- 8:56[SPEAKER_08]: I think I was working at public TV or something.
- 8:59[SPEAKER_08]: And I guess we had a team.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_08]: There's me, I think Marty Kelly, I think Johnny Paddock, and I think Claudia Paddock, I think was sitting on the bed, and I think Pellsafe was the fourth Porsche there on the bed, and I hate to see it.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_08]: That strike me down, but the wheels for that bed came from a shopping cart.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_08]: Now.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_08]: It happens.
- 9:33[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know if I could make, since I was a part of that team, if I could make restitution now, I wouldn't know even if it would give money to, because there's no supermarket left on stage, but yeah, another crime, another something of my past, kind of like the park bench, put in Raleigh's lawn years ago, just things that I've been involved in that the statute of invitation is lapsed.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_08]: And so we can reveal them now.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I would think all these things I did like that are, got a holy gorm and had known at the time.
- 10:10[SPEAKER_08]: He could have got another reward.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, seven, five, five, twelve, forty is the phone number if you'd like to give us a call to be on the show of shows today.

- 11:09[SPEAKER_08]: Now if there's somebody who's got a shovel, there's can do something that'd been I did.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_08]: If a kid sees that, it's just tough thing.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_08]: I know that one said he's not allowed to do it.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, the master government to pick up a dead cat, but maybe you want to somebody around town.
- 11:26[SPEAKER_08]: Maybe Ben shown can go over.
- 11:27[SPEAKER_08]: He's probably got a shovel in his car all the time.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_08]: And he can pick up that dead cat.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_08]: Oh.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_08]: You see that fun.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, we got a call.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_08]: Good afternoon, Ronier.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_11]: Yes, sir.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_11]: The other day I called your show and mentioned about the starting of the new housing project.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_11]: Right.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_11]: Between the post office and the traffic circle there and you said go over.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_11]: Take a look at it.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_11]: Thought I give you a little follow up.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_11]: I think it's kind of interesting on that.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_11]: What they call part and camp apartments.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_11]: they just recently that local media reported no week or so ago that they just that project got a forty-four million dollar uh... injection uh... good call it from your state from all the need for money so that that project is got public money in it uh... our money out taxpayer money so it's moving along i guess that's what we'll see what happens it's
- 12:35[SPEAKER_11]: Here's another interesting thing.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_11]: That's I'm kind of disturbing.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_11]: You know, that's a nonprofit.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_11]: We knew it was a nonprofit.
- 12:41[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, yeah.
- 12:41[SPEAKER_11]: And they appeared.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_08]: Tax exam.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_08]: Tax exam.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_11]: City Hall to work for pilot program at all.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_11]: But the CEO or the head of that nonprofit.
- 12:50[SPEAKER_11]: And I can't give you the figures now because I don't remember them.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_08]: There's a lot.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_08]: You make a lot of money.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_11]: You're right.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_11]: You're right.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_11]: He is that nonprofit has makes a lot of money.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_11]: just a little bit of background story and so keep up the good work.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_11]: Have a good weekend there.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_08]: All right, thanks.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_08]: Bye, no.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_08]: Good afternoon, you're on the hotline.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_14]: Good afternoon, Mayor.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_14]: How are you today?
- 13:13[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, what's up?
- 13:14[SPEAKER_08]: Who's this?
- 13:16[SPEAKER_14]: You were talking about, uh, e-bike, uh, today.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, yeah.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_14]: I'll talk about them yesterday in a few other days.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_14]: Now, I don't know if this is true or not, but everyone wants it a while.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_14]: It pops up of my phone and I don't stop to do that.
- 13:29[SPEAKER_14]: And a lot of it I think is just be asked many out.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_14]: I get one that pops up all the time.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_14]: It says that if you're fifty-year-old or you're eligible to get a free e-bike from the government, you have to place up all the time.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_08]: There's nothing in life that's free so ignore those solicitations.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_15]: Okay.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_15]: Okay.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_15]: Thank you.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_08]: Anything like that that comes on your phone.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_08]: Nobody is calling you because they are interested in your well-being.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_08]: I say that to people and then they answer them.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_08]: Well, we're just doing a survey to update our files and start asking questions and people to answer them.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_08]: So the blanket statement is, nobody is going to call on your phone to do any favors.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_08]: Nobody.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_08]: So don't just thank you goodbye.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_08]: Don't get into a conversation with them.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_08]: And nobody's given anybody a free e-bike.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_08]: All right.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_08]: Anyway, that was for the Blake gen to be.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_08]: That's the guy running for Congress in the twenty first.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_08]: And listen, I realized the city of water town is not in that district, but the twenty first is very close to water town.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_08]: It's the Strophonic District.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_08]: And he did this AI video really funny kind of a is a parody that kind of chides her a little bit for her her hamlet routine of to be or not to be on running for governor.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_08]: And because a lot of people want what she's going to do.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, she has said it's the question of not a question of if but when she said that in Buffalo, but in any event, I think she'll run.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_08]: But of course, this thing was was really funny.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_08]: It was kind of set to a show tune.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_08]: The funniest scene was heard drinking out of a huge water bottle labeled Lawler's tears.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_08]: Of course, that's a reference to Congress and Mike Lawler who keeps suggesting he's running, but that kind of put him in his place.
- 15:22[SPEAKER_08]: So I thought it was funny.
- 15:23[SPEAKER_08]: I thought it was clever.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_08]: We've got some in the media who say, oh, that's a high.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_08]: That's bad.
- 15:28[SPEAKER_08]: And of course, the Republicans, oh, well, we can sue her for that.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_08]: No, sue him for that.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_08]: No, that's just wrong.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_08]: It's political discourse, buddy.
