- 0:00Speaker 1: Off the Bench. We Jacob Hester and Matt Flynn.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Okay, here we go where the.
- 0:04Speaker 1: Plays get broken down and science gets denied the Bench
- 0:09Speaker 1: Hour two of Off the Bench Live from the Raising
- 0:12Speaker 1: Caine Studio.
- 1:05Speaker 2: Hello, Hey, what up? What's had our two? I think yep?
- 1:11Speaker 3: Our two O TV crushed it, Jake Flannelandra Tat.
- 1:21Speaker 2: I heard that might have happened a few times.
- 1:24Speaker 3: Just getting ready, just letting them know that the best
- 1:28Speaker 3: show in the country is about the end.
- 1:30Speaker 4: You wanted to give him fair warning? We wanted to
- 1:31Speaker 4: give fair warning or just said the wrong words.
- 1:34Speaker 5: No, I forgot that.
- 1:36Speaker 2: She never made a mistake, mister.
- 1:37Speaker 3: Perfect Tata, Jacob, I feel like you would.
- 1:44Speaker 2: I didn't like that. I did not like that one bit.
- 1:49Speaker 2: I said your government.
- 1:51Speaker 3: Sorry, Oh, we don't know each other very well. Set
- 1:54Speaker 3: us up here, all right. I think it was you
- 1:56Speaker 3: that sent it in the chat yesterday. There's sixteen players
- 2:01Speaker 3: that now have a restraining order against the NCAA that
- 2:06Speaker 3: used up their eligibility. Three of them are currently in
- 2:09Speaker 3: NFL training camps that they could come back to college football.
- 2:15Speaker 6: Yeah, so it's by a Louisiana court actually granted them
- 2:18Speaker 6: to Brian Johnson sixteen athletes across multiple sports, and it's
- 2:22Speaker 6: exactly that. It's allowing them to receive that fifth year
- 2:25Speaker 6: of eligibility because they don't qualify for the new five
- 2:28Speaker 6: for five right Like, if they're not twenty twenty two
- 2:31Speaker 6: or more recent, they don't qualify for that.
- 2:33Speaker 2: So you know there's there's some names on that list.
- 2:36Speaker 6: Jack Pyburn is the name that keeps getting thrown around
- 2:39Speaker 6: here makes sense. He was on the team a year ago.
- 2:42Speaker 2: And heard the name brought up few things for him.
- 2:45Speaker 6: It was actually uh Greg Allman or omen from Fox Sports.
- 2:49Speaker 6: He tweeted this out up five o'clock yesterday. The Tampa
- 2:54Speaker 6: Bay Bucks have his rights because he signed a contract
- 2:57Speaker 6: god is fifteen thousand dollars signing bonus, So if he
- 3:01Speaker 6: left the Bucks, he would void his one hundred thousand
- 3:03Speaker 6: dollars guaranteed salary, and if he re entered the NFL
- 3:08Speaker 6: after this season, the Bucks would still have his riots,
- 3:11Speaker 6: So there's a little bit of obstacles Pyburn would have
- 3:14Speaker 6: to go through.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Also, he got two sacks in the first preseason game.
- 3:17Speaker 6: So if he makes this team, I don't know why
- 3:19Speaker 6: you would go back to college because he would actually make.
- 3:21Speaker 4: A last season, the whole season, two and a half
- 3:25Speaker 4: and he's played one game and he.
- 3:27Speaker 2: Had two in that game.
- 3:29Speaker 3: Yeah, And some people were asking, like, wait a minute,
- 3:31Speaker 3: it's like Bo Jackson. Remember when Bo Jackson got selected
- 3:33Speaker 3: by the Buccaneers, he didn't sign, and so then he
- 3:36Speaker 3: got redrafted by the Raiders the next year. So when
- 3:39Speaker 3: the first round Buccaneers didn't sign and then he goes
- 3:40Speaker 3: like in the fifth, sixth somewhere around there to the Raiders,
- 3:43Speaker 3: And so that was a different scenario. These players have
- 3:46Speaker 3: signed contracts. The old Oregon State running back who's in
- 3:49Speaker 3: camp with the Seahawks, Ankerson, he signed a contract with
- 3:53Speaker 3: the Seahawks, like he's.
- 3:54Speaker 4: A professional football player. At some point just style a
- 3:58Speaker 4: tro against him.
- 4:00Speaker 3: You got to move on, man, you have to move
- 4:03Speaker 3: forward with your life. You're this makes me so angry.
- 4:06Speaker 3: You're in an NFL training camp.
- 4:09Speaker 2: You've made it. That's the goal.
- 4:12Speaker 3: Now, be it first round, second round, third round, seventh round,
- 4:16Speaker 3: does not, undrafted, free agent, that doesn't matter. The goal
- 4:20Speaker 3: is to get there. Three of these guys have gotten there.
- 4:23Speaker 3: And Jack Pipron just had a great game. It wasn't
- 4:26Speaker 3: like even the quarterback ran into him.
- 4:29Speaker 2: Sack.
- 4:29Speaker 3: It was a great pass rush move and he got
- 4:31Speaker 3: to the quarterback. I mean, he had more sacks in
- 4:35Speaker 3: that game than he had an LSU last year. And
- 4:37Speaker 3: that's not to throw shade at him. That's just to
- 4:39Speaker 3: tell you they's playing well. I just saw him at
- 4:42Speaker 3: Bucks practice. I thought he looked great. Move on, guys,
- 4:46Speaker 3: move on, And if you're one of these schools that's
- 4:49Speaker 3: entertaining it, you're gonna tell a kid that just went
- 4:52Speaker 3: through fourth quarter program, spring practice, summer workouts, training camp. Hey,
- 4:57Speaker 3: we appreciate all you've done these last eight month months,
- 5:01Speaker 3: but OLFLA.
- 5:01Speaker 2: Is gonna come back. You're gonna take a spot.
- 5:04Speaker 3: If I'm a parent of somebody trying to go to
- 5:07Speaker 3: that school, the first question I'm gonna ask y'all just
- 5:09Speaker 3: allow people to come back and take the spot of
- 5:11Speaker 3: the guy who's been working his butt off for eight months.
- 5:16Speaker 3: And if we continue to do this where like, there's
- 5:21Speaker 3: gonna be so many high school students that never get
- 5:23Speaker 3: an opportunity. Like, guys, y'all have used your eligibility.
- 5:28Speaker 2: Move on.
- 5:29Speaker 3: You're twenty seven with two kids, like either go try
- 5:34Speaker 3: to be an NFL player, you go try to be
- 5:37Speaker 3: a CFL player, a UFL an arena league or go
- 5:40Speaker 3: to indeed dot com. But move on, but you can't
- 5:45Speaker 3: keep coming back eventually, like you gotta graduate.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Where's the line?
