SPEAKER_00: We're gonna start by the Mishnah on the bottom of the Testament base where we left off.
• 0:04
  SPEAKER_00: Hashikit Lashem Harim.
• 0:06
  SPEAKER_00: Or Lashem Gvais.
• 0:07
SPEAKER_00: So this guy, he's shafting.
• 0:08
  SPEAKER_00: Lashem Harim.
• 0:08
  SPEAKER_00: What does that mean?
• 0:09
SPEAKER_00: He's basically worshipping the mountain.
• 0:10
SPEAKER_00: So he's doing it and he's doing the Sheita Lashem.
• 0:12
SPEAKER_00: He's being Zavekh, this animal for the mountain, his deity.
• 0:16
  SPEAKER_00: Or Lashem Gvaris, valleys.
• 0:22
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 0:22
  SPEAKER_00: What's the English word?
• 0:24
  SPEAKER_00: Come on.
• 0:24
  SPEAKER_00: Midbaris.
• 0:27
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Shitash.
• 0:28
SPEAKER_00: So in all these cases, the Shita's gonna be possible.
• 0:30
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna make a dialk on that in a second.
• 0:32
SPEAKER_00: It sounds like psula in, but not the zivchimesim, which would render it tikrevis of a desire.
• 0:36
SPEAKER_00: As we know that Allah is, any time you serve Abadizara, the whatever you served becomes uh tikus of a desire.
• 0:42
SPEAKER_00: If you shafted an animal for the abadazar, it becomes tikkrevisavadizara, which has uh nafkamina that it's now gonna be asubana, etc.
• 0:48
SPEAKER_00: So that's the dick we're gonna make.
• 0:50
SPEAKER_00: But either way, Shitasa Psula, the shipita is gonna be possible, meaning even if it was a kashra shita, you're not gonna be able to eat the basar.
• 0:55
  SPEAKER_00: Shneimar samasakin mishoichten.
• 0:57
SPEAKER_00: You have two people holding a knife and they're shafting together.
• 0:59
SPEAKER_00: Echh the shame echad mikol Elu, the Akh the Sham Dabar Kasher, Shkitasula.
• 1:03
SPEAKER_00: So again, there's no problem with two people doing a shahita together.
• 1:06
SPEAKER_00: As long as it was a kashra shit, it was a khatchita.
• 1:08
SPEAKER_00: The problem over here was that one of them did it Lashem Echemikalu for one of these things, for one of the uh bad things that he had in mind for one of these other zaras, it's gonna be a problem, even though the other one had in mind.
• 1:18
SPEAKER_00: Uh regular Dabarkashar, the shame dabar kashur, shit, it's gonna be possible because one of them had the wrong thing in mind.
• 1:24
SPEAKER_00: So the Gamara starts off with the diuk that we made in the mission.
• 1:27
  SPEAKER_00: Apsula in zivchimesim lay.
• 1:28
SPEAKER_00: It sounds like if you sheked an animal to a mountain, let's say, uh, you were serving the mountain, so it sounds like it's just gonna be possible.
• 1:34
SPEAKER_00: You're not gonna be able to eat from the animal, but it's not zivchimesim, right?
• 1:37
SPEAKER_00: It should have said something more dramatic.
• 1:39
  SPEAKER_00: Zivchimesim, what's zipchimesim?
• 1:40
SPEAKER_00: So we know the Pasit compares a Vedizar, it calls it zivchimesim, which teaches me, just like a mace is Asurbana, so too Avaidazara, something you sacrifice to a Vaidazar, it's gonna take on the den of Tekrivislav Avadazara, which makes it Asurbana.
• 1:53
SPEAKER_00: So zivchimesim means it's Tekravas Avazar, which is Asarbana.
• 1:56
SPEAKER_00: Psula just means it's not a good shiita.
• 1:57
SPEAKER_00: So saz the Gemara, it's mashma is just puzzle, it's not Tekrivislav Azara, which is now gonna be Astra Banana, considered Zivchimesim.
• 2:03
  SPEAKER_00: Really?
• 2:16
SPEAKER_00: He does it lashem, one of the mazales.
• 2:21
  SPEAKER_00: Or Lushum Shushul Khatan.
• 2:23
SPEAKER_00: So to the biggest thing like Michal Saragado, or a little worm.
• 2:27
SPEAKER_00: Doesn't matter what he shachted for ill zipchhemesim, it's considered zipchhaimesim.
• 2:31
SPEAKER_00: So what do we see over here?
• 2:32
SPEAKER_00: We saw all these cases, sounds like a lot of them the same cases, that if he shafts for that thing, it's he's serving it as Abedazar, it's gonna be Zivchimesim, the Bryce says.
• 2:39
SPEAKER_00: So why is our Mishnah telling me it's only gonna be Pasil?
• 2:41
SPEAKER_00: It sounds like it's not Astraban, it sounds like it's not the curvas Abdizar, it sounds very much not that way.
• 2:45
SPEAKER_00: From the Braissa we just said, says it's not a Kasha.
• 2:49
  SPEAKER_00: Why Had Omar Lihar?
• 2:50
  SPEAKER_00: Ha the Omar Ligadadahar.
• 2:52
SPEAKER_00: Our Mishnah that says it's only gonna be possible, it's not gonna be Astraban Allah like Zivchimasin.
• 2:56
SPEAKER_00: That's where he was shafting the animal to the mountain, the mountain itself.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_00: But the Braissa, which says that all these cases are actually gonna be Zivchimasin, 100% to Kravis of a desire, it's gonna be Assamana, that's where he was doing it.
