- 0:33Speaker 2: Hey, welcome back to another episode of Wellness Uncensored. I
- 0:39Speaker 2: am your host. My name is Patty G pretty soon
- 0:42Speaker 2: to be called doctor G or Doctor Patty. Lots of
- 0:46Speaker 2: great stuff to bring you guys today, and we are
- 0:50Speaker 2: going to be talking about something really interesting, hopefully near
- 0:54Speaker 2: and dear to everyone here in our audience. What about you?
- 0:59Speaker 2: What about your dash? Has anybody ever thought about that?
- 1:02Speaker 2: What is the dash? And have you ever heard about
- 1:06Speaker 2: the dash? Think about it? When were you born? Nineteen?
- 1:11Speaker 2: What or two thousand? What? For some of you, what
- 1:16Speaker 2: have you been doing since you were born? What do
- 1:19Speaker 2: you want to do before the dash has an end date?
- 1:23Speaker 2: Did you ever stop and think about that? I think
- 1:25Speaker 2: oftentimes we let the day and the stress and the
- 1:30Speaker 2: situation get ahead of us that we don't even think
- 1:33Speaker 2: about what about tonight? What about tomorrow? Will there be
- 1:37Speaker 2: it tomorrow? And for many of us, hopefully the answer
- 1:40Speaker 2: is yeah. But until tomorrow. What are you going to
- 1:43Speaker 2: do today to make a difference? What are you going
- 1:46Speaker 2: to do today to feel better? What are you going
- 1:48Speaker 2: to do today to make a change in your life?
- 1:51Speaker 2: So that's what we're here to talk about today, and
- 1:54Speaker 2: I've got a couple of things to share with you.
- 1:57Speaker 2: We've been on the air now for our third season,
- 2:01Speaker 2: and over the seasons we've talked about everything from finding
- 2:05Speaker 2: our way out of the pandemic, pandemic, scandemic, whatever you
- 2:11Speaker 2: all want to call it. It was a time in
- 2:13Speaker 2: our lives that for most of us, either before the
- 2:17Speaker 2: pandemic or maybe some fifty sixty seventy years from the pandemic,
- 2:23Speaker 2: Hopefully it will become a faded memory, a memory that
- 2:26Speaker 2: doesn't impact our lives the way it did in those
- 2:29Speaker 2: past five years. But that said, what are we going
- 2:33Speaker 2: to do today? You know, the world is always changing,
- 2:35Speaker 2: and it never meant more to me now than it
- 2:39Speaker 2: did when I would have family parents, grandparents say, you know, Patty,
- 2:44Speaker 2: they would call me a little nickname, but they said,
- 2:47Speaker 2: you know, things are so different now. They were different
- 2:49Speaker 2: when they told me at ten. They were different when
- 2:52Speaker 2: they told me at twenty. They were way different when
- 2:55Speaker 2: they told me that at thirty and even in the forties.
- 2:58Speaker 2: You know, things are way different now, but that doesn't
- 3:00Speaker 2: mean they have to be way different bad. There's one
- 3:04Speaker 2: thing that you all have to remember that's so important,
- 3:07Speaker 2: and that one thing is you and what are your priorities.
- 3:11Speaker 2: Priorities have to take place over the demands of everything
- 3:15Speaker 2: else people throw at here. And how many of you
- 3:18Speaker 2: right now are either at work, or you're driving, or
- 3:22Speaker 2: you're racing to get the kids. We've got plans for
- 3:24Speaker 2: all these things you have to do tonight. You've got
- 3:27Speaker 2: just a boatload of things to do. Maybe you've written
- 3:29Speaker 2: them down on a list, or maybe you've just got
- 3:31Speaker 2: them all up here in your head. But how important
- 3:34Speaker 2: are all those things if you just don't feel right.
- 3:39Speaker 2: I have people to come to me a lot at
- 3:40Speaker 2: different times for different symptoms, and some are self diagnosed,
- 3:45Speaker 2: some come in with questions and think they have a diagnosis.
- 3:49Speaker 2: And oftentimes it comes down to we either over prioritize, overbook, overstress, overworry, overthink,
- 3:58Speaker 2: and sometimes even overburden ourselves with thoughts and feelings and emotions.
- 4:03Speaker 2: And that's the thing that I think, sometimes we can't
- 4:06Speaker 2: help ourselves right because we tend to.
- 4:10Speaker 3: Go off of what we've known, what we've learned, how
- 4:14Speaker 3: we feel, and maybe we didn't all have the best mentors,
- 4:17Speaker 3: Maybe we all didn't have the best situations in life
- 4:21Speaker 3: either growing up, or maybe we've spent the last five, ten,
- 4:25Speaker 3: or even twenty years in a bad relationship that has
- 4:28Speaker 3: remolded our thinking that we don't even sometimes stop to think,
- 4:32Speaker 3: put the breaks on this?
- 4:34Speaker 2: Is this really mean? Is this really who I am?
- 4:37Speaker 2: So today I've really wanted to get a moment to
- 4:40Speaker 2: stop and let you think about if you had to
- 4:43Speaker 2: fill in your dash if you had to write about
- 4:46Speaker 2: your life from childhood to where you are today, what
- 4:49Speaker 2: would you say about yourself? And I challenge all of
- 4:53Speaker 2: you to take a minute, in those few minutes that
- 4:56Speaker 2: you think you don't have, and right it down. Write
- 5:01Speaker 2: down just a little note about what was childhood like
- 5:05Speaker 2: or what was it that was memorable from childhood? Hopefully
- 5:08Speaker 2: you have some good memories, fun memories, memories that you
- 5:11Speaker 2: can laugh about. If you don't, then bring forward what
- 5:15Speaker 2: have you been doing since those memories and what do
- 5:18Speaker 2: you feel about life today? What do you bring to
- 5:21Speaker 2: the table, first to yourself, but then when you make yourself,
- 5:26Speaker 2: your best self? What do you bring to the table
- 5:28Speaker 2: for other people? And we often talk about you know,
- 5:31Speaker 2: a lot of times when we can't fix the path,
- 5:33Speaker 2: we can't fix the pain. Maybe you've lost a loved one,
- 5:36Speaker 2: maybe you've had a tragedy. That pain is real and
- 5:41Speaker 2: no taking that away, but that pain will go on forever.
- 5:46Speaker 2: We do brief care, we do coping skills, we talk
- 5:49Speaker 2: about the brief cycle, but beyond the grief, especially the
- 5:53Speaker 2: depth of a loved one is almost irreparable. But life
- 5:57Speaker 2: is here and you still have a dash work, work challenges,
- 6:01Speaker 2: work stressors, gear groups, those things just don't make a
- 6:06Speaker 2: difference tomorrow. You need to break the break the cycle.
- 6:10Speaker 2: I've had a little gal in my office today. She's
- 6:12Speaker 2: ten years old. She's had such drama and trauma in
- 6:17Speaker 2: her life for a ten year old has brought to
- 6:19Speaker 2: me today because the school counselors, after they brought on
- 6:22Speaker 2: the office, she gave them impressions of possible suicide. What
- 6:26Speaker 2: ten year old things of hurting themselves. So let's get
- 6:30Speaker 2: back to some of our childlike ideas. You had hope,
- 6:33Speaker 2: you had dreams, you had goals. Do you still have them?