- 15:37[SPEAKER_08]: It's protected speech.
- 15:39[SPEAKER_08]: And it was funny, first of all.
- 15:41[SPEAKER_08]: Listen, I mean, compared to some of the stuff that's put on our local parody and satire pages.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, my God, it was mild.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_08]: But that agenda being, I don't know.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_08]: He lives right up the road from Russ Finley, you know, up in Lisbon.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_08]: So I've never met Mr. Gendaby.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_08]: We had him on the phone in one day, but I do recall
- 16:07[SPEAKER_08]: You know, Russ says he's a nice guy.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_08]: He doesn't agree with him politically.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_08]: Of course, everybody always says, well, you know, I shouldn't be seen with you, but who cares at our age?
- 16:15[SPEAKER_08]: But anyway, I guess they were getting some blowback because it was AI.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_08]: Is it wrong to use AI?
- 16:25[SPEAKER_08]: I know only got a lot of grief over.
- 16:27[SPEAKER_08]: People gave me grief the other day for using AI as a useful tool.
- 16:33[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, obviously, you know, it's not always right and there's a way to gather information and co-late it and give it some order and stuff like a legal opinion or something else or writing a speech or anything like that.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_08]: It's kind of handy.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_08]: Kind of handy.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_08]: We use it for making, you know, just a little promotional posters at the barge, you know, like Frosters, Bears, on sale, whatever.
- 16:58[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, there's a lot of things you can do.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_08]: It's nothing inherent.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_08]: I see these polls.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_08]: They say, forty four percent of Americans think AI is a bad thing.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_08]: I think the internet's a bad thing too.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_08]: He probably would have thirty years ago.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_08]: You think Google's a bad thing?
- 17:16[SPEAKER_08]: Man, I'll tie up people.
- 17:17[SPEAKER_08]: It's like resistant to change.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_08]: You know.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_08]: So, anyway, if you're over in a vicinity of South Meadows Street, drive down, see if the cat is still there and give us a call.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_08]: uh... seven five five twelve forty the phone number we're gonna take a quick break and we'll be back with more and now that pine uh... pine camp apartments that the gentleman talked about i don't know i mean i don't know if you got forty four million or what they got and it he used the word not for profit the correct word is tax exempt because these things are not not for profit they make profits and the profits go to the principles but it's tax exempt it's a societal decision to make them tax exempt so there you go

- 21:44[SPEAKER_08]: Not that I have the phone number of them, you know, we know Danny and SG.
- 21:48[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, we get them.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_08]: I want to know what local Democrats feel about, uh, Zoham Mamdami there.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_08]: Senator Fetterman of Pennsylvania says Mamdami is not even a Democrat.
- 22:00[SPEAKER_08]: And he, and he's going to become a tent pole for the Republican Party's campaign and this year and next, I think he may be the next mayor of New York.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_08]: He seems to
- 22:09[SPEAKER_08]: have caught on with the voters in the hardcore Democratic and you know left wing up the upper east side that's uh... whether it's folks live they got all the money and they want to vote for a guy who wants to take away their money but they don't realize that they might actually do it yeah and incidentally mombami came from a well-to-do family he's not one of the poor folk so anyway i don't know where's uh... would make do go on this he's probably the most prominent democrat i know in the area
- 22:39[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_08]: Is he a mom, dummy supporter?
- 22:42[SPEAKER_08]: I, you know, I happened to, uh, on Facebook.
- 22:46[SPEAKER_08]: I noticed it was, uh, it was the guy ran for assembly out of loose county.
- 22:50[SPEAKER_08]: McGrath.
- 22:51[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 22:51[SPEAKER_08]: Brian McGrath.
- 22:52[SPEAKER_08]: Nice guy.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_08]: Lawyer.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_08]: Very successful lawyer.
- 22:55[SPEAKER_08]: Very liberal.
- 22:57[SPEAKER_08]: And anyway, on his birthday, sorry, sent him a birthday message.
- 23:00[SPEAKER_08]: And I said to just send a check to mom, dummy got back.
- 23:03[SPEAKER_08]: He said, absolutely.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_08]: You know, so I mean, nurse people do it.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_08]: There's people in the North country who support mom, dummy.
- 23:11[SPEAKER_08]: And I just don't know what the other Democrats have.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_08]: Are there any Democrats who are like outspoken on behalf of the party?
- 23:19[SPEAKER_08]: I don't think there are.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, granted, you know, a lot of people vote Democratic in this county.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_08]: In the presidential race, it was a fifty-fifty split.
- 23:29[SPEAKER_08]: So there are a lot of you out there, but
- 23:32[SPEAKER_08]: One of the council candidates who supported Kamala Harris, and there were several of them.
- 23:37[SPEAKER_08]: One of those council candidates called in and tell us if they're supporting Zorhan, Mombami in New York City.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_08]: Maybe it'll give us some more.
- 23:45[SPEAKER_08]: They took one step.
- 23:46[SPEAKER_08]: They went to Kamala.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_08]: They took the Kamala step.
- 23:50[SPEAKER_08]: Let's see if they can take the other step and go with Mombami.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know which one would it be.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_08]: Well, you know who they are.
- 23:59[SPEAKER_08]: I, the ones who claim they voted for Trump have been eliminated.
- 24:04[SPEAKER_08]: I think the other four, the four that survived and the one that says he's a right in, I think they're all, they were all comalous supporters and I think somebody, somebody in our, maybe a veteran political analyst, like Scott, to add concern or something, could ask these candidates, they're a few unmom-domy because I think it gives you an insight into the soul.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_08]: The soul, yeah.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_08]: Well, the college called about the state putting money into the pain apartments over by the post office and low in the whole the press release New York State announces ground breaking for forty two units supportive housing project that I can speak what the hack is that a support of
- 24:51[SPEAKER_08]: Except for people with support hose, I don't know what it is.
