- 0:00A lot of exciting things happening now in our second week of Pike and Amanda
- 0:03in the morning. Intern Gracie, by the way, called in sick today.
- 0:07Well, she apparently had a cat situation. She's allergic to cats,
- 0:11and she stayed at a friend's house who had a real wild, hairy cat,
- 0:15and so she's got an allergy situation. Anytime you're allergic to a cat,
- 0:19what you want to do is go stay at a house where there's a
- 0:21big hairy cat. Sounds like the cat might have rolled in her blanket that
- 0:25she brought home. And no, no, she's got a cat blanket.
- 0:29I'm not gonna say I don't believe her, but we got one. You
- 0:32know. No anyway, but we are unrolling a new, very exciting segment
- 0:38we call normal or not na Ready, let's do it. So basically,
- 0:42there's a lot of things out there people do or you might do, and
- 0:44you might think, I don't know, is this is this normal? Or
- 0:47is this really weird that I do this? I feel like I do this
- 0:49every day to myself, like everybody else in the world is doing this.
- 0:52Right, Well, let's find out. So you have one, I have
- 0:55one, and then we'll go back and forth and we'll find out. Yes,
- 0:57we got a feeling you're gonna be very weird when we like la.
- 1:00Yeah, we are like live on Facebook too, so feel free to play
- 1:03along. So maybe we feel a little bit more normal than nah. H
- 1:07screenshots. I screenshot just about everything, So I just screenshot everything. So
- 1:12in my phone, I just have tons of screenshots. Is that weird?
- 1:17I feel like that's super weird. Normal or not, I'm gonna say nah,
- 1:19I know I'm gonna say that's normal because I do have a lot of
- 1:23screenshots. Like well, for us, it's like, oh, we should
- 1:25talk about this. That's like my what they called show prep. If I
- 1:29say something or see one of your ridiculous posts of your daughter calling you names,
- 1:33calling out your outfit because she doesn't want to leave the lake all screenshot,
- 1:37then be like, oh we should, Yeah, we should talk about
- 1:38that tomorrow, which we will by the way. Oh my gosh, yeah,
- 1:42she's full of sass. But yeah, I don't know a lot of
- 1:44mine our recipes outside of show prep stuff, though, Do you have other
- 1:48things? And I'll be honest if we're gonna be honest here, please,
- 1:52Sometimes it's like the Caddy things you're seeing, Like you said your girlfriend,
- 1:53You're like, oh my god, oh of course, I mean, yeah,
- 1:57did you did you see see this? What do you think of this
- 2:00girl? I know you're gonna say like good looking dudes or something like no,
- 2:04see it? That's that's so different. No, yeah, what about
- 2:07this normal? Or not taking your water bottle to the bathroom. I'm trying
- 2:13to Nah, every once in a while, I will, but that's I
- 2:15usually tend to, especially at the office, would be the only time I'm
- 2:19really doing it, and I try to leave it in the break room,
- 2:21all on the way to the office or in my office. See, we're
- 2:23going to be pretty opposite when it comes to this, because I know you
- 2:24think I'm really gross, but I would like, literally, there's not much
- 2:29stopping me from having like a whole meal on the back of the toilet.
- 2:31I mean, I just don't care. You just bring it all your snacks
- 2:35and everything. I mean, it's not ideal, but if I'm in like
- 2:39a pinch, you know, have you ever ate on the toilet? Of
- 2:44course I have. I'm not again, I'm not using like the back of
- 2:46the toilet is like a tape. Of course, not right. But if
- 2:50I had to, I would No, of course, if you're eating something,
- 2:52you got to finish up while you're on the toilet. Yeah. Sure,
- 2:54okay, well that was actually my next question, closing the toilet lid.
- 2:59I do you close it? The whole thing, the whole thing?
