When Energetic Protection Starts Working Against You · The Unity Code - Where Science Meets Energy, Consciousness, and Spirit.

• 0:00
SPEAKER_00: You are setting the intention of protecting your own energetic barrier so that you do not let anything in, period.
• 0:08
SPEAKER_00: And what I have evolved to in my journey is understanding that sometimes spirit brings me things for lessons.
• 0:19
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes a spirit will pop in because a message needs to be delivered.
• 0:24
SPEAKER_00: Um, sometimes I need to be more open energetically and more aware energetically to the environment that is around me for my own growth, my own transformation, my own development, and also for the betterment of spirit and whatever messages or energies they might need to deliver as well.
• 0:55
SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the Unity Code, where we explore what becomes possible when we stop keeping spirituality on the sidelines and start using our connection to spirit to actually change lives.
• 1:06
SPEAKER_00: I'm Nicole Pope, a medium teacher and former transformation corporate executive.
• 1:11
SPEAKER_00: I've spent more than 20 years obsessed with data, patterns, systems, and one question.
• 1:16
  SPEAKER_00: What actually creates change?
• 1:18
SPEAKER_00: These days I'm asking that same question about energy, consciousness, the soul, and our connection to spirit.
• 1:25
SPEAKER_00: And no, we're not keeping this theoretical.
• 1:28
SPEAKER_00: On the podcast, we're going to teach it, test it, demonstrate it, play with it, and bring real people into the conversation.
• 1:34
SPEAKER_00: We'll explore mediumship, energetics, intuition, ancestral patterns, human potential, and some things I'm not even sure we have language for yet.
• 1:44
SPEAKER_00: Because the goal is bigger than becoming more spiritual.
• 1:48
SPEAKER_00: It's about discovering what you're capable of, using it to transform yourself, expand your life, and step into possibilities you couldn't access before.
• 1:59
SPEAKER_00: This is the Unity Code, where spirit meets experimentation, transformation, and a community curious enough to find out what else is possible.
• 2:12
  SPEAKER_00: I'm so glad you're here.
• 2:30
  SPEAKER_00: I might ruffle a few feathers.
• 2:31
  SPEAKER_00: That's okay.
• 2:33
SPEAKER_00: As I talk about energetic protection.
• 2:38
SPEAKER_00: And as we all know, in the very, very beginning of our spiritual development journey, we learn a hell of a lot about psychic hygiene and protection.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_00: We learn about grounding, centering, clearing, shielding, right?
• 2:52
SPEAKER_00: We learn about how to clear energy out of you.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_00: I know there's so many practitioners with so many videos on YouTube all about protecting your energy.
• 3:02
SPEAKER_00: And I have to be honest with you, this is an entire week within my AIR program as well.
• 3:08
SPEAKER_00: And what I have found in my own personal journey is energetic protection is a spectrum.
• 3:19
SPEAKER_00: And there are different versions of energetic protection that is needed, depending on how far along you are in your journey and also how energetically sovereign you are as a person.
• 3:40
SPEAKER_00: And so I want to break all of this down for you in this podcast episode today because I think, no, I know this is not talked about.
• 3:47
SPEAKER_00: I know this is not talked about.
• 3:49
SPEAKER_00: I think people ignore the shit out of energetic protection.
• 3:52
SPEAKER_00: I feel like most people start their journey probably from fear-based religions, such as myself, or the fear of lower vibrational frequencies or entities that could get in touch with you, harm you, impact you while you're doing this work.
• 4:06
SPEAKER_00: And I think a lot of the idea of psychic protection comes from these fallacies, this misinformation.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_00: And I think that beginners in this field are very, very good at energetic protection, even though they don't necessarily understand why or how it works or why it's so important.
• 4:28
SPEAKER_00: Because we protect to keep things out, but have you ever thought about it differently?
• 4:33
SPEAKER_00: Have you ever thought about you protect it so you know what your own energy looks like?
• 4:40
SPEAKER_00: And that's really what I want to break down today is this spectrum of psychic protection, of energetic protection, and what this looks like across your journey, and maybe give you some pointers and tips of how you can create your own energetic protection mechanism, process, whatever word you want to use for it, that best fit you and your lifestyle in the most appropriate way.
• 5:08
SPEAKER_00: And I know this sounds like a fucking snooze fest of a podcast episode.
• 5:11
  SPEAKER_00: I promise it's not.
• 5:13
SPEAKER_00: No one wants, see, like I'm literally being like, I feel people wanting to shut this off.
• 5:18
SPEAKER_00: I feel people wanting to be like, skip, but I promise you there's gonna be some new nuances that you haven't perceived before, and even better as a bonus to you, because I think this is so fucking important.
• 5:32
SPEAKER_00: Is we are actually gonna be testing this out live on our Unity Code community, the lab that is out there, that is my free group for all of you.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: And if you want to come and test this live with me, I will teach you how to do this.
• 5:47
SPEAKER_00: I will teach you the very basics of the energetic protection and the two different ways.
• 5:52
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna talk about it here on the podcast episode, and then we're gonna test it and we're gonna see what that looks like and feels like for you.
• 6:00
SPEAKER_00: So that you can number one be a little bit more confident in your psychic protection.
• 6:05
SPEAKER_00: And then number two, create a fucking system that works for you, not the fucking fear-mongering bullshit that's out there on every social media platform that existed ever.
• 6:15
SPEAKER_00: So let's talk about it differently today.
• 6:17
SPEAKER_00: And if you want to join me and ask the questions, come join the lab completely free in the show notes.
• 6:21
  SPEAKER_00: Come join.
• 6:22
SPEAKER_00: I'm so excited for this.
• 6:23
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 6:25
SPEAKER_00: Ding! It's gonna be amazing.
• 6:26
SPEAKER_00: And we'll probably post that recording.
• 6:29
  SPEAKER_00: I think.
• 6:30
  SPEAKER_00: I feel like that's what's gonna happen.
• 6:32
SPEAKER_00: After we do the live class, I'll probably post the recording as audio so all of you can hear it as well.
• 6:37
SPEAKER_00: Because I don't want anyone to miss out because I think it's so important.
• 6:39
  SPEAKER_00: It's so important.
• 6:41
SPEAKER_00: So this episode appropriately follows.
• 6:46
SPEAKER_00: I told you my team was working on an ecosystem.
• 6:49
SPEAKER_00: Um, the the episode of like, how much energy can you hold?
