- 5:16Surprise. Hey, how you doing?
- 5:20Kent? How's your day?
- 5:21Been man, busy. Is that one-armed paper?
- 5:24Hanger and hurricane proof. That is rough.
- 5:28That is rough. So what's been going on with
- 5:30now? Been doing a lot of Tours.
- 5:32Yeah, yeah. Get a lot of Tours, people come
- 5:34visit from all over the place and stir up trouble and bunch of
- 5:38debates. I 315.
- 5:39Now, Somebody's gotta straighten them out.
- 5:41I know how to do it. So, we got a topic to my, you
- 5:45wanted to To talk about evolution is a religion and it
- 5:49doesn't belong in the public schools.
- 5:51Now I love that topic. I'd also like to ask if we could
- 5:55get into what it does to children on a psychological
- 5:58level countries that teach Evolution and such.
- 6:02If you would like to go ahead, Well, my name is Ken, hold, when
- 6:06I taught High School science and math, 15 years, I've been a
- 6:09Baptist preacher 48-year the schools.
- 6:12Teach this theory of evolution is not even a theory.
- 6:14It's actually a religion after believe in evolution but they've
- 6:18been teaching this for a long time and people have come to
- 6:21accept it like it's part of science.
- 6:23Nobody has ever seen a dog produce a non dog, never they
- 6:28they they're lying to the kids so I produced a video series
- 6:32I've been for years and years we've put out Millions of these
- 6:36in 42 languages the creation seminar series.
- 6:40Video number four is where I get into What's called the lies in
- 6:44the textbooks. Video one is about the age of
- 6:47the Earth. They're all kinds of ways to
- 6:49prove the Earth. Simply cannot be billions of
- 6:51years old video. 2 is about the Garden of Eden.
- 6:54The Bible says, the people before the flood Came live to be
- 6:56900 years old. I mean, read Genesis chapter 5.
- 6:59Adam was 930 when he died everybody.
- 7:03Before the Flood is living to be. 900 After the flood, it
- 7:06drops off to the 400s and then 200 something changed and I
- 7:10cover that on my video to what was the Garden of Eden?
- 7:13Like why did they live to be 900 and what would happen to
- 7:16reptiles that never stop growing?
- 7:19Reptiles never, stop growing. What would happen if they could
- 7:22live to be 900? They'd get really big.
- 7:26Those are the dinosaurs, they did not live millions of years
- 7:28ago. The Bible says nothing died
- 7:30until Adam sinned, man, brought death into the world, Bible's
- 7:34real clear on App. So dinosaur we did not die
- 7:37before. Men got here, kids are just
- 7:38being lied to video. Number three is about all about
- 7:41dinosaurs and video for is the lies in the textbooks.
- 7:45It's amazing. The thing the kids are being
- 7:47taught that are just plain, they've been proven wrong for
- 7:49years that just not true example here all DV this is the first
- 7:55slide of my part for lies in the textbooks.
- 7:58Kids are being taught that these family trees that they're
- 8:02related to all kinds of other creatures.
- 8:04Nobody's ever seen a Human producer non-human.
- 8:07It just doesn't happen. It's imagination.
- 8:10They say we have evidence from homologies.
- 8:13Yes, boys and girls. Look at this.
- 8:14Homologous structures. Did you know, you got two bones
- 8:17in your forearm. So does the bird.
- 8:20Yeah. And they'll say that's proof of
- 8:23evolution. No, that's a lie.
- 8:25They're similar structures, is proof of a common designer, but
- 8:29the kid they just not talk that they're only allowed to see the
- 8:32one theory that, oh, everything is related.
- 8:35And it can all evolved as just plain bologna.
- 8:39And my humble, humble totally unbiased opinion.
- 8:41So we can cover any different lies if you'd like, but,
- 8:44brother, I think Public Schools should not teach anything about
- 8:48Origins. It's just anything whether it's
- 8:50creation or evolution is something you have to believe
- 8:53in. It's a religious belief, you
- 8:55cannot prove either one scientifically nobody's ever
- 8:58seen a cow producing on cow and it just they just believe it
- 9:02happened, okay? I say believe what you want but
- 9:05it's Snot science. That's all.
- 9:06I wish they would just get it out of the schools and say,
- 9:09okay. We'll just teach science.
- 9:10Okay, boys and girls. You have two bones in your
- 9:12wrist. Yep.
- 9:14How do we get there? We don't know what we're not
- 9:15going to talk about that, but we got two bones in your wrist.
- 9:17Learn them radius and ulna. So that's what, what bothers me
- 9:21though. Brett is the way they present a
- 9:23push this Theory. This actually this religion as
- 9:26if it's a science, they make these family trees and say, yes,
- 9:29boys and girls. You are related to a crow.
- 9:32Oh and and a dinosaur and a ladybug.
- 9:35Yeah. I've been debated quite a few
- 9:37atheists in the last. Yeah.
- 9:39Last year. Or so, and I've been asking each
- 9:41one, A different, a different question like I asked call me
- 9:45emo. I said, are you related to a
- 9:47fly? He said, yes.
- 9:49So we've got emo in the fly. I asked Mark, Drysdale, are you
- 9:54related to a monkey? He said, yes, Jackson row.
- 9:57Are you related to a dinosaur? Yes, Bill.
- 10:00Nye related to a banana pz Myers related to a fish.
- 10:04He said we are Fish. Okay, I asked who's the guy
- 10:07related to a professor Dave? He's related to a strawberry.
- 10:11So we got somebody maybe this chart with all the different
- 10:14ones that they claim they're related to, it's just so sad
- 10:17that we teach this to the kids and we're all paying for this to
- 10:20be taught. It's it's evil in my humble
- 10:23opinion. But anyway, you go ahead,
- 10:24brother. I seen a clip where someone
- 10:27actually said they evolved from a sponge as well.
- 10:30Guy, you were debating. It's just they just believe that
- 10:33they're like a fruit salad, they just My out of the woodwork and
- 10:36everything on that. But an interesting thing I
- 10:38wanted to show you since atheism has been having a kind of a rise
- 10:44in America. It shows that I don't know if
- 10:47you can see the screen, but we now have the highest suicide
- 10:50rate of all times Kent since I've ellucian has been being
- 10:54pushed into the school's. Do you see the graph atheists
- 10:57are the highest overall religions combined?
- 11:00Why do you think that is? What is evolution due to people?
- 11:03How does it devalue there? Are there thinking about
- 11:06themself in the universe? When you have that go ahead?
- 11:11Well, where did we come from? Why are we here?
- 11:13And where are we going? When we die?
- 11:16Those are three. Simple fundamental questions
- 11:18that everybody probably ask themself a bunch of time
- 11:21throughout their life. Where'd it come from?
- 11:23What's the purpose of life? If evolution is true?
- 11:27What is the purpose of life? I asked atheist all the time.
- 11:31If evolution is true, how do you tell right from wrong?
- 11:35Is abortion right or wrong? Well, before you answer that,
- 11:39let me ask. Is there a higher standard than
- 11:41you is there? A God who decides those things
- 11:44or do you decide right and wrong for everybody or do you just
- 11:47decide right and wrong for yourself?
- 11:49See it's just, it's sad but atheism, it first of all, you
- 11:53can't technically really be an atheist because you'd have to
- 11:56know everything to know. There's no God and nobody.
- 11:59Nobody knows everything and best there.
- 12:01An agnostic, their ignorance, they don't know.
- 12:04I asked an And I said, you know, everything he said well no I
- 12:08said you know, half of everything he said no.
- 12:11I said let's just pretend that you know, half of everything I
- 12:14said, would it be possible that God exists in the other half?
- 12:17You don't know. And he had to say, well, yeah.
- 12:21Okay, then you're not an atheist or an agnostic, you're ignorant
- 12:25Huxley invented that term in 1830, a may not and gnosis, no,
- 12:31agnostic, we don't know and I agree, they don't know.
- 12:34So I I've debated these days, I'll take them all on same time,
- 12:37all of them, tell them give me a call.
- 12:38If I big Dino extension three as me or attention for for Randall
- 12:42Hill, scheduled a debate or standing for truth is doing a
- 12:45lot of debates because they he's just a moderator equal time each
- 12:48side and Keep it fair. Yeah, if you would rather.
- 12:52So yeah, the atheists I don't think it's possible to really be
- 12:56an atheist. We had one here a couple days
- 12:58ago came and took the tour of dinosaur Adventure Land.
- 13:00He claimed he was an atheist Bill cluck from Dallas atheist
- 13:05organization. He came to call the tourist
- 13:07here, had a wonderful time. I interviewed him on my channel,
- 13:09Kent, hovind official, you can listen to him.
- 13:11Tell him, he said, yeah, I liked it.
- 13:12There is great. So I will try to win to the
- 13:15Lord, but my experience Brett has been most people want to
- 13:19claim to Be atheist because they really don't want God telling
- 13:22them what to do. They don't like God's rules and
- 13:25they think they're hiding behind science.
- 13:27Oh, there's no science behind atheism.
- 13:30I hear you there. We've got a guy that's in the
- 13:32room. We got a few folks in here.
- 13:34We've got mr. Stephen, who is also known as
- 13:38Proverbs? We've got water.
- 13:39Who is a Catholic, not really sure much on Scotty.
- 13:43Just disappeared from the room immediately aren't introducing
- 13:47him. Maybe he'll come back in a
- 13:48moment, but Honor is a Catholic who believes that he actually
- 13:52evolved from a primate. And I was hoping, we might be
- 13:55able to have a talk with him. And anybody else who thinks a
- 13:58evolved from rocks and a nivas and animal that go ahead water.
- 14:03Why do you believe your primate for?
- 14:05Well, I don't believe I evolved from a primate.
- 14:08I believe I am a primate. I would actually do.
- 14:10I sound it by the way. How's my audio?
- 14:13You're coming to me here. Now keep in mind he's Catholic
- 14:16not atheist. So somehow he believes God's
- 14:19work in a creation and somehow working him as a monkey.
- 14:22Go ahead. Well that's not uncommon for
- 14:24Catholics. It's the official position of
- 14:26our church but can't I was wondering, you know, if you've
- 14:30got all this evidence against Evolution, why don't you put it
- 14:33up for peer review, you get it into a journal.
- 14:36Hmm. Well if you want, lived in a
- 14:38communist country and yet evidence that communism doesn't
- 14:40work and you put it up for peer review.
- 14:42What would happen do you Think. That's a nice that doesn't have
- 14:47anything to do with what I asked you.
- 14:49Well is everything response plan.
- 14:52Perfect, it's a perfect response.
