Transcript
- 0:14Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to Pink Shade. It's Thursday where we
- 0:17Speaker 1: talk about Bravo and sometimes pop culture. Today, I've got
- 0:20Speaker 1: my friends. I've got Dylan and Pat from Bad TV.
- 0:25Speaker 1: How you doing? Guys?
- 0:27Speaker 2: Pat, you go first tell Mary Payne how you're doing.
- 0:30Speaker 3: I'm doing wonderful. I'm happy to be on Pink Shade.
- 0:33Speaker 3: I miss you.
- 0:33Speaker 1: I m P Dylan, how you doing?
- 0:37Speaker 2: I echo his sentiments we miss you? And I just
- 0:41Speaker 2: wish that I had a subtitle the way that Pat
- 0:43Speaker 2: has on his screen, the bad Boy of Reality TV
- 0:47Speaker 2: recap at Dylan Pete Wren. I feel a little lame,
- 0:51Speaker 2: but we miss you terribly.
- 0:52Speaker 4: MP.
- 0:52Speaker 2: It's really good to see you you guys.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Pat, Where have you come up with this title?
- 0:58Speaker 3: By the way, Kate Chastin gave us from gave it
- 1:00Speaker 3: to us from Below Deck.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Okay, so you're sticking with it.
- 1:04Speaker 3: And by the way, if Dylan and I don't talk
- 1:06Speaker 3: over each other, it's because Reality Steve when we were
- 1:08Speaker 3: on his show, he uh coached us up, actually chastised
- 1:12Speaker 3: us on uh cross talk. So that's why we don't
- 1:15Speaker 3: talk over each other.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Thanks to you, well, I we cross talk all over each
- 1:21Speaker 1: other on this show, and I try to stop, but
- 1:23Speaker 1: sometimes you can't help me. You want to make your point.
- 1:26Speaker 3: Yeah, Steve's doing I think he's talking about Dylan. Don't
- 1:29Speaker 3: do that. Seve's gonna yell you Steve, Like, is he
- 1:35Speaker 3: in trouble now because Bachelor's been canceled? Like, what is
- 1:37Speaker 3: Steve doing now? I think he's talking about sports?
- 1:40Speaker 1: Is that true?
- 1:41Speaker 2: We're just lobbing opaque? Fucking cannonball is a reality Steve
- 1:47Speaker 2: right now on Mary Payn's airwaves.
- 1:49Speaker 1: I don't even know him. Am I supposed to be
- 1:52Speaker 1: mad at him? Do you want to talk about how
- 1:55Speaker 1: much we don't like Nick Vile? We can talk about that.
- 1:56Speaker 2: Oh yeah, he sucks, He's talk I'm excited to see
- 2:01Speaker 2: Taylor Frankie Paul's cut down season of The Bachelorette. You know,
- 2:06Speaker 2: we've been begging the show to do shorter episodes, and
- 2:09Speaker 2: I think that this season might have seven minute episodes.
- 2:13Speaker 2: What the scoop?
- 2:14Speaker 1: What's the scoop on that? When are they really like?
- 2:16Speaker 1: What is the scoop?
- 2:17Speaker 2: When are they releasing? I think it's like September or something.
- 2:19Speaker 2: They're going to release it later in the year. But
- 2:22Speaker 2: they got a lot of editing to do. And it's
- 2:24Speaker 2: strange because there's no amount of editing that could take
- 2:26Speaker 2: the person that threw a chair at her boyfriend and
- 2:30Speaker 2: child off the television screen. She's the main person.
- 2:34Speaker 3: I love. I love how though they think enough time
- 2:37Speaker 3: passes that then it's okay.
- 2:40Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, Can I tell you they're not.
- 2:43Speaker 3: All chairs being thrown at a baby? You ever heard that.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Saying they're not wrong? Because she's on a little bit
- 2:51Speaker 1: of redemption tour right where she just admitted that she
- 2:54Speaker 1: was in and out of a treatment facility, self checked
- 2:57Speaker 1: in and checked right out. I'm just here to tell
- 3:00Speaker 1: you that's not great. When you check in and check
- 3:02Speaker 1: right back out. Well you should stay stay a bit.
- 3:05Speaker 3: I don't think it helps that. I think her baby
- 3:08Speaker 3: daddy or fiance Dakota just called the cops on her again.
- 3:12Speaker 3: So he's really throwing a wrench into this. Yeah, it
- 3:14Speaker 3: wasn't that this week.
- 3:16Speaker 2: He's a saboteur, he's a real he's a real dick.
- 3:18Speaker 2: He's just trying to take her down because she's on
- 3:20Speaker 2: a path of righteousness and self improvement and Dakota is
- 3:23Speaker 2: just trying to throw speed bumps in her way.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Is that true. Did he call the cops on her
- 3:27Speaker 1: this week? Because they have a straight they have no
- 3:30Speaker 1: contact with each other, they can't be Yeah, it was.
- 3:32Speaker 3: Something over a custody issue again this week. Yeah, I
- 3:35Speaker 3: could be wrong across you know, I guess fact check me.
- 3:37Speaker 3: By the way, now that.
- 3:38Speaker 2: We're talking about the fact checking, it's real. It was
- 3:41Speaker 2: a day ago he called the He called the cops
- 3:44Speaker 2: on on Taylor Frankie Paul. So yeah, So anyways, we're
- 3:48Speaker 2: excited for that season.
- 3:50Speaker 3: Hold on, I want to talk about this because we're
- 3:53Speaker 3: talking about The Bachelor. I always say that I should
- 3:55Speaker 3: be a producer for TV. You know, by the way,
- 3:57Speaker 3: the Bachelor people producers. I know they probably listened Pink Shad.
- 4:00Speaker 3: They probably big fans. Do not steal this idea. Scrap
- 4:04Speaker 3: Bachelor and Bachelorette future shows. Here is your zillion dollar idea,
- 4:10Speaker 3: because this is what people want to see. Bachelor legacy.
- 4:14Speaker 3: Take the Bachelor cast from season one to season five,
- 4:18Speaker 3: two thousand and two to two thousand and six. Put
- 4:21Speaker 3: the best of the best that are all single. Now
- 4:23Speaker 3: have them in a house. The show is one hour,
- 4:25Speaker 3: not two hours. You have I don't know thirty people,
- 4:28Speaker 3: fifteen males fifteen females. It's a recapture of the past.
- 4:34Speaker 3: You look back on their past season because we love
- 4:36Speaker 3: seeing all that old footage. We see what they're up
- 4:38Speaker 3: to now, and then we're not reinventing the wheel. We're
- 4:41Speaker 3: going on dates with these people, kaya reconnecting them and
- 4:45Speaker 3: it's just gonna be a fun show. And I'd love
- 4:47Speaker 3: to watch that show on Monday nights.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Like singles and singles. Not sure, Yeah, got gotcha.
- 4:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that show could easily get one hundred
- 4:54Speaker 2: thousand people. You think so, yeah, easily.
- 4:58Speaker 1: You know who should host it? Friend Mark Wahlberg.
- 5:02Speaker 3: I'd love that.
- 5:03Speaker 1: He'd be so good at it.
- 5:04Speaker 3: He'd be like, yeah, steal the reunion, that weasel, Nick Vile.
- 5:12Speaker 2: That's right, Okay, Hey MP, sorry, it's your show. We
- 5:16Speaker 2: kind of forget sometimes, we just we we we haven't
- 5:19Speaker 2: seen you in such a long time, so when we
- 5:20Speaker 2: get in these chat rooms with you, we just get
- 5:23Speaker 2: excited and want to mix it up and start pitching
- 5:25Speaker 2: our ideas.
- 5:27Speaker 3: No, let's kill on reality T. Hey reality T. I
- 5:30Speaker 3: want you to write this. Pat for Bad TV said,
- 5:33Speaker 3: why is Nick Vile hijacking reunions from Netflix shows that
- 5:37Speaker 3: he doesn't host that loser.
- 5:43Speaker 1: That that is at bad TV Podcast. If anybody'd like
- 5:47Speaker 1: to make comments, the d ms are open over on
- 5:50Speaker 1: at bad tv Podcast, not at Pink Shade. I have lots.
- 5:55Speaker 1: I also have feelings on Nick Viole, but you know
- 5:57Speaker 1: we've discussed it at nauseum the three of us, So
- 6:01Speaker 1: let me pull up my notes here for Bravo. Let's
- 6:03Speaker 1: talk about I've been listening to all your recaps, of course,
- 6:07Speaker 1: as I do, and I have to tell you your
- 6:11Speaker 1: Valley recaps are so funny. And can I tell you
- 6:16Speaker 1: that so when you it's whenever. I'm always listening on
- 6:19Speaker 1: Patreon and I hear it and it's the Summer of
- 6:23Speaker 1: sixty nine? Is the song that you play for that show?
- 6:27Speaker 2: Yeah? I think, why, oh no, no, no, no, Summer of
- 6:32Speaker 2: sixty nine is? Can I just say big hug through
- 6:35Speaker 2: the television screen. I don't know how you find the
- 6:37Speaker 2: time to listen to us. We love you for listening
- 6:40Speaker 2: to us.
- 6:42Speaker 1: I'm in the car, I'm blow drying my hair. Got
- 6:44Speaker 1: I got time, I got time.
- 6:46Speaker 3: The heat is on.
- 6:47Speaker 1: The heat is on. Yes, okay, it's summer for a
- 6:53Speaker 1: summer house. And by the way, I listen to those
- 6:55Speaker 1: two and I don't even watch Summerhouse. I just listened
- 6:57Speaker 1: to you.
- 6:58Speaker 3: Talking about it.
- 6:59Speaker 2: That's true.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Yeah, it is on because it's hot in the valley,
- 7:03Speaker 1: Is that why?
- 7:04Speaker 2: Yes, the valley is seven to fifteen degrees hotter than
- 7:08Speaker 2: other parts of Los Angeles right now. It's like, what
- 7:13Speaker 2: is it seventy seven degrees in Silver Lake. It's actually
- 7:16Speaker 2: one hundred and twenty seven degrees in Woodland Hills. So
- 7:20Speaker 2: you know, that's just kind of the thing.