- 6:37Speaker 2: Let's break it down. Let's make it kind of simple.
- 6:40Speaker 2: What do you do for yourself? Have you ever made
- 6:42Speaker 2: a self care checklist? And I think rebel. If we
- 6:45Speaker 2: can throw up the little self care tracker, that would
- 6:48Speaker 2: be great. Let's throw that up mail so we can
- 6:49Speaker 2: talk to people about it. Ook next one, it's the
- 6:52Speaker 2: pin point. Oh, here's one more. I put them on
- 6:55Speaker 2: two different emails. You got the other one. See if
- 6:58Speaker 2: you can find it? Talk about that in just a second.
- 7:02Speaker 2: No way, Well, there it goes technology, and I am
- 7:06Speaker 2: still not a tech guru. All right, I'm going to
- 7:08Speaker 2: talk to you guys about this cool little checklist while
- 7:12Speaker 2: I see if I can get my technical difficulty aka
- 7:16Speaker 2: Patty G's technical difficulty fixed and share with you the
- 7:20Speaker 2: little self care checker. What happened there? All right, So
- 7:25Speaker 2: let me figure this out. Let's put up the second one,
- 7:28Speaker 2: the one that you do have. We'll talk about the
- 7:31Speaker 2: quality of life. Let's kind of digress, because quality of
- 7:33Speaker 2: life is important too, and I want to know and
- 7:37Speaker 2: if you can see this grade. If you can, I'm
- 7:39Speaker 2: going to I'm going to read it out loud for
- 7:43Speaker 2: all of you. But when you think of quality of
- 7:46Speaker 2: life today, think about if you're thriving, surviving, or suffering
- 7:52Speaker 2: and on the checklist on the life care scale if
- 7:55Speaker 2: you can see it. This is actually something I use
- 7:58Speaker 2: at one of the places of iceph set. If you're
- 8:01Speaker 2: between an eight and a ten, you are looking at
- 8:05Speaker 2: life on a grand scale. You are filled with gratitude,
- 8:09Speaker 2: you're content. If you're just below the optimization of feeling
- 8:13Speaker 2: really good, maybe an eight or nine, you're achieving goals
- 8:18Speaker 2: or you're feeling healthy and you're happy with all that
- 8:21Speaker 2: you do. How many of you are at an eight,
- 8:23Speaker 2: nine or a ten? Now think about this. If you're
- 8:26Speaker 2: not at an eight, nine or a ten, why not?
- 8:29Speaker 2: What is not happening in your life that you feel
- 8:34Speaker 2: is really missing or what stressors do you have? And
- 8:38Speaker 2: let's think about that for a second. You know, is
- 8:41Speaker 2: it the stressors of life that you just you can't
- 8:43Speaker 2: get past them, or you don't have means, or you
- 8:47Speaker 2: just have too much challenge and things in your way?
- 8:50Speaker 2: What is it that's holding about? Maybe you're down on
- 8:52Speaker 2: the scale. So let's take a little closer look down
- 8:55Speaker 2: on the scale of surviving. If you are just surviving,
- 8:59Speaker 2: you are somewhere between a four or five, six er seven,
- 9:03Speaker 2: so what does that survival look like. You feel at
- 9:06Speaker 2: risk for sliding back. You're not sure if you're going
- 9:09Speaker 2: to be able to propel forward. You have good days,
- 9:12Speaker 2: but you have an equal number of not so good days.
- 9:15Speaker 2: You feel like you're surviving, but you're not thriving. The
- 9:19Speaker 2: survival mode's okay, but it's not really sustainable, not if
- 9:23Speaker 2: you want to get rid of stress and have some
- 9:24Speaker 2: quality right and keep thinking about that dash or you
- 9:28Speaker 2: may say, if you're really falling down this list as
- 9:31Speaker 2: a four, I can't live like this. I'm ready for
- 9:34Speaker 2: solutions farther down on the scale. If you find that
- 9:38Speaker 2: you are barely holding it together, you can't make a
- 9:41Speaker 2: day to day, or you really have struggles with not
- 9:43Speaker 2: wanting to live. I definitely want you to reach out
- 9:46Speaker 2: and seek some support and help. When you're down in
- 9:49Speaker 2: that one, two, and three area, it's time for you
- 9:52Speaker 2: to get some support. But if you're somewhere between the
- 9:55Speaker 2: four and eight, the stuff that we talk about on
- 9:58Speaker 2: here is certainly going to help you. If you are
- 10:00Speaker 2: at the one, two or three, what we're talking about
- 10:03Speaker 2: is going to help you, But again, don't try to
- 10:06Speaker 2: do it on your own. There's so much more out there.
- 10:10Speaker 2: Let someone guide you, even if it's for only a
- 10:12Speaker 2: few weeks and months, just to reset you, just to
- 10:15Speaker 2: get you back in balance. And I think oftentimes as
- 10:18Speaker 2: what people struggle with, you know. And so if you
- 10:21Speaker 2: look at the scale, give yourself a score one to
- 10:23Speaker 2: ten and hang on to it, take a picture of it.
- 10:26Speaker 2: We're going to circle back in a few probably January.
- 10:30Speaker 2: We're going to visit this again, because every year I
- 10:32Speaker 2: try to do the pre holiday blues. You get you
- 10:35Speaker 2: charged up. So when we're ready to go into January
- 10:38Speaker 2: January one, you're not just trying to figure it all
- 10:41Speaker 2: out like we are today January one. I want you
- 10:44Speaker 2: to have a plan for your dash. Okay, that dash
- 10:48Speaker 2: means better work life balance, better personal life, better relationships,
- 10:53Speaker 2: better ability to say you know, and the opportunity to
- 10:58Speaker 2: really say hey. If I was to pass on, I
- 11:02Speaker 2: feel fulfilled. I feel like even though maybe this is
- 11:06Speaker 2: the last month or year or two years or whatever,
- 11:09Speaker 2: I feel fulfilled and it's doable. I did send over
- 11:13Speaker 2: that self care, so if we have it, we can
- 11:14Speaker 2: pull it up great. If not, just let you know
- 11:17Speaker 2: I've got a question. So do we start back as
- 11:20Speaker 2: far as we can remember or do we just start
- 11:22Speaker 2: with what we remember throughout life. Yeah, when you're making
- 11:24Speaker 2: that dash, a little diary or a little dialogue, I
- 11:28Speaker 2: want you to go back as far back as you
- 11:30Speaker 2: can remember, because you know, I've got a couple remembrances
- 11:35Speaker 2: from like before kindergarten. I think I even have a
- 11:38Speaker 2: few where I was a kid just running because I
- 11:40Speaker 2: ran and I tripped and I failed a whole little saga.
- 11:44Speaker 2: But I think I was like three. If you can
- 11:46Speaker 2: remember any of that, great, It's funny a lot of
- 11:48Speaker 2: people can't remember that far back in childhood or beyond,
- 11:51Speaker 2: and not everybody had a great childhood. So Okay, there's
- 11:54Speaker 2: a lot of things we can't control and a lot
- 11:56Speaker 2: of that's in the past. What have you done with it?
