- 1:40Speaker 1: We're gonna start like we do every week, with a prayer.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Dear Heavenly Father, hallelujah and the name of your Prentice Son, Jesus.
- 1:57Speaker 1: We come to you tonight just giving you thanks and glory,
- 2:03Speaker 1: asking you that you continue to bless the visionary of
- 2:09Speaker 1: this moment, asking you that you bless everything that is
- 2:15Speaker 1: attached to the Crew podcast, asking that anything that comes
- 2:23Speaker 1: to delay this message on tonight, that you hinder it
- 2:30Speaker 1: and the name of Jesus.
- 2:31Speaker 2: If there's any sick among us.
- 2:33Speaker 1: God heal them in Jesus' name. If anybody's in a
- 2:38Speaker 1: mental prison, let him out. In the name of Jesus.
- 2:43Speaker 1: We thank you and we praise your holy name. In
- 2:47Speaker 1: Jesus' name, I do pray. Why do we refuse to
- 3:02Speaker 1: learn how to let go of the paths? Why is
- 3:07Speaker 1: it so difficult to let go of experience that has
- 3:12Speaker 1: caused us pain and suffering. Think back to the tragic
- 3:18Speaker 1: day of nine to eleven. Chances are you can probably
- 3:23Speaker 1: fenture where you were, who you were with, what you
- 3:29Speaker 1: were doing when you heard about the terrorists attacked. Can
- 3:34Speaker 1: you say this is the same for August eleven? Your
- 3:38Speaker 1: memory is likely surrey. When it comes to those detailed
- 3:45Speaker 1: few people can imagine what was happening in a month
- 3:49Speaker 1: before the attacks. That's because we do not retain information
- 3:54Speaker 1: does not have our feelings attached to it. Information with
- 4:00Speaker 1: emotion make ai indevisable impression. That is so why so
- 4:08Speaker 1: many of us are tied to your past. Tony Roberts says,
- 4:15Speaker 1: your past does not.
- 4:18Speaker 2: Equate your future.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Just because something has happened in your past does not
- 4:25Speaker 1: mean that your future has to be affected by it.
- 4:33Speaker 1: A lot of people are living.
- 4:35Speaker 2: In the past. Just like you can't.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Drive a car looking through the rear view mirror, you
- 4:45Speaker 1: cannot go through life living through your path. You cannot
- 4:52Speaker 1: put your past in a closet and refuse to let
- 4:57Speaker 1: the skeletons out, because the enemy will use your past
- 5:06Speaker 1: against you. Any of us that have been transformed by
- 5:12Speaker 1: the miraculous power of God knows that there's a lot
- 5:17Speaker 1: of people in our life that remember what we used
- 5:22Speaker 1: to be. And I say, yes, I used to live there,
- 5:30Speaker 1: but I've moved, I changed my address. You cannot find
- 5:36Speaker 1: me in the same place that you've left me because
- 5:41Speaker 1: I've elevated since then. Many of us get stuck in
- 5:48Speaker 1: the past because of our need for a certainty. A
- 5:54Speaker 1: lot of us can't move from level to level because
- 5:58Speaker 1: we get comfortable in a certain space and we refused
- 6:03Speaker 1: to move. I'm reminded of this book that I read.
- 6:12Speaker 2: Early in my life. It was called Oh Moved My Cheese.
- 6:18Speaker 1: And if you never read that story, it is the
- 6:21Speaker 1: story of two mice, and the cheese was in a
- 6:30Speaker 1: certain place, And every day they went to did certain
- 6:37Speaker 1: place and got their cheese. But one day they went
- 6:43Speaker 1: there and the cheese wasn't there. So one mice mouse,
- 6:51Speaker 1: he continued to go to that same place looking for.
- 6:57Speaker 2: His familiar cheese. But the other mouse went around a
- 7:07Speaker 2: maze looking for more cheese.
- 7:13Speaker 1: But the other mouse, he was so familiar with that
- 7:18Speaker 1: spot that he refused to leave that spot. Sometimes you
- 7:24Speaker 1: gotta move in life. You can't be stagnated in your past.
