- 0:52Speaker 1: computer by subscribing wherever you get your podcasts. It's the
- 0:56Speaker 1: greatest thing since the Lost Hans and Free Movie podcast.
- 1:02Speaker 1: So this might not excite you if you are much
- 1:05Speaker 1: younger than I am, But there used to be a
- 1:07Speaker 1: recurring sketch on Saturday Night Live featuring Hans and Franz,
- 1:12Speaker 1: a pair of muscle bound Austrian bodybuilders in gray sweatsuits
- 1:17Speaker 1: who were a spoof of Arnold Schwarzenegger. Here's a little
- 1:20Speaker 1: clip from SNL.
- 1:22Speaker 2: Good evening and welcome to Pumping Up with Hans and Franz,
- 1:26Speaker 2: the informative training program for the serious weightlifter.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Hello, let us begin by introducing ourselves.
- 1:33Speaker 4: I'm Han A Domes Franz, and we want to pomp
- 1:37Speaker 4: you are.
- 1:40Speaker 5: A little bit about ourselves.
- 1:41Speaker 4: We come to the States from a small village of
- 1:43Speaker 4: aylift as in Austria.
- 1:45Speaker 6: Yeah, we hope to following our cousins footsteps. The greatest
- 1:48Speaker 6: bodybuild in the history of the world.
- 1:50Speaker 3: Maybe you've heard of him, Honestashga.
- 1:54Speaker 1: Well, as it turns out, a Hans and Franz movie
- 1:57Speaker 1: was in the works in the nineteen nineties but never
- 1:59Speaker 1: got made. Now, roughly thirty years later, we get to
- 2:02Speaker 1: enjoy it in podcast form. Dana Carvey and Kevin Nealan,
- 2:07Speaker 1: who played Hans and Franz, have teamed up with Conan
- 2:10Speaker 1: O'Brien and others to read the movie script in a
- 2:13Speaker 1: four part podcast. I listened to part one and laughed
- 2:17Speaker 1: out loud on several occasions. Two episodes have been posted
- 2:21Speaker 1: so far, and you can find them on the Conan
- 2:24Speaker 1: O'Brien needs a Friend podcast. I predict that the Lost
- 2:29Speaker 1: Hans and Franz movie podcast will pomp you up. Now
- 2:36Speaker 1: let's get to football. We've got a fun topic to
- 2:39Speaker 1: start this week's podcast, as five Cincinnati sports legends discussed
- 2:43Speaker 1: Joe Burrow, including two Hall of Famers, a World Series
- 2:46Speaker 1: record holder, one of the best college basketball players in
- 2:49Speaker 1: Cincinnati history, and a three time Pro bowler who helped
- 2:53Speaker 1: change the NFL up first, twelve time Major League All Star,
- 2:57Speaker 1: nineteen ninety five MVP, and Hall of Fame shortstop Barry Larkin.
- 3:04Speaker 3: Barry Larkin? What do you respect about Joe Burrow?
- 3:06Speaker 7: Everything?
- 3:07Speaker 8: Swag, calm, under pressure, leadership, the way he's brought the
- 3:13Speaker 8: city together, the fact that he is philanthropic, He's giving
- 3:19Speaker 8: of his time, He's using his platform for positive everything.
- 3:25Speaker 1: He's three years in. Do you have a favorite game
- 3:27Speaker 1: or moment yet?
- 3:29Speaker 8: I just, you know, I don't know if there's a game,
- 3:32Speaker 8: you know. I watch all the games. I just love
- 3:36Speaker 8: I love the turnaround that the organization has made. I
- 3:38Speaker 8: love I've always been a Bengals fan. I've always represented
- 3:42Speaker 8: the Colors down in Florida, and a couple of years ago,
- 3:47Speaker 8: it was not so pretty the response. Now there's a
- 3:50Speaker 8: lot of hooday and going on down there, and you know,
- 3:53Speaker 8: I just love I mean the Kansas City game. I
- 3:55Speaker 8: love the fact that they beat Kenas City in the playoffs.
- 3:59Speaker 8: As I said, I just love everything. It's not just him. Obviously,
- 4:02Speaker 8: he's got a great group around with DeMar Chase is
- 4:04Speaker 8: a monster.
- 4:05Speaker 7: T Higgins, so you know all those guys.
- 4:08Speaker 1: How do you feel about the way he carries himself
- 4:09Speaker 1: off the field.
- 4:10Speaker 7: I think that's the biggest thing. You know, it's one
- 4:13Speaker 7: of respect.
- 4:14Speaker 8: And I think you know, Pete Rose told me when
- 4:17Speaker 8: I came to Cincinnati just start playing as a young man.
- 4:19Speaker 8: He said, you know, you got to respect the fact
- 4:22Speaker 8: you're from Cincinnati and respect Cincinnati.
- 4:25Speaker 7: I think he respects Cincinnati.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Final question for Barry Larkin. He's twenty six, he's about
- 4:30Speaker 1: to get a huge contract. Any advice for him at
- 4:32Speaker 1: this stage of his life and career.
- 4:35Speaker 8: Just keep doing what you're doing, you know, I no, no,
- 4:38Speaker 8: it seems like he's on top of everything. You know,
- 4:41Speaker 8: just stay humble and continue to do what he's doing.
- 4:45Speaker 1: We go from one Hall of Famer to another. An
- 4:47Speaker 1: eleven time pro bowler who is widely considered to be
- 4:50Speaker 1: the greatest offensive lineman of all time. Anthony Munos, Anthony,
- 4:57Speaker 1: what do you respect and admire about Joe Burrow?
- 5:00Speaker 9: Well, as I watch him, his leadership, and I guess
- 5:03Speaker 9: I've shared with my two grandsons, who are very involved
- 5:06Speaker 9: in athletics, I said.
- 5:07Speaker 3: Watch Joe.
- 5:08Speaker 9: I said, watch him, not because of what he does
- 5:10Speaker 9: throwing the ball or run, but watch how he handles
- 5:12Speaker 9: success and adversity. He doesn't get too high, doesn't get
- 5:16Speaker 9: too low. And that's what I love when a leader,
- 5:18Speaker 9: a guy that you can you know that guys are
- 5:19Speaker 9: going to go and just give it everything they have
- 5:22Speaker 9: for him, and it's obvious just watching them. But I
- 5:24Speaker 9: love the way, you know he might throw, you know,
- 5:26Speaker 9: a pick, it comes right back, drives of adards, touchdown
- 5:28Speaker 9: like nothing ever happened prior to that, and you can
- 5:31Speaker 9: tell the guys just absolutely love them, you know, playing
- 5:33Speaker 9: for him, and so his leadership. Not to mention you know,
- 5:37Speaker 9: how he extends and makes plays. But I think the
- 5:39Speaker 9: main thing is I watch now with guys and how
- 5:41Speaker 9: they interact with coaches and players, and I watch that
- 5:44Speaker 9: very closely, and again not being within the four walls
- 5:48Speaker 9: all the time, but watching them during the game and
- 5:50Speaker 9: how they interact, I'm very very impressed.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Does he remind you of anyone you played against.
