- 0:08If we've learned anything from these past couple of years, my call Americans is that personal medical freedom and liberty are in crisis.
- 0:19America Roll Pulse brings together the top experts in health care related fields to keep you up beaten ahead.
- 0:29Hello, ladies and gentlemen.
- 0:31This is Dr.
- 0:32Clayton J.
- 0:33Baker MD on the America Out Loud Post program on the America Outloud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
- 0:44Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
- 0:46Those of you who have been following me late weeks have known that I have been closely following all of the developments in the battle to end geoengineering, to end those horrible spraying lines of pollution that we see being emitted from aircraft over our heads every day.
- 1:09And last week we had an important author, Peter Kirby, whose book Chemtrails Exposed, a New Manhattan Project will be released on January 20th through Skyhorse Publishing and distributed by Simon and Schuster.
- 1:29A big development.
- 1:43Today I'm honored to have been able to secure a little time from attorney Blake Horwitz.
- 1:51Mr.
- 1:52Horwitz is the chief partner of the Blake Horwitz Law Firm, which is a very successful and well-established firm in Chicago, Illinois.
- 2:07And it is an a firm that is taking on the geoengineering problem.
- 2:19And I'm very delighted to have him here today.
- 2:26So without further ado, I'd like to introduce Blake Horwitz to the program.
- 2:32And I'm just going to turn it over to you, Blake, to tell us about what you're doing to stop geoengineering.
- 2:43Well, nice to be here, Dr.
- 2:44Baker.
- 2:45Thank you for having your platform and giving people an opportunity to understand what's going on in the geoengineering world.
- 2:53What we're doing is we're putting together litigation to profoundly impede geoengineering in the United States, either put an end to it or to curtail it dramatically.
- 3:07Our goal is to have the litigation make a loud noise so that politicians are aware and the nefarious actors, the bad actors that are polluting our atmosphere are aware that if they want to engage in geoengineering, there will be litigation against them.
- 3:25And to make the public aware so that there's clarity as to what's taking place versus the nonsense that anybody who talks about geoengineering is engaged in a conspiracy theory.
- 3:40Absolutely.
- 3:41Those are really key points.
- 3:43And thank you for outlining that this is a multi-step process, a multi-pronged approach that we need to take against geoengineering.
- 3:54You mentioned uh litigation.
- 3:56What can you tell us so far about your your approach to that?
- 4:01Well, we're developing litigation uh clients and evidence and damages.
- 4:07It's not something that I'm going to talk about until we file.
- 4:11That is something that we're developing right now, meaning actual damage that have occurred to individuals or their land, and who is responsible for those damages, how it was caused by geoengineering, things of that nature.
- 4:23Getting into these specific details, I'd rather wait until the litigation begins.
- 4:27Of course.
- 4:28Of course.
- 4:29You also talked about how the best word I can think of right now is sort of the echo effect of what the efforts on the part of your firm and potentially on the part of other lawyers going forward may be in terms of clarifying what's going on, uncovering some of the incredible psychological operations and covert operations and disinformation and outright lies that we face when we try to expose what's going on directly over our heads.
- 5:09Can you comment on that aspect of things?
- 5:14So let's first take a look at how we know there's a conspiracy to stop people from talking about geoengineering.
- 5:23So geoengineering is frequently looked at as climate trails.
- 5:27People use the word climate trails or uh chemical trails, chemtrail.
- 5:31So people say uh, are chemtrails real or are these chemical trails that we're seeing behind airplanes?
- 5:38And so they look it up online.
- 5:41And when they look it up online, there's an instantaneous AI-generated falsehood that these is just a conspiracy theory.
- 5:52So that is the information that's put out, that information is false.
- 5:57Anyone to say that it's just a conspiracy theory is either not knowledgeable about what's going on or just uh consuming the falsehoods of the general public.
- 6:09At the end of the day, if one changes your search, three seconds later, you can find information with regards to geoengineering.
- 6:20So you look up the terms chemtrail, and then that will instantaneously come up as conspiracy theory.
- 6:28But you look up the terms geoengineering and ask the questions, what is taking place by the U.S.
- 6:36government.
- 6:37Lee Zeldon, the person who runs the EPA, he has said in a number of videos that absolutely geoengineering is taking place, and it takes place through the use of airplanes or other modalities.
- 6:51And if it takes place through airplanes, then when people see chemtrails, why are they not seeing why are those not the airplanes that Lee Zeldon is referring to?
- 7:03Nevertheless, it's very well established that there are multiple ways in which uh geoengineering is taking place.
- 7:11And that means when I say geoengineering, it means to engineer weather, weather modification.
- 7:18So there are multiple ways that it's taking place, and everybody on the planet is looking up right now, or let's say a large percentage of the population, and they're posting it online.
