7 years since the darkest day of my life.

The day I tried to end it all.

Yeah… we’re going there.

Because I know damn well I’m not the only one who’s ever felt that low.

I remember it like it was yesterday.

Rock bottom doesn’t feel like sadness…

It feels like nothing.

Numb.

Empty.

Like you’re stuck in a life you don’t recognize…

And you don’t see a way the hell out.

I didn’t hate life…

I just didn’t want to feel like that anymore.

And in that moment, I thought the only way to escape it…

was to end it.