- 24:54[SPEAKER_08]: I'll read on.
- 24:55[SPEAKER_08]: It's for people who've experienced homelessness and St.
- 24:58[SPEAKER_08]: Lawrence County.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_08]: So we're going to take all the homeless people from around St.
- 25:02[SPEAKER_08]: Lawrence County and ship them to the burg.
- 25:06[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, Chase.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_08]: Maybe they can all go hang out at that tavern.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_08]: I can't say the name of on TV around radio.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_08]: uh... let's see a supplement to your state ongoing efforts to expand affordable and permanent support of housing opportunities across the state yeah okay we are a state for the homeless in addition to being a sanctuary state but after you're on the air on your mind on the question yes i'm not a i'm not a official democrat in a sense of party affiliation we have yet
- 25:42[SPEAKER_16]: policy was what have you but I have an opinion.
- 25:45[SPEAKER_16]: First of all, let's be very clear on this trip.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_16]: He's writing for the mayor of New York City and investors people up here that can vote for him or actually give the donation or something.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_16]: That's not really support.
- 25:57[SPEAKER_16]: I don't think the people in New York City can clear it unless we get voted to be the next mayor of Watertown or us we go or something like that.
- 26:06[SPEAKER_16]: So we, you know, you can be concerned about it as a topic, but it's not really critical to us.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_08]: Well, I may disagree with your Mr. Francis.
- 26:15[SPEAKER_08]: First of all, it sets a tone.
- 26:17[SPEAKER_08]: It sets the tone for the Democratic Party.
- 26:21[SPEAKER_08]: It tells me something, if Kathy Hockel endorses Zorron Mondami, that tells me something, not about Mr. Mondami.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_08]: I know about him.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_08]: It tells me something about Mrs. Hockel.
- 26:34[SPEAKER_16]: Well, she's going to have to wait in on.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_08]: Actually, it's the top Democrat in the state.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_16]: But I think we're making too much of an issue out there because we can't vote for the guy up here.
- 26:47[SPEAKER_08]: So well, I know we can't, but I mean, you don't hesitate to comment on say Congresswoman Stefaniac and you can't vote in that race.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_16]: Well, that's true.
- 26:58[SPEAKER_16]: I couldn't have passed of course.
- 27:01[SPEAKER_16]: So I think that's what's your critical issue.
- 27:03[SPEAKER_16]: You know, we can kind of about it back and forth up and down all day.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_16]: But I think it really comes down to the voters.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_08]: Well, ultimately, it does, but New York City politics has a great effect on the entire state.
- 27:16[SPEAKER_08]: You got to remember this, a hundred and fifty members of the New York State Assembly about sixty nine of them, or seventy, come from the city of New York, the five boroughs.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_08]: So there's a lot of political muscle that is in Albany that comes from that city.
- 27:29[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, I understand that.
- 27:31[SPEAKER_16]: One has saying, though, we seem to be making a big issue up here for us.
- 27:36[SPEAKER_16]: And we don't really
- 27:38[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, did you see the, did you see the commercial?
- 27:41[SPEAKER_16]: I think he's a good candidate myself.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_16]: I don't know if I spoke for him or not, but I've heard you speak in this.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_16]: I think he's a pretty smart guy.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_08]: Well, he went to, you know, Ivy League schools came from a well-to-do family, but listen, I mean, obviously he's a good campaigner.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_08]: He won the primary against your boy Cuomo.
- 28:01[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, it's what's wrong running out going to be on the ballot, right?
- 28:03[SPEAKER_16]: So he's probably, he's probably going to get in with maybe
- 28:09[SPEAKER_08]: Well, that's what I think he's going to do.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_16]: It'll be a Jeff Smith type of action.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 28:17[SPEAKER_08]: Now, what did you see the commercial that Mr. Jen to be in put out?
- 28:22[SPEAKER_16]: No, I haven't seen him.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_16]: I don't know if he was his sound by to think that you do report another thing.
- 28:31[SPEAKER_08]: There's an article in the paper today.
- 28:33[SPEAKER_08]: A lot of the media around the district have covered.
- 28:35[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know what channel.
- 28:36[SPEAKER_08]: I don't think Channel seven did anything.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_08]: Maybe it maybe they did.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_16]: Oh, look.
- 28:42[SPEAKER_08]: Well, I know, but it's of interest.
- 28:44[SPEAKER_08]: I think what happens is, Defonic is certainly of interest to me.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 28:49[SPEAKER_16]: My focus is always on Kenny Hunter.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_16]: She speaks because she's, she's our woman.
- 28:55[SPEAKER_08]: Right.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_08]: Right.
- 28:58[SPEAKER_08]: I haven't seen Claudia Tenney in a while.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_16]: So, no, my God, stop.
- 29:08[SPEAKER_08]: No, thanks, Danny.
- 29:09[SPEAKER_08]: Danny Francis, I guess he's the official Democrat.
- 29:12[SPEAKER_08]: You know, the official Democrat.
- 29:18[SPEAKER_08]: Peter Cloth died this week.
- 29:20[SPEAKER_08]: Peter was a city councilman back earlier during my tenure and good guy, good guy.
- 29:29[SPEAKER_08]: age seventy seven and uh... for how long he served but he was a decent guy lived over on a he lived on charlotte street for a long time raised his family there yeah that was back when the number of it but now he did he but puffed at he was in and we always jokingly said called up in cloth daddy yeah and uh... but anyway it was a great guy and uh... we lamented passing in the course best wishes to the whole family including his son Peter

- 30:00[SPEAKER_08]: Well, still is, right?
