- 0:01SPEAKER_00: December 5th, 12, 5, 2025.
- 0:04SPEAKER_00: Today's uh day number five of water fast.
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: Woke up this morning, a little bit of a headache.
- 0:08SPEAKER_00: It's been light, but that is something that I expect as I get longer into the fasting process.
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: Drop 20 pounds.
- 0:15SPEAKER_00: You know, it's not 20 pounds of fat, maybe four to five pounds of fat in this last five days, of course, and that's gonna probably become the standard.
- 0:24SPEAKER_00: Be curious what tomorrow is going to bring as far as a weight drop, but did went from 307 to 304 at the beginning, started at 324.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: So this was the beginning.
- 0:34SPEAKER_00: This was yesterday here, and then these are the two days in between.
- 0:39SPEAKER_00: There's that day, and then this day.
- 0:42SPEAKER_00: So as you can see, you know, still working through the process, but you know, we'll see where tomorrow gets me.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: It's kind of a cleanup fast.
- 0:49SPEAKER_00: When you fast, it breaks all addiction, right?
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: If you have, if you're addicted to sugar and pizza and donuts, who doesn't love those things?
- 0:56SPEAKER_00: Cake, cookies, the whole nine yards, chips, you know, processed food, it's it's difficult to climb out of it, but the more you practice fasting, I think the more you bring your body back to what was intended, its intended purpose.
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: We weren't in we weren't created with the intention of eating all day long.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: And a lot of people are out there grazing all day long.
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: In fact, a lot of people don't stop putting the fork down until they sleep.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: And then sometimes when people sleep, they get up hungry and famished in the middle of the night and they eat too.
- 1:27SPEAKER_00: And if you're one of those, you really got to start working on it if you don't like the where you happen to be.
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: Now, what is fat?
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: Fat is stored food.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: Fat is overeating, overconsumption, and storage in the body, especially when you have it visibly being able to be seen by the outside world, double chin, belly, love handles.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: You know, I have all that stuff.
- 1:47SPEAKER_00: This just helps cover it.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: But anyway, that's that all that fat is what's stored on your body.
- 1:51SPEAKER_00: How do you get rid of it?
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: Well, you have to access it.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: You can do that through caloric restriction, but you need to do your own research on that.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: I'm not a big fan, doesn't seem to have worked for many people in the entire world restricting calories.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: And it seems like the metabolism also does a very good job at adjusting, ramping down when you start to restrict calories.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: But what if, what if you were to actually not eat for a period of time, giving your body access to that stored body fat because it needs energy.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: And I look at fasting, fasting as just eating stored body fat.
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: So you have food on your body.
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: Fat is the food, and you give that to your body when you go without food for a particular amount of time.
- 2:31SPEAKER_00: The reason why I say particular amount of time, body has to burn through the stored stuff.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: There's sugar in there, and it's gonna be in your liver, it's gonna be in the muscles.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: Once it gets through that, what do you think?
- 2:41SPEAKER_00: Day, day and a half, uh, more than likely, you've depleted that.
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: Now your body says, Where am I gonna go?
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: It'll actually be able to convert the fat in your body to ketones for fuel, and it works.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: Brain works good on ketones, exciting stuff, and then you just continue that fasting process as long as it's healthy.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: When you start this, though, you might want to check with your doctor if you're eating, if you're eating, uh uh taking medicines and they require food to be consumed with the medicine, yeah, might be an issue if you're not eating for a while.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: If you're taking medicine, the the fasting for longer periods of time have uh reduced blood pressure.
- 3:18SPEAKER_00: So if you're taking blood pressure beds, maybe that's gonna be a problem.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: If you're taking insulin to control blood sugar, well, if you're not eating for a few days, how's what's gonna happen to your blood sugar when you're taking insulin?
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: It's probably gonna make it even lower.
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: I mean, dangerously low.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: Your body has a good job of staying in its nice steady state, that homeostasis.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's where you'll end up being.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: But if you're taking any kind of meds, you got to go talk to them because this really is a life changer.
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: This is the fifth day.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: And again, as I mentioned in an earlier video, don't know how long I'm going to go, but as it is now, have a light headache.
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna take any pills for that because whenever you take pills fasting, and again, if you're with a doctor and all this stuff, but maybe you might think, well, maybe I'll take an aspirin or an ibuprofen or something.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: You got to be careful.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: That that stuff that you're taking right now is gonna hit really hard.
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: And if let's say I were to go and I don't drink alcohol anymore, that was another addiction I was able to beat.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: But let's say I was I I was so addicted to it I needed to go drink alcohol.
- 4:20SPEAKER_00: I haven't eaten for five days.
- 4:21SPEAKER_00: Now I'm putting that alcohol into my body.
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, it would do some irreparable damage for the most part.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: Same thing if I break this and I go out and I want to break it with a pizza or a box of donuts or a cake or whatever it may be, a big gulp of soda.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: Again, it's gonna cause a lot of a lot of issues with your body.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: You need to treat it kindly when you're coming off of a fast as well.
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: Don't go out there and blow it out of the park thinking this is this I'm gonna make up for these five days in this next meal.
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: Don't do it to yourself.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be horrible and in some cases could end up killing you.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: So be wary with it.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, people back in the past, of course, we weren't meant to eat all the time as we're completely overfed now.
