray can give them
- 7:57Speaker 1: kind of a Sam Darnold type year, which I think
- 7:59Speaker 1: will was, you know, fourteen and three they lost first
- 8:02Speaker 1: round to the playoffs. By the way, he also has
- 8:03Speaker 1: Robert Flores, right, Kevin O'Connell doesn't he isn't it? Yeah,
- 8:08Speaker 1: I'm I'm just saying he has one of the best.
- 8:10Speaker 1: Like I don't want to hear about Sure, I could
- 8:12Speaker 1: say Sam Donald went to Seattle, and you would say, like,
- 8:15Speaker 1: why did he win with Sam Donald? He did, he
- 8:17Speaker 1: won fourteen games lost in the playoffs because the next
- 8:19Speaker 1: playoff game he wins is going to be the first
- 8:21Speaker 1: playoff game that he wins, right, And then you could say, oh, well,
- 8:24Speaker 1: Seattle had the better defense, That's why Sam won the
- 8:27Speaker 1: Super Bowl. And I would come back at you and say, no,
- 8:30Speaker 1: the Vikings had justin Jefferson, they had a healthy Jordan Addison,
- 8:33Speaker 1: and they had one of the best defensive coordinators in
- 8:36Speaker 1: the NFL, and he still couldn't win.
- 8:39Speaker 3: So, Mikey, before you counter that Robert Flores was the
- 8:42Speaker 3: MLB network Baseball tonight guy Brian Flores is the defensive
- 8:47Speaker 3: coordinator Row Flow.
- 8:50Speaker 2: So you got Row Flow calling the defense from the
- 8:53Speaker 2: ESPN Bristl studios.
- 8:56Speaker 1: Don't you dare tell me Roflow doesn't have any saying this.
- 9:02Speaker 1: Jesus Tomato, tomato, That's all I'm saying. So what is
- 9:12Speaker 1: Kyler Murray need to do? I don't know, Telller, what
- 9:14Speaker 1: do you think Kyler Murray? So Mikey is asking a
- 9:17Speaker 1: very fair question. What does Kyler Murray need to do
- 9:20Speaker 1: for us to be convinced that Kevin O'Connell's everything that
- 9:22Speaker 1: Mikey thinks he is.
- 9:24Speaker 3: So I think the bar is he has to get
- 9:26Speaker 3: the Vikings to the playoffs. Anything more is a bonus.
- 9:31Speaker 3: Anything less would be a failure. This is where I'm
- 9:34Speaker 3: going to kind of talk out of both sides of
- 9:36Speaker 3: my mouth here, smart. I kind of like Kyler Murray
- 9:40Speaker 3: in Minnesota the last time, right, the last time O'Connell
- 9:44Speaker 3: had an athletic quarterback was Joshua Dobbs. Where Joshua Dobbs
- 9:49Speaker 3: had that like three weeks stretch where everybody's like, oh
- 9:51Speaker 3: my god, the passion.
- 9:52Speaker 1: I had three weeks stretch for the Ages. I mean,
- 9:54Speaker 1: he was the greatest quarterback that's ever lived. For three
- 9:57Speaker 1: weeks he was.
- 9:59Speaker 3: And Kyler Murray is just a significantly better version of
- 10:04Speaker 3: a quarterback like Joshua Dobbs. So that's why I'm kind
- 10:07Speaker 3: of talking myself into I kind of like this Vikings
- 10:10Speaker 3: team if Kyler Murray can kind of change the way
- 10:14Speaker 3: he plays, since he's gonna play a lot more under
- 10:17Speaker 3: center than he's probably used to.
- 10:19Speaker 1: M hm, So, Kyle, So Mikey is that fair playoff?
- 10:21Speaker 1: I'm a tailor on that playoffs. Listen, I'm not saying
- 10:25Speaker 1: the Vikings can't be good. It's a tough division. I'm
- 10:26Speaker 1: not saying the Vikings can't be good. But if Kyler
- 10:29Speaker 1: Murray could listen, he has to fulfill the promise of
- 10:33Speaker 1: a number one overall pick, and if Kevin O'Connell can
- 10:35Speaker 1: bring him somewhere even close to that, then yes, he
- 10:38Speaker 1: has done a good job.
- 10:39Speaker 2: I will even up the stakes for you if they
- 10:42Speaker 2: make the playoffs. You guys don't have to join Tim O'Connell.
- 10:45Speaker 2: You can just sort of back off on the criticism.
- 10:49Speaker 2: But if he wins a playoff game, then you got
- 10:51Speaker 2: to join Tim O'Connell.
- 10:52Speaker 1: Well, how do I join? What do I have to do?
- 10:54Speaker 2: Listen, You've got you've got to You've got to stand
- 10:57Speaker 2: shoulder to shoulder with me. Anytime someone says anything about
- 11:00Speaker 2: Kevin O'Connell, you have to be one of the first
- 11:02Speaker 2: ones to go uh uh uh. That's JJ McCarthy and
- 11:05Speaker 2: the GM's fault.
- 11:06Speaker 1: So that's that's part of being in the UK.
- 11:09Speaker 2: I mean, listen, it doesn't take up too much of
- 11:11Speaker 2: your time being on Tim O'Connell.
- 11:13Speaker 1: But I'm just saying everyone else in the club when
- 11:14Speaker 1: someone says something bad about O'Connell. Their response is, uh
- 11:17Speaker 1: uh uh.
- 11:19Speaker 2: No, you got to wag your finger like Matumba.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Uh uh uh. It's a lame club man.
- 11:24Speaker 2: Yes, well, it's just me at the moment, Minnesota and
- 11:29Speaker 2: two guys in Minnesota.