- 3:02Do you ever have that close? We're saying at my sister's house and she
- 3:06has a dog, and so apparently that's the rule. You have to keep
- 3:07the lid down, okay, because I don't know he's going to drink the
- 3:10water. Huh. It's hilarious because sometimes my dog in the middle of the
- 3:15night, like she just loves to drink water. And so Nick gets mad
- 3:19at me because I'm a toilet lid down. But if I or I'm a
- 3:23toilet lid up, if the toilet lid is down, the dog will like
- 3:28come and wake me up. And sometimes she drinks the water. So I'm
- 3:30the opposite of that. Oh interesting, I mean, you can't falter for
- 3:32drinking water. She don't know, she don't know, it's gross. Yeah.
- 3:36And even then, Yeah, do you ever drink out of the toilet?
- 3:38Nope, haven't done that. What about talking to your partner in a
- 3:40baby voice? Normal or not? I know you do. We went through
- 3:46a stage, especially when Sid was born, when you're just so excited about
- 3:51this little kid and you're like oh, and then you catch yourself talking like
- 3:55that and you're like, okay, oh, we've got to stop talking like
- 4:00this to each other. Not blaming the kid. You were doing it before.
- 4:01You know, you've always been like this baby voice talker when it's it's
- 4:08so uncomfortable to hear, and I sort of do it sometimes I don't want
- 4:11to see it's a baby voice, but it's like a cute te voice.
- 4:14You know. Nobody talks the same to their partner as they do to everybody
- 4:17else. Yeah, it is kind of weird how you have like their weird
- 4:23not even pet names. So it's just like the way you sometimes, yeah,
- 4:26I know, we refer to everything is like a like we call water
- 4:30wah wah, and you and Lauren called water wah wah. Yeah, like
- 4:35because it's definitely a baby thing. So like somebody I'm aware, you know,
- 4:39like if we're in bed and nobody grabbed water, like wawah, did
- 4:43you get wawa? No? What is that not normal? No way are
- 4:48you kidding me? I'm out of wawa. Will be bad. You can,
- 4:53Amanda in the morning. Going to Sydney. You read, or you
- 4:58said frequently Ryan. Yeah, And I found some books over the weekend after
- 5:00my parents rummage sale, which was just mostly garbage. But the books were
- 5:04cool, and so we thought, hey, these are some timeless stories.
- 5:09Really we should bring one in and read it on the air. I love
- 5:11that the one you brought in is so classic. It still says it's eighty
- 5:14nine cents, the Little Golden Book, like the old oot. Yeah,
- 5:17I mean, this is an old book. So we thought we would try
- 5:20this with the new show Pike and Amanda in the Morning. One weekend.
- 5:23We thought, let's try some new fun stuff, and so this Ladies and
- 5:26Gentleman, without further ado Yah Boy is an unnecessarily censored story The Three Little
- 5:32by Joseph Jacobs. Once upon a time, three little left their mothers and
- 5:39went out into the world. One was a lively little who liked it,
- 5:44and one was a happy little who liked to sing. And one was a
- 5:47smart little who remembered that the wolf was always Yeah, soon the little meta
- 5:54peddler Halene Straw. The first little said, please, sir, give me
- 5:59some straw so I can the house, which it's flimsy, so the little
- 6:02house was not sturdy. The second little waited until a peddler hauling sticks came
- 6:09along. Please, sir, he said, give me some so I can
- 6:13build a wooden house. The peddler gave him some sticks. In the second
- 6:16little built a house, but some of the picks came loose. The new
- 6:21little house almost tumbled down. The third little waited until a peddler hauling bricks
- 6:27came along. Then he said, please, sir, give me some so
- 6:30I can build a house. A third little built a strong brick house.
- 6:34It had a thick and a big Today trending what everyone talking about? Good
- 6:46morning, seven o'clock. Here's what you need to know. Well, if
- 6:48you've been doing any Facebook stocking lately, you're you're busted because apparently Meta,
- 6:55who is now the big company over Facebook, said they had a glitch.
- 6:59This a big one. If you went to somebody's profile, they would then
- 7:02automatically send friend requests to that person. No, how sad that I didn't
- 7:06get any friend requests. Oh, nobody's stocking you, nobody's stalking me.
