- 0:00Speaker 1: What's better than two hours of mark simone three the
- 0:04Speaker 1: mark simone show now nine till noon weekdays 7 10
- 0:09Speaker 1: w o r well.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Yeah it's three hours every day we start at 9
- 0:16Speaker 2: a.m so if you just tuned in you missed the
- 0:17Speaker 2: first hour and it was a big hour so it's
- 0:20Speaker 2: 9 a.m to noon every day The UN General Assembly
- 0:24Speaker 2: continues tying up everything in New York. It's an absolute mess.
- 0:29Speaker 2: Gridlock everywhere. Tonight, Benjamin Netanyahu comes into town. That'll mean extra, extra,
- 0:36Speaker 2: even beyond what you're seeing now, extra high security. Expect protesters.
- 0:41Speaker 2: He's staying around 61st and Park. That'll be probably a
- 0:45Speaker 2: lot of protests around there. Then he goes to the
- 0:47Speaker 2: UN where they're expecting protests. So he'll be there. here
- 0:51Speaker 2: all day tomorrow, actually for the UN and then some meetings.
- 0:55Speaker 2: And then he will leave town tomorrow night. And then Friday,
- 0:59Speaker 2: you got more of this UN General Assembly. And when
- 1:03Speaker 2: is the 28th? Oh, I hate to break it to you.
- 1:08Speaker 2: They're here all weekend. It's really not till Monday that
- 1:11Speaker 2: they start leaving these world leaders. Some of them will
- 1:13Speaker 2: leave Friday, but it really goes to the 28th till Monday.
- 1:18Speaker 2: And then there's another few days, of UN General Assembly
- 1:22Speaker 2: without all the world leaders. So it won't be quite
- 1:25Speaker 2: as bad. Vice President Xi of China arrives tonight in Washington.
- 1:32Speaker 2: He'll be meeting with the president. And, well, we'll see
- 1:39Speaker 2: what Mamdani does when Netanyahu's in town. He'll probably just
- 1:42Speaker 2: speak out. He'll do what he does best, talk and
- 1:45Speaker 2: not act. He can't actually arrest Netanyahu, but he'll certainly
- 1:48Speaker 2: be talking a lot. Netanyahu has threatened to go after
- 1:52Speaker 2: Mamdani in his speech. So Mamdani will have to respond.
- 1:57Speaker 2: Mamdani probably loves this stuff. He loves being the center
- 2:00Speaker 2: of attention. But Netanyahu put out this video yesterday. Shame
- 2:03Speaker 2: on you, Mr. Mamdani.
- 2:05Speaker 3: Shame on you for supporting the Hamas terrorist monsters who
- 2:08Speaker 3: butchered our people. Shame on you for inciting riots against
- 2:12Speaker 3: New York Jews. I'm coming to the UN. I'm going
- 2:15Speaker 3: to tell the truth about our heroic soldiers. And I'm
- 2:18Speaker 3: going to tell the truth About you.
- 2:21Speaker 2: Now, see, I don't know what's in that threat. I mean,
- 2:23Speaker 2: he could just be revealing or just, you know, in
- 2:27Speaker 2: front of the world talking about what an anti-Semite Mamdani is,
- 2:32Speaker 2: how much trouble he's caused for Jews in New York.
- 2:35Speaker 2: But it's Netanyahu. Israel has the best intelligence service in
- 2:40Speaker 2: the world. Who knows what they've come up with on Mamdani?
- 2:43Speaker 2: He might be revealing something about Mamdani. So keep an
- 2:46Speaker 2: eye on that speech tomorrow. That'll be pretty interesting. Uh,
- 2:51Speaker 2: President Trump, the ban, uh, it's not a ban on
- 2:53Speaker 2: the media. It's a ban on CNN and MS Now and, uh, Politico,
- 3:00Speaker 2: three very slanted biased left-wing organizations. And, uh, they're not
- 3:06Speaker 2: banned from covering them. They're just banned from access to
- 3:09Speaker 2: the White House. They can't come in there. They can
- 3:10Speaker 2: stand outside. They can cover them all they want. And
- 3:13Speaker 2: most people cover the president just fine without ever entering
- 3:17Speaker 2: the building. They still have his phone number. We played
- 3:20Speaker 2: you that clip before where Caroline Levitt was talking about
- 3:23Speaker 2: everybody in the media, everybody in the press has his cell,
- 3:27Speaker 2: has his number. He answers every call. So they can
- 3:30Speaker 2: all call him and talk to him. You can call.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Caitlin Collins can call. He'll talk to you. But it's
- 3:36Speaker 2: not allowed in the building. President Trump asked about all this.
