Reds Offense in Freefall | Cincinnati Reds News
The Cincinnati Reds are in freefall offensively, with four players over 200 at-bats all hitting under .200 — a rarity last seen by the 2014 Cubs. Two of them, TJ Friedl and Ke’Bryan Hayes, are even worse at .162 and .148. The team’s been shut out 17 times this season — the most in MLB — and their run differential is a crushing -152. The only bright spot? Elly De La Cruz, whose star power is drawing fans to Great American Ballpark. With the season winding down, the Reds face a brutal reality: they must rebuild their lineup or risk another lost year. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli…
