Speaker 1: This article is from Abcnews dot Go dot com. The
0:04
author of the article is James Hill.
0:06
Speaker 2: Headline.
0:08
Speaker 1: Survivor's attorney accuses Epstein a state of attempts to stonewall lawsuit.
0:14
An attorney for a woman who claims to be the
0:16
first known child sex abuse survivor of Jeffrey Epstein and
0:20
Elaine Maxwell is accusing the legal team representing Epstein's estate
0:24
of withholding evidence and attempting to prevent the testimony of
0:28
a key witness. According to a letter sent to the
0:31
judge overseeing her lawsuit on Wednesday, that should chuck nobody.
0:36
Like I just said in the opening statement, Darren Endyke
0:40
and con both should be nowhere near this case. And
0:44
I have a funny feeling that if prosecution pursues this
0:48
case the way that they should, in a very robust
0:52
and aggressive manner, then they could add they'd have no
0:56
other choice but to bring Indike in as well for questioning.
1:00
At the very least under oath. This man was involved
1:05
in all sorts of financial transactions for Epstein and the
1:09
rest of these morons, so he was facilitating a money
1:14
laundering ring. How is he still part of the estate,
1:21
How is he acting as an executor. This behavior flies
1:27
in the face of fairness, professionalism, and much needed justice,
1:31
wrote Robert Glassman, the lawyer for the accuser who filed
1:35
the suit under the pseudonym Jane Doe. According to the letter,
1:39
attorneys for the estate have failed to turn over a
1:41
single page of evidence in the three months since being
1:44
served with pre trial requests. That's what they've done from
1:48
the beginning in this case, when it comes to Jeffrey
1:51
Epstein and the people that are in his circle or
1:55
were in his circle, they have attempted to delay, they
1:59
have attempted to muddy the waters, and they have attempted
2:02
to drag their feet every single step of the way.
2:08
And you see that same strategy continuing here, and they're
2:11
attempting to get away with it again. Let's hope that
2:15
they get a taste of reality. Like their good friend
2:17
Gilaine did. The estate miss to previously agreed upon deadline
2:24
to begin producing documents in the possession of the estate
2:27
that contained Doe's name and information, Glassman wrote, and heclaimed
2:31
they abruptly called off a scheduled deposition of Darren Endyke,
2:35
one of the estates co executors and a longtime lawyer
2:38
for Epstein and his affiliated companies more than that friend confidant,
2:45
not somebody that just has a business relationship with him,
2:49
just a working relationship. As much as I think Epstein
2:52
is the scum of the earth, I believe that everybody
2:55
is entitled to legal defense, right, but this went way
2:59
beyond that. This is a man who was facilitating things
3:02
for Jeffrey Epstein by participating in the financial crimes. The
3:11
estate is engaging in obstructionist litigation tactics intended to stonewall
3:16
and deprive Jane Doe of plainly relevant discovery. Glassman wrote
3:20
in asking for a conference with the court, it is
3:24
clear that absent court intervention, the Epstein estate will not
3:27
comply with its basic discovery obligations. And again that's part
3:33
for the course with these people. They will try and
3:36
do whatever they can to make sure that this goes
3:39
all the way down to the eleventh hour. They don't
3:43
want a timely trial, they don't want to produce discovery
3:47
because then their scummy ass clients will have to answer
3:50
for their behavior. So let's drag our feet a little bit,
3:55
Let's wait longer, let's ask for a delay, all in
3:59
hopes that they can somehow either a find a loophole
4:02
or b find somebody to help them wiggle off the hook.
4:10
Doe has already turned over more than one hundred and
4:12
ninety pages of documents to the estate earlier this month,
4:15
according to the letter, but balked at the estate's request
4:18
for what Glassman called largely irrelevant and quite frankly outrageous
4:23
information from Doe. Glassman claimed that among the requests were
4:30
documents referencing any and all medical procedures and consultations she
4:35
has ever had throughout her lifetime, including while she was
4:38
a minor, even if such medical care was unrelated to
4:42
Jeffrey Epstein's alleged abuse of her. This is what happens
4:47
when you have a guy like Darren and Dyke and
4:49
you have con in there, Okay, Indyke especially, this guy's
4:54
no better than the rest of this criminal organization. In fact,
4:57
he's right up there with the core four right underneath them,
4:59
in my opinion, in the command structure, and in fact,
5:02
in some other ways, this man would basically be the CONSIGLIERI.
5:07
If we want to continue with our mob talk, obviously
5:10
that's what you would have to talk about. This guy
5:12
as right, something like that, Jeffrey Epstein's question, Guy, Hey
5:15
can I do this?
5:16
Speaker 2: What should we do about that?
5:17
Speaker 1: Hey? Can I get some advice on this legal issue?
5:20
And it was up to Indyke to find out how
5:22
to finesse all of that. It was up to Indyke
5:24
to find out how to facilitate all of that, and
5:29
for him participating in Jeffrey Epstein's crimes. For that reason,
5:34
Darren Endyke must be subpoenaed, must testify, and must be questioned.
5:44
Bennett Moskowitz, a lawyer for Indyke and Richard Kahn, the
5:48
estate's co executors, declined to comment on the allegations raised
5:51
by Glassman's by Glassman when reached Wednesday by ABC News.
