- 0:02Speaker 1: and Rich has life hacks. Do you guys think rich?
- 0:06Speaker 1: Peyton Kyle, do you think you are cooler now than
- 0:10Speaker 1: you were in high school? Or were you cooler in
- 0:11Speaker 1: high school than you are now?
- 0:12Speaker 2: Peyton, My gosh, that's such a hard question. I would
- 0:16Speaker 2: probably say I was cooler in high school than I
- 0:18Speaker 2: am now.
- 0:19Speaker 1: Really, Okay, what about you, Rich?
- 0:21Speaker 3: Towards the end of senior year, that's pretty popular. I
- 0:26Speaker 3: don't think I am that popular now, so I'm gonna
- 0:27Speaker 3: say high school, high school.
- 0:30Speaker 4: I did speech and debate in high school, so I
- 0:32Speaker 4: think I'm definitely cooler now.
- 0:33Speaker 3: Weren't you also like class president or something like that?
- 0:35Speaker 1: Yeah, and student council?
- 0:37Speaker 4: Like those aren't the cool kids, right? I was like
- 0:41Speaker 4: friends with most people, but like not, you know what
- 0:44Speaker 4: I mean, I wouldn't.
- 0:45Speaker 3: Have considered myself well.
- 0:47Speaker 1: I feel that whatever I was in high school and
- 0:49Speaker 1: whatever I am now is the same same. I'm same,
- 0:52Speaker 1: I don't feel I don't think anyone treats me different.
- 0:55Speaker 3: I feel exactly the same.
- 0:57Speaker 1: Well, a new Pulse is fifty fifty six percent of
- 0:59Speaker 1: people say they think they're cool now compared to when
- 1:02Speaker 1: they were in high school. Sixteen percent of people consider
- 1:06Speaker 1: themselves very cool, and twelve percent of people admit that
- 1:10Speaker 1: they are not cool at all.
- 1:13Speaker 4: Addie goes mom when I turned thirteen, which by the way,
- 1:16Speaker 4: isn't until two years, which she keeps bringing up, don't
- 1:20Speaker 4: try to be like cool and say like slang words
- 1:22Speaker 4: and stuff like that. I was like, you're talking about
- 1:24Speaker 4: try to be cool.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Don't just dun't like when she turns thirteen though, because
- 1:29Speaker 2: you're getting thirteen.
- 1:30Speaker 3: Yea, I guess it's okay. Now that's so funny to protect. Yeah.
- 1:35Speaker 2: I like myself a lot better now as a person.
- 1:38Speaker 3: Well, yeah, being more confident. Sure, I don't know. I
- 1:40Speaker 3: was pretty confident. That's not the question, though, It's like,
- 1:44Speaker 3: were you cooler that? Yeah? I was probably a lot cooler, mumbles.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Ditching the swipe feature and changing its famous women message
- 1:50Speaker 1: first rule, The company says people are burned out with
- 1:53Speaker 1: dating apps, so they're moving toward an AI matchmaking system.
- 1:57Speaker 1: Have you heard about this? So what they're going to do?
- 2:00Speaker 1: You do your AI version of you, somebody else does
- 2:02Speaker 1: an AI version of them. They match, they do the
- 2:05Speaker 1: date AI version, then they come back and say this
- 2:07Speaker 1: guy's great. You should.
- 2:10Speaker 3: I love it.
- 2:11Speaker 1: I think it's so fund dates one hundred dates, and
- 2:14Speaker 1: then it finds the perfect guy for you to.
- 2:16Speaker 4: So mad at your AI version of you.
- 2:19Speaker 1: The first person that does that and gets married is
- 2:21Speaker 1: going to be a national It's.
- 2:22Speaker 3: A pretty cool little little hack for your.
- 2:25Speaker 2: That sounds a little lazy if you ask me.
- 2:27Speaker 3: I think it's cool, though, really it is.
- 2:29Speaker 1: Woman on TikTok went viral for showing off a disgusting
- 2:32Speaker 1: onion that she cut into. It had red and brown
- 2:35Speaker 1: goo inside. She said it made her want to bar
- 2:38Speaker 1: so bad and she'll probably never ever have another onion.
- 2:41Speaker 1: I saw the video and it is pretty gross, but
- 2:44Speaker 1: this is her doing it.
- 2:45Speaker 3: Oh my god, I want to bar so bad.