- 14:53The correct and a communist country.
- 14:55They won't tolerate any criticism of communism.
- 14:59America has decided evolution is the religion, they want, and
- 15:03they won't tolerate anything else.
- 15:04If you tried to publish an article that even use the word
- 15:07designer or Creator, it probably would not make it past the peer
- 15:11review process peer review. Just means one of your peers
- 15:14reviewed it and agreed. There are the majority believe
- 15:17in creation, but there's a just like in Nazi Germany.
- 15:20If somebody said, I don't think Hitler's a good guy.
- 15:22I think he's a bad guy that he wouldn't nothing we can publish.
- 15:25That's for sure. Probably get executed in
- 15:28communist. China today.
- 15:29If someone tried to publish something against communism, it
- 15:32would be the guy would be executed in North Korea.
- 15:35If you tried to publish something against communism, go
- 15:37to a Muslim country. Try to publish something against
- 15:39Islam. See how far you get so plus?
- 15:42I don't, I don't I'm not trying to publish stuff.
- 15:44I don't care what anybody thinks I'm trying to produce material
- 15:47if people want it great. If they don't like it, go
- 15:50somewhere else. I believe the Bible.
- 15:51Clearly teaches God, made everything in six days.
- 15:55Do you agree? The Ten Commandments says in.
- 15:58Six days, the Lord made Heaven and Earth, the sea.
- 16:01And all that in them, is he wrote it on a rock with his
- 16:04finger. Do you believe, do you agree
- 16:06that the Bible, at least says that?
- 16:08Yeah, I do believe that that is the, but the Ten Commandments
- 16:10say that and there is the creation account.
- 16:14All right? Jesus said in Matthew 19:4, and
- 16:17in Mark 10:6 that the creation of Adam was the beginning of the
- 16:21creation you believe, when God made Adam, that was the
- 16:25beginning of the creation. Do I believe when God made Adam
- 16:33that was the beginning of the creation.
- 16:35Did it all take place in one week, the creation of the earth,
- 16:41everything Earth, Stars everything one week?
- 16:45No, I don't think it did. I want to, I want to, we can
- 16:49talk about this, but I'm just, I want to ask you about your
- 16:51previous analogy. You know, if we look at, let's
- 16:53take what the topic here. Can you respond to this
- 16:56question? The topic?
- 16:58Yeah. Yeah, no, you ask.
- 17:01Why don't I publish something? They don't do.
- 17:04It wouldn't been published in a peer-reviewed journal that
- 17:06believes in evolution. There's a lot of States, a lot
- 17:08of funding involved in all this, but I don't know.
- 17:11I'm not trying to get my stuff taught in public schools.
- 17:13I just teach what Jesus said. Jesus didn't care what the Roman
- 17:17government did just preach the truth.
- 17:20I'm just trying to preach the truth.
- 17:21The Bible says God made everything in six days.
- 17:24That's the only way it will work with symbiotic relationships.
- 17:28The billions certain animals require certain plants, they
- 17:32can't survive without them. Certain plants require animals
- 17:34to pollinate them. There's just billions of
- 17:37symbiotic relationship. It had to all be in one week.
- 17:40We breathe in oxygen, give off CO2 plants.
- 17:43Breathe in CO2. Give off.
- 17:44Oxygen has to be quickly a day or two within each other.
- 17:48So yeah, I believe lift. The Bible is literally true
- 17:50scientifically accurate. It was six day creation about
- 17:546,000 years ago. That's what the dates, add up to
- 17:56if you add them up in the Bible. But Go ahead.
- 17:59Next question. Now, water is absolutely
- 18:02Proverbs through the problems through this out at Water.
- 18:06The last show we did and I didn't really hear a good answer
- 18:09on this at what point in time. Did the soul come into
- 18:12existence? If you believe we evolved from
- 18:14all these creatures, Well I said that I didn't know for sure but
- 18:19I assumed that it that it was sometime around the first
- 18:23humans, Homo sapiens sapiens. But again, I don't, I don't have
- 18:27the answer. Only God has that answer.
- 18:29I Proverbs, I apologize for interrupting you.
- 18:31Did you have something? Yeah, I just dad real briefly.
- 18:37Am I coming through? Clear?
- 18:38Brett, you seen me coming to okay at the point.
- 18:43Okay? So my point would be, there was
- 18:46a recent Is that Brett Keen brought up on a previous show
- 18:49that there were over 1,000 scientists, Educators scientists
- 18:54who disagreed with the theory of evolution, which by automatic
- 18:58default would mean that they believe in creationism, yet none
- 19:01of them have been published and a scientific journal.
- 19:05Why? Now, these are men who put their
- 19:07careers on the line to say that evolution is crap, but still
- 19:11they have nothing published. It's because of an extreme bias
- 19:14in the scientific journal system.
- 19:17And so there's no way for a true creationist to get something
- 19:20published, that's just a really awesome moron over an argument.
- 19:25Well, the reason it's not published is because it doesn't
- 19:27pass the peer review because what they're claiming is not
- 19:30true and they do have all sorts of Publications.
- 19:33This not relating to the specific.
- 19:34Tell you something different. It doesn't pass the collective
- 19:39view, but that doesn't mean it's accurate.
- 19:42That just means the majority believe in that one subject, or
- 19:46now, hold on water. Try to go again.
- 19:49There are lots of creationist journals, there creationists are
- 19:52publishing things all the time in creations, All's evolution is
- 19:56published in the evolution Journal Muslims publish in their
- 19:59Muslim Publications. What's the problem?
- 20:02Yes, I get published a lot, I've written 67 books.
- 20:07I've got thousands of my vision Bobby millions of my videos out
- 20:10there in 42 languages. My peers, love them.
- 20:13It's been peer reviewed, billions of time.
- 20:16Somebody asked me the question. Where did God come from?
- 20:18In a debate? I was doing.
- 20:20I gave a two-minute answer. That's got five hundred and
- 20:22Seventeen million views. That's a lot of peers.
- 20:30That's right. So what do you got for us water?
- 20:33What is your response? That is a, I think Kent knows
- 20:38why that doesn't qualify as peer review scientifically review.
- 20:44All right, I'll tell you what water can you name the last
- 20:47three peer-reviewed scientific journals?
- 20:49You've actually looked at, give us the name of the Arthur the
- 20:53names of the author and the journals.
- 20:55I looked at nature recently, there was a new article Out
- 21:00about bats that I was reading. I don't remember the author.
- 21:04It turns out that most Journal articles are not read and I'm
- 21:10not again, I'm going into religious studies, I'm not going
- 21:13into biology, so I don't spend a lot of time reading biological
- 21:16science journals. Yeah, but you're getting on live
- 21:19broadcast claiming to be a Christian stating that you come
- 21:22from a monkey that Jesus died for ancient rat creatures.
- 21:26That's the issue. You don't see the problem in
- 21:28that. I don't think Jesus.
- 21:29Guide for ancient rat creatures. I Think Jesus died for us as
- 21:33humans. You believe you evolved from an
- 21:35ancient route though don't you? I-i'm sure there was an ancient
- 21:40for there was some sort of rat-like creature in the lineage
- 21:43but again humans have souls rats.
- 21:46Do not. So I don't see what that has to
- 21:48do with the subject at hand, but that that brings up the question
- 21:52from the other night Waters. You cannot tell us through the
- 21:55process of evolution when we supposedly evolved a soul.
- 22:00That's a fundamental issue. If you can't tell us, when we
- 22:03evolve the soul, I don't think we evolved the thought.
- 22:05I think the soul was placed there by God.
- 22:13Turn it down. So when did this old man?
- 22:17You gotta hold it water said he still is a primate if you still
- 22:22are a primate which primates have a soul and what's the
- 22:25difference between those with the soul?
- 22:27And I mean if there's Apes orangutans, chimpanzees bonobos,
- 22:31how many different ones are there?
- 22:32Humans only the humans. Have a soul.
- 22:35Is that do this? Yes, the rest.
- 22:38Yes. Only humans have a soul and
- 22:40seeing, as Jesus came down as a human and not as an orangutan.
- 22:43I don't think it's silly to Assume that only humans have
- 22:47souls. I mean, clearly, this is the
- 22:49species that God cares for most. But you still can't tell us
- 22:54exactly. When we were able to utilize,
- 22:57that is correct that you can tell us, which chain of The
- 23:00evolutionary. Exactly.
- 23:02And that's a fundamental issue. Okay.
- 23:07Okay, this one but I guess we disagree.
- 23:10We disagree about a lot. Also, how you doing Proverbs?
- 23:13How's it going? Well, doing it brother.
- 23:19Did he take off? You know water still with us?
- 23:22You got a question for me. Well I'm wondering if we do have
- 23:26a common ancestor, is this like this family tree?
- 23:29They show in textbooks like this stuff, having everything.
- 23:33Do you believe you have a common ancestor with seaweed?
- 23:36This typical textbook a tree of life, shows the humans and the
- 23:39seaweed. Let's see.
- 23:41And the octopus. All have a common ancestor.
- 23:44Do you believe you have a common ancestor with an octopus?
- 23:48I I do think that High School textbooks are sloppy.
- 23:52So I have no way of verifying what textbook that is or who the
- 23:56authors are. And I'm not 100% memorized on
- 24:00The evolutionary chain, but I'm sure that we do have some sort
- 24:04of ancestor similar to what you're describing.
- 24:05Yes. Not when the Bible says, 24
- 24:09times in the first seven chapters that the plants and
- 24:12animals bring forth after their kind or after their sort is an
- 24:16octopus, the same kind of life form as a human.
- 24:20You know, if an ape. Okay.
- 24:22Well then then they didn't bring the reminder.
- 24:27Pardon me. What now could you define what a
- 24:29kind is? Well, there are 27 different
- 24:32definitions of the word species, I covered in my seminar couple
- 24:35nights ago. So write the word you're looking
- 24:39in the dictionary which is published by a private
- 24:42corporation that attempts to keep track of how languages
- 24:45spoken. Okay, biologists use species in
- 24:49a very specific manner. I mean, just because dictionary
- 24:53that says 27, just different things doesn't mean that, I just
- 24:57prefer it in 22nd. Well I have I happen to have
- 25:01taught biology for 15 years. I'm pretty familiar with the
- 25:03topic. And the Bible says if they can
- 25:05bring forth their, the same kind is a dog and a coyote different
- 25:11species, sure. But they can still bring forth
- 25:14their the same kind in the biblical sense.
- 25:17So man has decided to classify animals into kingdom phylum
- 25:20class order family, genus species.