- 5:56Speaker 3: Or win somewhat Boomer?
- 5:59Speaker 9: I think Boomer might have been a little more animated,
- 6:03Speaker 9: But you know, having played nine years with Boomer, I
- 6:06Speaker 9: love playing for Boomer.
- 6:07Speaker 7: I would play for him now.
- 6:08Speaker 9: If we would put flag football team to guy, probably snaps,
- 6:11Speaker 9: I wouldn't have to move. But no, I think he
- 6:14Speaker 9: has a little bit of that. Again, I think Boomer
- 6:16Speaker 9: had a little more kind of I don't know, flare
- 6:19Speaker 9: to him, but definitely a great leader.
- 6:23Speaker 6: The knowledge of the game.
- 6:24Speaker 9: You can tell Joe is very knowledgeable as rookie, and
- 6:27Speaker 9: Boomer was that way.
- 6:28Speaker 7: So I'd have to say that, do.
- 6:30Speaker 1: You have a favorite moment from his first three years?
- 6:34Speaker 9: I guess the one I've had fun with is when
- 6:39Speaker 9: he was just about ready to go out of bounds
- 6:41Speaker 9: and through the touchdown pass.
- 6:43Speaker 7: And and I have fun.
- 6:44Speaker 9: With that because people say, well, do you think Boomer
- 6:46Speaker 9: could have done that? I said, well, Boomer really never
- 6:48Speaker 9: had to scramble and have to do that going out
- 6:50Speaker 9: of bounds.
- 6:50Speaker 7: He would just say that and people laughing. Boy, But
- 6:53Speaker 7: that was.
- 6:53Speaker 9: Probably the I mean the awareness of where he was
- 6:57Speaker 9: and the accuracy that he threw the ball with. I
- 6:59Speaker 9: guess that would be the one play that I was
- 7:01Speaker 9: still Oh my, what.
- 7:03Speaker 1: Do you think of the off the field Joe Burrow?
- 7:05Speaker 1: The way he carries himself, the wardrobe anything, you know.
- 7:10Speaker 9: It's uh. I laughed because I think I had a
- 7:12Speaker 9: couple of those type of suits when I was going.
- 7:15Speaker 9: I mean, you know, young guy, it's a new generation,
- 7:18Speaker 9: you know, and to me, it's not my cup of tea.
- 7:22Speaker 9: But you know, hey, it works for him and he
- 7:24Speaker 9: looks good in it, so you know, I remember we
- 7:27Speaker 9: had to get a suit. It was a navy suit
- 7:29Speaker 9: and khaki pan for the lineman. It wasn't you know,
- 7:32Speaker 9: the Ricky Dixon three piece and hat. But no, I
- 7:36Speaker 9: have no problem with I think it's pretty cool that.
- 7:37Speaker 7: He does that.
- 7:38Speaker 3: Final question for Anthony Mullios.
- 7:40Speaker 1: He's about to get a big contract extension, a life
- 7:44Speaker 1: changing contract extension. Any advice for him at age twenty
- 7:48Speaker 1: six as he enters this phase of his life.
- 7:50Speaker 9: Yeah, if he needs someone to drive him around, I'd
- 7:52Speaker 9: be willing to caddy for him. You know, I'd light
- 7:55Speaker 9: his cigars and hold him as he putts out, you know,
- 7:59Speaker 9: and I think, look that he's got you know, parents
- 8:01Speaker 9: that seem to be, you know, very solid, so I
- 8:04Speaker 9: think that's a key. And the very close to the family,
- 8:07Speaker 9: so you know, not that he has everything together, because
- 8:11Speaker 9: none of them, nobody has everything together, but I think
- 8:13Speaker 9: he's sitting in a good situation to take care of
- 8:15Speaker 9: what he's soon going to be getting here from from
- 8:18Speaker 9: the Bengals organization. So you know, just a family and uh,
- 8:23Speaker 9: you know, make sure you stay tight with that and
- 8:25Speaker 9: uh and don't do anything crazy, in which I doubt
- 8:28Speaker 9: that he'll do.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Our next Cincinnati Sports great spent twelve years in Major
- 8:33Speaker 1: League Baseball, including three seasons in Cincinnati, and him an
- 8:37Speaker 1: Iteen ninety World Series. He set a record by having
- 8:39Speaker 1: hits in seven straight at bats. Outfielder Billy Hatcher. Billy Hatcher,
- 8:46Speaker 1: what do you respect and admire about Joe Burrow.
- 8:49Speaker 10: I mean, he's a winner, he's a leader.
- 8:52Speaker 11: Uh, Cincinnati's been looking for someone like that for a
- 8:55Speaker 11: long long time.
- 8:56Speaker 10: And you know, plus he's a good person.
- 8:58Speaker 11: I mean, you know, he uh, he represents the state
- 9:02Speaker 11: of Ohio and the city of Cincinnati. He represents us
- 9:05Speaker 11: very very well. Just keep on going and hey, we
- 9:08Speaker 11: want to see us back in the super Bowl.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Do you have a favorite Burrow moment game, anything that
- 9:13Speaker 1: stands out?
- 9:14Speaker 3: No.
- 9:14Speaker 11: I just like to watch him play. I mean he
- 9:16Speaker 11: plays with so much heart. I mean, you see even
- 9:19Speaker 11: when the team is going bad, you know, he always
- 9:22Speaker 11: finds a way to lift him up. And when they're down,
- 9:25Speaker 11: he finds a way to make it interesting.
- 9:27Speaker 10: And when they're winning, he knows how to finish it off.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Is there anybody from your sport that he reminds you
- 9:34Speaker 1: of in any way?
- 9:35Speaker 11: It's very It's very hard to say because as a quarterback,
- 9:39Speaker 11: you can control a lot of things. You know, pretty
- 9:42Speaker 11: much only in baseball the one person that can control
- 9:45Speaker 11: something is pretty much the picture. So you know, I
- 9:49Speaker 11: would say he's like with me, He's like a Nolan Ryan,
- 9:52Speaker 11: and Nolan Ryan, when you needed him the most, he
- 9:54Speaker 11: was always there.