5:56
Speaker 2: And that's just telling right there alone.
5:57
Speaker 1: The executors of the estate had to go out and
6:00
lawyer up themselves because there's such dirt bags that they
6:04
know the slap back from the rubber band is on
6:08
its way to crack them. These people are gross disgusting.
6:16
Speaker 2: Almost not even human.
6:22
Speaker 1: But in a response filed in court Thursday, and a
6:24
state attorney called Glassman's letter very premature and a misrepresentation
6:29
of what had occurred. Of course, it's always a misrepresentation.
6:32
Oh no, no, that's not what mister you know what
6:35
we thought here, mister Kahn thought, here, what mister Endyke
6:38
thought here. No, it's not okay, it is not a misrepresentation.
6:47
These executors in this estate have made a habit of
6:51
not turning over documentation when required, of making the judge
6:54
force their hand and dragging their feet the whole way.
7:04
The estate claims that indikex deposition was taken off the
7:07
calendar to allow time for Maxwell's lawyer, who had just
7:10
entered the case, to confer with all parties about setting
7:13
new schedules and contend and contended that the production of
7:17
documents in their possession was being held up only because
7:21
Doe's lawyers had yet to agree to a confidentiality order,
7:25
which must occur before we produce documents that referred to Doe,
7:29
who filed this case anonymously by her real name. And
7:33
I think that's something that's pretty important that's buried in
7:36
that paragraph is the fact that the estate claims that
7:40
Indyke's deposition was taken off the calendar to allow time
7:43
for Maxwell's lawyer, who had just entered the case entered
7:47
the case. Why was why is Maxwell's lawyer in the case,
7:50
Maybe because of the suit that she was going to
7:52
bring against the estate for them to pay for her
7:55
or is Maxwell's lawyer just pilfering around hoping to get
8:00
information to help with her defense. Every single door must
8:05
be kicked in, every rock turned over, and every tree
8:13
must be given a good shake when it comes to
8:15
this case. That is for missus, That is for Doe's benefit,
8:22
wrote a state lawyer, Mary Grace Metcalf. Glassman told ABC
8:26
News Thursday that he hadn't agreed to delaying Indyke's deposition
8:29
and that he sees no need for a confidentiality agreement
8:33
to predict the identity of his client because there is
8:36
a prior court order which deals with that. And again,
8:39
that's what they're trying to do. They'll try and make
8:41
these assertions right when they know clearly they're not in
8:44
the right, and they'll force the judge to decide. That way,
8:48
they buy themselves more time, they can solidify their defenses,
8:52
and they can be involved in whatever sort of sordid
8:54
activities they think are going to help them behind the scenes.
9:00
We're interested in taking this case to trial and getting
9:03
the evidence that we need in order to prepare the
9:05
case for that time, Glassman said, And it appears that
9:09
they're more interested in sitting in their offices, writing letters
9:12
and objecting to everything that we're trying to do. Glassman
9:15
just fired them up right here with that statement. He
9:20
just told the estate that he is ready to go
9:22
to trial and bring this before a jury. That is
9:25
the absolute worst thing for Jeffrey Epstein's associates, the worst
9:31
thing for his estate, and it most certainly is not
9:34
going to be a good situation for Indiker Khan. Can
9:37
you imagine getting that Jerry summons and sitting on that
9:40
jury pool and learning all of this stuff that we know,
9:44
just the circumstantial stuff that we're privy to. Imagine you
9:48
compound that with what the Feds already know, with the
9:51
case that they're building, and you're sitting on the jury.
9:56
Forget it. These dudes are in big trouble. They better
9:59
figure this out, and they better appease these survivors. Lawyers
10:04
for the estate have previously asked the court to dismiss
10:06
some of Doe's claims as beyond the statue of limitations.
10:11
The lawyers for the co executors have also encouraged Doe
10:14
to participate in an alternative resolution program established by the
10:18
Epstein Estate, which launched last month after protracted delays. Yeah,
10:23
of course. Like I said, they do not want Discovery,
10:28
no matter what they say. This includes Alan Dershowitz. This
10:32
includes Prince Andrew, This includes George Mitchell, This includes Bill Richardson,
10:38
This includes Glenn Dubin. This includes Lex Wexner. None of
10:43
these people want Discovery because that is where the rubber
10:47
meets the road. Do you think it's a coincidence that
10:50
Glaine Maxwell settled out of court before Discovery with Virginia.
10:56
Speaker 2: Of course it wasn't.
10:57
Speaker 1: They all understand the stakes and they understand that if
11:00
they go to Discovery it is absolute hammer time. The
11:08
details in Doe's lawsuit, which was filed in January against
11:11
the Epstein Estate and Maxwell, are substantially similar to the
11:15
allegations pertaining to one of the three minor survivors included
11:19
in the federal charges against Maxwell, who is accused in
11:22
a six count indictment of assisting, facilitating, and contributing to
11:28
Epstein's alleged abuse of three minor girls between nineteen ninety
11:32
four and nineteen ninety seven this is significant as well.
11:36
So if the claims are as similar as they appear
11:41
to be, not only is Jane Doe spearheading, along with Annie,
11:48
the criminal portion of Gulay Maxwell's downfall, she is now
11:53
hammering their estate as well. So, Jane Doe, if you're
11:57
listening to this podcast, by any off chance, good for you.