• 6:53
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 6:53
SPEAKER_00: Because a larger energetic container does not necessarily mean a quieter energetic life.
• 6:59
SPEAKER_00: And so as we start to perceive more, hold more, interact more with the ranging frequencies that are around you, right?
• 7:09
SPEAKER_00: We start to take on more energy in the field that you weren't taking on before.
• 7:16
SPEAKER_00: And so as you're expanding your capacity and your journey, there are different levels of energetic that protection that is needed to keep you and your energy safe and sovereign.
• 7:30
SPEAKER_00: And if we start at the very beginning, again, everybody starts with this basic understanding of psychic protection, right?
• 7:38
SPEAKER_00: And I want to talk about what psychic protection is actually for, what it looks like, and when it starts to work against you in this field.
• 7:47
SPEAKER_00: Because protection is so incredibly useful when you are learning where your energy ends and when something else's energy begins.
• 8:00
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 8:00
SPEAKER_00: It is so important before you develop your own discernment, before you start to recognize which sensations are actually important, which messages that you're receiving are actually worth your time and energy to pay attention to, before you realize that not every energetic emotional shift is yours to own.
• 8:21
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 8:22
SPEAKER_00: And also, yeah, I mean, this will be another conversation, but like there's ghosts out there that are trying to get in touch with you too, right?
• 8:29
SPEAKER_00: And so, like, protection is really for you to stay sovereign and whole in your own energy without it being disrupted or manipulated by the frequencies that are around you.
• 8:43
SPEAKER_00: And again, a lot of people will base this more in a fear-based perspective because ooh, the oogly googlies are gonna come get you, right?
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: No, no, no, no, no.
• 8:51
SPEAKER_00: Yes, that can potentially happen, but the whole point of energetic protection is understanding your own energy so wholly and so completely that you start to recognize when something is off, when something is being influenced or manipulated in your energetic field, so that you can start deciding what you want to do with that instead of automatically assuming those fucking bad days, those depression days, the manic days that you're having, and starting to recognize, oh shit, that's not mine.
• 9:23
SPEAKER_00: And with my own kids, recognizing that every single physical ailment I feel is probably not mine, it's probably theirs.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_00: And it's still true to this day.
• 9:34
SPEAKER_00: I will still get a headache when my daughter has a headache.
• 9:37
SPEAKER_00: I will still like have my knee hurt while my son's knee hurts.
• 9:44
  SPEAKER_00: It happens.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_00: This is part of being in a human, right?
• 9:50
SPEAKER_00: With close people in your proximity that you love and care for that are you are like literally tuned so tuned into that you take on the frequencies of them as if it's your own.
• 10:05
SPEAKER_00: And so this idea of energetic protection, again, the grounding, the centering, the clearing, it is beautiful because it creates this temporary container for you to learn your own energetic baseline.
• 10:19
SPEAKER_00: And it can also help you understand how to open your energy, how to close your energy, right?
• 10:27
SPEAKER_00: And how to intentionally engage with certain frequencies or vibrations.
• 10:31
SPEAKER_00: Again, this is something I teach in the air spirit communication class, the foundations portion of it, um, rather than being on all the time, right?
• 10:41
SPEAKER_00: Because what inevitably happens is you start to say, you start to sign up for classes, or you start to be a person that is setting the intention to be more in tune with your intuition, more in tune with spirit, more in tune with the energies and environments around you.
• 10:57
SPEAKER_00: Um, a lot of the new students want to be open all the time, do not recommend that.
• 11:01
SPEAKER_00: And you start to be through intention, taking on more and more energies in your reality that maybe were more subconscious before that you were sitting in, but now you're actively being conscious about the energies you're receiving, and then your system gets overwhelmed, bombarded, takes you down, and you don't know where you end and where somebody else's begins anymore.
• 11:32
SPEAKER_00: And so as people are starting their metaphysical journey and they're not protecting themselves, you will get very overwhelmed very quickly by things that are just noise and distractions and that are not actually helping your development.
• 11:52
SPEAKER_00: And this is where I honestly see, God, I'm gonna say this asshole comment.
• 11:56
SPEAKER_00: This is where I see metaphysical practitioners that want to move really fast slow the fuck down because they start to be wide open without any sort of psychic or energetic protection, and they're taking on all these different things.
• 12:10
SPEAKER_00: And it's like, you are the telephone book, you are you are the um, you know, the old telephone workers that would do the lines.
• 12:16
  SPEAKER_00: I can't remember what they're called, right?
• 12:17
SPEAKER_00: Switchboard operators, spirit saying, Thank you, switchboard operators, thank you, spirit.
• 12:21
SPEAKER_00: Um, like that's what you are when you are an energetic person that is unprotected, that it's opening to spirit, and you are unprotected because you have all of these lines of information coming in that are not necessarily for you.
• 12:33
SPEAKER_00: And you slow down because you're like, what is this?
• 12:35
  SPEAKER_00: What is this?
• 12:36
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this is a sign.
• 12:37
  SPEAKER_00: What's it for?
• 12:37
SPEAKER_00: What is spirit trying to sell me?
• 12:38
  SPEAKER_00: Who was that?
• 12:39
SPEAKER_00: What was the message here?
• 12:41
SPEAKER_00: Am I supposed to deliver this to somebody else?
• 12:42
SPEAKER_00: I I felt really weird when I went to the shop this time.
• 12:45
  SPEAKER_00: What was it?
• 12:46
SPEAKER_00: Was there a ghost there?
• 12:47
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 12:47
SPEAKER_00: Like these are the fucking questions.
• 12:49
SPEAKER_00: And I love you all.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_00: So don't take this as it's just me being an asshole.
• 12:53
  SPEAKER_00: It's not you.
• 12:54
SPEAKER_00: These are the questions I hear from like newer students, and I'm just like, slow the fuck down.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_00: Just because you receive it does not mean it's important, does not mean it's yours.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes it's just energetic interference because you're open and you're receiving the frequencies because you've set that intention.
• 13:08
SPEAKER_00: But it does not mean that it's for you, it is meant for you, it's gonna help you on your journey.
• 13:12
SPEAKER_00: It slows you down because it's a distraction.
• 13:17
SPEAKER_00: And if you're open, receiving all this, you are gonna get fucking overwhelmed and confused, and you're gonna lose confidence because you don't understand all this stuff that's coming in because you're not supposed to.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_00: No one's supposed to be that open all the time.
• 13:34
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 13:36
SPEAKER_00: And like, by the way, preaching to the choir, because I was the same fucking way when I started, I was like, what's this?
