San Jose Murder Charge Against Marco Jimenez | Oakland News
A 22-year-old man, Marco Jimenez, is now facing murder charges after a woman was found unresponsive in her San Jose home last week. Police say the two knew each other, and though initial injuries seemed minor, the Medical Examiner ruled it a homicide the next day. Jimenez was detained at the scene but later released before being re-arrested. His arraignment is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.
