- 0:03Speaker 1: This is a podcast called twenty five whist and they
- 0:09Speaker 1: wear a whist.
- 0:10Speaker 2: So yeah, it's too bad, but what did you expect.
- 0:13Speaker 3: It's a podcast called twenty five Whistles twenty wine.
- 0:18Speaker 2: Welcome, Eddie, thank you. I was on YouTube yesterday and
- 0:23Speaker 2: I watched a collection of commercials that don't hold up.
- 0:27Speaker 2: And so I didn't even want to send this to
- 0:30Speaker 2: Kevin this morning because I had Kevin put him in.
- 0:32Speaker 2: I just didn't want it to be wasted on anybody.
- 0:34Speaker 2: But I needed somebody to do producer stuff. So Eddie,
- 0:38Speaker 2: you're gonna be the one to experience these with me.
- 0:39Speaker 1: Lave okay, all right.
- 0:41Speaker 2: These are commercials from back in the day that were
- 0:44Speaker 2: legitimate commercials that they thought it was okay to run
- 0:46Speaker 2: these commercials. Oh no, And some of them it's only
- 0:50Speaker 2: okay because, for example, this first commercial is about AIDS.
- 0:53Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, I guess it's something they had to
- 0:56Speaker 1: talk about.
- 0:57Speaker 2: No, but it's different Before AIDS, the epidemic AIDS was
- 1:04Speaker 2: this hit it.
- 1:05Speaker 3: I was overweight and looked terrible, but AGS helped me
- 1:08Speaker 3: lose forty six pounds. The AIDS diat plan helped me
- 1:12Speaker 3: lose twenty eight pounds.
- 1:14Speaker 4: Age helps control your appetite, so you lose weight.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Yet age lets you taste, chew and enjoy, and.
- 1:19Speaker 4: The appetite suppress in an age is not a stimulant.
- 1:22Speaker 2: AH helped me to lose eighteen pounds and it doesn't
- 1:25Speaker 2: contain anything to make me nervous.
- 1:27Speaker 5: Question, why take diet pills when you could enjoy eg
- 1:31Speaker 5: Age helps you lose weight without making you jitterate.
- 1:34Speaker 2: So it's spelled ayds.
- 1:36Speaker 1: Okay, I they're not talking about the same AIDS. That
- 1:42Speaker 1: is crazy.
- 1:43Speaker 2: That was a popular appetite suppress and candy from the
- 1:46Speaker 2: seventies and eighties. Ayds. I'm sure it was so stimulant heavy,
- 1:49Speaker 2: because that used to be what a diet pill was.
- 1:52Speaker 2: We'll just stimulate the crap out of you. Yeah, and
- 1:55Speaker 2: it's basically like those bumble beeat things at the gas
- 1:57Speaker 2: station now.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, the yellow jackets.
- 1:59Speaker 2: Yeah whatever does Oh yeah yeah, I never actually bought those,
- 2:02Speaker 2: but yeah, how about that?
- 2:03Speaker 1: Huh?
- 2:04Speaker 2: I lost weight? But AIDS.
- 2:05Speaker 1: It took me a while to realize that they're not
- 2:07Speaker 1: talking about the same AIDS.
- 2:09Speaker 2: This this one here, I watched this one. I laughed
- 2:12Speaker 2: out loud. So this is America's favorite oriental food lachoi.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Oh my gosh.
- 2:17Speaker 2: And so while that's still around, by the way, while
- 2:19Speaker 2: they're eating this there they go from being like white
- 2:23Speaker 2: people around the table and they just pop into they
- 2:26Speaker 2: turn into Asian people. So they go white to Asia.
- 2:31Speaker 2: It's I'm talking full full works. So I watched it,
- 2:35Speaker 2: so I don't know what's gonna sound like by itself.
- 2:36Speaker 2: We hit that mic flat.
- 2:37Speaker 3: Joy, Kung food Theatre, La Choi for dinner. Yes, America's
- 2:43Speaker 3: favorite brand of oriental food.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Mine too?
- 2:46Speaker 2: Oh yes, Oh is not that one intruders?
- 2:51Speaker 6: No, this is a different one. Yeah, a different oriental
- 2:53Speaker 6: food that just hit me to the other one was
- 2:55Speaker 6: so visual.
- 2:55Speaker 2: Then that's why I wondered if they were eating it
- 2:57Speaker 2: and all of a sudden they would just turn into
- 2:59Speaker 2: Asian people.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Yeah, what's happening here?
- 3:03Speaker 2: So what is this? Yeah?
- 3:04Speaker 6: So this is kung fu fighters are like breaking into
- 3:07Speaker 6: a house. But he's got LaTroy and his system, so
- 3:09Speaker 6: he's all like, go ahead.
- 3:13Speaker 1: I mean.
- 3:15Speaker 2: Latore by the way, I invited the neighbors to.
- 3:19Speaker 7: Dinner and cook more lachoi, and I think they've worked
- 3:23Speaker 7: up an appetite.
- 3:25Speaker 6: Latoi America's favorite.
- 3:28Speaker 1: This is crazy.
- 3:29Speaker 6: He turned into like a black belt because he LaTroy.
- 3:32Speaker 2: What a different time and it's not that long ago, No,
- 3:35Speaker 2: not at all. Okay, So here's Bill Cosby, Oh boy,
- 3:38Speaker 2: doing an anti drug commercial. He's sitting on the couch
- 3:40Speaker 2: on the set of The Cosby Show in a sweater.
- 3:42Speaker 1: Here you go. This is Bill Cosby.
- 3:44Speaker 7: Now that everybody has told you about the dangers of
- 3:46Speaker 7: doing drugs, I'd like to tell you about some of
- 3:48Speaker 7: the benefits. Just imagine yourself unconscious, making a visit to
- 3:52Speaker 7: a hospital, emergency room, weeks and rehabilitation centers, nights and
- 3:56Speaker 7: overcrowded prisons, spending more money than you can afford, ruining
- 4:00Speaker 7: your health, hurting your parents, losing your loved ones, and
- 4:03Speaker 7: most of all, destroying yourself. Remember what I say about
- 4:07Speaker 7: doing drugs, I think you can.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Say no as he's simultaneously drugging people.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Dude, That's what's eerie about that clip, especially the beginning part.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Might just play the beginning again.
- 4:18Speaker 1: This is Bill Cosby.
- 4:19Speaker 7: Now that everybody has told you about the dangers of
- 4:22Speaker 7: doing drugs, I'd like to tell you about some of
- 4:24Speaker 7: the benefits. Just imagine yourself unconscious, making a visit to
- 4:27Speaker 7: a hospital.
- 4:28Speaker 2: Imagine yourself unconscious, because that was that was the thing.
- 4:31Speaker 6: That's crazy.
- 4:32Speaker 1: M M dude, that one makes me feel sick.
- 4:35Speaker 2: This one is wild and we had to bleep out
- 4:38Speaker 2: our word. Oh this was would run on television. Hit it.
- 4:44Speaker 4: Today.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Being means leading a full life.
- 4:48Speaker 4: People go to work a school, just like the neighbors,
- 4:51Speaker 4: and come back to a real home, a supervised hole,
- 4:55Speaker 4: right in the neighborhood where they belong, being never stopped anyone,
- 5:00Speaker 4: and being a good neighbor.
- 5:02Speaker 1: I've actually seen that one.
- 5:03Speaker 2: No, I know, it's crazy. It's crazy. What is happening
- 5:09Speaker 2: being a good neighbor? That's wild. Okay, I have a
- 5:12Speaker 2: few more. I'm watching this on YouTube yesterday. There's some
- 5:16Speaker 2: I couldn't even.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Put it in here.
- 5:17Speaker 2: Oh I'm sure there was one. Mhm. It rhymes it
- 5:21Speaker 2: was a food brand, type of food and it rhymes
- 5:24Speaker 2: with maggots.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Okay, got it.
- 5:26Speaker 2: And he kept saying it over and over when you eat,
- 5:29Speaker 2: and it was like aids.
- 5:31Speaker 1: It just meant yeah, it's completely different, but you just.
- 5:34Speaker 2: Yeah, everything about it felt wrong. Yeah, okay. Hit number five.
- 5:38Speaker 2: This is your You and your Johnson commercial. This is
- 5:40Speaker 2: Johnson Outboards boat.
- 5:42Speaker 1: The boat load.
- 5:43Speaker 3: You've got your son rise, you caught a prize, You're making.
- 5:48Speaker 6: You Johnson, caught in knights, Summer Lights.
- 5:53Speaker 3: You, your friends and you Johnson reached the tails trails, You,
- 5:58Speaker 3: your kids and You're Johnson. Saturday Nights, Distant Lights, You,
- 6:04Speaker 3: your girl and your Johnson.
- 6:09Speaker 2: You and your Johnson a way of life for over
- 6:11Speaker 2: fifty years.
- 6:12Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, kind of a jam.
- 6:14Speaker 2: Yeah, you, your friends and your Johnson. I think that
- 6:18Speaker 2: was before Johnson really met Penis.
- 6:19Speaker 1: It was it was at the start of no.
- 6:23Speaker 2: No Big Johnson. Remember the shirts Big Johnson.
- 6:25Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I remember that, the hit shirts that
- 6:26Speaker 6: said Big Johnson's on it.
- 6:28Speaker 2: Everybody wore them.
- 6:30Speaker 1: People wore them school.
- 6:31Speaker 6: Yeah, what was it like a joke thing?