- 25:22The animals do not care, what we call them.
- 25:25They don't care, just call them for supper, that's They're
- 25:26worried about. Okay, so the coyote the wolf and
- 25:29the dog can all produce offspring.
- 25:32They're the same kind, a coyote and a banana cannot produce
- 25:36Offspring, but they have them on the chart here.
- 25:39I'm sure the dog and the banana, and the human, they're all
- 25:44connected. These charts, teach the kids.
- 25:46Everything alive is connected that is Criminal to teach that
- 25:51to kids. That's Insanity.
- 25:54Nobody's ever seen a banana produce a non banana.
- 25:57Nobody's ever seen a cow produce a non cow.
- 25:59You can believe that if you want but dogs.
- 26:02Make baby dogs every time. So can I can I have to have two
- 26:06questions. So are you are you defining a
- 26:09kind as something as an animal that can reproduce with another
- 26:15animal and have Offspring well? First place, I don't have to
- 26:20Define kind. I don't I'm not asking my
- 26:22theories to be taught in public schools.
- 26:24I think they need to, they believe not only do all the
- 26:27dogs, have a common ancestor, the textbooks, teach the dogs,
- 26:30and the bananas have a common ancestor.
- 26:32The burden of proof is on the evolutionist not on me but yes I
- 26:36believe the Bible says they can bring forth after their kind.
- 26:39Man has Diversified the dog kind by selective breeding because he
- 26:44wants you know smaller dog or bigger dog or whatever but
- 26:46they're always a dog. They're always, they're stuck in
- 26:49the dog. Kind they can never get out of
- 26:51that and a dog, or wolf and a coyote are the same kind of
- 26:55animal. A four-year-old will tell you.
- 26:57Put them together, which one's not like the others, those can
- 27:00bring forth. They can bring forth, they can
- 27:02Bring forth. They cannot bring forth, and
- 27:04they cannot bring forth, and that cannot bring forth.
- 27:07Is there a morphological limit on the size of a dog?
- 27:10Probably It is a Great Dane, the limit probably getting close.
- 27:15You think he'll ever get a dog as big as an elephant.
- 27:18You know, there are dogs are all animals as big as an elephant,
- 27:20like an elephant. So yeah, there are limits.
- 27:23There are limits genetic limits. God said, they would bring forth
- 27:27after their kind, have they ever cross bred dogs and got anything
- 27:31that wasn't a dog? I would be astounded if they had
- 27:37ever cross bred dogs and got anything that wasn't a dog from
- 27:41my understanding. Evolution does not claim that a
- 27:45dog gives birth to a fish. Every living thing that has ever
- 27:50been on this planet was the same species as its parent.
- 27:53The process is so slow. That every new generation of
- 27:58Offspring is the exact same species as its parent, but over
- 28:01millions of years or maybe it's hundreds of thousands of Years
- 28:05depending on the species, I don't mean it depends on what
- 28:07we're talking about, you know, you've got a great great, great,
- 28:11great, great, great times 10. That is now a different species
- 28:14than its great-great-great-great-great
- 28:16something grandson. So it's not the parent giving
- 28:20birth to a baby that makes the change.
- 28:23It's a gradual process over many, many, many generations.
- 28:28That's what I taught high school, biology and high school
- 28:31and college biology. Let me find them here.
- 28:35Not with how you've been driving it in.
- 28:38This conversation isn't exactly. You have just demonstrated the
- 28:42SpongeBob imagination that if we wait, billions of years, it will
- 28:46change. As far as them, not leaving
- 28:48their clade or not leaving their their kind this chart shows a
- 28:52single-celled creature like an amoeba.
- 28:54Let me get a better chart here, they show this all the time.
- 28:57There's a protozoa turning to a biology teacher.
- 29:00The protozoa left, its kind. That is just the chart used to
- 29:06help school. Children better understand the
- 29:08concept. That's not supposed to be
- 29:09actually. Literally representative of how
- 29:12Evolution Works. You're taking these from high
- 29:14school textbooks not like a peer-reviewed science journal.
- 29:18Oh, wait a minute, wait a minute, if it's not accurate.
- 29:21Why is it in a high school textbook?
- 29:24Well, they helped me get you there to help explain the
- 29:26concept and guide along. It's just, it's just it's just
- 29:30an illustration. I mean you couldn't fit little
- 29:32you couldn't fit everything. Thing you need onto a chart to
- 29:35properly demonstrate how Evolution Works.
- 29:38What is the matter can you can find, what if I'm a turkey,
- 29:42water water water? You already?
- 29:45You already admitted that this is what your view is that you
- 29:48come from starfish and monkeys and all this.
- 29:52So I don't understand why we're going in this direction for
- 29:57because, okay. All right, let me explain.
- 29:59I think the claim that I'm hearing from can and maybe he
- 30:01can clarify is that A dog or a fish, one day, lays an egg, and
- 30:08then a dog hatches from it and that's what people who believe
- 30:12in evolution believe that is. I didn't what I have ever been
- 30:15taught in a biology class. I have never been taught that I
- 30:19did not say that. I area said I have never said
- 30:23that. I did not say that.
- 30:24Don't put those words in my mouth.
- 30:27I fish and a dog. According to these charts have a
- 30:30common ancestor. That is not scientifically
- 30:33provable. Oil.
- 30:34They have the shark and the plants having a common ancestor
- 30:38and you can claim. It happened over billions of
- 30:40years. If you add millions of years,
- 30:42here's your salt shaker. Let's add more time.
- 30:45That'll work. If that doesn't work, let's try
- 30:47billions of year. It only happens in the
- 30:49imagination. It doesn't happen.
- 30:52In reality, we see dogs produce dogs, cows, produce cows and if
- 30:57you wish to imagine, if we add billions of years, it would
- 31:01work. That's not science.
- 31:04All we've observed is plants, make baby plants and octopus
- 31:08make baby octopus and sharks make baby sharks.
- 31:11That's all anybody has ever observed in the history of
- 31:14humanity. So if you wish to believe
- 31:16something other than that, why don't you admit?
- 31:19It's your religious belief and quit calling it science.
- 31:23It's not science. We do science.
- 31:25What we can observe and study and test and demonstrate look it
- 31:28up. So here's here's where I'm
- 31:30confused. You just said I put words in
- 31:33your mouth Mouth. But then you said we only see
- 31:36dogs produce dogs, which is exactly what I'm saying.
- 31:40Never expect to see a dog, not produce a dog and evolution
- 31:44evolutionary. Biologists, do not claim that
- 31:46dogs give birth to non dogs. Did the amoeba somehow give
- 31:52birth to something? Not amoeba.
- 31:54I'll here we go. Pull this off.
- 31:56Okay, I think this way. This put textbook shows a
- 32:00single-celled creature, called it, an amoeba protozoa bacteria.
- 32:03There's 20,000 different single-celled creatures.
- 32:06Let's pick the protozoa. Do you believe the protozoa
- 32:09slowly slowly gradually turned into a human over trillions of
- 32:14generations? Well, it didn't turn directly
- 32:17from a protozoan into a human. But yes, very gradually over
- 32:21time. It became something else, which
- 32:22became something else, which became something else, which
- 32:24water water water. Kent already said.
- 32:27Do you believe this slowly? Gradually happened.
- 32:30So I mean he already said that you're going to have to focus on
- 32:34what's being said here, please. Well, so I wear is I heard of
- 32:37these, I make the clarification. Okay, I think it's pretty clear
- 32:43but go ahead camp. Where is the science?
- 32:47There's a lot of protozoa in the world.
- 32:49Has anybody in any laboratory ever taken any single-celled
- 32:53creature? They get born grow up and get
- 32:56married have babies in eight hours, so you can get three
- 33:00generations per day. Has any scientist ever produced
- 33:04anything other outside, the same kind either bacteria, protozoa
- 33:11Amoeba. No, they haven't.
- 33:13So you only have to imagine that it happens.
- 33:16All you have is Imagination. You don't have science.
- 33:21You've been lied to. It doesn't happen.
- 33:23The Bible says they bring forth after their kind.
- 33:25That's all anybody's ever observed.
- 33:27If you want to argue about the meaning of the word, kind, you
- 33:29can take it up for somebody else but it's obvious, it's the same
- 33:32kind, it's a protozoa. So if you wish to imagine over
- 33:35millions of years, it could change.
- 33:37Okay, we'll call it a religion and congratulations.
- 33:41Your religion, but stop calling it science.
- 33:46I have a question for water. I would like to ask you ready,
- 33:49water? Go for it.
- 33:54Okay. So according to the chart that
- 33:56doctor hoeven has on the screen right now and pretend that there
- 34:00are billions of more years added onto this chart.
- 34:03And a whole lot of other things in between this chart to explain
- 34:06the evolutionary chain, exactly how far back do we have to go
- 34:11before? It is no long.
- 34:12Sidered cannibalism to eat something in our family tree.
- 34:20I've I have I have no idea how to begin to answer that question
- 34:26again. You don't know how far back you
- 34:28have to go to safely, not be a cannibal in.
- 34:32You can't answer when the soul became able to utilize as we
- 34:37know it today. There's so many unanswered
- 34:40questions. Water is doesn't make you feel
- 34:42silly. It really should no not at all.
- 34:48We're sitting here, kind of smiling.
- 34:55I would love you. So for your cannibalism
- 34:57question, if that is a serious question, I mean, if it's not
- 35:00absolutely a serious question, we're all willing to this chart.
- 35:05I would say the origins of homo sapiens sapiens.
- 35:08So anything that was a homo sapiens sapiens, I don't
- 35:10remember how many hundredths of thousands of years ago Really
- 35:18water went out a little bit. There's some people they ask I
- 35:21did. Pz Myers really saves a fish.
- 35:24Let me go ahead and play that clip for folks real quick and
- 35:26you'll see that Kent has absolutely right.
- 35:29Here we go. Fish human beings are still
- 35:31fish. Human beings.
- 35:32A fish why? Yes of course they are.
- 35:34How long did that? Take a couple of billions of
- 35:36years? Millions and millions hair.
- 35:39Is that observable? It's not.
- 35:40Do you believe? We all came from sponges day.
- 35:42If you believe this textbook is right, yes, but my 200 million
- 35:46greats grandfather. Father was a fish, and by the
- 35:49way, the same fish was your 200 million greats grandfather, but
- 35:53all African Apes. Were Apes with the show?
- 35:56Yeah, exactly right. Yes.
- 35:58So, if I'm out in the woods full on Wolf, like, if I'm with close
- 36:02friends, what's the problem? Yeah.
- 36:04And what are you doing when you have time?