• 13:41
  SPEAKER_00: What is this?
• 13:42
SPEAKER_00: Tell me this is normal.
• 13:45
SPEAKER_00: Do you get this too?
• 13:47
  SPEAKER_00: Who's this person?
• 13:48
SPEAKER_00: I I mean, like so many people that like want me to come and do like house clearings on them.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_00: And I was like, it's just your fucking grandmother.
• 13:54
  SPEAKER_00: Calm the fuck down.
• 13:56
SPEAKER_00: Of course, your grandmother's hanging out with you.
• 13:59
  SPEAKER_00: She loved you.
• 14:00
SPEAKER_00: Of course, she's in your house watching over you.
• 14:02
SPEAKER_00: You have a grandchild that's named after her.
• 14:04
SPEAKER_00: Why, like, this is what's happening, right?
• 14:08
SPEAKER_00: And so, like, chill the fuck out, protect yourself so that you know what your energy looks like, which feels for new people like you're going backwards.
• 14:15
  SPEAKER_00: But I promise it's not.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_00: I promise it's actually making go forward faster because you don't need to learn or hear or listen to everything.
• 14:23
SPEAKER_00: That's a waste of your time and energy.
• 14:25
SPEAKER_00: Let's focus the lessons and the learning on the things that are actually going to move you forward in your journey.
• 14:31
SPEAKER_00: Hello, my entire ear foundations program, everybody.
• 14:35
SPEAKER_00: Like, let's just let's put the boundaries up because you don't need to know everything.
• 14:43
SPEAKER_00: And so if you instead focus on, I'm getting off my soapbox, protection that enables your own sovereignty that enables you to discern what is yours and what is not yours, that is the reason why we do it.
• 15:01
SPEAKER_00: Not necessarily because everything outside you is dangerous.
• 15:06
  SPEAKER_00: Nope.
• 15:09
SPEAKER_00: Um and like for the record, the amount of times, and I know this is true, and I know other people have different experiences, and I'm not negating any of your experiences on here, but for me personally, I have only run into m malevolent spirits three times, three times, three times.
• 15:35
SPEAKER_00: Um, and it wasn't necessarily anything I couldn't handle, but I was like, ooh, this this person's trouble.
• 15:41
  SPEAKER_00: Fuck.
• 15:42
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 15:43
SPEAKER_00: Um and more often than not, shamanic experiences aside, so that's two out of the three.
• 15:50
SPEAKER_00: Um, one of them was a fucking ghost that lived in my house that I kicked out and he was pissed at me.
• 15:57
SPEAKER_00: Pissed at me, was swearing in my head constantly.
• 16:01
  SPEAKER_00: I couldn't shut it off.
• 16:02
  SPEAKER_00: It's like I don't know.
• 16:03
SPEAKER_00: It was like straight out of a movie.
• 16:06
SPEAKER_00: Just swearing in my head, constantly yelling at me, swearing at me, because I kicked him out of my house.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: And I was like, you don't fucking belong here.
• 16:12
  SPEAKER_00: Get the fuck out.
• 16:14
SPEAKER_00: And he came at me.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_00: And do you know what I did?
• 16:16
SPEAKER_00: I fucking called Archangel Michael in and I was like, take care of this dude.
• 16:19
  SPEAKER_00: And he did.
• 16:20
SPEAKER_00: He's gone, banished, haven't seen him since.
• 16:23
SPEAKER_00: Like, that's how easy it is to get rid of dangerous beings, everybody.
• 16:27
SPEAKER_00: So, what the fuck are you so afraid of?
• 16:31
SPEAKER_00: They only give you power, or you only give them power because you allow them the power.
• 16:35
SPEAKER_00: You're literally, you have to give them power for them to be powerful over you.
• 16:39
SPEAKER_00: Just keep that in mind, everybody.
• 16:41
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 16:43
SPEAKER_00: Um, and so do I think that beginners should be protecting themselves?
• 16:51
SPEAKER_00: And the answer is a resounding yes.
• 16:54
SPEAKER_00: But again, it's not from a protection from the oogie boogies.
• 16:57
SPEAKER_00: It's it's a protection so that you start to understand your own energetic frequency and you're reducing the amount of distractions that you're getting in that process.
• 17:09
SPEAKER_00: And again, within my spirit communication foundations, my air program, I will teach you how to open up to specific frequencies if you want to open up to them for a little while, but do not stay open all the time.
• 17:22
SPEAKER_00: Set the intention be very clear of what you are trying to connect to, see how that looks and feels in your system, and then shut it down.
• 17:29
SPEAKER_00: Use it as a learning experience.
• 17:31
SPEAKER_00: Learn your own system first.
• 17:34
SPEAKER_00: Learn what changes and what it feels like when it changes your system.
• 17:41
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 17:42
SPEAKER_00: And you don't need to understand who it is, how it's happening, where is it, where is it coming from yet, but like learn what it what your system looks like and learn what it looks like when it's manipulated by something else.
• 17:54
SPEAKER_00: That is the purpose of protection for beginners.
• 18:00
SPEAKER_00: And again, in my head, I can feel people fighting me, being like, no, that's not it.
• 18:04
  SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, that's okay.
• 18:05
SPEAKER_00: You you got your opinion, I got mine.
• 18:07
  SPEAKER_00: That's totally fine.
• 18:08
SPEAKER_00: And I again, I don't think I have the full story on any of this work.
• 18:12
SPEAKER_00: This is just me and my current moment and my current understanding and perception of it.
• 18:20
SPEAKER_00: And here's where I think protection goes a little bit awry.
• 18:26
SPEAKER_00: Because it starts getting interesting when protection is no longer creating that sovereignty and instead it reinforces the belief that you have to keep everything else away for you to maintain your energetic vibration, right?
• 18:47
SPEAKER_00: And so what I think is not great about what I just said about energetically protecting yourself is when you are defaulting to hermit mode, to staying inside your house, to staying inside your bubble, to literally shutting everything fucking out all the time because your automatic response is now like PTSD contraction, right?
• 19:12
SPEAKER_00: And you're just you're constantly just working on protecting and keeping everything fucking out, right?
• 19:20
SPEAKER_00: I also see protection working against you when again I kind of mentioned it, but like you're hyper-focused on all these things that are coming at you.
• 19:28
  SPEAKER_00: Like what got in?
• 19:29
  SPEAKER_00: Who drained me?