- 11:59Speaker 2: So let's make Oh we can? Can you flip? Is
- 12:03Speaker 2: it flippable? Otherwise? If you're all with me now and
- 12:06Speaker 2: you can see the self Care Tracker, it's kind of sideway.
- 12:09Speaker 2: So maybe you can look at the podcast like this.
- 12:13Speaker 2: The idea with taking a look at your self care,
- 12:16Speaker 2: write out your dash, talk about what you remember as
- 12:18Speaker 2: a teenager, what you remember as a twenty year old,
- 12:20Speaker 2: and if you're older than twenty and many of us
- 12:23Speaker 2: are write down some things that you feel that you've
- 12:25Speaker 2: made an impact, and when you write them down, if
- 12:29Speaker 2: you're not really saying, wow, I'm really happy with what
- 12:33Speaker 2: I've been doing. You still have time. That's the best
- 12:36Speaker 2: part of all this, And even if you're forty or fifty,
- 12:39Speaker 2: or sixty, seventy or even eighty, there is still time
- 12:45Speaker 2: to make an impact. You can make an impact in
- 12:47Speaker 2: a day, you can make an impact in a week.
- 12:49Speaker 2: And what if you could make an impact to just
- 12:51Speaker 2: help one other person in life. Maybe it's somebody you
- 12:54Speaker 2: tell your story to, or maybe it's somebody that you
- 12:56Speaker 2: share an experience, or maybe it's someone that you help.
- 13:00Speaker 2: And that's where things can come into play, like do
- 13:03Speaker 2: you volunteer, do you help out a church? If you're
- 13:06Speaker 2: really sad and low? What things do you do to
- 13:10Speaker 2: take your mind off of your sadness? So self care
- 13:14Speaker 2: is really important no matter where you are on that
- 13:16Speaker 2: spectrum that we just looked at from one to ten.
- 13:20Speaker 2: If you're ten, you should really feel like you optimize
- 13:23Speaker 2: things and you are making a difference. But I've had
- 13:26Speaker 2: people who feel like a ten and their biggest challenge
- 13:29Speaker 2: is where have I impacted people in life. For them,
- 13:33Speaker 2: they have to go find something that they enjoyed to
- 13:36Speaker 2: make that gift to people that volunteer voluntary type effort
- 13:41Speaker 2: to people, or make a difference somewhere. But for most
- 13:44Speaker 2: of us, hopefully we're between a four and a seven
- 13:47Speaker 2: or maybe a four and an eight, And wherever you are,
- 13:50Speaker 2: let's take today forward so that as we go through
- 13:53Speaker 2: the next twelve weeks or so January one, we're going
- 13:56Speaker 2: to make twenty twenty six a great year. So this
- 13:59Speaker 2: self track, have you ever stopped time? Have you ever
- 14:02Speaker 2: taken time to stop and look at what you do
- 14:05Speaker 2: for yourself? With this self track or the idea is
- 14:08Speaker 2: it's a Monday through Sunday schedule and taking self care.
- 14:13Speaker 2: What did you have to eat? Did you take a walk?
- 14:16Speaker 2: Did you smell and look around you and see and
- 14:19Speaker 2: sense the beauty that's really around us? Even if you
- 14:22Speaker 2: live in a city or if you live somewhere more rural,
- 14:26Speaker 2: when have you taken this device and put it down
- 14:30Speaker 2: or put it away and just spend the day without it. Now,
- 14:33Speaker 2: of course we don't want you to do that on
- 14:35Speaker 2: a Thursday at three pm Eastern, but any other time,
- 14:39Speaker 2: try to spend some time away from the phone. When
- 14:42Speaker 2: did you take time to just be and laugh? How many?
- 14:46Speaker 2: When's the last time you laughed? Think about that. I
- 14:49Speaker 2: think I laughed a little earlier this afternoon with my
- 14:52Speaker 2: buddy Carlos. Got three folks here out of Castle Rock
- 14:56Speaker 2: Hormone Health. We're going to talk about that in a
- 14:58Speaker 2: minute too, because if if you want to feel better,
- 15:01Speaker 2: if you want to feel really good, you need to
- 15:03Speaker 2: talk to them about you're getting yourself some NADNAD is
- 15:07Speaker 2: a great natural way to rebuild the NAD that you've
- 15:11Speaker 2: lost in your body over time. Most potent way to
- 15:14Speaker 2: get it is either through an im injection and do
- 15:17Speaker 2: a little SUBC needle and just recharge. It's a natural
- 15:21Speaker 2: way to feel good. It's a natural way to not
- 15:23Speaker 2: have to take different types of medications. And we'll talk
- 15:26Speaker 2: a little bit more about NAD in a minute, but
- 15:29Speaker 2: more to come. But think about things. Make a self
- 15:32Speaker 2: care checklist. If you don't have a self care checklist
- 15:36Speaker 2: and you're not creative yet one you can get them
- 15:38Speaker 2: on Amazon. When have you had enough to drink and
- 15:41Speaker 2: to hydrate? Oh we fixed it, okay? When have you stretched?
- 15:45Speaker 2: When have you written? Things down in a journal. When
- 15:49Speaker 2: this is a good one. When have you cut yourself
- 15:51Speaker 2: some slack? I'm guilty of that. I never cut myself slack,
- 15:55Speaker 2: and I have to do a better on top of it.
- 15:57Speaker 2: But it's a work in progress, and I would say
- 15:59Speaker 2: I'm probably somewhere about an eight. Yesterday I was a nine,
- 16:02Speaker 2: but today I'm an eight because I'm back to reality.
- 16:04Speaker 2: I'll tell you all about that a minute. And when
- 16:08Speaker 2: have you just just been just breathe, just meditate for
- 16:11Speaker 2: a minute, like, take a moment and pause, think about
- 16:14Speaker 2: what comes to mind in these next couple of seconds.
- 16:16Speaker 2: I'm not going to say a word. Just think that's something,
- 16:19Speaker 2: isn't it. I think we only went ten seconds. Imagine
- 16:22Speaker 2: giving yourself a whole minute. Yeah, the self care checklist
- 16:26Speaker 2: is important because we want to help you coach yourself.
- 16:29Speaker 2: You can't tune into me every day. You don't have
- 16:32Speaker 2: a coach. It's very expensive to have daily coach. So
- 16:35Speaker 2: we've got to get you to coach yourself. How about
- 16:37Speaker 2: some positive affirmations. I'm worth it, I'm taking baby steps. Wow,
- 16:42Speaker 2: this was a tough week. Maybe next week give yourself
- 16:45Speaker 2: a break. But I love self care checklist. Like the
- 16:48Speaker 2: one we have up on the screen, because it's a
- 16:50Speaker 2: way for you to manage you, motivate you, and not
- 16:53Speaker 2: let life and life's issues get in the way. And
- 16:56Speaker 2: wherever you are on that scale, you know from one
- 16:59Speaker 2: to ten. If you are not a ten and it's okay,
- 17:02Speaker 2: it's a good place to try to get to, then
- 17:04Speaker 2: find ways to get yourself there. But if you're down
- 17:08Speaker 2: in the four, in the three, or two or a one,
- 17:12Speaker 2: really consider reaching out to get some help. Talk to
- 17:15Speaker 2: a therapist, you can jump online, you can always reach
- 17:19Speaker 2: out and call. We can refer you to different people
- 17:21Speaker 2: in places across the country, but definitely take some time
- 17:24Speaker 2: for yourself. I did want to talk a little bit
- 17:26Speaker 2: about NAD because I love it so much. People always
- 17:29Speaker 2: wonder and say, oh, can you get so much done
- 17:32Speaker 2: in the day? How are you always so positive? And
- 17:34Speaker 2: how came you know you can do all these things.