- 5:52Speaker 4: Like these players have signed contracts, they're in training camp,
- 5:59Speaker 4: so they officially in the NFL. They are pros, And
- 6:03Speaker 4: I get it, there's a fine line. There's some gray
- 6:05Speaker 4: area in college being college players being professional football players
- 6:08Speaker 4: as well. But where is the line? What about what
- 6:13Speaker 4: about guys that are five years into the league that
- 6:15Speaker 4: are struggling to make a team that only played four years?
- 6:18Speaker 4: Like where where do we draw the line? You I
- 6:22Speaker 4: didn't read shirt, get a red shirt? Yeah you can
- 6:24Speaker 4: come play.
- 6:25Speaker 2: I got another year here. You could beat Baker Mayfield
- 6:28Speaker 2: to that wall, So like why not? Yeah? Where is
- 6:32Speaker 2: the line? Like this is I'm sure this is ridiculous.
- 6:36Speaker 3: Diego Pop is probably getting an inch now.
- 6:38Speaker 4: There's there's no doubt, Like what gets swept under the
- 6:42Speaker 4: rug a lot is how ridiculous? The Trinidad Chamblas thing
- 6:45Speaker 4: was to trying to get trying to get.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Another year and successfully did it.
- 6:50Speaker 4: So who's to say what you can or can't do
- 6:54Speaker 4: in college football college athletics?
- 6:56Speaker 2: Right now?
- 6:56Speaker 4: You just and this is this has happened so many
- 6:58Speaker 4: different times. Uh, with this t r O temporary restraining,
- 7:02Speaker 4: like all this, all these things that you can just
- 7:04Speaker 4: sue for and get eligibility, you could, like, but this
- 7:08Speaker 4: is it takes things like this to make people change,
- 7:13Speaker 4: to make people fix the system. Like that's why I
- 7:15Speaker 4: was hoping that Brendan Sowersby thing would continue on and
- 7:18Speaker 4: he would be eligible and he'd be able to play,
- 7:20Speaker 4: because everybody was so mad it would force change. I
- 7:24Speaker 4: hope people get so mad at this that it does
- 7:27Speaker 4: the same thing, because this is dumb. This is absolutely ridiculous.
- 7:32Speaker 4: This one guy, I'm not correct here. This running back
- 7:34Speaker 4: t J. Harden is already like put his name into
- 7:38Speaker 4: the portal or something like that. Oh, there was a
- 7:42Speaker 4: he's played for two teams.
- 7:43Speaker 3: That was at ole Miss, that was in camp with
- 7:45Speaker 3: the Saints.
- 7:46Speaker 2: Already put his name into the portal. Yeah, former Seahawks
- 7:52Speaker 2: running back this hear this.
- 7:54Speaker 3: I thought we had a deadline on the portal.
- 7:55Speaker 2: So like, if you don't know, it's gonna be a
- 7:57Speaker 2: week a week long.
- 7:59Speaker 4: Oh, if you don't know, if you've never like if
- 8:01Speaker 4: you're just tuning in to college sports or sports for
- 8:04Speaker 4: the first time at twenty twenty six, and you hear
- 8:06Speaker 4: this line former Seahawks running back TJ. Harden plans to
- 8:11Speaker 4: enter the NCAA transfer portal. End of sentence.
- 8:16Speaker 5: That is very twenty twenty six.
- 8:18Speaker 4: It is six former Seahawks. He's already played college ball,
- 8:26Speaker 4: played at two college SMU and UCLA.
- 8:28Speaker 2: He's back in the portal. Let's do it.
- 8:32Speaker 6: I was thinking at a lot of these guys, we're
- 8:33Speaker 6: gonna be like, you know, an injury de road, like Okay,
- 8:36Speaker 6: DQ Smith from South Carolina coming back in good player,
- 8:39Speaker 6: And I was like, hey, you know, let's be honest, Elosh,
- 8:41Speaker 6: you could use a little bit of depth. He played
- 8:43Speaker 6: forty eight games. He was a four year starter at
- 8:45Speaker 6: South Carolina.
- 8:46Speaker 2: Forty eight games. He's a four year starter.
- 8:50Speaker 6: He was a good player, but like you were, you
- 8:52Speaker 6: played forty eight college games.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Man, move on.
- 8:56Speaker 3: And the thing that I'm starting to hear too from
- 9:00Speaker 3: some people that do support this, is well, baseball players
- 9:04Speaker 3: can get drafted and go back to school.
- 9:06Speaker 2: It happens all the time.
- 9:07Speaker 5: It feels different the draft during the season too.
- 9:11Speaker 3: You can get drafted. Turn it down like it's like
- 9:16Speaker 3: right after It's not.
- 9:18Speaker 2: This would be a guy going to the four.
- 9:20Speaker 3: Months, five months after the last game, Like for the NFL,
- 9:25Speaker 3: you've been away from your team for five months, and
- 9:28Speaker 3: then you're gonna like, if you don't get drafted, you're
- 9:30Speaker 3: gonna come back. I guess we just don't have to
- 9:32Speaker 3: go to school anymore either. No, you hadn't been in
- 9:34Speaker 3: class in five months, and you're gonna be eligible, like
- 9:38Speaker 3: the baseball draft is right after. It's like boom boom.
- 9:42Speaker 2: Football you can't do.
- 9:43Speaker 5: That, right, You can also get like straight out of
- 9:45Speaker 5: high school.
- 9:46Speaker 3: Yes, so you can't do that. You gotta play three, yeah,
- 9:49Speaker 3: or be out of school for three.
- 9:50Speaker 5: It feels like an apples tour.
- 9:53Speaker 2: Compared to the four guys on basketball team, right.
- 9:56Speaker 3: We and when we talked about that, we had the
- 9:58Speaker 3: same feeling like we're being homers here.
- 10:01Speaker 4: Now we're we're definitely not homers. We kind of poo
- 10:04Speaker 4: pooed on that we did.
- 10:08Speaker 3: I don't I just to your point, I don't know
- 10:11Speaker 3: where it is.
- 10:12Speaker 4: If there is there is no line, the line keeps
- 10:14Speaker 4: getting redrawn. It's it's it's the line is written with pencil.
- 10:17Speaker 3: I promise you and you were kind of joking, but
- 10:19Speaker 3: I know you kind of minute. There is going to
- 10:22Speaker 3: be players that played Juco years ago and they are
- 10:26Speaker 3: going to try to get back into car. They're gonna
- 10:28Speaker 3: be twenty eight, twenty nine years old. Yeah, there's gonna
- 10:30Speaker 3: be players that didn't red shirt that are twenty eight,
- 10:32Speaker 3: twenty nine years old. But say, WHOA hold up?
- 10:35Speaker 2: I had to play because player A got hurt. I
- 10:38Speaker 2: was a freshman.
- 10:39Speaker 3: I actually wanted to sit and develop, but I had
- 10:41Speaker 3: to get rushed in there because player A got hurt
- 10:44Speaker 3: and the school did that. It wasn't my decision, not
- 10:46Speaker 3: the red shirt, and they're gonna try to get another year.