- 7:29Speaker 2: You can't. You have to acknowledge the that that I've.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Been there, I've done that, and I'm not there anymore,
- 7:41Speaker 1: and you cannot shame me to my past. The other
- 7:47Speaker 1: reason that it's difficult to learn to get past the
- 7:53Speaker 1: past is the way we leak information to emotion. Consider,
- 8:02Speaker 1: for example, a woman who has a female core. If
- 8:07Speaker 1: her partner does something that causes us amasedal pain, she
- 8:12Speaker 1: may tend to bring it up again and again throughout
- 8:17Speaker 1: the relationship. It's like sometimes a man might cheat and
- 8:23Speaker 1: a woman might experience infidelity, and she tells that man
- 8:29Speaker 1: that she's gonna let the pasts go they can start
- 8:35Speaker 1: over new. But every time something triggers her, she brings
- 8:41Speaker 1: it up again and again and again.
- 8:44Speaker 2: Remember when you cheated on me? Where are you tonight?
- 8:48Speaker 1: Her emotions are tied to that infidelity, and she can't
- 8:55Speaker 1: let it go. And sometimes we have to realize that
- 8:59Speaker 1: we don't forgive people for them. They may never acknowledge
- 9:06Speaker 1: that they've done you wrong, they may never accept the
- 9:10Speaker 1: fact that they hurt you. They might not validate your feelings.
- 9:17Speaker 1: But when you forgive them, you free yourself from that
- 9:22Speaker 1: mental prison that you lock yourself in. Identify your emotional habits.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Identifying your emotional habits is one of the most challenging
- 9:42Speaker 1: part of letting go of the past because it requires
- 9:47Speaker 1: deep and dispect him. How do you live your life?
- 9:52Speaker 1: What are your limited beliefs? Where do you live emotionally?
- 9:58Speaker 1: We all have and they can have positive or negative
- 10:04Speaker 1: effense on our life. So there are nine ways in
- 10:17Speaker 1: which amen you can learn how to let go of
- 10:25Speaker 1: your past. One way is to identify your emotional habits
- 10:39Speaker 1: condition your mind the ultimate breakthrough in life. It happens
- 10:46Speaker 1: by learning strategies that help you deal with the triggering
- 10:53Speaker 1: factors in your life. Like one triggering factor that I
- 10:59Speaker 1: have in my life when my son passed away.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Is that.
- 11:06Speaker 1: If I attended graduations or weddings of people that were
- 11:12Speaker 1: around my son's age, I would get sad and cry
- 11:20Speaker 1: through the whole event. And I had to realize that
- 11:23Speaker 1: that was something from my past that was triggering me
- 11:28Speaker 1: and that I can no longer attend weddings and graduation
- 11:35Speaker 1: of his peers because that.
- 11:37Speaker 2: Was a triggering moment.
- 11:39Speaker 1: So I had to identify amen my triggers, condition your mind,
- 11:51Speaker 1: create empowering richels. Letting go of the pasts isn't easy.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Empower richels can help you cultivate that thriving garden. Start
- 12:06Speaker 1: your morning with a powerful ritual which combines elements of
- 12:11Speaker 1: meditation and visuality to.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Make your day what you wanted to be. Shift your focus.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Don't focus on the thing that caused you pain. Focus
- 12:27Speaker 1: on your healing. Focus on letting go. Focus on forgiveness.
- 12:35Speaker 1: Unforgiveness can cause mental, physical, spiritual pain.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Let it go.
- 12:46Speaker 1: Yes it happened, Yes it hurts, Yes it disappointed me.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Yes my heart was broken and a million little pieces.
- 13:01Speaker 1: But let it go. Don't let it define who you
- 13:08Speaker 1: at become, So shift your focus. Teach yourself to be present.
- 13:19Speaker 1: You must also shift your focus to be mindful of
- 13:24Speaker 1: the present. Remind yourself of the present, don't look back
- 13:31Speaker 1: to the past, because the one thing you have to
- 13:34Speaker 1: realize is that you cannot change your path your path,
- 13:40Speaker 1: but you can change your future. Your current situation is
- 13:49Speaker 1: not your final destination. God has a plan and a
- 13:53Speaker 1: purpose for your life. Everything that you've been through, the good,
- 13:58Speaker 1: bad and the ugly, as made you who you are today.