• 3:10
SPEAKER_00: But to the malachamuna alahar.
• 3:12
SPEAKER_00: The malach that's in charge of the har.
• 3:14
  SPEAKER_00: And all those things.
• 3:14
  SPEAKER_00: What?
• 3:16
  SPEAKER_00: The what?
• 3:19
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_00: So the the mah so the malach uh a batara or the malach on the midbaras, the malach on the arm, all those things.
• 3:26
SPEAKER_00: And says one of the examples we had in the Braissa was Michal Sal Saragado.
• 3:32
SPEAKER_00: You're doing it to the mountain or Michal Saragado.
• 3:34
SPEAKER_00: So just like we compare and cadras.
• 3:36
SPEAKER_00: So dumy the Michal Saragado, just like that example is not something physical, it's Michal Sar, he's a malach.
• 3:41
SPEAKER_00: So too, when you said a mountain, you probably meant the malach of the mountain.
• 3:45
SPEAKER_00: And that's why it's going to be considered the curvas of the Zara.
• 3:47
  SPEAKER_00: Now, what's the difference?
• 3:48
  SPEAKER_00: So Ayn Rashi.
• 3:49
SPEAKER_00: Rashi brings the Pasuk that we learned, the Gamarin of Dazar Darshins, it says Elohim Hayem Al-Heharim, Elohim, Hho with a hey, if you say it out loud.
• 3:56
  SPEAKER_00: So Elayam Allaharim.
• 3:58
SPEAKER_00: So that means when you're worshipping Aba Dazara Al-Haharim, what do we learn from Al-Ahim?
• 4:03
  SPEAKER_00: The Pasuk teaches me.
• 4:05
SPEAKER_00: A Pasuk says Elahayam Al-Haram and not Heharim Elohim.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_00: So not that the mountain is the Elahim.
• 4:10
  SPEAKER_00: That's not the Elohim.
• 4:12
  SPEAKER_00: But rather Elohim that's Al-Heharim.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_00: So something that's not Mechobilkarqa.
• 4:16
  SPEAKER_00: That's what we dars.
• 4:16
SPEAKER_00: We darsh in the Gemara Nabedazara.
• 4:18
SPEAKER_00: That's something that's mechobilikharkah if you serve it, it's not going to have the din of Adazara.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_00: Now, don't take this the wrong way.
• 4:23
SPEAKER_00: You're 100% gonna be Chayev for serving Ava Dazara.
• 4:26
  SPEAKER_00: That's not the point.
• 4:27
SPEAKER_00: The point is it's not gonna have the din of Tekrivas of Adazara.
• 4:29
SPEAKER_00: It's not considered a mice of Avidazara, then now what you served with is gonna have the din of the Kravis of Adazara if that thing you served to was Mechobilikarka.
• 4:37
SPEAKER_00: But you are a Avid of Adazara, a bona fide Avid of Adezara for all intents and purposes.
• 4:41
  SPEAKER_00: That is for sure.
• 4:42
SPEAKER_00: But the difference is again our mission is talking about something Michobilakarka, something Machobilikarka, you actually tried to serve the mountain, Elohiam, Aleharim, not Hehorim, Elohim, not the mountain being Elohim, that's not possible, and therefore it's not gonna be considered the curvas of a desarra.
• 4:55
SPEAKER_00: It's only gonna be psula.
• 4:56
SPEAKER_00: Whereas in the Braysa, we're talking about the malach.
• 4:58
SPEAKER_00: You serve the malach of that thing, like um like we saw, Dumya de Gavriel Sarah or Michal Saragadal, and uh Shma'minah, we see over there that that's obviously the difference.
• 5:10
SPEAKER_00: Again, our Mishnah, Machobilkarka, it's only gonna be Psula.
• 5:13
SPEAKER_00: The Brahsa is talking about things that are Machobilkarka, actual regular good Avaitazara or bad Avaitazara, and therefore um it's gonna have the den of Tikravis Avidazara is of chemism.
• 5:28
SPEAKER_00: If someone comes and sees his friend's animal that was Rabut, it was crouching or sitting down right in front of Avaitazara, and he goes and he shachts it.
• 5:36
SPEAKER_00: He shachts one simon of that animal.
• 5:38
SPEAKER_00: So the allaha is asrah.
• 5:39
  SPEAKER_00: He assered the animal.
• 5:40
SPEAKER_00: Now the point over here isn't that it was sitting before Abbasara.
• 5:43
SPEAKER_00: The point is that he did it Lashema Badazara.
• 5:45
SPEAKER_00: We're just bringing out the point.
• 5:45
SPEAKER_00: It was sitting before Abadazar, and he went and he shachhted this animal, Lashema Avaidazara, and he did only one simon, though.
• 5:52
SPEAKER_00: Generally by a bahema, we need two simonim, or royvadeshte simonim.
• 5:55
SPEAKER_00: But over here he did one simon, asra.
• 5:57
SPEAKER_00: He already asserted the animal like the cravis of the Zara.
• 5:59
SPEAKER_00: Even though he only did one simon.
• 6:00
SPEAKER_00: You would think maybe you need a full shaita.
• 6:02
  SPEAKER_00: You don't.
• 6:02
SPEAKER_00: All you need is simonak, you're good to go.
• 6:04
SPEAKER_00: So is the Savila Kyana Amarullah?