- 10:49Speaker 2: I promise you that's gonna happen.
- 10:51Speaker 3: There's no line drawn, there's no finish line, and in
- 10:54Speaker 3: sports there has to be a finish line.
- 10:58Speaker 2: It is again.
- 11:01Speaker 4: I hope, I hope. I hope it takes something like
- 11:04Speaker 4: this to make people more aggressively call for change, because
- 11:09Speaker 4: I think that what gets overlooked a lot of times
- 11:12Speaker 4: is well, it's it's happening. I don't love it, but
- 11:14Speaker 4: it benefits my school, so I'm okay with it. Or
- 11:17Speaker 4: you know, it's happening. It's not that bad, like get
- 11:19Speaker 4: over it. Like people are getting paid. It's a business,
- 11:21Speaker 4: blah blah blah, and it's not that bad and it
- 11:25Speaker 4: and guess what, the product on the field is still awesome.
- 11:27Speaker 4: That's all true. So I hope there's something like you,
- 11:30Speaker 4: you slowly deteriorate the fabric of college athletics, college football,
- 11:35Speaker 4: the thing we all know and love. It's hard to
- 11:38Speaker 4: notice if it slowly happens. So maybe it takes something
- 11:42Speaker 4: that's absolutely stupid like this to make more people call
- 11:46Speaker 4: them for chanson.
- 11:47Speaker 2: I hope.
- 11:47Speaker 4: I hope the SEC pushes for, you know, breaking away
- 11:51Speaker 4: from the NCAA like they did. Whether whether it they
- 11:53Speaker 4: actually mean it or they're bluffing, I don't know. It
- 11:56Speaker 4: doesn't matter to me. Whatever it takes to make it,
- 11:59Speaker 4: make it that's just idiotic. Yeah, I mean, it's like
- 12:02Speaker 4: wearing a mask in your car. That's what God, that's
- 12:04Speaker 4: what college sports is. It's like wearing a mask in
- 12:07Speaker 4: your car.
- 12:08Speaker 5: College sports is social distancing.
- 12:10Speaker 2: College sports is social distancing. I like that.
- 12:16Speaker 3: Now, now we have to see if these players actually
- 12:21Speaker 3: used this.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Now did they ask for this?
- 12:23Speaker 7: That's not like if the players themselves asked for the tro.
- 12:29Speaker 2: Or whatever months ago or something, or what other.
- 12:34Speaker 5: Reason would you ask for it other than you want
- 12:36Speaker 5: to come back.
- 12:37Speaker 3: Yeah, and maybe when you didn't get drafted, put your
- 12:40Speaker 3: name on it.
- 12:40Speaker 2: Put your name on it. Yeah.
- 12:42Speaker 3: And now you're in training camp and you're like, I'm
- 12:45Speaker 3: actually playing pretty well, Like i might not even make
- 12:47Speaker 3: the fifty three, but I'm going to be on this
- 12:48Speaker 3: practice squad. I'm gonna make a couple of hundred thousand dollars.
- 12:51Speaker 3: You've got my foot in the door, they know me
- 12:54Speaker 3: in the building. Yeah, So we don't know that they're
- 12:57Speaker 3: necessary now. Some are, Some are undoubtedly are doing it
- 13:00Speaker 3: because they don't have a team right now.
- 13:01Speaker 2: Yeah, those guys are doing it.
- 13:03Speaker 3: But for the three that are in training camp, they
- 13:06Speaker 3: really going to leave the NFL, right, hay bag money
- 13:10Speaker 3: to go to college and then have an awkward situation
- 13:14Speaker 3: where they kind of have your rights and you got
- 13:16Speaker 3: to go back and you had to pay them back
- 13:17Speaker 3: a hundred thousand dollars.
- 13:18Speaker 2: Yeah, it seems real. It is.
- 13:21Speaker 4: It is a different story. But we have seen these
- 13:23Speaker 4: tros happen seemingly overnight with different things. When you when
- 13:26Speaker 4: players don't get exactly what they want, yeah, or the
- 13:30Speaker 4: so called representatives or agents that have are trying to
- 13:35Speaker 4: have their own pockets, have no qualifications actually do any
- 13:38Speaker 4: of this, or trying to represent these college kids and
- 13:41Speaker 4: trying to get what they want, not necessarily what the
- 13:43Speaker 4: player wants or even asked for. It's different if these
- 13:47Speaker 4: group of kids, like you said, were undrafted, unsure about
- 13:52Speaker 4: their future, the rule comes through. They they filed for
- 13:56Speaker 4: this tro months ago and it just came through. We're
- 13:59Speaker 4: just not hearing about it. That's a different story, I
- 14:01Speaker 4: think at that point. But uh, once you sign your
- 14:04Speaker 4: name on that contract, it's you. Are you play in
- 14:07Speaker 4: the NFL?
- 14:08Speaker 1: Now?
- 14:09Speaker 2: Yes, Like dayk.
- 14:10Speaker 6: One Wright with Cleveland, that's a makeable that's a makeable team.
- 14:14Speaker 2: Like Harold Fannon is great. Who's behind him? White at
- 14:17Speaker 2: Williams is with another makeable teams? Mmm mmmm the one
- 14:28Speaker 2: thing that's just.
- 14:29Speaker 5: What I think they're okay.
- 14:30Speaker 7: So there's like people making the argument, like I think
- 14:33Speaker 7: Jack Pieburn's probably trying to come back tell issue.
- 14:38Speaker 2: I don't want. I don't want him to think he is.
- 14:41Speaker 2: We just saw him get two sacks.
- 14:44Speaker 4: It has nothing to do with this skill level. I
- 14:45Speaker 4: don't want to because I don't want the whole of
- 14:48Speaker 4: the situation.
- 14:50Speaker 2: Give much playing dumb on this team. I mean, I
- 14:53Speaker 2: really don't. I know.
- 14:57Speaker 4: Well, in a short time in the NFL can teach
- 14:58Speaker 4: you a whole lot about what you never learned in college.
- 15:02Speaker 2: That's another part of it.
- 15:03Speaker 3: Yeah, after a training camp in the NFL, how much
- 15:06Speaker 3: better could you read defenses?
- 15:07Speaker 2: I was a five times better quarterback after one training camp. Yes,
- 15:11Speaker 2: in the NFL. And it wasn't LSU.
- 15:12Speaker 3: And that's not any shade to any college coach that
- 15:15Speaker 3: we had. You're just literally with the best of the best.
- 15:19Speaker 3: Every single day. You're with a guy that's done it
- 15:22Speaker 3: for ten years in the same room as you. You
- 15:25Speaker 3: sit there and have conversations. You had him with Aaron Rodgers,
- 15:28Speaker 3: I had him with Ladanian Tomlinson. Hey, here's what you
- 15:32Speaker 3: look for. Here's what the safety's doing, Here's what the
- 15:34Speaker 3: corner's doing. And pass protection, you do this, that the
- 15:36Speaker 3: other whatever. That's valuable stuff Like I would have been
- 15:40Speaker 3: a much better player a year later. But guess what,
- 15:43Speaker 3: you don't get that opportunity, or you shouldn't.