- 11:31Speaker 1: I don't know what this coach does to me. I like,
- 11:33Speaker 1: Diana sends out a tweet that they signed Kyler Murray
- 11:37Speaker 1: and she paraphrasing here, she wanted to make it very
- 11:41Speaker 1: clear that this is a quarterback competition that he is
- 11:43Speaker 1: going to push JJ McCarthy. Sure, who the fuck is
- 11:47Speaker 1: Kevin O'Connell making everything so clear? You got Kyler Murray
- 11:51Speaker 1: to start Kyler Murray because your evaluation of JJ McCarthy
- 11:55Speaker 1: was wrong.
- 11:56Speaker 2: The best part about him joining that team, like every
- 12:00Speaker 2: think about JJ McCarthy, is he's like first in the building,
- 12:03Speaker 2: he's studying, he's doing all the things that you want
- 12:06Speaker 2: your quarterback to do. Yeah, and Kyler Murray just kind
- 12:09Speaker 2: of shows up after playing eighteen hours of call of
- 12:12Speaker 2: duty and does it better.
- 12:14Speaker 1: You hate that guy because he's a better athlete than you.
- 12:16Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, JJ McCarthy's been in the book. It's it's
- 12:20Speaker 2: the guy who shows up to like one class shows
- 12:23Speaker 2: up and gets an A on the final and you've
- 12:26Speaker 2: been taking notes all year and reading all the readings
- 12:28Speaker 2: all that.
- 12:29Speaker 4: Stuff, and you go and you squeak by with a
- 12:31Speaker 4: seat right right.
- 12:35Speaker 3: So I think I think the Kyler Murray and two
- 12:38Speaker 3: assignings for the Vikings and Falcons respectively are eight pluses
- 12:42Speaker 3: because you're getting a borderline starting level quarterback in the
- 12:47Speaker 3: NFL for the VET minimum. I'll even add Geno Smith
- 12:51Speaker 3: to that group with the Jets and Mike. I saw
- 12:53Speaker 3: a headline that said Gino Smith says the Jets are
- 12:56Speaker 3: getting a better player than when I left, which the
- 13:00Speaker 3: bar is pretty low. Okay, you're honest with that, But Stu,
- 13:07Speaker 3: when it comes to Gino Smith, Tua and Kyler Murray
- 13:12Speaker 3: with their teams, which which of those three players do
- 13:16Speaker 3: you think is more likely to get a second contract
- 13:19Speaker 3: with those teams?
- 13:20Speaker 2: It's almost now, this is just a more likely Okay.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Do you want to put it under the uh the
- 13:27Speaker 1: more Mikely umbrella? Do you want to do it? And
- 13:29Speaker 1: have you asked the question?
- 13:31Speaker 5: No, I'm good, well no, no, no, I'm I'm asking you
- 13:34Speaker 5: to do it because I didn't hear the question because
- 13:36Speaker 5: my wife was calling me as Taylor was asking me
- 13:38Speaker 5: the question, and so I am demanding that it happened.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Okay, the more Mikely umbrella more likely.
- 13:45Speaker 2: To have a bounce back career Tua Kyler.
- 13:49Speaker 1: Gino, ask it again? She texted me again, more Mikely,
- 13:54Speaker 1: I want to tell you about me. She's she's texting
- 13:57Speaker 1: me she has to go pick up a fathead for
- 13:58Speaker 1: senior day for Rachel. She is texting me about whether
- 14:02Speaker 1: or not I want to come contribute to anything. And
- 14:04Speaker 1: I said, now, I'm talking about JJ McCarthy.
- 14:06Speaker 2: So we're talking about Kevin O'Connell's what you're talking about.
- 14:09Speaker 1: I don't know what I'm talking about because I haven't
- 14:11Speaker 1: listened to the last three minutes because she's fucking texting me.
- 14:13Speaker 1: Go ahead for the.
- 14:15Speaker 2: For the sixth time. More Mikely to have a bounce
- 14:22Speaker 2: back career Tua Kyler Gino?
- 14:26Speaker 1: Wow, Uh not, Gino. Gino's career is near the end.
- 14:30Speaker 1: I mean, so he's not I.
- 14:31Speaker 2: Have about Let's change it to a bounce back year.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Uh not? Gino?
- 14:39Speaker 2: Still not Gino? Okay's still that one out there.
- 14:41Speaker 1: Yes, Wow, that's such a tricky question. Kyler Murray or Tua.
- 14:51Speaker 1: I'm gonna say, I really love the decision that Tua
- 14:54Speaker 1: made going to the Falcons. I do. I like that
- 14:56Speaker 1: spot for him, and I've seen Tua to elsewhere. I've
- 15:00Speaker 1: seen him do it with the Dolphins, like he led
- 15:03Speaker 1: the NFL in passing. God, he had such a good
- 15:08Speaker 1: year that year. He was so accurate. I would have
- 15:09Speaker 1: say Tua. I'm gonna say, I know I should believe
- 15:13Speaker 1: in hashtag Kevin O'Connell. I just I don't know. I'm
- 15:16Speaker 1: gonna say too. I think Tua in Atlanta is a
- 15:19Speaker 1: really good fit. I do. I think he's the starter there.
- 15:24Speaker 3: I'm going with Kyler Murray. Kyler Murray, he has some
- 15:29Speaker 3: injury concerns, but none of those injuries are to his
- 15:33Speaker 3: head and worrying about his career being shortened that way.
