- 0:11Speaker 2: sit and every weekday on radio. Yeah you know what
- 0:17Speaker 2: I'm saying?
- 0:17Speaker 1: Then, Yeah, I do MOKEI oh brother, so what did
- 0:21Speaker 1: you what did you go with it? The sushi shop there,
- 0:24Speaker 1: I didn't see what you bought?
- 0:26Speaker 2: Cut I go. And then there's some other ship on
- 0:28Speaker 2: a step which I like, Yes, I don't know what
- 0:31Speaker 2: it is. It was a lot of stuff.
- 0:32Speaker 1: You just shove it in your garb, you know what
- 0:34Speaker 1: I mean.
- 0:35Speaker 2: I'm that kind of guy. Just get it in me.
- 0:37Speaker 2: Why did Keezy just say igine he's getting a glass
- 0:40Speaker 2: of water?
- 0:40Speaker 1: Right?
- 0:41Speaker 2: Okay, I guess. But we're pressed for time, right, so
- 0:44Speaker 2: thought these guys can get it started. They'll get about
- 0:47Speaker 2: a minute done. I'll be back, I'll have my glass
- 0:49Speaker 2: of water. Nobody will make a big deal about it,
- 0:52Speaker 2: and we can just sort of get on with it.
- 0:53Speaker 2: Anybody will be none the wiser.
- 0:55Speaker 3: Yeah, And basically my thought wasn't If they can't do that,
- 0:57Speaker 3: it shows that I'm kind of the the the.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Glue, the gluez.
- 1:03Speaker 3: You love the word jez.
- 1:07Speaker 1: It for three weeks, fellas, it will be fine.
- 1:09Speaker 2: It's a versatile word, isn't it.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Jeez, it's there's something.
- 1:13Speaker 2: Have you warmed to it?
- 1:15Speaker 1: Well, i'll tell you what. It feels good in the mouth,
- 1:18Speaker 1: doesn't it.
- 1:18Speaker 2: Absolutely it does.
- 1:19Speaker 1: There's something about jizz that's just really pleasing to say.
- 1:25Speaker 1: You know, some words just like saying and.
- 1:28Speaker 2: Jeez, it's the down into the app Yeah.
- 1:32Speaker 1: It's something really satisfying. You're a Greek easy, No, not really.
- 1:37Speaker 3: I liked jizz. I think it was the naming of
- 1:40Speaker 3: your cat. And then you're obviously your name is Hoidy
- 1:44Speaker 3: jez Wait.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know how that even really Well, no,
- 1:47Speaker 1: apparently it's Horty jez Bot.
- 1:51Speaker 2: Janus. That's right. Yeah.
- 1:55Speaker 3: I think now I've just been over it so too much, jizz.
- 1:58Speaker 3: I think that's what's happened to me. I don't know why,
- 2:00Speaker 3: because you used to love I love jazz.
- 2:03Speaker 2: To me, it's it's just become another word now it's
- 2:07Speaker 2: got no like. It doesn't mean it's been overtones, yeah,
- 2:11Speaker 2: but for listeners it probably does, which is fair enough. Yeah.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Well, and I'm not being silly here. I love jazz too.
- 2:18Speaker 1: This it doesn't bother me. But like you guys, well,
- 2:21Speaker 1: actually not like you guys.
- 2:22Speaker 2: I like the.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Disgusting element you do. Yeah, yeah, but we have taken
- 2:28Speaker 1: some of the sting out. You know what I mean
- 2:31Speaker 1: by its constant repetition.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Well, when you can't got name, I thought, Jesus, we're
- 2:34Speaker 2: pushing it here and now it's just cheers all over
- 2:37Speaker 2: the joint. Yeah.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Well, I mean my wife and daughter weren't happy about
- 2:41Speaker 1: all the jazz chat.
- 2:43Speaker 2: But that's weird.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, it is a speaking of which, my wife's
- 2:47Speaker 1: in a of a mood with your wife.
- 2:49Speaker 3: Kizy, why because she didn't send through the salmon thing.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Yeah, she was in tears last night. I said, hey, babe,
- 2:57Speaker 1: just hold on, hold off on the meal. Are you
- 3:00Speaker 1: gonna cook it?