- 36:06So we're running around, we do kind of play it as wolves, like
- 36:09on all fours at times. Yes, sometimes we're two-way
- 36:13good, making wolf vocal stuffs. That here's something I might
- 36:17do. When I'm out there as far as a
- 36:18howl, sure. Oh boy science.
- 36:33Wow. Okay I think the change done
- 36:35fell out of that sandwich. So why are you got anything for
- 36:44us? Maybe we should hit it like this
- 36:47at what point in time. Do you think the prime maybe
- 36:49evolved memory capacity to be even considered human at what
- 36:54point in time did this happen? Did he go speechless?
- 37:02Was that a rough one on here? Yeah, I'm I'm getting your info.
- 37:07I don't know. Off the top of my head, you ask
- 37:10me at what time we became human. I'm asked at what point in time.
- 37:16Do you think that we got the memory capacity to the point
- 37:19where we could be even labeled human in the first place and be
- 37:22intuitive? As, you know, there's no other
- 37:24primate or creature and Earth's ever had an Enlightenment they
- 37:28age and Industrial Age. Would you be able to explain
- 37:30that? Right?
- 37:33Right, so I mean, I mean are how we understand our psychology is
- 37:37greatly influenced by culture? So again, I would have to say,
- 37:44When we see the first humans would be, I mean, I would say
- 37:49that the first humans would probably not capable of the, the
- 37:52same kind of complex thought that we are now capable of
- 37:55because that is something like build gradually over time, as
- 37:58well as culture and Society, develops and new pathways are
- 38:04formed in the brain. I mean, but I would say, I mean,
- 38:08when we first had the mental 8, I said, wait a minute.
- 38:14Are you really saying that great minds like Aristotle or less
- 38:17Superior intelligently as we are?
- 38:20Because I would pick that was told.
- 38:22No, it's actually no. No, I didn't.
- 38:25I didn't say, I mean, I guess it would depend on how you measure
- 38:28intelligence. I don't really think there is a
- 38:30way to measure intelligence, but I mean, no, I'm not saying that
- 38:35Aristotle. Oil would be inferior and you're
- 38:38also forgetting what outliers are because Aristotle might have
- 38:43been the smartest man of his day.
- 38:44But that doesn't reflect what everyone else around him was
- 38:47like so well surely it's somewhat does because somebody
- 38:51out there had to be smart enough to read his work, right?
- 38:56Right. But that doesn't mean that they
- 38:57were as smart as he will. Well guys, I've got a question
- 39:03for you and especially can't I don't know if gas prices are
- 39:08through the roof in Alabama, but in Missouri.
- 39:10It's absolutely horrific. I've been waiting to evolve
- 39:13wings for the longest time so I can save on that.
- 39:17What do you guys say? When did I going to happen for
- 39:20me? I don't know.
- 39:21Whatever happened. Well, it's a little over three
- 39:25bucks, a gallon here and that'd be great if we went through a
- 39:28stages where we're supposedly related to fish and birds.
- 39:32Why did we are somebody somewhere along the line lost
- 39:35something? It'd be great to have wings and
- 39:37like this, somebody said the gills to breathe underwater.
- 39:40I've often asked atheists or evolution, is this question and
- 39:43I've never had an answer every single animal in the world makes
- 39:48babies some way. I'm doing whole series on Friday
- 39:51night. How animals make babies, you
- 39:52ought to watch that on Kent hovind official, Sure.
- 39:54But why did none of the animals simply evolved the ability to
- 39:58live forever because making babies makes more competition
- 40:02for their food. Supply, that seems
- 40:05counterproductive, they all died.
- 40:08They all make babies and they all eventually die.
- 40:11That's just surely one of them would have evolved eternal life.
- 40:16Why didn't any of them do that? They all did they all evolved
- 40:19this ability to die? Water.
- 40:28I mean, we know that wear and tear happens.
- 40:31I don't know how you would expect something to become
- 40:34immortal. Well, I don't think you've
- 40:39received an answer to that question because it doesn't, I
- 40:41don't think it makes a lot of sense.
- 40:44Okay. Well the protozoa evolved more
- 40:47or less wear and tear instead of a single cell human body is now,
- 40:51100 trillion cells. It's in the average.
- 40:54Human body. And each cell contains 100
- 40:57trillion atoms in one cell in your body.
- 41:01I think we've become much more complex than the protozoa.
- 41:05So why not just live forever? They certainly evolved the
- 41:09ability to turn from protozoa to a biology teacher and your
- 41:11religion. Anyway, they can believe all
- 41:15this stuff if you want. Make all these family trees, my
- 41:17point is this isn't science. This is religious belief to draw
- 41:22a shark and a fern and a starfish and octopus and
- 41:26connecting to a common ancestor. And claimed, it was a protozoa
- 41:30or paramecium or something like that.
- 41:32That's religion. And it's dumb real dumb but
- 41:36they're welcome to it. I don't object to people
- 41:38believing they came from a protozoa believe that I object
- 41:42to having to pay It have that talk to all the kids, like it's
- 41:44part of science because that's not the part of science.
- 41:47Science tells us, protozoa and amoeba and bacteria, make babies
- 41:51of the same kind every paramecium and they re trillions
- 41:55of them in the laboratory. Always make maybe paramecium
- 41:58weathered by mitosis or meiosis. It doesn't matter.
- 42:01It always is the same. Nobody ever sees these charts
- 42:06this just imagination but I can't get you guys to admit it.
- 42:10It's just nothing but imagination you and SpongeBob
- 42:13need to get together and it go to you know I don't have a party
- 42:16or something because you your SpongeBob imagination.
- 42:20There's no science Revolution. None in the earlier, I showed
- 42:25you. Some stats about atheist
- 42:27countries tend to have the highest suicide rates of all
- 42:31times through my research. I also found out that countries
- 42:35that are mostly atheists and who hold to the ideas of evolution
- 42:39the most First they seem to be the highest and substance abuse.
- 42:45Why do you think that is Ken, what's your theory on that?
- 42:48Our opinion. Well, they have to try to escape
- 42:51reality, you know reality is we don't know who we are.
- 42:54We don't know where we came from.
- 42:55We don't know where we're going manless.
- 42:56Let's just Escape reality with some kind of drug.
- 42:59I've never tasted alcohol. Never had any drug, had an
- 43:01aspirin six months ago, but the just it's common sense that hey,
- 43:06if there's no purpose to life. What's the problem?
- 43:09What's the problem? Why would murder be wrong?
- 43:11If evolution is true, if the lion eats the baby zebra, is
- 43:16that Raw. Well, why not the human eat the
- 43:20baby human? This is see that the
- 43:24evolutionist does not have a standard to go by.
- 43:28We have two different basic standards in the world to metric
- 43:30and the English, okay? You measure Things based upon
- 43:33their length in meters or in feet, okay?
- 43:35You measure the weight, based in kilograms or pounds, you measure
- 43:39different things, the volume and stuff like that pressure.
- 43:44We have, we have to have a standard to measure.
- 43:46If I say, bring me up, bring me a two-by-four.
- 43:48How long do you want it? Oh, I don't know.
- 43:50Just a long one. How about more?
- 43:52Oddly like 84 inches. You know, we're is the standard
- 43:56with Evolution, where, how do you tell right from wrong?
- 43:59Is it wrong to kill somebody? And why would that be wrong?
- 44:04They don't have an answer that I've ever heard just majority
- 44:08opinion. Oh well then in Russia or
- 44:10Hitler's. Germany majority thought they
- 44:12should kill all the Jews. I guess that was right, wasn't
- 44:14it? That was a majority.
- 44:17And North Korea. They think they should kill
- 44:19anybody that won't support communism.
- 44:21That's the majority. So the problem you're on a
- 44:24slippery, slope there water, and other evolutionists, you say
- 44:27you're Catholic and also Evolution certainly.
- 44:29The evolution Theory does not match the Bible.
- 44:32You've got to admit that it doesn't match at all with the
- 44:34Bible teaches. Well not just that Pastor Joven
- 44:37but also with the community standards of morality we have an
- 44:42issue there too. Right?
- 44:43Because for one thing here in the United States we know that
- 44:46it's wrong. Wrong to kill and eat human
- 44:48beings. But there are islands off of the
- 44:51coast of India where they have never come in communication with
- 44:55the outside world. And it's believed that they are
- 44:57still cannibalistic today. See with atheism, there is no
- 45:03universal law to stand to so every culture makes up their own
- 45:06reality and that's a huge issue. Also, right?
- 45:13No standard for Morality. That's the truth.
- 45:15I mean, where's the where's the standard?
- 45:19So we got to some more statistics will throw up and it
- 45:22goes along with what you guys are talking about an atheist
- 45:25countries. That teach Evolution, let me
- 45:28take that. Comment off the screen.
- 45:30They have the highest child, abuse, domestic violence, and
- 45:35rape stats. Also the highest child porn
- 45:38distribution in the world since 1960 and NAMBLA, founded by
- 45:43atheists. Are you guys aware of who NAMBLA
- 45:46is, huh? All right, man.
- 45:50Boy man-boy love Association or something like that.
- 45:52Yeah, that's right. Anybody have any views on that
- 45:59or ideas? I mean we can get back into the
- 46:02evolution being removed out of the schools but I think what's
- 46:05important here is to see that this is the kind of stuff that's
- 46:08being introduced to our children.
- 46:10This is the kind of stuff. I mean Stephen you got a son.
- 46:14What if you were to tell your son, I'm sorry, there's no God,
- 46:17there's no objective love in the universe.
- 46:19We're on our own. You came from a rock and you
- 46:22have no meaning or thing tool or would you Tell him you're
- 46:27beautifully designed by God, what kind of effect do you think
- 46:31it would have on a child being a father yourself?
- 46:35Oh, Brett. Well, first of all, I love my
- 46:37son entirely way too much to let him believe that he doesn't have
- 46:41a designer who loved him, informed him in his mother's
- 46:44womb, the thought of telling my son, that he's just an accident
- 46:49that have from Stardust and turned into space goo and rain
- 46:53down on rocks. Like there's no purpose in life.
- 46:56So I as a loving father would never do that.
- 47:03Well, somebody out there, ask is it moral to mutilate the
- 47:06genitals of little boys and little girls and all that.
- 47:09It's a good question. According to atheists, they
- 47:11don't have any objective morality.
- 47:13So I suppose the answer would be, no, it would be based upon
- 47:16whatever their opinion is aren't just like with everything else.