- 7:22Speaker 3: Now, MP The valley was made fun of for at
- 7:27Speaker 3: least fifty years, mocked in multiple movies as a horrible
- 7:31Speaker 3: place to live, as a horrible place to be dragged
- 7:33Speaker 3: to if you were a girl that wanted to live
- 7:36Speaker 3: up in the hills. I think swingers made fun of,
- 7:39Speaker 3: like don't go to the eight winy eight. And now
- 7:42Speaker 3: it is the crown jewel of Los Angeles. People are
- 7:46Speaker 3: begging to get into the real estate market here in
- 7:49Speaker 3: the valley.
- 7:50Speaker 1: But Danny and Ea are so poor they couldn't even
- 7:52Speaker 1: afford the valley. They had to go to Santa Clarita.
- 7:55Speaker 2: All of these people are so poor they can't afford
- 7:57Speaker 2: the valley. The valley used to be a working class,
- 8:00Speaker 2: four people in the industry with families that were not like,
- 8:03Speaker 2: you know, douchebags that lived in Santa Monica and Beverly Hills.
- 8:07Speaker 2: Now it's being overrun by you know, people from the valley.
- 8:12Speaker 2: I mean the TV showed the valley. You know, it's
- 8:16Speaker 2: bad Mauricio. We've talked about it before. It's Mauricio's fault.
- 8:19Speaker 2: Mauricio has destroyed the valley.
- 8:21Speaker 1: The agency is the agency.
- 8:23Speaker 2: The agency.
- 8:24Speaker 1: Okay, well we can blame him for a few things then, yeah, yeah,
- 8:28Speaker 1: definitely his wife turned into a lesbian be blamed for that?
- 8:32Speaker 2: Yeah, him, that was that was just her friend.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Oh I'm sorry, Okay, I'm an Mike, you love me.
- 8:39Speaker 1: I'm sure. Speaking of the stop playing all day.
- 8:41Speaker 3: I don't want to be.
- 8:42Speaker 1: On except when I was on TV. Except when I
- 8:46Speaker 1: was on TV. Given Kyle that pretty little lady a tattoo,
- 8:52Speaker 1: remember that was? She just let her friend tattoo her
- 8:54Speaker 1: or tattooed her. I was like, I don't, this is
- 8:56Speaker 1: not regulated. You so has to do that. Yeah, yeah, weird.
- 9:02Speaker 2: If I was MO, I wouldn't be as vindictive as him,
- 9:04Speaker 2: but I would have definitely had a lot more questions
- 9:06Speaker 2: than he had. But anyways, it's fine.
- 9:08Speaker 3: But by the way, if you want to meet Moe
- 9:10Speaker 3: in person, head over to Craigs on any night that
- 9:14Speaker 3: ends in. Why he'll be leaning up to the bar
- 9:16Speaker 3: and if you're younger than twenty five, he'll hit on you.
- 9:19Speaker 1: That's where we saw him. We were in la at Crags.
- 9:23Speaker 3: I knew it.
- 9:24Speaker 1: Yes, we were done with dinner. Was me and my producer,
- 9:29Speaker 1: Ingrid and Matt mar Reality Gaze. We were at dinner.
- 9:32Speaker 1: We'd had a nice dinner and uh we because you
- 9:36Speaker 1: know why not, we had another drink because I'm definitely
- 9:38Speaker 1: sure we needed it and stood at the bar and
- 9:41Speaker 1: Ingrid's like, h six o'clock, Mauricio, it was like ten
- 9:46Speaker 1: o'clock and he was coming in for dinner with a
- 9:48Speaker 1: blonde young lady.
- 9:50Speaker 2: Yeah. Now, if you want to find him in the
- 9:53Speaker 2: daylight kind of the like a day walk or kind
- 9:56Speaker 2: of sighting, Yeah, just go to any of the pot
- 9:58Speaker 2: shops around Laurel Canyon, Adventura and.
- 10:02Speaker 3: You'll see him.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Okay, all right, Well he's busy, he's booked and blessed.
- 10:08Speaker 1: That's so funny. Well, the valley, I gotta tell you,
- 10:10Speaker 1: I know that it's depressing, but like you guys have
- 10:13Speaker 1: said on your show, like because you guys are sort
- 10:16Speaker 1: of that same age and that same shit with little
- 10:18Speaker 1: kids and wives that I've had babies and and I
- 10:22Speaker 1: do appreciate how you guys are like, yeah, your wife
- 10:26Speaker 1: just had a baby. She doesn't want to have sex
- 10:27Speaker 1: to you, and she doesn't want you to go fishing,
- 10:29Speaker 1: Like yeah.
- 10:31Speaker 2: I think one of the frustrating things about the show
- 10:35Speaker 2: is I think that like my generation to a certain degree,
- 10:41Speaker 2: past generation, Pat's an excer or Pats an exer. I
- 10:47Speaker 2: think I'm a millennial, but we're like actively trying to
- 10:52Speaker 2: be better fathers than our fathers were and be more
- 10:57Speaker 2: active with the kids, be more engaged with the rear ring.
- 11:01Speaker 2: And I see my friends and I'm like hopeful, like
- 11:04Speaker 2: we're all kind of, you know, trying to do better.
- 11:08Speaker 2: And then I watched The Valley and I'm reminded that
- 11:10Speaker 2: there are just guys out there that do not fucking
- 11:13Speaker 2: get it. I mean, I understand that Luke's has a
- 11:16Speaker 2: particularly difficult thing on his hands. I think Kristin is
- 11:19Speaker 2: dealing with a pretty you know, pretty serious bout of
- 11:22Speaker 2: postpartum anxiety.
- 11:24Speaker 1: Totally, but.
- 11:27Speaker 2: I mean, Pat jokes about it all the time. Do this,
- 11:31Speaker 2: rub her shoulders and shut your fucking mouth. What are
- 11:35Speaker 2: you doing talking about how you feel right now? It's
- 11:39Speaker 2: so crazy.
- 11:41Speaker 3: The advice i'd give the young men with you know,
- 11:46Speaker 3: with a newborn and your wife at home, just shut
- 11:50Speaker 3: up for two years.
- 11:51Speaker 1: Oh two years, okay, well you can do. But by
- 11:54Speaker 1: then maybe another baby's come along. So now you got
- 11:56Speaker 1: to shut for four ho what's.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Four Yeah, that's that's how you get that's how you get.
- 12:01Speaker 2: Just mash casualty events. I wouldn't say just shut up
- 12:05Speaker 2: for two years, but definitely for the first couple of months,
- 12:09Speaker 2: four to six months, Like, let's definitely he was talking
- 12:14Speaker 2: about sexual Luke was talking about his frustration with the
- 12:21Speaker 2: sexual fast when she was three months postpartum, which is
- 12:27Speaker 2: I didn't I just didn't think guys did that. Still,
- 12:30Speaker 2: it's just such a not not for any kind of
- 12:32Speaker 2: altruistic reasoning, but it's just a it's kind of like
- 12:36Speaker 2: a survival thing, like don't you don't want to you
- 12:42Speaker 2: don't want to go in that that area. It's actually
- 12:44Speaker 2: really dangerous.
- 12:49Speaker 3: Near there.
- 12:51Speaker 1: It's just like you're like they can see the husband
- 12:55Speaker 1: can see what your body looks like, like mashed potatoes
- 12:58Speaker 1: after you had a baby, you know what I mean.
- 13:00Speaker 1: They can see what you look like, they can see
- 13:02Speaker 1: how you haven't slept, they can see how you're you know,
- 13:05Speaker 1: all the physical stuff plus the mental stuff. And then
- 13:09Speaker 1: if the wife has longer maternity leave and stays home
- 13:12Speaker 1: and doesn't go back to work or whatever, and then
- 13:13Speaker 1: you're dealing with like one person has it slept, it's
- 13:16Speaker 1: really really bad. And then to have dudes in cargo
- 13:20Speaker 1: shorts with cameras in your house all the time, it's
- 13:24Speaker 1: got to be like another layer of Like I can't
- 13:26Speaker 1: even get in my kitchen to get a coke because
- 13:27Speaker 1: these guys are stomping around my tiny house.
- 13:30Speaker 3: You know.
- 13:32Speaker 1: Hey, hey, it's officially a hot girl summer and this
- 13:34Speaker 1: is the time of year where I literally thrive because
- 13:38Speaker 1: I love to go to the beach and to me,
- 13:40Speaker 1: there's nothing better than getting outside in the salt air
- 13:43Speaker 1: and just looking at the ocean. It's such a good
- 13:46Speaker 1: reset for my brain. Now, if the beach is not
- 13:50Speaker 1: for you, any little change in your routine can give
- 13:52Speaker 1: you a great reset. And that's why I love all

- 13:59Speaker 1: percent vegan, cruelty free, and made with clean skin loving

- 14:07Speaker 1: I'm very into Thrives Empower Matt Precision Lipstick crayon. There
- 14:12Speaker 1: are eighteen buildable shades. It's super creamy, which is great
- 14:16Speaker 1: for those of us ladies of a certain age. It's lightweight,
- 14:19Speaker 1: it's not sticky. I really love it. I've got one
- 14:21Speaker 1: here at my podcast desk and one in my purse,
- 14:24Speaker 1: and I always want to tell you about their Liquid
- 14:26Speaker 1: Lash Extensions mascara. I wear it every single day. Every
- 14:30Speaker 1: time you see me on YouTube or wherever you see
- 14:32Speaker 1: me in the wild, I'm wearing it every single day.

- 14:38Speaker 1: washes off with warm water. It's great. And did you

- 17:14Speaker 3: start catering towards viewership of our ilk of parenting Because
- 17:21Speaker 3: Bravo's original programming was you know, housewives, and then it
- 17:25Speaker 3: was people working at bars and now of late, you're

- 17:33Speaker 3: because you have, of course The Valley, and then you

- 17:40Speaker 2: One in this City is in the City Babies.
- 17:44Speaker 3: Yeah, they're starting to do that. I think there's more
- 17:46Speaker 3: to come and it's kind of an interesting.
- 17:49Speaker 1: I'm so despondent about the pausing of Ladies of London,
- 17:54Speaker 1: Like what I mean that show was, That's what my
- 17:57Speaker 1: wife was saying, Stellar Steller, you doing not.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Green lighting that immediately immediately.
- 18:03Speaker 1: It's just like Rhode Island. It took off. Everybody loved everybody.
