  hearts be very sensitive. The waters have been stared, and

  Speaker 1: We began to talk about seasons.
• 4:40
  Speaker 6: According to Ecclesiasts, Chapter three and verse one, the Bible

  says to everything there is a season, and then it
• 4:50
  says a time to every purpose on the heavens Allelujah.

  I did tell us that God's dealings with men, as
• 5:00
  far as the earth is concerned, is fragmented into seasons.
• 5:05
  Speaker 1: Allelujah.

  Speaker 6: And we said that there are predictable seasons, and sadly,
• 5:11
  there are unpredictable seasons. There are moments where an individual
• 5:16
  is given the liberty to even program your seasons, for instance,
• 5:21
  through the power of the spoken word, through the power
• 5:24
  of the prophetic, by engaging principles. But there are times
• 5:30
  that seasons before ors sometimes unprepared, for instance, the sudden
• 5:36
  loss of a loved one, for instance, something tragic like
• 5:40
  it happened to the man job as we studied. Now
• 5:45
  the Bible tells us, and this was revealed through we
• 5:48
  took the dream of Pharaoh. The dream of Pharaoh is
• 5:53
  a prophetic message about.
• 5:55
  Speaker 1: The reality of seasons. Allelujah.

  Speaker 6: That seed time and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter,
• 6:04
  day and night will not cease. Now you are not
• 6:08
  giving the liberty to necessarily select seasons, but that the
• 6:14
  believer can remain victorious in spite of whatever seasons away together.

  And the Bible now tells us that the Pharaoh went
• 6:23
  to bed and had a dream, very strange and mysterious dream.

  Speaker 1: And in that dream he saw four well.

  Speaker 6: Fed, fatted cows, and then the lean ones would come
• 6:36
  to eat them, seven of them, seven cows, and then
• 6:41
  seven lean ones would come to eat them. Then he
• 6:45
  saw also seven years of corn well fed. And then
• 6:50
  he saw seven pale, sickly, you know, you know, the
• 6:58
  whole plants, and they came and ate the ones that
• 7:02
  were well nourished. And Joseph, in interpreting that dream, said, Pharaoh,
• 7:07
  you have seen the same thing. This is established and
• 7:10
  it will not change. God was only revealing to you
• 7:13
  the reality of seasons, that in every man's life there
• 7:16
  will always be seven years of abundance followed by seven
• 7:20
  years of fami allelujah. You do not have to be
• 7:24
  a victim of the season, but the seasons will come.

  Jesus himself said, I must walk the works of Him
• 7:32
  that sent me. Then he says, while it is day,
• 7:36
  and Jesus says, for the night comet even for him,
• 7:40
  when no man will walk again allelujah, and Joseph interpreted
• 7:45
  the dream and gave us a solution. I'm recapping very
• 7:49
  quickly because Joseph's recommendation becomes for us the prophetic compass
• 7:56
  that we used to navigate seasons of uncertain times. He
• 8:00
  told Pharaoh, here is the solution. When you are in
• 8:04
  your season of abundance, take twenty percent and begin to
• 8:09
  say for the seasons of farming a way together. He
• 8:12
  was speaking in terms of economics, but this is a
• 8:15
  principle that applies. I told you that every negative season
• 8:21
  comes with a letter from.
• 8:25
  Speaker 1: The next season of joy.

  Speaker 6: I am coming, And every season of celebration comes with
• 8:30
  a letter from seasons that attempt to bring tragedy and pain.

  Speaker 6: The assignment of the believer, therefore, is to be able

  to understand the systems of advantage that has been built
• 8:42
  in the kingdom, so that whether you are in the
• 8:45
  season of farming or the season of abundance.

  Speaker 6: In Samaria, the Bible tells us that there was farming

  in the land.

  Speaker 1: Is that true?
• 8:55
  Speaker 6: But did you realize that there were two people who

  were spared? They were not victims of that family number one,

  the king number two, the prophet. The prophetic, the priesthood
• 9:10
  and the king were exempted. And the Bible tells us
• 9:13
  that we happen to be both today, that we are
• 9:16
  both kings and we are priests. That means we have
• 9:20
  the immunity to stand and to thrive, not just to survive,
• 9:26
  but to thrive. Allelujah for strategies I gave us, and
• 9:31
  now just recap on it.

  Speaker 1: You want to thrive through these kinds of seasons.

