- 0:00Speaker 1: It's showtime, folks.
- 0:02Speaker 2: From Houston and across the great state of Texas, this
- 0:06Speaker 2: is KSEV Mornings with Craig Collins.
- 0:13Speaker 3: Anything at all no it's crazy welcome to the thunderdome.
- 0:16Speaker 2: People news opinions politics and the stories that matter to texans.
- 0:22Speaker 4: I shaved for this.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Here are your hosts craig collins and wayne dolcefino.
- 0:27Speaker 5: Remember everyone just don't be yourselves.
- 0:29Speaker 2: On ksev am 700 the voice of texas yes that's.
- 0:35Speaker 6: Awesome This is KSEV Mornings. My name... Oh, I forgot
- 0:43Speaker 6: about Dana Lash. My name is Craig Collins. Thank you,
- 0:46Speaker 6: Dana Lash. He is Wayne Dolcefino. Wayne, how you doing, buddy?
- 0:50Speaker 4: I'm good, brother. How are you?
- 0:51Speaker 6: Good, real good.
- 0:52Speaker 7: You sent me a story about drones in Mexico that
- 0:55Speaker 7: was kind of cool. Drone activity at the U.S.-Mexican border
- 0:58Speaker 7: has dropped 75% because of the United States' use of
- 1:02Speaker 7: laser weapons.
- 1:04Speaker 6: This is crazy.
- 1:06Speaker 4: Yeah, when I saw that, I said... Cool.
- 1:09Speaker 8: You know, we don't talk about the stuff like, you know, China,
- 1:12Speaker 8: they have a hypersonic missile. They, like, brag about it
- 1:15Speaker 8: all the time, whatever. We don't normally talk about our stuff.
- 1:18Speaker 8: But I think the fact that we're using a laser
- 1:21Speaker 8: weapon at the border to shoot down, I assume, their
- 1:26Speaker 8: drug cartel drones.
- 1:28Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:28Speaker 9: Right?
- 1:29Speaker 8: I mean, I'm sure they're not shooting down Sally's drone
- 1:31Speaker 8: because she wants to get a pretty shot of the river.
- 1:34Speaker 4: Right?
- 1:34Speaker 8: Well. These are drones. We're becoming a Star Wars world
- 1:40Speaker 8: pretty quickly.
- 1:42Speaker 3: We are.
- 1:42Speaker 7: Although I would say if Sally's drone is coming over
- 1:44Speaker 7: the border from Mexico, we should shoot it down too.
- 1:47Speaker 4: No, no. Look, I'm fine with shooting them all down.
- 1:49Speaker 6: Yeah, let's shoot them all down.
- 1:51Speaker 4: You know me.
- 1:52Speaker 8: I am all for a good war. By the way,
- 1:55Speaker 8: can I mention something locally?
- 1:57Speaker 6: Sure.
- 1:58Speaker 4: My company.
- 2:00Speaker 8: did an investigation in the Montgomery County Courthouse. We do
- 2:03Speaker 8: a lot of investigations in courthouses. And there's a lawyer
- 2:10Speaker 8: who's married to one of the two judges that hears
- 2:13Speaker 8: the big civil cases. And so the lawyer can't practice
- 2:16Speaker 8: in her court. And so he has almost all his
- 2:20Speaker 8: cases in another court with Judge Santini. There's going to
- 2:24Speaker 8: be a hearing Wednesday morning in Austin because the lawyer...
- 2:30Speaker 8: Randall Bayes, the judge's husband, didn't like my story. And
- 2:35Speaker 8: he has filed motions to sanction the lawyer, Michelle Acosta,
- 2:41Speaker 8: who spoke out to us about how biased that court is. Look,
- 2:46Speaker 8: everyone who lives in Montgomery County gets it. They know
- 2:49Speaker 8: what's going on at that courthouse, right? And the video,
- 2:54Speaker 8: it's just like three days, got 125,000 views just on Facebook.
- 2:58Speaker 4: Wow. Which is pretty amazing.
- 3:01Speaker 8: And then I got word last night this lawyer has
- 3:04Speaker 8: filed a lot of motions. Now he wants to sequester
- 3:08Speaker 8: the jury because of my vast influence and brainwashing capabilities.
- 3:15Speaker 4: I have made it impossible, apparently, to now get a
- 3:18Speaker 4: fair trial. One video. I did one video.
- 3:22Speaker 7: I have another just sort of general question for you
- 3:25Speaker 7: connected to this topic, but I started to think about
- 3:27Speaker 7: it because you mentioned how someone who wound up being
- 3:30Speaker 7: a valuable whistleblower for you gets sanctioned and basically professionally attacked.
- 3:35Speaker 4: Sure.
- 3:36Speaker 7: How often do you think that happens, that the whistleblowers
- 3:40Speaker 7: do pay a price and it tries to prevent other whistleblowers?
- 3:44Speaker 4: I think it happens a lot.
- 3:46Speaker 8: And part of the problem is even with a company
- 3:50Speaker 8: like ours, we get hired to investigate corruption somewhere, and
- 3:55Speaker 8: those people live it, right? I jump in, I throw grenades, right?
- 4:01Speaker 8: I do what I do and expose what I expose.
- 4:05Speaker 4: And then we leave. And they're forced to pick up
- 4:10Speaker 4: the pieces.
- 4:11Speaker 8: And if you don't think people remember people who screwed
- 4:16Speaker 8: them over, They do, right?
- 4:18Speaker 4: I'm in that world.
- 4:19Speaker 8: And so, sure, you may have helped me get rid
- 4:23Speaker 8: of Commissioner Bozo, but the other commissioners are going.
- 4:28Speaker 4: To remember you did it.
- 4:30Speaker 8: And so that's one of the reasons why when I
- 4:33Speaker 8: was doing it in TV world, you would see me
- 4:38Speaker 8: come back to things a lot. It was sort of like,
- 4:40Speaker 8: I'm letting you know, don't screw with the people who
- 4:44Speaker 8: helped me, okay?
- 4:45Speaker 4: Because I will come back.
- 4:47Speaker 8: And I still sort of practice that, right? We fight
- 4:52Speaker 8: a lot of bullies, and you have to be a
- 4:54Speaker 8: bully to fight a bully.
- 4:57Speaker 4: You just do. And a lot of people can't fight it,
- 5:00Speaker 4: which is why.
- 5:01Speaker 8: Like, everyone in Montgomery County knows about that courthouse, all
- 5:05Speaker 8: the conflicts, right? All the friendships, all the whatever. And
- 5:10Speaker 8: the lawyers are afraid to say anything. You know how
- 5:12Speaker 8: many lawyers I talked to who I asked for an
- 5:15Speaker 8: interview who say, if I talk to you on camera,
- 5:20Speaker 8: I will be destroyed here.
- 5:24Speaker 4: I will not win another case. Right.
- 5:27Speaker 8: So you either have to find a lawyer like Michelle Acosta, who,
- 5:31Speaker 8: who basically says, and I don't want to be crass,
- 5:35Speaker 8: but you know, I'm a crass guy, you know, you're
- 5:37Speaker 8: getting screwed anyway.
- 5:38Speaker 10: Right.
- 5:39Speaker 4: Once you're, once you're, once the judge hates you. Yeah.
- 5:42Speaker 4: for whatever reason, good, bad, or indifferent, he hates you.
- 5:46Speaker 8: He's not going to like, well, maybe if I wear
- 5:48Speaker 8: a red dress, he'll think I'm nicer. In a lot
- 5:53Speaker 8: of these courts, in a lot of these courts, the
- 5:58Speaker 8: fix is in.
- 6:00Speaker 4: It just is.
- 6:01Speaker 8: You know in a town to hire a certain lawyer.
- 6:05Speaker 8: If you're in a certain court, you hire a certain lawyer.
- 6:09Speaker 8: It's the same way with I tell people who get
- 6:12Speaker 8: traffic tickets in a small town, I pull the campaign
- 6:15Speaker 8: report on the judge and go hire his campaign manager.