- 30:01[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_08]: Still is.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_08]: Let's see.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_08]: He's born in Messina.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_08]: Just trying to look here and remember when he, oh yeah, he represented the old eleventh ward.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I didn't know that.
- 30:17[SPEAKER_08]: I went back when there were words those were the days.
- 30:21[SPEAKER_08]: And then he went out to City Council and

- 34:13[SPEAKER_08]: And you really can't appreciate it without having video, but we don't have any video here on radio.

- 34:20[SPEAKER_08]: But I'll play the audio for it.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_08]: Why not?
- 34:22[SPEAKER_08]: And be a good idea.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_05]: I was just a little inconsiderate, I was just a little inconsiderate, I was just a little inconsiderate, I was just a little inconsiderate, I was just a little inconsiderate, I was just a little inconsiderate, I was just a little inconsiderate, I was just a little inconsiderate, I was just a little inconsiderate, I was just a little inconsiderate, I was just a little inconsiderate, I was just a little inconsiderate, I was just a little inconsiderate, I was just a little inconsiderate,

- 35:51[SPEAKER_08]: Seven, five, five, twelve, forty is the phone number.
- 35:56[SPEAKER_08]: Boy, you know what in California?
- 35:59[SPEAKER_08]: This is the latest of the poor old-time homens problems.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_08]: At a California weed farm, apparently the nation's biggest weed farm, marijuana farm, cannabis farm, whatever I call it.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_08]: They're employing illegal aliens and housing on a company, children, so what?
- 36:14[SPEAKER_08]: If it gets our weed at reasonable prices, that's what the Democrats want.
- 36:20[SPEAKER_08]: And Gavin Newsom and all of that.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_08]: Yep.
- 36:25[SPEAKER_08]: So, I mean, you know, we need these people.
- 36:27[SPEAKER_08]: If we want, as it proves going to pick our vegetables, like the Congresswoman from Vermont said, who's going to wipe our asses and who's going to harvest her weed?
- 36:37[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 36:40[SPEAKER_08]: Who are those four Guatemalan say, now I've done Arsenal Street the other day?
- 36:43[SPEAKER_08]: Who are they?
- 36:44[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 36:47[SPEAKER_08]: Where's the protest?
- 36:48[SPEAKER_08]: Who don't we have any antifa to protest that I guess we don't?
- 36:52[SPEAKER_08]: I guess we don't.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_08]: All right, he's seven, five, five, twelve, forty are from number if you'd like to give us a call.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_08]: Oh boy, let's see what else we've got going here.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_08]: I can't think it too much else.
- 37:07[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, here's the underage.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_08]: Underage drinking initiatives.
- 37:12[SPEAKER_08]: I wonder who the decoy is?
- 37:14[SPEAKER_08]: Let's see, they went to them, teen places.
- 37:18[SPEAKER_08]: The three, they got nabbed.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_08]: The big M and Alex Bay, sliders, food, martin, Clayton, and Senoko.
- 37:25[SPEAKER_08]: What they do is they'll charge the clerk with a danger in a welfare of a child.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_08]: And then when they go to court, they'll give them a journey in contemplate, ACD, a journey in contemplation of dismissal.
- 37:36[SPEAKER_08]: It sounds bad in danger in a welfare of a child.
- 37:38[SPEAKER_08]: It sounds like you're some kind of molester, but
- 37:41[SPEAKER_08]: It really isn't.
- 37:42[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, people are given people beer and weed all the time were under twenty one, but they, you know, they should attract and they didn't.
- 37:49[SPEAKER_08]: And they got nabbed.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_08]: But you got to give a lot of credit to the, the decoy at the cops.
- 37:58[SPEAKER_08]: That's easy work with the decoy because, you know, these days with surveillance security cameras,
- 38:06[SPEAKER_08]: one of these places post that video.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_08]: And that person will be well known.
- 38:10[SPEAKER_08]: I don't think it would, among your peers, I don't think it would be a very, well, maybe there'd be some people say, good for you.
- 38:16[SPEAKER_08]: I wonder what they get paid for doing that.
- 38:18[SPEAKER_08]: I don't think it paid as much as the people who are making the arrest.
- 38:21[SPEAKER_08]: They should.
- 38:22[SPEAKER_08]: Is there, you know, taking a chance in doing that?
- 38:25[SPEAKER_08]: So, I don't know.
- 38:28[SPEAKER_08]: I think most places try to comply and just inducing a situation where
- 38:34[SPEAKER_08]: I'm compliance, I don't think it proves anything.
- 38:36[SPEAKER_08]: But these businesses will be fine, three to five thousand dollars each.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 38:44[SPEAKER_08]: Seven, five, five, twelve, forty is the phone number.
- 38:47[SPEAKER_08]: If you'd like to give us a call to be on the air today, the show of shows.
- 38:50[SPEAKER_08]: And we'll let you talk about whatever you want within the bounds of good taste.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_08]: Okay?
- 38:57[SPEAKER_08]: We certainly will.
- 38:58[SPEAKER_08]: Anybody pick up the dead cat on south metal street yet?
- 39:01[SPEAKER_08]: Anybody driving by there?
- 39:06[SPEAKER_08]: No, okay.
- 39:08[SPEAKER_08]: Well, it's the weekend you're going to bring.
- 39:11[SPEAKER_08]: I think it's going to be good weather.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_08]: Somebody made some.
- 39:16[SPEAKER_08]: Some people said I was creepy for saying picked in weather.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_08]: It's a joke.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_08]: But let's see what if we can find a forecast.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_08]: Actually, that was Scott Gray that started.