- 17:37Speaker 2: I take my supplements, I take my protein, I try
- 17:41Speaker 2: to get enough rest, But I really love an ad
- 17:44Speaker 2: any D. I'm just going to kind of give you
- 17:45Speaker 2: a little blurb about what it is, but it's a
- 17:47Speaker 2: coenzyme that's found in our bodies and in all living cells.
- 17:51Speaker 2: They call it an anti aging because it does play
- 17:54Speaker 2: an important role in promoting health and prolonging life. But
- 17:58Speaker 2: any d is what we need to live, and as
- 18:00Speaker 2: we get older, our bodies just don't make enough of it.
- 18:03Speaker 2: But when you feel tired, when you have cognition issues,
- 18:06Speaker 2: when you really don't feel your best self, what is
- 18:09Speaker 2: the first thing that people ask me for? That's a
- 18:12Speaker 2: trick question. Some of my friends online, they know what
- 18:15Speaker 2: it is. Stimulant. You don't need to artificially jack yourself up, right,
- 18:21Speaker 2: People use it, people you know, think they need it.
- 18:24Speaker 2: But a lot of times if you take the foundation
- 18:27Speaker 2: of what we do to help our bodies heal, would
- 18:30Speaker 2: you put detergent in your gas tank to make the
- 18:34Speaker 2: car run better? Well, that's kind of what putting a
- 18:37Speaker 2: stimulant in your body is. Oh, it'll clean it out,
- 18:40Speaker 2: it'll charge it up. How long is your body, your heart,
- 18:44Speaker 2: your lungs, your organ's been to run? Do all of
- 18:47Speaker 2: you out there know by using stimulants, do you push
- 18:50Speaker 2: your organs, especially your heart, so hard that you decrease
- 18:55Speaker 2: your longevity? Your heart is not meant to sustain for
- 18:58Speaker 2: that long period of time. Charge and charging, charging, And
- 19:02Speaker 2: then what happens. We charge the heart and then we
- 19:05Speaker 2: get home at night and we're still charging. Now y'all
- 19:08Speaker 2: come back and you want to have a sleep aid.
- 19:11Speaker 2: Now we take our body and we artificially put it
- 19:13Speaker 2: to sleep. So we wake up, we go to sleep,
- 19:15Speaker 2: we wake up, we go to sleep. You know, back
- 19:17Speaker 2: in the sixties and seventies, you know what they called
- 19:19Speaker 2: it uppers and downers, or if we were stressed, mommy
- 19:23Speaker 2: had a blue little pill. We need to get away
- 19:26Speaker 2: from that, and I'm here to tell you there's lots
- 19:28Speaker 2: of healthy ways to do so. Now some of the
- 19:30Speaker 2: other things that you can do, I want you all
- 19:32Speaker 2: to look into, and I know we'll be doing some
- 19:34Speaker 2: of those here in the near future. But there's some
- 19:37Speaker 2: great ways to get little IV boost. You can get
- 19:40Speaker 2: IV boost to an nad you can give yourself, not
- 19:44Speaker 2: give to yourself, but you can get yourself like a
- 19:47Speaker 2: big complex magnesium, a vitamin C boost. Imagine how powerful
- 19:52Speaker 2: taking vitamins every day can be. The problem is when
- 19:55Speaker 2: you take them every day, there is definitely some loss
- 20:00Speaker 2: the way the vitamin you know, kind of degragates down
- 20:02Speaker 2: in your body, and at best you're going to get
- 20:06Speaker 2: maybe fifty to sixty percent of what you ingest as
- 20:09Speaker 2: vitamins now isn't that bad? No, But you can do
- 20:12Speaker 2: better and maybe do a monthly iv You can do
- 20:16Speaker 2: nad as an iv AT as a powerhouse really cleanses
- 20:19Speaker 2: and nourishes your body and your cells and gives you
- 20:21Speaker 2: really good cell turnover. But definitely look into some of
- 20:24Speaker 2: the IVY supplements. There are places out there, probably way
- 20:28Speaker 2: more than I can count, in just about every city.
- 20:31Speaker 2: Look for one, ask questions, follow up. You can always
- 20:35Speaker 2: ask questions on here about what to look for in
- 20:38Speaker 2: terms of a good place. But they're usually, you know,
- 20:42Speaker 2: very well organized. They follow really good guidelines of safety
- 20:45Speaker 2: and efficacy and you know, cleanliness as far as how
- 20:48Speaker 2: they set those programs up. But it's really important to
- 20:51Speaker 2: get yourself some IVY nutrition iv hydration. If you want
- 20:56Speaker 2: to stay away from the medical prescription. I'm tired, I
- 21:01Speaker 2: don't feel good. You want to do it the healthy way,
- 21:03Speaker 2: try the natural approach. What else can we talk about?
- 21:07Speaker 2: There's Oh, Kevin's got a question. As things change through life,
- 21:11Speaker 2: what we knew when we were a certain age doesn't
- 21:13Speaker 2: mean someone at the same age today is going to
- 21:16Speaker 2: be the same as you. Were That's actually very true, Kevin.
- 21:19Speaker 2: You know, what do we talk about hindsight? Man, if
- 21:22Speaker 2: I knew what I knew today back when I was twenty,
- 21:25Speaker 2: i'd be doing amazing by thirty. But life is part
- 21:28Speaker 2: of a journey, and I think that's the part that
- 21:31Speaker 2: we have to realize sometimes just because today may not
- 21:33Speaker 2: be the best day, it doesn't mean you don't have
- 21:36Speaker 2: the ability to change tomorrow. But that's what self care is.
- 21:40Speaker 2: Self care is stopping to not be selfish, but self
- 21:44Speaker 2: care is stopping to say, wait a minute, I got
- 21:46Speaker 2: to put the brakes on, because if I don't take
- 21:48Speaker 2: care of me, I can't take care of you or
- 21:51Speaker 2: anyone else. And they teach it all the time, you know,
- 21:53Speaker 2: when you go on a plane, they talk about you
- 21:55Speaker 2: put on your oxygen first, and you could take care
- 21:58Speaker 2: of the person and the child next to you. We
- 22:00Speaker 2: don't put our oxygen mask on, We really don't. And
- 22:03Speaker 2: so because we don't take care of ourselves, what happens
- 22:06Speaker 2: We get beaten down by time, by pressures. How many
- 22:10Speaker 2: of you out there, because I have people tell me
- 22:12Speaker 2: this just about every day. Yeah I want to work out,
- 22:15Speaker 2: but I don't have time. Yeah I want to eat better.
- 22:18Speaker 2: But I don't have time. Yeah, I just don't have time. Time.
- 22:22Speaker 1: Time.
- 22:22Speaker 2: Time. Now another great, great item that we have to rebel.