12:01
Way to stand up for yourself and go for the throat.
12:05
Get it all, whatever you can get out of these people.
12:08
Speaker 2: You have earned it. Get it all.
12:13
Speaker 1: Jane Doe is their first known victim and subsequently abused
12:16
by Epstein and Maxwell for years as a young girl,
12:19
suffering unimaginable physical and psychological trauma and distress. Her complaints said,
12:25
I can only imagine. I can only imagine. And for
12:28
people who act like, oh, it's about the money, the
12:31
money is a small little part of what these girls
12:34
are owed by these scumbags and society as a whole,
12:37
if you want the truth of it, because all of us,
12:40
me included, everybody who ignored this story when it was
12:44
happening originally, well, I mean really, and to ignore it
12:51
after you know about what has occurred, I can't even imagine.
12:55
But what Jane Doe suffered at the hands of these
12:58
people for years. Of course, she deserves whatever sort of
13:03
compensation is coming her way. I hope it is seven
13:08
figures for all of these girls, every last one of them.
13:11
And I hope that the estate is left penniless when
13:14
it's all said and done. Maxwell pleaded not guilty to
13:18
the charges out of hearing earlier this week and was
13:21
ordered held without bail pending trial Inly, pending trial in
13:25
July twenty twenty one. That trial data set for July twelfth,
13:29
twenty twenty one, a week after Maxwell's July second arrest
13:33
in New Hampshire. Her attorney filed an answer to Doe's
13:36
lawsuit denying the claims, while also noting the overlap between
13:40
the lawsuit and the criminal case against Maxwell in New York.
13:44
And now, remember the other case in Presca's court was
13:51
also delayed for a while, so there was things going
13:55
on behind the scenes that we weren't privy to. But
13:59
when Maxwell got the case delayed and it was pushed
14:04
back because of the criminal case, that is when you
14:07
really knew the writing was on the wall and that
14:10
Maxwell and the co conspirators were about to get got
14:16
and the rumbling started.
14:19
Speaker 2: A few weeks before the.
14:21
Speaker 1: Arrest, but they were there. There were some clear signs
14:23
that something was occurring. Miss Maxwell's denials of factual allegations
14:30
in Endo's lawsuit shall be interpreted the same as pleading
14:34
not guilty to the various counts in any criminal indictment,
14:37
wrote Laura Meninger, a lawyer who has represented Maxwell in
14:41
civil litigation for five years. And Laura Manager has been
14:45
trying to run that same kind of story with Gilaine
14:48
Maxwell since the beginning, right, and she has been unsuccessful
14:56
in her pleading with the court for the most part.
15:00
So I am not shocked to see that Gilaine Maxwell
15:04
added a couple of high profile lawyers to help steer
15:07
her clear of the charges. Hopefully in her mind right,
15:12
she wants the best lawyers possible, and that's why they
15:14
brought in Everdell and Cohen because Manager, well, she seems
15:20
to be like to be a lawyer that mainly deals
15:23
with civil litigation and not such high profile cases. But
15:28
I do believe she is taking part as part of
15:30
the team in the criminal defense as well. As you know,
15:34
when you're facing a federal indictment such as Gilaine Maxwell is,
15:37
and you have the means you usually have a pretty
15:40
big team of lawyers working on your case. So I
15:43
would not be shocked to see menager with a pretty
15:45
prominent position. But of course she won't be the one
15:49
that is the trial attorney, right, She won't be the
15:52
one that is.
15:53
Speaker 2: Going in there and arguing it out at the trial.
15:59
Speaker 1: According to dose civil complaint, she first met Maxwell and
16:02
Epstein in nineteen ninety four and as a thirteen year
16:05
old student at a music camp in Michigan. A month's
16:08
long grooming process continued, she alleges after she returned home
16:12
to Florida, where Epstein had a seaside estate on Palm
16:15
Beach Island. Doe's father had recently passed away, the complaint said,
16:20
creating an opportunity for Epstein and Maxwell.
16:23
Speaker 2: To fill the void. How often have we heard this story? Huh?
16:26
Speaker 1: How many times have Gilain Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein and
16:30
the rest of their disgusting ass co conspirators preyed upon
16:35
somebody from a disadvantaged home, somebody from a broken home
16:40
due to, like here, a death in the family, or
16:43
parents who have their own problems with drugs or alcohol.
16:46
How many times have we seen it? And it is
16:48
them o that they used continuously over and over and
16:54
over again, and it is absolutely obscene. Epstein gave himself
17:03
the name of Doe's godfather, while Maxwell acted like an
17:06
older sister to her. Her complaints said, they took her
17:08
to the movies, went shopping with her, and lounged around
17:11
Epstein's estate with her. That's part of the grooming process
17:15
for those of you out there that might not understand
17:17
how that occurs. They're looking to get her to feel comfortable,
17:20
to feel safe around them, and then to normalize their behavior,
17:24
and they were very good at that. When you have
17:27
people that are naive, and most people at that age are,
17:31
and you have somebody like Elaine Maxwell that comes in
17:34
and offers comfort to these young girls, they never thought
17:36
in their wildest dreams that this well thought, i mean,
17:39
this well spoken, prim and proper lady would be involved
17:43
in any sort of abuse against them, and that was
17:46
all part of the plot. Dough now thirty nine alleges
17:51
the abuse escalated over the next few years as Epstein
17:54
and Maxwell asserted more and more control over her life
17:57
and aspirations. Stein paid for voice lessons, private high school tuition,
18:03
and even co signed the lease on a New York
18:05
City apartment for Doe and her mother, according to her complaint,
18:09
And again, that's what he would do. He would use
18:11
his money, he would use his power, and he would
18:14
offer these these girls just a little sliver of something.