- 6:33Speaker 2: Uh? Yes, that there was the insinuation on what it meant,
- 6:38Speaker 2: So it meant that, but they kind of used a
- 6:40Speaker 2: different graphic. But it was no fear Big Johnson's Massimo
- 6:44Speaker 2: all in that eras before you guys a little bit. Yeah,
- 6:47Speaker 2: Big Johnson shirts were popular.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Did you have one of those? No? I never did one.
- 6:50Speaker 2: I felt uncomfortable because we're gonna wear youth group of church.
- 6:55Speaker 2: Yeah right, I'm not gonna wear my let go let
- 6:57Speaker 2: God's shirt. The day before I wear a big Johnson shirt,
- 7:00Speaker 2: so I felt uncomfortable with that. And then also they
- 7:04Speaker 2: were expensive and.
- 7:04Speaker 1: There was a type of dude that wore that shirt. Yeah,
- 7:07Speaker 1: and it wasn't me.
- 7:08Speaker 6: Wait what was that dude?
- 7:09Speaker 1: Kind of like you what cool?
- 7:11Speaker 2: Yeah? You kind of cool guy.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Yeah, not the little skinny Mexican dude.
- 7:18Speaker 6: Oh okay, okay.
- 7:19Speaker 2: Here is an O. J. Simpson commercial for Hurts. I'm
- 7:22Speaker 2: just straightforward.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Here you go.
- 7:25Speaker 6: Wow, Jay, some guys are sure in a hurry to
- 7:27Speaker 6: get to the airport.
- 7:28Speaker 1: Guess he doesn't know about Hurt's new instant return. It
- 7:31Speaker 1: hurts you don't have the rest in return your car
- 7:33Speaker 1: because now Hurts gives you your receipt right.
- 7:35Speaker 6: At your car, so you have everything you need to
- 7:38Speaker 6: do your expensive card. I'll have your receipt right away.
- 7:42Speaker 6: It's too bad he didn't know about hurt Sinceton return.
- 7:46Speaker 2: OJ was so lovable, he was and he was a
- 7:49Speaker 2: star until the murders.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, I think that's why it was so shocking.
- 7:54Speaker 1: When you saw the chase on TV.
- 7:55Speaker 2: You're like, OJ, Kevin probably don't doesn't remember it because
- 8:00Speaker 2: I was in my big Johnson shirt. While watching.
- 8:04Speaker 1: Taking your AIDS Supplement.
- 8:06Speaker 6: Yeah, I was probably like four, So yeah, I don't.
- 8:08Speaker 2: And here's one that's crazy. So this is a NASA
- 8:13Speaker 2: commercial and so this is before the challenger crashed. But
- 8:16Speaker 2: the teacher that was in Krista McCullough. Yeah, Krista mccauloff, right,
- 8:21Speaker 2: is that right?
- 8:21Speaker 1: Yeah? Christ mcculoff, Yeah, that's right. Howd you know that
- 8:24Speaker 1: some of those memories, those are core memories in my head?
- 8:27Speaker 6: So that she's in this commercial, right, it's a promo.
- 8:30Speaker 6: It's like a local station in Massachusetts.
- 8:32Speaker 2: I believe. Here you go four.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Three two one, we have ignition and lift off. The winner,
- 8:43Speaker 1: the teacher who will be going into space, Krista.
- 8:46Speaker 7: Mccaullough share the excitement as New England's own Christa mccauloff
- 8:49Speaker 7: gets ready to make her dream come true.
- 8:51Speaker 6: The space lessons are very simple. We came up with
- 8:55Speaker 6: the field Trip in Space Teacher in Space, a one
- 8:58Speaker 6: hour special Monday night.
- 9:01Speaker 2: That was stationed New England. Turns too eerie.
- 9:04Speaker 1: That is eerie, And I think that that's kind of
- 9:05Speaker 1: why it was so impactful to us, because there was
- 9:08Speaker 1: a lot of promotion leading up to the journey or
- 9:12Speaker 1: whatever the expedition because they kept pushing it. Yeah, there's
- 9:15Speaker 1: a teacher going up to space, the first teacher ever.
- 9:18Speaker 1: She's not an astronaut. She just won a competition, Like
- 9:21Speaker 1: so cool. Then that happened.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Then that happened. That's a moment before you guys, I
- 9:29Speaker 2: was really young, so you had to be young.
- 9:32Speaker 1: I was young. Yeah, but I mean they showed it.
- 9:34Speaker 2: Yeah, No, I remember at school not to show the explosion, to.
- 9:38Speaker 1: Show, not to show to the LA launch, but the teacher.
- 9:40Speaker 2: Who that and the OJ thing were like too early
- 9:45Speaker 2: on in life, like crazy things that happened in the
- 9:46Speaker 2: news that just out of know where happened and then
- 9:49Speaker 2: took over.
- 9:50Speaker 1: Yeah. And then for kids too that I mean, we
- 9:52Speaker 1: didn't watch the news growing up, like that's what my
- 9:55Speaker 1: dad did. What my dad watched the news, But when
- 9:56Speaker 1: that happened, we were glued to the TV.
- 9:59Speaker 2: Whenever I think about moments like that, news events that
- 10:03Speaker 2: happened that then took over popular culture. Now nine to
- 10:05Speaker 2: eleven is the biggest one because that was a crazy
- 10:07Speaker 2: news story. But if we take out like tragic, terroristic
- 10:14Speaker 2: or weather events like the Will Smith slap when he
- 10:20Speaker 2: slapped Chris Rock out of nowhere, freaking crazy. Within fifteen minutes,
- 10:24Speaker 2: everybody's talking about it.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Did you see that live?
- 10:26Speaker 2: No? But I saw it on social media like ten
- 10:30Speaker 2: seconds after it happened, basically immediately. Kobe Bryant dying in
- 10:33Speaker 2: the helicopter crash. Yes, that was a crazy one that
- 10:36Speaker 2: out of nowhere. Wait what? And then was everywhere.
- 10:40Speaker 1: I remember I was going to your house for something
- 10:42Speaker 1: and I got there and you're like, dude, Ryan died.
- 10:45Speaker 6: I'm like, yeah, yeah, I was having breakfast for my
- 10:48Speaker 6: mom's birthday. That's I remember two every year tell my
- 10:50Speaker 6: mom's birthday. We were like, what in la we having
- 10:53Speaker 6: breakfast too? It's crazy.
- 10:54Speaker 2: I remember I made a list of these things, like
- 10:57Speaker 2: random things in the news that happened that everybody talked
- 10:59Speaker 2: about for day. The Coldplay kiss cam that was from
- 11:03Speaker 2: a couple of years ago. That's from last year. Last year. Yeah, random,
- 11:07Speaker 2: and then just took over like that was something that
- 11:10Speaker 2: went viral that then turned into news. Because there are
- 11:12Speaker 2: a lot of things that go viral that you never
- 11:14Speaker 2: even follow up on. But this they hid, he got
- 11:17Speaker 2: they got fired. It just kept kept on, it kept on,
- 11:21Speaker 2: So that one was one. Remember Mike and you'll remember
- 11:25Speaker 2: this because I wasn't watching it live. But whenever they
- 11:28Speaker 2: confused La La Land and Moonlight for Best Picture.
- 11:31Speaker 5: Oh yeah, and they had to come back on and say, nope.
- 11:33Speaker 2: They read the wrong Was it like movie or the
- 11:37Speaker 2: Best Picture?
- 11:38Speaker 1: Best Picture?
- 11:38Speaker 2: Yeah, the big award they read the wrong ones.
- 11:41Speaker 5: It was Moonlight.
- 11:43Speaker 1: So along those lines was the Steve Harvey one in
- 11:46Speaker 1: there too.
- 11:47Speaker 2: The Miss America A big deal, yeah, and that was funny.
- 11:50Speaker 2: I would just think the other one's much bigger because
- 11:52Speaker 2: it was with a bunch of famous people and it
- 11:54Speaker 2: was movies.
- 11:54Speaker 5: They're already on stage accepting the award.
- 11:56Speaker 1: Oh that's right. They did accept it, and they were
- 11:58Speaker 1: weren't they speaking already?
- 11:59Speaker 5: Ye're like, ah, we didn't win. Turns out and then
- 12:02Speaker 5: they were like Moonlight, come on.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Up and Lala Lamb is a great.
- 12:07Speaker 2: Hard sports wise de More Hamblin. Yeah, that was when
- 12:13Speaker 2: he collapsed on Monday night football and then they just
- 12:15Speaker 2: didn't know what to do, so they just went to
- 12:16Speaker 2: the studio.
- 12:18Speaker 1: He had a heart at Did you see that live? Yes?
- 12:20Speaker 2: I was watching it live.
- 12:21Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, I remember immediately they went to a Burriking
- 12:23Speaker 5: commercial and I always think of that when I hear that.
- 12:26Speaker 1: When up.
- 12:31Speaker 2: The jingle or whatever, and then through to the studio
- 12:34Speaker 2: for a long time.
- 12:35Speaker 1: And then you're wondering, like, okay, well they're going to
- 12:37Speaker 1: start this back.
- 12:38Speaker 2: They played the game, did they know?
- 12:39Speaker 6: They can't say that they did. Yeah, they thought that one.
- 12:42Speaker 2: Oh dang, my mind. I never trust the memory. I
- 12:44Speaker 2: remember the game.
- 12:45Speaker 1: I remember they called it.