• 6:06
SPEAKER_00: Seems that he must hold like Ullah, that Amr Bihanan, that Ula Alamar Bihan, sorry, that Ulah says the amar of Byechan, that Akh bisham ramish tahab the behemoth.
• 6:14
SPEAKER_00: Even though they said that, even though the Khacham said if someone bows down to his friend's animal, he didn't ask it.
• 6:20
SPEAKER_00: Now, generally, if you bow down to your own animal, you're gonna ask her it.
• 6:23
  SPEAKER_00: Tikravis of the Zara.
• 6:25
SPEAKER_00: You just made it into Aba Zara, so now it has the dinner of Tikrebus of a d'azara because you served it, now it's gonna be as well.
• 6:31
SPEAKER_00: But if it belongs to your friend, we know Ain't the Masur Dabasha Inashalay.
• 6:34
SPEAKER_00: You can't asser something that doesn't belong to you.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_00: You're the Bible on this, me'chateh so you're gonna come and ask her my thing.
• 6:39
  SPEAKER_00: It belongs to me.
• 6:39
SPEAKER_00: I don't want you bowing down and all of a sudden being askering my animal and saying it's as even to me.
• 6:44
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, since we have this claw, Aina the Maisera Dabasha Inashalay, so Amishtahbila Bahamashabir alaiasra.
• 6:50
  SPEAKER_00: He didn't asur it.
• 6:51
SPEAKER_00: Okay, but over here, if he shafts one simon of his friend's animal before Abadizarah, over here he will asr it.
• 6:58
  SPEAKER_00: What's the khedesh?
• 6:59
SPEAKER_00: And again, Ah Palpi, even though we said I'm shtahabla behamaschra, asubamaisa asra.
• 7:04
SPEAKER_00: If he did a maisa, however, if he did a mice, he actually did something to it.
• 7:07
SPEAKER_00: He didn't he didn't just bow and not touch it, but he sheched it, he did something, then everyone's gonna agree, or at least Ula Bashemir Rabichanan, special khadesh, that he did asr even his friend's animal.
• 7:18
SPEAKER_00: We only say ina the mice of if he didn't do a micea.
• 7:21
SPEAKER_00: But if he did a micea, we're gonna see soon.
• 7:22
SPEAKER_00: Do you need a mice?
• 7:23
  SPEAKER_00: Rabbah, miceutah.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_00: That the point over here that Ula's saying, even if you just scheched one simmon, it sounds like mice zuta.
• 7:29
SPEAKER_00: It sounds like a little bit of it, even if you just did a little bit, meaning you didn't do a full shrita of two simon.
• 7:33
SPEAKER_00: You just did one simon, that's gonna be good enough.
• 7:35
SPEAKER_00: You did a small micea, we're gonna see Rashi brings it even over here.
• 7:38
SPEAKER_00: The aise simon echar she says lav dafka, even the simon echar is davka, lav dafka, doad in the chati simon.
• 7:42
SPEAKER_00: Even if you did less.
• 7:43
SPEAKER_00: When we say one simon, what's the point of one simmon?
• 7:45
SPEAKER_00: One simon is not a scheita for behema.
• 7:47
SPEAKER_00: You need it's not a oif, you need two simona by a behema.
• 7:49
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, when we say one simon, it the point over here is it's just call do, it's just even a tiny bit.
• 7:53
SPEAKER_00: Even a tiny bit, it's just bringing out a small mice that you did, so even less than a simmon.
• 7:57
SPEAKER_00: You shachted a tiny bit, even less than a simmon, that's gonna be good enough to now ask your friend's animal because that's the khadish he's saying that you can ask your friend's animal by doing an actual mice, bowing down, that's not a maisa.
• 8:07
SPEAKER_00: But if you do even an episode tiny shrito, mice zutta, that's gonna be good enough to ask her your friend's animal, says the Gamar on that note.
• 8:14
  SPEAKER_00: Ace Ramnachun Rhun.
• 8:15
SPEAKER_00: Ravnachun asked on Rivuna from Orhuna just said, he asked on him the from the following.
• 8:21
  SPEAKER_00: Hashikit chatas bishabis.
• 8:23
  SPEAKER_00: Bahut, Lava is coming.
• 8:24
SPEAKER_00: So this is a bad guy.
• 8:25
SPEAKER_00: He did all these things wrong.
• 8:26
SPEAKER_00: He shafted uh carbon chatas on Shabbis, Bachut, outside the beast of Megnash, uh Lava just coven, and the shame of the Zara.
• 8:34
SPEAKER_00: So what do you do wrong?
• 8:35
SPEAKER_00: So he did Shitas Chutz, that's first of all.
• 8:37
SPEAKER_00: He also did Shit on Shabbis, he killed Animal on Shabbos, and he served them at Azar.
• 8:41
SPEAKER_00: So that's three hive creases that he just did right now.
• 8:43
SPEAKER_00: So let's say he did it Bishig.
• 8:44
SPEAKER_00: So I'm not sure how he wound up in this situation, but he did all these things Bishyg.
• 8:48
SPEAKER_00: We know when you do a hive ekres of Beshag, you are Khivakarmanchatas.
• 8:51
  SPEAKER_00: Now is Hive Shadis.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be Hive three karmanchatas for these three bad things that he did.
• 8:56
SPEAKER_00: Vi'i Amrit Kem and Shasha Basim and Echodas.
• 8:58
  SPEAKER_00: Uh, what's the question?