- 3:01Speaker 2: Last night?
- 3:01Speaker 1: And keyes's in touch maybe and tell you how she
- 3:05Speaker 1: does the salmon in the aar fry.
- 3:07Speaker 3: Jace, here's something you need to understand, right, every time
- 3:10Speaker 3: my wife suggests anything or does anything, you slam it
- 3:13Speaker 3: in some way. So when I go home, and you too,
- 3:16Speaker 3: So when I go home and say, hey, drigger me
- 3:18Speaker 3: into it, genuinely say hey, babe.
- 3:20Speaker 2: At no point would I ever ask for a recipe
- 3:22Speaker 2: of your wife.
- 3:23Speaker 3: See, and so the fact that she doesn't get more
- 3:27Speaker 3: upset about the stuff we chat about as like a miracle.
- 3:29Speaker 2: It's good, but she's tough in a up.
- 3:31Speaker 3: The moment we get to, hey, can you missage Jace's
- 3:34Speaker 3: wife that recipe for how you do something, she instantly
- 3:37Speaker 3: fall anxiety. She has to go direct to your wife
- 3:40Speaker 3: and you're going to have it for dinner that night,
- 3:42Speaker 3: and then you're gonna bag it on the radio. There's
- 3:44Speaker 3: no way she's gonna do it.
- 3:45Speaker 2: Well, we had it put down for two breaks today.
- 3:48Speaker 3: And now we're gonna have to like get a gift
- 3:49Speaker 3: and or something to fill it. Yeah.
- 3:51Speaker 2: Yeah, so there's no way.
- 3:52Speaker 3: And I even see it. I even said, Jason's really
- 3:54Speaker 3: keen on your ear fry salmon recipe, and she's like,
- 3:56Speaker 3: oh really, Like yeah, it's like like actually she's.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Actually when she sees your when Kezy sees your name,
- 4:03Speaker 2: she visibly recoils, flinchers. She's like a dog down at
- 4:09Speaker 2: it's been found in the sack at the bottom of
- 4:11Speaker 2: a river. Right, Yeah, you know what I mean.
- 4:13Speaker 3: Yeah, I didn't know that unless you got to already,
- 4:17Speaker 3: like she already without knowing you, right, if it's just
- 4:20Speaker 3: a word. If it was Isaac or Kate or someone
- 4:22Speaker 3: in the office and I was like, oh, they want
- 4:23Speaker 3: your salmon recipes, she'd be like oh, and instantly she'd
- 4:25Speaker 3: be like, but is it even that good?
- 4:27Speaker 2: Is it?
- 4:27Speaker 3: And then they're gonna if it's bad, they're going to
- 4:29Speaker 3: think of him bad. You know, that's already what goes
- 4:31Speaker 3: to her head, right, throwing no guys using her as
- 4:37Speaker 3: a really famous No.
- 4:39Speaker 1: None of that.
- 4:39Speaker 3: She doesn't gonna fuk about any of that. In fact,
- 4:41Speaker 3: she's not even aware of it, so there's no I
- 4:45Speaker 3: told it to her and she's just oh, okay, yeah,
- 4:48Speaker 3: the whole racky Big Show week days from four on
- 4:52Speaker 3: Radio Hurarchy.
- 4:55Speaker 1: The Big Show Podcast.
- 4:57Speaker 2: She could also just say no, no, she can't ah,
- 5:00Speaker 2: because she's just like she doesn't want to be a
- 5:02Speaker 2: bit either.
- 5:03Speaker 1: We did it in the air fry anyway. It was great, yummy,
- 5:07Speaker 1: that's the thing.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Did you put a little bit of soy sauce, a
- 5:10Speaker 2: little bit of honey?
- 5:11Speaker 1: No, she my wife went for a sort of garlicy,
- 5:14Speaker 1: lemony battery sauce.
- 5:16Speaker 3: And because I don't like salmon, but she's like, it
- 5:18Speaker 3: actually cooks it really nicely.
- 5:20Speaker 1: It it was genuinely good.