- 6:19Speaker 4: Go hire the guy who.
- 6:21Speaker 8: Gives him the most money. And I don't like that system.
- 6:24Speaker 8: I don't think we should elect judges, quite honestly. I
- 6:27Speaker 8: think we should be able to retain them. But I
- 6:29Speaker 8: think this money system for electing judges, and we're electing
- 6:34Speaker 8: judges because of what color they are, because of, you know,
- 6:38Speaker 8: some political party rather than just being good judges. But
- 6:42Speaker 8: I go into these towns and, and everyone's afraid to
- 6:46Speaker 8: say anything because the retaliation is real.
- 6:50Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 6:51Speaker 8: If there are two judges in the courthouse, right. And
- 6:55Speaker 8: you piss off one, it ain't going to go.
- 6:58Speaker 4: Well for you.
- 6:59Speaker 7: Well, and what's interesting that you said is they'll hate
- 7:01Speaker 7: you forever because you've upended their system. Once you've demonstrated
- 7:05Speaker 7: that you're willing to upend their system once you they're
- 7:08Speaker 7: never going to bring you back in any sort of
- 7:09Speaker 7: trust tree.
- 7:10Speaker 6: They're going to treat you like crap forever.
- 7:12Speaker 7: And it's crazy in the smaller communities, not that Montgomery's
- 7:15Speaker 7: that small, that it's just these few people that wield
- 7:18Speaker 7: so much of an outstretch of power in a lot
- 7:21Speaker 7: of different places, but in the courthouse specifically, it's just terrifying, man.
- 7:24Speaker 7: What do we do to fix that? I feel like
- 7:27Speaker 7: this is almost a hopeless conversation.
- 7:30Speaker 4: Well, it is because, look, to me, it's disclosure.
- 7:35Speaker 8: I've been in the in this business i've now worked
- 7:38Speaker 8: 14 years outside of like legacy media and i have
- 7:43Speaker 8: people that i have business relationships with i have friend
- 7:46Speaker 8: relationships you know back in the day of women i
- 7:51Speaker 8: like dated whatever i mean when someone comes to hire
- 7:55Speaker 8: me i always tell them every conflict that could possibly
- 7:59Speaker 8: be yeah a conflict and then if they don't want
- 8:02Speaker 8: to hire me Because they don't think I'm able, and
- 8:05Speaker 8: sometimes I'll tell them, look, I've known this guy 40 years, right?
- 8:09Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 8:10Speaker 8: And he may be a weasel, but he's like my
- 8:12Speaker 8: buddy weasel. I couldn't in good faith. Look, would I
- 8:16Speaker 8: investigate my friend?
- 8:17Speaker 4: Absolutely.
- 8:19Speaker 6: Okay, good to know.
- 8:20Speaker 4: I don't care.
- 8:20Speaker 11: Good to know.
- 8:21Speaker 12: But.
- 8:21Speaker 6: What about your co-host on the radio?
- 8:23Speaker 4: Yes, I would take him down.
- 8:25Speaker 11: Okay.
- 8:25Speaker 4: I would burn him in flames.
- 8:28Speaker 8: But. But the reality is, I couldn't, because I like you,
- 8:33Speaker 8: it would affect the way I did it. If I
- 8:36Speaker 8: don't know someone in a town, right, and I have
- 8:40Speaker 8: no relationship with them, I'm just going to call it
- 8:44Speaker 8: the way it is.
- 8:45Speaker 7: We've got to take another break. We'll be back in
- 8:47Speaker 7: a bit. This is KSCV Mornings. Wayne Dolcefino, Craig Collins,

- 9:31Speaker 3: don't try to fix it. Those springs are under incredible tension.
- 9:34Speaker 3: They're designed to lift the garage door that can weigh two, three,
- 9:37Speaker 3: or even 400 pounds. When they fail, they can be
- 9:40Speaker 3: dangerous without the right tools and the right training. Hi,
- 9:43Speaker 3: I'm Tommy Mello, CEO of Garage Door Doctor. The good news,
- 9:47Speaker 3: most spring replacements are very straightforward when performed by an
- 9:50Speaker 3: expert technician. We use high quality springs designed to last
- 9:54Speaker 3: a lifetime. And we stand behind our work so you

- 9:59Speaker 3: it comes to springs leave it to the professionals locally

- 10:06Speaker 3: a hundred dollars on a new spring replacement today from

- 10:14Speaker 6: Doctor Hi, this is Michael Miller.
- 10:19Speaker 2: Join me this weekend for the Backyard Bay radio program.
- 10:22Speaker 3: Now at our new time, Saturday mornings at 9 a.m.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Right here on AM 700 KSEV The Voice.
- 10:46Speaker 7: This is KSEV Radio. This is KSEV Mornings, I should say,
- 10:50Speaker 7: the voice of Texas. I am Craig Collins. He is
- 10:53Speaker 7: Wayne Dolcefino. And we were talking about a bunch of stuff.
- 10:56Speaker 7: I have a bunch of Tallarico audio that I'd like
- 10:59Speaker 7: to play for you at some point if you want
- 11:01Speaker 7: to hear it. Tallarico did another big interview. I think
- 11:04Speaker 7: it was a CBS interview. You're shaking your head, Wayne.
- 11:08Speaker 6: What do you think?
- 11:09Speaker 8: Look, I've said it. No personal thing here. I just
- 11:16Speaker 8: think he's weird.
- 11:18Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 11:19Speaker 8: It's not like so much a specific thing, except for
- 11:23Speaker 8: the neighbors with uterus thing. I think once I got
- 11:26Speaker 8: to tell you, people get, people get impacted by various issues, right?
- 11:30Speaker 8: Like everyone's big on these, a one, these, a one, these, uh, these, uh,
- 11:34Speaker 8: AI plants and all that kind of stuff right now. I,
- 11:37Speaker 8: I got triggered by neighbors with uteruses.
- 11:40Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 11:41Speaker 8: I said, that is not a guy that I could ever.
- 11:45Speaker 4: Like, hang out with.
- 11:47Speaker 6: Right.
- 11:48Speaker 11: Right.
- 11:49Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 11:49Speaker 8: With Paxton, look, he's rough around the edges, but you
- 11:54Speaker 8: got to say this about Paxton. He did what he
- 11:58Speaker 8: said he would do as a politician. And quite honestly,
- 12:03Speaker 8: that's really all you can expect. Like I, I respect
- 12:07Speaker 8: Bernie Sanders in that I actually believe he believes his BS.
- 12:12Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 12:13Speaker 4: Right.
- 12:13Speaker 6: Oh yeah.
- 12:14Speaker 4: I totally disagree with him. I think he's nuts.
- 12:17Speaker 8: I think he's like the old commie professor. But at
- 12:21Speaker 8: least I believe he authentically believes that. Yes.
- 12:25Speaker 7: We have a couple calls. We're going to try to
- 12:26Speaker 7: take these calls right now. First, we have George calling
- 12:29Speaker 7: in in Tamba.
- 12:31Speaker 6: George, what did you want to say?
- 12:34Speaker 11: George, you there?
- 12:35Speaker 8: Thank you.
- 12:37Speaker 11: Yeah, I'm here. Hey, just a quick comment. Earlier when
- 12:41Speaker 11: you had made a comment about river to the sea, right?
- 12:45Speaker 11: Let's be honest. What that really means is pole to pole.
- 12:49Speaker 11: They're not going to stop once they get to the sea.
- 12:52Speaker 11: Their goal is world domination. And, you know, it's a
- 12:56Speaker 11: very deceptive thing that they're doing. And, you know, that's
- 13:01Speaker 11: just what it is. Every single culture they go into,
- 13:05Speaker 11: they try to dominate. There is no such thing as coexistence.
- 13:12Speaker 11: Co-existence only exists when they're not the dominant force. Upon
- 13:17Speaker 11: becoming the dominant force, that's it. We're in charge and
- 13:21Speaker 11: we're eliminating everybody else. Now, on another subject, but along
- 13:28Speaker 11: a similar line, is the bad guy only has to
- 13:32Speaker 11: get it right once. The good guy has got to
- 13:36Speaker 11: get 100% every single time. And that type of operational
- 13:42Speaker 11: tempo and creep will destroy the average person.