• 8:59
SPEAKER_00: The question is if you're gonna tell me Rahuno, like you said before, that by a void of Zara, by your friend's animal, why is this comparable?
• 9:06
SPEAKER_00: Because a chatas doesn't belong to you.
• 9:07
SPEAKER_00: Chattis belongs to the belongs to the base of English, belongs to the cloud, belongs to uh uh khadchim, and therefore it's considered Bahamas Khaverah that's why that's not an ahu we're making.
• 9:15
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gummar Viyamrit, we're not gonna knock that off and say maybe it's shach to you.
• 9:18
SPEAKER_00: But either way, Viyamrit came in Shashah Basiminachar Asra, if you're gonna tell me that when you shacht even uh one simon of your friend's animal, you assered it right away.
• 9:27
SPEAKER_00: So right now when you're shafting this karm and chatas, it's not yours.
• 9:30
SPEAKER_00: As soon as you uh shacht even one simon for Ava Dazara, you now assered it, like two karvas of dezara, then ashutechutz lail chhaev, then why are you haived also for shutechutz?
• 9:40
  SPEAKER_00: Why not?
• 9:41
SPEAKER_00: Because mechateh be'afarhu, you're stomping mechateh beafar.
• 9:44
SPEAKER_00: Meaning you shouldn't be hive for one of the three things.
• 9:47
SPEAKER_00: You shouldn't be hive anymore for shutechuts.
• 9:48
  SPEAKER_00: Now why not?
• 9:49
SPEAKER_00: Because again, Rash explains right here.
• 9:51
SPEAKER_00: The came of the Ness of Mishum Avadis Khabin Phaqah Shem Khanchimineh.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_00: As soon as you, according to the Huna, what's the question?
• 9:56
SPEAKER_00: As soon as you shachhted one simmon, you did a tiny slice in this animal, and all of a sudden you made it in Saint Tikhusabatazar, you asserted it.
• 10:03
  SPEAKER_00: Zotrashi pokha shem kachimineh.
• 10:05
  SPEAKER_00: It's not kanchim anymore.
• 10:06
SPEAKER_00: When is it considered a good shit for karmal khatas, for shutichuts?
• 10:10
  SPEAKER_00: That's a regular shita.
• 10:11
  SPEAKER_00: That's two simonim.
• 10:12
SPEAKER_00: If you did it inside, two semanim would be kosher.
• 10:14
SPEAKER_00: If you do it outside, two simonim, that's gonna be a khib mishom shuteh chutz.
• 10:18
SPEAKER_00: It has to be tummy the inside, right?
• 10:19
SPEAKER_00: It has to be the same type of shita.
• 10:20
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, you're only gonna be chaif for shutechuts for doing it outside if you did it the proper way.
• 10:25
SPEAKER_00: The proper way is two simonim.
• 10:26
SPEAKER_00: By the time you got to one simun, it was already pokhashim k'hansemine, it's not khanshim anymore.
• 10:31
SPEAKER_00: So by the time you get to the two simonim, it's not a karmicatis anymore to be chaif for doing it outside.
• 10:35
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara, mechatik wa afru, you're stamm cutting around, you're not cutting khanshim, and therefore, and therefore, again, poka shim kanchimine, vena nas shuhab is kachamna, afhrab.
• 10:44
SPEAKER_00: It's considered afraid, shh is kham, and if anything, you shouldn't be high for shutichuts if that's what you're telling me, Ullah, that it's gonna be considered to cravis Abba Azar as soon as you shacht a tiny bit.
• 10:53
SPEAKER_00: You shouldn't be high for shutichuts, you should only be high for the other two.
• 10:55
SPEAKER_00: For Shabbat is killing the animal, and also for uh Abedazar, obviously.
• 11:06
SPEAKER_00: No, go for the opposite, that's the question.
• 11:08
SPEAKER_00: Abba de Zahar happened before Shutekhutz.
• 11:16
  SPEAKER_00: No, that's exactly what we're saying.
• 11:17
SPEAKER_00: It's only considered a good shutechut, or whatever.
• 11:21
SPEAKER_00: To be high for once you finish the sharita, once you do two seman.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_00: To be high for shutichut has to be considered a good shit, bifnim.
• 11:28
SPEAKER_00: What do you need bifnim?
• 11:29
SPEAKER_00: You need to do a good shit, two semanim.
• 11:31
SPEAKER_00: So only once you do the two semanim outside you're gonna be high with shutichut.
• 11:34
SPEAKER_00: But by the time you got there, it's not khajem anymore.
• 11:37
SPEAKER_00: So what do you mean it's not shutichut?
• 11:38
  SPEAKER_00: That's the point.
• 11:39
  SPEAKER_00: That's the question.
• 11:39
SPEAKER_00: So says the gimmick, Amara Papa.
• 11:41
SPEAKER_00: Rapaba answers, how chaatas'aifaskina knew we're assuming that the Karma Khatas we mentioned was a chatas behim, and a chatas behim also needs two semanim, of course.
• 11:50
SPEAKER_00: We're not, we're talking about a chata sa'oif that a chatas sa'aif, we know all you need is one simmon, and therefore, if all you need is one simon, then what happens?
• 11:58
SPEAKER_00: That the kulubadiya badikasi everything happens at once.
• 12:03
SPEAKER_00: All three chiuvim happen at the same time.
• 12:05
SPEAKER_00: I what are you gonna tell me that as soon as you shacht one simon, it's now tikrevislazar, you khai shim of desara?