- 7:29They're there, they want people to recognize that there's a level of craziness going on in the air.
- 7:35So that there's an obvious attack to make sure people are not informed about this and that they cannot believe their eyes is self-evident.
- 7:46So the lawsuit would have as a goal to inform people with the use of experts and proper evidence to inform people as to what's taking place.
- 7:58In other words, people have a right to know what's taking place.
- 8:01And when lawsuits are filed, lawsuits are public knowledge, they're for public consumption, as we all know.
- 8:06Because when we see litigation occur, whether it's a criminal case or a civil case, and much of the information is public.
- 8:14Sometimes a judge will enter an order and information will not be for public consumption until later on during the trial.
- 8:22But our intent will be to make information known to people so that it can improve our society and improve our the quality of our error and stop people from being poisoned.
- 8:34Excellent.
- 8:35So, you know, you really touched on a number of topics that I think are really important.
- 8:40I think many of the listeners to this program are aware of.
- 8:44But I'm seeing over the last year to two years a tremendous awareness on the part of a huge segment of the general population, both in the United States and internationally, much of it through social media.
- 9:01That is absolutely happening, that the simplistic dismissive statements about conspiracy theory and tinfoil hat and so on, are kind of tired excuses that we've dealt with for many, many years over many, many subjects.
- 9:20And I think I really believe that the whole COVID period uh opened up a lot of people's eyes.
- 9:27Uh, the phrase I hear a lot is red-pilled, which of course goes back to the movie The Matrix.
- 9:32But a lot of people have been for want of a better term, red-pilled.
- 9:37And now when they see these trails over their head, going from horizon to horizon and spreading out and turning into this low kind of what I call wet diaper cloud cover.
- 9:49And then you see it form these serrated edges like a washboard, an old fashioned washboard.
- 9:55It becomes very clear to people that this is not water vapor uh contract.
- 10:00And it's very clear that when someone tells them they're imagining it that they're being lied to.
- 10:06Unfortunately, it's very hard for the average person to kind of get their head around what's happening.
- 10:13They know something's wrong, but they don't know quite what it is.
- 10:17And again, when they do a simple internet search, they get lied to again effectively.
- 10:25And so I think that you're, I agree with you completely that litigation is going to be an absolutely essential tool to open up awareness and open up transparency into this because of the discovery that you may get in these cases and the public nature of these cases.
- 10:43And I think it also is important because we need some degree of accountability for the people that are doing this to us.
- 11:08Let's take the cat mystic uh scenario that transpired in Texas.
- 11:14Uh and what I want to say that um I am not representing anybody in the in Kerry County in Hunt, Texas.
- 11:25And but I would like to reflect on it, and I'd like for people to have a little bit more information about it.
- 11:31So the reporting is the, and by and I am clear when I say the reporting.
- 11:39So the reporting is that there was a company that I'm not going to name that was engaging in cloud seeding.
- 11:47The cloud seeding that this company was engaged in was 24 hours prior to the development of the storm.
- 11:55And as I understand, was within about 100 miles of the storm.
- 12:00So I just happened to look up the reporting regarding this incident online.
- 12:07And what I noticed is a lot of wordplay.
- 12:11And the word play is very different than how things work in court.
- 12:17So the legal issue that people may want to be aware of is a legal issue that we talk about called causation.
- 12:27So causation, as we learn about in law school, means that one person, one person can cause injury to another, and that person can be the sole cause.
- 12:38There's no other reason for it whatsoever.
- 12:42Or one of the causes.
- 12:45Or what's called a substantial contributing factor, or just simply one of the causes that would naturally lead up to the injury that the plaintiff sustained.
- 12:57So for example, if I take a bowling ball and I roll it off of a building, I may not know who's down there.
- 13:08And it may strike somebody that's down there.
- 13:12I don't know who they are.
- 13:14But all I all I intended to do was just to roll the bowling ball off of a building.
- 13:18And then ultimately, let's say it was a building that was in construction, didn't have a wall.
- 13:24I roll it off the floor, and then the ball goes falls onto somebody directly below immediately upon the ball upon the bowling ball landing on the ground.
- 13:36So that would be a pretty interesting, pretty clear case of causation as a direct cause, even though I don't know who I'm injuring.
- 13:43Now let's assume the ball continues to roll and it goes across the street, and uh the ball comes into contact with a young boy riding a bike.
- 13:54Now that's getting a little bit more farther afield, and it's hard to know.
- 13:59It gets harder to know whether or not there's causation in the sense that the ball can keep rolling.
- 14:05If it's up on a hill, the ball can keep rolling for several blocks.
- 14:09And as the ball keeps rolling for several blocks, the question is when it comes into contact with the boy riding a bike.