- 13:47Speaker 6: Are you saying that, George? I'm sorry to jump in.
- 13:50Speaker 6: I'm curious.
- 13:50Speaker 7: Are you saying that second one because of the story
- 13:53Speaker 7: that Wayne was talking about earlier where Netanyahu may have
- 13:55Speaker 7: ignored a credible threat?
- 13:57Speaker 4: Okay.
- 13:58Speaker 11: Yes. And the thing is, define the word credible.
- 14:02Speaker 6: Right.
- 14:03Speaker 11: North Korea is going to attack us with a nuclear weapon.
- 14:10Speaker 11: You know, possible?
- 14:11Speaker 4: Yes.
- 14:12Speaker 11: Likely?
- 14:13Speaker 4: No.
- 14:14Speaker 11: And the thing is, you know, for an operation to happen,
- 14:17Speaker 11: there's so many different things. And again, the bad guy, basically,
- 14:24Speaker 11: they wear you down. It's like that game when we
- 14:27Speaker 11: were kids, Red Light, Green Light, where you're constantly making
- 14:31Speaker 11: like you're going to move, but you don't. It drains you.
- 14:35Speaker 11: I mean, I did it for 20 years straight. And
- 14:39Speaker 11: I can't, I mean, it was draining.
- 14:41Speaker 6: George, are you military?
- 14:44Speaker 11: No, I'm retired military as well as retired from Customs
- 14:48Speaker 11: and Border Protection.
- 14:49Speaker 6: But you're military. Yeah, okay, gotcha. I can hear it, man.
- 14:52Speaker 6: Everything you're saying, I can hear it. Wayne, what do
- 14:55Speaker 6: you want to say to George?
- 14:56Speaker 4: So look, here's the thing.
- 14:59Speaker 8: I sadly, and I say this, I sadly agree wholeheartedly
- 15:04Speaker 8: with George that I do not believe that the people
- 15:10Speaker 8: who practice Sharia law If they want to go in
- 15:13Speaker 8: the desert and do Sharia law and women dress, whatever,
- 15:18Speaker 8: that's their business, right? But you're not coming here and
- 15:22Speaker 8: doing it here. And I believe there is such an
- 15:27Speaker 8: underbelly with the people that I believe share my values
- 15:32Speaker 8: that we just don't believe them. I mean, it's got
- 15:37Speaker 8: nothing to do. Look, there's a store I go to
- 15:41Speaker 8: in Austin. I'm not going to even name where it is,
- 15:43Speaker 8: but it's right by my house, and I go in
- 15:44Speaker 8: there all the time, and there's some Middle Eastern guys
- 15:46Speaker 8: that work there, right?
- 15:48Speaker 4: And the guy is like my buddy, right?
- 15:50Speaker 8: Every weekend when I go to Austin, we say hi,
- 15:54Speaker 8: we chat for a couple minutes. Great, great guy, right?
- 15:57Speaker 8: I don't consider for a minute where he's from, right?
- 16:00Speaker 8: He's just a guy being a guy, right? But there's
- 16:03Speaker 8: a guy that works there that I see him, and
- 16:07Speaker 8: I'm being totally honest. I see this guy and he
- 16:12Speaker 8: gives me the willies. He looks like a guy that
- 16:17Speaker 8: if told to do it, he would blow up my car.
- 16:21Speaker 4: That's just the vibe I get.
- 16:24Speaker 8: And that's not because I'm afraid of him or I'm afraid.
- 16:30Speaker 8: Islamophobia nonsense.
- 16:33Speaker 4: I do not want to get blown up.
- 16:37Speaker 11: I'm sorry.
- 16:38Speaker 6: You're weird for that.
- 16:39Speaker 8: Nor do I want, what is so bizarre to me
- 16:43Speaker 8: about all these liberals is that they're supporting, and Bill
- 16:48Speaker 8: Maher is absolutely right, when did liberals start supporting the
- 16:54Speaker 8: religion and the governments and the.
- 16:56Speaker 4: Ideology that support no gay people? Stone the gay, stone
- 17:04Speaker 4: the woman. And they're all going, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 17:07Speaker 8: Right.
- 17:08Speaker 7: They're not just supporting people. They're supporting the political representatives
- 17:12Speaker 7: who lied to everybody all the time.
- 17:14Speaker 6: It's crazy.
- 17:14Speaker 7: We got one more call. We're going to take Joe
- 17:16Speaker 7: real quick. Joe, what did you want to say about Tallarico?
- 17:21Speaker 10: Hey, yeah, so I know you guys know and I
- 17:24Speaker 10: know watching even the commercials how demonic this guy is.
- 17:28Speaker 10: But the bottom line is it really stands out. My
- 17:31Speaker 10: wife's worried about people who are decent, normal Christians actually
- 17:34Speaker 10: voting for this guy. And I'm like, you know, not
- 17:37Speaker 10: if they hear him talk very long, not at all,
- 17:39Speaker 10: because this guy mocks Jesus every chance he gets. He says,
- 17:43Speaker 10: you know, God.
- 17:45Speaker 11: Is a, what's it called?
- 17:46Speaker 14: Non-binary.
- 17:47Speaker 6: Non-binary.
- 17:49Speaker 10: Non-binary and kid you know yeah he's talking about it's
- 17:52Speaker 10: great for you know it's great to trans children and
- 17:54Speaker 10: all this stuff and i just saw a commercial last
- 17:56Speaker 10: night every time i see this snake his creepy little
- 18:00Speaker 10: face he's such a creep i saw a commercial last
- 18:03Speaker 10: night that referenced it referenced his bible school referenced his
- 18:07Speaker 10: granddad being a preacher or something again yeah and then
- 18:10Speaker 10: it said he's he's flipping tables tallarico's in there flipping
- 18:13Speaker 10: tables i mean he's just Like, he's just so righteous.
- 18:17Speaker 10: He's like the Antichrist. I mean, he's such a creep.
- 18:20Speaker 10: I don't see how it's possible that any Christians could
- 18:23Speaker 10: vote for Tallarico, Talafrico, Talawaco, whatever. I don't see how
- 18:28Speaker 10: any Christians could ever vote. I mean, if they're not
- 18:30Speaker 10: really a Christian, but maybe. But, you know, maybe if
- 18:33Speaker 10: they're some.
- 18:33Speaker 11: Of these Presbyterians.
- 18:34Speaker 6: Hang on a second, Joe. Go ahead, Wayne. What do
- 18:36Speaker 6: you want to say?
- 18:37Speaker 8: I was going to say, the commercial with Tallarico and
- 18:40Speaker 8: Ilan Omar, the one where they're basically saying the exact
- 18:44Speaker 8: same words. Have you seen that commercial?
- 18:46Speaker 4: Oh, yeah.
- 18:47Speaker 8: To me, that gets me, right? I'm saying, I get it.
- 18:52Speaker 8: These are not freaks. They're, like, totally anti-me. Whatever they want,
- 19:00Speaker 8: I know I am against it. I think Ilhan Omar
- 19:04Speaker 8: is an embarrassment to this country.
- 19:06Speaker 4: Because she doesn't like us.
- 19:09Speaker 7: I think she funneled a whole bunch of money to
- 19:11Speaker 7: the Somalis in Minnesota on purpose. I think she was
- 19:13Speaker 7: absolutely at the forefront of the fraud.
- 19:16Speaker 6: Joe hung up. I was going to let Joe back
- 19:17Speaker 6: on for anything else he wanted to say.
- 19:18Speaker 8: Yeah, no, but Joe's right. You were talking about the
- 19:23Speaker 8: last interview he did. I don't think we played the audio,
- 19:25Speaker 8: did you?
- 19:26Speaker 6: No, I haven't played any Tallarico audio yet, but we
- 19:28Speaker 6: do have a lot of it.
