- 1:02Speaker 2: So much going on, so many of my you know,
- 1:04Speaker 2: this is my this is my simulcast right, this is
- 1:07Speaker 2: my radio and TV show at the exact same time.
- 1:10Speaker 3: So many of my fans were.
- 1:11Speaker 4: Like, where are you?
- 1:12Speaker 2: Waite, where are you? Because I wasn't on in the
- 1:14Speaker 2: first hour because I had a speech today at the
- 1:16Speaker 2: Joe Brown Luncheon at Ahron Hotel in Las Vegas. Had
- 1:21Speaker 2: a wild crowd, standing room only, crowd, got a standing ovation,
- 1:25Speaker 2: they loved it, and I delivered a burn Burners speech,
- 1:29Speaker 2: and so I got back late and I had to
- 1:30Speaker 2: do my real America's Voice TV show recording for ten
- 1:35Speaker 2: o'clock tonight. Seven o'clock eastern ten o'clock excuse me, ten
- 1:37Speaker 2: o'clock eastern, seven pm Pacific. So I taped in an
- 1:40Speaker 2: hour late, So I missed the first hour of my
- 1:43Speaker 2: of my radio show, my national radio show, my Vegas show.
- 1:46Speaker 3: So now I'm here. Now I'm here, and I can
- 1:48Speaker 3: share with.
- 1:48Speaker 2: You everything going on.
- 1:49Speaker 3: Lots going on.
- 1:51Speaker 2: So I want to read you my commentary about last
- 1:54Speaker 2: night's VP debate, and I'm sure that's why people were
- 1:57Speaker 2: missing me.
- 1:57Speaker 5: Like, wait, I need waite to tell you about the
- 1:59Speaker 5: VP debate.
- 2:00Speaker 2: So I'm gonna tell you. The title is JD. Vance
- 2:03Speaker 2: did fantastic landslide winner, you know, just a massive win.
- 2:07Speaker 2: He was so much better than Waltz. He destroyed Walt's
- 2:10Speaker 2: he humiliated Walls, he proved Wallf's lies. He's a liar.
- 2:13Speaker 2: But why were none of the most important issues or
- 2:16Speaker 2: questions in America that matter to Americans asked in the
- 2:21Speaker 2: debate or discussed in the debate.
- 2:25Speaker 3: Let's start with the obvious. I thought JD did great.
- 2:27Speaker 2: He was a master debater, but with Midwest nice he
- 2:32Speaker 2: killed tampon Tim with kindness, a fantastic victory for Trump. Vance.
- 2:38Speaker 2: That's why I urged President Trump to pick JD.
- 2:41Speaker 3: Vance for VP right here at the Gateway Pundit.
- 2:45Speaker 2: I wrote this story five this morning for the Gateway
- 2:47Speaker 2: Pundit right here at the Gateway Pundit way back on
- 2:51Speaker 2: June seventeenth, And of course I also read that commentarian
- 2:55Speaker 2: right here on this show, on Frank's Beach and on
- 2:58Speaker 2: My Real America's Voice show, and I sent to President
- 3:00Speaker 2: Trump and said, my pick is JD Vance for your VP.
- 3:03Speaker 2: JD was my choice because he's a brilliant Yale Law
- 3:07Speaker 2: School educated orator and debater and the perfect choice to
- 3:11Speaker 2: win the all important Midwest battle ground states Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin,
- 3:16Speaker 2: and Pennsylvanian. If you win those, you win the election period.
- 3:19Speaker 2: Last night, JD proved my choice was the correct one.
- 3:24Speaker 2: I also wrote here on the Gateway Pundit about what
- 3:26Speaker 2: a terrible choice Kumala made with her VP, Tim Walls.
- 3:30Speaker 4: She blew it.
- 3:31Speaker 2: By not picking Josh Shapiro, the governor of Pennsylvania. He
- 3:35Speaker 2: undoubtedly would have been much better last night in the debate.
- 3:38Speaker 2: He would have heard us. I reported that the best
- 3:41Speaker 2: choice she could have made, Josh Shapiro, was canceled out
- 3:45Speaker 2: because the Democrat Party is filled with jew haters, and
- 3:49Speaker 2: they just.
- 3:49Speaker 6: Couldn't pick a Jew without a revolt of all their
- 3:53Speaker 6: liberal base and all their college educated jew hating white
- 3:57Speaker 6: people and all of their Muslims in mission in Minnesota.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Last night proved I was right about Tim Walls as well.
- 4:06Speaker 2: He might be the worst VP pick in history. He
- 4:08Speaker 2: was pathetic last night.
- 4:10Speaker 3: But jd Vance's landslide victory over tampon Tim, And for
- 4:15Speaker 3: those who don't understand, we.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Call him that because he put tampons in boys rooms
- 4:19Speaker 2: in schools in Minnesota. JD Vance's landslide victory over tampon
- 4:23Speaker 2: Tim is not the big story. The biggest story from
- 4:27Speaker 2: last night is that the bias liberal media and their
- 4:30Speaker 2: debate moderators refuse to discuss or debate the biggest stories
- 4:36Speaker 2: in America, the most important stories in America, the stories
- 4:39Speaker 2: that matter to Americans, stories that are life and death
- 4:43Speaker 2: for middle.