- 47:21Well, they might unless they're trying to drive at circumcision,
- 47:24you know, as calling that immoral for the Jews, on the
- 47:26eighth day to circumcise their male children, actually that's
- 47:29as a health benefit of Sanitation thing and sit on the
- 47:32eighth day is brilliant because that's when the Vitamin K is the
- 47:34highest but that's not as if you're going to say that's
- 47:37wrong. What about if injecting a
- 47:38vaccine in a baby that has no no no say in the top of topic.
- 47:43How many did they do that to babies?
- 47:44When they're born, can't even talk or think it and then with
- 47:47the go ahead and put poison in their body of some kind and with
- 47:50us. Of reason.
- 47:53Why? Of course, I got a reason why we
- 47:54have to do this. Well, so I think, you know,
- 47:57that's a slippery slope. If you want to go down that with
- 47:59the circumcision has health benefits, the Jews have a Jewish
- 48:02women, lot, less cervical, cancer.
- 48:05And there's a lot long studies done on this topic.
- 48:07So I suspect that's where the question was going, my guess?
- 48:11Go ahead. Yeah, I would like to add
- 48:15briefly. I'm someone who was circumcised
- 48:17at 16 years old and there's not a day that goes by Bye.
- 48:21I don't. Thank God for that.
- 48:23Genital mutilation and not only is it decreased cervical, cancer
- 48:27pastor, but it is also significantly decreased yeast
- 48:30infections, which is another severe issue.
- 48:33For young ladies. So there are tremendous benefits
- 48:36to that quote unquote. Genital mutilation, Water.
- 48:44Do you have any more questions by the way?
- 48:46People, you can come in as long as you're willing to behave.
- 48:50Not cuss not yell and beat your chest like a primate.
- 48:53You are more than welcome to come in and chat with us.
- 48:55Ask anything you like You know, I don't really, you know, I have
- 49:02questions but I don't really know how far we'll get by
- 49:05putting them on the table. It seems like we maybe we should
- 49:11talk about some. I mean if you want me to keep
- 49:13asking questions I will but I don't really think that we're
- 49:16getting much out of it. Why have I been doing just fine?
- 49:19Go ahead, Ken, I'm enjoying, I'm getting a lot out of it and that
- 49:24sounds like a cop-out is. Do you have any, where's the
- 49:26evidence? You have for evolution.
- 49:28Has anybody ever seen any animal plant or animal produce
- 49:32offspring? That are different kind.
- 49:35Or does it only know when claiming that this?
- 49:38The textbooks are claiming it. Do you believe you're related to
- 49:41us? Know it's a textbook made for
- 49:43school children. It's a fun illustration.
- 49:46It's not a scientifically like rigorous.
- 49:50It's just right. It's just an art piece for
- 49:52school kids. Okay.
- 49:54This is in college books. Do you believe you have a common
- 49:57ancestor with the bird? You believe your ancestors with
- 50:03birds, okay, then that's not science, that's religion.
- 50:09Where the evidence for that. Does anybody ever seen any bird,
- 50:15produces a non bird or any human produce a nonhuman?
- 50:19I think it is time that I'm repeating this but no, one is
- 50:22claiming that a bird. Produces a non bird, I did.
- 50:26Well, the other are something that was non bird, eventually
- 50:30produced a bird because it came from an amoeba.
- 50:33If the protozoa or the single-celled creature turned
- 50:36into a bird slowly over millions of years, which is what they
- 50:39teach have, all the animals, the fungi and the plants have a
- 50:42common ancestor. So what they're teaching the
- 50:45kids and I'm just pointing out. This is something a person
- 50:48believes in or the one with the here we go.
- 50:51All the animals connected to a common ancestor.
- 50:53Here we go. This one is it's this is in all
- 50:56the textbooks and this is what they're taught.
- 50:59If you don't believe this is accurate.
- 51:01Why don't you help me get this out of?
- 51:03Of the books because this isn't science.
- 51:06This is silly. You said you you are a primate.
- 51:10Well that depends on what how you want to classify primates.
- 51:13I could say we're all eukaryotes because we have nucleus bound
- 51:15cell but so what does that mean? A lot of a lot of Machinery made
- 51:21out of iron that mean they're all related battleships in cars
- 51:24and helicopters, got to be related, they're all made out of
- 51:26iron. So this is I'm my point.
- 51:29Is this the stuff that they're teaching and the stuff that you
- 51:31believe you said you believed Related to a bird.
- 51:34Okay. So you have a common ancestor
- 51:36with a bird and that common ancestor was neither human nor
- 51:39bird. So it turned into something
- 51:41else. You say birds always produce
- 51:45Birds. I agree.
- 51:46So what the Bible says, But you believe Birds came from
- 51:49something that was non bird somewhere, didn't don't you?
- 51:55Well, birds have actually been around for a long time.
- 51:57They're closely related to dinosaurs.
- 52:00So I mean birth been doing it for a while and as for the
- 52:03battleships, I would not claim that anything not living can be
- 52:07related to something else because it doesn't have DNA
- 52:11doesn't reproduce. So, that's the straw man.
- 52:14Okay, well, if you believe dirt birds are related to dinosaurs,
- 52:17you got a more serious problem than you realize, okay.
- 52:21Reptiles and all animals, only produce after there.
- 52:24Kind. That's what God Said, what
- 52:26happened? That's what everybody has seen
- 52:28happen. To anything else is Imagination.
- 52:31Reptiles produce baby. Reptiles every time Birds
- 52:36produce, maybe Birds dogs, produce dogs, there are simply,
- 52:39it doesn't happen, except in the imagination, you wish to believe
- 52:44it happened. Okay.
- 52:45Believe all you want Coyote hybrid, dog.
- 52:48They can cross breed coyotes dogs wolves.
- 52:52I predict animals. Plants and animals are always
- 52:54bring forth. After their kind what the Bible
- 52:56says. We're not against science.
- 52:58I love science. But if someone was going to put
- 53:01poison milk and your kids school, the next day, what would
- 53:04you do? You want you to find some way to
- 53:06stop them? Well, they've already put the
- 53:08poison in the books. It's in the books from
- 53:10kindergarten to college. You're going to get it in your
- 53:13college textbooks. If you're studying in college,
- 53:15they're going to teach you that you are related to a fish and an
- 53:19amoeba and a bacteria and a bird, and a dinosaur and a
- 53:22whale. They're going to teach you that.
- 53:25They already are obviously already swallowed it.
- 53:28You believe it? God said, don't bear false
- 53:30witness and that's all they're doing is lying to the kids,
- 53:32okay? Nobody's ever seen a dog produce
- 53:35a non dog if you wished it believe that go for it, but quit
- 53:39calling it science admit, it's our religion 339 breeds of dogs
- 53:44now, most of which would not survive in nature.
- 53:48They got to babysit the dumb thing, but my wife's crazy pug.
- 53:51I think wouldn't last 20 minutes out in the woods.
- 53:54Couldn't find his way home. Okay.
- 53:56So sure, man has selectively bred for special traits.
- 54:00They've taken cows and decided the farmer says.
- 54:02I want cows that give more milk, so he gets his best milk
- 54:06producers, and cross breeds them.
- 54:07And pretty soon, he gets calves and after five or six
- 54:10Generations, he's got a herd of cows that give more milk.
- 54:14Okay, he didn't create anything cows.
- 54:17Already gave milk. He enhanced that particular
- 54:20trait. That's all he did or more beef
- 54:23or it can stand the heat better. Whatever you can.
- 54:25Natural selection works great artificial selection works
- 54:28great, but it's a selective process.
- 54:31Not a creative process. You're not going to take a
- 54:36amoeba or a protozoa. And what natural selection turn
- 54:40a single-celled creature into a human or a bird or a dinosaur or
- 54:45a ladybug, this is the kind of stuff that gets me upset.
- 54:48They're not only wasting our textbook, money printing this
- 54:51dumb stuff, they're lying to the kids.
- 54:53It's not true, it's not science and this is destroying their
- 54:56faith in God's word. I think it's destroyed your
- 54:59faith in God's word. God said they bring forth after
- 55:02their kind you don't believe that.
- 55:03No surgery, no, sir, my faith in God's word is not destroyed at
- 55:07all. All that that is, that is
- 55:10patently untrue. Well, well, that's not totally
- 55:13accurate. The water because you do not see
- 55:15is more notley God help me out water.
- 55:18You already said under lash do he said Genesis is allegory.
- 55:23You're already making substitutions water.
- 55:27That's true. I got a question for Kent
- 55:29myself. Do whenever I was young man and
- 55:31growing up in high school we were taught that there was an
- 55:34Extinction event with the dinosaurs that there was So much
- 55:38Devastation destruction at the dinosaurs were completely wiped
- 55:42out at what point in time. Did someone slip in that during
- 55:46all this toxic oceans and poison and explosions and death and
- 55:51destruction practically the apocalypse.
- 55:53These dinosaurs managed to turn into birds and just fly to
- 55:57safety. Where did it go?
- 56:01That whole idea has been invented in the last, I think 20
- 56:0425 years. I think it's, I think the devil
- 56:06and his demons are just seeing How dumb a story can we get
- 56:10people to believe the idea that the whole universe?
- 56:13All the stars fit in a DOT smaller than a proton?
- 56:16You could not squeeze a gallon of milk into a DOT smaller than
- 56:19a proton. Let alone hold Pacific, Ocean.
- 56:22It is just so absurd that they believe it.
- 56:26Oh yes, and we're all related to a common ancestor like an amoeba
- 56:29or protozoa. That just is so absolutely
- 56:32idiotic stupidity, unbelievable. But I think the demons and Satan
- 56:38and the demons are Are laughing. As you know what?
- 56:40I probably had an idea. I bet I can get them to believe
- 56:42this. Oh no you can't.
- 56:43Yeah watch this and sure enough. They believe it.
- 56:46It just it's sad but my job as want a child of God is to teach
- 56:51the truth. Okay.
- 56:53What are you said? You believe the Bible?
- 56:54The Bible says in six days God made everything.
- 56:57You believe that. No.
- 57:01Okay. Well you don't believe the
- 57:02Bible, they already destroyed your faith in the Bible.
- 57:06So when you read in Daniel on, I've got my Bible right here.
- 57:14Catholic Bibles, got more books than yours.
- 57:21Let me go to the front. Give me a second Kitt.
- 57:24How do you feel about these old Earth creationist like Hugh.
- 57:27Ross. I do.
- 57:29Dated Hugh Ross for two and a half hours on the John Ankerberg
- 57:32Show. I'll debate him again.