- 15:47Speaker 2: I guess you do. Now.
- 15:48Speaker 7: So let's say Jack Pieburn comes back to LSU, right,
- 15:53Speaker 7: and let's say he does, like just hypothetically, he does
- 15:56Speaker 7: get playing time and maybe like his whole thing is
- 16:00Speaker 7: I want to get drafted.
- 16:02Speaker 5: Was he undrafted?
- 16:02Speaker 6: Yeah, but the Bucks are gonna have his right so yeah, yeah,
- 16:05Speaker 6: once he goes back, they still have Yeah, so he
- 16:08Speaker 6: doesn't So if he came back, they have his rights.
- 16:10Speaker 2: What does that mean? He doesn't go to the draft.
- 16:12Speaker 5: So he wouldn't be able to enter.
- 16:13Speaker 3: The draft because if he if he went into the draft,
- 16:16Speaker 3: got drafted and didn't sign, then he would go right
- 16:20Speaker 3: back into the draft and they would have no rights.
- 16:23Speaker 3: He signed a contract, he already got his signing bonus,
- 16:26Speaker 3: that's the thing, so they would have like he would
- 16:28Speaker 3: have to go back to the Buck.
- 16:29Speaker 7: So but if they cut him, let's just say like
- 16:31Speaker 7: the Bucks, then they don't have his rights and he
- 16:34Speaker 7: could theoretically re enter the draft and maybe the contract,
- 16:39Speaker 7: like maybe get a better like actually get drafted instead
- 16:44Speaker 7: of going undrafted. Maybe that's like the thought process behind it.
- 16:47Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 16:48Speaker 7: But Joe Houston is now here who he played with
- 16:50Speaker 7: at Florida. Yeah, he's like the special teams coordinator.
- 16:53Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't know.
- 16:56Speaker 4: I hope Pieburn has a awesome career. He had two
- 17:02Speaker 4: sacks this last his first preseason game. He had two
- 17:05Speaker 4: and a half with LSU last year. Like obviously he's improving. Like,
- 17:08Speaker 4: I hope he has a great career. I hope he
- 17:09Speaker 4: makes a team. You are in NFL training camp. You
- 17:13Speaker 4: did it, got your foot in the door. You were
- 17:16Speaker 4: in a training camp, and you are having success.
- 17:18Speaker 2: I hope.
- 17:20Speaker 4: And I'm speaking like as a football fan here, Yeah,
- 17:23Speaker 4: I'm taking an LSU hat off. I hope he doesn't
- 17:25Speaker 4: play for LSU this year or anywhere in college. I
- 17:28Speaker 4: hope he makes a team in Tampa, and I hope
- 17:30Speaker 4: he plays well, and I wish him all the best.
- 17:32Speaker 2: I do.
- 17:32Speaker 4: This whole thing is messy, though, and I'm hoping for
- 17:35Speaker 4: these kids say that, like they put their name of
- 17:37Speaker 4: the hat months ago, and it just took this long
- 17:40Speaker 4: for this to come out or this tiro to get.
- 17:44Speaker 2: Initiated. So I'm hoping that's the case.
- 17:47Speaker 4: And it wasn't like hey a couple of days ago,
- 17:49Speaker 4: Hey you want to do this, let's do it, and
- 17:52Speaker 4: they happen immediately.
- 17:54Speaker 2: So anyway, I wish him all the best.
- 17:58Speaker 3: I mean, does he wait now see if he makes
- 18:00Speaker 3: a team, because if he does get cut, then you're right,
- 18:02Speaker 3: like it's Voyd. But if he doesn't ye like and
- 18:05Speaker 3: he leaves on his own, it's a completely different situation.
- 18:11Speaker 2: He also probably maybe.
- 18:13Speaker 5: He knows he's gonna get cut. I don't know.
- 18:16Speaker 2: I mean, you don't really know that at this point.
- 18:17Speaker 4: Yeah, let's hear what y'all think in the chat y'all
- 18:21Speaker 4: would would y'all want him to play at LSU this year?
- 18:24Speaker 4: And this is in a skill thing saysn't like what
- 18:27Speaker 4: he started or not? Just as messy as this whole
- 18:30Speaker 4: thing is.
- 18:32Speaker 2: All right, we will step away.
- 18:34Speaker 3: We'll have more OTB when we come back here live
- 18:36Speaker 3: from the Raisin King Studio.
- 18:38Speaker 8: Off the bench, all right, go to Russell Pooles dot com.
- 18:42Speaker 8: Russell Pools dot com, the website for Russell pool Company.
- 18:45Speaker 8: We always talk about Russell Pools and how long they've
- 18:48Speaker 8: been in the game here in South Louisiana.
- 18:50Speaker 2: They have seen it all.
- 18:51Speaker 3: And look, we have unique situations here in Louisiana. The
- 18:56Speaker 3: weather's unique, all right. It can be harsh on pools,
- 18:59Speaker 3: but when you have somebody's been doing it since the
- 19:00Speaker 3: nineteen sixties, they make sure that your pool is always
- 19:03Speaker 3: going to be ready to go, that it's going to
- 19:05Speaker 3: be up to the standard of the South Louisiana heat
- 19:08Speaker 3: and weather down here, and they're going to be there
- 19:10Speaker 3: the entire way for you from the very beginning, during
- 19:13Speaker 3: the process afterwards as well with your maintenance. You never
- 19:16Speaker 3: have to leave Russell Pools, and they're certainly never going
- 19:18Speaker 3: to leave you.
- 19:19Speaker 4: Go to Russell Pools dot com. Did you talking about
- 19:21Speaker 4: the renovations, No, that's for you, sir. Hey they got rich.
- 19:24Speaker 4: So you can't trust just any pool company to renovate
- 19:27Speaker 4: a project or a pool. Like if you've bought a
- 19:29Speaker 4: house on it's got an old pool and need some updates.
- 19:31Speaker 4: You want to change the way it looks, you wanted
- 19:32Speaker 4: to function like a modern pool. Will trust Russell Pools.
- 19:35Speaker 4: They are the best in the business. Go go see
- 19:37Speaker 4: them today over at Russellpools dot Com.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Tiger's turn Talkers, this is off the bench? Or do
- 20:03Speaker 1: you think.
- 20:03Speaker 2: That a mind sing fun lows.
- 20:10Speaker 8: Some mining last the last?
- 20:17Speaker 9: Do you know fake?
- 20:24Speaker 2: Do you know fak.
- 20:30Speaker 9: Nice Sior?
- 20:32Speaker 1: Do you know that Sam do everything?
- 20:37Speaker 9: Well?
- 20:39Speaker 2: All right, welcome back in oh TV.
- 20:42Speaker 3: You're lying from the Raising Kane studio. The little mixed
- 20:52Speaker 3: reviews in the chat about if they would bring back
- 20:55Speaker 3: one of the players that's been in NFL training camp.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Uh.