- 18:06Speaker 1: It was so great. And then, of course the rumors
- 18:08Speaker 1: have come out that Margo and her husband did some
- 18:11Speaker 1: sort of lawsuit against Bravo saying she got a bad
- 18:13Speaker 1: edit for looking like a homophobe. Well, you were like
- 18:16Speaker 1: literally saying to Mark Francis like ew, prance Away like ew,
- 18:21Speaker 1: like you were a homophobe lady, right, And I was
- 18:24Speaker 1: always trying to be nice to her because I was like, oh,
- 18:27Speaker 1: maybe she's got some issues, but no, now I hate
- 18:28Speaker 1: her because I think she got.
- 18:30Speaker 2: One lawsuits has Bravo had. That's not a reason to
- 18:33Speaker 2: slow production.
- 18:35Speaker 3: Dylan, can I take you. They need to stop making deals.
- 18:39Speaker 3: So when Ninia comes out and sues them and then
- 18:42Speaker 3: you find out that they made a backdoor deal to
- 18:44Speaker 3: give her a reality show, you open up the door.
- 18:47Speaker 3: You got to have like a steel wall that says
- 18:49Speaker 3: we're not negotiating, you signed a contract.
- 18:53Speaker 2: We always say that reality television talent is the lowest
- 18:57Speaker 2: wrong and they should be treated as such. I mean,
- 18:59Speaker 2: that's how we get the best TV. You know, they
- 19:01Speaker 2: should be treated like war criminals, honestly.
- 19:04Speaker 1: And you know I cover Love after Lockups, So there
- 19:07Speaker 1: you go back to the valley real quick.
- 19:10Speaker 3: So one of the issues with the Valley that I
- 19:13Speaker 3: have is it is it leans a little depressing.
- 19:17Speaker 1: It does, but that time of your life is kind
- 19:19Speaker 1: of depressing.
- 19:20Speaker 2: It can't be really hard.
- 19:23Speaker 1: It's hard.
- 19:24Speaker 3: So I always say what's missing from the Valley is
- 19:28Speaker 3: some fun, and what brings fun is new couples. So
- 19:32Speaker 3: if I was a producer in casting, I'd say, why
- 19:34Speaker 3: don't we have two younger, hot couples in the mix,
- 19:39Speaker 3: because there's there's nothing wrong. More is always better in
- 19:42Speaker 3: reality TV. As Matt Sharp with Love after lock Up
- 19:47Speaker 3: in ninety Days, he just throws couples at the you know,
- 19:50Speaker 3: at you.
- 19:50Speaker 1: It's just because rotating, rotating door, five minute vignettes, five
- 19:54Speaker 1: minute vignettes, and then you just your brain just keeps
- 19:56Speaker 1: getting it.
- 19:57Speaker 3: And then they move on really quickly. And now Meredith,
- 20:00Speaker 3: first sight I saw they're gonna have seven couples in
- 20:03Speaker 3: this new season. Love it for a sight, finally realize
- 20:06Speaker 3: more is better, seven couples. I don't understand why the
- 20:09Speaker 3: Valley they threw a bunch of you know, they added Laala,
- 20:12Speaker 3: they added Swartz. I don't really think they add anything
- 20:15Speaker 3: to the show.
- 20:16Speaker 1: I think Laala does. I think Laala does Schwartz. It's
- 20:19Speaker 1: just like, Hi.
- 20:23Speaker 2: So much.
- 20:24Speaker 3: No I hate Swarts.
- 20:25Speaker 1: I know you, I know you hate Schwartz, but I
- 20:26Speaker 1: don't know you hate Lala.
- 20:28Speaker 3: I don't hate Laala. I just I think she's trying
- 20:31Speaker 3: to find her place in the group. And it's kind
- 20:33Speaker 3: of as like the The Mama Bear is where I.
- 20:37Speaker 2: Think, Yeah, I think Pat's issue and people can feel
- 20:41Speaker 2: this with lawas it's it's a little contrived.
- 20:44Speaker 1: The Valley is a much you mean you're gonna get popped?
- 20:47Speaker 3: What you mean?
- 20:47Speaker 2: Right? Right? So so like so absolutely not though, right
- 20:52Speaker 2: we can't do that. You can't go from like criticizing
- 20:56Speaker 2: women about their summer bodies and then start talking about
- 20:59Speaker 2: how people are going to get capped years later. But
- 21:03Speaker 2: the Valley has a serious problem with the cast. I
- 21:06Speaker 2: don't think that the cast is entertaining enough. I don't
- 21:09Speaker 2: think they're dynamic enough. I don't think they're intelligent enough.
- 21:12Speaker 2: I mean, you can see when you're watching reality TV.
- 21:16Speaker 2: You can see when people have a dynamic wit that
- 21:21Speaker 2: you want to keep watching. No one on this show
- 21:25Speaker 2: has that. No one on this show has it except
- 21:27Speaker 2: for Lacey. Lacey is the only one, and she's not
- 21:31Speaker 2: on the show that often.
- 21:32Speaker 1: She doesn't have a dynamic wit. She's just mean.
- 21:36Speaker 2: She's crazy, though I do I think that's she's got
- 21:39Speaker 2: a whit. But Nia needs a more robust challenge. La
- 21:45Speaker 2: La is not going to cut it. But if we
- 21:48Speaker 2: could talk about bad dads for one second, Danny is
- 21:52Speaker 2: you look at Danny, who's if you have four children
- 21:58Speaker 2: and your body looks like that.
- 22:01Speaker 1: It's incredible his body. You're like, Wow, you drink a lot,
- 22:03Speaker 1: but how does your body look like that?
- 22:05Speaker 2: Yeah, and I'm not saying that, you know, if you're
- 22:08Speaker 2: into that kind of thing and that's what you know,
- 22:11Speaker 2: that's what makes you happy. That's fine, but it's also
- 22:13Speaker 2: very clearly you and Nia are about the presentation, and
- 22:18Speaker 2: it's so they're they're they're so bad at navigating like
- 22:23Speaker 2: this this lie that they're telling, which is we're just
- 22:27Speaker 2: here to know you guys are here to present this thing.
- 22:30Speaker 2: You're both very pageanty and uh. And then you've got Zach,
- 22:35Speaker 2: who is just one of the most grating people I've
- 22:39Speaker 2: seen on reality TV and.
- 22:40Speaker 1: Something, what are you talking about?
- 22:42Speaker 3: What do you mean?
- 22:43Speaker 2: Why do I always have to interject? I don't know
- 22:46Speaker 2: why I always have to be in the middle. Zach.
- 22:49Speaker 2: You do not, you giant headed monster. You do not
- 22:52Speaker 2: have to be in the middle of everything. Oh but
- 22:55Speaker 2: it's a great show. We love covering it.
- 22:57Speaker 1: He has, he has been full eyes. Who do I
- 23:02Speaker 1: have a problem with, Well, you know Danny's closet drinking
- 23:08Speaker 1: and hiding white claws in the bathroom and saying he's
- 23:11Speaker 1: not drinking while he's pouring Tito's into a solo cup.
- 23:14Speaker 1: For me, as a wife of a recovering alcoholic, it's
- 23:17Speaker 1: pretty fucking triggering. Danny is very triggering to me, and
- 23:21Speaker 1: every single thing Lala is saying, as she is also
- 23:24Speaker 1: a recovering alcoholic, about when you're hiding it and doing things.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Everything he's doing is things I used to do. And
- 23:30Speaker 1: this is you have a drinking problem. Like that's it.
- 23:34Speaker 1: And the more they can be like, well, everybody else drinks,
- 23:37Speaker 1: everybody else puts their shit out there. I'm gonna get
- 23:39Speaker 1: drunk and fall down and maybe throw up and whatever.
- 23:42Speaker 1: Like I'm not in a closet hiding I'm not taking
- 23:46Speaker 1: white claws up to the bathroom and saying I didn't
- 23:48Speaker 1: do it. I'm not saying I'm not drinking at your
- 23:50Speaker 1: party while the camera catches you pouring Tito's into a
- 23:52Speaker 1: solo cup, like you have a drinking problem. Like I
- 23:56Speaker 1: understand your church, you know, doesn't like gay people and
- 23:58Speaker 1: doesn't like drunks. I get it, but you need to
- 24:01Speaker 1: just he to me is the biggest problem.
- 24:07Speaker 3: The leather pants, Oh my gosh, the leather pants alone,
- 24:11Speaker 3: we hear you, mp well.
- 24:12Speaker 2: And the other thing is like other people do drink,
- 24:16Speaker 2: but the the the wreckage is a self directed thing.
- 24:22Speaker 2: They're not. They're not smacking people on the ass or
- 24:27Speaker 2: following people into closets and making people feel uncomfortable. They're
- 24:31Speaker 2: just embarrassing themselves, which is fine, and maybe they get
- 24:33Speaker 2: into a fight. I think the thing that's really frustrating
- 24:36Speaker 2: is Danny's. Danny's I don't understand the allegiance that the
- 24:41Speaker 2: cast has to these this queen and king of the show.
- 24:45Speaker 2: It's like aunt Hill Empire. Are these two presiding over
- 24:49Speaker 2: But when Danny gets to fall back on this, I
- 24:54Speaker 2: just don't want my I don't want this narrative to
- 24:59Speaker 2: be perpetuated. That's why I'm hiding it. It's like, no, dude,
- 25:02Speaker 2: that's not what's going on. Man, That's not it. It's
- 25:06Speaker 2: a convenient thing for you to say, this is why
- 25:08Speaker 2: I'm doing it. You just have a substance abuse problem.
- 25:11Speaker 2: It's fine all of us. Do you know one way
- 25:15Speaker 2: with one thing or another?
- 25:16Speaker 1: Yes?
- 25:17Speaker 2: Right.
- 25:17Speaker 3: I put this theory out there on our show, which
- 25:20Speaker 3: is when Jack left, it opened up like a space,
- 25:25Speaker 3: and I think they're all fighting for who show it is,
- 25:28Speaker 3: So they're all kind of like grouping up together to
- 25:32Speaker 3: see to grab power. So Brittany, I think is lost
- 25:36Speaker 3: without Jack's as much as a scumbag as he is,
- 25:38Speaker 3: because at least he held power at the top of
- 25:41Speaker 3: the pyramid and now he's it's a free for all,
- 25:44Speaker 3: so they're all trying to form their own little groups.