- 57:33Anytime he's a heretic, tell him, I said, so Do you think
- 57:39that anyone who doesn't accept the young Earth creation and
- 57:42count as a heretic? I think if they claim to believe
- 57:45the Bible but they also believe the Earth is billions of years
- 57:48old and they're related to a protozoa or a primate there a
- 57:51heretic it does a shirt you don't believe the Bible Jesus
- 57:54said creation of Adam was the beginning.
- 57:57They're calling him a liar. Jesus of the Bible says in
- 58:00Romans 5:8, nothing died. Till Adam sinned, man, brought
- 58:03death into the world. If evolution is true death,
- 58:06brought man into the world. They could not be more opposite.
- 58:10There, you cannot reconcile. These two.
- 58:12Worldviews. Somebody is wrong.
- 58:14Seriously wrong. I agree.
- 58:17Do you do you do you? Do you agree that Jesus often
- 58:21speaks in metaphor? Oh yeah.
- 58:23He spoke in Parables, sometimes sure hair.
- 58:25But it was clear, right? It was It was pretty clear when
- 58:28he did, but when he said, the creation of Adam was the
- 58:32beginning twice? Matthew 19:4, Mark 10:6?
- 58:36What did he mean by that? What about the death?
- 58:39Why did God make a world? Where death is, what does the
- 58:43creating? Because if one atom, if one
- 58:45animal evolves a little better than the rest, the rest of them
- 58:48have to die to make this work or that new improvements going to
- 58:51be Blended back into the population in Lost.
- 58:54What's the let's let's are the the Matthew, and the you said,
- 58:57Matthew and Mark are those accounts.
- 59:01You said, he said it twice. Now are those accounts just
- 59:04different separate recounting of the same incident, or is he
- 59:09really saying it on two separate occasions?
- 59:12Well, in the mouth of two or three Witnesses, every word is
- 59:14established, that's a Biblical principle and Fries.
- 59:18Okay? So I think Jesus is the Lord had
- 59:20Matthew righted, and he had Mark right it at separate times.
- 59:24Make sure there's two there, two there, two witnesses.
- 59:26To this to that. He did say, that, that makes
- 59:29sense. That it did.
- 59:31So are any of his other parables are metaphors?
- 59:33Not repeated twice in both of those gospels?
- 59:37Let me go on way off track for this topic tonight, but the
- 59:39positive, I don't know. Yeah, well, we're talking about.
- 59:44Can Evolution be demonstrated? Should it be taught in school?
- 59:47Is it a religion? That's the very title of the
- 59:50video, right. So he actually announce well
- 59:53you're going All over the place as though you're trying to say.
- 59:56Oh, you know what? Let's get right down to it.
- 1:00:00Let's cut through the cheese. Hello is Genesis and allegories
- 1:00:06a story is the creation account allegory or not.
- 1:00:09Yes or no? Yes, but let me clarify me
- 1:00:11clarify the point that I'm making he said that because
- 1:00:15Jesus is quoted twice as having said this in both Matthew and
- 1:00:20Mark that means that he's not speaking in a parable or
- 1:00:22metaphor. He's being literal.
- 1:00:24And so I'm asking him if there are any other instances of his
- 1:00:28Parables or metaphors being repeated twice because that
- 1:00:31would then imply that he could be wrong about Jesus being
- 1:00:35literal in this instance. So it's not unrelated.
- 1:00:40It's not it's completely related to the topic.
- 1:00:43I think you're grasping at straws here.
- 1:00:45I'd have to go back and see which all Parables Jesus told.
- 1:00:47Matthew had some Mark had some but that's unrelated.
- 1:00:50If a person says something and a court of law two witnesses come
- 1:00:54in and say I heard him say it. The other guy says I heard him
- 1:00:57say it that's enough. There are two witnesses that
- 1:01:00believe Jesus said the creation of Adam was the beginning.
- 1:01:04Matthew wrote it down and Mark wrote it down.
- 1:01:07What's the difference tell us anything about whether or not it
- 1:01:10was, it was a, it was a metaphor, it doesn't?
- 1:01:13It just says that he, the tells us that he said her Wonder,
- 1:01:16we're not talking about Parables and all that right now.
- 1:01:19The topic of it is should Evolution be taught in school?
- 1:01:23Also can't ask you about 10 minutes ago, can you demonstrate
- 1:01:27any evidence for evolution? Can you do that besides saying
- 1:01:31Hamburg, dinosaur? I mean, give us something that
- 1:01:34we can chew on here. I would encourage him to do the
- 1:01:38same thing. I encourage you to do which
- 1:01:40would be to go to his local natural natural history museum.
- 1:01:43And take a look at some transitional fossils.
- 1:01:45Can you demonstrate some evidence for evolution in this
- 1:01:48discussion with us? Are you want to send us
- 1:01:50somewhere where they make wooden bones and stuff in order to make
- 1:01:53something look like it's a structure?
- 1:01:56Okay, let me let me try to, I want to post in the chat.
- 1:02:00I will give you some resources. All right, that's out.
- 1:02:12There is no such thing as a transitional fossil.
- 1:02:16If you find any fossil in the dirt, all you could prove is it
- 1:02:20died. You could not prove it had any
- 1:02:23children and you sure couldn't prove it had children that were
- 1:02:25different than itself. Why would an animal in the dirt
- 1:02:29be able to do something that no animal today can do?
- 1:02:32No animal today produces babies other than their kind.
- 1:02:35Why would we think this bone in the dirt?
- 1:02:37Could do it? I don't think that.
- 1:02:40Again, I've never have claimed and no evolutionary biologist
- 1:02:44claims that an animal gives birth to a different species,
- 1:02:48then it soon. What, what's his transitional
- 1:02:51fossil you're talking about is just transitioning to something
- 1:02:54else. It's giving birth to something
- 1:02:56other than its kind, slowly. I'm going to be our backup,
- 1:02:59going to get a drink. Yeah, get it right.
- 1:03:02Okay. How you feeling Kent?
- 1:03:04I am tired bread. I've had a long day.
- 1:03:06I'm ready to quit and go to bed but we can go a little longer
- 1:03:08here if you want. All right, I'm going to give
- 1:03:11people the opportunity to come in and ask questions.
- 1:03:13I put the links are out there, folks, whenever discussion, you
- 1:03:16better hurry it up because Kent this tired.
- 1:03:19He's a busy man, come on, I would like to point out a flaw
- 1:03:27in The evolutionary belief that water has brought up previously.
- 1:03:32He says that everything on Earth was exactly the same as its
- 1:03:36parent. But if that's true, that would
- 1:03:39also mean that I was exactly the same as my gran and my
- 1:03:42great-great-great, grandparents, Evolution has no room.
- 1:03:45If everything was exactly the same as its parent in the
- 1:03:48history of the world, where does an illusion coming?
- 1:03:52You can't have both. They say they're always the same
- 1:03:55as their parents, okay? Well then amoebas per didn't
- 1:03:58produce a human then. Yeah, not only that pasture, but
- 1:04:03you would be the expert on this if evolution were real.
- 1:04:08Wouldn't you have to have two of these species evolved.
- 1:04:11Exactly the same at exactly the same time in order for them to
- 1:04:15breed and further that new hybrid operative cheese well and
- 1:04:20they got to be of the opposite sex.
- 1:04:23What if you got two males to evil?
- 1:04:25Yeah, we got a problem. So not only they have to have
- 1:04:28two of them at the same time, over the opposite sex in the
- 1:04:31same place. They now have to breed enough
- 1:04:34children to take over the population of the whole world of
- 1:04:36that kind, or they're going to it's going to get Blended back
- 1:04:39in if a farmer has one cow that gives an enormous amount of milk
- 1:04:44and they don't select that one out and keep it separate, it'll
- 1:04:47just get Blended back into the heard, the new improved trait,
- 1:04:51won't take over the herd. Certainly won't take over the
- 1:04:54world, but here's the versus. Where'd you go ahead?
- 1:04:58Here's the verses where Jesus said, man brought death into the
- 1:05:01world Romans 5:12, and First Corinthians 15 by Man Came
- 1:05:06Death. Why do we have death?
- 1:05:09If Waters God, that he says, he believes in use death to create
- 1:05:13everything. That's the opposite of the god
- 1:05:16that I believe in. God made it all perfect and man,
- 1:05:19wrecked it In his view, God made a mess and it slowly trying to
- 1:05:24straighten itself out. I think it's just totally count
- 1:05:27contrary to what scripture teaches.
- 1:05:29That's for sure. Water, you opened up Pandora's
- 1:05:32Box. Mr. Hoban actually posted the
- 1:05:34verse where Jesus talked about Adam and about death in the
- 1:05:38world. Are you saying that?
- 1:05:40That's some kind of parable or allegory?
- 1:05:44Yeah but that's that's what we were trying to talk.
- 1:05:46I was trying to talk to Ken about earlier and that's why I
- 1:05:49was asking In him, if he had more instances of Jesus Parables
- 1:05:54being repeated because that would imply that just because
- 1:05:57it's repeated twice, that doesn't mean that it should be
- 1:05:59taken. Literally, you're still not
- 1:06:01responding to the diversity, actually has up there.
- 1:06:04It's Jesus, is speaking of Adam. Here it is right here.
- 1:06:11Have you not read that? He, which made them at the
- 1:06:14beginning, made them male and female.
- 1:06:17Was that the beginning, right? And we have a male and female of
- 1:06:21the species. Yes, I was the first man if he
- 1:06:26is referred to as Adam, that is the beginning.
- 1:06:28I mean, I don't I don't know why I'm being told that I'm the
- 1:06:31machine in the chat that I'm dodging questions.
- 1:06:34And I'm not answering things. I'm trying to be as, on the nose
- 1:06:38and into the point is possible. I'm not sure.
- 1:06:42Why? Maybe it's a Protestant versus
- 1:06:44Catholic thing? I don't know.
- 1:06:45No, it's called the Dodge and a reflect.
- 1:06:47And also you're trying to turn the Bible in the allegory so you
- 1:06:50can go with the evolution. But Bible is no problem.
- 1:06:53Is the problem is even if we give you that but it's all
- 1:06:57allegory you still can't demonstrate evidence for
- 1:06:59evolution. That's her problem.
- 1:07:02That's what we've been waiting for and you want to give us a
- 1:07:04bunch of Bones and corpses and say, there you go.
- 1:07:07That's what we're waiting for it, sir again.
- 1:07:10And I don't know, I I've lost count of how many times I've
- 1:07:12said this, but if the the evidence that you want for
- 1:07:15evolution is for me to get an animal to give birth to an
- 1:07:19animal of another species. I can't, I can't do that, nobody
- 1:07:22can do that because nobody is claiming, that's what happens.