- 21:01Speaker 3: Some want to add some experience and be experienced and
- 21:04Speaker 3: be a veteran player, for sure. He's been in the
- 21:06Speaker 3: NFL for a couple.
- 21:08Speaker 4: It'd be good, be really good experience for our college team.
- 21:11Speaker 3: I'm just telling you it's a slippery slope, and you
- 21:13Speaker 3: might you might disagree, and that's fine.
- 21:15Speaker 2: It's fine. Just saying.
- 21:17Speaker 3: If I'm a high school parent and all of a sudden,
- 21:21Speaker 3: you're bringing back guys that were in the NFL, and
- 21:24Speaker 3: I see that, and I'm like, oh, man, that guy
- 21:26Speaker 3: that worked for you for eight months just lost his
- 21:29Speaker 3: spot from a guy that's been with the Buccaneers for
- 21:32Speaker 3: four months.
- 21:34Speaker 2: Look. I like Jack a lot.
- 21:35Speaker 3: Jack's like first team all meathead Like literally Phil Still
- 21:39Speaker 3: Magazine last year All Meathead Team, Jack Piper, Why do
- 21:43Speaker 3: you be.
- 21:43Speaker 5: A meathead if you go to the NFL and then
- 21:45Speaker 5: come back to it.
- 21:46Speaker 3: Just about to say that when you gotta turned in
- 21:49Speaker 3: the card?
- 21:49Speaker 5: Yeah mm hmm.
- 21:54Speaker 2: That's a BA move, So that as h oh, that's
- 22:00Speaker 2: on board.
- 22:02Speaker 5: I thought you didn't like it.
- 22:04Speaker 2: Yeah wait confused now Yeah? Any who, I just don't
- 22:12Speaker 2: slipper slip my entire deal too. Like, I would not
- 22:16Speaker 2: have done it.
- 22:17Speaker 3: It's just crazy to even think that it's a possibility.
- 22:21Speaker 3: But where is the finish line? To Matt's point, like
- 22:25Speaker 3: where is it? Where it?
- 22:26Speaker 2: Like? Where is it at? Who do you tell no to?
- 22:29Speaker 3: Can you tell anybody no?
- 22:32Speaker 7: Now?
- 22:32Speaker 5: They're going to see you if you Hey?
- 22:33Speaker 3: You know what Aaron Rodgers played Juco. Juco doesn't count.
- 22:41Speaker 2: A when he wraps up his career, it's about forty
- 22:43Speaker 2: three year old.
- 22:45Speaker 3: You'll ever seen the movie Unnecessary Roughness.
- 22:49Speaker 2: He's in his forties when he comes back. People he
- 22:53Speaker 2: was a freshman. Shout Scott Bakula.
- 22:55Speaker 6: Somebody in the chap mentioned the college football playoff committee.
- 22:58Speaker 6: Screw Florida, stay out of a playoff. Jared Verirst come back.
- 23:01Speaker 6: Maybe you know I've never got to play there. Mettenburger
- 23:03Speaker 6: went to Juko. He did, he can get a couple
- 23:06Speaker 6: of years. Cam Newton, Cam Newton, Yeah, I don't know.
- 23:13Speaker 6: Alex Golish might have to make a call.
- 23:15Speaker 7: So this is something that I actually kind of do
- 23:17Speaker 7: agree with. As much as I hate all of this.
- 23:20Speaker 7: La Sports in the chat said, if it's banned, it's banned,
- 23:22Speaker 7: But if it's happening other places, why wouldn't you make
- 23:24Speaker 7: your team better while other teams are doing the same, Like,
- 23:27Speaker 7: I don't if everybody else is doing it, I don't
- 23:30Speaker 7: know why LSU is the one that should take the
- 23:32Speaker 7: high road, you know what I mean?
- 23:34Speaker 5: Like, yeah, sure, like peer pressure are right?
- 23:36Speaker 7: I mean like if the loophole is there and everybody
- 23:42Speaker 7: else is taking advantage of it, don't you think you'll
- 23:44Speaker 7: fall behind if everybody else everybody's doing it.
- 23:47Speaker 3: And more than anything in life outside of my wife
- 23:50Speaker 3: and kids, I love ls U like it's wife, kids,
- 23:54Speaker 3: l s U. I want them to be the best
- 23:56Speaker 3: I do. Like I'm a LSU being the villain.
- 23:59Speaker 2: I love it.
- 24:00Speaker 3: I love it, the coaches we have here on campus,
- 24:02Speaker 3: I love all of that. This to me is not
- 24:04Speaker 3: something I can ever get by right now. If I
- 24:07Speaker 3: understand if everybody's doing it's like Els, she's not gonna
- 24:09Speaker 3: do it. I get the argument, I do, But I
- 24:14Speaker 3: just don't want my school to do it.
- 24:15Speaker 2: I just don't.
- 24:16Speaker 3: Not saying they won't, not saying that everybody won't. Yeah,
- 24:19Speaker 3: I'm just telling you I don't want them to do it.
- 24:23Speaker 5: I mean I don't either. I'm just saying yeah.
- 24:25Speaker 2: For something or fall free. Think one right would be
- 24:28Speaker 2: pretty good. Hell yeah, it would be. Thinkright would be
- 24:31Speaker 2: pretty good.
- 24:32Speaker 7: It's stupid if Jack Pieburn leaves the NFL and comes
- 24:35Speaker 7: back to college.
- 24:36Speaker 5: Yes, absolutely, that's stupid. But I don't know.
- 24:40Speaker 2: You're saying, if he's gonna do it, might as well
- 24:42Speaker 2: help the team.
- 24:43Speaker 3: I'm about to start stretching. You can't you you redhered it, sir,
- 24:48Speaker 3: Your five years are done.
- 24:49Speaker 2: I don't know, dude. Max Johnson's got a while, so true.
- 24:55Speaker 2: Max was the quarterback right after Joe BurrH.
- 25:01Speaker 5: Taking the high road? God is Brian Kelly?
- 25:04Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 25:04Speaker 2: Did it?
- 25:05Speaker 7: I mean I feel like there was like a domino
- 25:07Speaker 7: effect from literally everything we did.
- 25:10Speaker 4: I mean, I feel like Elsie has not really taken
- 25:13Speaker 4: I mean, I think what is the higher of the
- 25:15Speaker 4: low road?
- 25:15Speaker 2: You know?
- 25:16Speaker 7: I think that when we had a certain ad for
- 25:20Speaker 7: a couple of years, we were doing.
- 25:21Speaker 3: That like maybe not trying to be a little risky, yeah,
- 25:26Speaker 3: taking a little chance, more safe.
- 25:30Speaker 2: We have flipped that script.
- 25:31Speaker 9: We have.
- 25:35Speaker 4: H and yeah, And I would say that I feel
- 25:40Speaker 4: like we're definitely in the minority, probably in the whole
- 25:43Speaker 4: fan base.