- 19:29Speaker 7: He talks about it's a shame that they didn't pass
- 19:31Speaker 7: an oil and gas ban here in Texas.
- 19:33Speaker 6: He talks about You know, certain.
- 19:36Speaker 7: Votes that he did that would have potentially opened the
- 19:40Speaker 7: door to a state income tax in Texas, which he
- 19:42Speaker 7: pretended didn't matter.
- 19:44Speaker 4: Great.
- 19:45Speaker 12: Yep.
- 19:45Speaker 6: What's that?
- 19:46Speaker 4: Great. He's my guy.
- 19:47Speaker 6: I love that guy. We have one more call.
- 19:50Speaker 7: I want to get to the last call before we
- 19:51Speaker 7: take a break, and then we can play that audio. Carlos,
- 19:54Speaker 7: what did you want to say? Carlos, you're on the air.
- 19:56Speaker 14: Hey, good morning.
- 19:57Speaker 15: How are you doing?
- 19:58Speaker 14: Hey, listen, imagine how many jobs would be lost if
- 20:01Speaker 14: we passed a ban on oil. I mean, Texas is
- 20:05Speaker 14: the fifth largest economy in the world because of our
- 20:08Speaker 14: oil and gas.
- 20:08Speaker 6: Yes, we are.
- 20:09Speaker 14: That's just ridiculous. But I was going to say something else.
- 20:12Speaker 14: I think it's—I'm going to give you an example. It's
- 20:16Speaker 14: not Chilarico's fault or the kids' fault. I think it's
- 20:19Speaker 14: our education system that is messed up. And I'm going
- 20:21Speaker 14: to give you an example why. Yep. My son goes
- 20:24Speaker 14: to HTU, Houston Community— Houston Christian University, right?
- 20:30Speaker 12: Mm-hmm.
- 20:31Speaker 14: It's his first year. He gets homework, and he was
- 20:34Speaker 14: showing me. Luckily, I raised him the right way, right?
- 20:37Speaker 14: So he shows me how crazy they are. So he
- 20:39Speaker 14: gets this homework that has to do with English.
- 20:42Speaker 8: I don't know.
- 20:43Speaker 14: English. I'm top of English homework, right? English language or whatever.
- 20:46Speaker 14: And it was about how wrong you are when you
- 20:49Speaker 14: say all lives matter instead of just saying black lives matter.
- 20:54Speaker 14: And if you say such a thing, all lives matter
- 20:56Speaker 14: instead of black lives matter, you are so wrong.
- 21:00Speaker 6: Hold on, Carlos.
- 21:01Speaker 7: I just want to reiterate what you said for our listeners.
- 21:04Speaker 7: It's an English assignment at a Christian college.
- 21:08Speaker 14: Exactly. At a Christian college.
- 21:10Speaker 6: At a Christian college.
- 21:11Speaker 7: And the assignment tells you that if you say all
- 21:14Speaker 7: lives matter, you are wrong from like a grammar standpoint
- 21:18Speaker 7: or an English standpoint.
- 21:19Speaker 14: No, you are wrong at the standpoint.
- 21:21Speaker 4: That's just crazy.
- 21:22Speaker 6: Forget the grammar.
- 21:23Speaker 10: It's insane.
- 21:24Speaker 14: And you're talking about a Christian university.
- 21:27Speaker 8: Right.
- 21:27Speaker 14: And my son shows me and goes like, look, that's
- 21:30Speaker 14: how they start. So it's in our school system. Our
- 21:33Speaker 14: colleges are so messed up. And that's because you allow
- 21:36Speaker 14: teachers from other parts of the world to come here
- 21:39Speaker 14: and bring their bologna. But it's insane.
- 21:42Speaker 6: Yeah. Well, thank you very much for the call, too, Carlos.
- 21:45Speaker 6: I agree with you. What do you want to say
- 21:46Speaker 6: to that one, Wayne?
- 21:47Speaker 8: Well, look, he's right about the education system, right? We
- 21:52Speaker 8: took our eye off the ball. And all these professors
- 21:55Speaker 8: at all these universities are a bunch of left-wing freaks, right?
- 21:58Speaker 8: And they think we're the horrible people. And, you know,
- 22:03Speaker 8: have we done horrible things?
- 22:05Speaker 4: Sure. Did we get involved in places we probably shouldn't have? Yes.
- 22:09Speaker 8: But we probably thought we were doing it because we
- 22:11Speaker 8: want people to act like normal, right? And live your lives,
- 22:15Speaker 8: make money.
- 22:16Speaker 4: Blah, blah, blah. And so, look, I'm very worried about
- 22:21Speaker 4: where we're going.
- 22:22Speaker 7: Me too.
- 22:22Speaker 4: Because I talk.
- 22:24Speaker 8: To people, and I even talk to people that are conservatives,
- 22:29Speaker 8: people that I'm friends with and family members, who think
- 22:32Speaker 8: really bad.
- 22:33Speaker 4: Things that I am fundamentally opposed to.
- 22:37Speaker 8: Yeah. I think one of the problems the Republicans have,
- 22:40Speaker 8: I call them Republicans, conservatives, whatever, is that there are.
- 22:44Speaker 4: People that are in the same party.
- 22:46Speaker 8: That are diametrically opposed to Israel.
- 22:51Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 22:51Speaker 7: Yeah, at all costs, any scenario, it doesn't matter. Both
- 22:55Speaker 7: parties absolutely have these crazies. We've got to take another break.
- 22:58Speaker 4: Our crazies are different.
- 23:00Speaker 8: I'm telling you, I see a difference between Democrat social
- 23:05Speaker 8: versus maybe social.
- 23:09Speaker 4: Socialists.
- 23:09Speaker 7: Our crazies are better. Our crazies are the better crazies.
- 23:12Speaker 7: They're the ones you want to drink with, get a
- 23:14Speaker 7: drink at the bar with. The other ones might put
- 23:16Speaker 7: you in a duffel bag.
- 23:17Speaker 6: Quick break. A lot more. This is the Mob Guys.
- 23:20Speaker 7: Wayne Del Trofino, Craig Collins on The Voice of Texas.
- 23:22Speaker 14: Where conservatives find their voice. The Voice of Texas.
- 23:38Speaker 6: Folks, got a series of questions for you here.
- 23:40Speaker 5: Are you taking a hard pass on getting health insurance
- 23:43Speaker 5: because the socialist Democrats made health care too damned expensive? Yeah.
- 23:49Speaker 5: Obamacare tends to do that, folks. Are you limited to
- 23:52Speaker 5: what doctors and hospitals you can go to since your
- 23:55Speaker 5: local Democrats, your local congressional Democrats, made it so that
- 24:01Speaker 5: you can't go to the hospitals and doctors you want
- 24:04Speaker 5: because they empowered government rather than empowering you? Are you
- 24:08Speaker 5: paying for a bunch of services in your health insurance
- 24:10Speaker 5: policy because the Democrats changed the rules to force you
- 24:14Speaker 5: to pay for other people's stuff?
- 24:17Speaker 12: You know, socialism.
- 24:18Speaker 5: Well, these are all impactful questions to your bottom line.
- 24:22Speaker 5: Democrats screwed you over. So now you need to find
- 24:25Speaker 5: a way to stop the screw over. And the way
- 24:27Speaker 5: you do that is you get in touch with my
- 24:29Speaker 5: pals over at American Medical Plans.
- 24:32Speaker 6: American Medical Plans.
- 24:33Speaker 5: They are the solution to the anti-American Democrats' Obamacare. You
- 24:38Speaker 5: can save 30% to 60%, and you get better coverage,
- 24:41Speaker 5: and you get to choose the doctors that you want
- 24:43Speaker 5: to go to. My buddy Scott Ferguson in American Medical Plans,
- 24:47Speaker 5: kind of like having your own HR department, but instead
- 24:49Speaker 5: of your HR department working for your business, he works
- 24:52Speaker 5: for you to try to find you savings.
- 24:55Speaker 6: Now, open enrollment underway.