- 12:47Speaker 6: Yeah, they called that game, did they not?
- 12:48Speaker 2: Did they ever finish the game? They couldn't, right, No,
- 12:52Speaker 2: they didn't win. I remember them finishing the game.
- 12:53Speaker 6: I want to say, like because it was the bills
- 12:55Speaker 6: in cheat, No, it was a bill.
- 12:57Speaker 2: I'm thinking World Cup. I'm thinking World Cup on the
- 12:59Speaker 2: guy the heart attack on Are not a couple of
- 13:00Speaker 2: soccer The guy had a.
- 13:01Speaker 1: Heart attack on the field, Yeah, the Denmark guy. And
- 13:03Speaker 1: then they keep playing Yeah that one. They keep going,
- 13:05Speaker 1: yeah that's what.
- 13:06Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what I'm thinking about it from soccer. They
- 13:08Speaker 2: keep yes, yes, yes, yes.
- 13:09Speaker 5: Or it was like in wrestling when Owen Hart died,
- 13:11Speaker 5: they kept.
- 13:12Speaker 2: Having he died falling from the rafters.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Remember that.
- 13:16Speaker 2: Okay, I got a couple more here. Sports wise, Lebron's
- 13:20Speaker 2: the decision, yes, which was wild bin Laden being killed? Yes, Yeah,
- 13:29Speaker 2: let's see what I got. I mean, in a bit Harambe.
- 13:33Speaker 2: I don't know if that ever crossed you guys when
- 13:35Speaker 2: Harambe was murdered in Cincinnati the.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Gorilla, yep, yeah, because did somebody a little girl fall
- 13:40Speaker 1: in or something.
- 13:42Speaker 2: I think, I don't know if it's a girl or
- 13:43Speaker 2: a boy.
- 13:43Speaker 1: But yeah, but but he didn't hurt the baby or
- 13:46Speaker 1: the kid, but they killed him anyway, doesn't make sense.
- 13:51Speaker 2: Balloon boy, I watched that crap.
- 13:54Speaker 1: I remember you talking about it a lot.
- 13:56Speaker 6: Was that the one that was on Netflix too?
- 13:57Speaker 2: Like it was probably documentary?
- 13:58Speaker 6: Yeah, I watched that like a year ago maybe I.
- 14:00Speaker 2: Remember it live living in Austin, and the kid was
- 14:03Speaker 2: just floating in this balloon, and turns out he was
- 14:05Speaker 2: up in the attic, but everybody was watching thinking the
- 14:07Speaker 2: kid was in the balloon.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Yeah, I thought that he just floated off into a
- 14:10Speaker 1: different world.
- 14:12Speaker 2: Let's see what else did I put here? I mean,
- 14:17Speaker 2: I don't know if this was one moment, but I
- 14:19Speaker 2: put Monkey Pock because I just thought monkey was funny.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Yeah, oh that's a big deal. We talked about it
- 14:23Speaker 1: a lot.
- 14:23Speaker 2: No, it's just like if you're gonna have a poc.
- 14:25Speaker 2: You can't name it after something that's fun and lovable
- 14:28Speaker 2: chicken monkey, at least chicken. Though you don't want to
- 14:30Speaker 2: hug a chicken, No, you can't. You want to have
- 14:33Speaker 2: a pet monkey. So yeah, anyway, there's the Ocean Gate
- 14:37Speaker 2: Titan too. But then I don't know if I've just
- 14:38Speaker 2: been affected by the documentary and the stories after the
- 14:41Speaker 2: exploding boat down below? Dude, what about COVID, like just
- 14:45Speaker 2: COVID in general.
- 14:46Speaker 1: Yep, crazy, it was crazy.
- 14:47Speaker 2: It's crazy. I was talking to a little big town
- 14:50Speaker 2: with Karen and Kimberly about that specifically, not the actual virus,
- 14:54Speaker 2: but how wild that was wild.
- 14:57Speaker 1: I mean, I'm in my garage, sprain in on my groceries, yeah,
- 15:01Speaker 1: with gloves on, going to the mail and putting gloves on.
- 15:06Speaker 1: And then I remember specifically being like, I'm not wearing
- 15:09Speaker 1: a mask to go anywhere. That's the stupidest thing ever.
- 15:11Speaker 1: But then you looked around, You're like, everyone's wearing a mask.
- 15:14Speaker 1: I'm literally the only one that doesn't want to wear it.
- 15:16Speaker 1: I'm putting it on.
- 15:18Speaker 2: I was already wearing masks pre COVID on airplanes because yeah,
- 15:23Speaker 2: and I liked it, and I want to catch people's flues,
- 15:27Speaker 2: and people wouldn't sit, they'd leave that middle seat open
- 15:29Speaker 2: on Southwest because I had a mask on and I
- 15:30Speaker 2: wasn't sick. I just didn't want to people, and so
- 15:33Speaker 2: it wasn't that weird to me. I kind of enjoyed
- 15:35Speaker 2: that part of it.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Yeah, that was normal to you.
- 15:37Speaker 6: Yeah, you were COVID before COVID he was.
- 15:40Speaker 1: Anyway.
- 15:41Speaker 2: I saw those commercials and thought, that's.
- 15:43Speaker 6: That's pretty that's pretty wild.
- 15:44Speaker 1: Have you seen?
- 15:45Speaker 2: There's way more which you can't I may pull some more,
- 15:47Speaker 2: but there's some bad ones.
- 15:49Speaker 1: It's like that video of the news interview where they're
- 15:51Speaker 1: interviewing people about wearing seat belts. Oh yeah, yeah, we're.
- 15:54Speaker 6: Drinking and driving or drinking. Yeah, that's the best one.
- 15:59Speaker 1: What are they gonna do next? I can't have a
- 16:02Speaker 1: beer after work? Yeah?
- 16:06Speaker 2: All right, World Cup? You do a little World Cup talk.
- 16:09Speaker 1: Yeah, that was interesting, boring.
- 16:12Speaker 2: I didn't turn it on until near the end of
- 16:14Speaker 2: the ninety minutes because, like I said, I'm not going
- 16:17Speaker 2: to start at the beginning. I don't care enough. But
- 16:20Speaker 2: it was getting close and I thought, oh, maybe it's
- 16:22Speaker 2: some penalty kicks here zero zero turn it on. Text
- 16:25Speaker 2: you boys. I'm like, I'm man, boys, zero zero going
- 16:28Speaker 2: into extra time and then once Spain once they lost
- 16:33Speaker 2: a guy Argentina. Yeah, and then Spain made a goal.
- 16:36Speaker 2: You knew it was over. I'd listened to people talk
- 16:38Speaker 2: all week about it anyway, going whoever scores first, because
- 16:41Speaker 2: one Spain plays such good defense, they give up one
- 16:44Speaker 2: goal in the entire tournament, all eight matches, only one goal.
- 16:47Speaker 6: Yeah, that's insane.
- 16:48Speaker 2: So they said, if Spain scores first, they'll win because
- 16:52Speaker 2: their defense is so good, no one will score. If
- 16:55Speaker 2: Argentina scores first, they'll win because Spain's offense isn't that
- 16:58Speaker 2: great and they probably won't score. So it was zero
- 17:01Speaker 2: zero American, I'm rooting for penalty kicks like crazy. Yeah,
- 17:06Speaker 2: when that dude, I guess it was a tackle. I
- 17:10Speaker 2: don't know when he got the when he got the
- 17:11Speaker 2: red No, I don't know when he got the red card.
- 17:13Speaker 2: That dude flipped. That was crazy talking about I think
- 17:18Speaker 2: a little bit. He he played that perfectly. He overplayed
- 17:20Speaker 2: that flip. Those guys are so athletic, but man, how
- 17:22Speaker 2: aggressive was that dude?
- 17:24Speaker 6: Aggress That guy was pissed the Argentina player like there
- 17:28Speaker 6: was a couple of times where he was doing something.
- 17:29Speaker 6: I think he was just frustrated and he just took
- 17:31Speaker 6: it out on that guy.
- 17:32Speaker 1: So he got a double yellow, right, so like he
- 17:35Speaker 1: had gotten.
- 17:36Speaker 2: That what it was. I just said, the red card
- 17:37Speaker 2: come out.
- 17:37Speaker 6: I didn't know he got a yellow, like not long before.
- 17:40Speaker 1: That earlier in the game. Yeah, not too long before that.
- 17:43Speaker 1: And then that one caused another yellow, which means it's
- 17:46Speaker 1: a red.
- 17:46Speaker 2: I thought that was red enough to be a red
- 17:48Speaker 2: flipping through the air.
- 17:51Speaker 6: I was like, that's first time and watched a game
- 17:53Speaker 6: all tournament, and like, that's a foul for sure.
- 17:55Speaker 1: And then most of the time I'm watching him like flop,
- 17:57Speaker 1: come on, get up, d you're not really hurt. When
- 17:59Speaker 1: that guy was down, I'm like, I get it, stay down.