- 3:40Speaker 2: So it's an honor to be here. Actually speaking. See,
- 3:43Speaker 2: that's the other thing. They're now banning coverage of him
- 3:47Speaker 2: and other networks have joined in, even Fox. They will
- 3:51Speaker 2: not participate in the press pool. So supposedly they're not
- 3:54Speaker 2: covering him. And if you watched Jimmy Kimmel last night,
- 3:57Speaker 2: he was making fun of Trump, saying Trump got me
- 4:01Speaker 2: kicked off TV. Now he got himself kicked off TV.
- 4:03Speaker 2: Now nobody's covering him. He got himself kicked off TV.
- 4:08Speaker 2: I don't know. Last night, this morning, every time I
- 4:10Speaker 2: put on any channel, there he was. So he seems
- 4:12Speaker 2: to be getting covered. And he's talking, and all of
- 4:16Speaker 2: a sudden CNN is covering him. So I thought they
- 4:18Speaker 2: were going to stop covering him. Listen to this.
- 4:20Speaker 4: So it's an honor to be here.
- 4:21Speaker 2: I'm surprised that CNN is here covering me. You shouldn't
- 4:24Speaker 2: be here. You should not be here covering me. You
- 4:28Speaker 2: said you weren't going to cover me. You shouldn't be
- 4:30Speaker 2: covering me.
- 4:31Speaker 4: But I will tell you, it is an honor to
- 4:33Speaker 4: be at the United Nations, and we're making a lot
- 4:35Speaker 4: of progress.
- 4:36Speaker 2: Our country is doing really, really well. Yeah. See, it's fascinating.
- 4:40Speaker 2: They hate him. They hate him. Trump derangement syndrome. They
- 4:44Speaker 2: hate him. Yet they're obsessed with him. He even tweeted
- 4:48Speaker 2: something about that last night about Caitlin Collins. She has Trump,
- 4:51Speaker 2: what do you call it? Trump obsession syndrome. She's obsessed
- 4:54Speaker 2: with the guy. I have people I hate. I got
- 4:57Speaker 2: lots of people I hate. Everywhere. There's a couple people
- 5:01Speaker 2: here I can't stand. You know what I do? I
- 5:03Speaker 2: don't talk to them. I see them over there, I
- 5:06Speaker 2: go the other way. I don't talk to them. I
- 5:07Speaker 2: just ignore them. I got a lot of people I hate.
- 5:10Speaker 2: I just stay the hell away from them. Don't even
- 5:11Speaker 2: look at them. Don't even talk to them. They have
- 5:13Speaker 2: a vicious hatred for Trump, but they have an obsession
- 5:16Speaker 2: with him, an obsession.
- 5:17Speaker 5: What is this obsession?
- 5:21Speaker 2: I mean, if I really didn't like somebody, if I
- 5:22Speaker 2: really thought they were terrible, I would just never look
- 5:25Speaker 2: at them, talk to them, never talk about them. I
- 5:27Speaker 2: wouldn't spend all day talking to everybody I know about them.
- 5:30Speaker 2: I mean, there's something wrong with you. If you can't
- 5:32Speaker 2: stand this guy that much, stop talking about him. I mean,
- 5:35Speaker 2: he's the president. Occasionally, you're going to have to cover him. Occasionally,
- 5:39Speaker 2: he's an important factor in the news, but All you
- 5:42Speaker 2: do is talk about him. All you do, you put
- 5:46Speaker 2: on MSNBC, CNN, anytime. That's all they're talking about is
- 5:49Speaker 2: him day and night, 24-7. Now, the reason they do that,
- 5:53Speaker 2: it's the business model. The New York Times, you'll remember,
- 5:56Speaker 2: was headed into bankruptcy. The New York Times was fading, dying,
- 6:01Speaker 2: nobody reading it. And they were going broke. They were really,
- 6:05Speaker 2: really about to go bankrupt. And a Mexican billionaire, Carlos Slim,
- 6:10Speaker 2: had to step in and bail them out. Remember, he
- 6:12Speaker 2: became a part owner. He paid to keep them afloat.
- 6:15Speaker 2: And this was true of other news organizations. And then
- 6:18Speaker 2: all of a sudden, 2015, Donald Trump comes along. Summer
- 6:23Speaker 2: of 2015. They didn't take it that seriously. But within
- 6:25Speaker 2: two months, he was all of a sudden the frontrunner.
- 6:28Speaker 2: And then the Trump hatred started. And it became a movement.
- 6:33Speaker 2: It became a cult. It became whatever. But it was massive,
- 6:35Speaker 2: this Trump hatred. So the New York Times and other
- 6:38Speaker 2: organizations started jumping in on that. They became, you know,
- 6:42Speaker 2: the town hall for the Trump hatred. And it brought
- 6:46Speaker 2: the New York Times back. It went from no readers
- 6:48Speaker 2: to being very big. They're probably up to four or
- 6:50Speaker 2: five million on the website now. So it's the business model.