- 24:56Speaker 5: If you're under the age of 65 and in decent health,
- 24:59Speaker 5: you probably should check it out.
- 25:00Speaker 6: Try to lock in 20-22.
- 25:03Speaker 5: Rates because, again, because of Democrats. Your rates are going
- 25:07Speaker 5: to be much higher in 2023.
- 25:08Speaker 6: You know, their inflation and all that.
- 25:11Speaker 5: Give American Medical Plans a call and tell them Chris
- 25:14Speaker 5: Salcedo sent you. 833-500-PLAN, 833-575-26. Or just go to AmericanMedicalPlans.com.
- 25:22Speaker 5: That's AmericanMedicalPlans.com. It's a quality plan managed and chosen by you,
- 25:28Speaker 5: not the government.
- 25:29Speaker 11: And now for the bonus round.
- 25:31Speaker 6: Who imposes property taxes?
- 25:34Speaker 2: State government. Nice try, but no.
- 25:38Speaker 6: Local governments?
- 25:39Speaker 2: Correct.
- 25:40Speaker 4: And we have a winner.
- 25:42Speaker 1: Here's Governor Greg Abbott on his plan to control property taxes.
- 25:46Speaker 16: The state of Texas does not impose a property tax.
- 25:49Speaker 16: Only local governments impose property taxes. One of the reasons
- 25:53Speaker 16: why your property taxes are going up is because local
- 25:56Speaker 16: governments are increasing their spending. So the first thing we
- 26:00Speaker 16: got to do is to stop the spending that leads.
- 26:03Speaker 6: To property tax increases.
- 26:05Speaker 16: You should have a say on whether or not your
- 26:07Speaker 16: property taxes go up. It should be a vote that
- 26:10Speaker 16: requires two-thirds vote before any property tax increase can ever
- 26:14Speaker 16: be imposed on our fellow Texans. You're going to be
- 26:17Speaker 16: able to live in your home for the rest of
- 26:19Speaker 16: your lives without being priced out of it.
- 26:21Speaker 4: Protecting homeowners, lowering property taxes. That's Governor Greg Abbott.
- 26:26Speaker 16: Political ad paid for by Texans.
- 26:28Speaker 4: For Greg Abbott.
- 26:34Speaker 12: From the KSEV Weather Center, today expect mostly cloudy skies
- 26:37Speaker 12: with humidity and a chance of a thunderstorm in some
- 26:39Speaker 12: areas during the afternoon, reaching a high of 94. Tonight,
- 26:42Speaker 12: there could be isolated thunderstorms early on, then turning mainly
- 26:45Speaker 12: clear and still humid with a low of 77. Tomorrow's
- 26:48Speaker 12: forecast includes more clouds, humidity, and a chance of afternoon
- 26:50Speaker 12: thunderstorms with a high temperature of 93. Looking ahead to Thursday,
- 26:54Speaker 12: anticipate humid conditions with intervals of sunshine and scattered afternoon
- 26:57Speaker 12: thunderstorms also reaching a high of 93. With the KSEV
- 27:00Speaker 12: Weather Center forecast, I'm AccuWeather meteorologist Joe Lundberg.
- 27:22Speaker 7: This is KSEV Radio, the voice of Texas. We are
- 27:26Speaker 7: the Mob Guys.
- 27:28Speaker 6: I am Craig Collins. He is Wayne Dolcefino.
- 27:31Speaker 7: I did have some Mob Guy intros created if you'd
- 27:34Speaker 7: like to hear some of those, Wayne.
- 27:35Speaker 4: I would be honored. I would be honored.
- 27:37Speaker 6: Let's play.
- 27:38Speaker 7: Let's see how many of these we can get to
- 27:39Speaker 7: actually work and how many of these you can actually hear.
- 27:42Speaker 7: But let's start with this one. I do like this
- 27:45Speaker 7: one a lot, if it actually works again, which we'll try.
- 27:48Speaker 7: All right, here we go.
- 27:50Speaker 6: I think this is going to play right about now.
- 27:53Speaker 1: You're listening to the Mob Guys on KSEV Radio.
- 28:05Speaker 7: What do you think of that?
- 28:07Speaker 4: Very Sinatra-like.
- 28:08Speaker 15: I like it.
- 28:09Speaker 6: Exactly.
- 28:09Speaker 7: And I made it, is what I told you, even
- 28:11Speaker 7: though AI helped a lot.
- 28:14Speaker 4: Yeah, look, I don't think you did much. I think....
- 28:18Speaker 8: Look, I don't know what to make of this whole
- 28:21Speaker 8: AI thing anyway.
- 28:22Speaker 4: By the way, I really.
- 28:23Speaker 8: I like the idea of asking it, but I find
- 28:28Speaker 8: that it's wrong a lot, and so I always tell
- 28:30Speaker 8: my people... that, you know, take it with a grain
- 28:33Speaker 8: of salt. It may give you a tip to go
- 28:35Speaker 8: do something else.
- 28:36Speaker 4: Sure.
- 28:36Speaker 8: But I, I really think we were talking earlier about
- 28:40Speaker 8: politics that this whole, these, these whole plants, these AI
- 28:44Speaker 8: plants is.
- 28:46Speaker 4: Really going to become a seminal issue in a lot
- 28:48Speaker 4: of towns.
- 28:49Speaker 6: Yeah. The data centers, you mean?
- 28:51Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 28:51Speaker 8: The data centers are becoming, I think in part because
- 28:56Speaker 8: people don't know what's going to really happen with them. And,
- 28:59Speaker 8: how much it's going to cost them. And it's an
- 29:03Speaker 8: issue that I think could become a reason people vote.
- 29:06Speaker 7: So there was a big interview that was done on
- 29:08Speaker 7: CBS with James Tallarico. One of the things they talked
- 29:11Speaker 7: about were data centers. Tallarico claimed that Ken Paxton was
- 29:16Speaker 7: bought and sold or bought by data centers.
- 29:20Speaker 6: What I find.
- 29:20Speaker 7: Interesting about this, and this is just my feeling about
- 29:23Speaker 7: the entire topic, data centers are inevitable. The reason they're
- 29:27Speaker 7: inevitable in so many parts of this country or this
- 29:30Speaker 7: entire world is the reliance we already have on AI.
- 29:34Speaker 7: And I mean this in a crazy, like if you
- 29:36Speaker 7: go to Google now, the first response is AI geniuses.
- 29:40Speaker 6: By the website. And then beyond it, you actually see.
- 29:44Speaker 7: The typical Google search history that we got before. Even
- 29:49Speaker 7: they are just leaning into every dumb question. that a
- 29:53Speaker 7: search engine gets being an AI-filtered thing. And the problem
- 29:57Speaker 7: with that is AI has to use data every time
- 30:00Speaker 7: it recreates an answer. So it doesn't get easier for
- 30:03Speaker 7: the computer to answer my stupid question for the fifth
- 30:06Speaker 7: time the way that it might be easier to go
- 30:08Speaker 7: find it on the internet again, because it still has
- 30:11Speaker 7: to process the question and answer the question. So it's
- 30:14Speaker 7: a tremendous amount of work. But I don't know if
- 30:16Speaker 7: you want to start there.
- 30:17Speaker 6: Go ahead.
- 30:18Speaker 8: Yeah, no, I was going to say, I've been getting
- 30:21Speaker 8: lots of calls and I can kind of tell from
- 30:24Speaker 8: the calls that in a lot of communities, they feel
- 30:28Speaker 8: like they've been rolled over. Like the decision was already
- 30:32Speaker 8: made before it was even broached. People don't like when
- 30:37Speaker 8: the government, the public servants decide what's best for the
- 30:41Speaker 8: little sheep and then just shove it up our canoodle.
- 30:45Speaker 4: Okay.
- 30:46Speaker 8: Um, our canish, as they say up North. So, um,
- 30:51Speaker 8: And I think that's the problem in a lot of
- 30:53Speaker 8: these places. Look, I think data centers could be really
- 30:58Speaker 8: good for the economy of certain places, but it's when
- 31:01Speaker 8: people feel like the local county judge or the commissioner
- 31:05Speaker 8: or whatever is.
