- 1:31[SPEAKER_01]: We don't do Patreon.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_01]: So we got a lot going on.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_01]: You can support the show.
- 1:34[SPEAKER_01]: I'm a number of different ways.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_01]: OPC, being a member of that is definitely one of the best ways you can support the show.
- 1:39[SPEAKER_01]: Like that is the most meaningful, wonderful way to support the show.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_01]: If that is something you're already doing.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_01]: Or it's not what's in the picture for you right now.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_01]: Another way to support the show is just subscribe on YouTube.

- 1:59[SPEAKER_01]: it's own handle.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_01]: So you can check those out and subscribe.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_01]: Those are free.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_01]: That's a great way to support.
- 2:04[SPEAKER_01]: You know, some people are like, how do I support charities?
- 2:06[SPEAKER_01]: I have no money.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_01]: You have time.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_01]: I don't have time.
- 2:09[SPEAKER_01]: Well, then you have friends who have got time.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_01]: I don't have a you have people in your life.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_01]: You can donate your sheets too.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_01]: Like, there are ways to support.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_01]: If you don't have time and money in lots, sometimes it's just telling people about the thing that you love or the thing that you want to support or the thing that needs support.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_01]: So, all right, my need a moment for today.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_01]: Honestly, I really don't like that we know when you took a certain age, you realize that everything takes longer than you want.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_01]: But you don't want it, too, right?
- 2:39[SPEAKER_01]: Everything takes longer than it's supposed to, but you don't want it, too.
- 2:42[SPEAKER_01]: And so I'm just frustrated because everything, everything, everything, everything is just taking longer.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_01]: Then I want, and I know it's all going to happen, the way it's supposed to.
- 2:52[SPEAKER_01]: I know it's all going to work out, the way it's supposed to.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_01]: I know, but.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_01]: I hate how long things are taking, just a month ago, I had this one, the contract that we thought was done 17 times.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_01]: That's how many times we thought it was done.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_01]: Kick, kick, kick, kick back.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_01]: And he got kicked back and just like, Jesus, I want to check this off the sheet.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_01]: Why is this taking so long?
- 3:12[SPEAKER_01]: And then on top of that, I have this other thing that I was doing.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_01]: It was like supposed to get here on this state and then it was on that date and then this state and it's like okay you're stressing me out now You can see why a lie to you about when things are due so that I can get it when it needs to be done because my goodness If I told you the real date, you would miss the real date and you buck me over and so I just hate I say that everything is longer than you want to and even though when you know it it's like it's still disappointing.
- 3:36[SPEAKER_01]: You know, just All right, so enough of The ranting enough of the I need a moment
- 3:45[SPEAKER_01]: My win is that we are heading into the fifth weekend of elevate, so Brown six is all their education when we don't have for this weekend, which is insane.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_01]: They still have their assessments to do and things like that.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_01]: We still have loads of fun to have with them with their final assessments.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_01]: But the learning of 500 plus exercises, they will have wrapped that this weekend.
- 4:12[SPEAKER_01]: And to have done six rounds of this and still love it, I think it's not just still love it like B.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_01]: So I'll cut it for the next one.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_01]: It's just...
- 4:21[SPEAKER_01]: I feel really lucky to get to do what I do, you know, and that people are enjoying it.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_01]: And it's been a really busy work season for me.
- 4:28[SPEAKER_01]: Like this year is like a really like head-down, like get the work done year between up-lift, beta program, getting things ready for the educators to apply this in the fall, and just like really colloquialing on there, and to be able to be present for all of my different projects,
- 4:51[SPEAKER_01]: is a massive win.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_01]: And to just take a moment to celebrate what round six beeps have done is important.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm really proud of them.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_01]: I'm proud of the team.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_01]: You know, during their program, we had one of our major players maternity leave and a new teammate come on and I'm just so proud of the work that they've been doing together.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_01]: To make sure that that program is as enjoyable as when it's been past team members and things like that So they're just great.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_01]: I'm really really grateful and what a win.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah I'm just sitting here and like a lot of gratitude for like what I get to do and And really proud of that.
- 5:27[SPEAKER_01]: So the two wins I want to celebrate came through our spring training.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_01]: We had two different people
- 5:35[SPEAKER_01]: in two days have success doing overhead exercises that have an outside their practice for years.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_01]: And so ladies, you know who you are.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_01]: One gave a shout out on Wednesday afternoon and one on Thursday morning and of the spring training event and
- 5:53[SPEAKER_01]: their wins are because they showed up for themselves.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_01]: They were curious.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_01]: They were focusing on the connections, and they didn't get in their head about why Camino did that into yours.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_01]: I can't do it today, so I'm not going to try.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_01]: They were listening to all the different teachers and all the different classes ahead of them and really getting involved and getting interested in it, getting into it, and then because of that, they were able to listen to their body and go, you know, maybe I'm going to try.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_01]: And I just want to say thanks for trusting us.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_01]: And then on top of that, thanks for celebrating so that we can sharing with us that we can celebrate you.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it's really, it's really easy to compare yourself to your old self to the body used to have and like the things and exercise used to be able to do and then not.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_01]: take the win when you have it because, well, three years ago, you could do that and then then some, and that's how the world would want you to do it.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_01]: All right, that's how people are raised is like, well, of course, like you should be able to do that by now.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_01]: And that's bullshit to me.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_01]: To me, we will have exercises and abilities that will go in and out of our lives.
- 6:55[SPEAKER_01]: Some will be in and out, some will be out forever, some will be in forever.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_01]: We have to celebrate what we can do.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_01]: each and every day because it's already hard, like it's already hard.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_01]: So thank you to my ladies and spring training who shared their overhead success with us.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_01]: It was fun for us to celebrate with you, those classes.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_01]: And I've just been thinking a lot about you as I've been recording wins for this month.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_01]: And I just had a shout you out because I'm really proud and impressed by you.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_01]: So thanks so much.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_01]: All right, send your wins in my love to be a pod.com
- 7:32[SPEAKER_01]: mantra for the weekend is I am lightning my load.
- 7:37[SPEAKER_01]: I am lightning my load.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_01]: I am lightning my load.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, so if you are feeling like lots of things are exiting your life right now.