- 25:47Speaker 1: Well, I like how Brittany has come out and just
- 25:50Speaker 1: said like this shit with Nia, like she's fake. I
- 25:53Speaker 1: like how she's just like and Chris is like, wow,
- 25:56Speaker 1: I've never heard Brittany like have so much vitrioll. I
- 25:58Speaker 1: was like, she barely said six words. She was just like,
- 26:02Speaker 1: I don't trust the girl. Well, I don't know why
- 26:04Speaker 1: she takes up for her husband, and she just sort
- 26:06Speaker 1: of called it like it is with Nia. And I
- 26:08Speaker 1: liked it because I was like, Okay, that made me
- 26:10Speaker 1: respect Brittany that she's just like I'm not going to
- 26:13Speaker 1: go on this narrative like Nia so nice? Nia so nice?
- 26:16Speaker 3: She's not, you know, little little Batty gave me some
- 26:19Speaker 3: information this week, Danny did Are you aware that Danny
- 26:23Speaker 3: and Nia have a daughter that is actively an actress
- 26:26Speaker 3: making money for the family. Oh?
- 26:30Speaker 1: They you mean they want of their kids? The four
- 26:32Speaker 1: world I've seen come with me as I get ready
- 26:37Speaker 1: for my day and as I take my daughter to
- 26:42Speaker 1: blah blah.
- 26:42Speaker 3: Yeah, she's actually kind of funding the family to a
- 26:47Speaker 3: certain degree.
- 26:48Speaker 1: Well, she must.
- 26:51Speaker 3: Who's a little battye Oh, that's our listeners.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Okay. I was like, is that is that a rapper
- 26:56Speaker 1: that I don't know? Little Battie?
- 26:58Speaker 2: Okay, that's a little zan. Yeah. Little Adelaide is the
- 27:03Speaker 2: cutest little.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Kid I I the newest.
- 27:06Speaker 2: My gosh, she's so freaking cute. But yes, I can't
- 27:09Speaker 2: stand the gas lighting of Brittany. Poor Brittany who is
- 27:14Speaker 2: allowing men into her life that are throwing her into
- 27:17Speaker 2: hedges and asking her for forty bucks so they can
- 27:20Speaker 2: get home. There's a big problem there. But also leave
- 27:24Speaker 2: her alone. If she wants to suck down shellfish the
- 27:26Speaker 2: night before a major surgery, let her. Okay, she's one
- 27:29Speaker 2: hundred percent right about me, as she's the only one
- 27:32Speaker 2: that can see it.
- 27:33Speaker 1: That's and I'm glad she's the I think other people
- 27:35Speaker 1: see it, but they don't want to say it.
- 27:37Speaker 3: Alaa sees it of course, just so weird.
- 27:40Speaker 2: It's like, what are you? You're not going after Alan
- 27:44Speaker 2: Dulles and the Cia. Okay, it's two people that live
- 27:47Speaker 2: in a fucking track home in Santa Clarita. What is
- 27:50Speaker 2: everyone so intimidated about? Just be honest about what they're doing.
- 27:54Speaker 3: Well, they're not intimidated by Danny. He's like a you know,
- 27:57Speaker 3: he's like a caribou with a bum knee, like you
- 28:00Speaker 3: can eat him alive. It's Nia. She's the force and
- 28:04Speaker 3: you'll see that. And you know, we saw the teaser
- 28:07Speaker 3: like she stood in front of Danny when Lala was
- 28:09Speaker 3: coming for him. It's a it's a pretty fun scene.
- 28:12Speaker 1: Yeah, wait a second, Wait a second, a second, can
- 28:15Speaker 1: we just go back to caribou with the bum knee?
- 28:18Speaker 2: Yeah, so yeah, any hooved kind of prey if they
- 28:25Speaker 2: need to be as agile as humanly possible because they're uh,
- 28:28Speaker 2: they're they're attacked by wolves, lions, lions.
- 28:33Speaker 1: So they can't run very fast and they they're gonna
- 28:35Speaker 1: be the first one taken.
- 28:37Speaker 2: Y think think of Danny as like a drunk caribou,
- 28:41Speaker 2: Like if if a cariboo had snuck a bunch of
- 28:43Speaker 2: buffalo trace in a closet and then was trying to
- 28:46Speaker 2: get away by from wolf was trying to break its
- 28:48Speaker 2: steamer with its mouth.
- 28:51Speaker 1: If you guys aren't listening to bad TV, this is
- 28:53Speaker 1: what you're getting. This is what you're getting. It's a
- 28:55Speaker 1: lot of real and you've made some sort of cia reference.
- 28:57Speaker 1: I just let it go because you know, last time
- 29:00Speaker 1: I mentioned something about an airport and you went offered, Tim,
- 29:03Speaker 1: and it's about Dulla's airport, So I, yeah, I can't.
- 29:07Speaker 3: To continue the metaphor. So Danny as the drunk caribou,
- 29:11Speaker 3: A bunch of wolves are eating him alive, and he's
- 29:13Speaker 3: trying to tell them that he actually didn't drink. They
- 29:18Speaker 3: still eat it.
- 29:19Speaker 2: They don't care, They're just tearing into his flesh. Yeah,
- 29:21Speaker 2: that's right.
- 29:22Speaker 1: I love. I loved on last episode the description and
- 29:26Speaker 1: the nonsense discussion of Colk holding the cooking and I
- 29:30Speaker 1: was like, isn't that just like what Jerry Folwell Junior
- 29:33Speaker 1: did with his wife and the poor boy he sat
- 29:35Speaker 1: in the corner and watch the pull boyfuck his wife.
- 29:37Speaker 3: Yeah, that's right, and then then you pretend to cry,
- 29:39Speaker 3: but you're actually getting off on it.
- 29:41Speaker 1: And also puff Daddy did that with Cassie and whoever.
- 29:44Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I'm a massive fan of that.
- 29:48Speaker 3: By the way, how much have you experienced in life
- 29:51Speaker 3: where that's where you need to go to get off?
- 29:55Speaker 1: Are you asking me?
- 30:01Speaker 2: Yes?
- 30:03Speaker 3: If you if you had a response to that, MP,
- 30:05Speaker 3: I'd be concerned.
- 30:07Speaker 1: You're like lady you're saying you're you're you're in your
- 30:10Speaker 1: coastal fashion, sitting at your beach house like you're here,
- 30:13Speaker 1: way different than I thought. Okay, let's talk about Rhode
- 30:17Speaker 1: Island though, because a lot of things came up, and
- 30:22Speaker 1: when we start, we're continuing this rumor about Rosie and
- 30:25Speaker 1: this basketball coach. Now, you guys are sports people. Who
- 30:30Speaker 1: is this basketball coach? Is like University of Rhode Island
- 30:32Speaker 1: basketball coach or something.
- 30:33Speaker 2: No, even big sports people don't know who this person is.
- 30:37Speaker 1: Okay, and it's like community college basketball coach. I don't understand.
- 30:43Speaker 2: I'm not sure.
- 30:44Speaker 3: I don't think it's like a big Let me tell
- 30:47Speaker 3: you what the what it speaks to. It speaks to
- 30:49Speaker 3: small town. And in a small town like this, everybody's
- 30:55Speaker 3: in everybody's business. So he does not even a name,
- 30:59Speaker 3: but you can't get away with anything in a small town.
- 31:03Speaker 1: She's the local news, she's the local news girl doing
- 31:05Speaker 1: the weather, you know, local on the eights and all that.
- 31:08Speaker 3: Yeah, and he's a well known basketball coach, probably for
- 31:11Speaker 3: the community college or maybe a small university there, so
- 31:15Speaker 3: everyone knows. And again that's partly to why the show
- 31:20Speaker 3: was so successful. Is you know Kelsey knows that Rosie
- 31:26Speaker 3: has two mortgages because she probably dated the guy.
- 31:29Speaker 1: Yea the mortgage? Yeah yeah right?
- 31:32Speaker 2: And I found a picture of him. Do you mind
- 31:34Speaker 2: if I share the picture? No?
- 31:36Speaker 1: Let me see it? Is he real ugly? Because they
- 31:39Speaker 1: talked about how a lot who Let's see this is
- 31:47Speaker 1: the guy? Well he looks like University of Georgia but
- 31:52Speaker 1: his kids, but it can't be right. Is the Rhode
- 31:55Speaker 1: Island Bulldogs.
- 31:55Speaker 2: I don't know guy Providence. He's a good looking guy, but.
- 32:00Speaker 3: He looks like he's in his forties.
- 32:03Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 32:05Speaker 2: Can I share it happened?
- 32:07Speaker 3: Let me share a personal story. I think the audience
- 32:09Speaker 3: will enjoy this, Okay. I don't ever understand how people
- 32:13Speaker 3: in a small town, for example, Brian thinking he's going
- 32:17Speaker 3: to get away with an affair.
- 32:19Speaker 1: Okay, that my mom stupid.
- 32:22Speaker 3: My mom was married to a guy. Okay, and this
- 32:26Speaker 3: guy that she was married to decided it was a
- 32:29Speaker 3: good idea to get engaged to another woman three towns over,
- 32:34Speaker 3: and then had the balls to print their engagement of
- 32:38Speaker 3: a photo of them and announce it in a newspaper.
- 32:41Speaker 3: Thinking he's going to get away with it, right, and
- 32:44Speaker 3: then go on a trip with this woman to Disney
- 32:47Speaker 3: World with this woman. And while he's gone, my mom
- 32:51Speaker 3: gets a phone call from the girl who's engaged to
- 32:54Speaker 3: my mom's husband, saying, I think we have a problem.
- 32:59Speaker 3: My sisters engaged to your husband. And I'm sitting there
- 33:03Speaker 3: watching my Saturday Morning cartoons and my Mom's like, oh no, no,
- 33:07Speaker 3: he's married to me, and I hear the whole thing
- 33:09Speaker 3: go down. Small town bullshit, How the F do you
- 33:13Speaker 3: think you're gonna get away with this? It took about
- 33:15Speaker 3: ten minutes for the phone to start ringing off the
- 33:18Speaker 3: hook for my mom to find out he had a
- 33:20Speaker 3: separate apartment three towns over, living a completely different life,
- 33:24Speaker 3: and he got away with it for about three months
- 33:26Speaker 3: before the entire town doew And actually people knew before that.