- 15:37Speaker 3: And Stu, when you when you say that you've seen
- 15:40Speaker 3: to her do that, I feel like we've seen Kyler
- 15:43Speaker 3: Murray be a pretty pretty above average to borderline great
- 15:47Speaker 3: quarterback at times in the NFL.
- 15:49Speaker 1: I agree, But I don't think Kyler Murray ever had
- 15:51Speaker 1: the you know, the season that Tua had a couple
- 15:54Speaker 1: of years ago, like a season, a season of it.
- 15:57Speaker 1: I don't think anything anywhere closed. If you look at it,
- 15:59Speaker 1: daylor could be wrong.
- 16:00Speaker 2: No, Kyler Murray is the kind of guy that can
- 16:02Speaker 2: win you a game. He can't win you a season. Right,
- 16:05Speaker 2: any game, Kyler Murray can just take it over and
- 16:08Speaker 2: use his legs and use his arm and all of
- 16:11Speaker 2: a sudden you just look and you go, man, that
- 16:12Speaker 2: guy's really good. And then the next game he goes,
- 16:15Speaker 2: you know, eleven for twenty eight for one hundred and
- 16:17Speaker 2: twelve yards and two picks.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Mikey, you're right, But that's the frustration with Kyler Murray.
- 16:22Speaker 1: So I guess, I guess if Kevin O'Connell can kind
- 16:25Speaker 1: of rain that in and get him to be more
- 16:27Speaker 1: consistent and a guy who plays seventeen games and gives
- 16:31Speaker 1: you something that seems like it's good to great every
- 16:35Speaker 1: single game, okay, because the talent's there, it's overwhelming. And
- 16:38Speaker 1: you're right, that's the guy, and it's frustrating. This guy
- 16:41Speaker 1: is always frustrating. Who could sit on the couch for
- 16:44Speaker 1: eighteen hours playing video games, get up off the couch,
- 16:46Speaker 1: walk on a field and be the best athlete on
- 16:48Speaker 1: that field.
- 16:49Speaker 2: You know, here's something for the for you to ponder.
- 16:53Speaker 2: I think I'd like both quarterbacks on the other team.
- 16:57Speaker 2: I think i'd like them both. I think i'd like
- 16:58Speaker 2: Kyler Moore on the Falcons and two of More on
- 17:01Speaker 2: the on the Vikings.
- 17:03Speaker 1: Wow, that's interesting. I'm trying to that. That's put it
- 17:06Speaker 1: on pole. By the way, would you like to of
- 17:11Speaker 1: More as a Viking and Kyler as a Falcon. I'm
- 17:13Speaker 1: trying to find, uh, Kyler Murray's stats here to see
- 17:17Speaker 1: if he ever had a year that was even close
- 17:19Speaker 1: to two US. I don't think he did.
- 17:20Speaker 2: I don't think so.
- 17:21Speaker 3: Yeah, this is one where I'm gonna wave the white
- 17:23Speaker 3: flag on on my defense.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Why because he hasn't had anything close to the year
- 17:30Speaker 1: two ahead? Do you realize how ridiculous that year two
- 17:34Speaker 1: ahead was? He would do with a talk of the NFL?
- 17:37Speaker 1: Two was the talk of the NFL.
- 17:38Speaker 3: I mean, if you had to rank their best seasons,
- 17:42Speaker 3: Too probably has maybe four of the best five seasons
- 17:46Speaker 3: between him and Kyler Murray combined.
- 17:51Speaker 1: Two was good. Man. The Dolphins are gonna regret that,
- 17:56Speaker 1: maybe not fifty five million dollars. So Kyler Murray and Too,
- 18:01Speaker 1: it's such a good question. Mikey who bounce back here?
- 18:03Speaker 1: First off, why would you even include Geno Smith?
- 18:06Speaker 2: I mean, because Taylor did it to peek behind the
- 18:09Speaker 2: curtain in where I actually wrote it. For more, Mike
- 18:12Speaker 2: Ley's didn't have Gino included. Okay, Taylor included him. I
- 18:16Speaker 2: threw him in. Throw Taylor a bone, so we would
- 18:19Speaker 2: agree that.
- 18:20Speaker 1: I mean, Kyler has Justin Jefferson better receiver than Drake London,
- 18:25Speaker 1: but Drake London's very good. Comparing Tua to Kyler, Tua
- 18:30Speaker 1: has the better running game, the better running back, the
- 18:33Speaker 1: better back out of the backfield for catching foot balls,
- 18:36Speaker 1: and Bija Robinson, here's here's the thing, and this is right,
- 18:39Speaker 1: And this is why I say we don't know what
- 18:41Speaker 1: we're watching every Sunday. I have no idea whose offensive
- 18:43Speaker 1: line is better. None, zero. We should probably factor.
- 18:48Speaker 2: That it, especially when it comes to Tua.
- 18:54Speaker 1: How would we know.
- 18:56Speaker 2: I saw this little interesting bit. Speaking of Kyler, he
- 19:02Speaker 2: left the Cardinals, and the cardinals number one wide receiver
- 19:05Speaker 2: is obviously Marvin Harrison Junior. And if things work out
- 19:09Speaker 2: the way I'm assuming the Cardinals hope, and they wind
- 19:12Speaker 2: up with the number one pick, they could have manning
- 19:14Speaker 2: to Harrison, we could have another iteration.
- 19:18Speaker 1: Of that Wow, Jenny goosebumps right a little bit. Yes,
- 19:23Speaker 1: I mean that combo was lethal. Yeah, to the tune
- 19:26Speaker 1: of one Super Bowl.