- 6:55Speaker 2: You just be the outlet for all the Trump hatred.
- 6:58Speaker 2: And you see them all over the place, these people
- 7:00Speaker 2: that hate Trump. You know, you go to your Parties,
- 7:03Speaker 2: your Thanksgiving dinner, they're half the crowd. So there's money
- 7:06Speaker 2: to be made off them. You can exploit those Trump haters.
- 7:10Speaker 2: And that's the New York Times business model. MSNBC is
- 7:15Speaker 2: moderately successful. It's not that successful. You remember MSNBC was
- 7:19Speaker 2: a big part of the NBC network and the NBC family.
- 7:23Speaker 2: And about a year ago, NBC threw them the hell out.
- 7:26Speaker 2: They got rid of MSNBC. It doesn't make that kind
- 7:29Speaker 2: of money. It's not very successful. They literally threw them out,
- 7:33Speaker 2: threw them out of the building, threw them out of
- 7:35Speaker 2: the company. That's why they had to change the name
- 7:37Speaker 2: to MS Now. They had to change the logo to
- 7:40Speaker 2: get the NBC colors out of it. They no longer
- 7:44Speaker 2: have access to NBC news reporters or any of that. Now,
- 7:47Speaker 2: CNN is a different case. MS Now probably makes enough
- 7:50Speaker 2: money to just survive. CNN loses money. It's a ratings disaster.
- 7:56Speaker 2: It's in last place in cable news, always last place,
- 8:00Speaker 2: very few viewers. And now Paramount has bought its parent company,
- 8:06Speaker 2: Warner Brothers Discovery. And there's something like that with CNN.
- 8:11Speaker 2: You remember MSNBC on the weekends used to run those
- 8:14Speaker 2: prison documentaries? And they would run those old biographies with
- 8:19Speaker 2: Peter Graves' biography. Well, that was like free. There were reruns.
- 8:24Speaker 2: They would just run them. It got like four times
- 8:26Speaker 2: the ratings that MSNBC got during the week. It did much, much,
- 8:31Speaker 2: much better. So, hey, the New York Times also, you
- 8:34Speaker 2: talk about fake news. The New York Times, Maggie Haberman,
- 8:40Speaker 2: who has been conning people for years, pretending she's close
- 8:44Speaker 2: to Donald Trump, that she is the inside source on
- 8:47Speaker 2: Donald Trump. That Maggie Haberman, no one knows Trump like that.
- 8:50Speaker 2: She has nothing to do with Donald Trump. She talks
- 8:53Speaker 2: to him once or twice a year, has no knowledge
- 8:56Speaker 2: of Donald Trump, doesn't know anything about him. But she's
- 8:58Speaker 2: got a new book out she's promoting. It's called regime change.
- 9:02Speaker 2: So she's running around on shows. But this is an
- 9:04Speaker 2: example of just total fake news. So she goes on
- 9:08Speaker 2: these MSNBC shows and CNN. And Haberman is now saying
- 9:12Speaker 2: in interviews that in the West Wing, they're starting to
- 9:17Speaker 2: see that President Trump has no advisors anymore. He has
- 9:21Speaker 2: the fewest advisors counseling him of any president. Now, anybody
- 9:27Speaker 2: that's around the White House knows that this is not
- 9:30Speaker 2: only not true, it's the total opposite of the truth.
- 9:33Speaker 2: No president has ever had more people advising him than
- 9:37Speaker 2: Donald Trump. Every time you see, let's press in for
- 9:40Speaker 2: the meeting with Zelensky or the meeting about something, you'll
- 9:44Speaker 2: notice there's 30 people in the room. Everybody is there.
- 9:47Speaker 2: Scott Besant is there. Rubio is there.
- 9:49Speaker 5: J.D.
- 9:49Speaker 2: Vance is there. Howard Lutnick is there. They're all in
- 9:52Speaker 2: the room. They're always there. That's one of the problems
- 9:56Speaker 2: with Trump when you go to see him. It's one
- 9:59Speaker 2: of the big problems. You want to talk to him
- 10:01Speaker 2: about something. He's always got 20 people with him. There's
- 10:04Speaker 2: always 20 people there. If you're lucky, sometimes it's 30
- 10:07Speaker 2: or 40 people. It's hard to catch the guy alone.
- 10:09Speaker 2: Even when he's traveling, he's got 17 people in the
- 10:13Speaker 2: room with him on the plane. Nobody's ever had more
- 10:16Speaker 2: advisors than this guy. And we played the clip before
- 10:18Speaker 2: of Caroline Leavitt who revealed that everybody in the press,
- 10:23Speaker 2: everybody in the media has his phone number. They all
- 10:26Speaker 2: call him all the time. He always answers and talks
- 10:28Speaker 2: to them. And besides all these advisors that he has,
- 10:30Speaker 2: all these cabinet members, and all these advisors he has
- 10:33Speaker 2: in the room with him, half the day he's on
- 10:36Speaker 2: the phone calling people. And he calls people constantly for advice.