- 31:06Speaker 4: Getting a piece of the pie.
- 31:07Speaker 6: They probably are.
- 31:08Speaker 8: Or that his cousin George is now the consultant for
- 31:12Speaker 8: the subcontractor.
- 31:13Speaker 4: Right. They just feel played.
- 31:16Speaker 6: I think.
- 31:17Speaker 8: I think people will vote for you if they believe
- 31:21Speaker 8: you are going to actually be transparent. Transparency is a
- 31:25Speaker 8: great word, right? It is. I like transparency, too. And
- 31:29Speaker 8: then people always say to me, well, tell me who
- 31:31Speaker 8: hired you.
- 31:32Speaker 4: Be transparent. But government, right?
- 31:37Speaker 8: And I was telling you during the break, we've allowed
- 31:41Speaker 8: government to be out of control. The amount of increase
- 31:44Speaker 8: in taxes from like 10 years ago in New York,
- 31:50Speaker 8: for example, I think it's gone up like $ 100 billion
- 31:54Speaker 8: in like 10 years, the cost of their government.
- 31:57Speaker 4: The cost of government is insane.
- 32:00Speaker 8: The amount of money they waste and they hand out
- 32:05Speaker 8: to their friends is insane.
- 32:10Speaker 4: That's why I was a big Doge guy.
- 32:12Speaker 3: I love Doge.
- 32:14Speaker 8: I think they made a mistake not continuing it, come
- 32:19Speaker 8: out with credible things to fix. And people will believe
- 32:23Speaker 8: that that's how we're going to try to bring prices
- 32:26Speaker 8: down to lower the cost of government.
- 32:28Speaker 7: I would love that fix of the corruption and the
- 32:31Speaker 7: crony system and all that stuff that exists in government.
- 32:33Speaker 7: But to just say one last thing, and then I
- 32:36Speaker 7: saw that we have another caller, Bart wants to call
- 32:38Speaker 7: in from Spring, about data centers themselves. We don't want
- 32:42Speaker 7: anyone else winning that race. China's not going to give
- 32:44Speaker 7: a crap. The way China runs its country, they're going
- 32:46Speaker 7: to build as many freaking data centers as they want.
- 32:49Speaker 7: And if people there complain, they'll build them on top
- 32:51Speaker 7: of those people.
- 32:52Speaker 6: They won't care at all.
- 32:53Speaker 7: And so we are at a risk if we do
- 32:56Speaker 7: something that placates some of that complaining to the degree
- 33:00Speaker 7: that we don't create this technology at all or to
- 33:03Speaker 7: the size that we need it to be at, to
- 33:05Speaker 7: be competitive because- I do think the future of everything,
- 33:09Speaker 7: especially combat, is AI-driven. The Venezuelan thing that we did,
- 33:14Speaker 7: the mission that took Maduro out of Venezuela, AI planned it.
- 33:20Speaker 7: That's an interesting component to that. We need to make
- 33:24Speaker 7: sure AI controls a lot of the drones that are
- 33:26Speaker 7: killing people right now. We need to make sure we
- 33:29Speaker 7: have that capability to the degree bigger than anybody else.
- 33:33Speaker 4: And that's the problem, though, with the democracy, because China
- 33:36Speaker 4: doesn't care. Right.
- 33:37Speaker 8: We have to do it in a way that we
- 33:39Speaker 8: bring people along. Sure. That this is a good idea.
- 33:44Speaker 8: Try to deal with their concerns, their environmental concerns.
- 33:49Speaker 4: Sure.
- 33:49Speaker 8: You know, it's the same thing when I've been investigating
- 33:52Speaker 8: these desalination plants down in South Texas, right? He's big
- 33:56Speaker 8: in dollar contracts. People are scared about what it's going
- 33:59Speaker 8: to do to the fish, whatever.
- 34:02Speaker 4: You've got to placate people.
- 34:04Speaker 8: And at least make them believe that you understand that
- 34:09Speaker 8: there are sometimes tradeoffs in.
- 34:11Speaker 4: Life, right?
- 34:12Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 34:13Speaker 4: And I think the inability.
- 34:15Speaker 8: Of government to do things the right way in a
- 34:18Speaker 8: transparent way.
- 34:19Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 34:20Speaker 4: But I'll let you take the call, and then we
- 34:22Speaker 4: can talk.
- 34:23Speaker 6: No, no, you're right.
- 34:24Speaker 7: I think that the lack of transparency is what causes
- 34:26Speaker 7: a lot more people to distrust anything.
- 34:29Speaker 6: And that makes sense. I distrust that, too. All right,
- 34:32Speaker 6: Bart Spring, you want to talk about New York? What
- 34:34Speaker 6: do you want to say, Bart?
- 34:36Speaker 15: Well, I want to add about the data centers. I've
- 34:39Speaker 15: changed my mind when Elon Musk found they had 200,000 bots.
- 34:44Speaker 15: planting anti-data center on social media, trying to influence Americans
- 34:50Speaker 15: against data centers. So that made me forward as soon
- 34:53Speaker 15: as I heard that. What I wanted to hear, I
- 34:55Speaker 15: heard Wayne talk about New York. I was wondering if
- 34:57Speaker 15: you guys have any friends or relatives up in New
- 34:59Speaker 15: York that are planning any type of anti-Mamdani protest for 9-11.
- 35:03Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 35:06Speaker 8: I don't, but most of my relatives have gotten the
- 35:08Speaker 8: hell out of there. A lot of Long Island people
- 35:11Speaker 8: have moved to Florida.
- 35:13Speaker 6: A lot of my family is in Florida now.
- 35:15Speaker 8: I do have relatives in Jersey. They're mostly all Republicans,
- 35:19Speaker 8: and they shake their head. But I don't think that
- 35:22Speaker 8: my family is not like me, and they're like the
- 35:25Speaker 8: protesting kind.
- 35:26Speaker 4: I mean, I like a good protest.
- 35:28Speaker 8: Look, I really believe, and not to think just politically here,
- 35:33Speaker 8: I really think this week, the 9-11 anniversary is going
- 35:39Speaker 8: to hopefully refocus people into remembering our history. The idea
- 35:47Speaker 8: that New York, 25 years later, has Mondami as their
- 35:51Speaker 8: mayor just gives you a sense for just how sort
- 35:56Speaker 8: of far the culture has changed in that city.
- 36:01Speaker 4: Amen.
- 36:02Speaker 8: Look, it's like in Germany. And the right-wing party wins Germany, right?
- 36:08Speaker 8: They're all going, the Nazis are back in charge.
- 36:10Speaker 4: No, look, you changed these countries.
- 36:15Speaker 8: Mass migration affected the culture of these countries in ways
- 36:20Speaker 8: that the people who were here don't like. And I
- 36:24Speaker 8: know people are going to say, well, you know, it's
- 36:27Speaker 8: always been like that.
- 36:28Speaker 4: This is just different.
- 36:30Speaker 7: And honestly, that's a great way to... demonstrate that 9-11
- 36:34Speaker 7: and the horrific aspects of that.
- 36:36Speaker 6: And we're both originally from the East Coast.
- 36:38Speaker 7: And I don't know that that changes anything for anybody
- 36:41Speaker 7: because this is a countrywide horrible thing that happened. But
- 36:44Speaker 7: I used to look at the Twin Towers a lot
- 36:47Speaker 7: whenever we'd go across the water. And so it's crazy
- 36:51Speaker 7: to think even still whenever I go that they're not
- 36:53Speaker 7: there all these years later. 25 years after that horrific attack,
- 36:59Speaker 7: It does seem to be a time when America could
- 37:02Speaker 7: remind itself that we all are on the same team,
- 37:06Speaker 7: the team being this team of the United States, and
- 37:08Speaker 7: that we did come together after we were attacked and
- 37:11Speaker 7: vilified by a terrorist group. And we are vilified by
- 37:14Speaker 7: a lot of groups all throughout the world. And it
- 37:17Speaker 7: would be nice to be reminded that we stand against
- 37:21Speaker 7: all of that. But I am afraid, as you said, Wayne,
- 37:26Speaker 7: that there's too many people here that already don't appreciate
- 37:29Speaker 7: or don't care about the value of that day yeah.
