The Metallurgist’s Test
Everything that sounds spiritual isn’t gold. Test it before you trust it.
Paul gives the believer a command desperately needed in an age overflowing with voices:
“Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.”
Don’t believe something simply because it sounds powerful, feels emotional, comes from someone popular, or has thousands of people sharing it.
Scripture is the standard that doesn’t move when culture, personalities, popularity, and opinions do.
