York Regional Police are urgently seeking a South Asian man with shoulder-length black hair and a soul patch, who allegedly targeted two victims in Vaughan with hate-motivated assaults — one on June 9th and another just two days later on June 11th — each preceded by a racial slur and followed by physical violence, leaving both with minor injuries.
