Serving from 2017 to 2023, this dual-purpose canine partner patrolled streets, protected citizens, and built deep bonds with handlers like Lt. Mike Scott and Sgt. Todd Adams. After his service, instead of a shelter, Rocky returned home to live with his first handler and family — a touching tribute to his loyalty.