• 12:10
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but as soon as you shacht one simon, it's also a good chitah, and therefore chchutichhots, abedazara, shabis all happens at the same time.
• 12:17
SPEAKER_00: Why chata sa'aif and not ayla saf?
• 12:19
SPEAKER_00: Because ayla sa'if special khadish, even though it's a knife, it actually needs two simanim.
• 12:22
SPEAKER_00: So chhatas'aif specifically that it only needs one simon and therefore it all happens at the same time, not a kasha.
• 12:27
  SPEAKER_00: Says Gemara Mihti.
• 12:28
  SPEAKER_00: Really?
• 12:28
  SPEAKER_00: Let's see.
• 12:29
  SPEAKER_00: Rahuna Kemana Amalishmaitsa'ula.
• 12:31
SPEAKER_00: Who is Rahuna going in just now?
• 12:32
SPEAKER_00: Ulah, as we quoted before.
• 12:33
SPEAKER_00: The Ullah Misa Kaldu, Kalmar.
• 12:35
SPEAKER_00: What did Ula say in Aman Alif?
• 12:36
SPEAKER_00: Ulah said mice kaldu as Rashi brought Al-Atara on Amanalif when we saw.
• 12:41
SPEAKER_00: When we said simenechod, it was just an example.
• 12:43
SPEAKER_00: Simen achad was lav Dafka.
• 12:45
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't have to be one full simon and not two or not less than one simon.
• 12:48
SPEAKER_00: Simenechod meant even if you just did one, but even if you just said less than one, the point is kaldu, you did a little bit of a mice.
• 12:54
SPEAKER_00: You didn't just bow to it, you actually did something to it.
• 12:56
SPEAKER_00: You made an incision, you cut it.
• 12:57
SPEAKER_00: But that cut doesn't have to be one simon, it could be even less than a simmon.
• 13:01
SPEAKER_00: And therefore we're back to square one.
• 13:02
SPEAKER_00: When does shabis and uh and shutih, when does shutichutz kick in?
• 13:07
  SPEAKER_00: That's when.
• 13:07
SPEAKER_00: Even by a khat sa'aif where you only need one simon for the shtita, shutichutz only kicks in when you do the full simmon.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_00: Whereas by avoidazara, what do we say?
• 13:17
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna ask it when you do a mice khaldu.
• 13:19
SPEAKER_00: Even the tiniest micea, even a mice calldu, that's what Ullah said.
• 13:22
SPEAKER_00: And therefore that happens even before one simmon.
• 13:24
SPEAKER_00: So you did it, you cut a tiny bit even before you cut one simon.
• 13:27
SPEAKER_00: Now it's considered to curve us of a zar.
• 13:29
  SPEAKER_00: You asked it.
• 13:30
  SPEAKER_00: Raj says, pakashim kochimine.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_00: Now when you finish the simmon off, it's afraid alma, as we saw.
• 13:35
  SPEAKER_00: It's not kanchum anymore.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_00: So again, Vita, same question.
• 13:37
SPEAKER_00: You're not high, you're not high, Mishum Shutichot.
• 13:39
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemar again.
• 13:40
SPEAKER_00: You're going in Ula, Ula Mysikaldu, Kamara, and therefore you didn't help anything.
• 13:43
SPEAKER_00: We're back to square one.
• 13:44
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara Allah B'aimer big marzvicha huovdah.
• 13:49
  SPEAKER_00: You're right.
• 13:49
SPEAKER_00: So what are we talking about?
• 13:50
SPEAKER_00: We're probably talking about where the guy made a stipulation and he said, Big Marzviha Uvdah, that I only want this to be Naqshah, a good service of Avaid Zara, Big Marzvika, at the end of the Shita.
• 14:00
SPEAKER_00: At the end of the Shita, a person has the ability to say that, that I'm not being Avadevazara now, I'm only being Avidevada Zara at the end of the Shita, and therefore at the end of the Shita, what happens?
• 14:08
  SPEAKER_00: Everything comes.
• 14:09
SPEAKER_00: Bivasachas, you're not gonna have a problem.
• 14:11
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gimara.
• 14:11
  SPEAKER_00: Yachimari Khatas, Lishminan Zebbach.
• 14:14
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me in Okimtah that he's saying that I'm only doing the Avaid Zara part at the end of the Shita, then why do you have to come onto a chatas?
• 14:20
SPEAKER_00: You could tell me any zebah.
• 14:21
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 14:22
SPEAKER_00: Because we're assuming it sounded like the reason we said chatas with why.
• 14:24
SPEAKER_00: Because chatas is a special khidish that there's actually something called a chatas'aif.
• 14:28
SPEAKER_00: And a chatas'aif only needs one simot.
• 14:31
SPEAKER_00: And then we come on to that uh everything's happening, uh it sounds like we said that for a reason, right?
• 14:36
SPEAKER_00: Because it only has one simon.
• 14:37
SPEAKER_00: But if you're gonna tell me that he's saying it at the end, so why does it have to be an if?
• 14:40
SPEAKER_00: It could be even a behema, where you need both simonim, but as long as he's saying, I'm doing the but is at the end of it, at the end of the two simanim.
• 14:46
SPEAKER_00: So everything's still gonna happen with a sacha.
• 14:48
SPEAKER_00: So why do I need to say chatah specifically?
• 14:50
  SPEAKER_00: It sounds very misleading.
• 14:54
SPEAKER_00: Says, meh there, papa, hoch my skin and kick on show yachikana pogum, the hoisipal of koshu, the gumra.