- 7:10That's too bad. Almost as humiliating as if you ever like scrolled way back
- 7:14in somebody's photos and that accidentally liked or love something. Just kill me.
- 7:17Even just in general, sometimes you accidentally do that and you're like, oh,
- 7:21gosh, I did not want to do that. I know, then
- 7:24you can unlike it, but then they probably got the notification anyway. Yeah,
- 7:32and I know they were out in full force over the weekend. The
- 7:35mosquitos. If they're clinging to you a little bit more than the average person,
- 7:40You're like, gosh, why am I the one getting all the mosquito
- 7:42bites? Apparently, if you have a really bad bo new research says that
- 7:46you're a mosquito magnet and they can actually sense that bo odor for from like
- 7:50three hundred fifty feet away, so they're coming for you. I always thought
- 7:54it was just because I had sweet blood. I was made of sugar,
- 7:57sugar and spice. I remember my mom. I say that because I used
- 8:00to get them all over my legs, just like, honey, you just
- 8:01because you're so sweet. Yeah, oh, is that's supposed to make me
- 8:03feel better. Turns out you just stink, isn't, Like didn't they call
- 8:07you stinky in high school? And I'm not even kid, I'm not just
- 8:09being me. Yeah, no, no, that was that was the name.
- 8:13You have friends that still call you stinky, just one and you're just
- 8:16close with her, so she still just calls me that. Um, I
- 8:18think are so close. And it is gonna be a hot, hot summer.
- 8:26According to the Climate Prediction Center, we could see extreme heat this summer.
- 8:30We were just talking about. Its supposed to be almost ninety tomorrow.
- 8:31It's not even Memorial Day weekend. Is that going to help this stink situation?
- 8:37That's going to increase them a little bit? They say this is due
- 8:39to the heat dome that is impacting Canada and contributing to the wildfires in Alberta
- 8:43which also can't take it. This morning, my eyes are just dripping.
- 8:46Yeah, allergies is I don't know if it's a wildfires or allergies. But
- 8:50Elnino, which is the one we like. I think Elninia likes to keep
- 8:54it cold, el Nino turning up the heat. So this cycle is expected
- 8:58to last until winter. They could go through winter. That would be nice.
- 9:01Yeah, el Ninia, do us a solid. You get Amanda in
- 9:05the morning, right, So last night you were leaving the lake or trying
- 9:09to anyway, right, Yes, And of course, as it always goes
- 9:13Sunday nights beautiful, nobody wants to leave. Yeah, my daughter was not
- 9:16having it. She just did not want to leave. The sassiest video you've
- 9:20ever seen a man at your daughter's four Sydney right going on four D.
- 9:24Yeah, it was hilarious. So the video is on our Big Nighteya points
- 9:28up on Facebook page. But I thought it would be fun to give somebody
- 9:30a chance to win the round of who said it, Amanda or Sydney.
- 9:33So good morning to caller nine. Who is Kristen? Good morning, Good
- 9:37morning, Good morning. Are you doing today so far? Kristen? I
- 9:41how about you guys? Well we're doing good. Yeah, well hanging ourselves.
- 9:46It's our second week as Pike and Amanda in the morning. Have you
- 9:48been listening? Yeah, all right, welcome back. Thank you. If
- 9:50you had to leave a Google review, how many so far? How many?
- 9:54How many stars would you leave us? Four and a half? What's
- 9:58nice? I like it? Room for improvement, that's an honest review.
- 10:01I've just been alive, he said five. All right, christ and so
- 10:05I have six quotes from the video which Amanda filmed. It put on her
- 10:09big ninety of point seven Facebook page. Did you hear the video earlier when
- 10:13we played it? No? I okay, perfect, It's hilarious. You
- 10:15gotta watch it. So here's what I'll do. I'll read a line which
- 10:18is a direct quote from this video, and you have to tell me who
- 10:20said it? Amanda? Who is how old? Now? I am thirty
- 10:24seven years old? Or her four year old daughter, Sydney. Okay,
- 10:26okay, all right. Quote number one, you gotta get five out of
- 10:31six in order to win this incredible prize we have for you. Quote one,
- 10:35we have money, you just don't get it. Who said it,
- 10:37Amanda or Sydney Sydney. Oh, let's find out. We have money,
- 10:45you just don't get. Good job, Christian, you're after a good starter?