- 22:27Speaker 2: Will just pop that up there for us. But between
- 22:29Speaker 2: supplements or ivs, you can do little power peptides, stem
- 22:35Speaker 2: cell packs, you can do a patch. Just check out
- 22:38Speaker 2: our website on magnoiasell patch dot com. We can read
- 22:41Speaker 2: all about it. The cell patches are great because they
- 22:44Speaker 2: also naturally organically will provide that stem cell release and
- 22:49Speaker 2: production that you wouldn't otherwise get without inducing it in
- 22:54Speaker 2: some other way. It's just a little patch. There's no
- 22:56Speaker 2: medicine in it, but it's a light therapy that actually
- 22:59Speaker 2: helps to regenerate the stem cell reproduction. It can help
- 23:03Speaker 2: with sleep, it can help with pain. Now, I will
- 23:06Speaker 2: tell you the ones that are for pain are awesome.
- 23:08Speaker 2: They do take the pain away when you put them on.
- 23:11Speaker 2: They don't fix the problem. But for people that are
- 23:15Speaker 2: having trouble sleeping at night, or you're just you're in
- 23:18Speaker 2: so much pain during the day, you put the stem
- 23:20Speaker 2: cell patch on for pain and it will give you
- 23:23Speaker 2: pain relief. It's just a block to the receptors. So
- 23:27Speaker 2: just so you have a little understanding of what that
- 23:29Speaker 2: does there. However, the other patches, what they do is
- 23:32Speaker 2: they help to bring the stem cell production forward through
- 23:36Speaker 2: this light therapy. If it's in the patch with these
- 23:38Speaker 2: cool little I can't even describe it a little it
- 23:42Speaker 2: looks like a woven fabric inside the patch, and that
- 23:45Speaker 2: helps to bring stem cells to kind of regenerate a
- 23:48Speaker 2: little bit faster. They do. They give you more energy,
- 23:51Speaker 2: they hope to give you more focus. They even help
- 23:55Speaker 2: with speeding up metabolism a little bit. So you can
- 23:57Speaker 2: check those out on magnoiasell patch dot com. But if
- 24:00Speaker 2: you guys are and you can take a peek on
- 24:03Speaker 2: there at our QRS code as well, we've got all
- 24:06Speaker 2: kinds of stuff. If you're looking for supplements again, we
- 24:09Speaker 2: can provide you with a list and recommendations of supplements
- 24:13Speaker 2: to either get on the website that I have, or
- 24:15Speaker 2: you can take the list and you can go to
- 24:16Speaker 2: your favorite local nutritional store to get supplements as well.
- 24:20Speaker 2: But back to where we are with that dash. Maybe
- 24:25Speaker 2: we can't change the past, but what can you do
- 24:27Speaker 2: for today forward? And I think that's the question you
- 24:30Speaker 2: guys need to stop and ask. How many of you
- 24:32Speaker 2: out there field like the world is a crazy busy place.
- 24:35Speaker 2: We've been talking about that the last few weeks a
- 24:37Speaker 2: couple of episodes. You know, a lot of people will
- 24:39Speaker 2: come in and talk about it's a scary time. There's
- 24:42Speaker 2: a lot of uncertainty. Well, you can either live in fear,
- 24:46Speaker 2: you can live with that anxiety, or you can just
- 24:48Speaker 2: promote and be your best set. The only way to
- 24:52Speaker 2: stop what's going on in your head is to reset
- 24:55Speaker 2: your mind, reset the way you think about things, and
- 24:58Speaker 2: that comes with a minute your day and try to
- 25:02Speaker 2: do something that you really enjoy. Maybe only have five minutes,
- 25:05Speaker 2: So five minutes, that's five minutes. You can either read
- 25:08Speaker 2: a book, you can google something online, you can do
- 25:12Speaker 2: something step outside, put your feet in the grass, put
- 25:14Speaker 2: your feet in the dirt, read, do those mental five
- 25:18Speaker 2: minute reminders that it's going to be okay. Maybe then
- 25:22Speaker 2: those five minutes to start making up a list or
- 25:25Speaker 2: you use the self Care checklist and check off some
- 25:29Speaker 2: of your thoughts for the day. You know, think about
- 25:32Speaker 2: some of the best people that we know that were
- 25:35Speaker 2: philosophers and writers and authors. They had fantastic pen to
- 25:41Speaker 2: paper and they would write things down. How often do
- 25:45Speaker 2: you write things down that are helpful for you. I
- 25:47Speaker 2: bet many of you write things down because they're your
- 25:50Speaker 2: to do list to go pick up the kids, have
- 25:53Speaker 2: to get this project done, I have to take care
- 25:55Speaker 2: of this. Oh, I have to pay this bill. I
- 25:57Speaker 2: have to. I have to, I have to. How about
- 25:59Speaker 2: you start making little notations of I'm having a great
- 26:03Speaker 2: day tomorrow, the weekend starts, I may never have to
- 26:07Speaker 2: write another paper for school again. Anything that you want
- 26:12Speaker 2: to write down, what is that going to do. It's
- 26:14Speaker 2: going to boost your mood, it's going to give your
- 26:16Speaker 2: Russia dobamine. It's a natural, organic way to feel good.
- 26:20Speaker 2: And some of this stuff is very basic and it's
- 26:24Speaker 2: not easy. Why it's not easy, And you're absolutely correct, man,
- 26:28Speaker 2: it's not easy because we're in a routine. It's very
- 26:31Speaker 2: hard to break the cycle. So that's why you guys
- 26:35Speaker 2: tune into places like this with wellness uncensored. That's why
- 26:39Speaker 2: we want you to get some kind of note, pat
- 26:41Speaker 2: or a journal, many of these things. I think Jen
- 26:44Speaker 2: was just asking. You can get these things on Amazon.
- 26:48Speaker 2: If you google thoughtful, grateful, or gratitude. Not only will
- 26:53Speaker 2: plane journals come up, but ones that have the little logos.
- 26:58Speaker 2: If you like this little self care tracker. You can
- 27:01Speaker 2: actually get it on knock knock because knock knock dot com.
- 27:06Speaker 2: Oh no, it's called knock knock stuff dot Com. I'll
- 27:10Speaker 2: have Rebel put that up there. There I go helping
- 27:13Speaker 2: out another supplier. But it got great stuff and it's
- 27:18Speaker 2: with two K so it's knock knock stuff dot Com.
- 27:23Speaker 2: So again, if you want to know where to go
- 27:25Speaker 2: to get it, you can get it here. You can
- 27:27Speaker 2: also get some stuff off of Amazon. And you need
- 27:31Speaker 2: to start making these little habits part of your life.
- 27:33Speaker 2: You know. I think a journal is fantastic. You know.
- 27:36Speaker 2: I often get people when I track them every couple
- 27:39Speaker 2: of weeks and they come back and you talk to
- 27:41Speaker 2: me and come to see me for treatment. Well, yeah,
- 27:44Speaker 2: I was too busy to fill out that journal. Well
- 27:47Speaker 2: maybe you were, Maybe you weren't. I always tell people,
- 27:50Speaker 2: you know where, I tell them to leave the journal,
- 27:52Speaker 2: either in the bedroom next year, in your nightstand, or
- 27:56Speaker 2: in your bathroom at nighttime. How many people have in samnium?