- 25:44Speaker 2: And I'm okay with that.
- 25:45Speaker 4: Like, I just don't like to see things slowly deteriorate
- 25:49Speaker 4: without people actually noticing it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, how much
- 25:53Speaker 4: do you give? How much do you give? How much
- 25:55Speaker 4: do you let slide? Let pass?
- 25:56Speaker 2: Because oh, well it's gonna help, it's gonna help us.
- 25:58Speaker 2: Blah blah blah.
- 25:59Speaker 4: How do you do that until all of a sudden
- 26:03Speaker 4: you turn around and it's an unrecognizable sport?
- 26:07Speaker 2: Yeah so, uh, mister big.
- 26:15Speaker 3: It does say like five continuous years, right, but that's
- 26:19Speaker 3: what it says on paper.
- 26:21Speaker 2: You just sue them, Just sue them.
- 26:23Speaker 3: So that's why we're joking about Cam Newton and Zach
- 26:25Speaker 3: Mettenberger and Aaron Rodgers having Juco years.
- 26:29Speaker 2: You just sue them.
- 26:30Speaker 3: Yeah, what's off the table now? It feels like everything's
- 26:33Speaker 3: on it. So yeah, it's tongue in cheek, but it's
- 26:37Speaker 3: probably a reality as well.
- 26:39Speaker 4: It looked like at the the Brendan Soresby thing, like,
- 26:44Speaker 4: correct me if I'm wrong, But it was it ended
- 26:46Speaker 4: up being the school that said, now, it wasn't like
- 26:49Speaker 4: the institution I told him now right.
- 26:54Speaker 2: Yeah, it was the school was getting Texas twelve.
- 26:58Speaker 4: They had the tro to let.
- 26:59Speaker 5: Him play, right, But it's Jake's right. They were getting
- 27:03Speaker 5: pressure from the Big twelve exactly.
- 27:05Speaker 4: Texas they were the ones that had to be like, Okay, fine,
- 27:08Speaker 4: we're getting too much pressure. We'll do this because you
- 27:11Speaker 4: are like, legally he can play for us this year.
- 27:19Speaker 4: M and that what is the what where is the line?
- 27:23Speaker 4: Where where is the attorney line? In this whole situation,
- 27:26Speaker 4: there isn't one. Attorneys have all like all the power. Yeah,
- 27:29Speaker 4: you forgot So if they want to get that continuous
- 27:32Speaker 4: five years taken out, I'm sure they can.
- 27:35Speaker 2: Who's to stop them? Now? I will say, like for
- 27:38Speaker 2: his like it.
- 27:40Speaker 3: Was betting on his on his team, like so there
- 27:44Speaker 3: was some added layers to that one too, like this
- 27:47Speaker 3: is a different situation, so like don't champion and celebrate
- 27:52Speaker 3: like him not being eligible as like they actually did
- 27:55Speaker 3: something that was a common saying we're not doing that,
- 27:59Speaker 3: We're not playing them if you allow him to play.
- 28:02Speaker 4: Yeah, it was it wasn't the system that made that decision.
- 28:06Speaker 7: I remember as being like, no, Brett or Mark handled
- 28:08Speaker 7: that absolutely correctly because he's the one that was saying
- 28:11Speaker 7: like if Texas Tech does this, then so and so's
- 28:15Speaker 7: like and athletic directors around the country where like we're
- 28:17Speaker 7: not going to schedule Texas Tech. So it's really like
- 28:20Speaker 7: the NCAA did not have a win on that the
- 28:23Speaker 7: Big Twelve.
- 28:24Speaker 6: Dude, is he the best among the big conferences?
- 28:32Speaker 2: I think he is.
- 28:33Speaker 3: Hey, it's just so different, like he's innovative because he has.
- 28:36Speaker 2: To be well like, dude, people thought the Big twelve
- 28:38Speaker 2: was gonna be big. No, I know, Oklahoma left. He's
- 28:41Speaker 2: done a great job. Now.
- 28:42Speaker 3: I still think Commissioner Sankie is on top of the mountain.
- 28:48Speaker 3: Just I've had too many conversations with him, and he's
- 28:50Speaker 3: always one step, two steps, three steps ahead, even if
- 28:53Speaker 3: it's not publicly like he's ready to go. But to
- 28:56Speaker 3: your point, your Mark deserves a big out of boy.
- 29:01Speaker 2: For what he's done at a boy. Thank you, Adam LA.
- 29:11Speaker 2: All right, we'll take a break. This has been fun.

- 32:13Speaker 2: He had a beard. I like the Biby version of
- 32:16Speaker 2: the best. M hm all right, a lot of rage
- 32:24Speaker 2: bait probably coming from us today out there. Yeah, I'm sorry.
- 32:29Speaker 4: You know, us on the right side of history, guys.
- 32:31Speaker 5: Rage that's what we do here.
- 32:37Speaker 2: We're super controversial, super controversial.
- 32:44Speaker 5: I gotta tell.
- 32:47Speaker 7: What if the Bucks tell him, you're not going to
- 32:49Speaker 7: make the team, get another year of development, and you
- 32:52Speaker 7: can come back here.
- 32:53Speaker 5: That's what I was kind of trying to say.
- 32:55Speaker 7: Like I'm not saying that's what the Bucks told him,
- 32:58Speaker 7: but what if, like that's what he's trying to do,
- 33:00Speaker 7: maybe the Bucks cut him. He's like, let me go
- 33:02Speaker 7: work a little bit and let me go get drafted.
- 33:04Speaker 3: Actually he gets if he gets cut, that's gonna be
- 33:09Speaker 3: three weeks from now, right, that's another part of it.
- 33:12Speaker 5: Yeah, that's true.
- 33:12Speaker 2: You can miss the first first college game and miss one.
- 33:15Speaker 3: Final cuts aren't til after the first college game.
- 33:18Speaker 2: Is Yeah, you'd have to leave the team.
- 33:22Speaker 3: You have to leave and then he but then he
- 33:24Speaker 3: knows the money. Then they own his rights and all that.
- 33:27Speaker 5: I got another tes just got Marler's New Orleans bachelor party.
- 33:32Speaker 7: Itinerary one the Aquarium two, Zoo three, ride the rides
- 33:37Speaker 7: at Storyland, assuming everyone is at least forty eight inches
- 33:41Speaker 7: tall and number four this is the best one. Throw
- 33:44Speaker 7: the ball around and run some plug o routes. Ah,
- 33:47Speaker 7: hell yeah, loves the plug I mean, if there's somebody
- 33:50Speaker 7: that loves the plug Oh, it's Marler.
- 33:52Speaker 2: Definitely Christopher Marler. I mean plug is a post and
- 33:56Speaker 2: go right, plugs post and go.
- 33:58Speaker 5: Yeah, not to be confused with the slug, which is slim.
- 34:01Speaker 2: Not be confused with that.
- 34:04Speaker 3: I haven't thought about storyline since T Bob left.