- 2:47Speaker 4: I just cut into an onion and look at this.
- 2:50Speaker 3: Oh my god, this is the bag of onions. I
- 2:53Speaker 3: just got this from Walmart like a grocery delivery a
- 2:55Speaker 3: few days ago. They look all right, you know.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like getting national news because the onion when
- 3:05Speaker 1: you cut it open is.
- 3:05Speaker 3: Like red, and that's really bad.
- 3:08Speaker 4: She must have not had a good shopper because literally,
- 3:10Speaker 4: when I ordered groceries just this past weekend, they messaged
- 3:14Speaker 4: me and said, I know you ordered grapes, but all
- 3:16Speaker 4: the grapes look kind of like soft and a little browning,
- 3:19Speaker 4: so we're not going to get them for you to.
- 3:22Speaker 1: He only got one banana and one grape.
- 3:25Speaker 4: Is.
- 3:26Speaker 1: A new term is trending online called boomer bad news drop.
- 3:30Speaker 1: It's when your parents are older relatives casually send alarming
- 3:34Speaker 1: news with zero contacts all.
- 3:36Speaker 3: The time, all the time. We said, my uncle Bud
- 3:42Speaker 3: used to be like, he only texts you when somebody
- 3:43Speaker 3: in the family dies, and that's all you get is
- 3:46Speaker 3: a text.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Your friendly local conspiracy theorist is going to love this.
- 3:50Speaker 1: An artist has created something called Apocalypse Early Warning System.
- 3:55Speaker 1: It tracks is an app that tracks private jets around
- 3:58Speaker 1: the world, and if a large number of jets suddenly
- 4:01Speaker 1: flee cities, it might be a warning sign for the
- 4:03Speaker 1: rest of us non rich folk that they know something.
- 4:09Speaker 1: How would you guys feel about pet parking spaces outside
- 4:11Speaker 1: of stores like supermarkets? They look like small, temperature controlled
- 4:14Speaker 1: rooms with a window, and you could prepay through an app,
- 4:17Speaker 1: leave your pet and then go.
- 4:18Speaker 3: Into the store. That seems kind of nice, looks like
- 4:20Speaker 3: it's coming our way.
- 4:21Speaker 2: I don't have an opinion on that, other than the
- 4:22Speaker 2: fact that if it's like already an annoying parking lot
- 4:25Speaker 2: for cars, might not be a good idea.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Well, it's probably at the front of the store. It's
- 4:28Speaker 3: probably not actual parking lot.
- 4:30Speaker 4: I mean it would probably stop people from leaving pets
- 4:33Speaker 4: in their hot cars, which might be a good thing.
- 4:36Speaker 1: A Delta Airlines plane got halfway across the Atlantic Ocean
- 4:40Speaker 1: before turning back. Passengers had to wait eight hours. There's
- 4:44Speaker 1: an eight hour trip to nowhere. They said it was
- 4:46Speaker 1: an operational issue. The plane landed safely.
- 4:49Speaker 3: Can you imagine, man, sounds horrible across the ocean. You
- 4:53Speaker 3: would be thankful because you don't want something to happen.
- 4:55Speaker 4: You already made it halfway, and if you have to
- 4:57Speaker 4: go back halfway, wouldn't you just go the other halfway?
- 5:00Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 5:01Speaker 1: I don't think I saw this, but when I was
- 5:02Speaker 1: in Hawaii last week, this is all over the news,
- 5:03Speaker 1: and I'm seeing it all over the news. Here some
- 5:06Speaker 1: jerk was throwing rocks at an endangered monk seal. And
- 5:09Speaker 1: in Maui I saw this. The guy that got arrested, Yeah, well,
- 5:13Speaker 1: first so they didn't know who he was. He threw
- 5:15Speaker 1: this giant rock at this at this famous Monk seal,
- 5:18Speaker 1: and then they tried to find who he was. And
- 5:22Speaker 1: then some I don't know, a vigilante he found the
- 5:25Speaker 1: guy and beat the hell out of the guy. And
- 5:26Speaker 1: it's on video, right, But the guy that threw the
- 5:30Speaker 1: rock at the seal was like, I'm rich, I can
- 5:31Speaker 1: pay the fine. So they beat the hell out of it,
- 5:33Speaker 1: and then they they don't condone violence, but the like
- 5:36Speaker 1: senators and Hawaii and stuff, gave the vigilante an award.