- 19:32Speaker 2: Stick outs.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Here. Let's be real, ED can mess with your head

- 20:45Speaker 3: So the Cardinals. The Cardinals released Kyler Murray, who is
- 20:47Speaker 3: the Cardinals starting quarterback going into this to kobet oh Man, that's.
- 20:51Speaker 1: Right, terrible, that's remember how much remember how much better
- 20:53Speaker 1: the offense look woul Jacoby Preset for a week.
- 20:57Speaker 2: Jacoby Presett is in the Hall of Fame with forty
- 21:00Speaker 2: seven completions in a game. Let's let's put some respect
- 21:03Speaker 2: on that.
- 21:04Speaker 1: Would would Jacoby if there was a weird hall of
- 21:07Speaker 1: Fame of like ancillary backup quarterbacks, would Jacoby Brissette be
- 21:12Speaker 1: in that Hall of fame.
- 21:15Speaker 2: Hall of Fame of ancillary backup quarterbacks?
- 21:17Speaker 1: Taylor is saying, no, I mean definitive, no.
- 21:21Speaker 2: Definitive, no, I mean Frank Reich is in there right.
- 21:25Speaker 1: Well, Frank Reich, it's the Frank Reich Hall of Fame.
- 21:28Speaker 1: He's not just for that one second half in the
- 21:33Speaker 1: playoffs Buffalo, Yes, against the Oilers. What a game that was.
- 21:38Speaker 1: Who else? Like I'm trying to think.
- 21:41Speaker 2: Josh Johnson, guys backed up for I think every single
- 21:44Speaker 2: team at some point in his career.
- 21:47Speaker 1: He's certainly that's kind of like in the vein of
- 21:49Speaker 1: what I'm thinking of, Jeff Hostetler would certainly be there.
- 21:52Speaker 2: Okay, Matt Cassel, Jimmy Garoppolo.
- 21:58Speaker 1: I think of a more as a store. Jimmy G.
- 22:01Speaker 1: I did. Jimmy G was close to winning a super Bowl.
- 22:04Speaker 3: Dude, if in this Hall of Fame they were on
- 22:08Speaker 3: the same ballot and only one person can get in,
- 22:12Speaker 3: Jacoby Brissett or Tyrod Taylor.
- 22:15Speaker 2: Oh wow, Tyrod had starting chances. They were teams. I
- 22:20Speaker 2: believe the Buffalo Bills brought him in to be the
- 22:23Speaker 2: starter and then quickly was like, eh, you know what,
- 22:25Speaker 2: never mind.
- 22:28Speaker 1: So but I like what Taylor's done with with our
- 22:30Speaker 1: Hall of Fame here. We could only let one quarterback
- 22:33Speaker 1: into the backup Quarterback Hall of Fame per season? Is
- 22:36Speaker 1: that what it is? So we could only vote for one.
- 22:41Speaker 1: I got Tyrod Taylor.
- 22:43Speaker 2: I mean, we're leaving some guys that we're leaving out,
- 22:45Speaker 2: like case Keenum. We're leaving out guys like Tyler Thigpen.
- 22:51Speaker 2: We're leaving out guys like Davis mill how Sam Howell.
- 22:58Speaker 3: So every year only one person can get in, and
- 23:01Speaker 3: then whoever loses that head to head, a new person
- 23:04Speaker 3: comes in to traverse them. Because backup Quarterback Hall of Fame,
- 23:08Speaker 3: everybody's kind of just waiting for their turn.
- 23:11Speaker 2: Yeah, yes, Well don't you want to be the backup,
- 23:14Speaker 2: the perennial backup. Like, if you're the backup for five
- 23:18Speaker 2: years to the backup and getting into the Hall of Fame,
- 23:20Speaker 2: then you should be in because you're a perennial backup.
- 23:24Speaker 1: Yeah, we're leaving out some names here, by the way, guys, Nickles,
- 23:28Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, Earl Morale. Is anyone gonna get that joke?
- 23:36Speaker 1: It's moral? But I think someone pronounced the morale on
- 23:39Speaker 1: the show. Yeah, Frankly Doug Well, that was me. Yeah,
- 23:43Speaker 1: I was trying to pass it off to someone else.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Fitzpatrick has to be in there.
- 23:47Speaker 2: Fitzpatrick was a starter for too long.
- 23:51Speaker 1: But he was never the starter to start this season.
- 23:53Speaker 1: He just eventually started because the quarterback got hurt, right.
- 23:57Speaker 1: I believe Patrick was Mikey. I could be wrong here.
- 24:01Speaker 1: I am not certain that Ryan Fitzpatrick, whom I love,
- 24:04Speaker 1: by the way, has ever been officially named the opening
- 24:08Speaker 1: day starter for any NFL team.
- 24:11Speaker 2: I've got who we're missing? Anyone with the last name
- 24:15Speaker 2: of count Yep, all of them. Yep. You could just
- 24:19Speaker 2: let them all in as one entity.
- 24:22Speaker 1: Yeah, Charlie Batch, Bubby Brister, Yes, I have found there.
- 24:34Speaker 1: You have that's the greatest backup quarterback.
- 24:40Speaker 2: The greatest backup quarterback and perennial Hall of Fame backup
- 24:44Speaker 2: quarterback are very different. Things like Chase Daniel's probably not
- 24:46Speaker 2: on that list.
- 24:48Speaker 1: Right that well, that's what I'm trying to establish, like
- 24:51Speaker 1: just a backup. Who's a backup and that doesn't really
- 24:54Speaker 1: play that much. Just funny names, you know.
- 24:57Speaker 2: Always the guy, Like the Hall of Fame should be
- 25:00Speaker 2: shaped like a clipboard.