• 15:02
  SPEAKER_00: You're right, we're talking about a chatzaif.
• 15:03
  SPEAKER_00: We are.
• 15:04
SPEAKER_00: Okay, what was the question?
• 15:05
SPEAKER_00: The question was that why did that help anything?
• 15:08
  SPEAKER_00: Khatasaif.
• 15:09
SPEAKER_00: Chatasaif, you still need one simon.
• 15:10
SPEAKER_00: And what did we say?
• 15:11
SPEAKER_00: My sekholdehu is gonna ask for this.
• 15:13
SPEAKER_00: So even before one simmon, you're gonna have a problem of a Vedazara, which means Pakashim Katshumine before you got to the problem of shuty khot.
• 15:19
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara that says her papa, that you want to know what we're talking about, kigan show you chatikona pogam.
• 15:24
SPEAKER_00: Where half of the khana was was uh had a pgam already, it had a uh had a it was cut through already, which we know from earlier in the Masachta is not considered a trefa.
• 15:33
  SPEAKER_00: Chatzikana pogam.
• 15:35
SPEAKER_00: By of the Veshet, even the tiniest neck of is gonna be a problem.
• 15:38
SPEAKER_00: The kana, even chatzikone pogam is not a problem, is it's still not considered a trefa.
• 15:42
SPEAKER_00: So chatikana pogam, what do you need to do to finish off the shit now?
• 15:45
  SPEAKER_00: Mamish the tiniest bit.
• 15:46
SPEAKER_00: You just have to finish off the tiniest bit of the kanah, and it's gonna be considered a good shahita.
• 15:50
SPEAKER_00: The hois of a love culture, you added a tiny bit.
• 15:52
SPEAKER_00: In this case, the gomra, and you finish off the shahita by that tiny bit, the hulbah the adalikasi.
• 15:57
SPEAKER_00: And in this case, you don't have to come on to saying that he said and made a stipulation that bigmar uvdo ya voidah, the bigmar shita yavaida, that at the end is where I'm gonna do the Avaidzara.
• 16:06
  SPEAKER_00: No, no shahis.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_00: You did one tiny pi'ula, and in that one tiny pi'ulah, everything happened at once.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: It was a kolshu that the Avadizara happened in the koshu, and in that koshu, since we're talking about a Hatsikana pogam, that you only need to do a tiny bit more of an incision, so that was a koshu of an incision that you did that finished off the shaithah, finished off for shutichotz for Avadhazar and for Shabbat's all at once.
• 16:25
SPEAKER_00: And that's why it all came at once.
• 16:26
SPEAKER_00: That's Gamba, Amar Apapa, Rapaba said.
• 16:28
SPEAKER_00: Rapap is about to say two obvious things, and the Gamar's gonna ask Shita in a second, so don't get all caught up of what Raphab is trying to say, because everything we understand already.
• 16:35
SPEAKER_00: Elaf the Amar Rahuna Simon Akad.
• 16:37
SPEAKER_00: Rapaba says, Elah, the Amar Rahuna Simon Akod, if not for the fact that Rahuna said is Allah, even my semen echod loyhabi chat's t.
• 16:43
SPEAKER_00: Then the case of the khatas that we brought as a question wouldn't have been a question on him.
• 16:49
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 16:49
SPEAKER_00: Because my mice is a micearabah.
• 16:51
SPEAKER_00: Because I would just assume that what did Ullah mean when he said, what did Rahuna, sorry, mean when he said that as if you did a mice, then you're gonna ask your friend's animal.
• 17:01
SPEAKER_00: Maybe we should assume that he meant a maisa rabba, meaning a full maisa, a full shkhito, even based him on it.
• 17:06
SPEAKER_00: And therefore the khatas wouldn't have been a question because the chatas is only one similar.
• 17:09
SPEAKER_00: And that's why, obviously, we said that he meant a maista, as we saw before, this we all explained in the Khajan and the Gamar.
• 17:16
SPEAKER_00: Rafaba made another observation that he loved the umar of Bahamas Khaver.
• 17:20
SPEAKER_00: If not for the fact that Rifuna said Behemas Khaverai, um that he's gonna ask her that what?
• 17:27
SPEAKER_00: That even a maisa calledhu, even the tiniest bit of a maissa that he does, of a shrita, the tiniest incision on his friend's animal, it's gonna ask her even if the animal doesn't belong to him, even if it's his friend's animal.
• 17:36
SPEAKER_00: If it's not for the fact that Rifuna said that, Lehavi Chatas Tyupteh.
• 17:40
SPEAKER_00: Again, the case of chatas wouldn't have been a question on the May Taima.
• 17:42
SPEAKER_00: Did Matyasr the Khavri Lematiasar?
• 17:44
SPEAKER_00: Because I would just tell you that he's able to ask for his own, he's not able to ask for his friends.
• 17:48
SPEAKER_00: So from the fact that Rivuna said that uh that uh that the mice can affect even his friend's animal, so now we know that that's gonna be true.
• 17:54
SPEAKER_00: Zazigmar psychitah shkay, what's the Papa adding already, everything we know already?
• 18:01
  SPEAKER_00: Kamash Malon, then no.
• 18:02
SPEAKER_00: I would think that since Khatas, maybe I would have said so so far we were assuming once again, we said this announcement, we spoke it out loud in the beginning when we said the case of chatas, that a chatas don't doesn't really belong to you, and that's what the question is, that just like a chatas doesn't belong to you, and you see you see you're still asking it.