- 5:04SPEAKER_00: But also people in the fast, in the in the past, weren't uh didn't have access to all of this processed food that we have.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: Things that have ingredients lists longer than my arm, and things that people consume.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: And of course, oh my God, who doesn't love it, right?
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: They're great, they make you happy, you know, they they solve some kind of an emotional component, especially if you have that addictive part of you and you throw in that emotional, the emotional issues as well when you're eating these foods.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: You know, maybe you shouldn't, but oh my god, it just makes you feel so good, and then you just keep going.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: Watch out for yourselves.
- 5:39SPEAKER_00: The the fasting thing, it's wonderful.
- 5:41SPEAKER_00: You can go to fastingbot.com, click on the blog with this video.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: There'll be a write-up as well per the transcript, some of the things that will explore maybe even deeper emotional issues.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: But eating, overeating, is you attempting to solve something, especially if you've been doing it for years, years and years.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: You know, maybe it's a childhood thing.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: If you've been fat all your life, maybe you had some trauma back then, maybe trauma you don't remember.
- 6:07SPEAKER_00: And it's not really about going and reliving it and being sad about it and saying, oh my God, it might be accepting that it happened and moving on.
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: That might be that best next step.
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's just saying, you know what, this is in my past, it doesn't make me who I am today, and it's time to fix it.
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: And you're not fixing it so you can get on the cover of Vogue.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: Maybe you are.
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: I am, but other of the other of you people out there, maybe you're fixing it because it's less healthy.
- 6:33SPEAKER_00: Ending the end of your life with obese-related health issues is probably the crappiest way to go out.
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: I'm not going to say that cirrhosis of the liver is any better, but most of the people that have cirrhosis of the litter are thin, super thin, and they can go to the regular store and buy clothes.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: You know, us fat people, we have to go to a special store, and not all the places have special clothing to fit us.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: Not that, again, alcoholism is work is better, but you know, you're gonna have to choose your poison.
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: Going for a few days without eating, it's gonna be okay.
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: Get your doctor's blessing.
- 7:09SPEAKER_00: But it's if it works.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: Again, maybe miss a meal, maybe eat just one meal a day, but don't make that meal where it's gonna make up for all the previous days.
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: Just take your time.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: And if you if you do happen to go on a long fast, if you deem that's the best for you, and you have you know the medical establishment backing you up and you start to do this thing, then you're gonna miss a few meals, two or three days goes by, you get through that fog, your brain gets razor sharp, you start to really focus, you just you just get committed, you just want to move forward.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: When that starts to happen, then you might be able to go even longer if you would like.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: But it's not really about the weight loss.
- 7:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah, 20 pounds, that's a bunch.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: I've lost us a baby, a couple babies, maybe three babies, depending on uh when their maturity level when they were born.
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: I I've just lost triplets.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: But that being the case, that's not the goal.
- 7:57SPEAKER_00: The goal is to get reconditioned.
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: I'm not addicted to food.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: It's okay to be hungry.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: Understand that.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: That's a big one.
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: It's okay to be hungry.
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: It's okay not to be eating when you're hungry.
- 8:09SPEAKER_00: It's okay to tell yourself, no, I'm not gonna eat.
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: You know, you've you've had those days, you've just been working from the beginning to the end and you didn't even think once about food because you were going through the process of working and doing things, and then all of a sudden you're like, huh, we're through the whole day.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: Then you go blow it out of the water, you eat everything for at least three days' worth.
- 8:27SPEAKER_00: Maybe you should say, well, hell, I went all day.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: Why don't I just make it to bed and then get to tomorrow and then maybe, maybe uh have something to break the fast.
- 8:36SPEAKER_00: Well, that meal is known as breakfast, by the way.
- 8:38SPEAKER_00: Break fast, breakfast.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: That was the original meal to break the fast.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: It was clever marketers that put into all of our brains years and years ago that that was its best to break it right when you walk roll out of bed.
- 8:51SPEAKER_00: Again, probably not true.
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: Do your research on ConnorFastingbot.com.
- 8:56SPEAKER_00: Nothing to buy there, nothing to pay for.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: Just check it out.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: And then you'll see the blog there.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: Nothing to buy there, nothing to pay for.
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: If you see this video on YouTube and you like it, you don't have to do anything.
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: I'm not trying to monetize anything.
- 9:07SPEAKER_00: I'm just really trying to help.
- 9:09SPEAKER_00: So if this helps you, please do.
- 9:11SPEAKER_00: If you look at the different drugs out there for weight loss, what do they do?
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: Well, they solve the appetite equation.
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: They make it so you're not hungry.
- 9:19SPEAKER_00: If you can do it on your own, that's a pretty brave place to be.
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's better for you, maybe not.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: Maybe people need the medicine.
- 9:25SPEAKER_00: I mean, medicine works.
- 9:26SPEAKER_00: Does it cause other issues?
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: Good question to ask.
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: What does it cause?
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: What kind of long term ramifications from it?
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: And is your fat state worse than the long term ramifications of the pills?
- 9:39SPEAKER_00: Maybe.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: Something to explore.
- 9:41SPEAKER_00: Critical thoughts are important, especially with all the AI garbage.
- 9:44SPEAKER_00: We're getting fooled every day, all day long on social media.
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: Watch out.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: I'm Connor, the real me, Mike.