- 9:56Speaker 1: What do you think of Joe Burrow off the field?
- 9:59Speaker 10: He's not in the paper for anything negative.
- 10:01Speaker 11: You know, when you're a superstar, when you're a Joe Burrows,
- 10:04Speaker 11: a person like him, you know you always have something
- 10:07Speaker 11: that they've done. But this guy, I mean, you never
- 10:09Speaker 11: hear anything the only thing you hear about him is
- 10:11Speaker 11: good things, and that's a good thing about it.
- 10:14Speaker 1: He's twenty six, he's three years into his career. He's
- 10:17Speaker 1: about to become very, very wealthy. Any advice for him
- 10:20Speaker 1: going forward at this stage of his life and his career.
- 10:23Speaker 10: Don't change. He got you this for it. You're good people.
- 10:26Speaker 10: You're a good person, You're a good leader.
- 10:28Speaker 11: The city of Cincinnati loves you, and I know you
- 10:31Speaker 11: love Cincinnati.
- 10:32Speaker 10: I know you love Ohio. Just keep being Joe.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Up next, the College Football Hall of Famer who is
- 10:38Speaker 1: drafted by the Bengals in nineteen eighty six and helped
- 10:41Speaker 1: change the game by playing safety with a linebacker's physique.
- 10:46Speaker 1: Three time Pro Bowler David Fulcher, David, what do you
- 10:50Speaker 1: respect about Joe Burrow?
- 10:53Speaker 7: Everything?
- 10:54Speaker 12: And I know that's pretty big, big wide, but what
- 10:57Speaker 12: I respect about this kid is just the novel edge
- 11:00Speaker 12: of not just playing football, but the knowledge of a
- 11:04Speaker 12: human being. He brings something to Cincinnati that we've been
- 11:09Speaker 12: missing for a very very long time. And I played
- 11:11Speaker 12: with Kenny, one year with Kenny and then my career
- 11:14Speaker 12: with Boomer. Just the presence of him being there, he's
- 11:19Speaker 12: to me, he's an offensive coordinator on the football field.
- 11:24Speaker 12: He's a quarterback, we all know that, but he's an
- 11:26Speaker 12: oc of doing great things and he's a great man
- 11:30Speaker 12: for the city of Cincinnati, and he just puts a
- 11:33Speaker 12: lot out there that if I was if I had
- 11:37Speaker 12: a kid that was growing up and wanted to be
- 11:39Speaker 12: like their daddy David, I would want them to be.
- 11:41Speaker 7: Like Joe Burrow.
- 11:42Speaker 1: About the highest praise you can give somebody. Does he
- 11:44Speaker 1: remind you of anybody you played with or against?
- 11:48Speaker 7: He's out there with a bunch of people.
- 11:50Speaker 12: Man, you know, the savvy of Tom Brady, the no
- 11:54Speaker 12: how and the will to get it done in Joe Montana,
- 11:59Speaker 12: the guts and the grid of Jim McMahon, and the
- 12:05Speaker 12: hurry up and do what I tell you to do
- 12:07Speaker 12: and Boomera sizing.
- 12:09Speaker 1: A laundry list of great guys. Do you have a
- 12:12Speaker 1: favorite moment from his first three years?
- 12:15Speaker 7: Wow?
- 12:16Speaker 12: I know this may sound crazy. It's a favorite moment
- 12:20Speaker 12: of him getting hurt and watching him on that stretcher
- 12:27Speaker 12: being taken off and he put the finger up and
- 12:30Speaker 12: the thumbs up and said I'll.
- 12:31Speaker 5: Be back.
- 12:33Speaker 12: That and just every time he sees the feeld. You know,
- 12:37Speaker 12: I think one of them was a good one where
- 12:39Speaker 12: I think it. I don't know if it was against
- 12:41Speaker 12: the Raiders in the playoffs, so maybe it was Kansas
- 12:43Speaker 12: City where he was. He was scrambling, did all these
- 12:46Speaker 12: kind of circles and rolled out to the right, ran
- 12:49Speaker 12: for the first down and got up with the ball
- 12:51Speaker 12: in his hand and flipped it a little bit.
- 12:53Speaker 7: You know.
- 12:53Speaker 12: Most people call that cocky. I called it confidence. And
- 12:57Speaker 12: the kids remarkable. What do you think of they? He
- 13:00Speaker 12: carries himself off the field.
- 13:03Speaker 7: This is where I when I say a twenty five
- 13:05Speaker 7: year old.
- 13:06Speaker 12: If that's his age, twenty six now, twenty six now,
- 13:09Speaker 12: the twenty six year old handles pressure like the forty
- 13:15Speaker 12: five year old guy and Tom Brady. Off the field,
- 13:19Speaker 12: he's very he's quiet. I don't know if he really
- 13:23Speaker 12: likes to be interviewed. And I kind of watch him sometime.
- 13:26Speaker 12: He looks like he's shy, but he's about business. When
- 13:30Speaker 12: he goes to work with the Bengals, he goes to work.
- 13:33Speaker 12: When work is over, he goes home and it's he's
- 13:36Speaker 12: relaxing now and not too many twenty six year olds
- 13:40Speaker 12: think that way.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Last thing for the great David Fulcher, he's about to
- 13:43Speaker 1: get paid. It's going to be a fifty million dollar
- 13:46Speaker 1: a year man. Any advice for him at age twenty
- 13:49Speaker 1: six about to land a deal like.
- 13:51Speaker 12: That, Well, you know, I think he's smart enough, and
- 13:53Speaker 12: he's got a great family background and good backing and
- 13:56Speaker 12: good support of people around him. Yeah, it's a lot
- 13:59Speaker 12: of money. I've actually kind of been around and listened
- 14:03Speaker 12: to him and maybe talked to him. I don't think
- 14:05Speaker 12: he's really concerned about the money. I think he's more
- 14:07Speaker 12: concerned about the weapons that he's got around him. So
- 14:11Speaker 12: distribute that money to them weapons. Give me a little bit,
- 14:13Speaker 12: even though I know the NFLPA won't allow him to
- 14:16Speaker 12: take less. But I don't think it's going to change
- 14:20Speaker 12: his mind. I think he's still going to play because
- 14:21Speaker 12: he wants to win championship. So whether it's fifty million
- 14:24Speaker 12: or thirty million, he's still gonna get the job done.