• 19:30
SPEAKER_00: What do I need, like, what do I need to clear?
• 19:31
SPEAKER_00: All these different things, right?
• 19:33
SPEAKER_00: So you end up being on the defensive, and you end up um essentially surrendering your power to every fucking thing around you.
• 19:44
SPEAKER_00: And you start to get in your head about how protective am I?
• 19:47
SPEAKER_00: Did I protect like, did I protect myself this morning?
• 19:49
  SPEAKER_00: What happened?
• 19:50
SPEAKER_00: Like all of these different things, right?
• 19:54
SPEAKER_00: Because if your energetic system and your energetic practice continuously organizes your attention around protecting yourself against threats, then essentially that's how you're seeing the entire external world is as a threat.
• 20:16
SPEAKER_00: But you can become incredibly skilled at protecting yourself and accidentally becoming more convinced that you're always under attack.
• 20:33
SPEAKER_00: Or said differently, like your mind creates your reality.
• 20:38
SPEAKER_00: So if you're constantly protecting yourself because there's constant threats in the environment, or you have the perception of constant threats in the environment, how are you gonna view the outside world?
• 20:48
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 20:49
SPEAKER_00: So you're gonna create this reinforcing belief of you constantly being threatened and attacked, and your energy is gonna respond as if everything is a threat or an attack.
• 21:01
SPEAKER_00: And that's gonna pull you even closer into hermit mode, and that's gonna pull you closer into spiritual psychosis, and that's gonna pull you closer to the crazies that are out there that have no fucking discernment, and they just assume everything energetic is bad.
• 21:14
  SPEAKER_00: Um, hello, Bible people.
• 21:16
  SPEAKER_00: I'm so sorry.
• 21:18
SPEAKER_00: Probably not you if you're listening to this podcast, but certainly a lot of the people who troll me on social media, um, the social justice warriors that think I'm talking to demons all the time.
• 21:31
  SPEAKER_00: Zero discernment there, everybody.
• 21:33
SPEAKER_00: Zero discernment because I'm just talking to your grandmother.
• 21:35
  SPEAKER_00: Like that's all I'm doing.
• 21:38
SPEAKER_00: Did you call in your grandmother a demon?
• 21:40
SPEAKER_00: She's not pleased with that.
• 21:42
  SPEAKER_00: She's not pleased.
• 21:45
SPEAKER_00: So this is where uh this is where the the really the protection falls apart is that is when you start to have protection report.
• 22:00
  SPEAKER_00: Place your sovereignty, right?
• 22:02
SPEAKER_00: When you continuously make yourself smaller, more protected, more in a bubble, and think that that is the way to stay safe.
• 22:11
SPEAKER_00: Because I'll tell you what, uh, there's a better approach if you were trying to quote unquote stay safe.
• 22:18
SPEAKER_00: And again, like people overuse protection simply because of fear-based beliefs.
• 22:25
  SPEAKER_00: Mm-hmm.
• 22:26
  SPEAKER_00: That's pretty much it.
• 22:27
  SPEAKER_00: It's fear-based beliefs.
• 22:29
SPEAKER_00: And like if you scroll Reddit, like the mediums subreddit that's out there, fucking crazy.
• 22:37
SPEAKER_00: Everything is a demon out to get you.
• 22:39
  SPEAKER_00: God, it's just bullshit.
• 22:41
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 22:41
SPEAKER_00: So instead, if you want to reclaim your sovereignty, I'm going to give you this different idea about energetic protection.
• 22:51
SPEAKER_00: Because what I have found over time is even though I was protecting myself very well in the very beginning of my journey, even though I was using it mainly for a fear-based perspective, and I'll totally admit that with all of you, is over time I became less fearful.
• 23:07
SPEAKER_00: And over time I forgot or neglected to actually protect myself.
• 23:16
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I did.
• 23:18
  SPEAKER_00: Ding, I certainly did.
• 23:22
SPEAKER_00: But again, as I evolved, I started to realize I didn't need the protection at a level that I needed to anymore.
• 23:35
SPEAKER_00: And the reason is because I started to understand what my own energy looked like and felt like.
• 23:41
SPEAKER_00: I started to recognize my baseline system.
• 23:46
SPEAKER_00: And I started to recognize when it was being, again, influenced by other energies around me.
• 23:54
SPEAKER_00: And so this defensive strategy of protectionism actually turned into I'm going to stay relatively open.
• 24:02
SPEAKER_00: And instead, I'm just going to pay attention to any disruptions in my energetic field.
• 24:08
SPEAKER_00: And I will deal with it when I recognize there's a disruption in my energetic field.
• 24:13
SPEAKER_00: Now, does something slip in?
• 24:14
  SPEAKER_00: Sure.
• 24:15
  SPEAKER_00: That's fine.
• 24:16
SPEAKER_00: Like my kids with their headaches.
• 24:17
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes I forget that it's them and it's not me, right?
• 24:22
SPEAKER_00: But what I have found is.
• 24:34
SPEAKER_00: Spirit's literally bringing me, I'm bringing in right now a different way to explain the difference.
• 24:46
SPEAKER_00: And it's all about intention.
• 24:48
SPEAKER_00: The foundation of all of this is intention.
• 24:52
SPEAKER_00: And so protection, you are setting the intention of protecting your own energetic barrier so that you do not let anything in, period.
• 25:03
SPEAKER_00: And what I have evolved to in my journey is understanding that sometimes spirit brings me things for lessons.
• 25:14
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes a spirit will pop in because a message needs to be delivered.
• 25:20
SPEAKER_00: Um, sometimes I need to be more open energetically and more aware energetically to the environment that is around me for my own growth, my own transformation, my own development, and also for the betterment of spirit and whatever messages or energies they might need to deliver as well.
• 25:44
SPEAKER_00: And I think uh an example of this is I was in the grocery store the other day.
• 25:52
SPEAKER_00: Now I'm tying it together.
• 25:54
SPEAKER_00: Okay, I understand this now.
• 25:55
SPEAKER_00: See, these things happen to me.
• 25:56
SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, what is the purpose of that?
• 25:58
SPEAKER_00: And here I am recording the podcast, and here is the purpose of that.
• 26:01
SPEAKER_00: There was a woman that came in and I could feel she was really manipulated by other energies, other frequencies.
• 26:10
SPEAKER_00: Now, I don't think she was a metaphysical practitioner.