- 33:30Speaker 3: But I don't know how Bryant thought he was going
- 33:32Speaker 3: to take this. When you're having an affair, you can't
- 33:35Speaker 3: go out to dinner. What you're left with is probably
- 33:37Speaker 3: having sex in your office and that's it.
- 33:42Speaker 2: And an affair in La it would be hard exactly
- 33:46Speaker 2: go out in public all the time here and they're
- 33:50Speaker 2: in Cranston.
- 33:53Speaker 1: Yes, I mean, it's crazy. The rosie stuff is crazy.
- 33:57Speaker 1: The Kelsey stuff is crazy. This is And then even
- 34:00Speaker 1: I kind of forgot until we got to the reunion
- 34:02Speaker 1: about the thing about Kelsey dating Dino, because I think
- 34:05Speaker 1: when that first came on the show, I was like,
- 34:08Speaker 1: so with my spreadsheet trying to figure out their faces.
- 34:11Speaker 1: I literally had a spreadsheet. I was like, I don't
- 34:13Speaker 1: understand who is all they look like the same person.
- 34:15Speaker 1: Finally figured it out. We also we also talked about
- 34:19Speaker 1: Billy and Alicia, and she's just I hope she doesn't
- 34:23Speaker 1: go Jorinda and lean so far into like her catchphrases,
- 34:26Speaker 1: like I hope she just stays kookie, like Sonya Morgan,
- 34:29Speaker 1: you know. But she was like, I don't know when
- 34:31Speaker 1: if I was dating he was a staka. But she
- 34:33Speaker 1: says that that they are just they are now discussing
- 34:36Speaker 1: a wedding, and she goes, I want to do it
- 34:38Speaker 1: in Greece because his family's from Greece and you know,
- 34:40Speaker 1: Mama Mia and all that. So so are we seeing
- 34:44Speaker 1: season two wedding in Greece.
- 34:47Speaker 3: He's in some drama, and I think she may be
- 34:50Speaker 3: smart enough to now start you know, how these people are.
- 34:53Speaker 3: They now start getting feedback and they're like, no, you
- 34:56Speaker 3: got to start. You got to start thinking season three,
- 35:00Speaker 3: make season two your planning with Billy and a little drama,
- 35:04Speaker 3: and that's how I think it's going to play out.
- 35:07Speaker 3: The real question is I predicted Kelsey's going to dump
- 35:11Speaker 3: that dude, that dud William, because you can't be serious
- 35:15Speaker 3: with the guy who admits he beats off on a reunit. Okay,
- 35:18Speaker 3: you got to dump that loser.
- 35:19Speaker 1: And you're calling him William his god given government name,
- 35:22Speaker 1: William l Europa.
- 35:25Speaker 3: Got to dump that dou because you know she's getting
- 35:28Speaker 3: DMD by people that I don't know.
- 35:31Speaker 1: Are the court look at her? Are you know she's
- 35:33Speaker 1: got another guy that's going to give her another house,
- 35:35Speaker 1: another nice car bill. Is like, I'm two car payments
- 35:40Speaker 1: away from being done with your car payment.
- 35:42Speaker 3: Yeah, that's right. But it was going to keep that
- 35:43Speaker 3: gym members. So he's gone. Now. The real question is
- 35:48Speaker 3: Rula and Brian. I will say currently, right now, she
- 35:51Speaker 3: is still getting information about what a scumbag Brian is.
- 35:55Speaker 3: I say, six months before the new season drops, there's
- 35:58Speaker 3: an announcement of a separate There is no way that
- 36:01Speaker 3: marriage survives us.
- 36:02Speaker 2: Into season two. There's there's something to be said. For like,
- 36:11Speaker 2: I think like my generation and people are getting divorced
- 36:16Speaker 2: very very quickly and very very good. That good, that's great.
- 36:22Speaker 2: I I I understand like sticking together and taking the
- 36:26Speaker 2: vows very seriously in sickness and in health and all
- 36:28Speaker 2: that stuff. It It drives me insane to see somebody
- 36:33Speaker 2: like Rula stick with somebody like that. Does it like
- 36:38Speaker 2: frustrate you to see Rula standing beside somebody who deserves
- 36:43Speaker 2: absolutely no loyalty whatsoever at this point.
- 36:47Speaker 1: That rule of thing is so crazy. Well, first of all,
- 36:50Speaker 1: we should showed up with that. Rachel knows from New
- 36:55Speaker 1: Jersey that the who will knows the same knows as
- 36:58Speaker 1: Rachel from New Jersey. Remember, I don't listen the god
- 37:04Speaker 1: bless she didn't like her nose. She wanted to fix it.
- 37:06Speaker 1: Everybody's got something, and I'm all for plastic surgery. Do
- 37:09Speaker 1: what you want. I don't know why everybody goes with
- 37:11Speaker 1: that nose, like, I don't know why everybody goes with that.
- 37:14Speaker 1: Oh that's everybody goes with that nose.
- 37:17Speaker 3: The office and he points literally at a ski slope
- 37:20Speaker 3: and he says, you want this, and they say this, No.
- 37:27Speaker 1: I think it is. It's Cindylou who who is just
- 37:30Speaker 1: only two from Whoville. That's what it is. It's they
- 37:33Speaker 1: turned to the side. It's like, whoop, it's crazy. So anyway,
- 37:36Speaker 1: so she got it, God bless them. She likes it.
- 37:37Speaker 1: You know, she got a lip flip whatever. Okay, great,
- 37:41Speaker 1: But the more that Joe Ellen just is like just
- 37:45Speaker 1: like it's just like she's gonna pull out a CBS script,
- 37:48Speaker 1: like she's got so many receipts, so many receipts, and
- 37:52Speaker 1: every time they talk about it, Joel and I go, oh, no,
- 37:56Speaker 1: that was wrong, No hold on, let me just and
- 37:59Speaker 1: she's just and Nope, that's wrong. She's got so many
- 38:03Speaker 1: receipts that Rula just needs to stop. Okay. When they
- 38:06Speaker 1: said when they said, Rula said Brian was divorced in
- 38:11Speaker 1: twenty ten, she met him in twenty thirteen. They got
- 38:15Speaker 1: married in twenty sixteen. But she will not say March seventh,
- 38:21Speaker 1: July fourth, October third. She won't say the date of
- 38:24Speaker 1: the anniversary, which is probably pretty she won't say it.
- 38:27Speaker 2: But here's the thing. Though, he comes out and he
- 38:30Speaker 2: has a timeline that's two years off. Forget the month.
- 38:33Speaker 2: He's two years off. Their timeline and Pat and I
- 38:36Speaker 2: discussed this. You know, Pat's had to coordinate some stuff
- 38:42Speaker 2: in the a legal environment, right, and whether it's in
- 38:48Speaker 2: a legal environment or you're just trying to hide some
- 38:51Speaker 2: shit from your mom when you're in high school with
- 38:54Speaker 2: your friends. Yeah, the usual suspects this shit. Get everyone
- 38:59Speaker 2: all start straight bucking page.
- 39:01Speaker 3: Yeah if it's this isn't even.
- 39:04Speaker 2: An elaborate scam, it's a six year timeline. Lula and Brian,
- 39:10Speaker 2: pull your head out of your ass because you have
- 39:14Speaker 2: a very fear You want to talk about a wounded caribou.
- 39:18Speaker 2: Joe Ellen is a wolf. Okay, she's so good at
- 39:21Speaker 2: this and I know that she's a psycho, but I
- 39:25Speaker 2: love he She was the hero of that episode. I mean,
- 39:27Speaker 2: she was unbelievable that reunion can. I so grateful for her.
- 39:31Speaker 3: She did more work than she needed to do. I
- 39:33Speaker 3: would have said, the one last piece of evidence, reach
- 39:37Speaker 3: out to the Spanish teacher aka Brian's ex and just
- 39:41Speaker 3: get a statement from her.
- 39:43Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, But I mean Joe Ellen is
- 39:46Speaker 1: like Brian got divorced in March of twenty sixteen. You
- 39:48Speaker 1: were pregnant in February of twenty sixteen. So you did
- 39:50Speaker 1: get pregnant while he was still married, And she's like, no,
- 39:53Speaker 1: I met him in twenty thirteen when you got Marridy.
- 39:55Speaker 1: He was divorced in twenty ten. She's like, his divorce
- 39:57Speaker 1: didn't even start until twenty eleven, so he definitely wasn't
- 40:01Speaker 1: divorced in twenty ten. So I don't know if Rula
- 40:04Speaker 1: just didn't know. I mean, she is like a CPA.
- 40:07Speaker 1: She's not a dummy. Joel's like, he's a polygamist, So
- 40:11Speaker 1: how did he marry you and marry her?
- 40:13Speaker 2: She's not a dummy. But there are all different kinds
- 40:17Speaker 2: of intelligence. I couldn't if I had to do what
- 40:19Speaker 2: Rula did, I'd bang my head against a wall. Numbers
- 40:22Speaker 2: do not work in this brain. But it's a little
- 40:25Speaker 2: bit like a neurosurgeon. There're some of the most brilliant
- 40:28Speaker 2: people in the world, but you put them at a
- 40:30Speaker 2: dinner party and they're going to, you know, a little.
- 40:32Speaker 2: They don't have the best social skills. Rula does not
- 40:35Speaker 2: know how to get out of this wet paper bag,
- 40:39Speaker 2: and the people were theorizing that he's got something on
- 40:46Speaker 2: her because the allegiance she has to him, given what
- 40:52Speaker 2: he looks like, given what he's done, given her own
- 40:55Speaker 2: financial independence, given the fact that she's a badass in
- 40:59Speaker 2: her own right, something really weird is going on. And yeah,
- 41:03Speaker 2: not just Rula and Brian, but this entire cast is
- 41:09Speaker 2: definitely brushing up against some some stints in the clink.
- 41:13Speaker 2: And I think by the time we get to season five,
- 41:15Speaker 2: one or two of these people will be in prison.
- 41:18Speaker 3: For I'll go on house shop and I'll place some
- 41:21Speaker 3: money on that, right.