- 14:28Speaker 1: Our fifth and final Cincinnati Sports Legend a weigh in
- 14:30Speaker 1: on Joe Burrow is one of the area's all time
- 14:33Speaker 1: best college basketball players, the all time leading scorer at Xavier,
- 14:37Speaker 1: where his number twenty three is retired Byron Larkin. Byron Larkin,
- 14:44Speaker 1: what do you respect about Joe.
- 14:45Speaker 13: Burrow won, his obvious talent, his winning attitude, what he
- 14:52Speaker 13: has brought back to the city. You know, we've had
- 14:55Speaker 13: number you know, first round draft choices obviously every year,
- 14:59Speaker 13: but he has seemed to be able to galvanize the
- 15:03Speaker 13: city because I mean, he's one of the best players
- 15:06Speaker 13: in the game, and it's just wonderful to see. I
- 15:10Speaker 13: love his humility, he doesn't seem to be all about him,
- 15:16Speaker 13: and I just you know, I love his talent, I
- 15:18Speaker 13: love his attitude.
- 15:20Speaker 1: Does he remind you of anybody from your sport?
- 15:24Speaker 7: You know?
- 15:24Speaker 13: You know, Lebron James is obviously a super talented guy
- 15:28Speaker 13: and seems to be very humble and very sharing with
- 15:31Speaker 13: his gifts and his you know, ability to be active
- 15:36Speaker 13: in the community. You know, I see Joe as kind
- 15:41Speaker 13: of that kind of guy off the court. Now it
- 15:44Speaker 13: remains to be seen if he's one of the best
- 15:47Speaker 13: to ever put on a uniform, but boy, he certainly
- 15:50Speaker 13: has a great start, no doubt, and it's wonderful that
- 15:53Speaker 13: what he's brought to the city and winning, you know,
- 15:56Speaker 13: winning is the best and is the best thing, and
- 16:00Speaker 13: he's been the core of that for the Bengals, and
- 16:05Speaker 13: it's just united the city and it's just great.
- 16:07Speaker 1: Do you have a favorite game or moment so far?
- 16:10Speaker 13: There will be multiple moments. I like when the chips
- 16:14Speaker 13: are down, you know, it's the last two minutes, they
- 16:17Speaker 13: need to score. Everybody knows what he's gonna do, yet
- 16:21Speaker 13: he's still able to do it. You know, multiple games,
- 16:24Speaker 13: you know, was it Kansas City last couple of years
- 16:27Speaker 13: of the Kansas City playoff game? It just multiple situations.
- 16:32Speaker 13: Being able to rise to the top in the biggest situations.
- 16:37Speaker 13: It's truly the mark of a great player. And I
- 16:39Speaker 13: think that's what he is.
- 16:40Speaker 1: What do you think of off the field Joe Burrow, Well.
- 16:43Speaker 13: I don't know much about that. I just know he's
- 16:45Speaker 13: from Athens, Ohio. I heard he was a really great
- 16:47Speaker 13: basketball player in high school, like most athletes, but I
- 16:53Speaker 13: liked his humility. He seems to be a guy not
- 16:58Speaker 13: all about him. That he's very fortunate and he wants
- 17:02Speaker 13: to share his influence and gifts with the people around him,
- 17:06Speaker 13: and those are the great kind of people that you
- 17:08Speaker 13: want to look up to.
- 17:09Speaker 1: He's twenty six, it's about to get paid. Any advice
- 17:13Speaker 1: for Joe Burrow.
- 17:14Speaker 13: Just be humble man, don't let you know don't don't
- 17:18Speaker 13: make the money man.
- 17:19Speaker 7: Don't let the money make him.
- 17:20Speaker 13: Man make the money man.
- 17:22Speaker 14: Just don't get out.
- 17:22Speaker 7: Of his lane.
- 17:24Speaker 13: And just you know, just just have some sense about him,
- 17:27Speaker 13: you know, just because you see a lot of times
- 17:29Speaker 13: and people get paid, I mean getting paid. It's just
- 17:32Speaker 13: a different deal now, three four hundred million dollar contracts.
- 17:36Speaker 13: It's it's hard to blow that kind of money. But
- 17:40Speaker 13: I think if Joe is how he seems, family around him,
- 17:45Speaker 13: good common sense, just keep his wits about him, I
- 17:49Speaker 13: think he'll be fine.
- 17:49Speaker 7: Obviously.

- 18:18Speaker 1: Cjuzaba had forty nine catches for four hundred ninety three yards.
- 18:23Speaker 1: Last year, hayden Hurst had very similar stats with fifty
- 18:26Speaker 1: two catches for four fourteen. The Bengals are hoping that
- 18:31Speaker 1: free agent IRV Smith Junior can provide similar production, but
- 18:35Speaker 1: he's not the only tight end on the roster. Drew
- 18:38Speaker 1: Sample is back for a fifth season in Cincinnati, as
- 18:41Speaker 1: he signed a one year contract after missing nearly all
- 18:44Speaker 1: of last year with a knee injury. And while Drew
- 18:47Speaker 1: is known primarily for his blocking, he did have forty
- 18:51Speaker 1: catches back in twenty twenty. I caught up with him
- 18:54Speaker 1: in the Bengals locker room. Let's start physically, How are.
- 18:59Speaker 6: You feeling good?
- 19:00Speaker 15: Yeah, I think I'm about seven or so months obviously
- 19:03Speaker 15: from the knee that happened Game two, but I'm pretty
- 19:07Speaker 15: much doing everything now. It's just you know, being smart
- 19:09Speaker 15: and making sure I'm you know, staying on track to
- 19:11Speaker 15: where I've been.
- 19:12Speaker 1: I probably created some uncertainty in your own mind for
- 19:16Speaker 1: where you were going to be, what was going to
- 19:17Speaker 1: happen going forward. How How do you feel about the
- 19:19Speaker 1: way things worked out?
- 19:20Speaker 15: Yeah, I'm obviously super glad to be back. You know,
- 19:23Speaker 15: it's been my home in the last four years. You know,
- 19:25Speaker 15: familiar with the team, the staff, and you know, to
- 19:28Speaker 15: go through what we went through, you know for my
- 19:30Speaker 15: first year, you know, to getting Joe to Super Bowl
- 19:32Speaker 15: AFC all that. You know, I felt like there was
- 19:35Speaker 15: definitely you know, unfinished business, and I feel like the
- 19:37Speaker 15: team is, you know, as it has been the last
- 19:39Speaker 15: two years, trending in the direction, and so you know,
- 19:42Speaker 15: obviously I was I was very happy to be back.