- 39:29[SPEAKER_08]: He remember years ago he sent me a picture of people partying and rafting their boats off picked in and we kind of joked about it ever since.
- 39:35[SPEAKER_08]: I'm sure the people of pectin' don't mind.
- 39:37[SPEAKER_08]: They're happy to have a nice place on their river.
- 39:39[SPEAKER_08]: eighty two degrees in the big down right now we expect eighty eight on Saturday and did our one Sunday chance of a tea storm here and there but generally pretty good weather picked and whether they might say uh... just keep an eye out for those uh... occasional late afternoon thunder storms all right okay but afternoon you're on the air page uh... i don't want to let you know the cat was uh... picked up oh okay you know you know who's it was
- 40:06[SPEAKER_15]: I got no idea who was the one but I saw something about the fog and the captain.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_08]: Well, I didn't know if there was another modelling of a cap, but if there was, that's a bad thing.
- 40:17[SPEAKER_08]: And look like it might have got hit by a car.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_08]: So in any event, sorry to see it.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_15]: It's pretty disgusting and I was glad it got picked up because I do not want to see that.
- 40:27[SPEAKER_08]: I don't either.
- 40:27[SPEAKER_08]: It's stuff on kids after see that.
- 40:30[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 40:30[SPEAKER_08]: Well, thank you for letting us know.
- 40:31[SPEAKER_08]: All right.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_08]: Bye now.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_08]: Alrighty, well the cat got picked up, that's good news.
- 40:38[SPEAKER_15]: But after dinner on the air.
- 40:42[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I think somebody must have picked it up already.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_15]: Is that a fresh one from today?
- 40:48[SPEAKER_15]: Because like, I got an investigation going on.
- 40:53[SPEAKER_15]: I'm not a cop or anything.
- 40:54[SPEAKER_15]: I got my own personal investigation going on.
- 40:57[SPEAKER_15]: What's happening to the cats in this neighborhood that's blowing my mind?
- 41:00[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I don't think it looked like this one probably got hit by a car.
- 41:03[SPEAKER_08]: I don't think it was a, I know you were looking at mutilation incidents.
- 41:08[SPEAKER_08]: But I think that, I think this one might have got hit.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_08]: Well, thank God somebody picked it up.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah.
- 41:15[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah.
- 41:18[SPEAKER_15]: So that's still going on with the cats here.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_08]: Over on Prospect Street.
- 41:22[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 41:22[SPEAKER_15]: Thank you for that.
- 41:23[SPEAKER_15]: And the fact said that it was more than likely a canine that did it.
- 41:28[SPEAKER_17]: Mm-hmm.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_15]: but if it's a pattern where there's three other cash running around with maybe three not it's a beer is the one but yeah that's not a good thing oh that isn't well anyway what else is going on today oh not much I got to check out that AI video I haven't had opportunity to do that yeah gotta stay a top of things
- 41:53[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, it was really interesting what they did there.
- 41:56[SPEAKER_08]: And it was kind of, it was funny.
- 41:58[SPEAKER_08]: It was a, you know, light-hearted thing.
- 42:00[SPEAKER_08]: And some people don't have any sense of humor, you know what I mean?
- 42:04[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, I mean, it's a political cartoon of the future.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_08]: Right.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_08]: Exactly, yeah.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_15]: The way it's going to be, people have to do a whether it's accepted or tower.
- 42:17[SPEAKER_08]: Exactly, yeah.
- 42:17[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 42:18[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 42:19[SPEAKER_08]: Well, thank you.
- 42:20[SPEAKER_08]: Thanks for looking into the cat.
- 42:22[SPEAKER_08]: All right.
- 42:23[SPEAKER_08]: Well, you know, it's kind of like that meme page or like some of all these cartoonist things he did.
- 42:30[SPEAKER_08]: A lot of where we're wicked funny.
- 42:33[SPEAKER_08]: A lot of people, that's so low-worthy.
- 42:36[SPEAKER_08]: It's beneath me to even look at it.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 42:39[SPEAKER_08]: Usually people who say it's beneath them or nothing's beneath them, really.
- 42:44[SPEAKER_08]: But yeah, I think the thing that Jen to being put out, I mean,
- 42:52[SPEAKER_08]: Was there anything controversial said?
- 42:53[SPEAKER_08]: I think there were a couple of comments written somewhere from Republican operators, what they have to say about it.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_08]: Hmm.
- 43:07[SPEAKER_08]: Cliffs cartoons always bring a smile, clever funny, and spot on, yeah.
- 43:12[SPEAKER_08]: Let's see.
- 43:15[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, here's a person.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_08]: This is now going to become a legal issue.
- 43:18[SPEAKER_08]: The dumps can thank themselves and say past a law preventing this by by gender beans family farm and whoever that DC campaign that inserted himself in the news interview.
- 43:28[SPEAKER_08]: You reported this is channel to what are you talking about political speech you idiot.
- 43:40[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 43:43[SPEAKER_08]: There's always an
- 43:45[SPEAKER_08]: Well, this AI piece is degrading.
- 43:48[SPEAKER_08]: Not only was she a Senate appointee for U.S.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_08]: Ambassador to the UN, she is one of the most respected House members.
- 43:55[SPEAKER_08]: Here comes the cannabis New York City lawyer to challenge the farmer.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_08]: Watch the party stop drive.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_08]: Well, no.
- 44:03[SPEAKER_08]: Listen, I think it's going to be a competitive race in N.Y.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_08]: twenty one next year.
- 44:10[SPEAKER_08]: Because it don't have staphonic in her star power.
- 44:15[SPEAKER_08]: and her like ability if she's built up over time and that's not just transferable.
- 44:20[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, everybody likes me so they're going to like you if I say no that's not how the world works.