18:19
And when you have never had nothing, and you've you've
18:23
been poor your whole life, well even a little bit
18:26
of nothing is better than nothing at all. Right, And
18:30
a lot of these girls will lie to Oh, you're
18:32
gonna get a job doing this, or we'll hook you
18:34
up and you'll you'll be a model for Virginia's Secret
18:38
or whatever it may be.
18:39
Speaker 2: It was all part of the grooming process.
18:42
Speaker 1: And that is why Elaine Maxwell is so so intricate
18:46
in what went on with Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise.
18:50
Speaker 2: Do not let her get off as a victim.
18:52
Speaker 1: Do not let her get off as somebody who was just,
18:55
oh uh, a wilting lily, wilting lily, because that is
19:00
not who she was. Kilaine Maxwell had a leadership role.
19:05
Kilaine Maxwell was calling the shots from behind the scenes,
19:09
the shadow boss. She claims the abuse occurred at Epstein's
19:16
homes in Florida, New York and his ranch in New Mexico,
19:19
and that she would often travel to those locations with
19:22
Epstein and Maxwell on one of Epstein's private jets. Again,
19:26
New Mexico is an absolute shit show. How is there
19:30
not an investigation going on by the State of New Mexico?
19:35
Are you people kidding me right now?
19:38
Speaker 2: Hy way? You got better things to do.
19:41
Speaker 1: What exactly is going on in New Mexico that you
19:45
can't find the time to go kicking the door at
19:47
Zoro Ranch? How many girls have to come out and
19:50
say they were abused there? How many sources have to
19:53
come forward and say this occurred, and yet on a
19:57
local level, all we get from them is, oh, we're
20:00
sharing information with the sdn Y.
20:03
Speaker 2: I don't know about you, but.
20:05
Speaker 1: If I was a local in New Mexico, I would
20:07
be demanding a state investigation into this. Epstein's system of
20:15
abuse was facilitated in large part by his co conspirator
20:18
and accomplice, Maxwell, who helped supply him with a steady
20:21
stream of young and vulnerable girls. The complaint said, many
20:25
of whom were fatherless like Jane Doe and came from
20:28
struggling families. I love that they call her a co
20:31
conspirator and accomplice here, because that is the fitting terminology.
20:35
Not socialite, okay, not ex girlfriend. Nice try setting up
20:40
the defense for them, but it's not going to cut it.
20:44
Those cases one of just a few civil actions against
20:47
the Epstein estate that are being actively litigated. Most of
20:51
the pending lawsuits have been put on hold by alleged
20:54
survivors while they submit their claims to the Alternative Resolution program.
20:58
And again, I'm all for that program, and as long
21:02
here's the thing, it really doesn't matter what any of
21:05
us think about it, as long as the as long
21:07
as the survivors are okay with what goes on when
21:10
it comes to the justice here, people getting arrested and
21:14
the compensation program, that should be all that matters to anybody, honestly,
21:19
because for so long they were told that they were liars,
21:22
they were told that none of this ever happened. And
21:25
now Jeffrey Epstein's estate is about to pay out six
21:30
hundred and fifty five million dollars to these very same
21:35
girls that they painted as liars. You know what that's called,
21:38
my friends, That is called validation of claim. Epstein's estate
21:45
is valued at more than six hundred and fifty five
21:47
million dollars, according to a May fifth filing in probate
21:50
court in the US Virgin Islands, where Epstein owned a
21:53
private island compound that served as its primary residence since
21:56
twenty ten. The criminal indict against Maxwell is likely to
22:02
further complicate those efforts to obtain evidence and testimony necessary
22:07
to pursue her civil claims. It is expected that Maxwell
22:11
will eventually seek to pause the case, at least as
22:14
it pertains to her, while the criminal case against her
22:17
is pending. And that's pretty normal for situations like this, right,
22:23
They'll they'll they'll suspend one of the trial, the trials
22:26
obviously the civil the civil side, and they'll continue with
22:29
the criminal side, and then after they can finish up
22:32
the civil portion of it. But again, it's not like
22:37
Elaine Maxwell was just some you know, uh passenger on
22:42
this trip, okay. And Jane Doe explains very clearly how
22:48
disgusting Glaine Maxwell was. Very clearly that Glaine Maxwell was
22:53
part of the abuse, and all of the evidence that
22:58
has been provided also paints the same picture. Gilaine Maxwell
23:07
is looking at never seeing the light of day again, folks.
23:13
And to be honest with you, I don't think she should.
23:21
This is somebody who was involved in a reign of
23:24
terror basically for decades, and she has no remorse. In fact,
23:29
it looked like she was ready to bug out up
23:31
in New Hampshire, two hours away from the Canadian border.
23:35
You mean to tell me she has no contacts in Canada.