- 18:01Speaker 2: That hurts again. I only watched the last quarter of
- 18:04Speaker 2: regular play plus that extra time, but I've listened to
- 18:08Speaker 2: people talk about it, and it seems like Argentina knew
- 18:10Speaker 2: they weren't as good as Spain, so they were just
- 18:12Speaker 2: trying to mucket up the whole game. They were just
- 18:14Speaker 2: fouling so much that they were daring the refs call
- 18:16Speaker 2: it every play. Then and then the ref Wooden because
- 18:17Speaker 2: you don't want to call out every play. Yeah, I
- 18:20Speaker 2: felt bad for Messi. I want a Messi to win
- 18:21Speaker 2: a second one. It seems like he is so loved
- 18:23Speaker 2: by his teammates. He's you know, there's nothing about him
- 18:27Speaker 2: that turns me off, like Rinaldo a little bit. He
- 18:30Speaker 2: seems like a douchebag. It could also be his like
- 18:32Speaker 2: glistening sweat and good looks, his great colored skin.
- 18:37Speaker 6: Tan skin.
- 18:38Speaker 2: Yeah, you also can see his teammates don't love him,
- 18:41Speaker 2: or maybe I'm just projecting that. Yeah, but yeah, Messi's
- 18:45Speaker 2: like five to eight, I don't know how tall. He
- 18:46Speaker 2: is forty years old.
- 18:50Speaker 1: And I felt bad that he never really got the
- 18:52Speaker 1: ball because that was just the game. The game was
- 18:54Speaker 1: Spain having possession ninety percent of the game.
- 18:57Speaker 2: They never took a shot.
- 18:59Speaker 1: No, I know, And that that text was so funny
- 19:01Speaker 1: when you're like, hold on, So the stat that says
- 19:03Speaker 1: Argentina's zero shots, that means they haven't taken a shot,
- 19:06Speaker 1: not one.
- 19:07Speaker 2: I was like, you guys have been watching this, they haven't.
- 19:09Speaker 2: And not only that, I looked afterward, I think Argentina
- 19:11Speaker 2: only got the ball inside whatever that square zone is
- 19:14Speaker 2: one time m hm. I don't know what the zone
- 19:16Speaker 2: is called.
- 19:16Speaker 1: Yeah, the yeah, right by the goal.
- 19:18Speaker 2: Yeah, they're right by the goal zone, the big square.
- 19:21Speaker 2: Well I did learn a little more about soccer this run.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Yeah. So you know what's funny is my kids like
- 19:26Speaker 1: want to play soccer now because of it. Like even like, hey,
- 19:30Speaker 1: let's go to the park down the street that they
- 19:32Speaker 1: have goals. They have soccer goals. Let's go kick so
- 19:35Speaker 1: love I love that anytime a sport just kind of
- 19:37Speaker 1: sparks their excitement.
- 19:38Speaker 2: It's pretty cool that dude that's nineteen. It's like Spain's
- 19:42Speaker 2: stud players won a World Cup. I know that's the
- 19:46Speaker 2: kid that Messy bathed.
- 19:48Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, okay, can you describe that picture for me?
- 19:51Speaker 2: Well, there were a lot of pictures the bathing one. Well,
- 19:53Speaker 2: I don't know, but there are a lot of pictures
- 19:55Speaker 2: of him holding him and then one of them happens
- 19:56Speaker 2: he was in a bath as well.
- 19:58Speaker 1: I I don't know why was he bathing.
- 20:00Speaker 2: You know, he's a baby, he bathed babies. I don't know.
- 20:03Speaker 1: Dude, Like, you're my best friend. I'm not bathed your baby.
- 20:05Speaker 1: I'm not going to bait your baby.
- 20:06Speaker 2: I know, but I don't understand either. So what do
- 20:08Speaker 2: you want from me? I don't know.
- 20:10Speaker 1: I just like because my.
- 20:12Speaker 2: Europe man, I just go, you know, because he was Barcelona,
- 20:16Speaker 2: so that you know he was in Spain.
- 20:18Speaker 1: Yeah, and you bathed the baby.
- 20:19Speaker 2: I guess did you bathe everybody's baby?
- 20:21Speaker 6: Maybe it was like a soap thing, like not enough
- 20:23Speaker 6: stuff to go around or something interesting? Yeah, I don't know. Okay,
- 20:27Speaker 6: did you watch the halftime show?
- 20:28Speaker 2: No, Eddie, I watched clips interesting. I saw ted Lasso
- 20:32Speaker 2: sub and Justin Bieber.
- 20:33Speaker 1: Oh yeah that's funny. Ye, yeah, that's pretty good.
- 20:35Speaker 2: And then Bieber played live.
- 20:37Speaker 6: Yeah, but he don't play one song? And his acoustic
- 20:40Speaker 6: is what acoustic?
- 20:41Speaker 1: What say one more time? What am I saying? That's funny?
- 20:47Speaker 6: Acoustic?
- 20:48Speaker 1: That's it is? I?
- 20:49Speaker 6: He said acoustic? No, I can't say that.
- 20:51Speaker 1: You've always said acoustic acoustic.
- 20:54Speaker 2: It's probably because you've only read it and not heard
- 20:56Speaker 2: it being said. Maybe.
- 20:58Speaker 6: Yeah, that's so I'm pronouncing it wrong, like there's not
- 21:00Speaker 6: like a oh the West coast says it, in the
- 21:03Speaker 6: South acoustic all the way around, it's acoustic, acoustic acoustic.
- 21:11Speaker 2: Did you do Hallelujah?
- 21:13Speaker 1: Yes?
- 21:13Speaker 6: And I didn't know it was like a trendy thing.
- 21:14Speaker 6: I was watching with my sister. She's like, yeah, it's
- 21:16Speaker 6: like a trend on social media, I guess. And then
- 21:19Speaker 6: he did like World Cup Hallelujah. I don't know, but
- 21:22Speaker 6: the performance, I mean they had like a bunch of
- 21:24Speaker 6: big names. Shakira, Shakira, Bts, Madonna play, who say Bts?
- 21:29Speaker 2: Yeah right yeah, Shaki whole play played.
- 21:32Speaker 6: Chris Martin was there?
- 21:32Speaker 1: Oh I didn't see that.
- 21:33Speaker 2: Yeah, player Chris Martin.
- 21:36Speaker 6: But maybe just Chris Martin actually with all the kids,
- 21:39Speaker 6: his kids, I don't know, all those kids.
- 21:41Speaker 1: Oh was he bathing kids again? Like what is happening?
- 21:43Speaker 1: That's all they did?
- 21:44Speaker 2: Big bath is him taking a bath with a bunch
- 21:46Speaker 2: of kids.
- 21:48Speaker 1: Hey, europe man.
- 21:49Speaker 2: I saw post Malone pre show performing. Oh yeah, I
- 21:52Speaker 2: saw that too, but not during halftime. I saw that one.
- 21:56Speaker 2: But then once the game started to change it.
- 21:59Speaker 1: Yes, because he didn't want to just started the game.
- 22:00Speaker 2: Who gets a crap?
- 22:01Speaker 1: Well what did Tom Cruise do? Did he do something? Like?
- 22:04Speaker 2: No? I think he did like a a pep talk, Yeah.
- 22:07Speaker 1: Do something because I walked in and my wife's like
- 22:09Speaker 1: Tom Cruise is doing something?
- 22:10Speaker 3: Why?
- 22:10Speaker 1: Why Tom Cruise?
- 22:11Speaker 2: I think It was like a pep talk, like a
- 22:13Speaker 2: for television type pep puk. At least I only saw
- 22:16Speaker 2: Bruce Buffer, but then he wasn't even on and they
- 22:19Speaker 2: were talking over him.
- 22:20Speaker 6: I know, like the yeah the announcer or the pregame
- 22:23Speaker 6: show or something. What about the announcer calling Matt Dame
- 22:25Speaker 6: and Brad Pitt? Did you see that?
- 22:27Speaker 1: There were a lot of little mess ups? Yeah?
- 22:29Speaker 2: Well, uh, farewell World Cup.
- 22:32Speaker 1: That was fun though, Like did you did you enjoy it?
- 22:35Speaker 2: Yes? But I think too it speaks for expansion of tournament.
- 22:38Speaker 2: The United States was very much into it and we
- 22:40Speaker 2: loved it because we got into the knockout. Had they
- 22:42Speaker 2: not expanded, the tournament wouldn't gotten the knockout, correct, So
- 22:46Speaker 2: I always love expansion. People complain about expansion to water down.
- 22:50Speaker 2: You're just never going to convince me that more games
- 22:52Speaker 2: is bad for me, because what's the worst I can do?
- 22:55Speaker 1: Not watch?
- 22:56Speaker 2: Okay, And it wouldn't have if had he not expanded,
- 23:00Speaker 2: the US would have been and he wouldn't cared about
- 23:01Speaker 2: the World Cup so much.
- 23:02Speaker 6: I wouldn't have Heck, no, I wouldn't have.
- 23:04Speaker 2: Did you.
- 23:04Speaker 7: Well?
- 23:04Speaker 6: Last thing, you see Trump getting the picture at the end.
- 23:06Speaker 2: I didn't. As soon as Spain scored, I was out
- 23:09Speaker 2: what happened?
- 23:10Speaker 6: You know, like in soccer, they get on the stage
- 23:12Speaker 6: or really any trophy ceremony and they take like one
- 23:15Speaker 6: big picture with the team and there's like all these
- 23:18Speaker 6: py rows behind him. Trump gave him the trophy. I
- 23:21Speaker 6: didn't even know it was gonna happen. And then he
- 23:22Speaker 6: just stood on the stage and they're trying to get
- 23:24Speaker 6: him off the stage, and he just stood there as
- 23:25Speaker 6: they're taking like the picture the whole Spain team, and
- 23:29Speaker 6: Trump's just standing there and the FIFA presidents like trying
- 23:32Speaker 6: to get him off, and He's just standing there like, no,
- 23:34Speaker 6: I'm staying here.