- 44:26[SPEAKER_08]: It's like this nonsense with endorsements.
- 44:30[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 44:32[SPEAKER_08]: I don't really get really matters with that New York City matters very soon whether mom Tommy gets he has gotten some endorsements now and Republicans Democrats are going to have to come around I'm sure McDougall will be told you have to go endorse them and all of that I'll just do it because the Democrats and they look at it like like the DNC chair said
- 44:58[SPEAKER_08]: Ken Martin is as the North of Ken Martin was here.
- 45:00[SPEAKER_08]: The other one.
- 45:01[SPEAKER_08]: He said, well, I don't agree with everything anybody says, but, you know, we need more people in the tent, and if he's in there too, it's all right, and they're fine with it.
- 45:13[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 45:14[SPEAKER_08]: He's just, you know, the fact that the funny thing is about, he's a socialist.
- 45:20[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 45:22[SPEAKER_08]: And somebody that he's a communist.
- 45:24[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 45:26[SPEAKER_08]: That is not a pejorative anymore.
- 45:29[SPEAKER_08]: So the Gen Z people, when we were growing up in a Cuban missile crisis was going on, if you call somebody a pinko cami, it was like, those are fighting words.
- 45:39[SPEAKER_08]: But that's not true anymore.
- 45:41[SPEAKER_08]: Those kind of words are meaningless in today's dialogue.
- 45:45[SPEAKER_08]: He's a socialist.
- 45:47[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 45:49[SPEAKER_08]: No, I don't know.
- 45:50[SPEAKER_08]: Some people say we live in a socialist country anyway.
- 45:54[SPEAKER_08]: Certainly got a lot of welfare.
- 45:56[SPEAKER_08]: uh... seven five five twelve forty is the phone number if you'd like to give us all to be on the show today the show of shows and uh... free charge to get on the air and say whatever you want that's what's great about the hotline you know everything is so expensive today and affordability is a big political issue and uh...
- 46:22[SPEAKER_08]: There's a headline, I don't know if it's good news you're bad, Jefferson County, among the top fifteen nationwide for growth and new homeless things, that's probably bad.
- 46:29[SPEAKER_08]: You know, that's not a good thing.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_08]: People want out, they want out.
- 46:42[SPEAKER_08]: We got about it.
- 46:44[SPEAKER_08]: With the e-bike capital of the world, that's about it.
- 46:50[SPEAKER_08]: Are there any cops out there or know something about that, whether it was illegal or not?
- 46:55[SPEAKER_08]: They're functioning in essence as motorcycles.
- 47:00[SPEAKER_08]: I know you got, I know it's more important to see how many sea bell tickets you can write on holiday weekend or, you know, bust some little mom and pop store out in each Jesus for selling a beer to something.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_08]: I know that's more important.
- 47:15[SPEAKER_08]: then I was damn e-bike solow with a place, but maybe I'm just looking at it wrong.
- 47:21[SPEAKER_08]: But after do they're on the air?
- 47:23[SPEAKER_13]: Hey, hey.
- 47:25[SPEAKER_13]: Those quite amount ones were rumors that there were local contracts that hired them because they can't find any ways of work for them.
- 47:31[SPEAKER_13]: And so they finally had somebody to work for them and we got rid of them.
- 47:34[SPEAKER_13]: So anybody not getting the construction done?
- 47:38[SPEAKER_08]: I agree.
- 47:38[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, I don't, you know, roofing is tough work and I don't know too many people who want to do it.
- 47:43[SPEAKER_08]: I know the roofers and
- 47:44[SPEAKER_13]: They have you know if you want your head roof gone you're gonna be waiting a good year I've been my contract is straight out is that's why I'm not in the hurry to what I get done because I'm just giving him his time wait a minute I thought you wanted to sell your house now Well, if I get an offer now I'm fluid man if I got a suit you're not gender back here more than wait wait wait wait wait wait wait, you're not gender fluid, are you?
- 48:15[SPEAKER_13]: No, no, not at all.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_13]: That's why I don't understand.
- 48:18[SPEAKER_13]: I always knew what I was from day one.
- 48:21[SPEAKER_13]: You can't make somebody gay or trans or whatever.
- 48:24[SPEAKER_13]: It's just how they are.
- 48:26[SPEAKER_13]: Okay.
- 48:27[SPEAKER_13]: Anybody having that like societies making them.
- 48:30[SPEAKER_08]: So yeah, the notion of gender fluidity.
- 48:33[SPEAKER_08]: That's a false notion.
- 48:34[SPEAKER_08]: You can't just, depending on what day it is.
- 48:40[SPEAKER_13]: If you like girls and boys and whatever in your doesn't matter to you, that's how you are.
- 48:45[SPEAKER_13]: I can't see it, but some people that's how they are.
- 48:50[SPEAKER_13]: Nothing wrong with it.
- 48:51[SPEAKER_08]: No, no, I don't think there's anything wrong with it.
- 48:54[SPEAKER_13]: I wish you could go back to where.
- 48:56[SPEAKER_13]: We didn't know about anybody's sexuality back in the day.
- 48:59[SPEAKER_13]: It was left in the bedroom.
- 49:01[SPEAKER_13]: We didn't care.
- 49:02[SPEAKER_13]: Right.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_08]: I'm all for that.
- 49:04[SPEAKER_08]: I'm all for that.
- 49:05[SPEAKER_13]: Believe me.
- 49:07[SPEAKER_13]: But you have to accept people being gay or transit, whatever, you know, before it can go back away.
- 49:13[SPEAKER_13]: So people are isn't the main topic.
