Tom Garfinkel is stepping down as CEO of the Miami Dolphins after 13 years, transitioning to vice chairman and managing partner of the Miami Grand Prix — while still deeply involved in the organization’s future. Daniel Sillman, married to owner Stephen Ross’s daughter, takes over football operations, reporting directly to the new leadership trio.