- 23:35Speaker 2: That's funny. We did watch the Papa Shot tournament, which
- 23:39Speaker 2: is fun.
- 23:39Speaker 1: Yeah, that was interesting. Yeah did the first time.
- 23:42Speaker 6: No, the only thing I saw was on Your Your Story,
- 23:44Speaker 6: which is great.
- 23:46Speaker 2: It's ESPN Plus, so obviously it's not ESPN And we
- 23:49Speaker 2: talked about it on the Bobby Bone Show. It was
- 23:51Speaker 2: cool that Ray made it, heck yeah, and then it
- 23:54Speaker 2: was cool that he kept winning.
- 23:55Speaker 1: Yeah. Did he played really really well.
- 23:59Speaker 2: He's not at that one of the top guys, but
- 24:02Speaker 2: he's one of those mid guys that I think if
- 24:04Speaker 2: he worked really hard, he could get up to that
- 24:06Speaker 2: top guy level. Because some of those guys, this is
- 24:08Speaker 2: their life. Yes, I'm sure they have real jobs to it.
- 24:11Speaker 2: I don't mean it as an insult, but we all
- 24:13Speaker 2: have things that we focus on. It could be kids,
- 24:17Speaker 2: it could be your extra obsess with your job. Who
- 24:19Speaker 2: knows gambling this is their They love it, and so
- 24:23Speaker 2: this is their identity and their personality and they dedicate
- 24:27Speaker 2: a lot of their life to it, and that's cool.
- 24:28Speaker 2: They found their community. So I don't mean that as
- 24:29Speaker 2: a dig at all from somebody who plays tournament pickleball.
- 24:32Speaker 2: It's not going to be a dick. But it was
- 24:35Speaker 2: cool to see Rey get in there and just play well.
- 24:38Speaker 2: And I was nervous for him, like my heart was
- 24:41Speaker 2: beating fast in the middle of his game. They just
- 24:43Speaker 2: should do show the scores better.
- 24:46Speaker 1: Yeah, It's almost like they were in between shots of
- 24:50Speaker 1: like right behind them where you can see the player
- 24:52Speaker 1: and their score. But then once they went sideways and
- 24:54Speaker 1: all you saw was the player, You're like, I don't
- 24:55Speaker 1: know who's winning.
- 24:56Speaker 2: Yeah, who cares about their shooting motion?
- 25:00Speaker 6: And it happened so fast. It's not like you need
- 25:01Speaker 6: different angles, right, I mean, and they're.
- 25:03Speaker 2: Not going to spend a bunch of money for a
- 25:05Speaker 2: big television production or have a bunch of notes with cameras.
- 25:09Speaker 2: It was just kind of like rolling with a couple
- 25:10Speaker 2: of cameras and get it up on ESPN Plus. Because
- 25:13Speaker 2: it wasn't very organized either. Yeah, they would go, okay,
- 25:15Speaker 2: that's over, next group up, and so eight more people
- 25:17Speaker 2: would come in. Sometus people would forget to go and play.
- 25:20Speaker 2: But once they got rid of the riff raft and
- 25:23Speaker 2: ray was still in, they got to bracket play like
- 25:26Speaker 2: knockout round. This is basically a World Cup but for
- 25:28Speaker 2: pretty much. So they got to bracket round after they
- 25:31Speaker 2: eliminated I think thirty two people. So then you start
- 25:35Speaker 2: to play another person heads up, and Raymond knows playing
- 25:38Speaker 2: another guy heads up. But it's two out of three
- 25:39Speaker 2: because it's only a minute. Yeah, okay, So ray loses
- 25:42Speaker 2: the first game in the two out of three and
- 25:45Speaker 2: he's eight seed and the guy and he's playing as
- 25:47Speaker 2: a nine seed, so they're pretty even. But he loses
- 25:49Speaker 2: the first game. We're like, oh god, this is it,
- 25:51Speaker 2: and then he crushes the next two. Whoops the guy
- 25:54Speaker 2: really yeah, it was awesome. And on that third game
- 25:56Speaker 2: that he won, he like gave the camp I'm right,
- 26:00Speaker 2: like a love.
- 26:02Speaker 1: I love it, dude.
- 26:03Speaker 6: I saw the headphones on headphones on that take top
- 26:06Speaker 6: and his arms.
- 26:09Speaker 1: Later he said there was nothing playing through the headphones.
- 26:11Speaker 1: He's had him on to out the noise.
- 26:13Speaker 2: I think, just to look cool, except for they were
- 26:15Speaker 2: like beats by Drake for like two thousand and seven,
- 26:17Speaker 2: Like how cool? Anybody else noticed that? Yeah, they were
- 26:22Speaker 2: like old school. But I hope he keeps doing that.
- 26:25Speaker 2: That's that's fun. Yeah, and that's different, and that's something
- 26:29Speaker 2: that you can have that's about you and that you
- 26:30Speaker 2: can take your extra energy and do that.
- 26:33Speaker 1: And he can hang with them like it's not like
- 26:35Speaker 1: he hasn't. He's just so bad where it's like, yeah,
- 26:38Speaker 1: you would say, hey, give up, dude, don't do that,
- 26:40Speaker 1: But no, this he can play with the best.
- 26:42Speaker 2: Yeah, don't you think though, Like I think, if I
- 26:46Speaker 2: train hard enough, I can play with the best. Yes,
- 26:48Speaker 2: he has wanted his house and he's been training for
- 26:50Speaker 2: a long time. So it's not a shot at him.
- 26:51Speaker 2: It's the amount of effort you want to put into it.
- 26:53Speaker 2: And he's been working hard and it paid off.
- 26:55Speaker 1: And it's all about speed, right, It's all about like
- 26:57Speaker 1: just how the rhythm you can get over over and over,
- 27:01Speaker 1: because once you miss like one, two, three, then it's like, oh,
- 27:04Speaker 1: it's hard to catch up.
- 27:04Speaker 2: That's muscle memory.
- 27:06Speaker 6: Yeah, was a guy that won it. I feel like
- 27:08Speaker 6: he might be an advantage or.
- 27:09Speaker 2: No, he was not tall.
- 27:11Speaker 6: He wasn't.
- 27:11Speaker 2: He was normal. I mean normal in every way. He's
- 27:13Speaker 2: like a forty five year old dude had a collared
- 27:16Speaker 2: shirt on. They just didn't wasn't trying to fake like
- 27:19Speaker 2: an athlete, just a dude.
- 27:21Speaker 1: You watched all the way to the end.
- 27:23Speaker 2: I watched after Ray lost. I kept it on and
- 27:26Speaker 2: then I was doing stuff until I shut the house down,
- 27:29Speaker 2: and so I would walk back over and see who won.
- 27:32Speaker 2: And then I saw that d of counters. Now to
- 27:34Speaker 2: get the dogs out, Let me use the bathroom. I
- 27:37Speaker 2: locked the door, turned the alarms of all that that
- 27:40Speaker 2: kind of stuff. I didn't watch really any golf. It
- 27:43Speaker 2: was on too early. And also I didn't care.
- 27:45Speaker 1: Yeah, I would say by especially for the first two rounds,
- 27:49Speaker 1: Day Day two, Day one and Day two, everything was
- 27:52Speaker 1: done by like one o'clock.
- 27:54Speaker 2: The only thing that I saw was Rory talking crap
- 27:56Speaker 2: about Bryson.
- 27:57Speaker 1: Oh do they hate each other? It's amazing at each other.
- 28:00Speaker 1: What But did you see what he was talking about?
- 28:03Speaker 2: Yeah, because he stepped on the grass right to like
- 28:06Speaker 2: to help his back like.
- 28:07Speaker 1: Yeah, his backswing, so like you know, the balls in
- 28:09Speaker 1: all this grass, he's going behind it, like hey, looking
- 28:14Speaker 1: grass really really tall, knee high, and he gets behind
- 28:17Speaker 1: the ball and kind of looks like he's looking at
- 28:20Speaker 1: the angle of his shot, but he's stepping that way
- 28:23Speaker 1: he can kind of push all that grass down, so
- 28:25Speaker 1: when he swings, that backswing has an open air, so
- 28:30Speaker 1: which is illegal. But then Scheffler comes out afterwards and says, like,
- 28:36Speaker 1: I knowed Frys he's in cheat. He's not a cheater,
- 28:39Speaker 1: and so it may look like he's doing that, but
- 28:42Speaker 1: he's probably just looking at his angle. But I mean,
- 28:44Speaker 1: if you look at the footage, Kevin, he is stomping
- 28:47Speaker 1: on that grass.
- 28:48Speaker 2: Rory wasn't having a Sheffler approach. He was like, we
- 28:50Speaker 2: don't like each other, right, you know. And also it
- 28:53Speaker 2: was the clips I was watching was we'll even show
- 28:56Speaker 2: up the next day, bright person. Yeah, I'm a two
- 29:00Speaker 2: stroke penalty shop penalty.
- 29:01Speaker 1: It's brutal, but he finished in the top ten. I think, right,
- 29:04Speaker 1: I'm telling you I cared nothing about that. And the
- 29:07Speaker 1: guy who won, Ryan Fox.
- 29:09Speaker 2: Doesn't he play so slow?
- 29:11Speaker 1: Like just his tempo was or he plays so fast?