- 49:16[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, well, listen, wait a minute, you're a lead in the deal.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_08]: You're one of our leading Democrats from calling to the show and you're respected in the area as such.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_08]: Do you endorse Zorhan Mamedami for mayor of New York City?
- 49:35[SPEAKER_13]: I don't care because it's New York City, but as far as I don't see why you guys lose your crap about helping the poor and taxing the rich.
- 49:43[SPEAKER_13]: I just think that's a good thing to do.
- 49:46[SPEAKER_13]: And so you said tax on, but we should, you know, they should pay their at least their fair share.
- 49:51[SPEAKER_13]: I'd like when Trump is president, at least this taxes, I paid more taxes that year than the president of the United States.
- 49:57[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, give me a break.
- 49:59[SPEAKER_08]: Well, I'm just asking you in a world in which we all cover politics, in which we all respect each other's opinions, I would vote for Eric Adams if I were.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_13]: I wouldn't, he's a truck.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_13]: I just didn't go to jail because Trump
- 50:13[SPEAKER_13]: All right, so you would vote.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_13]: He's a crook and that's so like all right, if he sold or I listen I don't care what Trump don't I don't care what you should care if he want he's go about fifty percent care on Brazil unless they stop What do we get from Brazil?
- 50:33[SPEAKER_13]: I'm on both narrow.
- 50:35[SPEAKER_13]: This is the second time he's interfered with another country's course.
- 50:40[SPEAKER_13]: Okay, all right, that's a listen to like
- 50:43[SPEAKER_08]: We don't care.
- 50:44[SPEAKER_08]: We don't care.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_08]: The only thing that comes from Brazil or Brazil not, it's not our item.
- 50:49[SPEAKER_08]: So I don't really care.
- 50:50[SPEAKER_13]: You know, like you've entered fruit, you know, like we can't just be USA and have what we have.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_13]: We can't grow bananas anywhere but a coffee or a lot of things other than Hawaii.
- 51:05[SPEAKER_13]: We can't grow that stuff in the United States.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_13]: We have to employ.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_13]: All right, listen up a criminal procedure.
- 51:12[SPEAKER_13]: You don't find that wrong.
- 51:14[SPEAKER_08]: No, but I ask you a question earlier.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_08]: I said to you, if I lived in New York City, I would vote for Eric Adams.
- 51:20[SPEAKER_08]: Now you have five candidates.
- 51:22[SPEAKER_13]: Because he's not a truck.
- 51:23[SPEAKER_08]: I then if you were, if you were living in New York City, would you vote for him?
- 51:30[SPEAKER_13]: But Tommy, whatever is, yeah, because he's not a truck.
- 51:35[SPEAKER_13]: maybe he is but he hasn't shown himself to be a cook or a cat.
- 51:38[SPEAKER_13]: Why is only thirties shouldn't re-elect Brooks I don't understand this thing that you guys do like Trump was a crook he proved he was a crook.
- 51:47[SPEAKER_08]: Well, how was he a crook?
- 51:48[SPEAKER_08]: Why did he do when he takes something from him?
- 51:50[SPEAKER_13]: Thirty-four dollars in the house.
- 51:52[SPEAKER_13]: He didn't think it though.
- 51:53[SPEAKER_08]: Ah damn, stop.
- 51:56[SPEAKER_13]: They only matter if they're from what?
- 51:59[SPEAKER_13]: Thirty-four dollars in the house.
- 52:01[SPEAKER_08]: You know that was a sham.
- 52:02[SPEAKER_08]: Well, it's fine.
- 52:05[SPEAKER_13]: He stole secrets.
- 52:06[SPEAKER_13]: He had boxes of boxes of our secrets and he's not even care.
- 52:10[SPEAKER_13]: That's the thing that amazes me.
- 52:11[SPEAKER_08]: All right, listen, I got a run.
- 52:13[SPEAKER_08]: All right.
- 52:13[SPEAKER_13]: Well, happy Friday.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_13]: Have a good weekend.
- 52:15[SPEAKER_08]: Right now.
- 52:16[SPEAKER_08]: Oh my god, he's nuts.
- 52:17[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, you know, nice guy.
- 52:19[SPEAKER_08]: We appreciate him going.
- 52:22[SPEAKER_08]: Um, but he's has a severe case of Trump to arrangements syndrome.
- 52:27[SPEAKER_08]: No doubt about it.
- 52:28[SPEAKER_08]: Hey, listen, we'll be back with more at a moment on the hotline.
- 52:38[SPEAKER_10]: It's all you need to know.
- 52:40[SPEAKER_34]: Ever notice how summer feels different when you're behind the wheel of something better?
- 52:44[SPEAKER_34]: Hi, it's Dave Goldsmith at FX Honda.
- 52:47[SPEAKER_34]: It's summer and around here that means it's time to trade up.
- 52:50[SPEAKER_34]: Trade up to something nicer.
- 52:52[SPEAKER_34]: I knew Honda CRV with room for the whole crew and mileage that laughs at the gas prices.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_34]: Trade up to something taller, maybe a lifted Silverado, Ram, or a Tundra that puts you eye level with the mountains, or trade up to something faster, like a low mileage Mustang, WRX, or a Civic SI that hits curves like a roller coaster.
- 53:14[SPEAKER_34]: FX Capura Honda has over seven hundred cars and trucks in the lot.
- 53:17[SPEAKER_34]: not just Honda's, every make, every model, all low mileage, already, all summer long.
- 53:24[SPEAKER_34]: We're on Bradley Street in Watertown, right next to I-A-E-E-One.
- 53:28[SPEAKER_34]: Ask for me, Dave Goldsmith, we'll walk the lot, we'll find your upgrade, and you'll drive off with something that fits you now, not you five years ago.