- 41:22Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 41:23Speaker 1: Yeah. The thing too about Liz and Jerry. When Jerry
- 41:27Speaker 1: comes up, no matter what you said to Jerry, if
- 41:29Speaker 1: you would have said to Jerry, you know, right before
- 41:32Speaker 1: you came out here, like Liz fucked a cameraman, Jerry
- 41:35Speaker 1: would have been.
- 41:36Speaker 3: Like, we talked about it. It's fine.
- 41:39Speaker 1: He was so baked or so drunk or something, no
- 41:43Speaker 1: matter what. And they said something about Dino getting attention,
- 41:46Speaker 1: and Liz is like for all the wrong reasons. I
- 41:48Speaker 1: was like, yeah, because isn't he under in like federal investigation.
- 41:51Speaker 3: Yeah, he by the way, they offered him a deal
- 41:53Speaker 3: and he didn't take it. The idiot probation.
- 41:57Speaker 1: Now I do a federal crime like and you do
- 42:00Speaker 1: always always take the deal.
- 42:04Speaker 2: Famously didn't take the deal. Sweet Karen take the deal.
- 42:08Speaker 1: Do you know who took the deal at the last minute?
- 42:11Speaker 3: Shaw? Now she's out.
- 42:13Speaker 1: Now she's out. Thank god, I haven't seen her much.
- 42:15Speaker 2: Elizabeth Holmes is still in there.
- 42:17Speaker 1: That's right, didn't take the deal. And so all right,
- 42:24Speaker 1: So Brian says, for legal reasons, you know, I can't talk.
- 42:27Speaker 3: About this but due to a non disclosure.
- 42:34Speaker 1: And goes, I can talk about it. So here's what
- 42:36Speaker 1: it is. And Joel and is like, nope, sorry, no,
- 42:39Speaker 1: that's not correct. And I'm sorry, just say something else
- 42:42Speaker 1: because in a something from over here, and I'm going
- 42:45Speaker 1: to pools and I'm going to have my husband hand
- 42:47Speaker 1: me another phone, and I she was so good what
- 42:50Speaker 1: he said. She's a psycho. And she's like, yeah, I know,
- 42:54Speaker 1: I loved it. So he says Joel, and also let
- 42:57Speaker 1: them know that she has nothing better to do than
- 42:59Speaker 1: to research this. She's unemployed because of them.
- 43:01Speaker 2: Right.
- 43:02Speaker 1: She also that Brian's dad, who's eighty, because Brian's like
- 43:09Speaker 1: my age, dad found mistresses dirty underwear in a guest
- 43:13Speaker 1: room at their house.
- 43:14Speaker 3: They bloss right over that.
- 43:16Speaker 1: Bryan fucking is mistress at the parents house. Brian's got
- 43:19Speaker 1: enough money to get a hotel room.
- 43:20Speaker 3: What are we doing well the hotel room.
- 43:24Speaker 2: True, yeah, there's also receipts that it won't take out hotel.
- 43:30Speaker 1: How do you know? Great question, Brian says, your butt
- 43:37Speaker 1: smells like garlic.
- 43:41Speaker 2: Yeah, there's lots of It was a very, very toxic reunion.
- 43:45Speaker 2: The Chanel receipt was pretty good, probably the best receipt
- 43:51Speaker 2: drop I've seen on a reunion. The how did she?
- 43:55Speaker 1: How did how? How did she get his client number
- 44:00Speaker 1: at Chanel and then see as his client number what
- 44:03Speaker 1: he purchased she has. Okay, here's what I want to
- 44:07Speaker 1: tell you. I have a friend who used to work
- 44:10Speaker 1: for Tiffany, So he worked in like the corporate whatever
- 44:14Speaker 1: at Tiffany. We had a friend that a long time ago,
- 44:19Speaker 1: I mean yeah, twenty years ago, got engaged and got
- 44:22Speaker 1: a Tiffany ring for this woman he was engaged to.
- 44:25Speaker 1: She got so mad at him that she flushed it
- 44:27Speaker 1: down the toilet and so it's gone. So then he
- 44:31Speaker 1: bought her another one, which of course we thought was
- 44:33Speaker 1: a mistake. And so I asked my friend to look
- 44:37Speaker 1: that up to see if that was true, because I
- 44:39Speaker 1: was like, certainly he bought her a fake Tiffany ring,
- 44:42Speaker 1: because there's no way he's dumb enough to buy her too.
- 44:46Speaker 1: My friend who worked for Tiffany was able to look
- 44:48Speaker 1: that up and found out, yes he did. So all
- 44:50Speaker 1: you gotta do is know somebody that'll look in the
- 44:52Speaker 1: system for You's a small town that that's bad for Chanelle,
- 44:59Speaker 1: you know, right.
- 45:01Speaker 2: The other thing is, like, I don't the pot store
- 45:07Speaker 2: seems like it could be Legit could also very easily
- 45:10Speaker 2: be money laundering.
- 45:11Speaker 1: Not sure, but this allegedly.
- 45:14Speaker 2: Allegedly alleged. It's all alleged. But we we we we
- 45:19Speaker 2: have to say that and we mean that, okay, because
- 45:22Speaker 2: we don't know.
- 45:23Speaker 1: We don't know, but it's fair. It's a real big house.
- 45:27Speaker 1: It's a real big house on the water.
- 45:29Speaker 2: It's a massive house.
- 45:30Speaker 4: So the the other thing is this bunyon bungalow combined
- 45:37Speaker 4: with a a med spatox.
- 45:45Speaker 2: I'm not very clearly an unkempt uh uh monster. But
- 45:52Speaker 2: do you go and get your bunyan removed at the
- 45:55Speaker 2: same spot that you get boatox?
- 45:59Speaker 1: No, I wouldn't get I wouldn't also get my GLP
- 46:02Speaker 1: one from a botox or foot doctor.
- 46:06Speaker 2: Uh.
- 46:06Speaker 1: Nor he was like, and then in the afternoon I
- 46:09Speaker 1: felt fat, I do botox, and then when I felt puffy,
- 46:11Speaker 1: I do lymphatic drainage, and then I get my na
- 46:13Speaker 1: D I V and then I get my uh bunion
- 46:16Speaker 1: scraped and then I'm like, you you need to go
- 46:19Speaker 1: outside like you're doing.
- 46:20Speaker 2: Dash, you're getting You're singing like a canary. That's the
- 46:24Speaker 2: thing that's so beautiful about this is they the lenses
- 46:27Speaker 2: get on them and they feel like.
- 46:30Speaker 1: Joe Judaice Jo.
- 46:32Speaker 3: It's an East Coast thing too. It really is an
- 46:34Speaker 3: East Coast thing. They love to talk and brag. It
- 46:39Speaker 3: feels good in the moment, and then they'll pay for
- 46:41Speaker 3: it later. Also, Beth the mistress, she was an esthetician
- 46:45Speaker 3: and a business partner also in that establishment. Running out
- 46:49Speaker 3: of that.
- 46:49Speaker 1: She was a well she's either a PA or a
- 46:52Speaker 1: nurse practitioner, because when Joe Ellen pulled out some of
- 46:56Speaker 1: a receipts, she was like one of the partners was
- 46:59Speaker 1: a nurse practition She's like, she's the one that's suing you,
- 47:02Speaker 1: meaning that's the woman who's having the affair with How
- 47:05Speaker 1: did you find out her name.
- 47:06Speaker 3: Was Beth, Well, I just looked it up. It's Beth Walker.
- 47:11Speaker 2: You're so allegedly it's Walker.
- 47:14Speaker 1: Well, she's ligitious, so let's say allegedly.
- 47:17Speaker 3: Oh okay, yeah, yeah yeah. And she also looks like
- 47:20Speaker 3: a thin version of Dog the bounty hunter. She does
- 47:27Speaker 3: Brian stick with Rula.
- 47:29Speaker 1: That's the funniest thing I've ever heard. Okay, let's talk
- 47:32Speaker 1: about the tracker on his car and him saying because
- 47:37Speaker 1: of the non disclosure, I can't talk even though it's
- 47:40Speaker 1: a dismissed case, and they all go, it's a dismiss case.
- 47:43Speaker 1: You could talk about whatever you want and it's you
- 47:45Speaker 1: and your wife. He was like, yeah, so anyway, but
- 47:48Speaker 1: what I will say is uh, having to having to
- 47:50Speaker 1: be away from her for four weeks, I definitely and
- 47:53Speaker 1: banging the other chick at all? Nope, not at all.
- 47:56Speaker 1: I I took those four weeks of celibacy and I
- 47:58Speaker 1: really missed.
- 47:59Speaker 3: Her last half full, not empty, Andy, What what happened
- 48:03Speaker 3: is being away from her while I was banging the
- 48:06Speaker 3: mistress for a month and a half. It made me
- 48:08Speaker 3: miss my wife. Okay, so but hey, Brian, what'd you
- 48:12Speaker 3: have for cereal this morning? Or would you have for
- 48:14Speaker 3: breakfast or lunch? Due to a non disclosure. I cannot.
- 48:18Speaker 1: I can't. I'd like to tell you. I'd like nothing
- 48:21Speaker 1: more than to tell you.
- 48:23Speaker 2: I cannot tell you how many mustard packets I used
- 48:27Speaker 2: because we're currently I just illegally, I can't. I can't
- 48:31Speaker 2: talk about the mustard. But yeah, he's I'm always blown
- 48:37Speaker 2: away by the confidence of just hideous, ugly men, Like,
- 48:47Speaker 2: what what are you? This guy?
- 48:50Speaker 3: You know?
- 48:50Speaker 2: Me and Ruby joked that he's Harry Potter. Fans know
- 48:54Speaker 2: Peter Pettigrew very well. He's like he's a botox version
- 48:58Speaker 2: of Peter Pettigrew, and he out here to having multiple affairs,
- 49:03Speaker 2: putting trackers on his wife's car very clearly to find
- 49:07Speaker 2: out if he has time to get off or not.
- 49:11Speaker 1: You know where is she did? She did? She life
- 49:14Speaker 1: three sixty million. Now she's on her way. Yeah, it's crazy.
- 49:18Speaker 2: It's all very still confusing because I'm not sure why
- 49:23Speaker 2: she went and got the police involved, because she has
- 49:26Speaker 2: this allegiance to him. It's all very messy.