- 14:16Well, is that causally related to me throwing it from or having it roll off the building?
- 14:23And then it goes on and on as to causation, meaning there could be somebody a block away, two blocks away, things of that nature.
- 14:30In this instance, you have 24 hours prior, um, cloud seeding taking place within 100 miles of where the brain activity took place.
- 14:42So there's an immediate question of temporal causation, uh causation in time.
- 14:47And then the next question is, or the next word play that I saw that I that I was mentioning earlier, is the concept becomes was it the sole cause of the storm?
- 14:59Well, of course it wasn't the sole cause of the storm, right?
- 15:01The storm was a large storm, and the cloud seeding that took place 100 miles away wouldn't be the sole cause of the storm.
- 15:09But what the meteorologists are saying, the ones that talk about the cloud seeding that was taking place, is that the cloud seeding wasn't the reason for the storm.
- 15:19The cloud seeding wasn't what is called in legal causation the sole proximate cause of the storm storm or the sole cause of the storm.
- 15:27But that's not the legal question.
- 15:29The legal question is was it one of the causes of the storm?
- 15:34Did it augment the storm?
- 15:36Was it a contributing factor to the storm?
- 15:38Was it a substantial contributing factor to the storm?
- 15:41Those are the legal questions that arise.
- 15:43And it's essential that we take a look at that because not only is it logical, meaning, is it logical to ask those questions?
- 15:52Is it just one of the causes?
- 15:54Does it help add to the storm?
- 15:56Is it a is does it make it a little bit more rainy?
- 15:59Um, does it change some of the uh pressure that's existing between one zone and another, such that the air pressure um goes from areas of greater density to lesser density and moves into that area?
- 16:12Things of that things of that nature.
- 16:14So those are the types of questions that lawyers would ask.
- 16:16And it's also a type of a question that we should all ask is is there a little bit of or is there a substantial contributing factor to um cloud seeding that takes place 100 miles away, or more aggressive um activity other than cloud seeding that might start in Idaho and then follow up in Ohio or Montana or something like that.
- 16:43So those are all the questions that we ask.
- 16:46And I'm using this scenario with Cat Mystic and what took place in Hunt, Texas, because these are really important questions to ask.
- 16:53These were there was over 100 people that died, and we should not be playing God.
- 17:01And the degree of care necessary to truly understand what is taking place is essential.
- 17:11So let's let's back up a bit about this issue.
- 17:15I'm gonna stop you right there, uh Blake, for and we're gonna go to a break, and then I'm gonna have you back up and take off right where you uh where you left off here.
- 17:26It's very interesting conversation.
- 17:28It's great to listen to uh legal mind talk about this problem because so many people feel so helpless about it.
- 17:35Uh, we'll be right back after these messages.

- 19:36This is Dr.
- 19:37Clayton J.
- 19:37Baker MD on the America Out Loud Pulse Program on the American Out Loud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
- 19:45We're going to continue with our conversation with attorney Blake Horwitz of the Blake Horowitz Law Firm.
- 19:51The Blake Horwitz Law Firm has recently taken on the battle to stop geoengineering at the lead.
- 20:00Legal level, and I'm honored to have him on the show today.
- 20:05And I want to turn things right back over to him because he was talking about sort of uh very interesting talk about about some of the legal aspects of this, and he said he was going to back up and uh keep going.
- 20:22I interrupted him, of course, for an advertisement, but uh let's get right back to it, Blake.
- 20:28Take it away.
- 20:29So the issues concerning causation, legal causation, and whether or not there are unintended causes for the various, I don't want to just call it cloud seeding, but there's a whole array of geoengineering that's taking place.
- 20:46Yes, these questions come up in congressional discussions.
- 20:52And as you may know, uh, Dr.
- 20:54Baker, when pointed, let's call it cross-examination is submitted, when direct questions are asked to the experts that are coming forward and saying, sorry for the background noise.
- 21:08Is that that's probably gonna be too bad too much right now?
- 21:10No, I I think we're okay.
- 21:12Okay.
- 21:13Uh when direct questions are asked, like, well, do you know all the intended consequences?
- 21:19Do you do you know exactly whether or not cloud seeding in Ohio will affect uh weather in Iowa and et cetera.
- 21:29And the answers are no, we don't.
- 21:31And we don't know all the intended consequences, and we don't know to what extent there will be undesirable outcomes.
- 21:40Now, those questions, just those questions, that those neutral questions and those answers onto themselves are just not okay.
- 21:50And it cannot be that we are playing God, and if you don't believe in God, it cannot be that we cannot that we can play with Mother Nature like this.
- 21:59It just cannot be.
- 22:01Now, those discussions are completely separate and apart from the poisons that they're putting in the atmosphere.
