This episode is a difficult one for me. I had hoped to redo this interview with Jerry Fink, but I never got that chance before he passed away. While the audio isn’t perfect what matters most is that Jerry’s voice and story were preserved. Jerry Fink, a native of Blackgum, Oklahoma, joined the U.S. Army and served as a Pharmacy Technician. In this episode, he shares growing up in a small Oklahoma town, his decision to serve, and his experiences in uniform and after. This is Jerry’s veteran story—and it deserves to be heard.