- 49:29Speaker 1: Because she said, I want I went to BMW to
- 49:31Speaker 1: see I thought my husband put a tracker on my
- 49:34Speaker 1: car because how would he know that? She didn't say
- 49:37Speaker 1: what he knew, but it was like, how did he know?
- 49:39Speaker 1: I was heading towards the office, and so BMW said, legally,
- 49:43Speaker 1: they can't do it. You have to go to the
- 49:44Speaker 1: police station. She definitely didn't know he was going to
- 49:47Speaker 1: get arrested, and she said, you know, his trust I'll
- 49:49Speaker 1: have to be earned back is painful every day and
- 49:52Speaker 1: this is his last chance. And Brian the only thing
- 49:55Speaker 1: not other than saying that he missed her when he
- 49:57Speaker 1: was banging the other girl for four six weeks, he says,
- 50:00Speaker 1: Rula is the glue that holds the family together and
- 50:02Speaker 1: I'm trying to be a better husband and a better father.
- 50:05Speaker 1: And then they all kind of sit there and go
- 50:07Speaker 1: and Ashley, just Ashley, who I didn't even need to
- 50:10Speaker 1: be at the union. Ashley leaned over and goes, you
- 50:13Speaker 1: know that you're better than him, and she was like yes.
- 50:15Speaker 1: And Ashley's husband, all he talked about was the ice
- 50:18Speaker 1: maker at his job, and that was it. That was it.
- 50:21Speaker 2: Yeah, I want them on the show.
- 50:23Speaker 1: Still, they're gonna need They're gonna need to They're gonna
- 50:25Speaker 1: need to create a drama or something.
- 50:28Speaker 3: Yeah, they they can't be the chorus, Jared.
- 50:32Speaker 2: She's she's zany enough to kind of just be a
- 50:36Speaker 2: b character and throw some some fun stuff on camera.
- 50:39Speaker 2: He Audrey's not cutting it. The Mochas and the Machas
- 50:44Speaker 2: are not going to cut it. But it's not about
- 50:47Speaker 2: the husband, so that's the good news.
- 50:48Speaker 1: Well, so my good friend they were here with us
- 50:52Speaker 1: at the beach and she's a big, big Bachelor fan.
- 50:54Speaker 1: So when and I'm not, you know, I don't know.
- 50:57Speaker 1: I just know the name Ashley I, but I never
- 50:58Speaker 1: knew what she looked like. So we were watching the
- 51:00Speaker 1: second part of the Union together with my friends, which
- 51:02Speaker 1: is fun because I never have that right. I'm always
- 51:04Speaker 1: like by myself. So we were all watching it together
- 51:08Speaker 1: and she was like the guy that she married, like
- 51:11Speaker 1: he's such as people think he's so good looking. I
- 51:14Speaker 1: don't like his teeth. And I was like, well, they
- 51:15Speaker 1: look alike. They look like twins. I look like they
- 51:17Speaker 1: could be. There's such a twins. And she then she
- 51:19Speaker 1: informed me that Ashley I was a virgin when she
- 51:21Speaker 1: married this guy. Well that's the story right there. We
- 51:26Speaker 1: should have talked about that. I didn't know that.
- 51:28Speaker 3: It was documented. They did like a YouTube mini series
- 51:32Speaker 3: leading up to their wedding, Like it was pretty obnoxious.
- 51:35Speaker 2: Actually she just she's uh, she's an emotional earthquake.
- 51:43Speaker 1: Crying stop.
- 51:44Speaker 2: She's a most hilarious way.
- 51:48Speaker 3: They can say, I want one more Rhode Island couple
- 51:51Speaker 3: that's a complete mess. Another friend of the group that
- 51:54Speaker 3: is now dying having seen season.
- 51:57Speaker 1: Dying to get on the show.
- 51:59Speaker 2: Yeah, I gotta tell you. I know that it's it's
- 52:03Speaker 2: it's not going to happen. But I could do without
- 52:05Speaker 2: ruling Brian, can I can I be honest?
- 52:08Speaker 1: I don't think Aby likes her at all.
- 52:10Speaker 2: I don't care. She's not filming, she's she's got this
- 52:15Speaker 2: getting neuropathy. She's got to lay up in bed because
- 52:18Speaker 2: she doesn't want her shit air. But you came on
- 52:21Speaker 2: the show and it's like, listen the gens Shaw thing
- 52:24Speaker 2: that Mary caused me, that those are crimes of stakes. Okay,
- 52:28Speaker 2: this is just two people in fucking Rhode Island cheating
- 52:30Speaker 2: on each other. Okay, if you're not going to be
- 52:32Speaker 2: honest about it and you're not going to film, just
- 52:35Speaker 2: go away. Go ahead.
- 52:38Speaker 3: There's a point where Batman and I think it's the
- 52:41Speaker 3: dark Night rises. He says, I think I've given everything
- 52:45Speaker 3: I have to give. I think that applies here they
- 52:48Speaker 3: gave us everything they have to get what's what's left.
- 52:51Speaker 3: Have a baby with the mistress. I mean, he's done
- 52:54Speaker 3: all the horrible stuff he can do. We've seen their lives.
- 52:56Speaker 3: It's falling apart. Maybe she can come back as a
- 52:59Speaker 3: say divorce him.
- 53:02Speaker 2: Yes, him.
- 53:04Speaker 1: Did you guys think he had like a bad dye
- 53:05Speaker 1: job on his hair?
- 53:06Speaker 2: Of course I kept looking at it.
- 53:08Speaker 1: I was like, that's weird.
- 53:10Speaker 2: It looked like they started to tar and feather him
- 53:12Speaker 2: and they were like, actually, no, this is this is
- 53:14Speaker 2: we can't do this anymore. No, it's it's all actually
- 53:18Speaker 2: the old suit.
- 53:21Speaker 1: And then he then he lied about why his ring
- 53:23Speaker 1: was off because he gelled his son's hair. And then
- 53:25Speaker 1: even Andy goes, wait a minute, I thought, and he
- 53:28Speaker 1: goes like, either way, there was gel. I was like, okay,
- 53:31Speaker 1: I will say that. It was very, very It was
- 53:34Speaker 1: interesting at the end where the men left and whatever,
- 53:37Speaker 1: and they're asking Rula and she was like that girl,
- 53:40Speaker 1: you know, Beth Walker. I guess allegedly the girl is
- 53:43Speaker 1: a psycho. The girl, the girl is a psycho, and
- 53:46Speaker 1: he's an idiot. And Ashley, Rosie and Rula are all
- 53:50Speaker 1: sitting there and they kind of are looking at Joelle
- 53:52Speaker 1: and then they're like, well, things will be uncovered next year,
- 53:55Speaker 1: so they're like hinting that like they're going to get her,
- 53:59Speaker 1: and I'm When Andy goes around to ask if there's
- 54:01Speaker 1: anything they would do differently, everybody kind of has a
- 54:04Speaker 1: normal answer and do I like that? Kelsey and Rosie
- 54:06Speaker 1: are like, you know, Kelsey's like, if you really actually
- 54:08Speaker 1: mean what you're saying, I want to be friends to me,
- 54:10Speaker 1: we have to be friends like off camera like regular people.
- 54:13Speaker 1: Then Alicia just says she gets the ska on her
- 54:16Speaker 1: face was showing on the camera. Sheoul like she'dn't like
- 54:19Speaker 1: the sky right, Yeah, And Andy goes, so you got
- 54:23Speaker 1: not that you're in a trust and you don't know
- 54:26Speaker 1: what that means, or you're not on the mortgage in
- 54:28Speaker 1: your house. You don't have any stakes in this pizza company,
- 54:30Speaker 1: none of that. No, just this sky right? He is
- 54:32Speaker 1: really bothering me?
- 54:33Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 54:34Speaker 2: And he can I ask you did? As we like
- 54:36Speaker 2: progress through the season, I think we all felt bad
- 54:39Speaker 2: for Alicia, like she was being purposely scorned by what's
- 54:43Speaker 2: his name, the only one people really using. Then the
- 54:47Speaker 2: women are the men. They're all Bill and anyway.
- 54:50Speaker 1: Bill, Billy William Yeah, Bill, Jerry, Gary.
- 54:53Speaker 3: Jerry and Gary do you think.
- 54:57Speaker 2: That do you have any sympathy for a Bill having
- 55:01Speaker 2: seen Alicia's lack of bandwidth to deal with anything trust
- 55:06Speaker 2: or tax related in any way, shape or form, or
- 55:08Speaker 2: do you still think that he's trying to pull one over.
- 55:11Speaker 1: No, I don't think he's trying to pull one over
- 55:13Speaker 1: at all. And that was another weird thing that Ashley
- 55:15Speaker 1: out of the blue like a smiling, laughing like he's
- 55:18Speaker 1: the nicest guy. I was like, did you smoke some
- 55:20Speaker 1: pot while you were in the back room? What are
- 55:22Speaker 1: you doing? Are you just trying to talk? I know,
- 55:25Speaker 1: I don't feel like he's trying to pull anything over
- 55:27Speaker 1: on her at all. I think he knows she's a
- 55:29Speaker 1: little dim and he's just like I've done it. I've
- 55:34Speaker 1: given you the name of Sarah, the person you could
- 55:36Speaker 1: talk to who can dumb it down to your level,
- 55:38Speaker 1: right and can explain to you what these things mean.
- 55:41Speaker 1: And sometimes you know, like, I'm not a numbers person either.
- 55:44Speaker 1: And we met my husband and I met with like
- 55:46Speaker 1: a you because we've got kids and stuff and a
- 55:49Speaker 1: house and all that, and we're like you meet with
- 55:52Speaker 1: somebody to be like, okay, so we will establish like
- 55:54Speaker 1: there's this trust so that like if we die, the
- 55:57Speaker 1: kids don't fight or whatever over you know, and it's
- 56:01Speaker 1: you know, when you're talking to this attorney, I'm like,
- 56:03Speaker 1: back up, explain that. Explain that to me like a
- 56:07Speaker 1: sixth grader, because I don't know what that means. And
- 56:09Speaker 1: they will, they will explain it to you. But Alicia
- 56:12Speaker 1: is just like, no, it's confusing right away. And I said, no,
- 56:15Speaker 1: I got to go have a crack. I mean, like
- 56:17Speaker 1: that's it. She was just like no, and I just
- 56:19Speaker 1: trust that it's going to work out right.