- 25:05Speaker 1: You should get you should get a golden clipboard. You
- 25:13Speaker 1: don't get a bus.
- 25:15Speaker 2: Your bust has a headset on it.
- 25:22Speaker 1: You don't get a bust because you were a bust.
- 25:30Speaker 1: You just get the golden clipboard. Now, I don't want
- 25:37Speaker 1: to stop playing.
- 25:39Speaker 3: I don't think this player is deserving of the backup
- 25:42Speaker 3: Hall of Fame. But maybe, like how Jacoby Brissetts in
- 25:46Speaker 3: the NFL Hall of Fame, we just find something from
- 25:48Speaker 3: this game where we put into this backup Hall of Fame.
- 25:52Speaker 3: Something from the Christmas Day game this year, Chris Olidokin
- 25:56Speaker 3: from the Chiefs. We need something to memorialize that Chris
- 25:59Speaker 3: Oa can start.
- 26:01Speaker 4: Okay, but who is the guy Seattle played and he
- 26:07Speaker 4: was so bad?
- 26:09Speaker 2: Oh man, there was a game where he made one
- 26:11Speaker 2: throw that was so bad I can't even think of
- 26:13Speaker 2: it right now.
- 26:15Speaker 1: On the guy who got the big contract for Seattle.
- 26:18Speaker 2: No, no, they played Seattle. I can't even remember. It
- 26:22Speaker 2: was one of those. It was Brosber Brosber, yes, Max
- 26:28Speaker 2: Brosmer and Nola Dokan.
- 26:31Speaker 1: Yeah, but Flynn has to be in that Hall of fame,
- 26:34Speaker 1: right He parlayed his uh his three starts stinting to
- 26:36Speaker 1: like forty million dollars, right, yeah, coming for it.
- 26:44Speaker 2: Brian Hoyer, Oh, Brian Hoy is a great one.
- 26:48Speaker 1: Damon Youward, yep, yeah, I mean, Damon Youward won the
- 26:53Speaker 1: Chiefs of Super Bowl. Dude, it sounds ridiculous to say
- 26:57Speaker 1: that that Damon Youward won the Chiefs of Super Bowl.
- 26:59Speaker 1: Patrick Mahomes won them all their Super Bowls. But that
- 27:01Speaker 1: one time, and this is a backup job, right, the
- 27:03Speaker 1: one time Mahomes went down he couldn't do the drop.
- 27:06Speaker 1: Youward took them ninety eight yards in a playoff game
- 27:08Speaker 1: and scored a touchdown. He made it seem like anyone
- 27:10Speaker 1: could fucking play quarterback of that offense. He did a
- 27:14Speaker 1: great backup quarterback, dam and you Weard.
- 27:16Speaker 2: Mike Glennon stuck outs.
- 27:18Speaker 1: Here. College basketball is NonStop, big games, tight spreads, momentum

- 29:26Speaker 1: I'd like to build up the backup Quarterback Hall of Fame.
- 29:29Speaker 1: I'd like to spend the entire day on that, but
- 29:30Speaker 1: we can because we have to keep three cut five
- 29:32Speaker 1: and that is very important. Mikey, were you disappointed at
- 29:38Speaker 1: all the free agency period before we get to keep
- 29:40Speaker 1: three cut five. It seemed like usually the NFL dominates
- 29:44Speaker 1: the week, but because of BAM and because of the
- 29:47Speaker 1: World Baseball classic. I feel like the NFL didn't get
- 29:50Speaker 1: the normal attention that it gets. It got it with
- 29:53Speaker 1: Max Crosby, but after that it kind of died down.
- 29:57Speaker 1: I was a little disappointed. It was a letdown free
- 29:59Speaker 1: ag period.
- 30:00Speaker 2: You know what I found interesting about it was it
- 30:04Speaker 2: seemed like everything happened Monday in like the first four hours,
- 30:08Speaker 2: and then it was done. I think something like twenty
- 30:11Speaker 2: five of the top thirty free agents had agreed by
- 30:15Speaker 2: Tuesday morning. So it wasn't they did it didn't They
- 30:19Speaker 2: didn't spread it out. They it was. It was quick,
- 30:22Speaker 2: it was fast, and it was everybody, and then it
- 30:24Speaker 2: was kind of like, oh yeah, that guy did sign,
- 30:26Speaker 2: as opposed to like before it was you had you
- 30:29Speaker 2: had a chance to talk about somebody for a minute,
- 30:31Speaker 2: and then the next guy came and then you had
- 30:33Speaker 2: a chance to talk about We just we just kept
- 30:35Speaker 2: getting names and places over and all.
- 30:37Speaker 1: They need to do away with that tampering window they do.
- 30:40Speaker 1: I just want a big Wednesday reveal. I mean, enough
- 30:42Speaker 1: of the forty eight hour window. Just give me a
- 30:44Speaker 1: big reveal. Don't say anything, no one report anything, and
- 30:48Speaker 1: on Wednesday, tell me where everyone's going. You know.
- 30:51Speaker 2: Schefter put out today that since Monday, NFL teams have
- 30:55Speaker 2: spent a record five point eight three billion in player compensation,
- 31:01Speaker 2: including two point five to nine billion guaranteed. Wow, that's
- 31:06Speaker 2: a lot of money.
- 31:07Speaker 1: It is. It's crazy, right, yeah, tells.
- 31:10Speaker 3: If we did an if we did a World Football Classic,
- 31:14Speaker 3: who do you think would have been a better team?
- 31:16Speaker 3: Italy quarterback Joe Montana or Dan Marino?
- 31:19Speaker 1: Wow? Wow? Wow? They have Italian roots, both of them.