• 26:12
SPEAKER_00: I don't think she participates in any sort of protection practices whatsoever, but I could feel all of this other energy all over her, and it was low and it was not good, and it was dragging her energy down, and I could feel it.
• 26:24
SPEAKER_00: Like I walked by her and I felt like I was going to vomit.
• 26:27
SPEAKER_00: Um, but I knew it was not her.
• 26:29
SPEAKER_00: And here's the distinction and in how you, as you expand your energetic capacity, you can start to understand the differences between all these different things.
• 26:36
SPEAKER_00: Cause I was like, oh, it's not hers.
• 26:38
  SPEAKER_00: It's not hers, it's somebody else's.
• 26:40
SPEAKER_00: It's all these other frequencies, and it's multiple other frequencies that are dragging her down.
• 26:44
SPEAKER_00: And so I didn't go up to her, I didn't talk to her, I didn't like offer a reiki or anything like that.
• 26:49
SPEAKER_00: That would be fucking weird and obviously like not good.
• 26:52
SPEAKER_00: But what I did do is I kind of went around the corner, gave her a little distance, and I asked my team and I asked her higher self if I could clear her.
• 27:02
SPEAKER_00: And her higher self, actually, her grand, her grandmother, this is the third time I've said grandmother, whose grandmother is reaching out to all of you.
• 27:09
SPEAKER_00: Her grandmother stepped in and said, Yes, I would love for you to help clear her.
• 27:14
SPEAKER_00: And so, like, from like she's looking at like the cilantro, and I'm over there by the oranges, and I'm I'm just like very silently while I'm looking at oranges, like clearing out her energy and releasing some of these lower vibrational frequencies for her and sending them into Mother Earth while she's just putting cilantro in a bag.
• 27:38
SPEAKER_00: And it took all of 10 seconds and I like sealed her up and sent love her way to replace the energies I removed, and I went about my day.
• 27:50
SPEAKER_00: And if I was blocked, if I protected myself so much that I was unaware that she was being impacted by these lower vibrational energies, and if it were just my team, because your team can always make it through your protection, that's the whole point, right?
• 28:09
SPEAKER_00: You you can't protect yourself from your team generally.
• 28:12
  SPEAKER_00: At least I fucking can't.
• 28:16
SPEAKER_00: Even when I try to, they're there every time.
• 28:19
SPEAKER_00: That's part of the contract, apparently, is what they're telling me.
• 28:22
SPEAKER_00: Um, and so if I shut myself off and my guides were telling me to go clear her, I'd be like, You're fucking crazy.
• 28:27
  SPEAKER_00: I'm not clearing her.
• 28:29
SPEAKER_00: But instead, because my energy was able to walk by her, feel the low vibrations, not being impacted by.
• 28:38
SPEAKER_00: I did not take them on, but I could feel them while maintaining my own energy and feel that she needed help and stay open enough to have this entire experience go around the corner and also at the same time connect to, you know, my team, her, her higher self, her grandmother, and do this little energetic clearing that took me, you know, 10 seconds or whatever it was, I would not have been able to have that experience if I was blocked off.
• 29:12
SPEAKER_00: And this is where I have told my team to use me.
• 29:18
SPEAKER_00: Use me, team, because that's my I know I'm here to help people.
• 29:24
SPEAKER_00: And I know not everybody is going to be consciously able or willing to receive help, even though they need it.
• 29:30
SPEAKER_00: And I never, ever, ever do it without um receiving like a seal of approval from my team and a member of their team and/or their higher self.
• 29:39
SPEAKER_00: Like I don't want to step over boundaries.
• 29:41
SPEAKER_00: That's certainly not what I want to do.
• 29:43
SPEAKER_00: But if that opportunity is being presented to me, I now trust through my team that there is a reason that I'm in the right place at the right time, feeling that frequency and knowing that I'm there to help her do something about it.
• 29:58
SPEAKER_00: Because healing comes in all different forms.
• 30:01
SPEAKER_00: And sometimes it's healing that someone is giving you without your conscious opinion or set conscious approval.
• 30:12
SPEAKER_00: Like, and if that scares you, then just set the intention right now that I do not want anyone working on me without my conscious approval.
• 30:19
SPEAKER_00: You can set that intention, absolutely.
• 30:24
SPEAKER_00: But also know that your team has your back.
• 30:30
SPEAKER_00: My team has my back.
• 30:33
SPEAKER_00: They're not gonna send me into the fire pit if I am unprepared for it.
• 30:38
SPEAKER_00: They might send me into the fire pit for me to learn a lesson, but they will never give me more than I can handle.
• 30:48
SPEAKER_00: They will never send me into the fire without teaching me the lesson afterwards.
• 31:00
SPEAKER_00: And so maybe psychic protection is a facet of how much do you trust your fucking team?
• 31:09
SPEAKER_00: How much do you trust your own ability to handle whatever comes your way?
• 31:17
SPEAKER_00: How much do you trust your own energy to let you know when something is off?
• 31:27
SPEAKER_00: Because the difference in the scenario I just explained and who I used to be, number one, I would have either blocked everything off in the beginning of my psychic journey, and or before I even knew that protection was a thing, I probably would have walked by her, felt sick, thought I was sick, perpetuated that in my energy, and then lit went home and like laid down the rest of the day because I thought I was catching a cold.
• 31:52
SPEAKER_00: That's that's what that's the reality of what this looks like.
• 31:56
SPEAKER_00: I mean, though, that is the evolution of me and my energy.
• 32:00
SPEAKER_00: And yours may look the same, yours might look very different.
• 32:02
SPEAKER_00: But I used to take on literally everybody's energy as my own.
• 32:05
  SPEAKER_00: Thought it was mine.
• 32:07
SPEAKER_00: Thought I was probably bipolar for half of my life.
• 32:10
SPEAKER_00: Because I would walk by somebody and I would pick up whatever energy they were putting out as if it were mine, which means that some days I was riding clown nine, some days I was massively depressed, most days I was very anxious because that vibration and frequency was very different than my own, and my system was registering it as a threat.
• 32:29
SPEAKER_00: So my anxiety and my nervous system go through the roof.
• 32:36
SPEAKER_00: And this is what I'm talking about with discern discernment.
• 32:38
SPEAKER_00: And that's why I'm like, when you start shut everything fucking down, learn your energy.
• 32:44
SPEAKER_00: And as you start to learn your energy, start opening up, start seeing where you need to do a little more work on your own energetic sovereignty because shit's coming in where you didn't intend it to.