- 5:22Speaker 2: There you go.
- 5:22Speaker 1: But we did that ourselves. She didn't get any credit
- 5:25Speaker 1: for that because he didn't send us through any recipes.
- 5:28Speaker 3: But you can now you understand. I was like, the
- 5:31Speaker 3: chances of my wife doing that are pretty slim because
- 5:33Speaker 3: she is like a dog that's been in a sack
- 5:36Speaker 3: at the bottom of the river.
- 5:36Speaker 2: My understanding is that the air fry makes everything better.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Well, it's it's a remarkably versatile thing. I tell you
- 5:43Speaker 1: the thing about an air frys not only the food
- 5:46Speaker 1: you can chuck in there, but what you check the
- 5:48Speaker 1: food in. You can put pans in there, all sorts
- 5:51Speaker 1: of because we were always don't put that in the
- 5:54Speaker 1: air fry. But it's like anything you can put in
- 5:57Speaker 1: the oven, you can put in.
- 5:59Speaker 2: The air fry.
- 6:00Speaker 3: Big enough, How big is that?
- 6:01Speaker 1: Well? No, but you know what like a little messior
- 6:04Speaker 1: container or whatever?
- 6:05Speaker 2: Yeah, right, okay, pug a plastic bag. Oh you put
- 6:08Speaker 2: a pecket of smokes?
- 6:10Speaker 1: Really, mate, you put a packet of smokes in the car.
- 6:14Speaker 1: I was hanging out for a drry today. You just
- 6:15Speaker 1: reminded me you put a packet of smokes in there. Beautiful.
- 6:19Speaker 2: Last weekend was going to be my last weekend. But
- 6:21Speaker 2: I think this weekends my last weekend. This weekend, oh yeah.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, you know what I mean.
- 6:27Speaker 2: Man, my wife's going to be away. Those wife's away,
- 6:30Speaker 2: you get. I don't get steam. I just drank too much. Wait,
- 6:36Speaker 2: what's the difference, Well, I don't get I'm not hammered.
- 6:38Speaker 2: So for example, if I was at the height of
- 6:40Speaker 2: my drunkenness pretty much outside of the raucous nature of
- 6:43Speaker 2: being at say rugby league game or whatever, right, I
- 6:47Speaker 2: could happily have a conversation with your mother. Right. Yeah.
- 6:52Speaker 2: But if I was in my twenties, I wouldn't have
- 6:54Speaker 2: been able to do that. I'd be a complete mess.
- 6:56Speaker 3: With this discussion on my gaming podcast today, Extremely care
- 7:00Speaker 3: extremely Casual game is podcast, we randomly veered off into
- 7:07Speaker 3: I think I've got this from the Big Show, just
- 7:08Speaker 3: veering off into ship that's not even related, but how
- 7:12Speaker 3: much drinking everyone does? Guy doesn't drink at all because
- 7:15Speaker 3: he's on medication.
- 7:16Speaker 2: He can't.
- 7:17Speaker 3: Alie doesn't drink, but she does other stuff. Yeah, sure,
- 7:24Speaker 3: And then they were like, how much do you drink?
- 7:25Speaker 3: And I was like, because I mentioned the word heavy drinker.
- 7:28Speaker 3: And then I was like, hang on in your head,
- 7:29Speaker 3: what is a heavy drinking? That was someone that gets
- 7:31Speaker 3: like really drunk, like once or twice a week every week.
- 7:35Speaker 3: And I was like, cool, so I'm a heavy but
- 7:37Speaker 3: I see I get steamed, which is the same thing.
- 7:41Speaker 2: Yeah, you've got you got this other word that you use.
- 7:44Speaker 3: So are you steamed? As like, I'm not like wasted.
- 7:47Speaker 3: For me, it goes happy, steamed, wasted. I always get
- 7:50Speaker 3: to steamed or happy, usually steamed, and then that's you.
- 7:54Speaker 3: And I use the example if someone came to me
- 7:56Speaker 3: and said, hey, keazy, I need you to drive to
- 7:58Speaker 3: total here to the keys to my car. I think
- 8:00Speaker 3: I could quite easily do it. That's Theliver.