- 19:44Speaker 1: I thought you were off to a good start last year.
- 19:46Speaker 1: Did you feel that way and did that make it
- 19:48Speaker 1: that much more difficult to have to miss the bulk
- 19:50Speaker 1: of the season.
- 19:51Speaker 14: Yeah, I felt like I was in a good spot
- 19:52Speaker 14: last year.
- 19:53Speaker 15: You know, I had a good camp, you know, didn't
- 19:55Speaker 15: do any preseason, and so then you know, coming to
- 19:57Speaker 15: Stewers game, I felt like I was getting my you know,
- 20:00Speaker 15: getting back into the rim of things. And then, like
- 20:02Speaker 15: you said, the Dallas game, was felt good you know
- 20:04Speaker 15: at the start, and then obviously, you know, injuries happen. Unfortunately,
- 20:07Speaker 15: that's part of the game. So then you know, just
- 20:10Speaker 15: attacked rehab. No one else be back for this season somewhere,
- 20:13Speaker 15: and so I'm just glad to be back here and
- 20:15Speaker 15: and back you know kind of doing you know, getting
- 20:18Speaker 15: healthy and doing everything I need to be doing.
- 20:20Speaker 1: So in the weeks leading up to the draft, Zach
- 20:23Speaker 1: Taylor and Duke Tobin said, we feel really good about
- 20:26Speaker 1: our tight end group. We love having Irv Smith here,
- 20:28Speaker 1: we like having Drew Sample back.
- 20:31Speaker 3: And then in the.
- 20:31Speaker 1: Draft they did not select any tight ends. Was that
- 20:34Speaker 1: an even bigger sign than hearing those words that the
- 20:37Speaker 1: Bengals have faith and trust in you guys?
- 20:40Speaker 15: Yeah, I mean you look at the draft and you
- 20:42Speaker 15: know they're you know, they've been really good at that
- 20:45Speaker 15: and you know, I let them do their things, so
- 20:47Speaker 15: you know, that's obviously great to hear.
- 20:48Speaker 14: But you know, we're always, you know, open.
- 20:50Speaker 15: Trying to make this team as good as possible, so
- 20:52Speaker 15: that you know, if there's a tight end Billable that
- 20:54Speaker 15: they thought could make our team better than you know,
- 20:55Speaker 15: I'm all for that. So but no, I mean, I
- 20:58Speaker 15: think we have a good room. I think we got
- 20:59Speaker 15: guys with good experience and obviously James you know, being
- 21:02Speaker 15: our coach like he's you know, he's been a fantastic coach,
- 21:05Speaker 15: and you know, we have a really good feel in
- 21:07Speaker 15: this offense for the things that we need to do
- 21:09Speaker 15: to you know, be successful as an offense and as
- 21:11Speaker 15: a team. So you know, I feel I feel like
- 21:13Speaker 15: we're in a good spot for that.
- 21:15Speaker 1: Did you know much about IRV before he joined the team.
- 21:18Speaker 14: Yeah, I'd met him a couple of times. I think
- 21:20Speaker 14: Nashville tighten.
- 21:21Speaker 15: You you know, obviously we're from the same draft class,
- 21:24Speaker 15: so I had seen him here and there. You know,
- 21:27Speaker 15: I can't remember if we had talked or not, but
- 21:28Speaker 15: he's an awesome dude. Just being next to him right now,
- 21:30Speaker 15: you know, I'm excited for him to, you know, get
- 21:33Speaker 15: with Joe, get with the team, get with the offense,
- 21:34Speaker 15: because I think our team is a special team, just
- 21:37Speaker 15: the camaraderie we have and you know, such a great
- 21:39Speaker 15: locker room.
- 21:39Speaker 14: So I'm excited to have him be a part of that.
- 21:41Speaker 1: What is it about James Casey that helps develop tight
- 21:45Speaker 1: ends to take that next step?
- 21:46Speaker 15: I just think his experience of you know, having done
- 21:49Speaker 15: it at a high level, you know, in the NFL.
- 21:52Speaker 15: I think he just has a better understanding, you know,
- 21:56Speaker 15: of the game and of the tight end position. And
- 21:58Speaker 15: I think, you know, it's great for us, us because
- 22:00Speaker 15: he doesn't ask us to do anything that you know,
- 22:02Speaker 15: he's really never done himself. So you know that that
- 22:04Speaker 15: gives you a lot of confidence, you know, if he
- 22:06Speaker 15: does ask you to you know, you know, we have
- 22:07Speaker 15: to do a lot of things in the in the
- 22:09Speaker 15: past game run game, you know, pass pro stuff like that.
- 22:11Speaker 15: And so he, you know, he's been around a lot
- 22:13Speaker 15: of good players, whether that's you know, receivers, tight ends,
- 22:16Speaker 15: o lineman, and so he just has a he has
- 22:18Speaker 15: a really good knowledge of the game. And on top
- 22:20Speaker 15: of that, you know, he's you know, he studies film
- 22:22Speaker 15: like no one else.
- 22:23Speaker 14: He helps us with cutups.
- 22:24Speaker 15: He you know, really tries to give us a full understanding,
- 22:27Speaker 15: you know, of our offense, of defenses and things like that.
- 22:29Speaker 15: So I feel like that's been you know, such a
- 22:31Speaker 15: great you know, person to have in our room because
- 22:34Speaker 15: he really is. It really helps with everything and it helps,
- 22:36Speaker 15: you know, the game slow down, and it helps you
- 22:39Speaker 15: just allows us as tight ends just to go out
- 22:40Speaker 15: and play fast.
- 22:41Speaker 3: Good to catch up.
- 22:42Speaker 1: Best of luck, kind of healthy and productive season.
- 22:44Speaker 14: Yeah, thank you, I appreciate it.

- 23:03Speaker 1: ten minutes or so, I'm about to give you the
- 23:05Speaker 1: answers to a good trivia question. Name the six players
- 23:09Speaker 1: on the Bengals current roster who have earned Super Bowl Rings.
- 23:14Speaker 1: Here's how I'm going to do it. I thought it
- 23:16Speaker 1: would be fun to talk to each of them about
- 23:18Speaker 1: their rings, so we'll go in chronological order. Up first
- 23:24Speaker 1: quarterback Trevor Simeon. He was a rookie with Denver in
- 23:27Speaker 1: twenty fifteen when the Broncos beat the Panthers in Super
- 23:30Speaker 1: Bowl fifty, appearing in one regular season game that year.