- 53:37[SPEAKER_34]: FX Capura Honda, trade up, live bigger.
- 53:40[SPEAKER_33]: Karen told me what happened to her mom, that the accident she had was without any doubt preventable.
- 53:47[SPEAKER_26]: Her mom lived in the second floor walk up for years and had this landlord from the hell.
- 53:52[SPEAKER_33]: Here she is with two bags of groceries and the stairs still aren't fixed.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_26]: Miss Judges a step and goes head over heels and she lies there for she can't remember how long.
- 54:02[SPEAKER_33]: Her landlord and his insurance company tried stonewalling her.
- 54:06[SPEAKER_26]: It's not nice to bully old women.
- 54:08[SPEAKER_33]: But that's what they do.
- 54:10[SPEAKER_33]: Here at Stanley Law, we know how to deal with bullies.
- 54:13[SPEAKER_26]: Karen's mom is still in a wheelchair, but she's getting therapy and living in a senior's home with an elevator.
- 54:19[SPEAKER_33]: She got the settlement she deserved because for Karen's mom, we left no stone unturned.
- 54:25[SPEAKER_26]: Injured Call Jo.
- 54:27[SPEAKER_26]: Call Jo at one eight hundred six o eight three three three three Stanley Stanley law.
- 54:32[SPEAKER_26]: Don't be bullied.
- 54:33[SPEAKER_26]: Prior results do not guarantee future outcomes to fifteen Burnett Avenue in Syracuse, Watertown, Rochester, Binghamton, Montrose, PA and O'Neon.

- 55:47[SPEAKER_10]: Watertown.
- 55:49[SPEAKER_08]: Depend on.
- 55:50[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I'm Matt Ken Martin from our shell area.
- 55:52[SPEAKER_08]: I'm talking about the old days and it's forty-five.
- 55:55[SPEAKER_08]: It's transistor radio.
- 55:57[SPEAKER_08]: Remember transistor radio is when you used to?
- 56:00[SPEAKER_08]: I got a six transistor radio.
- 56:01[SPEAKER_08]: I got an eight transistor.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_08]: I'm better than you.
- 56:05[SPEAKER_08]: I cried on your way home.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_08]: But then they replaced transistor.
- 56:09[SPEAKER_08]: Well, I don't know.
- 56:10[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, I think they were the integrated circuits or something.
- 56:13[SPEAKER_08]: And that was always tough to understand all of that when you tried to study electronics and how transistors work and the
- 56:21[SPEAKER_08]: silicon and they're doped with this or that and the electrons are depleted I don't know and then I had just got so I understood how tubes work right where you got a cathode and anode and a suppressor plate in between and and suppression grid and the other one there that where you reply the signal to it because basically all you're doing is taking a small signal and then
- 56:46[SPEAKER_08]: amplifying it through a bigger flow of electrons from the cathode to the anodella and that creates music or something but I never really it always amazed me that the whole thing worked yeah and then he got to the point where you didn't have to know anything in radio to be in radio so that's that fits me you're quite well you just turn on the mic and talk that's all you got to do now you don't have to understand anything
- 57:10[SPEAKER_08]: You know, you don't have to have your third class license with a broadcast endorsement or a first class to fiddle with the transmitter or any of that stuff.
- 57:17[SPEAKER_08]: It's all gone, all gone.
- 57:21[SPEAKER_08]: You know, you used to have to back in the day.
- 57:26[SPEAKER_08]: Channel seven, you used to have somebody sit at the transmitter and had to have a first class license.
- 57:31[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, Bob Mooshard up there and sit up there in champion.
- 57:34[SPEAKER_08]: And this is after the studios had moved downtown.
- 57:38[SPEAKER_08]: It's all you did, and then they allowed remote control of transmitters, so now it doesn't matter.
- 57:44[SPEAKER_08]: But that was a little something from years gone by.
- 57:48[SPEAKER_08]: The golden days of broadcasting as we call them.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know how golden they were, but it was interesting, interesting to say to least.
- 58:01[SPEAKER_08]: seven five five well forty are phone number if you want to be on the show of shows if you want to talk on the radio free of charge we got a minute or so left no we got Glenn Curry in later today I don't know what Glenn's going to talk about but somebody texted in and they had a question no what was it here uh... no
- 58:20[SPEAKER_08]: Why is Russ Finley known as Russia finally on the blog?
- 58:23[SPEAKER_08]: Well, those are the same people who use words like taco or magascom or orange man bad or all that.
- 58:31[SPEAKER_08]: They think because his name is Russ and the country is a country called Russia that they think it's funny even though one is nothing to do with the other.
- 58:39[SPEAKER_08]: So there you go.
- 58:46[SPEAKER_08]: What else have you got?
- 58:47[SPEAKER_08]: Somebody wanted to know, do you have permission to sell Foster's beer?
- 58:50[SPEAKER_08]: No.
- 58:53[SPEAKER_08]: Somebody said how many times is your barb and sighted never?
- 59:01[SPEAKER_08]: It's about it.
- 59:02[SPEAKER_08]: Somebody had it.
- 59:05[SPEAKER_08]: It's about it.
- 59:06[SPEAKER_08]: Well, anyway, what are you going on this weekend?
- 59:09[SPEAKER_08]: If you don't leave town, just go up in the park or something and stand in the splash pad.
- 59:13[SPEAKER_08]: You know, you just stand there and don't have to do anything.
- 59:17[SPEAKER_08]: Don't bring your dog in the splash pad, please.
- 59:20[SPEAKER_08]: Or your dead cat or anything.
- 59:22[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 59:23[SPEAKER_08]: Well, I don't remember in particular plans for the weekend.
- 59:26[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, they're going to enjoy the AC over on Pearl Street.