  Speaker 6: When you are in your season of abondance, use that
• 9:42
  opportunity to do four things. Number one, we set build capacity.
• 9:47
  In the seasons of abundance, you take advantage of the
• 9:51
  leverage of ease. You take advantage of the leverage of
• 9:56
  favorable opportunities to build capacity, the chiefest them being your
• 10:00
  spiritual capacity. The Angel speaks to Elijah and says, eat,
• 10:05
  for the journey is far. He ate a little and
• 10:08
  then went to bed, and it tapped him. He said
• 10:10
  eat again, for the journey is far. And the Bible
• 10:13
  says he went in the strength.
• 10:15
  Speaker 1: Of what he ate. Allelujah.

  Speaker 6: He says, if you turn aside in the day of battle,
• 10:21
  there is such a day called the day of battle.
• 10:24
  He says, it is because your strength is small. So
• 10:27
  number one, you build capacity. Number two you build strategic relationships.
• 10:33
  Remember when you are in your season of abundance, moments
• 10:38
  of ease, moments of opportunity, you leverage on that advantage
• 10:42
  to build strategic opportunities. Jesus himself was speaking, and he said,
• 10:49
  once upon a time, there was a man who had
• 10:52
  visitors who came to his house late in the night,
• 10:55
  and did not have a meal to serve them. And
• 10:57
  he went to the house of his friend and knocked
• 11:01
  on that door and said, friend, please come out and
• 11:04
  help me and give me this and that. I have
• 11:06
  visitors who suddenly came. I didn't prepare for them, but
• 11:10
  now they are here, and I cannot leave them without,
• 11:13
  you know, refreshing them. And the Bible says the friend said,
• 11:17
  I am tired, it's late.
• 11:18
  Speaker 1: I cannot come out.
• 11:20
  Speaker 6: But because of the advantage of friendship, he came out,
• 11:24
  and he insisted and gave him as many as he desired.

  Who hates you does not matter, but in this kingdom,
• 11:31
  who likes you matters. Allelujah. There are people today who
• 11:37
  have recycled seasons of pain in their lives. Because they
• 11:40
  did not take advantage of favorable seasons to build relationships.

  Speaker 1: Relationship is an investment.
• 11:47
  Speaker 6: It will sting your ego, It will cost you everything,
• 11:50
  your resources, It will cost you whatever it is, but
• 11:53
  it is worth the price. Allelujah. There are children today
• 11:57
  who will never beg because their parents took our time
• 12:00
  to establish strategic relationships, and whether dead or alive, they
• 12:05
  have provided a platform for those ahead of them to
• 12:08
  be blessed. May you be such a one in Jesus' name.

  Number three, What do you do when you're in your
• 12:14
  season of abundance? I said yesterday, selflessly invest in being
• 12:20
  a blessing and in transforming as many. We maximize seasons
• 12:25
  of blessings when we use the opportunities that come with
• 12:31
  those seasons to bless and to transform as many. Now,
• 12:36
  you're not called to do everything, You're not called to
• 12:38
  help everyone. But let someone smile because you are alive.
• 12:42
  Let someone find hope because God brought you into a
• 12:47
  season of blessing and a season of abundance.

  Speaker 1: Allelujah. Genesis chapter twelve and verse three.

  Speaker 1: It matters that you pay the price to self.

  Speaker 6: Leslie, invest in blessing and transforming people.

  Speaker 6: The world does not celebrate people who are takers, waiting

  for opportunities to amass for themselves.