- 23:36Speaker 1: Do you remember your emotions when you received it?
- 23:39Speaker 5: I do, very special moment.
- 23:41Speaker 2: You know, you remember all the teams you're on, but
- 23:43Speaker 2: certainly there's something a little different about everybody in the
- 23:46Speaker 2: same room. I think we opened up like a shiny
- 23:48Speaker 2: box and you get this big ring. Very cool moment
- 23:52Speaker 2: shared it with you know, teammates all have a special
- 23:55Speaker 2: bond with for the rest of my life.
- 23:57Speaker 1: Do you break it out for any occasions?
- 24:00Speaker 2: It's currently in a safety deposit box in Minnesota. I
- 24:04Speaker 2: think my father in law put it there, so no,
- 24:07Speaker 2: I don't wear it much like out.
- 24:08Speaker 5: To the bar or anything.
- 24:11Speaker 2: I need to get it though, and bring it out
- 24:13Speaker 2: one or two times shortly here.
- 24:15Speaker 5: I think it'd be good.
- 24:16Speaker 3: They're so big they're hard to wear.
- 24:18Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, not subtle, So I don't, you know, I don't.
- 24:21Speaker 2: I don't know where exactly i'd wear it, and maybe
- 24:23Speaker 2: not out to dinner with my wife or anything. But
- 24:25Speaker 2: uh yeah, I'm sure there's there's some good occasions. I
- 24:28Speaker 2: gotta I gotta break it out.
- 24:29Speaker 5: Though.
- 24:29Speaker 1: They try to give these rings some sort of unique
- 24:32Speaker 1: feature that means something to the players and coaches. There
- 24:34Speaker 1: is there anything about that Broncos ring that they added
- 24:37Speaker 1: to it as saying or some element of the design
- 24:40Speaker 1: that's especially meaningful.
- 24:41Speaker 2: Yeah, I think on ours we had the you know,
- 24:44Speaker 2: this one's for Pat, a late Pat bowling, which was
- 24:47Speaker 2: pretty cool. I thought, so, yeah, that was our special thing.
- 24:50Speaker 2: But shoot, it's been it's been so long since I've
- 24:52Speaker 2: seen it or brought it out. I don't know much
- 24:54Speaker 2: other than that about it.
- 24:55Speaker 1: Yes, it's your most prized possession, most.
- 24:58Speaker 5: Prime prize possession.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Ah, No, something else come to mind.
- 25:06Speaker 2: It's up there. If my wife's listening to this, it's
- 25:10Speaker 2: my wedding ring.
- 25:13Speaker 3: Mississimeian.
- 25:14Speaker 1: I hope you approve of that answer.
- 25:16Speaker 14: Yeah, that's right.
- 25:18Speaker 1: The following year, Ted Karris earned the first of two
- 25:21Speaker 1: Super Bowl rings with the Patriots. He was on the
- 25:23Speaker 1: twenty sixteen team that rallied from a twenty eight to
- 25:26Speaker 1: three deficit to beat Atlanta and earned another ring two
- 25:30Speaker 1: years later win New England beat the Rams. Ted, you
- 25:34Speaker 1: remember the feeling when you got the first one?
- 25:37Speaker 6: I do you feel like a king of the world.
- 25:40Speaker 16: You know, that first year was kind of along for
- 25:42Speaker 16: the ride, but I had a couple of starts in
- 25:44Speaker 16: New England. But then the one, the second one we won,
- 25:47Speaker 16: you know, really contributed to that team, felt more of
- 25:49Speaker 16: a part of it. But it's an unbelievable feeling to
- 25:51Speaker 16: the culmination of so much hard work. To be a
- 25:54Speaker 16: champion is a rare feeling, and we need to get
- 25:56Speaker 16: an orange one.
- 25:57Speaker 1: How often do you break them out and what type
- 26:01Speaker 1: of occasions would you pull your Super Bowl rings out for?
- 26:04Speaker 16: I'll break them out upon request or usually when I
- 26:07Speaker 16: go to a school, if I'm talking to a school
- 26:09Speaker 16: or a group of kids, or any type of you know,
- 26:13Speaker 16: charity function that those are usually the time it comes out.
- 26:15Speaker 14: They come out.
- 26:16Speaker 1: Are there any particular features about yours that you really
- 26:19Speaker 1: find cool?
- 26:21Speaker 16: I think that those last two in New England, they
- 26:23Speaker 16: really you know, went all out, so there's there's a
- 26:25Speaker 16: lot of diamonds on there, So nothing like that. But
- 26:28Speaker 16: you know, seeing you know, just seeing a Lombardi in
- 26:31Speaker 16: a diamond is very special, and I.
- 26:33Speaker 14: Think the ring symbolizes so much.
- 26:34Speaker 16: It's a you know, football is a yearly proposition and
- 26:37Speaker 16: to be a to be a champion is something that
- 26:39Speaker 16: you can never take for granted and they can never
- 26:40Speaker 16: take away from you. But you know, we're not we're
- 26:43Speaker 16: not really focusing on those we need to. We need
- 26:45Speaker 16: to focus on putting ourselves in a position to get
- 26:47Speaker 16: another one.
- 26:48Speaker 1: Are that your most prized possessions?
- 26:51Speaker 14: Absolutely?
- 26:51Speaker 16: Most prize by far.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Ted actually played in three straight Super Bowls with the Patriots.
- 26:57Speaker 1: In twenty seventeen, he was on the loop end when
- 27:01Speaker 1: the Eagles Philly specialed their way to a forty one
- 27:04Speaker 1: to thirty three win. Bengals newcomer Sidney Jones the Fourth
- 27:09Speaker 1: was a rookie with Philadelphia that year. He was coming
- 27:12Speaker 1: back from a torn achilles that he suffered at his
- 27:14Speaker 1: pro day and made his NFL debut in the Eagles
- 27:18Speaker 1: final regular season game that year, Sidney, do you remember
- 27:23Speaker 1: the emotion of receiving that Super Bowl ring?
- 27:27Speaker 14: Yeah?
- 27:27Speaker 6: It was.
- 27:28Speaker 4: It was definitely a crazy, crazy experience in general, but
- 27:33Speaker 4: even just the moment when we won, just sprinting on
- 27:36Speaker 4: the field and just celebrating with you know, with the
- 27:40Speaker 4: teammates and everybody.
- 27:42Speaker 6: Just just looking at the journey and like it's.
