10,000 baby boomers are turning 65 every day for the next 10 years. How many will be able to actually retire? Baby boomers are defined as the generation born between 1946 and 1964 — in the United States, according to the Pew Research Center. Some reports say only 1/3rd of this population, estimated to be around 70 million people, have enough money saved to get them through what could be 30 more years of life.