- 34:07Speaker 2: That man loves story land.
- 34:09Speaker 7: On what that is.
- 34:11Speaker 2: I'm a little bit unsure about it as well.
- 34:13Speaker 3: It's like a miniature amusement park in New Orleans, and
- 34:18Speaker 3: T Bob would go once a month.
- 34:20Speaker 2: He talked about it a lot, basically every time he
- 34:22Speaker 2: went down there.
- 34:23Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I guess I tuned him out every time
- 34:24Speaker 5: he talked about it.
- 34:26Speaker 2: Minature.
- 34:28Speaker 5: Is this where he fell in the pond?
- 34:30Speaker 2: I don't think so. Okay, I don't think so.
- 34:33Speaker 5: Miniature amusement park. It's like it's not huge because I'm
- 34:38Speaker 5: picturing something different, just like a.
- 34:41Speaker 3: Small I don't want to get canceled.
- 34:43Speaker 2: Park side, couple of rides.
- 34:47Speaker 3: More. Yeah, more of a fair, like an amusement park,
- 34:51Speaker 3: but it's always there, your long, permanent fair.
- 34:55Speaker 5: I have a working theory that carnies are all just gypsies.
- 35:02Speaker 5: It would make sense, right.
- 35:03Speaker 2: I think that probably tracks right.
- 35:05Speaker 5: I feel like it does. Okay, storyline looks interesting for sure.
- 35:09Speaker 3: No, Joe Dirt wasn't one and he worked the Yeah,
- 35:13Speaker 3: he's a Carney.
- 35:14Speaker 2: What is the definition of a gypsy.
- 35:17Speaker 5: That's a great question.
- 35:18Speaker 2: Oh, he's just like a person that doesn't that travels,
- 35:22Speaker 2: that just keep it.
- 35:23Speaker 5: Yeah, there are no mads. Basically, that's it.
- 35:25Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that would check check out carneye gypsy.
- 35:36Speaker 7: Roster cuts August thirtieth, So actually he'd have five days prepared.
- 35:41Speaker 2: He could run in man, get run in there.
- 35:46Speaker 7: Wait say that again, Sorry, I was looking cuts our
- 35:49Speaker 7: August thirtieth, So he has five days to get it together.
- 35:52Speaker 2: He is, he can learn the final or the thirtieth.
- 35:58Speaker 2: Usually they'll do it the week after. Yeah, the weekend after.
- 36:02Speaker 4: I say they served that up starts Friday after the
- 36:05Speaker 4: Thursday preseason.
- 36:06Speaker 2: The last preseason game. I believe it is a twenty eighth. Okay, yeah,
- 36:12Speaker 2: Now you have up until a certain amount of time. Okay.
- 36:15Speaker 3: Either way, he like, hey, two people were working all down,
- 36:20Speaker 3: We got your jersey waiting for you.
- 36:26Speaker 4: Sounds like it would save one hundred thousand dollars. Though,
- 36:29Speaker 4: if he waited until he got cut, that's true. If
- 36:32Speaker 4: he gets cut, I hope he doesn't.
- 36:34Speaker 3: Okay, I wouldn't even make the Buccaneers.
- 36:36Speaker 5: It's only one cut now, that's true.
- 36:39Speaker 2: Instead of like cutting down then waiting till the fifty.
- 36:42Speaker 7: Three In the chat seventy although in the child, what
- 36:47Speaker 7: if Jack Pieburn shows up at halftime against Cleansing in
- 36:50Speaker 7: an airboat would be pretty okay?
- 36:52Speaker 3: Now that changed, that would be pretty cool. If he
- 36:58Speaker 3: runs out like Bobby and buche I mean.
- 37:02Speaker 2: That changes things. That does change things, changes my whole outlook.
- 37:10Speaker 6: So somebody in the chat said, well, yeah, Lane went
- 37:12Speaker 6: to Tennessee and got levit in forty eight hours.
- 37:14Speaker 2: It's a doable. It wasn't forty eight hours before the game.
- 37:18Speaker 3: Like that.
- 37:18Speaker 2: That's kind of our point. It's a week before the
- 37:20Speaker 2: first game, like, it wasn't forty eight hours before the game.
- 37:23Speaker 3: Yeah, and this season like it just it happens that
- 37:25Speaker 3: Jack Pibrin played for LSUE last year.
- 37:27Speaker 2: That's a connection.
- 37:29Speaker 3: We would be talking about this in the same light
- 37:31Speaker 3: even if it wasn't for Jack Pibrin though, So this
- 37:33Speaker 3: has nothing to do with being against him again, Like
- 37:36Speaker 3: this is somebody that is kind of in the same
- 37:39Speaker 3: mold of player that we always talk about being a meathead,
- 37:43Speaker 3: like termam endearment here. Obviously he's only all meathead team said.
- 37:47Speaker 2: It a couple of segments ago. So I don't know.
- 37:52Speaker 3: To finish this conversation because I'm over it. I am
- 37:58Speaker 3: nervous that if you continue to do this over and
- 38:00Speaker 3: over again, there's never a no. There will never be
- 38:04Speaker 3: a no. And this is I know I'm not right
- 38:08Speaker 3: in saying this. I know, but one of my biggest
- 38:11Speaker 3: fears is you don't have a high school player that
- 38:16Speaker 3: maybe was under recruited, maybe you missed on him a
- 38:21Speaker 3: little bit, but a coach saw something in him that.
- 38:23Speaker 2: He wants to give him a chance. That chance isn't
- 38:26Speaker 2: gonna be there anymore.
- 38:27Speaker 3: So like I'd fall into that category when I was
- 38:30Speaker 3: coming out of high school, Justin Jefferson, Foster, Morrow, Duke Riley,
- 38:36Speaker 3: Lloyd Cushionberry, Dion Jones.
- 38:40Speaker 2: Russell Gage, Russell Gage.
- 38:42Speaker 3: I mean, we can go on and on and on
- 38:45Speaker 3: and on with names of guys that you know, got
- 38:48Speaker 3: the last scholarship that ended up being pros.
- 38:53Speaker 2: It's like, I think about that kid, think about.
- 38:56Speaker 3: Those and that's not just at LSU, right, there's levels
- 38:59Speaker 3: to this. So there's a guy that's on the fringe
- 39:01Speaker 3: at Louisiana Tech. There's a guy that's on the fringe
- 39:03Speaker 3: at Stephen at Austin, Right. I mean, I'm just trying
- 39:07Speaker 3: to think. It's not like every New Mexico state there's
- 39:10Speaker 3: fringe guys to get those offers and all that group
- 39:15Speaker 3: of fringe guys. They don't get it because a twenty
- 39:17Speaker 3: seven year old who still got a year because he
- 39:20Speaker 3: went to Juco is coming back.
- 39:22Speaker 2: It's just like.