- 10:52Was Sydney. Quote too, I'm the boss, so I'm saying we
- 10:56have to go home. Who said it, Amanda or Sydney, Amanda.
- 11:01Let's find out. So I'm the boss, so I'm saying we have to
- 11:05go home. A real buzz kill, jeez, Amanda? All right?
- 11:09Quote three? If you were at work and we left you, how would
- 11:13that feel good? Yeah? That's what I'm thinking. Who said it?
- 11:18Amanda or Sydney? Sydney jeez, I don't know. Let's find out you
- 11:24were at work and what do you good? Yeah, that's what I'm thinking.
- 11:33Try arguing with this girl. I'm telling you, guys, guys,
- 11:39all right, you got three for three so far. Number four, you're
- 11:41just joking. I can see that smile on your face. Is that Amanda
- 11:46or Sydney Disney? Let's find out you're just joking. I can see that
- 11:52smile on your face. That's the point I start to lose it. Oh
- 11:58man, all right, so we got two left, and you only have
- 12:01to get one of them to win this incredible prize. You're on fire.
- 12:03Question quote number five, you're so weird and I don't like your outfit.
- 12:11Was that Amanda or her four year old daughter, Sydney? Sydney? Thanks
- 12:16for giving me. By the way, I have this one stuff to hear,
- 12:18so we'll have to listen close. I don't work. It's like she
- 12:24knew she shouldn't say it, you know what I mean? Like she started
- 12:28like you're so weird. I don't like. Oh, I'm gonna get in
- 12:31trouble. But it was still Sydney. So Christen, you win. We're
- 12:35gonna hook you up with either a gift card to Papa Murphy's or a gift
- 12:37card to Sidneys. It'll be your choice. Okay, do you have any
- 12:43kids, Kristen, Yeah, I also have a sassy daughter. So that
- 12:48felt really relatable. So does it get better? Oh no, no,
- 12:54good luck with that. Good luck this morning. Oh you can, Amanda
- 13:00in the morning. You got juicy. You ever got to a buffet and
- 13:05then take a little with you, you know, like for example, No,
- 13:09I'm not saying I've done this, but I've done this a bunch of
- 13:11times. You know, you go to a Chinese buffet, they got the
- 13:13little egg rolls not really messy. You could easily roll it up in a
- 13:16napkin and I don't know, man, it's thrown in your purse. You've
- 13:20never done that? Take them a little poopoo platter for two huh poo poop
- 13:24latter. Yeah, that's what when you go to a Chinese Like, excuse
- 13:26me. I know you frequent the buffets, but if you go to a
- 13:28Chinese restaurant, you could order a poopoo platter and it comes with a little
- 13:31grill and all this stuff. Anyway, Uh, the only thing I think
- 13:33I've ever really take taken and put in my purse is like a maybe a
- 13:37cookie or something afterwards, like maybe a little desserts. Okay, no,
- 13:41Wan times haven't done that. I imagine you just pouring low Maine's just into
- 13:45your purse. But you got to be aware if it's something you do.
- 13:48Because a person has just been charged seven thousand dollars for stealing from a buffet.