- 27:45Speaker 4: All it's also surreal, but just receiving it, it was
- 27:49Speaker 4: just like more surreal, like whoa.
- 27:51Speaker 5: Like this is is?
- 27:52Speaker 6: Actually I got a Super Bowl ring?
- 27:54Speaker 4: Like now, you know, it's just another huge piece of memorabilia,
- 27:58Speaker 4: biggest one ever probably.
- 28:00Speaker 6: So it was just a cool thing.
- 28:02Speaker 5: You know.
- 28:03Speaker 1: Do you ever wear it? Do you break it out
- 28:05Speaker 1: for special occasions? Do you show it to kids when
- 28:08Speaker 1: you speak to groups? How do you use your Super
- 28:10Speaker 1: Bowl ring?
- 28:11Speaker 3: If at all? Rarely?
- 28:13Speaker 4: Rarely, rarely, rarely, rarely ever where. I actually wore it
- 28:17Speaker 4: once this year for the first time in about six
- 28:20Speaker 4: seven years, and that was at a wedding. So it
- 28:25Speaker 4: usually stays tucking to safe and never sees light.
- 28:29Speaker 1: Are there any features about that Eagles ring that you
- 28:33Speaker 1: find especially cool or interesting? Something about the design or
- 28:37Speaker 1: something that's inscribed on it.
- 28:39Speaker 4: Not really, it might have, it might have. I think
- 28:43Speaker 4: I don't. I think I forgot. I might have something
- 28:47Speaker 4: inscribed on like a model that we were saying that year,
- 28:49Speaker 4: maybe hungry dogs running faster or something like that.
- 28:52Speaker 3: Natually special. Maybe that too.
- 28:55Speaker 6: This is something, it's something that was you know, that
- 28:57Speaker 6: stuck with us.
- 28:58Speaker 1: Is it your most prized bazi A Not really.
- 29:02Speaker 4: Uh, I'm not a big possession guy. And also part
- 29:07Speaker 4: maybe partially because I didn't really have too much input
- 29:11Speaker 4: on the field, and you know, in that type.
- 29:14Speaker 6: Of way I was on the team.
- 29:15Speaker 3: I have a Super Bowl ring.
- 29:17Speaker 4: So maybe if I get one, I'm playing, I'm you know,
- 29:21Speaker 4: doing my thing and teams doing their thing.
- 29:23Speaker 6: It all comes together. That makes it like a thousand
- 29:26Speaker 6: times more special.
- 29:27Speaker 3: So February of this year.
- 29:29Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, that's the goal.
- 29:31Speaker 1: Tom Brady was on the losing end of that Super Bowl,
- 29:34Speaker 1: but he came back to win a ring the following
- 29:36Speaker 1: year in New England and then one another two years
- 29:39Speaker 1: later in Tampa Bay, where his teammates included Alex Kappa. Alex,
- 29:45Speaker 1: do you remember the moment that you received yours and
- 29:48Speaker 1: then what the emotions were like?
- 29:51Speaker 9: Uh?
- 29:51Speaker 17: Yeah, it's pretty cool. It's a pretty extravagant ring, so
- 29:55Speaker 17: it was pretty cool to get a cool little ceremony celebrations.
- 30:00Speaker 1: Do you break it out and what occasions would you
- 30:03Speaker 1: pull it out for?
- 30:04Speaker 17: I've never worn it for an occasion. I mean, when
- 30:09Speaker 17: I get another one, I'll throw it on.
- 30:11Speaker 1: Are there any specific features of that Buck super Bowl
- 30:14Speaker 1: ring that you like or found cool?
- 30:17Speaker 3: Oh?
- 30:17Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 30:17Speaker 17: The top comes off, so you unscrew the top and
- 30:19Speaker 17: then in there's like the stadium inside. I think some
- 30:22Speaker 17: teams have done that since then, but I think we
- 30:24Speaker 17: were the first one.
- 30:26Speaker 1: Is it but your most prized possession?
- 30:28Speaker 9: No?
- 30:29Speaker 1: What do you value more?
- 30:31Speaker 5: I don't know?
- 30:31Speaker 7: My dog?
- 30:33Speaker 10: It's cool, but like.
- 30:35Speaker 17: This is a symbol, you know.
- 30:38Speaker 1: Our hero to dog lovers everywhere, Alex Kappa. In twenty
- 30:42Speaker 1: twenty one, safety Nick Scott earned a Super Bowl ring
- 30:46Speaker 1: at the Bengals expense. After only starting one regular season
- 30:50Speaker 1: game in his first three seasons, he started all four
- 30:54Speaker 1: postseason games in helping the Rams win the Super Bowl.
- 30:59Speaker 3: Yet.
- 30:59Speaker 1: Do you remember thee when you received it?
- 31:02Speaker 5: Oh?
- 31:02Speaker 18: Man, Yeah, I was just I don't know how to
- 31:05Speaker 18: describe it. I was overwhelmed, but I wasn't overwhelmed. I
- 31:10Speaker 18: was shocked, but I wasn't shocked, and I was just
- 31:13Speaker 18: extremely happy and just felt extreme feelings of just being
- 31:18Speaker 18: blessed and just thankful for the opportunity I had to
- 31:22Speaker 18: not only play in the super Bowl but be a starter.
- 31:25Speaker 1: Do you wear it? Do you show it off? If so,
- 31:28Speaker 1: what are the occasions?
- 31:30Speaker 18: So I haven't worried to an occasion yet. I thought
- 31:32Speaker 18: about wearing it to somebody's wedding. I decided not to
- 31:35Speaker 18: because I didn't want to, you know, distract anybody from
- 31:39Speaker 18: you know, their event.
- 31:41Speaker 5: So I haven't. I haven't worre it yet, but.
- 31:45Speaker 18: I do put it on from time to time, just
- 31:47Speaker 18: around the house and just kind of look at it
- 31:49Speaker 18: on my finger and then throw it back in the
- 31:51Speaker 18: box and think, man, that was cool, and then get on.
- 31:54Speaker 5: With my day.
- 31:55Speaker 18: But it's awesome to have. I kind of keep it
- 31:58Speaker 18: out in my house. Nothing like too flashy or anything
- 32:01Speaker 18: like that, but it's definitely something that family members are
- 32:05Speaker 18: excited to see and put on and everything like that.
- 32:08Speaker 1: Teams try to have some sort of feature that unique.
- 32:11Speaker 1: It might be a saying that meant something to the team,
- 32:14Speaker 1: that might be some sort of statistic or something. Is
- 32:17Speaker 1: there something about the Rams ring that's especially meaningful to you?