- 28:00Speaker 2: I promise you, if you start writing, you will start
- 28:03Speaker 2: to get a little leriied, and you will false leave.
- 28:05Speaker 2: But at least you'll be writing. If you're in the bathroom.
- 28:08Speaker 2: I mean most of us have at least a few
- 28:10Speaker 2: minutes to kill oneth a day. So while you're in there,
- 28:13Speaker 2: do something productive, okay, or do two things productive. But yeah,
- 28:17Speaker 2: the knock knock We put that up there Knock knockstuff
- 28:20Speaker 2: dot com. So hopefull you guys can get yourself a
- 28:22Speaker 2: tracker journals, tons of them on Amazon and they're not expensive.
- 28:27Speaker 2: You need to start taking notes on yourself because when
- 28:30Speaker 2: you physically write, you mentally think, you put it on
- 28:34Speaker 2: paper and you read it. That is an act. It
- 28:37Speaker 2: stimulates your brain to want to do the things that
- 28:41Speaker 2: you tell it to do. So this is your own
- 28:44Speaker 2: self care. This is your own personal coaching therapy moment
- 28:49Speaker 2: that you're going to do for you. And while it's
- 28:52Speaker 2: not easy, it starts with today, It starts with you.
- 28:55Speaker 2: It starts with one minute to make a plan of
- 28:58Speaker 2: doing one thing. And why I know, and that's hard
- 29:01Speaker 2: for a lot of people. It requires you to stop
- 29:05Speaker 2: and get out of your routine. But if you don't
- 29:07Speaker 2: have a great routine, and if you don't feel like
- 29:09Speaker 2: you're an eight on the scale, clearly you want to
- 29:12Speaker 2: do something a little better, right, So you got to
- 29:14Speaker 2: do stuff for you. Isn't that terrible? When was the
- 29:17Speaker 2: last time anybody ever told you to do something for you?
- 29:20Speaker 2: So I'm telling you and that's why we're here. We
- 29:23Speaker 2: had a quick question too about B twelve injections. Yeah,
- 29:26Speaker 2: if you want to get yourself some B twelve injections,
- 29:29Speaker 2: I want to make sure you guys all have the
- 29:31Speaker 2: number here to call. You can either call them at
- 29:34Speaker 2: Carlos and Christina's place and that number is nine oh
- 29:38Speaker 2: four five six zero zero zero six, and I may
- 29:43Speaker 2: have given you one extra zero, So I'm putting that
- 29:46Speaker 2: up here too on the site because at Council Rock Hormones,
- 29:49Speaker 2: what you guys can do is you can get B
- 29:51Speaker 2: twelve vitamin injections, you can get ANAD injections, a lot
- 29:55Speaker 2: of other things you can get, and we've talked about
- 29:57Speaker 2: them on other shows. But they'll even do like a
- 29:59Speaker 2: hormone evaluation and a lot of times, if we optimize
- 30:03Speaker 2: where you should be with your hormones, you're going to
- 30:05Speaker 2: feel a whole lot better. A lot of folks wary
- 30:08Speaker 2: in a question about well, you know, I've had people
- 30:11Speaker 2: that stress about, you know, too much estrogen and breast
- 30:13Speaker 2: cancer and all that stuff. You need to just give
- 30:15Speaker 2: them a call. What they can do to help you
- 30:17Speaker 2: here is incredible and we're going to balance you and
- 30:21Speaker 2: the balancing of your hormones can actually help you to
- 30:24Speaker 2: decrease your quartersol. And I'm sure you all know. Has
- 30:27Speaker 2: anybody ever told you, Oh, if your portersol levels high,
- 30:30Speaker 2: you're not going to lose weight. If your portersol levels high,
- 30:33Speaker 2: you're going to be stressed. Your portersol levels high, you're
- 30:37Speaker 2: not gonna be able to think and concentrate. And a
- 30:39Speaker 2: high porterisol leads to high end inflammation. And if you've
- 30:42Speaker 2: got a lot of inflammation in your body, that's another
- 30:45Speaker 2: part of self care. So that's why today is so
- 30:48Speaker 2: chock full of things to do so you feel better,
- 30:52Speaker 2: because we want to improve our dats. What do you
- 30:56Speaker 2: think about? What would you do if I could wave
- 30:59Speaker 2: a magic wand and tomorrow you can wake up and
- 31:02Speaker 2: feel your best? What would you do if no amount
- 31:06Speaker 2: of money in the world was at your fingertips you
- 31:08Speaker 2: could do whatever you want? What would you do and
- 31:11Speaker 2: how would you feel? Think about that? And if you
- 31:15Speaker 2: have thoughts of helping someone, helping others, taking a trip,
- 31:20Speaker 2: climbing a mountain, building, a house, having a dream job
- 31:24Speaker 2: because you own the company, or whatever it is. You
- 31:27Speaker 2: need to start writing those things down on paper to
- 31:29Speaker 2: build your dash. There's no reason you can't get to
- 31:32Speaker 2: any goal that you want to achieve, but you have
- 31:35Speaker 2: to take steps to get there. You can't just wish it.
- 31:38Speaker 2: So the wishes are good, but the wishes have to
- 31:41Speaker 2: become a reality. And that's where the reality was writing
- 31:44Speaker 2: them down and then taking steps to get there. If
- 31:47Speaker 2: you physically feel better, if your mind starts to feel clearer,
- 31:52Speaker 2: and you start to do all the things we talk
- 31:54Speaker 2: about on here, with hydration and nutrition, good self care,
- 31:58Speaker 2: you are going to naturally or to accomplish some of
- 32:01Speaker 2: your goals. And I think when you really stop to
- 32:04Speaker 2: think about if you had to write down today what
- 32:07Speaker 2: it was from birth till your last day on earth,
- 32:11Speaker 2: do you want that to be a really cool story
- 32:14Speaker 2: or do you want it to be a story? Well, yeah,
- 32:17Speaker 2: I was afraid, I was tired, I didn't have money,
- 32:21Speaker 2: I was at home, I watched TV. That's not a
- 32:24Speaker 2: good dash. You don't have to settle for that. You
- 32:27Speaker 2: can change your dash. You can improve your dash. And
- 32:31Speaker 2: for many of us, you know, like I said, if
- 32:33Speaker 2: I could do today what I should have done when
- 32:36Speaker 2: I was twenty. I can't change that, but that doesn't
- 32:39Speaker 2: mean today to be the same as when I was twenty.
- 32:42Speaker 2: So hopefully those things are making a difference for me.
- 32:46Speaker 2: And that's why I I enjoy what I do because
- 32:50Speaker 2: before I did things for other people for the wrong reasons,
- 32:53Speaker 2: I was in a job. I was in work that
- 32:55Speaker 2: I thought I had to do. I was responsible. I
- 32:58Speaker 2: thought I was taking care of things that I was miserable.
- 33:02Speaker 2: How man to give you out there are not happy?
- 33:04Speaker 2: Happiness comes from what you decide you're going to let
- 33:07Speaker 2: yourself do. You may not be able to change it tomorrow,
- 33:10Speaker 2: but certainly with a few goals and a few ideas
- 33:13Speaker 2: and a few plans, you can make tomorrow a better day.