- 37:32Speaker 8: Nope and i think it's almost like you can't put
- 37:36Speaker 8: the genie back in the bottle and i think um
- 37:39Speaker 8: you know i remember walking into a store in katie
- 37:42Speaker 8: once where i raised my kids and and this is
- 37:44Speaker 8: going to sound like i'm a narrow-minded white guy but
- 37:47Speaker 8: i'll go ahead and say it anyway because you know
- 37:49Speaker 8: what do i care but i i'm waiting at the
- 37:52Speaker 8: counter behind some lady and she was an indian lady
- 37:56Speaker 8: right and she used the clerk was Indian and they
- 37:59Speaker 8: started talking and literally for 10 minutes, they were speaking
- 38:03Speaker 8: another language.
- 38:04Speaker 4: That's fine.
- 38:05Speaker 8: Like I said, y'all want to chat, right? I was waiting, but,
- 38:10Speaker 8: but I said to myself, where the hell am I?
- 38:14Speaker 13: I did.
- 38:15Speaker 4: Yeah. I'll be narrow-minded. I don't care. Call me old
- 38:18Speaker 4: and narrow-minded. I said to myself, where the hell am I? Yeah.
- 38:22Speaker 12: Right.
- 38:22Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 38:23Speaker 8: I mean, I'm in a store in America, right? In
- 38:27Speaker 8: like a, one of those department stores. And literally I
- 38:31Speaker 8: have no idea what anyone's saying. I felt like I
- 38:33Speaker 8: was in a foreign country and that's not like, cause
- 38:36Speaker 8: I think I'm better than them or I'm mean to them.
- 38:39Speaker 8: I just looked around and said, is this Katie?
- 38:44Speaker 6: Right.
- 38:46Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 38:46Speaker 11: Oh yeah.
- 38:47Speaker 7: No, I appreciate that. I fully appreciate the idea that,
- 38:50Speaker 7: We should be able to. And it's not just language
- 38:53Speaker 7: like language is the easiest example, but it's not just language.
- 38:55Speaker 7: We should be able to expect a lot of value systems,
- 38:58Speaker 7: a lot of things reflected in the other people who
- 39:01Speaker 7: live here.
- 39:01Speaker 8: I sent you something else that I thought was bizarre.
- 39:04Speaker 8: The school district in Frisco.
- 39:05Speaker 7: We'll get to it after the break. We've got another
- 39:07Speaker 7: break coming up, and then we're almost out of time

- 41:47Speaker 6: KSEV Mornings. This is The Voice of Texas. I'm Craig Collins.
- 41:52Speaker 7: He is Wayne Dolcefino on location. And you sent me
- 41:56Speaker 7: a story that you were just talking about off the air.
- 41:58Speaker 7: I'm going to pull the audio up. Go ahead and
- 42:00Speaker 7: set it up for us.
- 42:02Speaker 8: Okay, so apparently, and again, you read so much on
- 42:05Speaker 8: social media that you don't know whether it's true or not,
- 42:07Speaker 8: but in Frisco School District, I believe it is, they
- 42:11Speaker 8: actually have a room now set aside that only Muslims
- 42:16Speaker 8: are allowed in for certain periods of the time so
- 42:19Speaker 8: that their prayers are not interrupted. And look, I just,
- 42:24Speaker 8: I don't think religion in a public school, the principles
- 42:29Speaker 8: are great, but I don't think, I don't know why
- 42:31Speaker 8: we would ever as taxpayers say, can you imagine if
- 42:35Speaker 8: we said, here's a room in the school and we're
- 42:38Speaker 8: just going to let Christians and no Muslims.
- 42:41Speaker 4: People would go, That, you know what, crazy.
- 42:43Speaker 6: They would, yeah.
- 42:45Speaker 8: And yet everyone seems to think, oh, it's okay, just
- 42:48Speaker 8: a couple hours. No, I don't want rooms in my
- 42:52Speaker 8: public schools set aside by someone's faith.
- 42:56Speaker 4: I wouldn't want it if it was Christians either.
- 42:58Speaker 6: No, amen. And so I can play this audio. This
- 43:01Speaker 6: is a report done by the Rare Foundation. Is that
- 43:03Speaker 6: who they are?
- 43:04Speaker 4: Yeah, and I... All.
- 43:07Speaker 7: Right, let's go ahead and play on this audio real quick.
- 43:11Speaker 7: If I can get it to actually play, which it
- 43:13Speaker 7: doesn't seem like. I don't think it's going to play
- 43:14Speaker 7: while we're on Riverside. I don't think we'll be able.
- 43:17Speaker 4: To play both.
- 43:17Speaker 8: But it's like this whole thing about this room in
- 43:21Speaker 8: a school because they've got to pray, and I guess
- 43:25Speaker 8: they can't pray around Christians. Look, I don't pretend to
- 43:28Speaker 8: be some expert in Islam. I really don't, right? God
- 43:33Speaker 8: bless you. If that's what you believe, I think you're wrong,
- 43:36Speaker 8: but believe what you want to believe.
- 43:39Speaker 4: But I don't want it.
- 43:41Speaker 8: And I don't want to make, I don't want to
- 43:44Speaker 8: do more than we have to do. If we have
- 43:46Speaker 8: separation of church and state, supposedly, we can't put like
- 43:49Speaker 8: the Ten Commandments on a building anymore or some nonsense, right?
- 43:54Speaker 8: Then why are we setting aside rooms for the Quran?
- 43:58Speaker 8: We're appeasing people because we're afraid of being called names.
- 44:03Speaker 8: And that is our biggest problem. We've allowed people to
- 44:07Speaker 8: push the envelope farther and farther and farther So now
- 44:12Speaker 8: I have to worry about how many genders there are.
- 44:15Speaker 7: Okay, that's what I actually want to ask, because that's
- 44:17Speaker 7: the thing I find fascinating. So obviously there's people that
- 44:20Speaker 7: I think have bad intentions that do stuff like this.
- 44:22Speaker 7: But I think the vast majority of people have some
- 44:26Speaker 7: broken version of a thought process that isn't... It's not
- 44:30Speaker 7: bad intentions. It's something very different. It's the shame or
- 44:33Speaker 7: whatever they call it thing that makes them... Anyone that's
- 44:37Speaker 7: different to them, anyone that's odd in ways they don't understand...
- 44:40Speaker 7: They overly try to be respectful and placate the most
- 44:45Speaker 7: dangerous people because they're like, ah, this person, I don't
- 44:48Speaker 7: understand what they said, so I think I have to
- 44:50Speaker 7: respect it. Those are the people that are most dangerous
- 44:52Speaker 7: to us because those are the people who willfully aid
- 44:56Speaker 7: the individuals that want to harm us.
- 44:58Speaker 4: Look, we've got to have some huevos, Concheros.
- 45:00Speaker 6: We do.
- 45:01Speaker 8: Amen.
- 45:01Speaker 6: We've just got to have.
- 45:02Speaker 4: Some huevos, right?
- 45:04Speaker 8: And we've got to say, no, that's not what we
- 45:07Speaker 8: do here, right? Stop all the whining. Stop thinking government
- 45:11Speaker 8: is a candy store. Get off your butt. Work.
- 45:16Speaker 4: Go to school. Learn.
- 45:18Speaker 8: Stay in your house. Don't desert your kids. Pay for
- 45:22Speaker 8: the kids you have. I mean, look, we've just gotten
- 45:24Speaker 8: so far away from basic principles that it's sort of
- 45:28Speaker 8: like a field day.
- 45:30Speaker 4: We're so liberal. We're so giving.
- 45:34Speaker 8: Everybody do what the hell they want.