- 32:22Speaker 18: You can, obviously, you can unscrew the top and you
- 32:24Speaker 18: have the makeup of Sofi Stadium, which is really cool.
- 32:29Speaker 5: But I think the coolest part is if.
- 32:31Speaker 18: You take the top off and you flip the top
- 32:34Speaker 18: and look inside the top, there's a little bit of
- 32:36Speaker 18: a piece of the game ball from the Super Bowl
- 32:39Speaker 18: that's that's kind of stuck in there.
- 32:41Speaker 5: So that's definitely cool.
- 32:43Speaker 18: Everybody got the game ball, which is a kind of
- 32:47Speaker 18: great thing to look at and think of. So that's
- 32:50Speaker 18: probably my favorite part about it.
- 32:51Speaker 1: Final question, is it your most prized possession?
- 32:55Speaker 5: My most prized possession?
- 32:57Speaker 18: That's a good question, I think, I think so, I
- 33:01Speaker 18: think so yeah, I'll say I'll go with that for now.
- 33:04Speaker 5: Most prized possession.
- 33:05Speaker 18: I was gonna say my son, but that's not really
- 33:08Speaker 18: like a possession.
- 33:09Speaker 5: That's more like a loved one. So yeah, I think
- 33:12Speaker 5: the ring takes the.
- 33:13Speaker 1: Cake Alex Kappa set his dog, but I think that's
- 33:16Speaker 1: kind of the same thing.
- 33:17Speaker 3: It's a living creature.
- 33:18Speaker 18: It's a living creature that's not necessarily like an object
- 33:22Speaker 18: or anything like that. I know my wife would kill
- 33:24Speaker 18: me if I said her like, I'm not an object,
- 33:27Speaker 18: but uh yeah, the ring definitely. It's definitely probably one
- 33:30Speaker 18: of the most expensive objects I have, besides maybe a house.
- 33:36Speaker 1: There's one final Super Bowl champ on the current roster,
- 33:40Speaker 1: Orlando Brown Junior, who helped the Chiefs beat Philly last February.
- 33:46Speaker 1: All right, Orlando, You're a little bit different from the
- 33:47Speaker 1: guys that I've talked to because you have not received
- 33:50Speaker 1: yours yet. June fifteenth is the big day. Do you
- 33:53Speaker 1: know anything about what it's going to look like? Have
- 33:56Speaker 1: you seen, you know, artist's renderings or anything.
- 33:59Speaker 6: I haven't.
- 34:00Speaker 19: Honestly, I have no idea what the ring is gonna
- 34:01Speaker 19: look like. I imagine it'll be pretty big, man. Uh
- 34:04Speaker 19: you know, obviously, man, it's It's a ton of great
- 34:06Speaker 19: franchises in this in this league, and you know, getting one,
- 34:09Speaker 19: winning one of Kansas City City was pretty special, man.
- 34:12Speaker 19: Having that opportunity to go out there and do it
- 34:14Speaker 19: for a great franchise like that, Man, it was pretty cool.
- 34:16Speaker 19: And you know, I'm sure that ring will be pretty special.
- 34:19Speaker 1: Ever held one from another team.
- 34:21Speaker 19: This will be my first time.
- 34:22Speaker 6: Man.
- 34:22Speaker 19: I wanted it to be like that, you know, I've
- 34:24Speaker 19: I've never I had never even visited a Super Bowl.
- 34:27Speaker 14: Man.
- 34:27Speaker 19: I had opportunities to go to go to games and
- 34:29Speaker 19: go experience it, but you know, man, I really wanted
- 34:32Speaker 19: to be able to take it all in for the
- 34:33Speaker 19: first time as a player.
- 34:34Speaker 6: And uh no, So I've never held a ring.
- 34:38Speaker 1: Do you see yourself wearing it, showing it off, pulling
- 34:42Speaker 1: it out for special occasions?
- 34:43Speaker 3: Do you know?
- 34:44Speaker 19: At this point, I don't. I don't, Man, I'm gonna
- 34:46Speaker 19: be honest with you. I think you know, for me, man,
- 34:49Speaker 19: I I've kind of already you know, moved forward into
- 34:52Speaker 19: you know, what I want to do this year, and
- 34:54Speaker 19: you know, to me, being able to bring a ring
- 34:57Speaker 19: here to Cincinnati is important. And uh man, that's something
- 35:00Speaker 19: that you know, with this franchise being a franchise that
- 35:03Speaker 19: gave me the opportunity to really be who I want
- 35:06Speaker 19: to be as a franchise left tackle. Man, I think
- 35:09Speaker 19: it would mean so much to me to be able
- 35:10Speaker 19: to do that, and so, you know, I mean, that's
- 35:12Speaker 19: really what's been on my mind, is bringing one here
- 35:14Speaker 19: to the city.
- 35:16Speaker 1: So the gun sounds at the end of the game
- 35:17Speaker 1: against the Egos last year, how quickly do you start thinking, Man,
- 35:21Speaker 1: I'm gonna get a Super Bowl right.
- 35:23Speaker 14: Oh.
- 35:23Speaker 19: Man, I mean I remember Jalen Hurts throwing the ball
- 35:25Speaker 19: and he kind of slipped, and man, I mean I
- 35:29Speaker 19: just remember thinking to myself, like, man, this is crazy,
- 35:31Speaker 19: you know what I mean, Like, I'm about to win
- 35:32Speaker 19: the Super Bowl and you know, his ball hits the ground,
- 35:36Speaker 19: Confetti starts flying, You're hugging coaches, you're hugging your teammates,
- 35:40Speaker 19: and it's just it's also surreal, man. You see your family.
- 35:43Speaker 19: It's truly. I mean, it's one of the greatest feelings
- 35:46Speaker 19: in the world.
- 35:47Speaker 1: What I like is that you're a few weeks away
- 35:49Speaker 1: from receiving your first and you're already thinking about your second.
- 35:52Speaker 6: Absolutely, man, that's what it's about. Man.
- 35:53Speaker 19: We just were striving to get beat better, get great
- 35:56Speaker 19: every single day.
- 35:57Speaker 1: So there's the answer to the trivia question. The six
- 36:00Speaker 1: current Bengals to win Super Bowl rings are Trevor Simeon,
- 36:04Speaker 1: Ted Carris, Sidney Jones, four, Alex Kappa, Nick Scott, and
- 36:09Speaker 1: Orlando Brown Junior. That's going to do it for this