- 10:41Speaker 2: We've never had a president do that. Occasionally, if you
- 10:45Speaker 2: look at the Nixon tapes, sometimes he'd call a CEO
- 10:48Speaker 2: or something to see how that business was doing. Trump
- 10:51Speaker 2: does it all day long. He calls every leader. He
- 10:54Speaker 2: calls Jamie Dimon. He calls the head of Apple. He
- 10:58Speaker 2: just calls everybody all day, always looking for advice. Sometimes
- 11:02Speaker 2: he'll sit there, especially in the afternoon, 5 to 6.30.
- 11:06Speaker 2: He's just on the phone constantly. Call 20 people for advice.
- 11:09Speaker 2: Nobody's ever had more advisors. Social Security, they've been looking
- 11:15Speaker 2: at it. And they've been looking at Obamacare. Dr. Oz
- 11:21Speaker 2: revealing he's in charge of all this stuff now. They
- 11:24Speaker 2: just found on Obamacare 1.1 million enrollees that don't have
- 11:30Speaker 2: a social security number, don't seem to be citizens. 1.1 million.
- 11:35Speaker 2: They just threw 750,000 of them off Obamacare. That'll save
- 11:39Speaker 2: taxpayers $ 2 billion. They're looking for more. They're finding a
- 11:44Speaker 2: lot of stuff, voter fraud. They're finding hundreds of thousands
- 11:47Speaker 2: of names of people that had no business being on
- 11:49Speaker 2: the The voter rolls. Hey, Marco Rubio, he's one of
- 11:54Speaker 2: the top advisors to the president. You know, he's the
- 11:57Speaker 2: secretary of state. But at one point they made him
- 12:01Speaker 2: temporary national security advisor as well. That's two jobs, one guy.
- 12:08Speaker 2: And well, yesterday they made it permanent. They signed a
- 12:11Speaker 2: commission formally making Rubio the official permanent national security advisor. Now,
- 12:18Speaker 2: there's only one other person that's done that, held both
- 12:21Speaker 2: jobs at the same time. You know who it was?
- 12:24Speaker 2: That's right, Kissinger. Under Nixon, Henry Kissinger was Secretary of
- 12:28Speaker 2: State and was also National Security Advisor. It's kind of
- 12:32Speaker 2: a similar job, although it's a lot more responsibility. Rubio,
- 12:37Speaker 2: a lot of people think Rubio will be the 2028 candidate.
- 12:43Speaker 2: I know J.D. Vance is in the lead, supposedly, but...
- 12:47Speaker 2: Vance is a very young guy. He's like 41. Rubio,
- 12:50Speaker 2: more seasoned, more knowledgeable about the world and a lot
- 12:54Speaker 2: of stuff. So keep an eye on Rubio. Hey, normally
- 12:57Speaker 2: I'd say we'll take some calls next. I can't say that, right? No,
- 13:01Speaker 2: our phones aren't working. Here in iHeart headquarters, the most state-of-the-art,
- 13:07Speaker 2: unbelievable high-tech facility in the world, the phones don't work. Now,
- 13:12Speaker 2: we can still have a guest because that's different. That's
- 13:14Speaker 2: a different phone thing. That's the special hotline we call.
- 13:17Speaker 2: Those work. But the call-in numbers, it goes through an
- 13:20Speaker 2: Amazon cloud or something. So it's not just us. It's
- 13:23Speaker 2: like outside the building. This is the other thing with
- 13:28Speaker 2: AI and digital everything. When it goes bad, it can
- 13:32Speaker 2: go very bad. So, well, we can't take calls. That
- 13:37Speaker 2: means I got to talk more. Anyway, we'll get to
- 13:40Speaker 2: that next on 710WOR. On 710WOR. Thank you, Shadow Stevens.
- 13:50Speaker 2: You make a doctor's appointment now. Used to call up
- 13:53Speaker 2: and make it. And then sometimes they call you the
- 13:56Speaker 2: day before to confirm. Now, I get a text every
- 14:00Speaker 2: two seconds. I get an email every two seconds. Look
- 14:02Speaker 2: at this eye doctor appointment. Appointment reminder. This is an email.
- 14:09Speaker 2: Reminding your appointment October 14th. October 14th? What's the point
- 14:14Speaker 2: of reminding me now? I got three weeks to forget.
- 14:17Speaker 2: Stop with the emails and the texts and everything. Now,
- 14:22Speaker 2: you know, you see the story about the passenger on
- 14:24Speaker 2: the cruise ship jumps overboard. Can't take the cruise. He
- 14:29Speaker 2: just jumps overboard. People are stunned. Now, you know, it's interesting.