• 32:58
SPEAKER_00: And everything that comes in, and this is part of the lessons your team will teach you, the things that come in that disrupt you are meant to disrupt you.
• 33:08
SPEAKER_00: So you learn a lesson.
• 33:09
SPEAKER_00: So you learn to treat your energy differently, so you learn to heal whatever part of you is a vibrational match for whatever the fuck you just picked up.
• 33:23
SPEAKER_00: That to me is the path of somebody that is very mature in this work.
• 33:32
SPEAKER_00: Is somebody who is open, who is receiving the things, who is, I'm gonna say, setting the intention, as I was talking about earlier, of not being open to absolutely everything.
• 33:45
SPEAKER_00: And because when I leave the house, and actually it's my permanent agreed upon intention with my team, is like I am not open for vibrational frequencies that are below me, that are not a vibrational match to me or above.
• 34:02
SPEAKER_00: But if it shows up, there's a reason it shows up, and I ask my team, what do you want me to do about it?
• 34:09
SPEAKER_00: Because some of it is a lesson for me, some of it is healing for other people, some, you know, I am a servant in this world as well, right?
• 34:16
SPEAKER_00: I am here to be of service to spirit and of God.
• 34:21
SPEAKER_00: And so I've very clearly set my intentions with my team to show me that whatever shows up is part of my journey that I'm supposed to heal, help, or fix.
• 34:37
SPEAKER_00: And the shit that we are so afraid of, the lower vibrational frequencies can't fucking touch me because I have set the intention that they can't fucking touch me.
• 34:50
SPEAKER_00: So much so that, oh yeah, this is definitely a podcast episode that's coming.
• 34:55
SPEAKER_00: I found an attachment on somebody.
• 34:58
SPEAKER_00: Hmm, me, who doesn't believe in attachments?
• 35:00
SPEAKER_00: There it was, couldn't fucking mistake it.
• 35:03
SPEAKER_00: And um, again, another podcast episode for another day, but but I was it was low vibrational attachment, and I was fucking terrified of it, like 100%.
• 35:15
SPEAKER_00: And yet I could see it, and yet it couldn't touch me.
• 35:19
SPEAKER_00: It tried, could not fucking touch me.
• 35:21
SPEAKER_00: And this is the power of attention it couldn't touch me.
• 35:28
SPEAKER_00: This is the power of using the things that are coming into your energetic field as lessons because probably at one point I probably would have gotten that attachment if I didn't heal whatever this attachment was a vibrational match to.
• 35:45
SPEAKER_00: That's yeah, that's a whole class in my water, by the way.
• 35:48
SPEAKER_00: Um, water program, which is my shamanic apprenticeship coming soon.
• 35:53
SPEAKER_00: Um but yeah, the oogle bad vibrations are certainly out there, but when you're not a vibrational match to them, they're not gonna find you.
• 36:04
SPEAKER_00: They're not gonna be allowed in your energetic space.
• 36:10
SPEAKER_00: They're not even gonna be able to touch you because they're different frequencies.
• 36:18
SPEAKER_00: I'm trying to ask my team for an example.
• 36:22
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay.
• 36:23
SPEAKER_00: That's what's gonna seal this whole thing.
• 36:25
  SPEAKER_00: Got it.
• 36:25
SPEAKER_00: All right, my team's just helping me in my head.
• 36:27
SPEAKER_00: So be so if you think about energetic protection that's needed, okay.
• 36:33
  SPEAKER_00: Let's assume let's just I keep seeing grades.
• 36:38
SPEAKER_00: So I'm just gonna repeat this.
• 36:39
SPEAKER_00: I'm just gonna relay this in terms of like grades in school.
• 36:43
SPEAKER_00: Probably because my kids just went back to school.
• 36:45
SPEAKER_00: So as you start your journey, you're in kindergarten, right?
• 36:52
SPEAKER_00: And in kindergarten, you don't know a lot of things yet.
• 36:55
SPEAKER_00: You don't know reality, you don't, you don't know um words, you barely know how to read, right?
• 37:00
SPEAKER_00: You might be able to notice the letters, but you don't certainly don't know how to read or put the sounds to the words together, right?
• 37:06
SPEAKER_00: And so you're learning the basics.
• 37:07
SPEAKER_00: So there's a whole lot of information out there that you are unaware of, don't know about.
• 37:12
SPEAKER_00: And this is when in the metaphysical world, you will shut the fuck down, right?
• 37:17
SPEAKER_00: And you will start figuring out what your own energy looks like.
• 37:23
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 37:25
SPEAKER_00: And at the level of kindergarten, which I'm gonna like I'm dumb to say this, but I'm gonna say it anyway, which is a lower grade.
• 37:33
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna equate that just for this exercise to a lower vibrational frequency.
• 37:38
SPEAKER_00: There's a lot more things at a lower vibrational frequency that are an energetic match for you, especially as you start to become more aware of other energies that are around you.
• 37:50
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 37:50
SPEAKER_00: And again, like to be fair, the oogly-boogly stuff is very rare and it's very few and far between.
• 37:58
SPEAKER_00: And so, like, the likelihood that you're gonna run into that is very, very low.
• 38:01
SPEAKER_00: But I do want you to protect yourself anyway when you're newer to this work.
• 38:06
SPEAKER_00: And as you start to get into like middle school, right?
• 38:11
SPEAKER_00: Which I'm gonna say is like this halfway in between point, like you're you're growing, but you're still kind of awkward, right?
• 38:17
SPEAKER_00: You might start opening up your energetic space, but you're probably still learning your lessons, right?
• 38:22
SPEAKER_00: Just like you're still still trying to circle and figure out your friend group, and you're trying to figure out who you are, and you're gonna try weird fucking outfits on, and you probably have braces, right?
• 38:32
SPEAKER_00: Um, and it's this very awkward time, but you you start to understand who you are and you start to dabble a little bit in knowing who you are while also experimenting with maybe these things around you to allow you to find yourself.
• 38:49
SPEAKER_00: This is kind of that halfway between point where, like, you're you're kind of protecting yourself, but you're kind of going out there too.
• 38:54
SPEAKER_00: You're kind of being more open, which means that you're gonna experiment, which means that you are gonna try things and you're gonna fail.
• 39:00
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna pick up shit in your energy field that is not yours.
• 39:02
SPEAKER_00: And you're gonna be like, fuck, it didn't happen again.
• 39:05
SPEAKER_00: It happened again, but you're starting to become more independent.