- 13:52It's actually happened. Why seven thousand dollars? It's very expensive. It's
- 13:56high end buffet. A one hundred and fifty six dollars just to get in,
- 14:00which is a lot. What's a high end buffet? Well, have
- 14:03you been in like Vegas? The buffet's there. Yes, Depending on how
- 14:05my gambling is going, I'll eat at a buffet like at the wed at
- 14:09Caesar Palaces incredible, like it's and it's like one hundreds some bucks, but
- 14:13it's so so good. But that's when they're actually giving you the crab legs
- 14:16and the lobster prime rib, all the things that are This is why I
- 14:20don't really care for buffet's because you're never going to eat that amount. Like
- 14:22I get a plate and I'm like, speak for yourself. I know,
- 14:24jeez, I'm not like you disgusting pig. No, just the way you
- 14:31can you go to town on them, I can go to town. I
- 14:35get my Money's where somebody has to do. So this person's being charged seven
- 14:37thousand dollars because they stole some very expensive shrimp speaking of from this buffet.
- 14:41So be warned that it is possible to be charged. Much like you know,
- 14:45it's one of those things that you don't realize you can get charged for
- 14:48it, like I don't know, like a praying phone call, for example,
- 14:50something that also you think it's just fun and games, and then all
- 14:52of a sudden you have a class beat misdemeanor on your record. You know
- 14:54what I mean. I forgot about that, but that's not on your record.
- 14:58Break it because it happened. Yeah, oh you didn't know that.
- 15:03I don't I thought you always joked about it that was actually on your record.
- 15:07Is this a whole story because this happened. If you didn't know me,
- 15:09Pike, I was on the show years ago and this thing happened with
- 15:13a prank phone call and it got really out of control. And if you're
- 15:16not familiar with the story, I think I should probably share that. Yeah,
- 15:18you need you need to refresh my memory because I always thought this was
- 15:22a joke. Yeah, I guess they don't do background checks when they hire
- 15:24people here, So I'll tell you in six minutes. So who deleted their
- 15:31Instagram? Now? O your Well, we've definitely seen more of Taylor Swift
- 15:37out and about with this new man, Matt, than we ever did in
- 15:41six years of her and Joe all Win together. I'm pretty sure of it.
- 15:43Yeah, Matt, Matt Healey the musician. Yeah is he? We
- 15:46canceled him already? What as soon as she started hanging out with him?
- 15:50Yeah, it's her fans dug up all this stuff he had said. Yeah,
- 15:56and I will say it's like pretty indefensible the stuff he said about her.
- 16:00Oh no, just like a bus in Jenna. Yeah, it's a
- 16:02really nasty stuff. Well, Taylor Swift over the weekend, I mean they've
- 16:04been together for allegedly two months maybe, but she got on stage and basically
- 16:11said, this is the happiest she's maybe ever been. I've just happy in
- 16:22my life and acts in my life. I just life. Finally, it
- 16:33finally makes sense. Is this the one? And I want everybody is rooting
- 16:37for Taylor to be happy. I think everybody wants her to get married,
- 16:41have a family, do all of the things. Have you seen the guy
- 16:44would do? What do you think he doesn't do it for? He doesn't
- 16:47do it for you know. But she's it's totally her type. She hasn't
- 16:48type. She does have a type. He's he's like a young John Mayer.
- 16:52Yeah, you got to be like a musician or a British guy or
- 16:56you know, and fastened the furious. They had another one over the week
- 17:00again fast x. So this is the tenth film and debuted sixty seven million
- 17:03dollars in the box office over the weekend. I can't believe that franchise has
- 17:07gone this on. What you haven't watched in how many two? Maybe?
- 17:11I don't think I watched three. Isn't Vin Diesel? Speaking of types?
- 17:14Isn't he kind of your type? Nor the rock? Is is he in
- 17:18them? Still? See? I used to go bald and now I'm all
- 17:21about the hair. You're saying, whoever you're dating, that's your type,
- 17:25that's my type. Nick Linda is my type. Yeah, graduating FROMIA was
- 17:32does Nick Cannon? You guys? This guy, you know, I'm not
- 17:36a fan of everything he's been doing. The fact he's having these kids and
- 17:38just acting like it's okay, it's it's fine. Let's just have all the
- 17:41kids with all the baby mamas. He sat down last week. It bothers
- 17:47me. He can't business, he cannot be a quality father for these children.