- 14:33Speaker 2: Many people love these cruises. Boy, they like to take
- 14:36Speaker 2: a cruise. That's their highlight of the year, taking the cruise.
- 14:39Speaker 2: They can't wait. They spend a fortune on this cruise.
- 14:42Speaker 2: They get a nice room and everything. You see pictures
- 14:46Speaker 2: on your Instagram. Every two seconds, here's a picture of
- 14:49Speaker 2: them on the cruise. They're in the casino. They're in
- 14:51Speaker 2: the buffet. They love these cruises. Now, on the cruise,
- 14:54Speaker 2: they also have these beautiful showrooms. They look like Las
- 14:57Speaker 2: Vegas showrooms where they have singers and comedians. And they
- 15:01Speaker 2: book a lot of great comedians. They're all friends of mine.
- 15:04Speaker 2: I hate to break this to you. They call me
- 15:07Speaker 2: when they're on these. They got to go out on
- 15:08Speaker 2: these cruises for like two weeks, three weeks, working these
- 15:11Speaker 2: different ships. They call me late at night. They all
- 15:14Speaker 2: want to kill themselves. They all want to commit suicide.
- 15:16Speaker 2: They can't wait to get the hell off this cruise
- 15:18Speaker 2: and get back home. And I have to keep telling them, hey,
- 15:21Speaker 2: you know, everybody you're talking to on that cruise, saved
- 15:25Speaker 2: up for the cruise. It's like their little dream vacation.
- 15:29Speaker 2: It's the same thing with the crew that works. They
- 15:30Speaker 2: all want to kill themselves. They just can't stand or
- 15:33Speaker 2: they can't wait for the boat to dock and get
- 15:35Speaker 2: the hell off there. So it's the same thing with
- 15:38Speaker 2: travel agents. You know, sometimes you think, I'd love to
- 15:41Speaker 2: be a travel agent. Imagine that's your job. You have
- 15:43Speaker 2: to travel all over the world to the finest hotels
- 15:46Speaker 2: and check them out and be brought to whenever a big,
- 15:50Speaker 2: grand new hotel. They bring all the travel agents to see.
- 15:52Speaker 2: If you talk to these travel agents, they hate this.
- 15:55Speaker 2: They can't stand it. They got to make 50 of
- 15:56Speaker 2: these trips a year. They want to kill themselves every
- 15:59Speaker 2: time they got to go to another hotel and check
- 16:01Speaker 2: it out. Now, hey, we can't take calls right now.
- 16:04Speaker 2: The phone lines are out.
- 16:06Speaker 4: Out. Out.
- 16:09Speaker 2: It looks like it's not going to get fixed either
- 16:11Speaker 2: for the rest of the show. So here's, you know
- 16:14Speaker 2: that Arizona iced tea? That came out of nowhere one day,
- 16:18Speaker 2: that Arizona iced tea, and suddenly it was everywhere. And
- 16:21Speaker 2: suddenly it became huge. And the guy that was one
- 16:24Speaker 2: of the founders made billions. Billions. Very wealthy guy. Looks
- 16:30Speaker 2: like he's in Florida, the billionaire. And he had a masseuse.
- 16:38Speaker 2: that would come regularly. All right, now the guy's not
- 16:42Speaker 2: Jeffrey Epstein, but it was a masseuse. It was an
- 16:45Speaker 2: adult masseuse that would come every day. But apparently, apparently
- 16:53Speaker 2: it was more than, it looks to me like it
- 16:55Speaker 2: was more than a massage. I don't know anything, just
- 16:57Speaker 2: my opinion. But apparently there's lawsuits going on. There's all
- 17:01Speaker 2: kinds of things. He promised the masseuse a $ 800, 000 home.
- 17:07Speaker 2: Apparently there was a secretly recorded phone call and there
- 17:12Speaker 2: was one of those ring doorbell cameras that recorded some stuff.