- 31:22Speaker 3: I would assume. So there, and their last names end
- 31:25Speaker 3: in a vowel.
- 31:27Speaker 1: Really, so it was mine? What I mean? Wait?
- 31:30Speaker 3: Wait, your last name ends in a vowel, you're more
- 31:34Speaker 3: than likely Italian.
- 31:36Speaker 1: If your last name ends in a vowel, you're more
- 31:39Speaker 1: than likely Italian. I did, mikey? Are you aware of this?
- 31:42Speaker 1: Is he right?
- 31:43Speaker 2: My last name ends in a vowel and ends in
- 31:45Speaker 2: three of them, and I am not Italian at all?
- 31:49Speaker 1: Wow?
- 31:50Speaker 3: That's because it ends in three vowels, dude. It's the
- 31:54Speaker 3: classic case. If you're her last name ends in three vowels,
- 31:56Speaker 3: It doesn't end in one vowel.
- 31:57Speaker 1: It doesn't end in one. Right, if you have three,
- 31:59Speaker 1: you don't have one. Correct classic put it on the bole.
- 32:10Speaker 2: It's gonna be a great poll question.
- 32:13Speaker 1: It really is. I can't wait for you to read
- 32:15Speaker 1: it later on the show.
- 32:19Speaker 2: And watch Izzy's face just go really what?
- 32:26Speaker 1: I love a million follow ups? Yeah, he is incapable
- 32:32Speaker 1: of not asking follow ups. Thank God? Oh god. Wait,
- 32:36Speaker 1: So I just want to make sure there's no way
- 32:38Speaker 1: Joe Montana is Italian.
- 32:40Speaker 3: I mean, he's gotta be Italian.
- 32:44Speaker 1: Well, Taylor to his name ends it in a you
- 32:47Speaker 1: have him being Italian.
- 32:50Speaker 2: Yeah, there's a lot of a lot of holes in
- 32:52Speaker 2: your argument here, Taylor.
- 32:55Speaker 3: No, because Toua, who was last name ends with oh a.
- 33:00Speaker 3: That's again the situation. You got two vowels.
- 33:03Speaker 1: Ah, So it's a two vowel situation if you have to,
- 33:06Speaker 1: you don't have one, right, Doug Flutie is I E dammit,
- 33:13Speaker 1: Joe Flacco, I'm trying to Vinny Testa Verdi, Jimmy Garoppolo
- 33:18Speaker 1: all ending one vowel. Yes, Marino is the starting quarterback
- 33:22Speaker 1: of the Italian team. You have Brett Farr being Italian?
- 33:25Speaker 1: How about that?
- 33:30Speaker 3: Are there some exceptions to every rule, Yes, but for
- 33:34Speaker 3: the most part that rule is going to hold up.
- 33:36Speaker 3: Sid Luckman though on the Israeli football team, how about that.
- 33:43Speaker 1: He's the only one we got unless we're gonna do
- 33:50Speaker 1: it like the World Baseball Classic, where if you've just
- 33:53Speaker 1: eaten a pizza mazza you could be on Team Israel.
- 33:58Speaker 1: It's ridiculous. Yeah, and lots of ball soup ones. All right, great,
- 34:04Speaker 1: you're on TV Israel.
- 34:05Speaker 2: Yeah. Or if you were born in certain parts of Brooklyn,
- 34:08Speaker 2: you can be on the the Israeli team.
- 34:12Speaker 1: Right, regardless of whether you're Jewish or not you grew
- 34:19Speaker 1: up in a Jewish neighborhood. Yeah, all right, keep three
- 34:26Speaker 1: cut five. So how are we doing this' that's the
- 34:28Speaker 1: topic today, Taylor.
- 34:30Speaker 2: I'm gonna give you a choice here without giving you
- 34:32Speaker 2: the full details. Do you want wide receivers or running
- 34:34Speaker 2: backs today? Wide receivers? Okay? So your keep three cut
- 34:39Speaker 2: five category is past and present wide receiver tandems. Keep
- 34:47Speaker 2: three cut five okay. Okay, so the first.
- 34:52Speaker 1: Five this is this is the game where tailor and
- 34:55Speaker 1: I have to agree, right, you have to agree. Okay,
- 34:58Speaker 1: So we're keeping three, we're cutting five wide receivers. Mikey
- 35:01Speaker 1: has eight names, Go ahead, okay.
- 35:04Speaker 2: The first tandem up Randy Moss and Justin Jefferson.
- 35:09Speaker 1: Wow, they played together.
- 35:12Speaker 2: No, No, this is past and present, aright, legend.
- 35:17Speaker 1: You said that, you said that. I wasn't listening. I'm sorry. Yes,
- 35:21Speaker 1: because Randy Moss and Chris Carter would have been just fine.
- 35:23Speaker 2: Uh, that's an all time wide receiver tandem.
- 35:27Speaker 1: Yes, you're right. Yeah, it's a different game. Yeah, I
- 35:30Speaker 1: don't know. Like, Randy Moss is the greatest wide receiver
- 35:33Speaker 1: I've seen after Jerry Rice. So I got it. I
- 35:36Speaker 1: have to keep him.
- 35:36Speaker 3: I mean, stud, there's there's no way we could cut
- 35:39Speaker 3: this tandem. We have to keep Justin Jefferson Randy Moss.
- 35:43Speaker 1: Yes, we're keeping them. So we're good. Next one, please,
- 35:46Speaker 1: easy one.
- 35:48Speaker 2: A'man Ross Saint Brown and Calvin Johnson.
- 35:52Speaker 1: Oh Megatron, jesus.