- 17:51And now he's admitting to it. His daughter Onyx, who is eight
- 17:55months old, he sees her at least three times a week for a full
- 17:59day, and that's the one he spends the most time, when he spends
- 18:02the most time free time. Wow, that's that's that's quite the commitment.
- 18:04It's a father. Well, and then what about the others, So there's
- 18:08some of you're not even seen. I think that's just has to be true.
- 18:11Do they all live in the same region or they all live in LA
- 18:15or something, No clue, I have no idea. Even then, right,
- 18:18there's no way because he still works. He works a ton. So
- 18:19where do you find time? Well, he says, Lenisia, the one
- 18:23who's onyxes mom. Of course, baby mama number whatever. They just have
- 18:27a really good co parenting relationship. So that's some one you actually like and
- 18:30want to spend time with. I don't get it. And he's like rotating
- 18:33baby mamas. It's not like he's even with one. It's just like they
- 18:36just take turns like whoever's fertile at that moment you're up. It's just yeah,
- 18:41it is gross, but it's also doesn't affect you. Know what,
- 18:44do you care? He's probably saying the same about you right now. He's
- 18:45like that, Amanda Lean Fargo boy, two kids? Really do you think
- 18:48she can handle that many? Yeah? I got it under control, and
- 18:52I get to spend quality time with them. I just I don't know,
- 18:55drives me crazy. The other baby mama breed by the way, I don't
- 18:57know what what the context was, but the way she said it is after
- 19:02welcoming their tenth kid, and this is the little boy, legendary love.
- 19:06That's a name. That's the name. Yep, just clarifying thank you for
- 19:10a human is called that legendary love. She sat down for an interview basically
- 19:15saying that after ten kids, the court basically he's like, no, you
- 19:19can't do anymore, like there's no there's no way you can afford child support
- 19:22after that, and probably true. After she said this, her lawyer came
- 19:27out and said, no, no, no, Nick or any father is
- 19:30obligated to pay child support under California law. Regardless of the number of kids
- 19:33that you have. They don't have a limit. They don't have a what
- 19:36do you call it, like with insurance. He already hit his premium.
- 19:40Oh, he hit his premium. All right, you can amend it in
- 19:42the morning, big nut point seven. All right. So you want to
- 19:48know you want to hear the story? Yes, because I know it has
- 19:51been a while. But I thought that this was a joke and it's still
- 19:53on your record. I started out as a joke. How did it end
- 19:56up like this or whatever? The killer said? Um, No, it
- 20:00a prank phone call that went wrong. Okay. I was nineteen years old,
- 20:03just young man, just recently graduated from a deal Worth went and film
- 20:07in high school. And so my buddies and I were hanging out and all
- 20:10through high school like I was the prank call guy. You're just that guy.
- 20:14Anybody wanted a cheap laugh, I was gonna prank and call somebody.
- 20:18Well, this time it went overboard. We were together. It was like
- 20:21you know that first Thanksgiving break back home after high school. Oh, we
- 20:23all remember that day. So it got a little silly and we made a
- 20:27prank phone call to somebody we all knew, actually a former coach of ours,
- 20:32and so I left a voicemail and this was after a couple of drinks
- 20:36and said some regrettable things. And now I'm mature enough to realize that it
- 20:41wasn't just silly, it was too far. But anyway, two months after
- 20:45the fact, I'd forgotten about the whole night, I get a call from
- 20:48the DPD deal with police department and he said, hey, can you come
- 20:53on in and we have a couple of questions for you. I would have
- 20:56lost it were you shaking crying. I just didn't know what it was.
- 21:00I'm like, it's probably not good. They're not giving me like the old
- 21:03medal of honor or what you'd like to show you a tour pike of what
- 21:07the police station is like. Come on in and see what it's about.
- 21:11They brought me back into an office, sat me down, and it started.
- 21:12It was just one cop and he started out as sort of like a
- 21:15one man good cop, bad cop. So he started out very nice.