- 1:07:24And it's not what happens, they are claiming it happens, slowly,
- 1:07:29if a frog turns into a prince slowly, it's science.
- 1:07:34Now if you kiss the Frog and turns to a prince, that's a
- 1:07:37fairy tale, but if it happens slowly, it now becomes science.
- 1:07:41That's you don't understand at all that.
- 1:07:43You have a religious belief. You certainly aren't going to
- 1:07:45admit it because Evolution isn't observed.
- 1:07:48The protozoa according to the evolution Theory slowly turned
- 1:07:52to everything alive. Today where's the evidence for
- 1:07:56that protozoa make babies all the time and they're still
- 1:08:00protozoa alive today. Why did all of them turn into
- 1:08:03humans? What would you only need two?
- 1:08:08You only evolve is you need to adapt and survive.
- 1:08:11So if they still fit and environmental Niche, there's no
- 1:08:13reason for them to evolve. Okay, I do believe I've
- 1:08:18question. I have a question for you water,
- 1:08:20you stated before on previous show that you have to go with
- 1:08:25the majority of what's believed in science.
- 1:08:28My question for you is without mindset Catholicism being the
- 1:08:33only will call it. A denomination of Christianity
- 1:08:37is since it's, the only denomination that recognizes
- 1:08:39Evolution. Why would you not go with the
- 1:08:41opinion of all the Protestants and the Jews?
- 1:08:45And The Muslims because they are the majority Collective opinion
- 1:08:50when it comes to religious matters, why would you side with
- 1:08:54the Catholics when they're the minority but when it comes to
- 1:08:56scientific research we have over a billion Catholics on this
- 1:09:00planet. It's still a denomination
- 1:09:03though. My question was about to
- 1:09:05nomination if the majority of the denominations including
- 1:09:09Judaism and we'll even add Islam, agree that Evolution
- 1:09:14can't be accurate. Then why would you go with the
- 1:09:17minority Viewpoint? I think, I honestly, I love you
- 1:09:20Proverbs, but I think that's kind of a silly question.
- 1:09:23I don't know why you're including Islam, they have an
- 1:09:25entirely different book. No, no, no.
- 1:09:27Wait, wait, wait. They are part of the Abraham,
- 1:09:30right? Why not include him?
- 1:09:32Great. Okay.
- 1:09:33So you're talking abrahamic religions.
- 1:09:35Yes, Brandi because I was Russia have the same God That's a Dodge
- 1:09:42brother, that's a bigger Dodge than go plan.
- 1:09:45You drive this this this question is not your ass is not
- 1:09:51religion, is not a search field where you get with the top
- 1:09:56experts to battle it out and find out what they have a
- 1:10:00consensus on. I mean it's just you comparing
- 1:10:02apples and oranges. I don't think this is the only
- 1:10:04this is a fair question. Well is there anything else that
- 1:10:08you'd like that guys? Can't this tired and I want to
- 1:10:11make sure Sure that he's able to get his beauty sleep and all
- 1:10:14that. So, is there anything else you'd
- 1:10:15like to share Kent? There's plenty of time for us to
- 1:10:18listen to him. Try to prove.
- 1:10:20He's a primate, okay? Looks like we got robbed UK in
- 1:10:24here. Hello Rob.
- 1:10:25How are you doing? I can hear me again.
- 1:10:28Would you like to ask him to question?
- 1:10:30Thank you for showing up. Yeah, I can.
- 1:10:34Hey, hi, I'm yeah. I've got it.
- 1:10:40You've had your ministry. What 50 years old.
- 1:10:43So how do you keep focused on your ministry and your purpose
- 1:10:48under God, when you have a lot of haters, a lot of criticism
- 1:10:54and your personal life comes into discussion and things like
- 1:10:59that. How do you mentally keep focused
- 1:11:02and how much do you suppose, how much supports Christian do you
- 1:11:06have? And do you generally tend to be
- 1:11:10quite lonely on? On your path, you know where
- 1:11:13you're the boss of your ministry.
- 1:11:15And obviously you'll have people coming in and trying to
- 1:11:19influence you or give you advice as to how you should do things.
- 1:11:23How do you keep Focus going forward?
- 1:11:26Hmm, well I think the captain of any ship in Wartime has to
- 1:11:33master. Stay focused, he's got a task,
- 1:11:36he's trying to get over here. And, you know, do this job with
- 1:11:38it and so things happen Torpedoes, come at him and
- 1:11:41Planes come at him and any in any wartime situation, the
- 1:11:45captain of the ship or the commander of the army or the
- 1:11:49president of the United States, he has a lot of distractions and
- 1:11:54they have to stay focused and God called me to do this
- 1:11:56ministry. I've had plenty of haters,
- 1:11:58that's for sure. Type in can't open and your
- 1:12:00computer will melt. The haters are incredible out
- 1:12:03there, just a good sign. I'm doing the right thing.
- 1:12:05I think I'm focused. I love the Lord.
- 1:12:07I'll be 70 in a couple days. I got saved when I was 16.
- 1:12:11And I've been trying to serve him most of the time ever since,
- 1:12:14you know, it's just I read his word.
- 1:12:16I've got a mission, I'ma try to please him at the end of this
- 1:12:20life. I want God to say, Well done,
- 1:12:23good and faithful servant. That's all I can do.
- 1:12:26I'm plowing my row. If somebody else wants to plow a
- 1:12:28different row, or flower different direction, I don't
- 1:12:30care. There's a lot of other creation
- 1:12:32Ministries people argue with each other, by different things.
- 1:12:35I don't have time for him. I'm busy plow on my row.
- 1:12:37I'm trying to plow it straight and deep that's all Rob.
- 1:12:41The seen you in comments and I believe I'm talking the past
- 1:12:44year, you're a big time. Supporter of can told them, you
- 1:12:48love his material, and all that, what is your top three pieces of
- 1:12:52content? That Kent has produce that you
- 1:12:54really really enjoy watching. Rob, you got to unmute your mic
- 1:13:02in order to speak. People are still learning how to
- 1:13:05do this, where you going to do? Yeah, I'm yeah, yeah.
- 1:13:09Well, I came to come across Kent's material, very light in
- 1:13:13my Christian path actually because I was 40 years and
- 1:13:16atheist and for 15 years, a Christian and I didn't discover
- 1:13:22discover Canova until about six years ago, but all of the stuff
- 1:13:28I've looked at from, Ken regarding evolution is spot-on
- 1:13:32and but the real interesting stuff that I found that really
- 1:13:39got me thinking a lot was to do with when he was covering
- 1:13:42covering covering the he's M's communism, socialism Nazism and
- 1:13:48their links to Eeveelution as well and hearing that was a
- 1:13:52really big wake-up call regarding the evil in the world
- 1:13:56and the links Harry ties back to it.
- 1:13:59Evolution. And I don't know whether people
- 1:14:02know this, but during the Communist era, the Communists
- 1:14:06created a paid activist group called The League of the
- 1:14:11militant atheists, and it's an actual activist group that the
- 1:14:17Communist set up to bring down the Christians and bring down
- 1:14:21Christian churches and kill pastors to obviously, forward,
- 1:14:26the agenda of Communism. So, you know, the correct.
- 1:14:29Term is League of militant Godless, which today will be
- 1:14:32League of militant atheists. So that's when I come across
- 1:14:36Kent material on, not zebras. And that's what really, you
- 1:14:39know, got me interested in though.
- 1:14:41I hadn't happened to that point seen Pastor approach evil in
- 1:14:47relation to Eeveelution, where it can lead and also, as you've
- 1:14:51covered earlier on today, Brett about how atheism can lead to
- 1:14:54things like suicide and depression, and etc, etc.
- 1:14:58So that's what really interested me about Cain and then I
- 1:15:01discovered the evolution stuff after that.
- 1:15:06Very good from your personal experiences.
- 1:15:08Have you noticed that people who do not seem to have God in their
- 1:15:12life? They seem to have a lot of
- 1:15:14difficulty with that, the put on a front and social media, but
- 1:15:17the ones, he actually met personally, or whenever he was a
- 1:15:20former atheist, was their anxiety and depression and all
- 1:15:24that very much so, and I was one of them.
- 1:15:27It's well, I was one of them, you know, for 40 years, I hadn't
- 1:15:31unhappiness in me, and the world didn't make sense.
- 1:15:34Anyway, And I can understand the atheist mindset.
- 1:15:39Then I kind of was, you know, can I decide?
- 1:15:41I separate the two out. I did separate out, a normal
- 1:15:45way, theist Behavior than atheist, mindsets regarding not
- 1:15:50having the information and coming to that conclusion, to
- 1:15:53militant atheists, who as Ken, obviously refers to ask offers
- 1:15:58as well, which is a correct term as well, where they're just so
- 1:16:03adamant that Science proves facts, and there's no deny,
- 1:16:08there's no debating and there's no nothing.
- 1:16:11There are just a literal facts or science produced and that's
- 1:16:14the end of the debate and that I can't get my head around.
- 1:16:18And my atheist friends are a lot more rational, although I have
- 1:16:23to admit some of my atheist friends are on medication for
- 1:16:26depression and things like that and they're questioning life as
- 1:16:31well obviously, especially at these time as As We Know by
- 1:16:34blend. X /, you're right.
- 1:16:37When I became born again it was like a realization of knowing
- 1:16:42how things work and that lifted a heavy burden off of me.
- 1:16:47Do you understand what I'm saying?
- 1:16:48I think you was the same for you as well.
- 1:16:50Brett, you know, it lifted a big burden off, you finding out that
- 1:16:54God was real. Yeah.
- 1:16:57Whenever I was an atheist, I watch Kent hovind and a lot of
- 1:17:01his views and has ideas and the things that he taught it.
- 1:17:05Was very helpful for me, was hopeful for me to be able to
- 1:17:08transition. I was really looking for some
- 1:17:11purpose and reason in the universe.
- 1:17:13I just felt like if this is all there is, oh goodness, gracious.
- 1:17:18So, I completely understand where you're coming from Rob and
- 1:17:21I'm sorry that you've had to go through that.
- 1:17:23I am happy to hear that things are looking up for you.
- 1:17:26Yeah. Yeah that's it.
- 1:17:27And the thing is is that I love listening to Kent.
- 1:17:30Hovind's Bible studies now as well because they are, they are
- 1:17:34short and sweet. Wheat and spot-on and you know
- 1:17:38you can spend about 15 20 minutes, half an hour, just
- 1:17:40watching them picking up so much about that particular study you
- 1:17:45know where is obviously other you know pastors they have their
- 1:17:48own gifts and things like that. They go into a lot more detail
- 1:17:51but it's nice quick and refreshing and you can pick up
- 1:17:55bullet points to pass on to other people.