- 29:14Speaker 2: I just saw people complaining about his tempo.
- 29:15Speaker 1: I didn't notice anything different. That's interesting. Did people complain
- 29:18Speaker 1: about it?
- 29:18Speaker 2: You can put his face up, I wouldn't know.
- 29:20Speaker 1: He was No, no, no, he's definitely one of those.
- 29:21Speaker 2: Think he won race Papa Shot. I think it was
- 29:23Speaker 2: the same guy they won that. What do you see?
- 29:27Speaker 6: What's the first videos in AI where he's got a
- 29:29Speaker 6: weed wactor just blowing it down. But no, it definitely
- 29:33Speaker 6: looks like and you know, you can tell when somebody's
- 29:36Speaker 6: like trying not to be obvious but they're being obvious. Yeah,
- 29:38Speaker 6: that's what it looks like. He's like stomping on it
- 29:40Speaker 6: but not looking at it, but just kind of like
- 29:41Speaker 6: stepping around.
- 29:42Speaker 1: He does seem like Bryson. He seems like everything he
- 29:46Speaker 1: does is calculated entertainment.
- 29:50Speaker 2: Very much so, to the point where I think he
- 29:51Speaker 2: hired a PR team from what I heard, to make
- 29:53Speaker 2: him more likable when he started doing the YouTube stuff
- 29:55Speaker 2: because he was hated by people that watched by people
- 29:59Speaker 2: he played with. He started shooting the YouTube videos could
- 30:02Speaker 2: be wildly inaccurate here, but just the things that I've
- 30:06Speaker 2: heard and read. But he hired a team to make
- 30:08Speaker 2: him more likable, and so then people started watching his
- 30:11Speaker 2: YouTube videos. I like this guy, he's so relatable, and
- 30:13Speaker 2: but sometimes that stuff trickles out still like the real him. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 30:17Speaker 2: that he does seem very calculated.
- 30:20Speaker 1: Dude. It's interesting because there's such a magnifying glass on
- 30:23Speaker 1: these players during these like during these tournaments where Scheffler,
- 30:27Speaker 1: there was a moment there at the end, like the
- 30:29Speaker 1: very final day where he hits it in the rough
- 30:32Speaker 1: again and he's just like why, why, like what are
- 30:36Speaker 1: you doing? Like and it was like no judgment because
- 30:40Speaker 1: we all do that, but he sounded like such a baby,
- 30:43Speaker 1: like a little puss that I was just like, I
- 30:46Speaker 1: can't believe we're watching this. And I feel for him
- 30:49Speaker 1: because I mean, he was truly frustrated with himself at
- 30:51Speaker 1: that point.
- 30:52Speaker 2: I think Tom Brady is just ruining himself.
- 30:55Speaker 1: What's he doing?
- 30:56Speaker 6: Done? Dude, done?
- 30:58Speaker 2: That's your dude, an attics fest, he's there. I got
- 31:02Speaker 2: no problem with that, do your thing, make your money.
- 31:04Speaker 2: But he starts talking about how he can wrestle, and
- 31:07Speaker 2: then him and Jake Paul get malthy on stage and
- 31:10Speaker 2: he slaps Jake Paul. Yeah it's so fake, it's all
- 31:13Speaker 2: just wrestling. And then it shows them at the World
- 31:14Speaker 2: Cup flipping each other off. Yeah, like continuing to push that.
- 31:18Speaker 2: I liked it when Tom Brady was just a super
- 31:20Speaker 2: Bowl champion who worked hard, who did everything right, ate
- 31:23Speaker 2: his vite him and said his prayers. I might be
- 31:24Speaker 2: whole cooking, but still it was. Now that we're seeing
- 31:28Speaker 2: like these layers of him as a person.
- 31:31Speaker 6: It's bad. Like I think the majority of people now
- 31:34Speaker 6: are on the same page that we've been talking about
- 31:36Speaker 6: for a while now, where it's just like dude, take
- 31:39Speaker 6: a break, go get married again, or something like you
- 31:41Speaker 6: are bored and you have too much money, just could
- 31:44Speaker 6: do something else for a little bit. Like Peyton Manning
- 31:46Speaker 6: is perfect in a few commercials, you know, does the
- 31:49Speaker 6: Manning cast just enough where you're like, yeah, he's still
- 31:53Speaker 6: Peyton Manning.
- 31:53Speaker 2: Peyton Manning also isn't single. And yes, you know, with influencers,
- 32:02Speaker 2: i'd probably doing the same thing. But no one has
- 32:06Speaker 2: any sort of relationship with my identity as being like
- 32:10Speaker 2: super champion guy, no nonsense, He's all nonsense now, Tombody's
- 32:14Speaker 2: all nonsense.
- 32:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 32:16Speaker 2: The slap was it's so bad, it's so weird. And
- 32:18Speaker 2: then when they were flipping each other off back and forth.
- 32:20Speaker 6: Yeah, and he's and Brady sitting with his son flipping them.
- 32:23Speaker 1: Off with his kid, yeah, behind his back, and this
- 32:25Speaker 1: is weird.
- 32:27Speaker 2: And now I'm not gonna whatever. Do whatever you want
- 32:29Speaker 2: to do, but it's just not the image that we
- 32:31Speaker 2: were fed.
- 32:32Speaker 6: For so long. So it's so weird now. Yeah, and
- 32:34Speaker 6: it just keeps getting worse and more weird. That's the crazy.
- 32:38Speaker 2: He needs Bryson's Team PR Team to bring.
- 32:41Speaker 6: So you didn't like his wrestling walkout Coffin that I
- 32:44Speaker 6: didn't mind.
- 32:45Speaker 2: The Coffin thing was stupid because he comes out like
- 32:47Speaker 2: the Undertaker and he raises up theatrics. Don't mind that.
- 32:51Speaker 2: He's just like, look, it's cool Tom, Tom freaking Brady
- 32:54Speaker 2: quarterback of all time. But then once it got to
- 32:57Speaker 2: the slap and those two and he's like, I tried
- 32:59Speaker 2: to whatever that all the other things he's done too,
- 33:03Speaker 2: she's kind of lame.
- 33:03Speaker 1: Now, did you see him hit that punching machine. Though.
- 33:05Speaker 2: Yeah, he did hit it hard. I was surprised he
- 33:08Speaker 2: did that on camera, like credit, because even to try that,
- 33:12Speaker 2: because if you don't hit it hard, everybody's gonna post
- 33:14Speaker 2: it and you're gonna look like a wimp. So he
- 33:16Speaker 2: hit it hard.
- 33:17Speaker 1: I thought Bieber hit it hard.
- 33:18Speaker 2: John Ceen, I you see him hit it. You ever
- 33:19Speaker 2: see a video of him hit anyone? Uh crushes it? Yeah,
- 33:21Speaker 2: Bieber hit it hard. Bieber hit a bunch of three pointers.
- 33:23Speaker 2: You see him hit threes?
- 33:24Speaker 1: Yea, I see that.
- 33:25Speaker 6: I saw him kick field goals.
- 33:26Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, actually yeah it was good. Okay. I
- 33:31Speaker 2: moved to Kaitlyn Clark. She's now the first player on
- 33:34Speaker 2: WNBA history with forty five points and ten assists. She's
- 33:36Speaker 2: still in a minutes restriction. I know she was Night
- 33:38Speaker 2: two anyway for an injury last year, but first player ever.
- 33:42Speaker 2: They are completely botching Kaitlyn Clark and what the WNBA
- 33:46Speaker 2: does not like her. They do not care that suspension
- 33:49Speaker 2: when she got punch in the throat was only because
- 33:50Speaker 2: Adam Silver stepped in and made that commissioner of the
- 33:52Speaker 2: WNBA suspending.
- 33:54Speaker 1: Called her right.
- 33:54Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, the commissioner.
- 33:57Speaker 2: Even Nike not releasing her shoe for like two years.
- 34:00Speaker 1: They're holding it for two years.
- 34:02Speaker 2: What's coming out this fall? Finally?
- 34:03Speaker 1: Oh, I got you have it? Yeah, you're right. It's
- 34:07Speaker 1: a huge opportunity to miss.
- 34:08Speaker 2: She is the face of the WNBA. And then I
- 34:11Speaker 2: watched everybody to scream about how she's not the face
- 34:13Speaker 2: of it. The face doesn't mean the best. The face
- 34:18Speaker 2: means the person people know the league four and so
- 34:23Speaker 2: I think I saw RG three saying she was the face,
- 34:25Speaker 2: a saulid like Portnoy saying she was the face. I
- 34:27Speaker 2: agree more people know her than anybody else that plays
- 34:30Speaker 2: in the WNBA. Yeah, not people that are fans of
- 34:33Speaker 2: the WNBA. But for a league to grow, you have
- 34:36Speaker 2: to have casuals. You have to have casuals. And if
- 34:39Speaker 2: you were to ask somebody who doesn't follow the WNBA,
- 34:41Speaker 2: can you name a WNBA player, They're gonna say Kayla
- 34:44Speaker 2: Clark or Recca Lobo, Sophie Kunahem And then you're gonna
- 34:47Speaker 2: say Rebcca Lobo, she retard twenty years ago. You're gonna like, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 34:49Speaker 2: it's Sheryl Soup. Yes, but Kayla Clark is the face
- 34:52Speaker 2: of the WNBA. Yeah, and they continue to try to
- 34:55Speaker 2: make her not be and it's hurting the league.