- 39:25Speaker 4: Everybody has the like, this is not towards these these
- 39:29Speaker 4: these kids are anybody like everybody always feels entitled to everything,
- 39:34Speaker 4: Like if it's not working out for me, let's go
- 39:36Speaker 4: figure out how to make it work for me. Instead
- 39:37Speaker 4: of just saying there's rules now, and rules on anything,
- 39:40Speaker 4: whether it's sports, whether it's life, whether it's at the office,
- 39:42Speaker 4: whether it's laws. They don't retroactively change things. They changed
- 39:48Speaker 4: things going forward, so it's five years going forward. It's
- 39:50Speaker 4: not five years after you've already played for in the past,
- 39:54Speaker 4: whether it was immediately last year or not. It doesn't
- 39:58Speaker 4: retroactively do things. The rules change and you gotta well,
- 40:02Speaker 4: I guess you don't have to play by the rules.
- 40:04Speaker 4: That is what we're seeing.
- 40:05Speaker 3: Yeah, all right, look at us forty six.
- 40:10Speaker 2: Who some said it couldn't be done, not professionals. It
- 40:16Speaker 2: is not that big of a deal.
- 40:19Speaker 3: All right, we'll step away more OTV when we come
- 40:21Speaker 3: back here live from the.
- 40:21Speaker 2: Raisin Kanes studio.

- 42:00Speaker 10: Sure this Gascay all right, welcome back here off the bench.
- 42:11Speaker 4: Closing out hour A number two. I'll tell you about
- 42:13Speaker 4: a friends over at Catterists. When you think about Louisiana,
- 42:15Speaker 4: you think about energy, and one company helping shape that
- 42:17Speaker 4: future is Catterist. Catterists is developing the Commonwealth Energy Export
- 42:21Speaker 4: Facility over there in Cameron Parish, connecting American natural gas
- 42:24Speaker 4: with customers around the world, now under construction after reaching
- 42:27Speaker 4: its final investment decision back in twenty twenty six. A
- 42:30Speaker 4: project represents a major investment in Louisiana's future. But it's
- 42:33Speaker 4: about more than just exporting energy. It's about creating jobs
- 42:36Speaker 4: here in Louisiana, supporting local businesses, strengthening communities and reinforce
- 42:40Speaker 4: in Louisiana's position as one of the world's leading energy hubs.
- 42:43Speaker 4: Through its natural gas production and the Commonwealth Energy Project,
- 42:46Speaker 4: Catterists is helping build an integrated energy platform that connects
- 42:50Speaker 4: domestic resources with global growing global demand. As construction continues
- 42:55Speaker 4: on Louisiana's Gulf Coast, Catterists is proud to invest in
- 42:58Speaker 4: American energy, American workers, and a stronger economic future. Catterists
- 43:01Speaker 4: connecting Louisiana energy to the world.
- 43:13Speaker 2: All Right, you back divorced aad rock playlist.
- 43:21Speaker 7: But because I think it's a playoff of like when
- 43:26Speaker 7: radio stations would be like, we're playing nothing butt rock
- 43:29Speaker 7: or something like that.
- 43:30Speaker 5: I think that's what the story is.
- 43:36Speaker 2: Call something ass.
- 43:38Speaker 5: I think it's yeah, So it's like.
- 43:43Speaker 7: Butt rock is a slang term and musical whatever used
- 43:47Speaker 7: to describe generic, formulaic and hyper masculine hard rock or
- 43:50Speaker 7: post grunge music. The name famously originated from a nineties
- 43:55Speaker 7: rock radio station slogan rock nothing butt rock.
- 43:58Speaker 5: So now they call it butt rock like that there
- 44:02Speaker 5: we go.
- 44:02Speaker 2: Has nothing to do with your dairy ear.
- 44:05Speaker 5: Correct, it's b u T Well they do spell it
- 44:09Speaker 5: b u t T like, but like they've changed. Yeah,
- 44:12Speaker 5: it's been adapted.
- 44:13Speaker 2: It's adapted. I'm confused.
- 44:17Speaker 5: Not on coffee and flannel, though we play good stuff
- 44:21Speaker 5: on there.
- 44:23Speaker 2: What was the playlist this weekend?
- 44:26Speaker 9: I don't know what.
- 44:27Speaker 5: I just vibes. You know, the weather does a lot
- 44:32Speaker 5: of heavy lifting for me.
- 44:34Speaker 7: Like if it's sunny outside, I played like good sun music,
- 44:42Speaker 7: and then if it's raining, I play like.
- 44:44Speaker 2: So you adapt correct right to the weather. Sometimes, do
- 44:48Speaker 2: you have to call Taylor for the weather?
- 44:50Speaker 5: No, I just used my mind.
- 44:52Speaker 2: I don't have to call Taylor. Can look out the
- 44:54Speaker 2: window for the weather. Taylor. Do we have a chance
- 44:56Speaker 2: of rain this afternoon? Not supposed to.
- 44:58Speaker 5: I want Taylor one day to come on there and
- 45:00Speaker 5: be like, today is cloudy with a chance of meatballs.
- 45:03Speaker 2: That'd be sick. I would appreciate that. I need it.
- 45:10Speaker 2: We could use some rain. I don't know. It's worried
- 45:13Speaker 2: about the trees. It's rainedom miles like three or four
- 45:16Speaker 2: days in h Are you serious? Serious?
- 45:19Speaker 4: Rained?
- 45:19Speaker 2: Yesterday had rained it because of the meth labs, and
- 45:22Speaker 2: it's changing.
- 45:22Speaker 9: I don't know.
- 45:23Speaker 2: Clouds above y'all, I don't know. But it's rained every
- 45:26Speaker 2: day since Sunday.
- 45:27Speaker 5: At my house that's where the weather machine is. It's
- 45:30Speaker 5: in Livingston Parish.
- 45:32Speaker 2: I had rained like over a month, Like I want
- 45:35Speaker 2: to cut the grass right now and I can't. It's
- 45:36Speaker 2: rained four I guess it has.
- 45:38Speaker 5: But we all know he's a grass poser.
- 45:43Speaker 2: Has like but it looks good though, guys.
- 45:49Speaker 5: Couldn't even tell you the engineery serious.
- 45:51Speaker 2: It is like there's like a serious situation happening. No,
- 45:54Speaker 2: I'm like, I can a drought.
- 45:56Speaker 6: Can I can get a confirmation text message from Victoria.
- 45:58Speaker 6: I'm pretty sure every day since Sunday it's trained. There
- 46:01Speaker 6: may be one gap in between, but it's mabe.
- 46:03Speaker 2: We don't live like close.
- 46:04Speaker 5: We don't live that far that far, yeah, but from
- 46:07Speaker 5: where I live, and then I'll go down a little further.
- 46:09Speaker 5: I feel like the sky change. Yeah, like the last
- 46:11Speaker 5: couple of days it's been dark down Sunday Monday.
- 46:15Speaker 2: Yeah, poor, I can't even like the legally burned boxes
- 46:22Speaker 2: in a burn band. This should be. If there's not.