- 22:09The poisons that they're putting in the atmosphere are pretty well developed.
- 22:12I know you've talked about it a lot in your show, and and I know that you're a medical doctor.
- 22:18But the poisons that are being that are being placed in the atmosphere, separate and apart from an example of like what happened with Camp Mystic, separate and apart from the flooding that we saw a couple years ago in Dubai in the desert where they had these biblical flooding.
- 22:33Um the poisons in the atmosphere are very detrimental to mankind and very detrimental to plant life, very detrimental to agriculture, and just the natural floor and fauna of the earth.
- 22:50That is why I chose to take this project on.
- 22:55There's no way that I can put my head down at night and say to myself, I am okay with this going on.
- 23:02If I can have something to do to change the course of events, I will.
- 23:06So what do we know is taking place?
- 23:09We know that aluminum particles, aluminum nanoparticles, very small particles that are one millionth of a meter.
- 23:19You have to see on a very special uh microscope, if not an electron microscope, super small particles are developing in our rainwater, are developing in our soil and are developing in people's bodies and developing in the brain.
- 23:36And we all know that Alzheimer's on the rise, and aluminum is considered to be a meaningful contributive factor to Alzheimer's.
- 23:47So aluminum is being sprayed from the aircraft that we either see, meaning we can actually see the aircraft, or aircraft that is up so high and spread in such and sprayed in such a fashion that we cannot see it.
- 24:05Aluminum nanoparticles are in the air.
- 24:08When people look at a sunrise, you can see that is not the normal sunrise.
- 24:12We know this.
- 24:13People, if you if you get up early enough and you take a look at the sunrise, you'll see a metallic hue around the sunrise.
- 24:20It's not the normal sunrise.
- 24:23Now, whether that's aluminum or other particles, that has to be studied, meaning one has to look exactly where they're at and study exactly what particles are in the atmosphere to cause this incredibly metallic like sunrise.
- 24:40But everybody should be very clear in their minds that not to be fooled by what's online.
- 24:46If you observe something that is very strange in your atmosphere in your above your home, then think about what's going on and look into it.
- 24:57You can have your soil tested to provide evidence.
- 25:02There's a special way to go about doing that to determine whether or not there's extra aluminum in your soil or other particles like strontium and barium.
- 25:11So it gets a little complicated to talk about the nanoparticles, how they manifest, and that might be a topic for another day.
- 25:18But at the end of the day, the aluminum can be caused by the spraying that they're putting in the air through a sort of a complex combination of sulfur dioxide converting to sulfuric acid to ultimately causing aluminum to be manifest in the soil, or or the aluminum can simply be sprayed as a nanoparticle from the from an airplane.
- 25:42And by spray, what I mean is I'm not ruling out that it could be jet fuel or that it could be an intentional spraying uh through the with the specific intention of spraying the Earth's atmosphere with nanoparticles.
- 26:00So it could be both, and it could be done through other methods as well.
- 26:02It can be done from marine um from marine oceanic vessels into the atmosphere.
- 26:09So there's a complex methodology to the madness and the craziness.
- 26:16I am thankful that people have the awareness and lack the fear to take photographs and put it up in the air because we're studying all that.
- 26:26And we are our lawsuit is designed designed to take action on it.
- 26:31What we are going to do is we are going to sue the individuals that are polluting this environment.
- 26:37That is what we are going to do.
- 26:39And we are going to make known to the world what is taking place.
- 26:45It would be nice for other lawyers to join.
- 26:48Other lawyers truly interested in this undertaking.
- 26:52But anyways, we decided to do that.
- 26:55There are other lawyers that are going to join me and do it that have said, Blake Horwitz, we're going to join you in the fight.
- 27:02And that's reassuring.
- 27:04And there's a team of individuals that were developing.
- 27:07That's reassuring.
- 27:08And they are very interested in compassionate towards ending this nightmare of a situation.
- 27:19So I just wanted to reiterate a couple of the things that you had said just now.
- 27:24The first is that you're going to sue the people that are polluting the atmosphere in this manner, which I think is long overdue.
- 27:33And I think you're also going to work to, as you said, you're going to expose what's happening.
- 27:39And as you pointed out earlier, that there's a tremendous amount of how shall I say it?
- 27:46There's a tremendous amount of uh potential for exposure in a legal situation in a courtroom that simply doesn't allow for the word games and the word play, as you called it and the propaganda and the nonsense that we're getting all day, every day as we try to expose what's going on here.
- 28:11One other topic that I just wanted to ask you about uh was uh just from someone who is a physician, you know, one of the key concepts in ethical medical practice is informed consent.
- 28:27And I wanted to just sort of ask you if if that's an important aspect of the legal side of this, um, and if so, how would that tie into it?