- 33:17Speaker 2: And tomorrow will lead to the next day, next month,
- 33:21Speaker 2: and next year, and before you know it, you can
- 33:24Speaker 2: really have made a right turn. And there's lots of struggles.
- 33:28Speaker 2: There's lots of things that go on in life, But
- 33:30Speaker 2: do we really have to dwell on those? Do we
- 33:33Speaker 2: have to settle on those? Can we do things to
- 33:35Speaker 2: make a difference so that those sad, dark, not so
- 33:40Speaker 2: good things in our past or are present. They do
- 33:44Speaker 2: not have to be responsible or dictate our future. And
- 33:47Speaker 2: that's the whole goal behind trying to figure out what's
- 33:50Speaker 2: going on in your life. Again, if you put that
- 33:53Speaker 2: up one more time, revel the quality of life thing.
- 33:56Speaker 2: If you're falling down on the quality of life and
- 33:58Speaker 2: you're down at a four or less, thank you. You
- 34:02Speaker 2: really got to look at you and go, do I
- 34:04Speaker 2: want to change? And I know you must want something different.
- 34:09Speaker 2: The ways to get there start with you. If you're
- 34:12Speaker 2: a five or better, that means you're on the path.
- 34:14Speaker 2: We just have to keep energizing you and motivating you.
- 34:18Speaker 2: And again, it really depends what your individual's situation is.
- 34:23Speaker 2: You know, there may be physical limitations, there may be
- 34:26Speaker 2: job limitations. There's all kinds of things. I even tell folks,
- 34:31Speaker 2: you know, on the quality of life scale, this is you.
- 34:34Speaker 2: This quality of life scale is not the world. Okay,
- 34:39Speaker 2: we can't control a lot of things in our life,
- 34:42Speaker 2: So boil it down to the things that you can control,
- 34:46Speaker 2: and that revolves around you and everything around you. Not
- 34:50Speaker 2: that we can ignore the world. I get that. But
- 34:54Speaker 2: you can't make a difference in the world tomorrow. You
- 34:57Speaker 2: can make a difference in yourself tomorrow and out tomorrow
- 35:00Speaker 2: can maybe lead to you getting somewhere where. If that's
- 35:03Speaker 2: what your goal is, is to make a difference on
- 35:06Speaker 2: a more broader global scale, it's quite possible. I mean,
- 35:10Speaker 2: let's just take it back to our dear friend Charlie Kirk. Okay,
- 35:14Speaker 2: the kid was thirty one, right. I was just so
- 35:18Speaker 2: impressed and amazed how someone who's thirty one could make
- 35:22Speaker 2: such an impact on the world. I think his thoughts,
- 35:25Speaker 2: his intentions, and whatever your thought and beliefs are about him,
- 35:28Speaker 2: I believe he was a good spirit. He was a
- 35:30Speaker 2: good kid, and he had goals. He had struggles, he
- 35:34Speaker 2: had fears. Look at the you know, if he took
- 35:36Speaker 2: up the guts to meet a girl and you know,
- 35:40Speaker 2: be able to you know, ask around and look, it
- 35:42Speaker 2: turned into a beautiful thing. But everybody's got stop. You
- 35:46Speaker 2: can live in it, you can be sad in it.
- 35:49Speaker 2: You can just make that your reason for not wanting
- 35:52Speaker 2: to go forward. Or you still have another day. You've
- 35:56Speaker 2: got tomorrow, Get up, make a plan and start making
- 36:00Speaker 2: some changes in your life. That's what we really want
- 36:03Speaker 2: you to, you know, to get out of today. You
- 36:05Speaker 2: can do it on a dime. It doesn't take a
- 36:08Speaker 2: lot of money to get a little protein. It doesn't
- 36:11Speaker 2: take a lot of money to turn on the YouTube channel,
- 36:14Speaker 2: find a video, start moving, start stretching. It doesn't take
- 36:18Speaker 2: a lot of money to get some pen and paper. Okay,
- 36:21Speaker 2: you don't need the fancy self care. You just take
- 36:24Speaker 2: some paper and start write down. I am a good person.
- 36:28Speaker 2: I have ideas. I like what i want to do
- 36:32Speaker 2: going forward, and I'm going to make a plan to
- 36:34Speaker 2: do that. I'm not going to allow people to hurt
- 36:37Speaker 2: my feelings. I'm not going to let people make me
- 36:40Speaker 2: sad and all those things that you write down. Then
- 36:43Speaker 2: you have to start taking steps to make the changes.
- 36:47Speaker 2: The only reason you're going to do the same thing
- 36:49Speaker 2: tomorrow is if you allow it. But if you want
- 36:52Speaker 2: to do something different, then you've got to start at
- 36:54Speaker 2: the most simple baby step and start adapting changes. And
- 36:59Speaker 2: the change is that you maybe thinking about. They could
- 37:02Speaker 2: be career changing, it could be you know, losing one
- 37:05Speaker 2: hundred pounds, they could be getting the money to go
- 37:09Speaker 2: to school. Those things don't happen overnight. But make a plan,
- 37:14Speaker 2: and make a plan. You will get there. But it's
- 37:16Speaker 2: starting with self care. So that's why I wanted to
- 37:20Speaker 2: talk to you guys about what's your dash, because if
- 37:23Speaker 2: you really want to make a difference, make your dash exciting,
- 37:26Speaker 2: find things that make you happy if you're doing things
- 37:29Speaker 2: that are every day for people, for school, for work,
- 37:33Speaker 2: for everyone else but yourself. And I get a lot
- 37:35Speaker 2: of people like that when they start shifting and taking
- 37:38Speaker 2: time to fuel themselves, feed themselves first. I can't tell
- 37:43Speaker 2: you the change that I see that is just absolutely
- 37:46Speaker 2: so inspiring because they take me up on the challenge.
- 37:49Speaker 2: And I guess if I was to kind of, you know,
- 37:52Speaker 2: humbly say, kind of like Charlie, Oh my god, Charlie Kirk,
- 37:56Speaker 2: prove me wrong. Okay, I made changes of my life,
- 38:00Speaker 2: some changes it took me a while to make, but
- 38:02Speaker 2: once I made them, it made a better impact for
- 38:05Speaker 2: my life going forward. And I made some more changes,
- 38:08Speaker 2: and I changed some things, and I made some more changes.
- 38:11Speaker 2: That's why I said it'd be great if we could
- 38:12Speaker 2: take where we are now and we would back when
- 38:14Speaker 2: we're twenty. But we can't. So hopefully I've learned a
- 38:16Speaker 2: little something along the way, and I would be remiss
- 38:19Speaker 2: if I didn't share. This was just such a beautiful
- 38:22Speaker 2: thing that I heard from this little girl today. She's
- 38:24Speaker 2: ten years old. She got a lot of drama, a
- 38:27Speaker 2: lot of trauma. I don't think she doesn't intend for
- 38:30Speaker 2: the drama, but she is filled with just a history
- 38:33Speaker 2: of a drama in her life. Little gal, she's ten
- 38:35Speaker 2: years old, had these issues at school. She'd call these
- 38:38Speaker 2: kids her friends. But because she would talk and tell
- 38:40Speaker 2: the kids, they would ask her questions about herself, the
- 38:43Speaker 2: things she shared, personal things about what she learned, the
- 38:47Speaker 2: kids started to make fun of her. So now here
- 38:49Speaker 2: she is, she's really sad, she's really upset. I told her, so,
- 38:52Speaker 2: you got to stop talking to people like you. Don't
- 38:54Speaker 2: need to tell everybody about you. You can, And she said, well,
- 38:58Speaker 2: they always ask her, well what else? What else? You
- 39:00Speaker 2: just need to tell them, you know what, there is
- 39:02Speaker 2: nothing else, there's nothing else to tell. I've told you everything.