23:38
You mean to tell me there are no private airfields
23:41
that she could have been swooped away to and then
23:44
off on a flight back to France. That's really out
23:47
of the realm of possibility when we're dealing with people
23:50
of means such as Gilaine Maxwell. Of course it's not.
23:54
Of course, it's not so this criminal case. Her only
24:04
out here is to serve up some huge names. And
24:08
when I say out, I don't mean she's gonna get off,
24:11
because she's not gonna get a plea deal like you're thinking,
24:13
where she gives up names and she walks scott free.
24:16
That's not going to occur.
24:17
Speaker 2: In this case.
24:17
Speaker 1: In my opinion, this lady's in big trouble. She's facing
24:21
basically life in prison, and there is no hope on
24:26
the horizon. As the allegations continue to come hot and
24:31
heavy from every corner.
24:38
Speaker 2: I wonder.
24:40
Speaker 1: Is Prince Andrew sweating or has his disease gone away,
24:48
because at this point where we are right now, the
24:54
end is near for all of these people. If you'd

25:22
on with some e So we've been talking a lot
25:25
about the Department of just Us and their nonsensical internal
25:31
review that was released to the survivors one week ago today.
25:37
In fact, well, the question obviously became, what would the
25:43
Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals think about this new revelation. Well,
25:49
it looks like the court is not going to consider
25:52
this new report in the Epstein case, meaning this new
25:57
information is not going to be at added to what's
26:01
in front of them already and what's on the docket. Now,
26:05
why that's the case, I'm not too sure. Maybe this
26:08
article will clear that up for us, But you would
26:13
think that a court would want to see all of
26:17
the information and all of the evidence, right, that would
26:20
probably be a good idea. No, But again, I'm certainly
26:24
not a lawyer, and I don't really know how all
26:27
of this stuff works, right, All of the ins and
26:29
the outs of this nonsense certainly not my field of expertise,
26:35
shall we say. And I'm just trying to make heads
26:38
or tails of it with you folks at the same time. Right, So,
26:41
I'm guessing the court has some sort of motivation behind it,
26:45
But from the cheap seats over here and from the
26:49
peanut gallery, I think it's a travesty that this bit
26:52
of information wouldn't immediately be rushed onto the docket and
26:59
into the court records. Right, So let's jump into this
27:02
article and let's see what they have to say, and
27:05
let's see if we can clear this up and try
27:07
to understand what in the hell is going on here.
27:12
This article is from CBS twelve dot com and the
27:17
headline is court rejects considering new report in Epstein case.
27:23
The author of this article is Dara kab And remember
27:27
when we were talking, we knew that the government, the
27:31
prosecutor's office and the federal government itself was against this
27:37
new evidence being submitted. So it looks like their argument
27:41
won the day. New information released in a US Department
27:47
of just Us report last week shouldn't be considered in
27:50
a lawsuit by one of Jeffrey Epstein's survivors that seeks
27:54
to undo a non prosecution agreement that allowed the notorious
27:58
sex offender to avoid federal charges, and Appeals Court ruled wednesday,
28:04
And again, I don't understand how that could even be possible. Right,
28:09
if you're going to hear this case, shouldn't you have
28:11
all of the evidence before you. So when we talked,
28:16
I figured that the court would totally accept this stuff,
28:20
this evidence, and I figured with this new evidence that
28:23
there was a better than good chance that the non
28:26
prosecution agreement gets overturned. Now, with the court not accepting
28:31
this stuff, I still think there's a good shot that
28:34
it gets overturned. But this would this nonsense in this
28:37
report certainly bolsters the argument that the federal government was
28:43
negligent at best in their pursuit of justice in regards
28:48
to Jeffrey Epstein. The Full Eleventh The Full eleventh US
28:54
Circuit Court of Appeals is slated to hear arguments on
28:57
December third in a lawsuit fil a dozen years ago
29:01
by Courtney Wilde, a Florida woman who as a teen
29:05
was among Epstein's numerous underage sexual abuse survivors. I mean,
29:11
think about it for a second, right, think about if
29:14
you were Courtney, how you would feel or any of
29:16
these girls that were abused by Epstein. And this new
29:20
information comes out about missing emails, all sorts of other nonsense,
29:26
time gaps, data gaps, you would think that, you know, hey,
29:29
this is a good deal, right. The Court's going to
29:31
want to see this. This can only bolster my argument.
29:34
But again, it just goes to show you that all
29:36
of the different loopholes and the technicalities and the way
29:42
they navigate the murky water that is the American judicial system.
29:47
It's rigged, right, it is completely rigged. The government is
29:50
never held accountable for anything it does. And here we are,
29:56
here we are once again scratching our heads and asking
29:59
ourselves the hell is going on with these people. Wild's
30:05
lawyers this week told the court that the report by
30:07
the Department of just US's Office of Professional Responsibility, two
30:12
years in the making, sheds new light on the government's
30:15
handling of Epstein, a wealthy financier pedophile who owned homes
30:20
in Florida and elsewhere, and who died in a New
30:23
York jail last year. Yeah, it most certainly does bring
30:26
some stuff to light. Right, So again, I just don't
30:30
understand why it would not be accepted by the court
30:36
or why they wouldn't consider it. There has to be
30:39
some sort of legal reason, right, There has to be
30:42
some sort of I don't know scope of what they're
30:47
looking for. Maybe that would be my guess, right, But again,
30:50
I'm certainly not a lawyer, but I will continue to
30:54
try and navigate these murky waters and figure it all
30:57
out with you folks, right, because common sense says, and
31:03
decency says that the court should accept whatever sort of
31:06
evidence is being provided, at least you would think, right.