- 28:38Well, there is actually some federal statutes which provide, and this is gonna sound crazy, but it's true, there are legal statutes that do allow the federal government to engage in geoengineering wherein the product that they're using, put aside what the product is, when the product that they're using would be injurious to human health.
- 29:01In other words, where they'd be knowingly exposing human beings to a danger.
- 29:06However, the statute, the federal statute also provides the following.
- 29:11This cannot be done unless there's informed consent.
- 29:15So that's a way in which there's a federal statute specifically targeted to deal with that issue.
- 29:22Putting that issue aside, obviously one can draw from the medical um structure as to how it is that people provide consent.
- 29:35So, for example, if one goes to the hospital and you're gonna have certain procedures performed, well, we all sign a document that provides that we're consenting to the procedure or the introduction of certain products to our body.
- 29:49And so, by analogy, they cannot, the nefarious actors cannot put particles into our body in the form of nanoparticles.
- 30:00Without our consent.
- 30:02It's the same concept as whether it is injected into our body, as is articulated by those who are against vaccines, that the vaccines contain mercury and nanoparticles of aluminum being injected into our bodies, whereas in this instance, now our bodies are being exposed to it through breathing and absorption through the skin and then absorption through the food that we're eating.
- 30:31So the informed consent analogy is equally applicable.
- 30:39Very good.
- 30:40I mean, I think that's something that is really um infuriating, if you want to, for want of a better word, uh, to so many people that look up in the sky and say, who on earth uh gave these individuals, whether it's the pilots or whether it's the people paying the pilots or directing the pilots, who gave these people the right to spray us with these toxins without our consent, and then to turn around and tell us we're crazy or we're conspiracy theorists when we point up in the sky and say, what the heck is going on up there?
- 31:16And this is just a degree of lunacy that I think uh people have hopefully reached a critical mass of awareness where this this is going to be brought to an end.
- 31:28Um, from again, as a physician, you know, I saw tremendous uh overreach and tremendous breaches of informed consent uh during the COVID period.
- 31:40And I also uh which we're still working our way through legally, and so obviously this isn't an overnight solution, but that's really I think uh another one of the keys is what right does someone have to, as you said, and as Lee Zeldon said himself, uh, he said, you know, this is playing God, and and we shouldn't be playing God.
- 32:04Um, unfortunately, if we look at some of the government documents, this stretching back many decades almost to the end of World War II, um, a great many people who have advocated for and undertaken these geoengineering projects, if you want to call them that, that question doesn't seem to enter their mind.
- 32:26They don't really seem to care too much about the environment, they don't seem to care too much about the planet, and they certainly don't seem to mind playing God.
- 32:34So it's it's a very concerning uh from that standpoint, and it's it's kind of the wild west up there, isn't it?
- 32:41We really need to get some some law and order up in the sky, it seems to me.
- 32:46I agree.
- 32:48There's a couple other concepts that I'd like to drill down on, if we can.
- 32:52Sure, we've got about seven, eight minutes left, so I'm gonna turn it, just leave it to you.
- 32:57Go ahead.
- 32:59So, more specifically, and and anybody can look this up, and I'm gonna avoid mentioning names at the present time.
- 33:06But you can look up and see, meaning look online, that there are companies that are very loudly advocating that they are engaged in geoengineering, and they want to say that they're engaged in geoengineering to save the planet or some other sort of nonsense.
- 33:23One method that they're doing is really outrageous and simply just instantaneously disrespectful to human beings.
- 33:33And that is in order to solve the pollution that these individuals say is up in the atmosphere, they're throwing more pollution up into the atmosphere.
- 33:43So, for example, if you had a dirty river and you want to clean the dirty river, the idea is to throw more garbage into the river and then you'll make it clean.
- 33:52Here, what's occurring is that the the argument is that they're postulating is that up in the atmosphere is a lot of pollution in the form of sulfur dioxide.
- 34:03So, in order to solve the pollution in the atmosphere, really I'm sorry, in order to deal with geoengineering principles, in order to dim the sun or block the sun and reduce the sun's rays as they hit the earth, what they want to do is throw more sulfur dioxide up into the air by throwing more sulfur dioxide up into the air.
- 34:28Their contention is that will then dim the sun, it'll block the sun's rays and solve a problem.
- 34:35So to be super clear, up in the atmosphere, there is sulfur dioxide.
- 34:43And sulfur dioxide does cause acid rain and acid rain is a tremendous problem.
- 34:50What they want to do is throw more sulfur dioxide up into the air.
- 34:55And some businesses are getting millions and millions of dollars for this, millions of dollars in support and millions of dollars in investment.
- 35:06So it's really a horrific thing that is occurring, and it's not just sulfur dioxide, it's other particles as well.
- 35:16So this is something that needs to come to an end.