- 39:05Speaker 2: Try to get them to go away. But what she
- 39:08Speaker 2: did tell me as we talked a little bit more,
- 39:10Speaker 2: I said, what do you like? What do you enjoy?
- 39:12Speaker 2: You know? Tell me different things, And of all the
- 39:15Speaker 2: things she told me, that was absolutely the most beautiful.
- 39:17Speaker 2: She said, well, I believe in God, and I'm sad
- 39:21Speaker 2: to say I was kind of shocked because of all
- 39:23Speaker 2: the drama and drama in her life. I didn't even
- 39:25Speaker 2: hear that there could be anything lady in her life
- 39:28Speaker 2: that could be faith filled. But truly, out of the
- 39:31Speaker 2: mouth of Beabes, she said, yeah, I pray. I like
- 39:34Speaker 2: to go to church, but I don't get to go often,
- 39:36Speaker 2: and she likes to read the Bible. Again, I don't
- 39:39Speaker 2: know way to all believe, but I always have hope.
- 39:43Speaker 2: And when I heard that little girl say those things
- 39:45Speaker 2: about she believes in God, I said, then there is
- 39:48Speaker 2: one of your best and biggest answers. So for all
- 39:51Speaker 2: of you, I don't provide any magic, any wishful thinking,
- 39:55Speaker 2: or any you know, magical solution to fix you today
- 39:59Speaker 2: or tomorrow. But just from hearing that in her voice,
- 40:03Speaker 2: I knew that I had hope and I had hoped
- 40:06Speaker 2: that perhaps maybe I could be part of the people
- 40:09Speaker 2: that helps her to get past the thoughts of not
- 40:12Speaker 2: wanting to be here. And so if you have ever
- 40:14Speaker 2: had those thoughts, or if you feel stuck, get some
- 40:18Speaker 2: enthusiasm and start working on your dash fill your body,
- 40:22Speaker 2: fuel your body. And if you don't have faith, considered,
- 40:26Speaker 2: if you do have faith, lead with it, say a prayer,
- 40:29Speaker 2: ask for some help, get a pen and paper, get
- 40:33Speaker 2: a journal, get a little self care tracker, try to
- 40:36Speaker 2: find ways to start writing down what you want the
- 40:40Speaker 2: rest of your dash to look like. And if you
- 40:42Speaker 2: want some natural stuff and some great ways to feel better,
- 40:46Speaker 2: you can give them a call at Castle Rock Hormone
- 40:48Speaker 2: Health to get some any de injections. You can look
- 40:51Speaker 2: me up on Magnolia Cell Patch you can get some
- 40:54Speaker 2: cell patches. These are just natural, holistic ways to feel better,
- 41:00Speaker 2: differently suggestions. There's lots of other things we talk about
- 41:03Speaker 2: on the show that you can also do to feel better,
- 41:05Speaker 2: but they just happen to be a few of the
- 41:07Speaker 2: things that I enjoy. And next week I want to
- 41:10Speaker 2: give you a preview because next week we're going to
- 41:12Speaker 2: take a turn back a little bit. But there have
- 41:15Speaker 2: been so many people across the country that I don't
- 41:17Speaker 2: think their stories have been told. We had a gentleman
- 41:20Speaker 2: on a few weeks ago who came to near death.
- 41:24Speaker 2: He was three months on a ventilator because he was
- 41:26Speaker 2: treated during the COVID pandemic and things were just so
- 41:30Speaker 2: bad and so different. Then next week I'm going to
- 41:32Speaker 2: have a gallon her husband on she lost her father,
- 41:36Speaker 2: not through his own devices. He was actually almost ready
- 41:40Speaker 2: to go home when one doctor said no, I need
- 41:42Speaker 2: you to stay another day, and he ended up dying
- 41:44Speaker 2: in the hospital during the pandemic. And for folks like
- 41:49Speaker 2: her and her family and all the other folks out there,
- 41:52Speaker 2: sometimes part of healing needs feeling of being heard. And
- 41:57Speaker 2: if she does no greater service to her dad then
- 41:59Speaker 2: to tell me story. She's going to share that next week.
- 42:02Speaker 2: Why another reason, because we've all learned, and so many
- 42:06Speaker 2: of us this is why we talk about what we
- 42:08Speaker 2: do today about healing and fueling the body to stay well.
- 42:12Speaker 2: Lots of things come our way. But I think it's
- 42:14Speaker 2: important to hear her story and others as I can
- 42:16Speaker 2: weave them in throughout some of these segments, because that's
- 42:20Speaker 2: part of the healing process. And I think it's really
- 42:22Speaker 2: important that you guys understand that things weren't as they
- 42:25Speaker 2: all themed. So tune in next Thursday and you can
- 42:28Speaker 2: hear her story. Her name's Heidi. She'll be sharing with
- 42:31Speaker 2: us at three pm Eastern on Wellness and censored. But
- 42:36Speaker 2: if there's any other questions today, I think I've captured
- 42:39Speaker 2: mostly everything we talked about the B vitamins. We talked
- 42:42Speaker 2: about how to change and how to journal a NED.
- 42:47Speaker 2: Like I said, I can't tell you enough good stuff
- 42:49Speaker 2: about it. I haven't on my account. If you want
- 42:53Speaker 2: to order it as a capsule, it's just not absorbed
- 42:56Speaker 2: like it is through an injection. The injection you really
- 42:59Speaker 2: get the potents and your body already makes it. So
- 43:02Speaker 2: if you're young and you're twenty and it's not for you,
- 43:06Speaker 2: I'll buy it for now. But if you're over twenty five,
- 43:10Speaker 2: certainly boost yourself up with some NAD. We've got it
- 43:14Speaker 2: here for you. I'm actually at the facility today at
- 43:18Speaker 2: Castle Rock Hormone Health, and it's just it's a great place.
- 43:22Speaker 2: You'll be able to reach out to them nationwide. They
- 43:24Speaker 2: don't just market in Florida, so if it's something that
- 43:27Speaker 2: you're interested in, you can get it. A few weeks
- 43:29Speaker 2: ago we talked about pain and healing. We've also got
- 43:32Speaker 2: VP one fifty seven mab SEE one fifty seven. That's
- 43:35Speaker 2: also another co enzyme that if you're having trouble with pain,
- 43:39Speaker 2: before you reach out for pain medications or Heaven forbid
- 43:42Speaker 2: and time and all, it's a naturally occurring final that
- 43:47Speaker 2: is recreated and it's phenomenal for pain and they're just
- 43:50Speaker 2: little sub few injections. I've used it myself and it's
- 43:54Speaker 2: just truly amazing. So look them up Castle Rock Hormone Health.

- 44:29Speaker 2: to say about you. If you're not sure and you