31:13
Whild is fighting a non prosecution agreement struck by former
31:17
South Florida US attorney Alex Acosta and his bosses, who
31:21
over a decade ago, worked with Epstein's lawyers to craft
31:25
the deal, allowing Epstein to sidestep federal charges. Under the agreement,
31:30
Epstein pleaded guilty to two state prostitution charges in Florida,
31:34
including procuring a minor for sex. Again, really, and even
31:40
with say that was the only charge this guy was
31:43
ever hit with, and there was nothing else that ever
31:45
came out with Epstein. Imagine you have this charge procuring
31:49
a minor for sex, and people like Leon Black and
31:53
you know, Jess Staley and all of these other folks
31:57
who are in so called polite society, they said, they
32:00
have the audacity to say, I don't know what Jeffrey
32:02
Epstein was. The dude was slapped with at the very
32:06
least a procuring a minor for sex charge, okay, and
32:11
went to jail for it. So don't tell us you
32:13
don't know what he was, you bunch of lion bastards.
32:18
The plea deal also provided immunity from federal prosecution for Epstein,
32:23
four other named co conspirators, and any potential co conspirators.
32:28
It's so wild every time we read that, I just
32:31
shake my head and wonder how in the hell anyone
32:34
could look at that deal and say it's right, say
32:38
that it passes the sniff test. It does not. It
32:44
smells to high Heaven and nobody else ever in the
32:48
history of America. Think about that for a minute. All
32:50
of the scum baggery we've had go on in our
32:52
two hundred and fifty plus, no one else has ever
32:56
caught themselves such a sweetheart deal like the one Epstein caught.
33:00
And what did he catch it for? He was abusing children, folks.
33:05
Let that sit in right, Let that sink in for
33:07
a minute, chew on that, put that in your pipe
33:10
and smoke it, and then turn your full attention with
33:15
disgust to the Department of Justice. The full Atlanta based
33:21
appellate decided to hear arguments in the case after reversing
33:25
a three judge panels April ruling. The panel concluded that
33:29
although the facts of the case were beyond scandalous and
33:32
a national disgrace, the agreement did not violate the federal
33:37
victim's rights law. Yeah, well, we know how that worked
33:40
out for the three panel judge, the three judge panel, right.
33:45
We know that Judge Hull wasn't having it. We know
33:48
about the amicust briefs, and we know that Judge Hull's
33:51
response was so fiery that the court decided to hear
33:56
it with a fully unpaneled bench. And it is a travesty, honestly,
34:04
that it's come to this far. This should have been
34:07
able to be handled in a lower court. It shouldn't
34:10
even have been kicked up to an appeals court. What
34:14
sort of judge can look at this? You know. The
34:16
thing about it too, is they'll sit there and they'll
34:20
talk about, oh, this is the law, this is the law,
34:22
this is this, this is that. But at the same
34:24
time they'll let their politics dictate the way they the
34:30
way they make their judgments from the bench, how they
34:32
read the constitution, how they read the law. But in
34:36
cases like this, when it's obvious these people are scumbags,
34:41
it's obvious the federal government shit the bed. It's obvious
34:45
the federal government worked on almost on behalf of Jeffrey
34:50
Epstein against these girls. And you would think, after all
34:53
these years, with all of this publicity and the spotlight
34:58
turned on it, that now be the time to start
35:01
restoring our faith in the Department of just Us. But
35:05
instead it seems like we get more bullshit games. Huh.
35:13
The Eleventh Circuit on the Eleventh Circuit on Wednesday refused
35:17
Wilde's request to add the two hundred and eighty seven
35:20
page report to the case record, saying the court's reconsideration
35:24
of the case was limited to too limited to two issues,
35:28
whether the Victim's Rights Act applies before charges are filed
35:32
against a defendant, and if so, whether violations of the
35:36
Act can be enforced with an independent court action. All right,
35:41
so there's the reasoning behind it. It's the scope. It's
35:45
the scope of what they're looking at. But I still
35:48
don't think that's acceptable, to be honest with you. Increase
35:52
your scope. You're a federal court, you're an appellate court,
35:54
you're one of the highest courts in the land. Do
35:58
what you gotta do to make sure you have this
35:59
in from right. I would think that if you're sitting
36:04
on this panel of judges, you would want everything in
36:08
front of you. I know I would. I mean, when
36:10
we're talking about something as serious as the law and
36:14
possibly sending people to prison for their whole lives, I
36:17
would think that every single bit of information should be
36:21
digested by those who are going to render such a decision.
36:26
That is a great amount of power and a great
36:30
amount of responsibility. You would want to have everything lined
36:35
up right, everything in context. But I guess according to
36:41
the court, it's not within the scope. Although the court
36:49
rejected the admission of the report, Wilde's legal team remained upbeat. Well,
36:55
that's a positive right if the legal team remained upbeat,
36:57
and they would know all all of this, you know,
37:01
the nuance of all of this way better than I am. Again,
37:04
I'm certainly no lawyer, folks. I'm just, you know, just
37:07
a knucklehead who's a commentating on what's going on here.