- 17:16Speaker 2: Over their decades long relationship, he showered the masseuse and
- 17:21Speaker 2: her family with all sorts of stuff. Buying a car
- 17:25Speaker 2: for her mother, paying off the mortgage on one of
- 17:28Speaker 2: her homes, covering tutoring bills for her children. This must
- 17:34Speaker 2: be a hell of a masseuse. This must be the
- 17:36Speaker 2: best massage ever in the history of the world. One
- 17:41Speaker 2: of the aides in a sworn affidavit also testified that
- 17:45Speaker 2: he also picked up the tab for all the family's
- 17:48Speaker 2: dental bills, paid for numerous vacations, paid for them to
- 17:53Speaker 2: visit to the Hard Rock Casino and Turnberry. Again, this
- 17:58Speaker 2: must be the greatest masseuse in the world. Well, actually,
- 18:02Speaker 2: they don't have a picture here. but you can picture
- 18:04Speaker 2: what she looks like. This must be one very hot
- 18:06Speaker 2: looking masseuse. And, uh, it sounds to me like, uh, uh,
- 18:12Speaker 2: there was an extremely happy ending all the time to
- 18:14Speaker 2: these massages. And, but this is what happens when you're
- 18:18Speaker 2: a billionaire. And I know a lot of these guys. Now,
- 18:22Speaker 2: many of them are just normal married guys, but many
- 18:25Speaker 2: of them, uh, have a lot of, uh, extracurricular activities
- 18:30Speaker 2: and they got a lot of regulars that, uh, make
- 18:32Speaker 2: house calls and whatever they do, and they pay for everything.
- 18:37Speaker 2: Or there's a lot of billionaires, they're married, but they
- 18:39Speaker 2: got a mistress, and that's what they do for the mistress.
- 18:42Speaker 2: They'll pay her rent, they'll buy her an apartment, they'll
- 18:45Speaker 2: buy her a house, they'll buy her a car, they
- 18:47Speaker 2: give her a credit card, she can charge whatever the
- 18:49Speaker 2: hell she wants. And I know a lot of these mistresses,
- 18:53Speaker 2: very often they abuse the thing, you know, they're spending
- 18:56Speaker 2: a couple thousand a month on the credit card, and
- 18:58Speaker 2: then all of a sudden it becomes $ 10, 000 a month,
- 19:01Speaker 2: $ 20, 000 a month, and $ 30, 000 a month on the credit card.
- 19:04Speaker 2: And then he calls up Helen. Now, it's always a
- 19:06Speaker 2: sad ending to all of this because the mistress is
- 19:09Speaker 2: with the billionaire for years and years and years and years.
- 19:13Speaker 2: But then she gets to be about 50. And he
- 19:19Speaker 2: wants a younger model. So he gets rid of her.
- 19:21Speaker 2: And then they always call crying that now what do
- 19:25Speaker 2: they do? They can't pay their maintenance. They can't pay their...
- 19:29Speaker 2: and i was didn't you save anything didn't guy was
- 19:31Speaker 2: a billionaire didn't you ask him for some investment advice
- 19:33Speaker 2: didn't you have him help you with your never ever
- 19:36Speaker 2: ever it's kind of sad and then uh time goes
- 19:41Speaker 2: by and one day you walk into bloomingdales and there
- 19:43Speaker 2: they are spraying perfume the one that used to be
- 19:45Speaker 2: the mistress in the grand department it's very very sad
- 19:48Speaker 2: hey we've got Howie Carr. The great Howie Carr will
- 19:51Speaker 2: be with us, the great talk show host. We'll talk
- 19:54Speaker 2: to him next on 710WOR. It's the Mark Simone Show.
- 19:59Speaker 1: Live from the WOR LifeVac studios.
- 20:07Speaker 2: Well, Howie Carr, one of the biggest and best talk
- 20:10Speaker 2: show hosts in America. You can hear him on iHeart.
- 20:13Speaker 2: You can get his show, his podcast. You can get
- 20:16Speaker 2: his books. You can get everything at HowieCarrShow.com. HowieCarrShow.com. Howie Carr,
- 20:23Speaker 2: how you doing?
- 20:25Speaker 5: Very good. How is the traffic in New York City
- 20:28Speaker 5: these days?
- 20:29Speaker 2: Oh, this UN gridlock week, they got everything tied up.
- 20:32Speaker 2: You can't find a parking space. You can't get a hooker.
- 20:34Speaker 2: It's awful here in New York. You don't have it
- 20:40Speaker 2: in Boston. Boston would be a nice place for the UN.
- 20:42Speaker 2: You don't want it there?
- 20:44Speaker 4: No, I don't think so. I don't think so. I
- 20:47Speaker 4: don't think you guys want it either. If you could
- 20:48Speaker 4: put it as a referendum question, I think it would
- 20:52Speaker 4: lose rather resoundingly.
- 20:53Speaker 5: Wouldn't it?
- 20:54Speaker 2: Yeah. Hey, the president spoke at the UN, and this
- 20:57Speaker 2: never happens, but four times during his speech, he got applause.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Applause from those globalist idiots. What does that mean? He
- 21:04Speaker 2: only ran about 40 minutes, too. I thought, you know,
- 21:07Speaker 2: Brevity is the soul of wit, old saying, but it's true.
- 21:11Speaker 4: It's good that he did it that way. And then
- 21:14Speaker 4: the prime minister of Denmark came out and saluted him
- 21:18Speaker 4: as the greatest statesman since William Pitt or Winston Churchill.