- 1:17:58You know, they hear you there. Rob, there's a feel-good Kent to
- 1:18:03know because a lot of things that Was debate and discussions.
- 1:18:06You're usually in these battles with folks, who believe they
- 1:18:10come from sponges and you don't get to hear about the positive
- 1:18:14glorification, less than folks decided to call you and, you
- 1:18:17know, check out the website. And all that doesn't make you
- 1:18:20feel good to know that. You've actually helped sow some
- 1:18:24seeds and bring meaning and purpose into people's existence.
- 1:18:29Oh yeah, that's I do it to please the Lord.
- 1:18:32Now if people want to come along great if they Don't great.
- 1:18:35Most war hero is probably don't know their Hero at the moment.
- 1:18:39The other getting shot at and you know, so they find out at
- 1:18:42the end that the war. So I'm going to find out at the
- 1:18:45end. How many folks have been saved?
- 1:18:47How many folks have given that, you know, been by lives changed
- 1:18:50and that's up to God. I just want to keep plowing my
- 1:18:52row and planting seeds like crazy.
- 1:18:56So I'll debate all the atheist. I'll talk to him.
- 1:18:59They can come, visit dinosaur Adventure, Land at Lenox
- 1:19:01Alabama. Anybody come I got to get to
- 1:19:03bed, Brett. Let's do a show.
- 1:19:05Little earlier in the day. Sometimes, I do my program 7 to
- 1:19:087:30 every night on Kent hovind official.
- 1:19:12Any time other than that, I'll be glad to come on drinks.
- 1:19:14It's an atheist to come on. Do a debate?
- 1:19:16I'll take them all on. We've been putting the link out
- 1:19:19there. Kent, I think they're scared of
- 1:19:21us or something there. They can't get that banana
- 1:19:23courage up. They were talking about.
- 1:19:25It's rough. But can't you have a beautiful
- 1:19:28night? And I hope a man having having
- 1:19:30open discussions with us. Makes you realize that keep
- 1:19:34having this strength and stuff that you are doing good.
- 1:19:38You're doing good in you. All right.
- 1:19:40God bless you. Can't.
- 1:19:42Thank y'all. All right, bye-bye.
- 1:19:47Oh well. What was your question water?
- 1:19:52I just wanted to tell Kent that a day.
- 1:19:54After he turns 70, I turned 25 and I enjoyed having this
- 1:19:59exchange and I hope to see him in heaven.
- 1:20:03We're a Proverbs are in a screen for a little bit.
- 1:20:05What a handsome man out, it's nice.
- 1:20:07Having Kenton will hang out for a few more minutes and then
- 1:20:11we'll shut her down and play some pretty music or something.
- 1:20:15What do you think? Proverbs.
- 1:20:17Hey, I think that sounds like a plan and water.
- 1:20:20I really wish you'd bring in one of your friends that also
- 1:20:23believes in evolution because I do feel bad that we're always
- 1:20:26teaming up on you. But that's the nature of the
- 1:20:29game when you're in a chat with people who believe in You know,
- 1:20:33religion, I can take it, I can take it all day.
- 1:20:39You know, what you really do, take it like a gentleman and
- 1:20:42I've always appreciated that about you.
- 1:20:44So even though we disagree on quite a bit, it's always a
- 1:20:46pleasure to have you in here and I did get a little flustered but
- 1:20:51no. Yeah, it's I enjoy having these
- 1:20:53conversations and you guys are very good hosts.
- 1:20:58Well, thank you, thank you. You you got to expect if you get
- 1:21:02into a discussion with Kent, he's very passionate about his
- 1:21:04views and so is everybody who's coming in here?
- 1:21:07So it gets exciting, it gets fun for sure.
- 1:21:10I feel bad for some of the folks out there there was a link out
- 1:21:14in the description. Also top of the comments when we
- 1:21:17do another show, hopefully you guys be prepared.
- 1:21:20You'll bring your SpongeBob's and your banana courage and
- 1:21:23teach us why we come from rocks. We are open-minded will hear you
- 1:21:27out. Won't we probably Verbs.
- 1:21:29Absolutely. Yeah.
- 1:21:31Any denomination or atheist or Satanist or Pagan bring it in as
- 1:21:36long as you're respectful we'd love to have a back-and-forth
- 1:21:38dialogue, right? Me and Proverbs.
- 1:21:41Thank God, no hate against rocks either.
- 1:21:43Folks, we tend to rock and roll when we get our opportunity.
- 1:21:46Am I right? Yeah.
- 1:21:49Well, I was telling you earlier Brett, my idea of rock and
- 1:21:51roll's like 50s, 60s, and 70s music.
- 1:21:54But yeah, if you're counting that I rock hard to somebody
- 1:21:57Holly, hopefully, we can get missing mod in the future.
- 1:22:02It would be nice to see her and Ken Tobin having a discussion.
- 1:22:06All that you say, she's got a good voice and she's definitely
- 1:22:10a supporter. So he probably appreciate that
- 1:22:12hearing what she thinks. Yeah man I've tried so hard to
- 1:22:18get missing mod in here. I even told her she doesn't have
- 1:22:21to use a camera. She is just one stubborn little
- 1:22:24cuss. I've also tried to get my
- 1:22:26girlfriend to come on multiple times and she's just too shy.
- 1:22:29So I don't know. Maybe it's a female thing.
- 1:22:32I guess they're just too shy to engage with us.
- 1:22:34Brett because we're so so handsome.
- 1:22:37Maybe. I don't know what suppose,
- 1:22:39Stephen I suppose you and Ken to talk about the next show that we
- 1:22:43can do and get us a date. And time Kent's, really?
- 1:22:46Really interested in doing earlier shows because he's got a
- 1:22:50development to happen later on in the nights and stuff usually
- 1:22:53around 7 p.m. folks if you don't know unless you were actually
- 1:22:58born under a rock, he does do debates over at the standing for
- 1:23:02truth and you can also see him over it can Tobin's robbed, you
- 1:23:06got anything last to say to us and all that.
- 1:23:08It was nice having you? And I wish you would have got in
- 1:23:10earlier. Yeah, it's actually your 323 I
- 1:23:14am I Here, my friend. So I actually sent me a long
- 1:23:18time to get up and obviously, yeah, but basically, I love
- 1:23:22joining these discussions and debates as well.
- 1:23:26And I, I like I said to you on on chat, don't let anyone and
- 1:23:32that's kind of what I was trying to get Kent's advice on these.
- 1:23:36Don't stop what you're doing Brett, you know, I know it's
- 1:23:40hard and I know it's like, you know, you feel you're alone.
- 1:23:45On on your journey and I felt like that as well sometimes.
- 1:23:48And I've had to turn against Christians and things like that
- 1:23:52to go on my God, be part of where I ended up and the thing
- 1:23:57is, I enjoy, what you've done tonight, we've can and it's
- 1:24:01good. And I think, you know, I think
- 1:24:03more atheists will come in at some point.
- 1:24:05You know, if they're not too scared but it seems to me that
- 1:24:08some of the atheists are beginning to back off from Kent
- 1:24:11now. Because I think that whole
- 1:24:13summer show of, you know, on Standing for truth about, you
- 1:24:16know, is there scientific evidence for evolution?
- 1:24:19I think I don't know whether any of them are thinking that the
- 1:24:22science is very thin, but they've got very few arguments
- 1:24:25left. And I agree with your net, I've
- 1:24:30gotten emails from people while doing the show where they're
- 1:24:33saying, right? I thought you had disagreements
- 1:24:36with certain people, why are you getting along and all that?
- 1:24:39Well, that's a, that's the Christian thing, as well as an
- 1:24:42adult thing. Adults work things out.
- 1:24:44We forgive. We forget, we move on.
- 1:24:47We move towards the future. I know the atheist mentality is
- 1:24:50what you disagreed with me. Slit his throat immediately.
- 1:24:54That's not the way we do. We love you.
- 1:24:57Exactly. In this thing, reconciliation is
- 1:24:59a big thing and it's hard for Christians as well.
- 1:25:03Especially young Christians, because obviously you become
- 1:25:07born again. And then you think everyone's a
- 1:25:08happy family, you're all going to agree and things like that.
- 1:25:11But actually the discussion and debate about the Bible as well
- 1:25:16about the things that aren't written in the Bible or what
- 1:25:21increase your faith as well, because you're not going to have
- 1:25:24all the answers. Because if God I gave you all
- 1:25:27the answers, you'd become God, because you got all the answers.
- 1:25:30So there's nothing to learn nothing to grow through, and
- 1:25:33nothing to discuss. And that's the thing.
- 1:25:37And that's what a thief, have a hard job with, and I know this
- 1:25:42guy called J Bundy who obviously came on and debate, you can't as
- 1:25:45well and obviously he's quite a strong, you know militant
- 1:25:48atheist. As soon as he started agreeing
- 1:25:51with Kent on certain things. I know in some ways he was being
- 1:25:54sarcastic. But what happened is that All
- 1:25:57the militant atheists and against him, they literally
- 1:26:00turned late against him, like, it was a cult.
- 1:26:03And that's kind of what Minister atheism is easy.
- 1:26:06It's a, it's a bit of a cult to be fair and nothing like, like,
- 1:26:10when I become a Christian from being an atheist, I joined an
- 1:26:15atheist Channel. And I thought sharing my
- 1:26:18testimony will turn out to be an interesting stuff on, but they
- 1:26:23absolutely laid into me and I was like, what is going on?
- 1:26:26here and I can't get my head around that first, but now I'll
- 1:26:29get it, you know, with the scoffers and things like that,
- 1:26:32you know, You deadly, we're going to me in Proverbs are
- 1:26:36definitely it set up more shows where Kent will be coming in and
- 1:26:39all that. But throughout the week,
- 1:26:41sometimes, we'll just open up something randomly.
- 1:26:44We're going to do Kent stuff. During the day, we'll try to
- 1:26:46open up something to give people in different time zones, the
- 1:26:49opportunity to chat because I love talking to folks like you
- 1:26:53Rob. It's good stuff and you really
- 1:26:55add a lot to the conversation. Well, I'm getting ready to shut
- 1:26:59this down. I all I ask you all to do
- 1:27:02whenever you get an opportunity. Opportunity is look at one of
- 1:27:05your family members and give them a big old hug and say, God
- 1:27:08loves you and so do I care my up a little bit.
