Philly police are hunting a masked 22-year-old, Zymire Hughes, who allegedly terrorized downtown with threats and a creepy baby doll mask—possibly fleeing to California or Vegas. On August 12th, he chased and injured a woman, scared at least 15 others, and even held his phone to her face asking if she was ready to die. After ditching the mask when confronted, he vanished—but cameras caught him moving.
