Welcome to Natee daily wager. I ain't picking winners but I am
• 0:10
making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for
• 0:20
January 22nd, 2025. And well, once again, things
• 0:26
didn't go my way. It's pretty amazing I have to
• 0:30
say. It seems I'm just the kiss of
• 0:32
death when it comes to any team, whether they're underdogs or
• 0:37
favors, that just doesn't go their way.
• 0:39
So today I'm going to when I get to my my wager, I'm going to try
• 0:44
to see if I can reverse that hope maybe I can help somebody.
• 0:48
But 1st I'm going to say I had my wager picked out today.
• 0:52
I was going to the NBA, but something that I never really
• 0:56
thought I would have to worry about is a a game in New Orleans
• 1:02
that was going to be played indoors getting snowed out.
• 1:05
But apparently that's what happened with the Pelicans and
• 1:08
Bucks game. So although I like that matchup,
• 1:12
seems that's been postponed for snow.
• 1:15
So, yeah, so can't, can't bet on that because an NBA game in New
• 1:22
Orleans has been snowed out. So.
• 1:25
All right, So what I'm going to do then is I'm going to go into
• 1:28
the college ranks for some basketball.
• 1:30
My buddy Harper, he's a big Kansas fan and they're playing
• 1:35
TCU. They are favorites, 6 1/2 point
• 1:38
favorites. So what I'm going to do, try to
• 1:41
use my my terribleness in my losing in favor of Harper.
• 1:47
And I'm going to take TCU at the points.
• 1:50
Now I'm hoping I'll win, but I figure worst case scenario
• 1:53
hopefully is that then at least Harper will get some benefit of
• 1:57
my crappiness and and that that'll work out for him.
• 2:01
So I'm going to take TCU plus 6 1/2 against Kansas Jayhawks in
• 2:07
  tonight's men's college basketball action.
• 2:10
See anything better than that? Pound it.
• 2:12
That's my pick and I'm sticking to it.