- 35:22Another thing that's you know, that's that's evident, is that there are individuals who are simply susceptible to having extra sulfur dioxide up in the air, whether it comes down as um sulfuric acid or sulfur dioxide, but there are people who have asthmatic reactions or have bronchial issues that are affected by sulfur dioxide.
- 35:46In fact, I know of a doctor who when he sees the airplanes flying overhead, he tells his patients that have bronchial irritations to not go outside and to wait a day or two, actually wait, recognizing that it takes about two or three days for the sulfur dioxide to come down, he advises them to wait until about the fourth day to go outside.
- 36:10Because he has noticed long before I ever spoke to him, he noticed that his patients were suffering incrementally after, like two or three days after the sulfur dioxide was sprayed in the air.
- 36:23So it's not just that sulfur dioxide can be converted to sulfuric acid and cause acid rain, but it can actually affect the breathing.
- 36:32And I think you may have spoken about this, Dr.
- 36:34Baker, I'm not sure, but it can actually be irritate breathing.
- 36:39And for those individuals who are exposed to it and a long-term basis, cause other more meaningful conditions, to which I can't really speak to as an attorney, but I understand that it causes over a long period of time more meaningful physiological manifestations.
- 36:56Yeah, you're absolutely right.
- 36:57I think that obviously sulfuric acid is toxic, obviously.
- 37:01Um, it's interesting that over the last couple of decades, as we have seen the increase in dementia illnesses, including Alzheimer's, there seems to be this sort of mystery as to where this is coming from.
- 37:20Uh, while at the same time, there are studies that uh have come out saying, look, uh increased uh particulate matter in the atmosphere, regardless of what it is, is associated with increased dementia illness and increasing pulmonary problems, lung problems, as you described.
- 37:41And of course, specific metals, if they're inhaled or gotten or uh absorbed into the system, like aluminum, uh, do the same thing.
- 37:50Of course, aluminum crosses the blood brain barrier.
- 37:53And yet at the same time, no one seems able to put two and two together that, hey, maybe it's not a good idea that all of these various different sources, both public and private, are spraying these particulate toxins into the atmosphere.
- 38:10And I think this is something that it's high time that there's been some we get some legal action going to to try and get to the bottom of this in some ways.
- 38:20We have about two minutes left.
- 38:22I'd like to let you uh finish, you know, close things out and uh just whatever closing thoughts uh you'd like to give us before we uh sign off.
- 38:33Yeah, there's there's two thoughts that I have and sort of a notion of policy.
- 38:37The first thing is nature has historically worked out Earth's issues.
- 38:44And for mankind to inject himself into this equation of weather modification, uh, is really an absurd concept concept.
- 38:57And mankind should not be engaged in weather modification.
- 39:00I can appreciate that are certain times, maybe for military reasons and things of that nature.
- 39:06There can be certain times where geoengineering may be applicable.
- 39:11And I can't really speak to it.
- 39:13I'm not a military officer.
- 39:15But there are certain times where I could imagine there would be some need for geoengineering.
- 39:22Second, uh an example that I'm personally aware of with regards to geoengineering is it relates to the natural and appropriate approach to regenerative farming.
- 39:35Regenerative farming can solve many of these problems because in regenerative farming, CO2 is absorbed during the process of proper farming principles.
- 39:46And cows do not produce a lot.
- 39:47I know I'm kind of deviating a bit, but cows do not produce this added amount of methane when they consume proper food, like when they do not consume corn.
- 39:58Cows and corn don't.
- 40:00Do not mix.
- 40:01Just like for people, if we eat poorly, we may have a gaseous event.
- 40:05You know, um, the same applies to cows, and they're complaining that cows are manifesting uh too much methane.
- 40:1218% of the methane that's in the environment, or 18% of the pollution that's causing quote unquote global warming comes from cows.
- 40:20Right now, I wanted to give you the the uh the floor and uh can give us some closing thoughts about uh your efforts here.
- 40:28Thanks again so much for coming on the program.
- 40:31We look forward to having you back soon.
- 40:35So the two things I like to leave with the first is uh let's let nature run its course and let's not play God.
- 40:41Let's not intervene in the natural course of events.
- 40:44And there's many things that we can do to take care of nature and not try to add more poisonous substances in nature.
- 40:52Second is that a legal case, as we've all seen, legal cases can force transparency, and legal cases can make the bad actors responsible for for what they do.
- 41:05And that is what we're trying to accomplish.
- 41:09Well, those are great closing thoughts, and uh, I hope you'll be willing to come back and speak to us in the future.
- 41:16I'm sure all of the listeners will be really excited to hear some updates uh in coming weeks or months.
- 41:22And uh once again, I want to thank you so much.
