  [SPEAKER_00]: Dominant over the back half of the 2025 season, 11 personnel, three wide receivers, one tight end, one running back, unbelievable stuff down the stretch last year.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Week nine was against the Raiders, where they went out to Vegas and they won an overtime 30 to 29.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Crazy weird game, but they were able to win that one.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And that was their first game without Travis Hunter.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And I think that that was kind of a test.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They were beaten the brakes off Houston early and they fell apart and that was the moment that really brought this team together.

  [SPEAKER_00]: A weaker group could have fallen apart after that loss to the Texans.

  [SPEAKER_00]: That was the moment that brought this team together.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They go and they beat up on the LA Chargers the next week 35 to 6.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And again, they scored 30 points and then 29 points and then 35 points.

  [SPEAKER_00]: 27 points in Arizona, 25 points in Tennessee that could have scored a lot more, but they were just dominating the Titans in that game, 36 against Indy, 48 against the Jets, 34 against the Broncos, and then 23 against the Colts, and then 41 against the Titans to finish things off, right?

  [SPEAKER_00]: So they were going scorched Earth offensively, and again, a lot of it was from 11 personnel, Trevor Lawrence, I mean, that's the key to the entire thing, right?

  [SPEAKER_00]: During that stretch, he had the second most big time throws in the NFL only behind Matt Stafford.

  [SPEAKER_00]: He had the fourth highest average depth of target, so they were pushing the ball down the field over 10 yards.

  [SPEAKER_00]: He had the second most passing touchdowns, only behind Matthew Stafford, and the fifth most passing yards.

  [SPEAKER_00]: He was also running the ball a lot, doing a really good job with his legs, and they were so good in 11 personnel because Liam Cohen's a great play caller because Trevor Lawrence was playing great, but the skill sets that they had with their 11 personnel, Jacoby Myers, Parker Washington, Brian Thomas Jr., Britain Strange, Travis ETN, those skill guys would Liam Cohen dialing it up

  [SPEAKER_00]: That was incredible, and if the first two to three reads weren't open pretty quickly, he was taken off and doing big things with his legs, but again, it goes back to the combination of skill sets in the passing game.

  [SPEAKER_00]: with those guys like Brian Thomas Jr. spreads the field so well as a boundary threat opens things up you have to respect his deep threat you have to respect his speed especially on the boundary but he he has the ability as well to be a great post target to you know down the middle of the field so that opens up everything then you have Parker Washington who I think

  [SPEAKER_00]: He's a great short to intermediate threat from the line of scrimmage, all the way to like 20 to 25 yards down the field over the middle.

  [SPEAKER_00]: He can win with the ball in his hands or as a route runner down the field.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So that's awesome.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And you have both of those guys opening up thanks for Jacobi Myers, who is more of that quick strike over the middle possession receiver.

  [SPEAKER_00]: He can do more than that, but that's really what his presence unlocked in the Jack Wars offense after they traded for him.

  [SPEAKER_00]: over the Raiders, and then getting Britain strange back my goodness.

  [SPEAKER_00]: He scares defenses because he's attacking space as a blocker or receiver.

  [SPEAKER_00]: That puts defenders in the second third level in a real bind because you don't want to be a linebacker or a safety or a corner with Britain strange coming at you.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But at the same time, he's good enough athlete and talented enough receiver, explosive enough receiver to really be problematic for you in that regard as well.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Trevor Lawrence will put it on him and give him an opportunity to go get the football and then Travis E. T. N. was superb out of the backfield last year as a receiver as well.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So they just had it all dialing for the most part.

  [SPEAKER_00]: There's some things they can improve.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But, you know, Liam Cohen, such a great tanker, offensive play collar, figuring all this out with the aid of Grant Eudinsky and Shane Waldron and company.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And really, again, turning the Jaguar as 11 personnel into an absolute mismatch nightmare for opposing defenses.