- 35:56Speaker 2: Okay, Stue Taylor just had a look of somebody who
- 35:58Speaker 2: realized how hard this one's gonna be.
- 36:01Speaker 1: Well, it was. We have Randy Moss. I feel good
- 36:03Speaker 1: about that. He's gonna put Jerry Rice in there somewhere. Taylor.
- 36:06Speaker 3: So, but who could Jerry Rice be paired.
- 36:08Speaker 1: With from the forty nine ers. It could be Dwight Clark,
- 36:14Speaker 1: it could be there's a number of guys.
- 36:15Speaker 3: No, it has to be somebody current.
- 36:18Speaker 1: Oh, damn it. I hate this game. It's not gonna
- 36:22Speaker 1: be brand.
- 36:23Speaker 3: They don't really have a strong Yeah, they really don't
- 36:25Speaker 3: have a strong wide receiver.
- 36:27Speaker 1: One debo like what like? So here's the question I'm asked.
- 36:32Speaker 2: He's he's been on the Commanders for a full year.
- 36:35Speaker 1: Oh god, jesus, he what McCaffrey, that's not bad. Name
- 36:46Speaker 1: of name of forty nine. Juwan Jennings would be the guy.
- 36:50Speaker 2: Pretty sure he just signed elsewhere.
- 36:54Speaker 1: You go fund yourself.
- 36:57Speaker 2: Maybe Jerry Rice.
- 36:58Speaker 1: The Niners have a wide receiver.
- 37:00Speaker 2: The question is Brown and Calvin Johnson. That's what you're
- 37:04Speaker 2: that's who your debate.
- 37:06Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, no, no, no no no. Taylor and
- 37:08Speaker 1: I are allowed to talk this out. However we want
- 37:10Speaker 1: to talk it out. We have to talk it out.
- 37:12Speaker 1: Do the Niners currently have what did they just sign
- 37:16Speaker 1: someone big wide receiver?
- 37:19Speaker 3: Mike Evans?
- 37:19Speaker 1: Okay, Mike Evans. Yes, that's why you talk it out, Taylor.
- 37:25Speaker 3: So Stu, I think my mind is saying we keep
- 37:28Speaker 3: Calvin Johnson and keep a mon Ross Saint Brown.
- 37:32Speaker 4: Right, okay, okay, so you have you're keeping the first two? Yeah, okay,
- 37:39Speaker 4: keeping the first two. Yes, I'm gonna tell it's hard.
- 37:41Speaker 4: It's hard for me to cut Megatron. Man, it really is.
- 37:44Speaker 2: I understand. Next duo up Jerry Rice and Ricky Piersall.
- 37:54Speaker 1: Wow, do I want to be saddled with Ricky Piersall?
- 37:57Speaker 1: And I say that lovingly. I know he's been through
- 37:59Speaker 1: some stuff, Okay, lovingly, as if he cares. But man, dude,
- 38:08Speaker 1: so Taylor, this is the greatest wide receiver, perhaps the
- 38:11Speaker 1: greatest football player to ever play the game of football.
- 38:14Speaker 1: Do we want to do? We want to keep them,
- 38:16Speaker 1: but if we keep them, we have to keep Ricky Pearsall.
- 38:20Speaker 3: So I was prepared to keep them if the wide
- 38:22Speaker 3: receiver was Mike Evans, but Ricky Pearsall brings them down
- 38:26Speaker 3: so much that I am I'm okay with cutting this tandem.
- 38:31Speaker 1: Okay, Jerry Rice Italian.
- 38:35Speaker 2: Ends in the bell.
- 38:41Speaker 1: Do you're the gatekeeper?
- 38:48Speaker 2: All right? So you've cut You've cut Jerry Rice and
- 38:53Speaker 2: Ricky Piersoll. You've kept Randy Mass and Justin Jefferson. You've
- 38:56Speaker 2: kept i'man Ross, Saint Brown and Calvin Johnson. Next names
- 39:00Speaker 2: up a couple of Italians, Chado Cho Cinco and Jamar Chase.
- 39:05Speaker 1: Oh shit, you're good at this game.
- 39:08Speaker 2: I am very good at this game.
- 39:12Speaker 3: So, Stu, my thought process here is we save a
- 39:17Speaker 3: spot for Terrell Owens, Ceedee Lamb, or we save a
- 39:23Speaker 3: spot for whoever the rams is and Puka. That's that's
- 39:28Speaker 3: just my thought process off the top of my head.
- 39:31Speaker 1: He could go Michael Irvin for the Cowboys. Mhm, So
- 39:39Speaker 1: you want to cut these guys?
- 39:41Speaker 3: My God is saying, yeah, I.
- 39:46Speaker 1: Mean we just cut Jerry Rice, the Italian.
- 39:50Speaker 2: Pet in a couple of Italians Chad Ocho Cinco and
- 39:53Speaker 2: Jamar Chase.
- 39:59Speaker 1: Jama Jamara. Oh my god, Taylor, you really want to
- 40:15Speaker 1: cut these two? These are two great names, all right.
- 40:17Speaker 1: We got to cut them, all right.
- 40:20Speaker 2: Next names up, Larry Fitzgerald and Marvin Harrison Jr.
- 40:26Speaker 1: Oh cut, this is an easy one.
- 40:29Speaker 3: I'm cutting this.
- 40:31Speaker 1: How many we have left?
- 40:32Speaker 2: You've got three left, You've kept two, You've cut three.
- 40:39Speaker 1: We cut Jerry Rice.
- 40:41Speaker 3: Stu, what if we get Steve Large and Jason.