• 18:16
SPEAKER_00: So you wouldn't have necessarily thought that.
• 18:18
SPEAKER_00: The kamash malan is that I would have thought that since even though the chatas doesn't really belong to you, since um since uh Mauditema came in the Khanala Kapara, kidide damiya, since you bought it for your kappara, and then the day you're bringing this karma khatas for kapara, so kidide damia.
• 18:34
SPEAKER_00: So maybe it's considered like it's yours to aser.
• 18:36
  SPEAKER_00: Kamash Malan, then not.
• 18:37
SPEAKER_00: Kamash Malan, it's still not considered yours, and that's why Rapapa felt the need to speak it out.
• 18:41
SPEAKER_00: So this is the gumara, we'll just do a little more.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_00: No at Simon, Rv Nachman, Vrv Amram, Virvitsa Kamri.
• 18:46
SPEAKER_00: They all said that in on the mice of Damashlay, that a person now let it ask for something that doesn't belong to him.
• 18:50
SPEAKER_00: What for khadish over here?
• 18:51
SPEAKER_00: The kidish is that they're adding on, even if he did a mice.
• 18:54
SPEAKER_00: Even with a mice of shachting, a person's not going to be able to ask for something that doesn't belong to him.
• 18:59
  SPEAKER_00: Bihwam.
• 18:59
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, says Gamar May's.
• 19:10
SPEAKER_00: That as we established it a few minutes ago, that we're talking about a chatasaif and chatzikana pogim.
• 19:15
SPEAKER_00: So all three chiuve creesus happened at the same exact time, because you all you need to needed to do is a tiny bit.
• 19:21
SPEAKER_00: Okay, and that's what we said.
• 19:22
  SPEAKER_00: What's the deal?
• 19:22
SPEAKER_00: Time of the chat sa'aifu.
• 19:24
  SPEAKER_00: De khulbah deadikas.
• 19:25
SPEAKER_00: And it sounds like the only reason this is gonna be true is because it's a chat sa'aif, so everything happens at the same time.
• 19:30
SPEAKER_00: Abu Sebach, but a regular sebach, then Lai.
• 19:33
SPEAKER_00: This wouldn't be true because it's gonna be happening in it happening at different times, like the question we saw before.
• 19:37
SPEAKER_00: That uh Avaidazara part, it becomes usr before uh it becomes usr for uh before it actually becomes high mishum shutichutz.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_00: And at that point, it's not kutchem anymore, so you're not gonna be high shutichhots, right?
• 19:49
SPEAKER_00: So it's mass mah only you can only make that ukim to be chat asaif because you have this chatikana pog and you figured it out where it all happens at the same time.
• 19:58
SPEAKER_00: According to you, Ravnachman Ravamaru Yitzhok, if you're gonna tell me that a person, Bihlal, even with a mice, is not he can't ask, then my chat is a minu chat's mah nami, then why do we care about khatas'?
• 20:11
SPEAKER_00: What are you gonna tell me that as soon as you uh did a mace zuta, you started the incision, you asked the animal, you didn't ask the animal.
• 20:17
SPEAKER_00: Ain't the mace, dabash in the shalai, according to you.
• 20:19
SPEAKER_00: So what do I care?
• 20:20
SPEAKER_00: You could you could start Bihai for Avatazara right now and have Bihai for Shutekhuts much later.
• 20:25
SPEAKER_00: It's not poka sem katshimideh as Raji said before, because Aina the Maïsa, Dabasha Inishalay, according to you.
• 20:30
SPEAKER_00: So why does the case tafka have to be like we explained it?
• 20:32
SPEAKER_00: And says the Gemara, this case of Khatas is different.
• 20:36
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 20:36
SPEAKER_00: Like we said a minute ago.
• 20:37
SPEAKER_00: Came in the comment layl khara kidide, Damian.
• 20:40
SPEAKER_00: Since you bought it and you were Koina, you have the kinyan for khapara, at least it's a we treat it as if it's yours to a certain extent, and if we treat it as if it's yours, everyone's gonna agree.
• 20:50
SPEAKER_00: Even uh these three Amaram, Ravnachman, Ravamar, and Rvitzuk are gonna agree that you can effectuate and asser something that is yours, right?
• 20:58
SPEAKER_00: Something that if we treat it like it's yours, then 100% with a miceo or even without a miceo, we're gonna be able to asser it and it's gonna become usar.
• 21:04
SPEAKER_00: So as soon as you do a little incision, it's asir.
• 21:06
SPEAKER_00: By the time you get the shutichot, it's not a carbon anymore, so you're not gonna be chasing shutichutz, and that's why it has to be dakkoch sa'aif.
• 21:11
  SPEAKER_00: We'll do a little bit more.
• 21:12
  SPEAKER_00: That's uh that's what has to be d'hko sa'aif.
• 21:14
SPEAKER_00: That's uh in this case of chatzikonapagim, says the Gamar.
• 21:18
SPEAKER_00: Because again, we're treating it like yours.
• 21:19
SPEAKER_00: Tashma, I'll bring you another, I'll ask you another Kasha.
• 21:21
SPEAKER_00: Base eich and massakin, the second part of the Mishnah.
• 21:24
SPEAKER_00: Two people are holding a knife.
• 21:25
SPEAKER_00: We shacht and they're shafting together.
• 21:26
  SPEAKER_00: Echodoshum echanikola.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_00: One of them has in mind one of the cases we listed in the Mishnah, like a mountain or he's doing a shema mountain, etc.