- 45:35Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 45:36Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 45:37Speaker 7: No, I don't know. I, I just, I, I, again,
- 45:39Speaker 7: I know people like, I think about, I don't know
- 45:42Speaker 7: if I've told this story to you before, but I
- 45:43Speaker 7: know I've told it on the air before. I think
- 45:45Speaker 7: about my roommate in college's mother. Every time we talk
- 45:48Speaker 7: about like the crazy liberal person who has a good heart,
- 45:51Speaker 7: but just is broken in her brain because she was
- 45:54Speaker 7: just sweetest, nicest person. She'd bring us cookies when she'd
- 45:57Speaker 7: come in to like visit her kid. Like everything about
- 46:00Speaker 7: her was nice. But then you talk to her about politics,
- 46:02Speaker 7: deranged lunatic, lunatic who believes the other side is evil.
- 46:06Speaker 7: And like, you know, Trump should have died. And you're like,
- 46:09Speaker 7: how can you think that as a person that also
- 46:11Speaker 7: seems like a relatively kind and nice person? And what
- 46:15Speaker 7: I've heard is, and I guess this is a little
- 46:17Speaker 7: sexist to say, because it's more true for women than men.
- 46:21Speaker 4: Why do we always feel the need to apologize?
- 46:22Speaker 13: I don't know.
- 46:23Speaker 4: I'm going to say it.
- 46:25Speaker 6: I didn't even apologize. I didn't even apologize. I just
- 46:28Speaker 6: said it might sound sexist to some. It is what
- 46:30Speaker 6: it is.
- 46:31Speaker 7: Some women have that protection mother bear approach to life.
- 46:36Speaker 7: And when their kids get out of the house, they
- 46:37Speaker 7: want to find the next thing that they think they're protecting.
- 46:41Speaker 7: And in this case, it was like the people in
- 46:42Speaker 7: Palestine or whatever. And then they have this crazy extreme
- 46:46Speaker 7: attitude that all comes from this protective instinct that is
- 46:51Speaker 7: completely broken and flawed in whatever situation they put it in.
- 46:54Speaker 7: And in the case of this person that I'm thinking about,
- 46:57Speaker 7: she hates Trump because she thinks Trump is hurting somebody.
- 47:00Speaker 7: And so then she like attacks him like crazy.
- 47:03Speaker 8: Yeah, I don't even exactly know. the worst thing that
- 47:06Speaker 8: Trump's done that even rises to, I don't know.
- 47:12Speaker 4: They're nuts, but they really believe it.
- 47:14Speaker 8: And I often talk about the people here because I'm
- 47:18Speaker 8: forced to be with them all the time, but because
- 47:21Speaker 8: that's like where I live.
- 47:22Speaker 4: It's like my office. So, but they really believe the worst.
- 47:27Speaker 6: I know.
- 47:28Speaker 4: About him. Yeah.
- 47:29Speaker 1: Right.
- 47:30Speaker 6: All the time.
- 47:31Speaker 8: And, you know, and look, did we, Did we make
- 47:36Speaker 8: some moral concessions to elect a guy like Donald Trump?
- 47:40Speaker 13: Sure.
- 47:40Speaker 8: I don't know what happened in the dressing room with
- 47:44Speaker 8: that woman 30 years ago, if it even happened.
- 47:46Speaker 4: I have no idea.
- 47:46Speaker 6: I don't know. That's tough.
- 47:48Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 47:49Speaker 4: I have no idea.
- 47:49Speaker 6: I would say, though, we make moral concessions to elect anybody.
- 47:53Speaker 4: Sure. But we made those concessions knowing it.
- 47:57Speaker 8: It's not like you elect someone and then they turn
- 48:00Speaker 8: out to be somebody else, right?
- 48:03Speaker 4: I thought that guy was great, but he tried to
- 48:04Speaker 4: be like Craig, right? I mean, it's not like that.
- 48:07Speaker 8: But in this case, we knew exactly what we were
- 48:12Speaker 8: electing and we thought we needed to elect him because
- 48:16Speaker 8: he does see through BS.
- 48:19Speaker 4: He's a businessman. He does deals.
- 48:23Speaker 7: Well, and that's why I think he was overly attacked too.
- 48:26Speaker 7: And some of the stuff that they said about him
- 48:27Speaker 7: wasn't true. So when you say like, we knew who
- 48:29Speaker 7: we were electing, sure. I knew I wasn't electing someone
- 48:32Speaker 7: that I would canonize as a saint anytime in the
- 48:35Speaker 7: near future. But I actually don't know how many accusations
- 48:39Speaker 7: for Trump are real and how many are fake, because
- 48:41Speaker 7: eventually everyone in the deep state, as he called it,
- 48:45Speaker 7: came after him because he was a danger to them.
- 48:47Speaker 7: He did want to upend that system.
- 48:49Speaker 8: And you find deep states in every government I look at.
- 48:53Speaker 8: I find this inherent bureaucracy that has forgotten that they
- 48:59Speaker 8: work for us.
- 49:00Speaker 4: And believe it's like they're in charge.
- 49:04Speaker 8: And I was telling you off the air, it's sort
- 49:06Speaker 8: of like one of my frustrations. I'm investigating some stuff
- 49:09Speaker 8: down in Conroe. And I got salaries. And like the
- 49:12Speaker 8: city manager there makes like 350. There's an assistant city manager.
- 49:16Speaker 8: There's a deputy city manager. It's like, you know, 800 grand.
- 49:20Speaker 8: And I said, I remember when we used to justify
- 49:24Speaker 8: the great pensions for public employees.
- 49:27Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 49:28Speaker 4: Because they didn't make as much money.
- 49:29Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 49:30Speaker 4: Right.
- 49:30Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 49:30Speaker 8: Well, I don't make as much money now, but in
- 49:32Speaker 8: 20 years they can retire and, and we'll take care
- 49:35Speaker 8: of them.
- 49:35Speaker 9: Right.
- 49:37Speaker 8: And now, they not only have these amazing pensions that
- 49:42Speaker 8: the rest of us don't have, government employees, they also
- 49:46Speaker 8: are making more money. I mean, a city of 50,000 people,
- 49:50Speaker 8: you need like $ 800, 000 with the city manager people?
- 49:54Speaker 4: Like, what the hell?
- 49:55Speaker 6: Yeah, what the hell's happening?
- 49:57Speaker 4: You see it in Conroe, too, where people are outraged.
- 50:02Speaker 8: And if they knew how many people were making so
- 50:05Speaker 8: much money in government... They would say, I tell you what,
- 50:10Speaker 8: one or the other, we either give you these rock
- 50:12Speaker 8: star pensions or the salary, not both.
- 50:15Speaker 6: You can't have both. Yeah, you shouldn't have both.
- 50:17Speaker 7: Well, and I love what you said, too, about that
- 50:19Speaker 7: the bureaucracy exists everywhere and that they forgot that they're
- 50:21Speaker 7: not elected because a lot of them aren't. A lot
- 50:23Speaker 7: of them are employees that get hired by someone who
- 50:26Speaker 7: was elected. So we need to just blow up a
- 50:28Speaker 7: lot of those jobs. A lot of those jobs need
- 50:30Speaker 7: to not exist anymore so they can't be appointed into
- 50:33Speaker 7: positions where they get ridiculous amounts of money.
- 50:36Speaker 8: Yeah, and I think the public thinks by changing the horse,
- 50:40Speaker 8: like let's vote Democrat this time so there's a little
- 50:42Speaker 8: bit of.
- 50:43Speaker 4: A yin and yang on Trump.
- 50:45Speaker 8: The reality is that's why we're so screwed. Because we
- 50:48Speaker 8: keep going back and forth, right? Bouncing back from one
- 50:53Speaker 8: to the other. When in fact, if they would let
- 50:56Speaker 8: the Republicans do their stuff. Right.
- 51:00Speaker 4: We're better at this economy.
- 51:02Speaker 7: We would, we would get rid of a lot of
- 51:03Speaker 7: the government excess that exists. That's not a democratic position
- 51:07Speaker 7: to get rid of government bloat. It is a Republican position. No,