37:12
So if her legal team remains upbeat, then at least
37:15
that's a little bit of silver lining in the cloud here.
37:19
We're actually pleased that today's ruling narrows the case down
37:22
to two issues, because we think those are two issues
37:26
where this statute and the legislative history making it absolutely
37:30
clear that the survivor should prevail in this case. University
37:35
of Utah law professor Paul Cassell, who joined Fort Lauderdale
37:39
attorney Brad Edwards in Wilde's legal battle shortly after her
37:43
lawsuit was filed twelve years ago, told the New Service
37:46
of Florida in a phone interview Wednesday. So I think
37:50
that they might be onto something there, right. If the
37:54
court is going to just strictly look at that's that
37:58
particular part of the case, and that is the scope
38:01
and the only thing that matters here for which they
38:05
are going to make a ruling, then I think the
38:07
survivors have a strong case no matter what, and I
38:10
think Courtney has a very strong case here. I don't
38:14
see how this appellate court could look at this and
38:18
say that this is all above board and that this
38:21
should not be overturned. I think that Judge Hull, again,
38:27
who had the fiery response to her colleagues on the
38:31
three person panel after they ruled in favor of the government,
38:35
I think Judge Hull is going to be very critical
38:38
of everything coming across her desk, for sure, and I
38:41
am almost positive that she has multiple colleagues that will
38:45
feel the same way. This is a travesty. The very
38:48
people who wrote this law wrote amicist briefs telling the
38:53
court that they were not using the law how it
38:56
was written. How much more clear is it than that
39:04
the report found that a Costa used poor judgment in
39:07
striking the non prosecution agreement with Epstein's lawyers, showed that
39:11
the government failed to provide documents to Wild's attorneys, and
39:15
revealed the Justice Department's views on how a Costa treated
39:18
Epstein's survivors, an element that plays a critical role in
39:22
Wilde's lawsuit. For sure, it's a pattern. It just shows
39:27
a pattern of how these gals were treated and how
39:30
Courtney was treated. Right, There's no reason that the lawyers
39:34
should have to wait ten years to know about a
39:36
gap in emails. Why isn't the government being transparent? And
39:40
I don't even want to hear about no glitch or
39:42
no coincidence. Every time I hear the word glitch or
39:45
coincidence in this case, it makes my skin crawl. At
39:48
this point, I mean, you know, how much are you
39:55
how much shit are you going to shovel us and
39:57
expect us just to accept it and suck it down,
40:00
because enough is enough at this point. Acosta served for
40:07
two years as Secretary of Labor and President Donald Trump's administration,
40:11
but he resigned last year amid criticism of his handling
40:14
of the Epstein agreement. And again, look, Acosta deserved to resign.
40:20
He didn't even deserve a place at the table when
40:22
it comes to being involved in a president's cabinet. But
40:27
we know that Trump has not shown the greatest judgment
40:31
when it comes to having Epstein's buddies around him. Dershowitz, Minutchin,
40:35
I mean, you know, so part for the course there.
40:38
But in a perfect world, Acosta would have never had
40:42
a seat at the table. With that said, anyone who's
40:46
just looking to pin this on Acosta, and anybody who
40:50
thinks it's just Acosta who is making these decisions is
40:55
doing a disservice to the overall investigation and is not
41:00
not digging deep enough. And addendum to the report revealed
41:06
a data gap in Acosta's email inbox from May two
41:10
thousand and seven through April two thousand and eight, the
41:14
exact time period mister Acosta was most deeply involved in
41:18
negotiating and approving the Epstein NPA non prosecution agreement. Wild's
41:24
lawyers wrote in emotion filed this week, one hundred percent
41:29
it is beyond a coincidence at this point. It is
41:33
beyond strange. Okay, if you're looking at a building and
41:37
you see, you know, smoke coming out of a window,
41:40
chances are there's going to be fire. And that's what
41:45
we have here. There's a lot of things that don't
41:48
add up, and there's a lot of things that they
41:50
would want us to believe as coincidence that I have
41:54
a very very hard time buying. Government lawyers who opposed
42:02
inclusion of the report in the lawsuit have raised a
42:04
whole flurry of other objections against getting to the merits
42:08
of the issues in the case, Kassel said, And of
42:11
course the government lawyers are going to be smarmy. They're
42:14
going harder against the survivors than they did against Epstein.
42:18
It's a travesty to watch, right. It really is disgusting
42:21
and disheartening and almost discouraging to watch shit like this occur.
42:25
And then what can you do about it? All we
42:28
can do about it is vote out all scumbags, all
42:32
incumbents really, because when I say scumbag, that's what I mean,
42:35
and send real people to DC. There has to be
42:39
some sort of term limits. There has to be a
42:41
limit on money coming in or actually zero money coming
42:44
in from out of states for campaigns. There's a whole
42:47
bunch of shit that we can do, but yet we
42:49
don't ever push the issue. We just keep sending the
42:53
same retreads back and back and back and back, and
42:56
then when shit goes south, we wonder, whoa, whoa, what
42:58
the hell? What happened? Well, we set the same morons
43:01
back to DC. What do you think is gonna happen?
43:04
And that's what we see here. We need to send
43:06
better quality people with morals to Washington, DC. So we
43:10
can get some quality lawmakers to write some quality laws.