- 21:24Speaker 4: And then CNN, the newsroom was like a funeral because
- 21:29Speaker 4: it's going to be a bloodbath. I mean, the news
- 21:31Speaker 4: isn't that bad. The midterm polls are bad, but You
- 21:35Speaker 4: know what? The midterm polls are always bad for the Republicans.
- 21:38Speaker 4: They're always bad for Republicans, whatever year it is, right?
- 21:42Speaker 2: Yeah. But if you look at all the private internal polling,
- 21:46Speaker 2: it doesn't look so bad. It looks like they got
- 21:48Speaker 2: a good shot.
- 21:48Speaker 4: Yeah. You know, I saw that headline in the New
- 21:52Speaker 4: York Post today about Blakeman being closer than Zeldin was
- 21:56Speaker 4: four years ago.
- 21:56Speaker 5: I heard the same thing on the Cape from a
- 21:58Speaker 5: New York Republican last weekend, you know?
- 22:02Speaker 4: I mean, it's not that bad. I mean, she is
- 22:05Speaker 4: so terrible. You know, I mean, he's got to have a.
- 22:07Speaker 5: Shot, right?
- 22:08Speaker 2: Yeah, she is so bad. You know, she should be
- 22:10Speaker 2: the Massachusetts governor. She'd fit right in there.
- 22:12Speaker 4: Well, they're like, you know, has anyone ever seen Mara
- 22:16Speaker 4: Healy and Kathy Hochul in the same room?
- 22:18Speaker 5: They really... They really are very similar.
- 22:21Speaker 4: You know, they're trying to, you know, they've got the
- 22:22Speaker 4: highest utility rates in the nation, just about on continental.
- 22:26Speaker 4: And then they're, you know, they're just throwing back these crumbs,
- 22:30Speaker 4: as Nancy Pelosi would say, to the rate payers, as
- 22:34Speaker 4: if we're all going to forget what happened. And it's just,
- 22:38Speaker 4: you know, it's, I don't know, the Democrats, they have,
- 22:43Speaker 4: their alternatives are worse. I mean, all you got to
- 22:45Speaker 4: do is think back three, four years. You know, I
- 22:48Speaker 4: love it when they say, oh, well, the inflation is
- 22:50Speaker 4: out of control. The inflation is, what, one-third of what
- 22:53Speaker 4: it was under Biden four years ago at this point?
- 22:56Speaker 5: The gas prices, oh, it's an existential crisis.
- 23:01Speaker 4: It was five bucks a gallon four years ago, and
- 23:04Speaker 4: the Democrats wanted it to go higher.
- 23:06Speaker 5: Remember that?
- 23:07Speaker 4: They would all say, we need gas prices as high
- 23:11Speaker 4: as they are in Europe because it will save the planet.
- 23:15Speaker 4: Now they're singing a different tune. They suspended the Governor Healey,
- 23:19Speaker 4: the Republican candidate for governor, said he wanted to suspend
- 23:22Speaker 4: the gas tax. So she decided to say, well, you
- 23:26Speaker 4: know what? I've decided I want to suspend the gas tax.
- 23:28Speaker 4: I thought it was a terrible idea, although Democratic legislative
- 23:31Speaker 4: leaders think it's a terrible idea. But we're going to
- 23:34Speaker 4: suspend the gas tax for two months. Is there any
- 23:38Speaker 4: particular reason why it's only going to be two months?
- 23:41Speaker 4: Because the election will be over? How cynical can they be, Mark?
- 23:45Speaker 2: Well, again, our governor is the same as yours. $ 500
- 23:49Speaker 2: refund on your electric bill, even though she drove it
- 23:51Speaker 2: up $ 5, 000. But yeah, election gimmicks. So, hey, this is
- 23:59Speaker 2: the president with the press ban. I understand it. I
- 24:02Speaker 2: love to see it happen. But he's not going to
- 24:04Speaker 2: get away with this, is he?
- 24:07Speaker 4: Probably not. But still, I think it's good. You know,
- 24:10Speaker 4: they say, well, you know, this only impresses the people
- 24:14Speaker 4: who already like him, people like us. But you know what?
- 24:17Speaker 4: I mean, after what they did to him, have you
- 24:20Speaker 4: been seeing these things on social media? I've been putting
- 24:22Speaker 4: them out, putting them on the show, just all these compilations.
- 24:26Speaker 4: Remember when he said, you know, Liz Cheney, Liz Cheney,
- 24:29Speaker 4: this was in 2024, Liz Cheney would feel differently about
- 24:33Speaker 4: these Forever Wars if she actually was in combat. And
- 24:37Speaker 4: then there's a compendium of like a minute of people
- 24:41Speaker 4: on CNN saying, he said he was going to put Liz.