• 39:08
SPEAKER_00: You're starting to know who you are as an energetic person.
• 39:10
SPEAKER_00: You're starting to understand your own energetic fingerprint signature, what's unique about you, what your vibration looks like while also still learning the ropes along the way.
• 39:18
  SPEAKER_00: All right.
• 39:19
SPEAKER_00: And then we get into college years.
• 39:22
SPEAKER_00: And when you're in college years, you fucking know what you're doing, generally.
• 39:27
SPEAKER_00: Like you have a major, you're paying a shit ton of money to get an education so that hopefully you have a job that can pay those fucking student loans off, right?
• 39:36
SPEAKER_00: Bonus point if you can buy a house.
• 39:38
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know about anybody nowadays.
• 39:40
SPEAKER_00: Um, and so as you're going through this process, as a college person, you generally know who you are.
• 39:47
SPEAKER_00: You generally already have your group of friends.
• 39:49
SPEAKER_00: You generally like know what you're meant to do.
• 39:52
SPEAKER_00: You feel really good about who you are, you're very confident in who you are.
• 39:55
SPEAKER_00: And that confidence is what's going to keep people out because you already automatically know, like the people, I'm just gonna say it, the people that are like doing the drugs or like the troublemakers, or like the ones who has daddy foot in the bill that has like the PT cruiser.
• 40:12
SPEAKER_00: Yes, this was my college experience.
• 40:13
SPEAKER_00: Was it the PT cruiser?
• 40:14
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, something else.
• 40:15
  SPEAKER_00: I can't remember it now anymore.
• 40:17
SPEAKER_00: Or like the Audi TTs, like, because I went to business school and they were all fucking rich except for me.
• 40:21
SPEAKER_00: Um, so they're all there, like having their different experience, and you can very clearly see on the outside, these people are not for me.
• 40:28
SPEAKER_00: This is not my group of people, right?
• 40:30
SPEAKER_00: And so, like, you don't even try to interact with them.
• 40:33
SPEAKER_00: You're like, I'm not gonna pay attention to you, you are not gonna pay attention to me.
• 40:37
SPEAKER_00: We are of different vibrational frequencies, we are not gonna get along.
• 40:40
SPEAKER_00: There is nothing that you have that I'm interested in, and vice versa.
• 40:43
SPEAKER_00: So you just kind of stay away from each other.
• 40:45
SPEAKER_00: This is the idea of like lower vibrational frequencies as you get higher vibration.
• 40:51
SPEAKER_00: You're like, I see you, you see me, and we're not a match.
• 40:54
SPEAKER_00: And or you don't even see each other at all because you're not even in the same social circles.
• 40:59
SPEAKER_00: And so, do you see how the evolution of you turning into a very sovereign person who knows you, who knows your energy, who knows exactly what you're here to do?
• 41:08
SPEAKER_00: And it's not like, you know, we're all bumbling messes, if I'm honest with you, but you understand in theory what I'm talking about.
• 41:14
SPEAKER_00: And when you become the person who knows who you are, who knows what your energy looks like and you're confident in it, you don't fucking worry anymore because you don't need to.
• 41:22
SPEAKER_00: Because if that rich kid, I'm just gonna say it that way, God, that sounds like an asshole.
• 41:29
  SPEAKER_00: Well, I I I gen I generally am an asshole.
• 41:32
SPEAKER_00: Um so if this like rich daddy's boy with the Audi TT starts coming your way, and sure, he might be good looking.
• 41:39
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 41:40
SPEAKER_00: They weren't at my school, but he starts coming your way and he wants to be friends with you.
• 41:44
SPEAKER_00: You're like, mm, time out.
• 41:46
  SPEAKER_00: I see you.
• 41:47
  SPEAKER_00: We're not, we're we're all set.
• 41:49
SPEAKER_00: You can go back on your way.
• 41:51
SPEAKER_00: And you start to build build the boundaries, and you you don't have to be defensive in the boundaries anymore.
• 41:57
SPEAKER_00: You can start being offensive in the boundaries.
• 42:01
  SPEAKER_00: That's the difference.
• 42:04
SPEAKER_00: Is when you get really good at energetic protection, you're kind of on the offensive.
• 42:08
SPEAKER_00: You know when something's coming in before it comes in.
• 42:12
SPEAKER_00: And you can be like, I choose not to.
• 42:14
  SPEAKER_00: Goodbye.
• 42:15
SPEAKER_00: And you own the power of I said no.
• 42:19
SPEAKER_00: You own the power of your intention.
• 42:20
SPEAKER_00: You are unshakable, you are unmovable.
• 42:23
SPEAKER_00: There is nothing that can influence or change the way that you stand in your energetic field because you know yourself so well.
• 42:34
SPEAKER_00: And so this is really why I wanted to have this discussion with all of you because I think there are so many things that look so black and white when you start this work like energetic protection, and it's all fucking gray.
• 42:50
SPEAKER_00: It's it's the biggest gray space ever.
• 42:56
SPEAKER_00: And I have to be honest with you, this entire conversation started from my air communication class where I'm teaching everybody how to do psychic protection, and then they ask me what I do, and I'm like, uh, I don't do any of it.
• 43:11
SPEAKER_00: And I had to explain what I'm talking to you about.
• 43:15
SPEAKER_00: And this is why because I know who I am.
• 43:19
SPEAKER_00: I am not a vibrational match for the things that you're trying to protect yourself from.
• 43:25
SPEAKER_00: And I'm working with my team on the highest level intention of my energetic field, and knowing that if something comes in, it's a lesson for me to learn, and I don't want to miss the lessons.
• 43:39
SPEAKER_00: And it's the same with all of the random things that the newbies receive when they're open, the intuitive hits and houses or the ghosts or the random spirits that come your way, right?
• 43:52
SPEAKER_00: Like, like if you're open to those at those frequencies, when you start to get into that college level version of you, you're just like, I don't have fucking time for this.
• 44:01
  SPEAKER_00: Again, you're a vibrational mismatch.
• 44:06
SPEAKER_00: Again, because you're setting the attention of staying within your frequency or higher.
• 44:14
SPEAKER_00: And so that eliminates 80, 90, 95% of the fucking chaos and energy that's around me, and I don't feel any of it.
• 44:23
  SPEAKER_00: That's the difference.
• 44:25
SPEAKER_00: And I guess that's the really, really long answer to probably the number one question that I get from everybody is like, don't you just like walk around and see the dead people everywhere?