- 41:26Uh, ladies and gentlemen, uh, it's been a pleasure and an honor to have attorney Blake Horwitz of the Blake Horwitz Law Firm from Chicago, Illinois, who are taking on the geoengineering battle.
- 41:38He had informed us that they have uh other lawyers joining the fight, uh, and this is a very hopeful development.
- 41:46So we'll uh be back after these messages, and I'll be closing things out.
- 41:52This is Dr.
- 41:53Clayton J.
- 41:54Baker MD on the America Out Loud Pulse Program, America Out Loud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
- 42:01Oral hygiene hasn't changed in 50 years, but our diet and the way we eat has creating an environment in your mouth for bacteria to wreck havoc on your teeth and gums for better oral health, get spray, dental defense, and oral care line designed to combat acid-creating bacteria.
- 42:18The toothpaste, mouthwash, mints, and gum all contain xylitol, and natural ingredient shown to dramatically improve oral health.
- 42:27Sprite can be found online and at all fine natural retailers.
- 42:32Well, it's high time Americans refuse to be punched in the human chest.
- 42:38Under the name of diversity, politicians divide the people in their quest for pump.
- 42:46Is as American as Apple Pond.
- 42:52Now is our time, my fellow Americans.
- 42:56America Outloud News, liberty and justice for all.
- 43:21Well, to close things out today, I'd like to give a big thank you to Blake Horwitz of the Blake Horwitz Law Firm for spending time with us today.
- 43:32I thought that his insights into the legal aspects of geoengineering were extremely valuable for me, and I hope that they will be valuable to you, listeners as well.
- 43:50As I said earlier, I think that the activities that have been going on really for decades in our skies are like the old wild west, just a completely ungoverned wild situation with a lot of questionable activities going on, and it's way past time that the bad actors be held accountable, and that there is an accounting, a reckoning for what has happened over the last several decades.
- 44:26I'm very hopeful that this legal aspect of the fight against geoengineering will not only be successful for the Horwitz law firm and for the associated lawyers from other firms that are joining him in the fight, but also for other legal practitioners.
- 44:47I think it's really important that the legal profession takes on this evil.
- 44:58Obviously, to date what's going on over our heads, the the absolute terrible pollution and poisoning of our environment, of our atmosphere, and subsequently of our water, our soil, our animals, the flora and fauna of the planet, and ourselves has been going on essentially uncontrolled, unregulated, and is only growing.
- 45:27This needs to stop.
- 45:42One of the avenues that we've talked about already on this program is the state level legislation already passed in states like Tennessee, Louisiana, and Florida.
- 45:57And pending in multiple other states, over 30 states in the U.S.
- 46:05We know that at least partial limitations on geoengineering activities have been imposed in other countries, including Mexico.
- 46:16Now, these alone have not solved the problem by any means.
- 46:20But we do see some legislative action here, and I think that it is absolutely vital.
- 46:29I know from friends in Florida that a lot of people are frustrated with the fact that the law was passed there and that the geoengineering continues.
- 46:38I think that it's very important for people to realize that this problem is a multifactorial problem.
- 46:46It's got many different bad actors involved, and they include government actors, they include private contracting actors.
- 46:56They include NGOs, non-governmental organizations, which have we have seen over the last couple of years in other areas, are some of the worst actors on the planet, these NGOs.
- 47:10We see tremendous amounts of investment by high tech, by individuals in Silicon Valley and other ultra-rich areas.
- 47:19We see weaponization of the weather at a military level.
- 47:27And so we realize that there are, again, it's like the wild west.
- 47:32There's so many crazy things going on above our heads, and none of them are good.
- 47:38And it's going to take the effort of everybody, and it's going to take a multi-pronged effort to bring this out fully into the open and to bring it to an end.
- 47:50There were a couple of points that Mr.
- 47:55Horwitz emphasized here that I just like to repeat again.
- 47:59We haven't quite heard anyone say them in quite this way.
- 48:05But I'd like to reiterate them so we all remember them.
- 48:09First of all, playing God with the weather, playing God with anything is going to be harmful.
- 48:20There's no time in history when human beings have decided to play God where things have gone well.
- 48:29A very analogous example to that is the whole situation with gain of function research, bioweapons research.
- 48:38And in fact, as someone who has spent a great deal of time fighting against that evil as well, I see a tremendous number of similarities.
- 48:55At least dozens in the United States that are still doing gain of function research, despite prohibitions that have been put in place that are still manipulating pathogenic agents, viruses, bacteria, potentially fungi.
- 49:15And this evil work continues.
- 49:22The current administration, to their credit, has taken some steps to try and stop it or at least curtail it, and I think they have.
- 50:00By governments.
- 50:01They use the fact that other governments are doing it as an excuse for them to do it.