- 34:58Speaker 6: It's so weird. It's like they're going against their own brand.
- 35:01Speaker 6: That's the weirdest part.
- 35:02Speaker 2: They're going against the growing of their brand because well,
- 35:06Speaker 2: you know, and Catlin Clark doesn't want to be a
- 35:08Speaker 2: part of it. She doesn't only part of like being
- 35:11Speaker 2: used as some like political pawns. She's not that right,
- 35:14Speaker 2: and so she's even out sand stop using me as that.
- 35:18Speaker 2: But she's voted the eleventh best guard in.
- 35:21Speaker 1: The whole in the w NBA.
- 35:23Speaker 6: Yeah by who was I like a player layer?
- 35:24Speaker 2: Yeah, it's crazy. So, uh yeah, that's what's up. Canlin
- 35:31Speaker 2: Clark forty five and ten first player to ever do that?
- 35:34Speaker 2: That was in the news.
- 35:35Speaker 6: Justice for Kaitlin?
- 35:38Speaker 2: I saw you not on crutches.
- 35:40Speaker 6: Yeah. So over the weekend it a lot of restend,
- 35:44Speaker 6: a lot of recovery, icing, elevation. And the doctor the
- 35:48Speaker 6: other day even told me, he's like, hey, this is
- 35:50Speaker 6: the day two or three I was trying to get MRI.
- 35:53Speaker 6: Couldn't get one because insurance has to approve it off
- 35:56Speaker 6: through three business days.
- 35:57Speaker 1: Stupid.
- 35:58Speaker 6: But he's like, it's gonna get better. Promise, and like
- 36:00Speaker 6: over the weekend the next couple of days, it dramatically
- 36:04Speaker 6: got better as far as a pain and putting weight on.
- 36:07Speaker 6: I'm still wearing the brain, still limp and can't put
- 36:08Speaker 6: all my weight on it, but i have to walk
- 36:10Speaker 6: like on the outside of my foot. But I'm like,
- 36:12Speaker 6: it gives me so much optimism. How fast it's felt
- 36:16Speaker 6: much better myself. Have to get an MRI and find
- 36:18Speaker 6: out the damage because it's still locked up. I still
- 36:20Speaker 6: can't extend my knee and like straighten it.
- 36:23Speaker 2: What do you think happened?
- 36:25Speaker 6: Uh, a meniscus. They keep saying it's either a meniscus
- 36:27Speaker 6: or an MCL like a tear or a sprain, and
- 36:30Speaker 6: just don't know the severity until you get an MRI.
- 36:32Speaker 1: So a sprain they can let that recover on its own.
- 36:35Speaker 1: A tear yet to surgery.
- 36:37Speaker 2: You don't have to have surgery in all of them.
- 36:39Speaker 2: It depends on how severe and what part of the knee.
- 36:41Speaker 2: But yeah, if it's a sprain, they're not gonna do
- 36:42Speaker 2: anything except say you have to rest this thing for
- 36:43Speaker 2: a long time.
- 36:44Speaker 6: Yeah maybe, yeah, a little like exercises, but it could
- 36:46Speaker 6: be like an arthoscopic surgery like we talked about the
- 36:48Speaker 6: other day. Or if there's like acl damage, which it
- 36:52Speaker 6: doesn't seem like there is, because everything seems like it's
- 36:54Speaker 6: pretty much intact, like the big ligaments. Then it could
- 36:58Speaker 6: be anything from just a little arthoscopic like if I
- 37:00Speaker 6: minute surgery, you're walking on the same day too, it's
- 37:03Speaker 6: something deeper that takes months to recover from.
- 37:05Speaker 1: And I was trying to explain to my wife what
- 37:07Speaker 1: you did, but I really couldn't because I'm like, I
- 37:10Speaker 1: don't know. He stepped weird, he was jumping over a
- 37:12Speaker 1: creek or something. What happened? Creek?
- 37:16Speaker 6: No, there's like a ledge in my backyard and there's
- 37:18Speaker 6: a table that bumps up against it, and instead of
- 37:21Speaker 6: walking around the table, I just like kind of just
- 37:24Speaker 6: leaped over the table like it's two feet maybe and
- 37:28Speaker 6: that's it. So as I like launched with my weight,
- 37:32Speaker 6: it twisted weird for whatever reason, off of the ledge,
- 37:35Speaker 6: and then once I landed, like I felt the twist,
- 37:37Speaker 6: and then once I landed, that's where the pop came
- 37:39Speaker 6: and I heard, and then I couldn't put any anything
- 37:41Speaker 6: on it, any weight.
- 37:42Speaker 1: So you injured the one the leg you were pushing.
- 37:45Speaker 6: On, pushing on and then once I landed, it's like
- 37:47Speaker 6: when it just boem was gone, good luck, you're old.
- 37:52Speaker 1: I know they're all old, dude. I know.
- 37:55Speaker 6: I just started golfing again too.
- 37:56Speaker 2: Nothing heels like it used to. That's the part. I
- 37:58Speaker 2: don't think you get injured more. I just think when
- 38:00Speaker 2: you do, it takes forever to bounce back. For me,
- 38:03Speaker 2: that's been the case if anything is turned spraying, if
- 38:10Speaker 2: there's a creek or a pop.
- 38:11Speaker 1: Oh, you're jumping over a creek.
- 38:14Speaker 2: Man, It's just like it takes forever. Yeah, and welcome,
- 38:17Speaker 2: Welcome to the club.
- 38:18Speaker 6: And you can't be like, you know, we're just stubborn.
- 38:21Speaker 2: Guys are like I'm fine.
- 38:22Speaker 6: Is so like all weekend I just sat around and
- 38:25Speaker 6: it was so hard, and the wife's.
- 38:27Speaker 2: Got the kids by yourselves, Like, yeah, that would suck
- 38:30Speaker 2: babies in a bust and knee brutal.
- 38:32Speaker 1: And she was she was upsets, like when are you gonna.
- 38:34Speaker 2: Get better country song? Babies and a busted knee.
- 38:36Speaker 6: Babies and two.
- 38:37Speaker 2: Babies and a busted knee on the acoustic guitar on
- 38:42Speaker 2: the yeah playing live acoustic. Two babies and a busted knee.
- 38:47Speaker 1: That's right, I.
- 38:48Speaker 2: Guess I type out on the Bobby Bone Show Instagram.
- 38:50Speaker 2: Oh no, I type on everything, So that's how you
- 38:52Speaker 2: know it was me. I'm trying to make that account money.
- 38:55Speaker 2: We weren't making that account money, so you gotta post
- 38:58Speaker 2: pictures to make money. And the one that I knew
- 39:00Speaker 2: would get a lot of engagement.
- 39:03Speaker 1: M hm, and so is your rage bait?
- 39:05Speaker 2: No? No, no, I said, whose desk is this? Only
- 39:08Speaker 2: post once will pick a winner. And it was the
- 39:11Speaker 2: Alchemist's book The Crown and the Water Water Burger. I
- 39:14Speaker 2: don't know what even is that table? Sign?
- 39:16Speaker 1: Yeah, like when your orders ready and so far?
- 39:18Speaker 2: I just posted it got three hundred and one hundred
- 39:20Speaker 2: and eighty two comments. Dang, but I think I when
- 39:24Speaker 2: I typed it out, I put who who is desk?
- 39:26Speaker 2: Is this? Not who's whatever?
- 39:28Speaker 1: You can fix that?
- 39:29Speaker 2: Well yeah, but then everybody in the comments wants to
- 39:31Speaker 2: be like, oh, I know who's shut up?
- 39:34Speaker 6: Who's running this?
- 39:35Speaker 2: Now? Shut up? I only posted that to get people
- 39:37Speaker 2: to write for engagement because our social media never makes
- 39:40Speaker 2: any money. Let's see it's making any money now?
- 39:43Speaker 1: Okay?
- 39:44Speaker 2: Views two hundred thirteen.
- 39:46Speaker 1: Hey, let's make some money by Nickel something.
- 39:51Speaker 2: And nicol Okay, so there's that Mike went to Atlanta
- 39:55Speaker 2: to watch a baseball game.
- 39:55Speaker 5: Yeah, I went to go to see the Rangers play.
- 39:57Speaker 2: I saw you at Truest Park and then I thought,
- 40:00Speaker 2: why did Mike go to watch the Braves? And then
- 40:03Speaker 2: it was the Rangers were there.
- 40:04Speaker 1: That's cool.
- 40:05Speaker 6: Yeah, it's an easy trip, three and a half hours
- 40:06Speaker 6: when you're there.
- 40:07Speaker 2: Did you guys day the night?
- 40:08Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 40:08Speaker 2: How was it? That was the whole game?
- 40:09Speaker 5: It was a great game, and then we ended up winning.
- 40:11Speaker 5: There's no better feeling than going as the opposing team
- 40:14Speaker 5: and winning because you leave and everybody else is silent.
- 40:17Speaker 1: But you're happy. Yeah.
- 40:20Speaker 2: I don't know. There's so many baseball games. Are people
- 40:22Speaker 2: really upset? Were they upset? When you guys won?
- 40:24Speaker 5: There was nobody talking and then you just kind of
- 40:26Speaker 5: like fistbulled all the other Rangers fans there on the
- 40:28Speaker 5: way out.
- 40:29Speaker 1: So it's cool.
- 40:29Speaker 2: Was it so hot? It was so hot?
