  Vanessa Vakharia: I feel like, I'm thinking back to all the past seasons and like how far Math Therapy has come from like interviewing guests who hated math and were so math anxious, to now interviewing educators about how to help prevent math trauma in the math classroom.

  Vanessa Vakharia: Like, I feel like, well, first of all, this is the first season where I've been taught math, two guests taught me math, and where I was able to observe my own math trauma be triggered.

  Vanessa Vakharia: And in the moment, actually use the strategies I'm constantly preaching to everyone, and that felt really good.

  Vanessa Vakharia: I'm so excited about the stories, I feel like there was a lot of juicy gossip.

  Vanessa Vakharia: I think what's interesting is some of the major themes, because all my guests I had on for completely different reasons, but three things kept coming up over and over again.

  Vanessa Vakharia: I think I actually hit the mic a lot less than I have in previous episodes.

  Vanessa Vakharia: But he said that I would drink too much espresso late in the afternoon and my foot would be tapping and that would somehow disrupt the sound, so I guess that.

  Vanessa Vakharia: And then he was trying to do this thing where he got me to like monitor my own levels, which is ridiculous because obviously that's not going to happen.