- 56:21Speaker 2: So like, what do you what do you want him
- 56:22Speaker 2: to do?
- 56:23Speaker 3: What do you here to do? Here's the most important part.
- 56:26Speaker 1: He has to be honest. That's it.
- 56:28Speaker 3: There's ten states in the United States that are common
- 56:31Speaker 3: law where if you're married long or you're together longer
- 56:34Speaker 3: than ten years, you're entitled to Halfrhode Island is one
- 56:37Speaker 3: of those states.
- 56:38Speaker 1: Okay, good, So.
- 56:39Speaker 2: That's that she's going to be all right, And that's
- 56:42Speaker 2: I think he's a I think he's a nice guy,
- 56:44Speaker 2: and I love the two of them. The one thing
- 56:46Speaker 2: I don't think it's pulling anything over on her. But
- 56:49Speaker 2: the one thing that I will criticize him over put
- 56:52Speaker 2: a fucking ring on it. Okay, enough with the enough
- 56:54Speaker 2: with the proposing and the Adirondack expressions of love. Go
- 56:59Speaker 2: have a wedding and get married to her.
- 57:00Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, just do it. I agree with that. I mean,
- 57:04Speaker 1: I mean, they got a they got a kid. I
- 57:05Speaker 1: mean he just seems sort of, hey, how you doing.
- 57:09Speaker 1: He kind of grew on me as we went. Everybody
- 57:11Speaker 1: grew on me, ass meant, and and Jerry got Jerry
- 57:15Speaker 1: of lizzid Jerry. He got more repulsive to me as
- 57:17Speaker 1: we went. And by the way, you guys, my theory
- 57:21Speaker 1: that I've proposed on the show is Rhode Island is
- 57:25Speaker 1: a huge drug smug hub. And the reason I know
- 57:29Speaker 1: this is because love after lock up there was a
- 57:32Speaker 1: couple Montana Mills and Justine. Now, you guys did watch
- 57:36Speaker 1: it for a while. I don't know if you were so.
- 57:38Speaker 1: Montana Montana Mills with the Z of course, was a rapper,
- 57:42Speaker 1: but also in prison for a fentanyl Okay, so he was.
- 57:47Speaker 1: He's all king of Rhode Island, but he the reason
- 57:51Speaker 1: he was in prison in Pennsylvania was because of like
- 57:53Speaker 1: an over the border situation, but he was. He explained
- 57:58Speaker 1: on one of the earlier episodes when he got out
- 58:00Speaker 1: I Rhode Island was a perfect place for drug smuggling.
- 58:03Speaker 1: The access to the water, there's a through to like
- 58:05Speaker 1: three different states. And he explained why Rhode Island doesn't
- 58:09Speaker 1: seem like you would be the king of the fentanyl
- 58:12Speaker 1: that he was because of Rhode Island. So that put
- 58:15Speaker 1: me thinking about like Jerry being gone for months at
- 58:18Speaker 1: a time and his best friend is going to federal
- 58:20Speaker 1: prison for drug smuggling.
- 58:23Speaker 3: They have a mid shop.
- 58:24Speaker 1: I'm just sort of all alleged.
- 58:29Speaker 3: Let's carry let's carry that thought through. Okay, who's friends
- 58:33Speaker 3: with a mid level cocaine dealer in your fifties? Right. Secondly,
- 58:38Speaker 3: let's let's be honest. Liz and Jerry they're fucking morons.
- 58:43Speaker 3: They have a gigantic house. If you meant them to,
- 58:46Speaker 3: would you'd go like, Okay, these two probably looking like
- 58:50Speaker 3: blue collar workers. They probably own like a tanning salon
- 58:53Speaker 3: or something, and in amongst.
- 58:55Speaker 2: Five hundred square feet put.
- 58:57Speaker 3: Mansion on the water. How the hell did these two
- 59:01Speaker 3: look like they don't have enough brain cells err up
- 59:03Speaker 3: together own this property? Any makes sense. It does not
- 59:09Speaker 3: make any sense at all.
- 59:12Speaker 1: Is it a huge chain of pot stores or is
- 59:15Speaker 1: it like one or two?
- 59:16Speaker 3: By the way, highly regulated, the federal government makes sure
- 59:20Speaker 3: no one gets rich out of that business.
- 59:22Speaker 2: And I guess you listen, I live at potchops. Okay,
- 59:27Speaker 2: we saw that pot trap. It looked like a a
- 59:31Speaker 2: bespoke operation. It wasn't an apple store, the kind of
- 59:34Speaker 2: pot stores we have out here where people are making
- 59:37Speaker 2: money hand over fist. But that looked like a quaint
- 59:40Speaker 2: little operation, not a you know, an empire, a monocle
- 59:46Speaker 2: kind of empire on the water.
- 59:48Speaker 3: Yeah, also to your thought. So they were investigated, both
- 59:52Speaker 3: of them in two thousand and three. They couldn't pin
- 59:54Speaker 3: it down on them. But what they were being accused
- 59:56Speaker 3: of is actually funding the operation that Dino was working on,
- 1:00:00Speaker 3: which is very hard to track that money. It doesn't
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: mean they weren't doing it, It just means they could
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: not pin them down on the money.
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: And also, at age fifty, he's like, you know what
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: I'm going to do. I'm going to become a sport
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: fisherman where I'm going to be gone for three months
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: at a time on a boat. Also is a little sus.
- 1:00:17Speaker 3: And the guy who's been arrested for drug dealing is
- 1:00:20Speaker 3: staying with Liz the entire.
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: Time, taking care of her.
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: Right yeah, okay, we'll see I'm killing I don't want,
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: I don't want.
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: I don't want that for them.
- 1:00:31Speaker 3: But are watching this show and digging through their taxes
- 1:00:36Speaker 3: right now? I can sell you a b some up
- 1:00:39Speaker 3: waterfront property in Glendale. That's that's.
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: I know, you guys know you're not watching Atlanta. I
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: I kind of went off it for a while and
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: then I got back on it, and it's really good.
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: The Angela Oakley of it all. And like I told
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: you guys, because you know, my husband's a sporty guy.
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: That the fact that Charles Oakley appears normally on this show,
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: and my husband's like, just Charles Oakley and I'm like, yeah,
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: he's Angela Oakley's husband. He's like no, no, no, no,
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: no no no no no no no no. He played
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: with Jordan, he's this and and I go, well, he's
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: on this show. Now my usband was like, huh.
- 1:01:14Speaker 3: It's become normalized at this point. It really has.
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: Well. Now I've got like more respect for her, knowing
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: like what a big deal he is. I mean I
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: think he like had a baby with somebody else while
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: they were married.
- 1:01:24Speaker 3: But you know whatever, Pinky's attack statements through her bankruptcy
- 1:01:29Speaker 3: how much money she makes a month, it was like
- 1:01:33Speaker 3: for six dollars.
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: It was like it's pretty low. It's pretty low.
- 1:01:38Speaker 3: And she's in bankruptcy court, which she filed in March,
- 1:01:42Speaker 3: and she went out and uh started like two new
- 1:01:46Speaker 3: credit cards, which is completely illegal.
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: You can't do that. No, No, I've been following on
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: the Bravo dotet. I've been watching listening to those ladies
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: tell me about I mean, you know, at the beginning,
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: we were saying, like a lot of people seue Bravo
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: all the time, that Liam Sweeney thing is coming up,
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: and she's she wants it to take it all the
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: way to court for the attention. But like there are
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: so many Bravo lawsuits that literally there's more than one
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: Bravo Legal podcast to explain to you what's going on.
- 1:02:13Speaker 3: Below Jack, there is a guy from like six seasons
- 1:02:16Speaker 3: ago that has actually made some headway. It's gone like
- 1:02:19Speaker 3: maybe not to the highest Supreme court, but like one
- 1:02:22Speaker 3: just under that actually made it through multiple Like what's
- 1:02:26Speaker 3: his complaint sex trafficking. I think no, no, no, no,
- 1:02:29Speaker 3: that they manipulated the edit to just create a completely
- 1:02:33Speaker 3: different narrative with the footage, which kind of goes out
- 1:02:36Speaker 3: of the bounds. Go ahead, what were we going to say?
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: Wasn't there a guy that.
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: But you signed a contract that says they can do
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: whatever they want with the footage.
- 1:02:43Speaker 3: I agree with that, but I think it was so
- 1:02:47Speaker 3: crossing the line of actually making you look like someone
- 1:02:50Speaker 3: that you absolutely aren't. But anyway, it actually I forget
- 1:02:53Speaker 3: what the legal term is, but got to the point
- 1:02:56Speaker 3: where it's so egregious that they actually are going to
- 1:02:59Speaker 3: hear the r guments for it. By the way, my
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: computer is going to die in about three minutes. Sorry.
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: Okay, well then we should wrap it up till looks
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: like he did it some research.
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: No, there's this guy, Barry Drew at Barlow. He was
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: a property developer on below deck sailing out.
- 1:03:13Speaker 3: To different guy we had him on.
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: Well he's a bad guy, okay, like eyes watching, you talked.
- 1:03:21Speaker 3: Soccer about him. He's the guy that had the daughter
- 1:03:23Speaker 3: that was dating a guy and then he ended up
- 1:03:25Speaker 3: dating her boyfriend.
- 1:03:27Speaker 2: Yes, that's right, that's.
- 1:03:28Speaker 3: Right now, we're talking about a cast member that worked
- 1:03:31Speaker 3: on a boat as a decie and he is now
- 1:03:33Speaker 3: suing Bravo.
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: Got it? Got it? Well, oh my god, you guys.
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: Don't let them sue you. You guys. Patrick's computer is
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: going to die, so we'll wrap it up. Is there
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: anything else that you guys are watching that you want
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: to recommend?
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: No, I wouldn't recommend that anybody watch reality TV, But
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: if you're watching Reality TV in the city or we're
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: covering and we're about to start, oh see, I don't

- 1:04:10Speaker 3: I know. I got it too.
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: I watched the They won't give me the Valley. They
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: absolutely will not fucking give me the Valley, but they'll
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: give me the o C.
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: Yeah what.
- 1:04:21Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: Even Patrick tried to help me and they were like
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: still no, still no, still no. Tell everybody what you're
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: covering and where they could find you.
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: Below deck in the city. OC all at b TV
