Lindsay Clancy’s defense is asking a Massachusetts judge to dismiss the murder charges against her, arguing a retrial would violate double jeopardy. Clancy’s first trial ended in a mistrial after jurors deadlocked 11-to-one. Her attorneys argue the judge should have questioned the lone holdout before declaring a mistrial.