- 24:43Speaker 5: Cheney in front of a firing squad.
- 24:46Speaker 4: And then It's just the astonishing lies that they promote
- 24:52Speaker 4: and they and they get away with it. And then
- 24:54Speaker 4: they and then they, you know, these idiotic Democratic attorneys
- 24:58Speaker 4: general in the states, you know, treated like, you know,
- 25:01Speaker 4: that this is this is like a First Amendment issue
- 25:04Speaker 4: to for them to, you know, get get up in
- 25:06Speaker 4: front of the in front of the the press secretary
- 25:10Speaker 4: and insult her. You see, Caroline Leavitt, you know what
- 25:12Speaker 4: she said? They used to come to her, the reporters,
- 25:16Speaker 4: and they said, well, this is what we have to do.
- 25:18Speaker 4: It's performative art. You know, we're expected to do this.
- 25:22Speaker 4: Even people from, you know, regime control media don't believe
- 25:27Speaker 4: the nonsense that they're spewing.
- 25:29Speaker 2: Yeah. Hey, speaking of Caroline Leavitt, that's your protege. You're
- 25:33Speaker 2: the one that … really put her on the map there.
- 25:35Speaker 2: I know.
- 25:36Speaker 4: I'm still trying to get her to come back. I
- 25:40Speaker 4: don't think I'm going to succeed, but I'm still making
- 25:43Speaker 4: the pitch. If you're listening, Caroline, give me a call.
- 25:46Speaker 4: You can be on however many or few hours you
- 25:50Speaker 4: want every day on my network.
- 25:53Speaker 5: She's just really great.
- 25:55Speaker 4: I'm glad she's still involved with the president and with MAGA, anyway,
- 26:01Speaker 4: MAGA Inc.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 26:03Speaker 5: I want to see all the money, though.
- 26:05Speaker 4: When's all the money going to be spent to help
- 26:09Speaker 4: out the Republicans to deal with these?
- 26:12Speaker 5: I think the only problem they've got.
- 26:13Speaker 4: Mark, is the high fuel prices and the fact that
- 26:17Speaker 4: inflation's going up a little bit. Not much compared to Biden,
- 26:20Speaker 4: but it's going up some. because of the high price
- 26:23Speaker 4: of diesel i think that's the only problem they've got
- 26:25Speaker 4: i mean everything else is everything else is going pretty
- 26:27Speaker 4: swimmingly isn't it.
- 26:29Speaker 2: Yeah well they got a ton of money they got
- 26:30Speaker 2: about 250 million at the rnc war chest and you're
- 26:33Speaker 2: right they haven't deployed it yet and they haven't got
- 26:36Speaker 2: the messaging crystal clear where is all the messaging that
- 26:38Speaker 2: they need.
- 26:40Speaker 4: Right right i mean just you know what the the
- 26:43Speaker 4: the i guess i guess uh elon musk is doing
- 26:46Speaker 4: some of the you know, in Texas, uh, you know,
- 26:49Speaker 4: Tallarico is for they, them, uh, Paxton is for, for
- 26:52Speaker 4: you and that, that kind of stuff. But I mean, I,
- 26:54Speaker 4: I know you don't want to fight the last campaign.
- 26:57Speaker 4: It never quite works out, but I mean, there's, there's
- 26:59Speaker 4: a lot of good issues, you know, illegal alien crime, uh, the, the, uh,
- 27:04Speaker 4: the fact, how about the fact that, uh, that the,
- 27:07Speaker 4: the income inflation adjusted is the highest it's ever been
- 27:10Speaker 4: since they started keeping records since 1967. And I know,
- 27:14Speaker 4: you know, I, I know, uh, you know, regime-controlled media
- 27:17Speaker 4: is not going to get that out, but they should
- 27:20Speaker 4: have that all over social media, shouldn't they?
- 27:23Speaker 2: Yeah, you got this report, highest median income, lowest poverty
- 27:27Speaker 2: rate ever. You're right, media refusing to report it. You know,
- 27:31Speaker 2: even that Greenland deal, you know, ABC News on the
- 27:34Speaker 2: nightly news didn't report the deal.
- 27:37Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean, how about the sound cuts?
- 27:39Speaker 4: I'm going to play a lot of the sound cuts
- 27:41Speaker 4: from the Danish prime minister. she's she loves she loves
- 27:45Speaker 4: trump you know i mean it's it was a great
- 27:47Speaker 4: deal for us she said it's a win for for
- 27:49Speaker 4: the u.s for greenland for denmark and for all of
- 27:52Speaker 4: europe i mean that's i mean it's like that's not
- 27:56Speaker 4: a campaign ad but people ought to people ought to
- 27:58Speaker 4: be exposed to that shouldn't.
- 27:59Speaker 2: They yeah absolutely well everybody should listen it's not going