  [SPEAKER_00]: That's what it was down the stretch.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So why they lose in the playoffs?

  [SPEAKER_00]: I think that the bills with their coaching staff and obviously that's gonna be different now, but they decided, hey,

  [SPEAKER_00]: We're not going to allow you to just throw the ball on us.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And we're going to give you the run.

  [SPEAKER_00]: We are so confident in our past events.

  [SPEAKER_00]: That's the best path forward for us.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And ultimately, the Jaguar has moved the ball a lot.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They ran the ball extremely well.

  [SPEAKER_00]: A couple turnovers and the inability to get quick stops on defense.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I think ultimately, dooms the Jaguars in that game.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And obviously, someone fortunate.

  [SPEAKER_00]: mistakes at the end.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But I don't think that that should really bother the Jaguar's too much.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And if they won that game, which they were right in, they probably would have represented the AFC in the Super Bowl.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I don't think they would have beat the Seahawks last year, but they were a damn good team.

  [SPEAKER_00]: How do you grow from that?

  [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, if they would have kept running the ball, they would have won the game.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I feel confident about that.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Kept running the ball with Travis ETM, basaltoot, and etc.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But what do you need to do now?

  [SPEAKER_00]: You're replacing Travis ETN, the pass down back, I think more than the running back is more important.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Like, ETN's pass down work was incredible last year.

  [SPEAKER_00]: To me, it seems like the combination of basaltoon and liquid Allen can do a lot of what he did in the passing game.

  [SPEAKER_00]: You saw a lot of that last year, a smaller sample size, but I think you can see that moving forward.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They obviously wanna get better in 12 personnel.

  [SPEAKER_00]: It's not just like the ability to run power downhill in 12 personnel, because you come out in 12 and you know, two tight ends and the defense loads up against that, and so it can make it difficult, but it's the ability to be multiple from 12.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The ability to really be an effective passing team from 12 that can make it so devastating against opponents.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So you bring in Nate Borkutcher and Tanner Cozou and you keep Quentin Morris.

  [SPEAKER_00]: You have a really good tie-in room now.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I think you really do.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And Borgature, this guy can catch passes.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Tanner Cowsville, he can catch passes.

  [SPEAKER_00]: You want to get better at running down the hill, being able to pick up tough yardage, which they weren't good at last year.

  [SPEAKER_00]: You bring in, again, neighborhood tour, Emmanuel Pregnant, Chris Rodriguez,

  [SPEAKER_00]: and you stop Britain's strange.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I think that all those things, all those players helping that regard, I think also bringing in Brian Pukuchi helps in that regard.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The Jaguar's new run game coordinator.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And then a couple of just things that can help everything.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Travis Hunter, we haven't even brought him up yet.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Travis Hunter is going to be a big part of the Jaguar's offense.

  [SPEAKER_00]: He absolutely is.

  [SPEAKER_00]: That's going to be a factor that I just don't think anybody knows how to quantify yet because he was absent down the stretch and the Jaguars were so good.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But you bring in him in an 11 person now.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And then you also want to get the screen game going.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Liam Cohen is great when it comes to calling and designing screens.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The Jag Awards were not good at it last year.

  [SPEAKER_00]: You can get that screen game going.

  [SPEAKER_00]: It's a little bit of a reset for everyone.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Easy play for the quarterback to complete the pass.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And it's just kind of that breather type of play as Liam Cohen puts it.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So I think the Jag Awards

  [SPEAKER_00]: passing offense should be more multiple in 2026, but 11 personnel is their bread and butter.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I can make an almost take about it.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They want to be able to be good from 12 and they want to be able to present different mismatches or attack different mismatches, present different looks to different teams.

  [SPEAKER_00]: But I think 11 personnel is still going to be their heaviest personnel package because they've just got the guys to do it in an extremely high level and Trevor Lawrence feels confident with it.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm excited to see how this offense comes together in 2026.