- 40:32Speaker 5: Luckily we got seats in the shade, but everybody else
- 40:35Speaker 5: was dying. Like, I don't know how they still charge
- 40:38Speaker 5: you for water at that point because everybody.
- 40:40Speaker 6: Is so hot in sweating.
- 40:41Speaker 5: You have kids like almost passing out, and then you
- 40:44Speaker 5: have to go pay fourteen bucks for two bottles of water.
- 40:47Speaker 5: I'm like, this should be free or at least buy
- 40:48Speaker 5: won't get one.
- 40:49Speaker 2: That's a great point because what if somebody gets heat
- 40:52Speaker 2: exhaustion because they didn't bring enough money to have water?
- 40:55Speaker 6: Like would suck ninety nine again?
- 40:56Speaker 2: Was there possibly a cup and a fountain somewhere.
- 40:59Speaker 5: There was like water fountains, but the water in that
- 41:01Speaker 5: was so boiling hot, Like nobody's gonna get like hydrated
- 41:04Speaker 5: from that.
- 41:05Speaker 2: You're probably gonna get let us diary of two explosion.
- 41:09Speaker 2: They don't even know yet. That's where you get it.
- 41:10Speaker 1: If the water's warm, you don't get the hydration.
- 41:13Speaker 2: You do, but no one wants to drink it, drink it.
- 41:15Speaker 5: You drink in your mouth as well, scolding hot from it.
- 41:18Speaker 2: Like when you're outside, understand and it's hot, you really
- 41:22Speaker 2: want some warm water.
- 41:23Speaker 1: You don't, but it's hydrating you. It just doesn't feel
- 41:26Speaker 1: like it is.
- 41:26Speaker 2: Yeah, you just don't drink as much, like drinking from
- 41:28Speaker 2: the hose back in the day, you're like, oh, it's gross.
- 41:30Speaker 2: What else do you guys do? In Atlanta?
- 41:32Speaker 5: We basically just went to the game, went to go eat,
- 41:35Speaker 5: and then just hung out in the hotel room watch
- 41:36Speaker 5: Papa shot.
- 41:38Speaker 2: Oh you guys watch it? Did you watch on your phone?
- 41:40Speaker 6: On my I had my iPad because I.
- 41:42Speaker 2: Imagine the hotel didn't have ESPN plus they did.
- 41:46Speaker 1: It's not there.
- 41:47Speaker 2: No, I was thinking about buying one of those machines.
- 41:50Speaker 1: But they're pretty cool.
- 41:52Speaker 2: I'm just gonna see if they give those guys one. Yeah,
- 41:55Speaker 2: they're like seven grand dude. But I didn't I want
- 41:58Speaker 2: to put it here because people would break it.
- 42:00Speaker 1: Correct.
- 42:00Speaker 2: I wouldn't leave anything here. You didn't realize what.
- 42:04Speaker 1: They kept talking about the machine, and I was like, oh,
- 42:06Speaker 1: I've seen it a million times, but no, this is
- 42:07Speaker 1: different than one with that whole screen. That's a that's
- 42:10Speaker 1: high quality.
- 42:11Speaker 2: Full screen, counts as it goes. Ye got the timer.
- 42:15Speaker 2: It tells you when you make it. I think Ray
- 42:16Speaker 2: in his house has one that has like wood backboard
- 42:19Speaker 2: and he just shoots. Yea, this one, but it doesn't
- 42:22Speaker 2: move forward and backward. The old school one used to
- 42:25Speaker 2: come forward, like go forward and back at a certain point.
- 42:29Speaker 2: This one, after a certain point just starts counting him
- 42:32Speaker 2: as three points on a setting right Mike. Yeah, So
- 42:38Speaker 2: for a second, I thought should I get in this?
- 42:41Speaker 2: But then I'll get obsessed with it, and then I'll
- 42:42Speaker 2: quit and I'll be like and then once I get
- 42:44Speaker 2: to the point of I feel like in my peak,
- 42:45Speaker 2: I'm like, all right, I've now accomplished this, moving on.
- 42:48Speaker 2: And then I got a six thousand dollars machine somewhere
- 42:50Speaker 2: at the house, just sitting.
- 42:50Speaker 1: There, donated to something League golf.
- 42:56Speaker 2: I saw it donated.
- 42:58Speaker 1: I saw the one.
- 43:00Speaker 2: Eddie outside was like, when we playing any golf? Walking
- 43:03Speaker 2: over here?
- 43:04Speaker 1: Oh?
- 43:04Speaker 6: What is thet somebody us played? Was it the Florida?
- 43:07Speaker 1: Yeah, Florida would be the last time we played.
- 43:09Speaker 2: Yeah, we when do we play? Played?
- 43:10Speaker 1: Though? And before that we played? Yeah, we played a
- 43:14Speaker 1: few weeks before Florida, just one time in a year,
- 43:16Speaker 1: and we were fighting the sun, the sunsetting.
- 43:18Speaker 2: Oh we didn't play a full round.
- 43:19Speaker 1: We did, We did not.
- 43:21Speaker 2: I played nine holes with Matt Castle. We were going
- 43:24Speaker 2: to play eighteen. It was so hot. It was a
- 43:27Speaker 2: week had vacation that at nine we were both looking
- 43:29Speaker 2: at each other like you want to pull One of
- 43:31Speaker 2: us has got to say, we don't want to do
- 43:32Speaker 2: this anymore.
- 43:33Speaker 1: No way, is that hot? Dude?
- 43:34Speaker 2: Our shirt? We were wet T shirt contest? Really? It
- 43:38Speaker 2: was just we also had to play like eleven. It
- 43:41Speaker 2: was one of those one oh four days and we've
- 43:43Speaker 2: just been putting off playing, so we went to his
- 43:45Speaker 2: club and played in nine holes in It was miserable,
- 43:49Speaker 2: So we play.
- 43:50Speaker 1: Yeah, just let me know.
- 43:51Speaker 2: You know, it's not let me know because you have
- 43:52Speaker 2: four kids. Yes, you almost can never play.
- 43:54Speaker 1: You're right, but.
- 43:56Speaker 2: He's like, let me know, it's like you can almost
- 43:58Speaker 2: never play.
- 43:58Speaker 1: I feel like Fridays are the days where like I
- 44:01Speaker 1: could do it. If I schedule everything right, I can
- 44:03Speaker 1: do Friday. After we're done with everything, you know, done,
- 44:07Speaker 1: go straight to the course you want to try Friday.
- 44:10Speaker 1: Oh and I think my I think my parents.
- 44:13Speaker 2: We can't go to mind because you have to be
- 44:15Speaker 2: a member only until one or two pm on Friday.
- 44:18Speaker 2: I guess we could work and talk to you.
- 44:19Speaker 1: Sign up, dude, sign up. Tell me how we're to
- 44:22Speaker 1: pay pretty initiation fee. You can always walk with me
- 44:26Speaker 1: and my kids. I'm okay, so seriously, because like we'll
- 44:31Speaker 1: go to uh like one of the public courses here
- 44:34Speaker 1: and after four o'clock it's just you know, first come,
- 44:36Speaker 1: first serve, and you can just walk.
- 44:38Speaker 2: You wait in line.
- 44:40Speaker 1: Usually there's no one there. So we show up and
- 44:42Speaker 1: we're walking after like ten minutes. But I've thought about, like, oh,
- 44:47Speaker 1: I should have my Bobby because it's only three of us.
- 44:48Speaker 1: We can do a foursome. And I'm like, there's no
- 44:50Speaker 1: way he's gonna want to walk eighteen holes.
- 44:52Speaker 2: I probably won't want to walk eighteen holes.
- 44:55Speaker 6: There's the last time me walked eighteen holes.
- 45:00Speaker 1: We can get you can get a push cart.
- 45:02Speaker 2: I've walked enough, but I don't know the last time
- 45:05Speaker 2: that I've walked eighteen holes. I've walked because like, I
- 45:09Speaker 2: played these events where like Eddie or DJ with caddies
- 45:11Speaker 2: for me, okay, and we'd walk eighteen holes.
- 45:15Speaker 6: But not like a Munich course where you're just walking
- 45:18Speaker 6: for fun.
- 45:19Speaker 1: I do that all the time, really don't.
- 45:20Speaker 6: I don't remember last time I did either. I mean
- 45:22Speaker 6: high school.
- 45:23Speaker 2: I don't think I'm going to because you can hit
- 45:25Speaker 2: my balls walking.
- 45:27Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 45:28Speaker 2: Oh, if you're playing Ammuni course and you're walking, there's
- 45:31Speaker 2: balls flying all over the place.
- 45:32Speaker 1: That played with his one guy who's probably in his fifties,
- 45:35Speaker 1: and he was walking, but he only had three clubs
- 45:38Speaker 1: in his bag, so smart, and his bag was tiny.
- 45:41Speaker 1: He's a smart driver smart because it's not I'm pushing
- 45:44Speaker 1: like I have a You.
- 45:46Speaker 2: Want to play with all the clubs?
- 45:47Speaker 6: Yeah, what if you need a club that you don't have?
- 45:49Speaker 1: He was playing just fine. He had a driver, a
- 45:52Speaker 1: seven iron, and a putter and a wedge, like four clubs.
- 45:55Speaker 2: It's pretty amazing in reality. That's probably all we need.
- 45:58Speaker 1: Really.
- 46:00Speaker 2: Okay, that's it. We forget anything, No no, no World Cup.