- 40:45Speaker 1: No, I'm holding out, Hope. I think we played this correctly.
- 40:48Speaker 1: Tell her I'm with you. I'm confident.
- 40:49Speaker 2: Yes, Okay. Next names up, Terrell Owens and A. J. Brown.
- 40:59Speaker 1: Oh wow, wow, Terrell Owens had such a great year.
- 41:04Speaker 1: As an Eagle.
- 41:08Speaker 2: He had like one hundred and seventy yards on a
- 41:10Speaker 2: broken leg in the Super Bowl.
- 41:12Speaker 1: On a break yes in the Super Bowl, right, and
- 41:14Speaker 1: everyone criticized him. I don't know why A. J. Brown
- 41:22Speaker 1: Torell Owens. So once you've Usedterrell Owens, that's it. He
- 41:26Speaker 1: can't come back. Okay, I get it. Maybe there's gonna
- 41:31Speaker 1: be like Michael Irvin's gonna be in there, Taylor at
- 41:35Speaker 1: some point, I would think, and he knows I love
- 41:39Speaker 1: Michael Irvin, right.
- 41:40Speaker 2: You would.
- 41:40Speaker 3: You would have Michael Irvin and cdee Lamb over AJ Brown.
- 41:50Speaker 1: I'd like to go back and take Jamar Riches, Jamarra,
- 41:59Speaker 1: I am good with I'm good with cutting it and
- 42:03Speaker 1: see what's available to us.
- 42:05Speaker 3: You know, okay, we'll cut it.
- 42:06Speaker 2: You're cutting it, okay. So as it stands, you have
- 42:10Speaker 2: kept Randy Moss and Justin Jefferson. You've kept i'm On
- 42:13Speaker 2: Ross Saint Bran and Calvin Johnson. You've cut chat O
- 42:16Speaker 2: Chosinko and Jamara Chase. You've cut Jerry Rice and Ricky Piersoll.
- 42:20Speaker 2: You've cut Larry Fitzgerald and Marvin Harrison Junior. Next names up.
- 42:25Speaker 3: You got something Taylor before I say yes, Stu, I'm
- 42:28Speaker 3: hoping for Wayne Corbett and Garrett Wilson.
- 42:30Speaker 1: Actually, Mike, get him. Wait, so we have two left.
- 42:37Speaker 2: You have two left. You got to keep one and cut.
- 42:39Speaker 1: One, all right, Taylor, we could not take the Jet one.
- 42:42Speaker 1: We have to take it. Like, if this one is
- 42:44Speaker 1: not Jets, we have to take whoever it is, because
- 42:46Speaker 1: the next one might be Jets and I don't want Jets.
- 42:48Speaker 1: And by the way, with the guys that we kept,
- 42:50Speaker 1: the Jets still win a Super Bowl. Go ahead, Mike, ye,
- 42:52Speaker 1: give us the next one.
- 42:53Speaker 2: Next names up Isaac Bruce and Pooka Nakua.
- 42:58Speaker 1: Oh shit, so he's going like that would suggest to
- 43:04Speaker 1: me that the next tandem is going to be great,
- 43:09Speaker 1: because if you were to pass up on these two,
- 43:11Speaker 1: like it's Isaac Bruce is great. Tell you don't need
- 43:16Speaker 1: to look up the numbers. I am telling you Isaac
- 43:17Speaker 1: Bruce was great and Pooka Nakua might be the best
- 43:20Speaker 1: of the NFL.
- 43:21Speaker 3: Right now, I think we keep this because I think
- 43:25Speaker 3: we're gonna get Keishawn Johnson, Karen Wilson next.
- 43:29Speaker 1: Okay, I almost made the Pooka coup a joke, but
- 43:33Speaker 1: it's a un.
- 43:37Speaker 6: But Bruce, Bruce, this is the game I want to play.
- 43:55Speaker 1: I'm going to keep those that. I mean, I think
- 43:57Speaker 1: we have to keep them, right.
- 43:59Speaker 3: I don't mind. I think Pooka Nakoa is trending towards
- 44:02Speaker 3: being one of the best receivers ever.
- 44:03Speaker 2: Okay, So you've kept Randy Moss and Justin Jefferson. You've
- 44:07Speaker 2: kept on On Ross, Saint Brown and Calvin Johnson. You've

- 44:34Speaker 1: I I I might.
- 44:38Speaker 2: Argue one or two, but I don't hate what you
- 44:40Speaker 2: guys did.
- 44:42Speaker 1: No, I think we played it right.
- 44:44Speaker 2: Yeah, you had to keep Isaac, Bruce and pookin the
- 44:47Speaker 2: CoA with those jets hanging out there. I get it.
- 44:49Speaker 2: I get it because I would have done it.
- 44:51Speaker 1: I could have done you should have done its it's
- 45:00Speaker 1: in a perfect game.
- 45:04Speaker 2: Listen. Sometimes you gotta you gotta let them see the
- 45:07Speaker 2: run play over and over so that you can hit
- 45:10Speaker 2: them with the play action deep later. Okay, if I
- 45:13Speaker 2: keep doing the play action, you're not gonna play the run.
- 45:16Speaker 2: I gotta give it to you every once in a
- 45:17Speaker 2: while so that you don't know at the end.
- 45:20Speaker 1: No, all right, but you had twenty six up, twenty
- 45:23Speaker 1: six down. You were cruising towards a perfect game, and
- 45:26Speaker 1: then you're about to play.
- 45:29Speaker 2: It's about the playoffs, man.
- 45:32Speaker 1: Today. Come close to getting that guy's.
- 45:34Speaker 2: Name right, Armando Galarraga?