- 5:40Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, you don't mess with the culture.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Yeah, you don't mess with the culture. You don't mess
- 5:45Speaker 1: with the animals there. These are endangered species that you
- 5:47Speaker 1: just don't mess with.
- 5:48Speaker 2: That shuff and they felt like the guy was drunk
- 5:50Speaker 2: or whatever. But the rock, it wasn't like a small rock,
- 5:52Speaker 2: like he had to take two hands and like lug
- 5:55Speaker 2: it out at the guy.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Is such a jerk when you see that, when you
- 5:59Speaker 1: see the guy, like you see the video of it,
- 6:00Speaker 1: you're like, what are you?
- 6:01Speaker 3: What are you doing?
- 6:02Speaker 1: Like, what the hell's wrong with you?
- 6:05Speaker 3: Uh?
- 6:05Speaker 1: I have audio when they first when they first caught
- 6:07Speaker 1: the guy, like when the person was fill me in, why.
- 6:10Speaker 3: Would you do Rocketny. Hello, he just threw a rock
- 6:15Speaker 3: at the sea line. We have that on video.
- 6:17Speaker 1: He faces a fifty thousand dollars Fine.
- 6:19Speaker 2: You know what, I'm so glad that that girl said
- 6:21Speaker 2: something and called him out. I feel like there's so
- 6:23Speaker 2: many times where people are doing messed up things to people,
- 6:26Speaker 2: to animals or whatever. Everyone just keeps their head down
- 6:28Speaker 2: and stay silent, like on.
- 6:30Speaker 3: Or they film it. Don't say you need.
- 6:32Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like bring back public shame. Sometimes like that
- 6:35Speaker 2: is wrong of you.
- 6:36Speaker 3: I don't teach them.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Wish wait you got for life hacks.
- 6:39Speaker 3: I'm curious to know what you do before you go
- 6:42Speaker 3: to sleep to make sure that you get a big
- 6:44Speaker 3: sleep score before I reveal a very successful hack for
- 6:48Speaker 3: a better night's sleep.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Oh wow, Well for me, I'm gonna come on, I
- 6:51Speaker 1: do one hundred things before I get it. Take I do,
- 6:54Speaker 1: I try to do. I mean, I do so many things.
- 6:56Speaker 1: But the other night something happened. I did something late
- 6:59Speaker 1: in night, and I I got a ninety one sleep
- 7:01Speaker 1: goal score on all three of my apps?
- 7:03Speaker 3: What did you do?
- 7:04Speaker 1: The only thing I can think of this anything different
- 7:06Speaker 1: is I took a late night hot tub in the
- 7:08Speaker 1: hot tub, just just zone it out watching my kids
- 7:11Speaker 1: play basketball in the hot tub for like a long time.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Actually that makes sense because baby take baths to.
- 7:17Speaker 3: Go to sleep at night, or like warm milk sometimes, right,
- 7:21Speaker 3: So this kind of fixes that, or this kind of
- 7:24Speaker 3: fits along with that, because what you want to do
- 7:27Speaker 3: is a just your body temperature. So if the room's
- 7:30Speaker 3: a little cold but your body is a little warm,
- 7:32Speaker 3: they say you're gonna get a really good night's sleep.
- 7:34Speaker 3: And they say this works better than melotone. And that's
- 7:38Speaker 3: that where socks to bed. If you heard that, it
- 7:41Speaker 3: opens up your blood vessels and helps lower your core
- 7:44Speaker 3: body temperature and signals your brain for a good night's sleep.
- 7:49Speaker 3: So try that. In addition, wear some socks to bed.
- 7:51Speaker 3: See how your sleep score tracks. I don't like, I
- 7:53Speaker 3: don't like, uh like my dry feet with try socks
- 7:57Speaker 3: under my covers. It bothers me, But you get to
- 8:00Speaker 3: you that's that big heavy blanket that you sleep on.
- 8:03Speaker 3: You feel like you're constricted with the socks or what
- 8:05Speaker 3: I just feel like when it's dry. I don't know,
- 8:07Speaker 3: I mean, i'll i'll.
- 8:08Speaker 4: What I sleep with a heating blanket and a lot
- 8:11Speaker 4: of times I only put it on my feet, and
- 8:12Speaker 4: I fall asleep so much quicker.
- 8:14Speaker 2: When I do.
- 8:14Speaker 3: There you go, so that that would be like socks too. Anyway,