  Speaker 1: The one problem with the rich fool.
• 13:24
  Speaker 6: I always wondered why such a combination would be a
• 13:27
  crue to a man, because wealth and foolishness should not
• 13:31
  go hand in hand. Yet there is a man in
• 13:32
  the Bible called the rich fool. Takes a lot of
• 13:36
  wisdom to build riches. But a man happened to combine
• 13:39
  both a rich fool and the foolishness. Was not because
• 13:44
  of the resources. It was because he did not understand
• 13:47
  the purpose of the resources. Allelujah. And the bands that
• 13:53
  he built was an example of what was in his heart.
• 13:57
  And he built it and put his God there and said,
• 14:00
  my soul, fine, rest upon the fact that I have
• 14:03
  these resources. And the Lord said, no, you're fullish even
• 14:06
  though you are rich. So the purpose of every opportunity
• 14:09
  God gives us is not just to be self centered,
• 14:12
  but to become an extension of His love and extension
• 14:15
  of his grace, to be instruments of messy Allelujah, the
• 14:19
  hymn writer would say, only remembered by what we have done.
• 14:25
  I would always say that people do not care how
• 14:27
  much you know until they know how much you care.
• 14:30
  Speaker 1: And this is true. Are we learning?
• 14:33
  Speaker 6: And then number four we said we take advantage of
• 14:37
  seasons of plenty our seven years by studying and carefully
• 14:44
  following those who have been consistent two seasons. One of
• 14:49
  the ways that you maximize your seasons of plenty is
• 14:53
  to study the lives of men and women who, by
• 14:57
  grace have mastered the art of sovi in seasons. I
• 15:01
  told us yesterday, do not trivialize consistency when you see it.
• 15:06
  Consistency is proof of mastery. Consistency means there is something
• 15:11
  you know, There is something you have obtained that makes
• 15:15
  you remain in spite of changing seasons. Our world is
• 15:19
  full of people who once were great, Ones were anointed,
• 15:24
  ones were influential, ones were wealthy, and sadly they could
• 15:28
  not survive certain seasons. And so when you see men
• 15:31
  and women who have extended their consistency through the seasons
• 15:36
  in business, in ministry, in family, you have a healthy
• 15:40
  respect for them. And then you follow those them who
• 15:44
  true faith and patience have obtained the promise. Allelujah. But
• 15:50
  now what do you do when sudden unfavorable seasons appear?
• 15:55
  Because they will. I wish I could tell you they
• 15:58
  would not come. They will sudden unfavorable seasons. And for
• 16:05
  a case study, yesterday we took the story of the
• 16:07
  man Job, that a man who the Bible says, feared
• 16:10
  the Lord and essued evil. And one day tragedy is
• 16:14
  struck in the life of Job, back to back, the
• 16:17
  death of his children, the depletion of his estate, the
• 16:21
  loss of his cattle, everything just went haywire. In the
• 16:25
  life of Job. I gave us three recommendations. Number one,
• 16:30
  you must protect your joy at every cost. The Bible
• 16:34
  says in Haba Cook three seventeen to nineteen that though
• 16:37
  the victory would not blossom.
• 16:39
  Speaker 1: Remember Haba Cook three.
• 16:41
  Speaker 6: He says, neither shall foot be on the vine, The
• 16:45
  labor of the olives shall fail, and the field shall
• 16:47
  yield no meat. The flock shall be cut off from
• 16:50
  the fold, and there shall be no heard in the stalls.

  He say, Yet, somebody say yet, yet means in spite
• 16:57
  of I will rejoice, not in the situation I will
• 17:04
  rejoice in the Lord, and I will joy in the
• 17:08
  God of my salvation. Can I tell you must protect
• 17:12
  your joy. It is better to lose money and have
• 17:15
  your joy with you. It is better to lose a job,
• 17:18
  as painful as it is.
• 17:20
  Speaker 1: You have not.
• 17:20
  Speaker 6: Truly lost if your joy is still with you. But
• 17:23
  it doesn't matter what you have around your life. If
• 17:26
  you had to trade your joy for it, it was
• 17:29
  an unwise Bagain, a way together when seasons on favorable seasons,
• 17:37
  the seven years of famine, when they strike.
• 17:40
  Speaker 1: Even if you do not know what to do.
• 17:44
  Speaker 6: Stand by protecting your joy by all means. It says,
• 17:48
  rejoice in the Lord always, and again I say again,
• 17:53
  I repeat again, I emphasize rejoice. I've been taught that
• 18:01
  happiness is circumstantial, is a product of delights, that is
• 18:05
  derived from the presence of results. But when you do
• 18:08
  not have anything that is worthy of celebration, joy.

  Speaker 1: Is of the spirit.

  Speaker 6: Only the holy ghosts can truly bring joy, and you
• 18:16
  can protect your joy.

  Speaker 1: You should protect your joy.

  Speaker 6: Number two, I said that we deal with unfavorable seasons
• 18:25
  when we learn to turn our pain to worship and thanksgiving.

  That everything that is a source of pain can be
• 18:33
  used as a reason to worship Job one twenty. Please

  show it to us Job, chapter one and verse twenty.

  The Book of Job, Chapter one and verse twenty.

  Speaker 1: Watch this. This was after the whole.

  Speaker 6: News the back to back tragedy was announced to Job.

  Can you imagine a people lined before Job, and imagine
• 19:01
  how broken the heart of this man.

  Speaker 1: Would be if the news came.