• 44:37
SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, no, I'm a different vibrational frequency.
• 44:43
  SPEAKER_00: Could I?
• 44:44
  SPEAKER_00: Sure.
• 44:45
  SPEAKER_00: Do I want to?
• 44:46
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 44:46
SPEAKER_00: That would be chaotic mess.
• 44:48
SPEAKER_00: I would drain my energy faster than my kids have this summer.
• 44:56
SPEAKER_00: Faster than going to six flags with my kids.
• 44:58
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like crazy.
• 45:00
SPEAKER_00: Like, no, no, no, no.
• 45:01
SPEAKER_00: Like that is just destruction and noise.
• 45:04
SPEAKER_00: And if someone has a true message they need me to deliver, my team will allow them to step forward in my energetic field and I'll know it's for me.
• 45:13
SPEAKER_00: And if it's not for me, I won't even know it's there.
• 45:17
SPEAKER_00: Can I tap into it?
• 45:18
  SPEAKER_00: Sure.
• 45:19
SPEAKER_00: Am I gonna waste my energy?
• 45:21
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 45:26
SPEAKER_00: So let me land this one for all of you.
• 45:30
SPEAKER_00: So, what I really want you to pay attention to in this episode is like, how are you energetically protecting yourself?
• 45:40
SPEAKER_00: Are you a newbie who's open to everything when you cannot even discern what's yours and what's not yours?
• 45:50
SPEAKER_00: Probably need a little bit of psychic hygiene, right?
• 45:53
SPEAKER_00: Are you somebody who was totally unaware of this topic at all?
• 45:56
SPEAKER_00: Like it's probably worth you thinking about like, does your energy fluctuate?
• 46:01
SPEAKER_00: Does do your mood, are your moods super chaotic?
• 46:04
SPEAKER_00: Do they shift greatly from day to day?
• 46:07
SPEAKER_00: Because if so, there's probably some stuff that you that are you're taking on that's not yours, and there's an opportunity for you to be more stable in your energy just by learning a little bit about psychic protection, right?
• 46:22
SPEAKER_00: Are you far along in this journey and you've forgotten that you need to maybe protect yourself a little bit?
• 46:31
SPEAKER_00: Are you wide open because you're not doing psychic hygiene and you're in those middle school years where you're like, oh, I should probably start noticing a little bit more?
• 46:42
SPEAKER_00: Or are you a seasoned veteran that goes out of your way to close everything down every day?
• 46:48
SPEAKER_00: Or is there a better way that you can work with your team and your intentions to not expend so much energy protecting yourself every day and just fucking trust that your team has your back and whatever comes your way, you can handle it.
• 47:08
SPEAKER_00: And so the goal of psychic protection is not to build a fortress around your energy.
• 47:15
  SPEAKER_00: It's to become Ernesto's game on.
• 47:19
SPEAKER_00: Ernesto is saying, maybe it's maybe the goal is really to become so familiar with yourself and your own energy to be capable of holding your own energetic state and so sovereign in your choices that you don't need a defense strategy.
• 47:41
SPEAKER_00: And again, with every expansion iteration that you experience, you might need a different level of psychic protection.
• 47:51
SPEAKER_00: But I don't want to tell you what the best way is for you because again, I want you to experience it.
• 48:00
SPEAKER_00: So again, another pitch for inside the Unity Code Lab this week, we are running a live energetic protection versus being open experiment.
• 48:11
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna work with both of these states.
• 48:13
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna teach you how to protect yourself.
• 48:14
SPEAKER_00: And I I want you in the session to like compare what you notice in your bodies, what you receive, right?
• 48:22
SPEAKER_00: And it's gonna be recorded and released for all of you afterwards to listen in if you miss it.
• 48:26
SPEAKER_00: So if you want to join live and interact and ask questions, hopefully not about the attachment thing I just talked about.
• 48:32
SPEAKER_00: Can we just skip over that?
• 48:34
SPEAKER_00: I I know I owe you a massive podcast episode of me um putting my tail between my legs and admitting I was wrong.
• 48:44
  SPEAKER_00: It's coming.
• 48:45
SPEAKER_00: It's coming when I'm ready to talk about it.
• 48:47
SPEAKER_00: Um, but I want you to be able to understand what this looks like and feels like in your system as well.
• 48:56
SPEAKER_00: And notice the shift in your emotional state as a result of it.
• 49:01
SPEAKER_00: Because the reality is that when you do energetic protection in your own system better, you are not muddled up with the noise and energies and frequencies of the people and places and things that are all around you.
• 49:19
SPEAKER_00: You become more stable, stable and predictable in your own energy, which honestly is a lot less dramatic and a lot healthier and a lot happier in your own energy every single day.
• 49:37
SPEAKER_00: And who doesn't want that?
• 49:38
SPEAKER_00: Like, who doesn't want a much more stable energy every single day?
• 49:42
SPEAKER_00: Even those of us that are women that have the cycles, right?
• 49:46
SPEAKER_00: Like, like I understand that we're gonna have a different emotional states based on different cycles of our menstrual cycle, but it's a game changer when it's not being influenced by other people.
• 50:00
SPEAKER_00: And I'm willing to fight anybody on this episode.
• 50:03
SPEAKER_00: So if you have a different opinion, fucking bring it to me.
• 50:05
  SPEAKER_00: I'm totally in.
• 50:06
SPEAKER_00: Um, I will see you in the lab.
• 50:09
SPEAKER_00: I'm so excited that you're joining, and I will uh look forward to seeing how this experiment plays out for all of you.
• 50:17
SPEAKER_00: Again, you want to join the lab, it's in the show notes, and I can't wait to see you there.
• 50:21
  SPEAKER_00: Take care, everybody.
• 50:28
SPEAKER_00: This is the Unity Code.
• 50:31
SPEAKER_00: If something today made you think differently, sparked a question, or made you wonder what else you're capable of, come join us inside the Unity Code community.
• 50:40
SPEAKER_00: That's where experiments are going to continue, conversations are gonna get weirder, and you may even end up being part of the show.
• 50:48
SPEAKER_00: And if you're ready to take what we're exploring here and use it to create real change in your own life, you can always work with me directly by booking a session or attending a class right on my website at mediumnicole.com.
• 51:01
SPEAKER_00: Because knowing what's possible is only the beginning.
• 51:04
SPEAKER_00: The real magic is what you choose to do with it.
• 51:08
SPEAKER_00: I'll see you next time on the Unity Code.