- 21:18I guess answer a couple of questions, yeah, I was being friendly,
- 21:22and so he got me comfortable. I know it didn't I sucked me right
- 21:26in, so I gave him all the info he wanted. I was talking
- 21:29about it. He's like, yeah, i'll just get you on the way.
- 21:30So anyway, I told him about the call, which I barely had
- 21:33remembered, and then suddenly he's bringing in sad person that we had pranked.
- 21:37Called. It was like some Jerry Springer situation. It's a full setup.
- 21:41Oh yeah, it was a sting. It was an operation interrogation room,
- 21:44a very stale environment with one light. There was a multiple lights, fluorescent
- 21:48lighting from what I remember. No. So then basically two hearings later,
- 21:52I'm in court. Can't afford a lawyer, so they give you a court
- 21:56appointed public defender. Boy, me and my public defender, we had a
- 22:00strong case. I mean we did, but uh, it wasn't quite enough.
- 22:04This obviously wasn't just you. There were you the only person that got
- 22:08in trouble? Of course I was, because they wanted to know. Apparently
- 22:11my voice was like the least disguised. They knew very much so that it
- 22:15was me, and I didn't rat. You hear what happens to those people?
- 22:18So I didn't want anything to do with that, and so I went
- 22:22to court. I do have a Class B misdemeanor, which is ridiculous.
- 22:26Was your family there in support while you were on trial? Were there was
- 22:30there like a front row section of like all the guys that were on the
- 22:33phone call. Nobody was there supporting you. No, my family was too
- 22:36embarrassed. Brought a lot of shame to them. So h yeah, here
- 22:40I am years later, you know, pretty embarrassed about it. You know,
- 22:41obviously I still can get jobs because I got this one. Either that
- 22:45or into a background chat I can Amenda. In the morning, it was
- 22:51officially the kickoff of Pike the Town for Pink third Row Pink tickets. We
- 22:55have three contestants out in about town and you actually may have seen them along
- 22:59with my big cardboard head. Looks like you were maybe hard to miss at
- 23:02a few places over the weekends. Holy small, I know. Well,
- 23:06good morning, well, good morning. Sarah is contesting number three in our
- 23:08Pike the Town for Pink competition, which began last Friday. So we just
- 23:12want to check in with you, Sarah, see how's going. And you
- 23:15know how close you think you are to winning these third or pink tickets.
- 23:18Well, I'm trying super hard. I have a very fun adventure today us
- 23:23as in you and me or my big cardboard cutout head right correct, yes,
- 23:29which I've had several people ask me if I'm lonely, which is very
- 23:32awkward. Oh my gosh, that's great. You know, if anybody is
- 23:34going to be a good companion, Pike will be that person for you.
- 23:37Thank you, Amanda, real quick before we get into your plans for today.
- 23:41What wild things did Pike do with you this weekend? Oh? Man,
- 23:45we had an epic Friday. Yeah. We went out and we got
- 23:48to be on stage and the singer of the band serenaded him. Stop it.
- 23:56This wasn't at the M and J Saloon, wasn't oh you know it.
- 23:59I had random people texting me pictures of my big head there. Okay,
- 24:03that's great, love it. Did Pike take any shots or anything?
- 24:06Um bartender mixed them a drink. I did feel a little lousy Saturday morning.
- 24:11It's trying to make sense and then what else do we do? We
- 24:14went to the finish line at the Fargo Marathon. I thought Pike maybe ran
- 24:18the marathon, but he was just at the finish line cheering people on.
- 24:21After that rough Friday night, he was We've cheered on for almost two hours.
- 24:26Look at me go, I was gonna say if I was at the
- 24:27M and J Saloon, I was not running a marathon the next day.
- 24:33Makes sense, Sarah, Contestant three, you're killing it. Not that the
- 24:36other two aren't doing a great job as well, but I really like what
- 24:38you've done so far with that big giant cardboard head. So I feel like
- 24:41these pink tickets are, you know, maybe inching closer to your pockets. Who