  Speaker 6: And allowed some time for him to be able to
• 19:09
  you know, to be able to come to that realization
• 19:12
  and to just come to terms with it brought back

  to back And here was his response. The Bible says,

  at the end of the last tragic announcement, then Job
• 19:23
  arose and rent his mantle and shaved his head, and
• 19:29
  fell upon the ground and worshiped. How do you worship
• 19:35
  in the midst of this news of death, lost depletion.

  I do not know any man on earth in modern
• 19:44
  history who, within shot a period of time went through
• 19:49
  this kind of tragedy, losing your everything. Literally, the only
• 19:54
  thing he had left was his God, his wife, and
• 19:57
  his life. Three other things he had built in prouding

  his children, representing the potential for a great future. Everything left,
• 20:09
  and the Bible says he washed ah.

  Speaker 1: Amazing, I will sing. I will praise.

  Speaker 7: Even in my darkest are, through the sorrow and the pain.

  just a few months to leave the Bible, says Joe

  about himself and worship.

  worship even when it does not make sense.

  understand strangers. But the wife of Job said, why do

  you still hold onto your integrity? He said, cost God

  and die. At least we will know you have tried.

  You have survived too much pain to still call God faithful.

  You have survived too much pain. It does not make

  sense keeping your integrity. Your life does not show any

  profiting in serving God. Again, now that you have all

  kinds of boils, why do you hold your integrity? She said,

  Gost God and die?

  Speaker 1: What Job said though his slavey? Yet will I trust him?

  Speaker 6: Here's what he said, all the days of my appointed time?

  Speaker 1: I will wait. This is already a prophetic word for someone.

  Speaker 6: There are many believers who love the Lord and roll

  are in your seven years, promotions coming, children coming, wonderful

  things happening. But let me tell you there are times

  I preached the message years ago. Call when God is silent,

  that the silence of God is a language. When God

  is silent, you must know he's saying something. Every time

  God does not reply you in the midst of pain, God,

  where are you when he is silent? Discern the voice

  of silence. There is something the silence of God is saying.

  Isaiah forty three, verse one and two says, fear not.

  you through the rivers, it shall not overwhelm you. Then

  it says, when you walk through the fire, it will

  do when unfavorable seasons come upon you?

  Speaker 1: Call upon the Lord in prayer.

  Speaker 6: Call upon the Lord in prayer, James, Chapter five and

  verse thirteen. Is any man afflicted, he says, let him pray.

  Is any man afflicted That includes a businessman, that includes

  a parent, that includes someone in the hospital diagnosed with
• 24:07
  a condition that the doctors may not even really truly understand.

  He says, if any man among you afflicted, King's court,

  let him pray, Let him pray, Let him pray. When

  seasons changed over Jesus, he was in gate semony even
• 24:32
  as the Son of God. The word incannate, the Bible says,

  he prayed, repeating the same words again.

  is power that is generated where you pray, because you

  will be learning that there are times where your season
• 25:05
  has come to an end, like it happened to the

  nation of Israel, but Satan leverages on need to continue

  negative seasons. The prophecy over Israel was that there will
• 25:15
  be in captivity for four hundred years, and it became
• 25:19
  four hundred and thirty.

  Speaker 6: By the lens of the spirit who are Satan elongated

  negative seasons over that.

  Speaker 1: A season has come to an end, and yet you

  are still suffering things that are not part of God's

  prophetic blueprint.

  Speaker 6: That's why the Bible says to appoint onto them that

  morning Zion, to give them beauty for ashes away together. Now, yes,

  the garment of praise for the spirit of heaveness. It

  says that they may be called the oaks or the

  trees of righteousness, the planting of our God.

  Speaker 1: I like the tree. You know.

  Speaker 6: The Bible says you shall be like a tree, and

  the tree is very powerful. We do raining and dry
• 26:05
  seasons in Nigeria. When it is dry season, the tree

  does not run away. The tree has a strategy for
• 26:11
  survival until rain comes. One of it is to shed
• 26:15
  its leave. And you will see a tree that was
• 26:18
  once blossoming, looking green and lush, looking pale and sickly.

  It's not called weakness, It's called endurance. The tree remains.

  Every other thing is lost except the root is still standing.

  It will lose the potential to bear fruits temporarily. You

  would see the tree and it does not look like
• 26:39
  a pleasant sight.

  Speaker 1: You would not even come on dying for.

  Speaker 6: Shade, because in many cases there are no leaves.

  Speaker 6: It's conserving its energy while preparing the same tree that

  you see looking in a sorry state is building energy.