- 14:12Speaker 1: Work on your personal growth. Don't stay stagnant, journal, go
- 14:21Speaker 1: to therapy, whatever it is that you need to do
- 14:27Speaker 1: to make yourself feel better. It's okay not to be okay,
- 14:34Speaker 1: but it's not okay to stay in that situation, to
- 14:38Speaker 1: stay tied to your path and don't let it go.
- 14:42Speaker 1: It's not okay. You have to move past what happened
- 14:48Speaker 1: to you. Surround yourself with positive people. Surround yourself with
- 15:05Speaker 1: people who speak positively into your life and the number nine.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Invest in your future, whether it's a mental event, investing
- 15:22Speaker 1: of physical, invest in whatever it is. Invest in yourself.
- 15:30Speaker 1: Take time for self care. Go get your head done,
- 15:36Speaker 1: get your nails done, get your feet done, go to
- 15:41Speaker 1: the spa, sit by the water and read a book.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Whatever it is. You need to take care of yourself,
- 15:53Speaker 1: because the realness is that if you can't don't take
- 15:58Speaker 1: care of yourself, you won't be able to take care
- 16:03Speaker 1: of anyone else. Your past does not dictate your future.
- 16:10Speaker 1: Your book has not already been written. There's still some
- 16:17Speaker 1: blank pages for you to fill up. Don't fill it
- 16:24Speaker 1: up on your past, but fill it up with your future.
- 16:30Speaker 1: Live the life that God has destined you to live.
- 16:34Speaker 1: He has a plan and a purpose for your life.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Find out what that purpose is. Why are you here?
- 16:41Speaker 1: Why did you survive all that you've been through? It
- 16:44Speaker 1: wasn't for nothing. God had a plan for your life.
- 16:48Speaker 1: It might just be that someone else looks at your
- 16:51Speaker 1: life and looks at all that you've been through and
- 16:55Speaker 1: how you are still standing on God's promises.
- 17:03Speaker 2: Thank you Jesus, Thank you.
- 17:07Speaker 1: Jesus and the precious name Hallelujah of Jesus.
- 17:15Speaker 2: We thank you that we have decided to let go
- 17:21Speaker 2: of our past.
- 17:25Speaker 1: If there's anyone who's listening to the sound of my
- 17:28Speaker 1: voice and they don't know the man who could forgive
- 17:37Speaker 1: all of your past mistakes disappointments, I introduce you to
- 17:44Speaker 1: my friend Jesus. He's a friend to the broken hearted.
- 17:50Speaker 1: He's a friend to the discouraged, to the hopeless.
- 17:55Speaker 2: And you know what is easy.
- 17:57Speaker 1: All you have to do is accept him as your
- 18:01Speaker 1: personal savior. Admit that he died on the cross for
- 18:07Speaker 1: all your past mistakes, and repent and find yourself a Bible,
- 18:14Speaker 1: believe in church.
- 18:16Speaker 2: And you are saying.
- 18:19Speaker 1: And those of us that know Jesus and his forgiven power,
- 18:26Speaker 1: continue to forgive yourself. God knew all about you before
- 18:37Speaker 1: you were born, and he knew what you would go through,
- 18:41Speaker 1: and he knew that you would still stand still hold
- 18:45Speaker 1: on to your integnity. God, we thank you for our
- 18:52Speaker 1: past and the lessons that we learned. But now God,
- 18:57Speaker 1: we look forward to our future. Grant us the desires
- 19:03Speaker 1: of our heart. Open up our creative portals, open up
- 19:09Speaker 1: that finantial window. In the name of Jesus. Remember Queen
- 19:15Speaker 1: Angela and her vigion. Remember all of the crew podcasts
- 19:21Speaker 1: and give them the desires of their heart. Continue to
- 19:26Speaker 1: give them creative ideas, gifts and talents. And the name
- 19:33Speaker 1: of your precious son, Jesus, we say.
- 19:36Speaker 2: A man and a man and a man, And.
- 19:38Speaker 1: Once again you've come to the end of inspirational moments
- 19:43Speaker 1: with Property's Tea, a part of the Fabulous Them Divas