- 50:06They're weaponizing nature.
- 50:08They're manipulating nature.
- 50:11And the unforeseen consequences, the unintended consequences, are destructive and quite frankly, terrifying.
- 50:21Those of you who were red pilled during the COVID era and realized that much of the research that was being done supposedly, purportedly to prevent pandemics, was actually being done to create biological weapons that could be released, either for military purposes, or in the case of COVID, as a pretext for universal vaccination.
- 50:52Again, I see tremendous parallels between that and what's going on with geoengineering.
- 50:59Under the pretense of protecting us from climate change, they're changing the climate.
- 51:07And as we've seen from disasters like the Camp Mystic disaster, the floods in Dubai, the floods in Europe, Hurricane Helene.
- 51:20If we give the people involved in these processes the benefit of the doubt, they clearly don't know what they're doing, and they're clearly harming and killing people unnecessarily, tragically, in an evil fashion.
- 51:33And if we don't give them the benefit of the doubt, they may be doing this intentionally.
- 51:38Either way, it has to stop.
- 51:40Just as gain of function, research has to stop.
- 51:44The geoengineering has to stop as well.
- 51:49A second point that Mr.
- 51:52Horwitz brought out that I think bears repeating is that the gaslighting, the psychological operations, the deliberate disinformation that we get again and again and again that we saw over and over again with COVID.
- 52:16We're seeing very similar things going on with geoengineering.
- 52:22How many people were called conspiracy theorists about numerous aspects of the whole COVID shutdowns, lockdowns, and have been proven right.
- 52:35And now, when people are calling out geoengineering, as Mr.
- 52:40Horowitz pointed out, something that we can all see plain as day right over our heads, we're being told that we're imagining it.
- 52:49We're being told that we're crazy, we're being told that we are conspiracy theorists.
- 52:54I would submit that the conspiracy theorist trope is a bit tired.
- 52:59I would submit that when anyone says, oh, that guy's a conspiracy theorist, an awful lot of people are going to say, hey, wait a minute, maybe that guy knows something.
- 53:11It's something that's been used since the Kennedy assassination, at least in the United States, to shut people up and to discredit people unfairly.
- 53:21I'm not sure how well it works anymore.
- 53:24I certainly hope it's not working as well as it used to.
- 53:28And I believe that now when we see that being used to discredit people, I think that should be a warning sign that somebody doesn't want you to know the truth.
- 53:42I think the third point that Mr.
- 53:44Horwitz brought out that I would like to reiterate is that legal action has the potential to do at least two really important things.
- 53:56The first is we need to hold people accountable for what they're doing to us.
- 54:25You need to be held accountable.
- 54:27Apparently, you think you're immune to any kind of action.
- 54:30Well, maybe you're not.
- 54:32And maybe it's time you saw the inside of a courtroom, if not the inside of a jail cell.
- 54:38Similarly, similarly, if you're some investor who thinks that this is just another way to make some money, or if you're some more nefarious agent that is funding this for some sort of destructive purpose, perhaps you need to see the inside of a courtroom and perhaps the inside of a prison cell.
- 54:58We need accountability.
- 55:00And if we don't have accountability, people are going to do bad things.
- 55:05They're already doing these bad things and they need to be stopped.
- 55:08So I think that the legal approach is absolutely essential.
- 55:13The other reason why the legal approach, I think is important.
- 55:17Well, to follow up on that, I think that will dissuade an awful lot of people from joining in if they know that there's a chance that they'll be held accountable.
- 55:27I think the other point is that the element of transparency and discovery that legal action can provide is absolutely central to this issue.
- 55:43It's interesting that one can go into a legislative body, such as a state legislature, and one can pass a law against something.
- 56:01And CNN will still say it's a conspiracy theory.
- 56:04Multiple states can pass a law against something.
- 56:10And our media has the effrontery to say it's imaginary.
- 56:17We can show document after document after document by our own government, proving that this is taking place and proving that it's being funded with our own tax dollars.
- 56:29And our media has the efrontery to tell us it's imaginary and it's a conspiracy theory.
- 56:39Whatever mechanism, whether it's legal, whether it's social media, whether it's whatever the case may be, whatever mechanism we have to bring the truth to light so people can know what is being done, and so they can demand accountability and demand informed consent and demand that these bad actors stop playing God with our planet.
- 57:08Whatever it takes is what we need to do.
- 57:11And I believe that this legal approach is an important part of that.
- 57:14So to close, I just want to say thank you once again to counselor Blake Horwitz for the Blake Horowitz Law Firm.
- 57:22And I certainly hope that other legal minds will get involved in this subject as well.
- 57:30And until next time, I want to thank you all for listening.
- 57:34This is Dr.
- 57:34Clayton J.