• 21:33
SPEAKER_00: We echad the shim number kasha.
• 21:34
SPEAKER_00: One of them has uh regular good maqshabbat.
• 21:36
SPEAKER_00: Shitasab so it's gonna be possible.
• 21:38
  SPEAKER_00: What's the question?
• 21:38
SPEAKER_00: We're assuming that they don't own this animal, right?
• 21:41
SPEAKER_00: There are two people shafting a karma.
• 21:42
SPEAKER_00: Who does it belong to?
• 21:43
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know, probably someone else.
• 21:44
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, they're shafting it, and they're gonna ask her it because of one guy's maqsabah doesn't belong to them.
• 21:48
  SPEAKER_00: What do you mean?
• 21:48
SPEAKER_00: I thought in the mace of Davashina Slaya, even when you're doing when you uh are doing a myself, according to these hammaram, and so the gimmara, hachmaskin and they say shutfas.
• 21:57
  SPEAKER_00: They gava.
• 21:58
SPEAKER_00: You're right, the machanami, they do own it.
• 22:00
  SPEAKER_00: Very mitzious answer.
• 22:01
SPEAKER_00: They happen to own it, they have a shutvus bagaba, and that's why they're gonna be able to ask it even according to those a mail.
• 22:07
SPEAKER_00: Sensakemara one more case, Toshmah, Hametame, Vamedame, Vamanase, someone who is mitame someone else's uh wine, for example.
• 22:17
  SPEAKER_00: Or he's midame.
• 22:18
SPEAKER_00: Midame means he mixes Truma and Hulin.
• 22:20
SPEAKER_00: And this guy is the astral, so he's not gonna be able to eat it now because there's uh taruvus of there's taruvus and of truma inside his hulin, and now he has nothing to do with it.
• 22:27
SPEAKER_00: He has to sell it to Kahanim for cheap.
• 22:28
SPEAKER_00: So the basic idea over here, it's a classic case where he's ruining his friend's uh stuff, but it's a hezak shane and knicker.
• 22:35
SPEAKER_00: You can't really see that there's a difference, right?
• 22:36
SPEAKER_00: If you look at it, it looks like the same wine.
• 22:38
SPEAKER_00: But you don't know that you can't it's you can't visibly see that it's tamer tar or that it's uh got truma mixed in or not.
• 22:44
SPEAKER_00: So he causes Hezek to his friend.
• 22:45
SPEAKER_00: Ahmed Tamil Ahmedamibaseh, or he makes his friends wine into uh Yain Nasuk, he pours it Lashema Badazar.
• 22:50
SPEAKER_00: So in all these cases, he caused a nezek, but it's a Hezek Shayne and Knicker.
• 22:54
SPEAKER_00: So the Halach is Bishig Potter.
• 22:56
SPEAKER_00: If he did a Bishogig, he's gonna be Potter from paying his friends for the damage that he caused him.
• 23:00
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 23:00
SPEAKER_00: Because Hezek Shain and Niker, Loishmeh Hezikash, he brings.
• 23:06
SPEAKER_00: Why is he gonna be Haiv?
• 23:07
SPEAKER_00: If Hezik Shayne and Nikir is Loishmeh Hezik, then why is he gonna be Haif to pay his friends?
• 23:10
  SPEAKER_00: So it's a kanas.
• 23:11
SPEAKER_00: Because even though Hezik Shah and Niker is not considered Hezik to pay, uh because he did it mazed.
• 23:18
SPEAKER_00: So he's going to be Haived Lashal.
• 23:20
SPEAKER_00: What's the question over here?
• 23:20
SPEAKER_00: The question is that I thought Aina the Maiser Davishanay.
• 23:24
  SPEAKER_00: So what's the Hezik?
• 23:25
SPEAKER_00: Ah, you made it Tame?
• 23:28
SPEAKER_00: You can't make my thing tombe if I'm gonna lose that.
• 23:31
SPEAKER_00: You can't make my thing ya in Nesek if now I'm gonna lose that.
• 23:33
SPEAKER_00: Aina the Mayser Dabash Inishaloi.
• 23:35
SPEAKER_00: Even if you did a maiso, according to the Zamaraam, and to the Gemara, ha khanami does so shut.
• 23:39
SPEAKER_00: Over here, those am Iram will tell you, you're right.
• 23:41
SPEAKER_00: This case is only gonna be true where they actually own it.
• 23:44
SPEAKER_00: They own this uh stuff, they have shutfash, so maybe one of the shutfah ineffectuated it and now he has to pay the other one.
• 23:49
  SPEAKER_00: Who's he paying?
• 23:50
SPEAKER_00: Probably the other shutif that didn't have in mind the Sabbath Zara wasn't Manasah the wine.
• 23:54
SPEAKER_00: But in a khanam, you go to someone else's wine according to those Amarim and you pour it for Yahineseh.
• 24:04
  SPEAKER_00: What?
• 24:07
  SPEAKER_00: It's a good question.
• 24:08
  SPEAKER_00: No, that's a that's a that's a nezak.
• 24:10
  SPEAKER_00: That's not Hezekiah negative.
• 24:15
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 24:17
SPEAKER_00: Your hive can pay me from Nezek.
• 24:20
SPEAKER_00: Are you did or did you ask her this about no now?
• 24:22
SPEAKER_00: Can he take the hive and then use the whatever?
• 24:25
SPEAKER_00: Did you ask her about no because of a because of the because of another