- 8:03Speaker 2: I get to oh, so you're so drunk you think
- 8:06Speaker 2: you can drive?
- 8:07Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, I think I genuinely could not that
- 8:09Speaker 3: I do, not that I do.
- 8:11Speaker 1: Chris, Chris, where did that come from? Easy was talking about?
- 8:17Speaker 1: It came from about you actually being steamed and the
- 8:22Speaker 1: manifestation of you steamed, which is very affectionate.
- 8:26Speaker 3: Yeah yeah you.
- 8:32Speaker 2: How good is this man? Yeah?
- 8:34Speaker 3: Just outside many Yeah no, I very much enjoy it.
- 8:37Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, which is a good way to be, not.
- 8:39Speaker 2: Like what it used to be. Which is just insanity,
- 8:42Speaker 2: just hammered a liability to yourself and your friends. You know, yes, right, yes,
- 8:51Speaker 2: I do.
- 8:52Speaker 3: Do you reckon if you came across like twenty five
- 8:54Speaker 3: year old MOGGI now on the purse, do you can?
- 8:56Speaker 3: You guys were getting to.
- 8:57Speaker 2: Be the worst person that has ever been at a
- 8:59Speaker 2: big show show.
- 9:02Speaker 3: Yeah, far out, because there's been some beddies and nott
- 9:07Speaker 3: and likewise and likewise.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Yeah, I would have been a ball ache.
- 9:14Speaker 3: But that's just regular twenty five year old that you though.
- 9:16Speaker 3: Without the end of the booze, wow, yeah, No.
- 9:20Speaker 1: The thing is back in the day, I was very
- 9:21Speaker 1: quiet without the booze.
- 9:22Speaker 2: But everybody was the same. Back in the day. Let
- 9:24Speaker 2: me point that out. I was following the crowd.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, well I was a little above the crowd.
- 9:32Speaker 1: I used to think I was part of the crowd,
- 9:34Speaker 1: but I actually wasn't part of the crowd.
- 9:35Speaker 3: But you're saying, hang on that you're very quiet back
- 9:37Speaker 3: in the day, You're still quiet.
- 9:38Speaker 2: I am pretty quiet. That gives you the social lubrication, yes,
- 9:43Speaker 2: you know, yes, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 9:45Speaker 3: So many people on Thursday were like, oh, it's a j.
- 9:50Speaker 2: I just tell them, Yeah, I just say he doesn't
- 9:52Speaker 2: like you.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Yeah good.
- 9:54Speaker 2: He really doesn't make sure.
- 9:56Speaker 1: I always make sure before I go, I tell people
- 9:58Speaker 1: I don't like them.
- 9:59Speaker 3: Yeah good, which is good.
- 10:00Speaker 1: There's nothing worth trying to find someone and not knowing
- 10:03Speaker 1: why they've gone.
- 10:04Speaker 2: There, you know, So I make a point, Yeah, I go.
- 10:07Speaker 3: Basically, I say, look, man, Jase doesn't like you, guys,
- 10:10Speaker 3: he doesn't like doing the show. He doesn't want to
- 10:11Speaker 3: be here.
- 10:12Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 10:12Speaker 3: So he's here when he has to be, and then
- 10:14Speaker 3: as soon as that's over, he's home.
- 10:15Speaker 1: And then you do a little chilibouch and feel nauseous.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Yeah yeah.
- 10:19Speaker 3: Then I do a hot chili belch and feel nauseous. Yeah,
- 10:21Speaker 3: and then swipe Jason to the Koodoo Lounge and all
- 10:24Speaker 3: of those things.
- 10:28Speaker 2: Yeah good, feel to do it. I'm looking forward to
- 10:32Speaker 2: a good weekend this week. It's Wednesday.
- 10:33Speaker 3: Alreally, Fellers, I'm fucking targeting Friday night.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Man, I'm going to go Saturday. Yeah.
- 10:40Speaker 1: I'm gonna have a good productive weekend.
- 10:46Speaker 2: Get on, get on the purse, Jose, Yeah, fuck your life.
- 10:49Speaker 1: That man, Yeah sounds good.