43:13
Wouldn't that be nice for a change, folks. But if
43:19
the Eleventh Circuit sides with Wild on the alleged violations
43:22
of the victim rights law, the missing emails and other
43:26
information in the report are immediately ripe for consideration by
43:30
the court. So all right, that's promising as well. If
43:36
they side with Courtney and they feel like the government
43:39
screwed up, which they should, then these reports and the
43:44
missing emails and all the other garbage automatically becomes ripe,
43:49
meaning the court will be interested in it very much so,
43:54
and we'll probably get to see it be included from
44:00
that point on. But again, that means the Eleventh Circuit
44:03
has to side with Courtney first, right, So one battle
44:06
out of time, one step out of time. One thing
44:09
I've learned in this case is every single time you
44:11
think that you're ahead in the count, they come back
44:15
with some sort of curveball and it becomes a full
44:17
count once again. After more than a decade of litigation,
44:22
US District Judge Kenneth Mara ruled in February twenty nineteen
44:27
that federal prosecutors broke the law when they struck the
44:30
plea deal with a multi millionaire, but after Epstein died
44:34
last year, the federal judge refused to undo the plea
44:37
agreement or grant other remedies sought by wild who filed
44:41
the lawsuits as Jane Doe and another victim. So it's
44:46
pretty interesting, huh. After this stuff gets in February, it's
44:52
you know, ruled that the government broke the law when
44:59
they struck this deal with Epstein, meaning that the NPA
45:02
was in serious jeopardy, and then Epstein just happens to
45:05
get arrested and then kills himself. Huh. Pretty interesting how
45:08
that happens. Just another coincidence, I would guess, though, right stops,
45:12
don't think it's don't think he got murdered. He could
45:15
never have gotten murdered, obviously a suicide man, Bill Barr
45:19
told us. And so no name medical examiner from New
45:22
York too. Okay, Yeah, I'm buying that the Act promised
45:28
miss Wilde and other survivors the chance to confer with
45:31
the prosecutor before any deal was done. That's what Judge
45:35
Marrow ruled. So if we prevail, what we think should
45:38
happen is the deal should be invalidated, including the immunity provision,
45:43
which gives immunity not just to the now deceased Jeffrey Epstein,
45:47
but his co conspirators. Cassell, a former federal judge, said Wednesday.
45:52
And it's important right because it opens up a slew
45:55
of well documented crimes. Then right now prosecutors are putting
46:00
together other crimes that might not have been made public
46:03
or on the books, whatever may have you. But if
46:06
this NPA goes by the wayside, there's decades of information
46:09
already compiled that can be automatically weaponized. So it's very
46:14
crucial that this Eleventh Circuit Court decision comes down on
46:19
the side of justice. And if it doesn't, I would
46:22
hope and I would urge the survivors' lawyers to push
46:25
this shit all the way to the Supreme Court. It's
46:27
that important. After the earlier plea agreement on state charges,
46:33
Epstein was arrested in July twenty nineteen and charged with
46:37
federal sex trafficking offenses involving minor girls from Florida and
46:41
other places. He was found dead in a jail cell
46:45
a month later in what was deemed the suicide. In
46:48
addition to Epstein, the agreement provided immunity to four women
46:53
Sarah Kellen, Adrianna Ross, Leslie Groff, Nadia Marsonkova, and other
46:58
unidentified people. So the Core four plus more is what
47:04
I'm calling all of them. Now. Originally I dubbed the four.
47:08
I just named the Core four, but everyone else added in.
47:11
Now that's the Core four and more because you know
47:16
where I'm coming from. All of these people need to
47:19
get a big fat helping of Rico. That needs to
47:25
happen asap, and this prosecution agreement is certainly an impediment
47:30
in that occurring. It has to go by the wayside.
47:35
Wilde is hoping the court will revoke the agreement so
47:38
she can work with federal prosecutors to go after the
47:41
conspirators who help Jeffrey Epstein abuse her in Florida, said Cassell,
47:45
a former federal prosecutor. So we're hoping to get a
47:48
recision of the immunity provision in the non prosecution agreement. Bam,
47:54
that would be epic And I think that it would
47:59
be nice if the eventh Circuit Court would accept all
48:02
of the evidence that has been compiled. Don't you think
48:05
that would be uh prudent? Even if it means they
48:09
have to push the hearing back of a week or
48:12
two or three weeks to get their ducks in a row.
48:15
I don't understand why the court would rejected. Still, I
48:18
get it the scope, and I understand the legal easee
48:21
of it. That's not what I'm saying. The citizen in me,
48:25
the taxpayer in me, the pissed off, agitated taxpayer in me,
48:32
does not understand. However, so we'll see how this plays out.
48:36
December third is a big day. Circle it on your calendar.
48:40
I'll be calling in obviously to listen to the proceedings
48:44
if that's possible. Like it has been in PRESCA and
48:47
Judge Nathan's court rooms, I'm guessing it's the same procedure here,
48:52
so I will definitely be calling in and listening to
48:56
what goes on when they make the they hear the
49:00
or arguments on December third. So there you have it, folks.
49:04

49:09
and if the Eleventh Circuit of Appeals was going to
49:16
bring that onto their plate as well. And the answer
49:20
that we have received to this point sounds like a no.