- 4:43Speaker 3: Class and working class Americans.
- 4:46Speaker 5: Those stories were left.
- 4:47Speaker 2: Out of the debate because they're all losing issues for Democrats.
- 4:51Speaker 2: Republicans keep fighting these debates on enemy territory. All of
- 4:55Speaker 2: our games are road games, and this was football, you'd
- 4:58Speaker 2: play sixteen road games with the crowd against you, with
- 5:01Speaker 2: the deck stocked against you. The questions are all intended
- 5:05Speaker 2: to help only Democrat candidates and appeal to only Democrat voters.
- 5:11Speaker 2: Take Last night, most of debate time was spent on abortion, childcare,
- 5:16Speaker 2: and asking why Trump won't admit he lost the.
- 5:19Speaker 5: Twenty twenty election.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Those are certainly important issues to Democrats. But what about
- 5:26Speaker 2: the tragedy of Hurricane Helene. This is Kumala's Hurricane Katrina moment.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Remember when Katrina struck New Orleans. The media destroyed Republican
- 5:37Speaker 2: President Bush for batching the response. They showed scenes of
- 5:42Speaker 2: destruction and black people suffering. Everyone was black, they were
- 5:47Speaker 2: all suffering. Well, Kamala, this administration just badly botched the
- 5:52Speaker 2: response to Hurricane Helene. Americans are suffering. They just happen
- 5:57Speaker 2: to all be white, and nobody cares. And the media
- 6:00Speaker 2: doesn't care, and liberals don't care, and Biden doesn't care,
- 6:04Speaker 2: and Kamala doesn't care. This administration has abandoned the white
- 6:09Speaker 2: people of North Carolina's mountains.
- 6:12Speaker 5: It's happening right now, Yet no question.
- 6:14Speaker 2: No question in the whole debate while this is happening
- 6:17Speaker 2: at this moment, no question was asked about Democrats have
- 6:20Speaker 2: mishandled the response to Hurricane Heleen. There was no FEMA,
- 6:24Speaker 2: there was no National Guard, there was no military, there
- 6:27Speaker 2: was no nothing. The people have been abandoned there on
- 6:30Speaker 2: their own. More importantly, there is a pattern here, okay,
- 6:36Speaker 2: And this is what JD. Van should have said. There's
- 6:38Speaker 2: a pattern Democrats mishandled the tragic train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio,
- 6:44Speaker 2: and the tragic overwhelming of small towns around America by
- 6:49Speaker 2: illegal aliens, towns like Springfield, Ohio and Aurora, Colorado. And
- 6:53Speaker 2: the tragic fire in Maui, Hawaii. And don't forget the
- 6:56Speaker 2: worst retreat in US military history in Afghanistan. In every case,
- 7:01Speaker 2: we've abandoned the Americans. Kamala is incompetent. This administration is incompetent.
- 7:07Speaker 5: They've abandoned America.
- 7:08Speaker 2: They've left behind communities in needs, suffering. No one is
- 7:13Speaker 2: in charge. That should have been mentioned during the debate.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Who's riding the country? Bids at the beach and Kamala
- 7:19Speaker 2: is in the situation room. What's the situation room? She's
- 7:22Speaker 2: at the bar getting drunk. Don't you see what's going on?
- 7:26Speaker 2: There is no one in charge. Americans are suffering, But
- 7:31Speaker 2: all we care about is spending money on illegal aliens.
- 7:35Speaker 2: But no one thought to ask about that. Last night,
- 7:38Speaker 2: no one or.
- 7:39Speaker 5: Talk about it.
- 7:41Speaker 2: No one thought to say, why are you abandoning the
- 7:43Speaker 2: people of North Carolina, just like you abandoned East Palestine,
- 7:46Speaker 2: just like you abandoned Springfield, just like you abandoned Maui,
- 7:50Speaker 2: just like you left the Americans behind in Afghanistan. No
- 7:54Speaker 2: one thought to ask about the port strike. It just
- 7:57Speaker 2: started the morning of the debate yesterday morning. Is in
- 8:00Speaker 2: this gigantic news. This port strike threatens to cripple our
- 8:04Speaker 2: entire economy. It's costing up to nine billion dollars a day.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Store shelves at least from the east of the Mississippian
- 8:12Speaker 2: are gonna be bear within days.
- 8:14Speaker 5: How will Americans find food?
- 8:16Speaker 2: How will businesses like restaurants, car dealers, furniture stores, clothing
- 8:22Speaker 2: stores get their inventory? If this lasts even two weeks,
- 8:25Speaker 2: so many stores are gonna go out of business. It's
- 8:27Speaker 2: gonna be like COVID all over again. Inflation, well it explode.
- 8:32Speaker 2: You think inflation is bad, now wait till there's no
- 8:35Speaker 2: products on the shelves. And this strike threatens to cripple
- 8:40Speaker 2: Christmas shopping season. If this strike lasts even two more weeks,
- 8:44Speaker 2: there'll be no toys for Christmas. There'll be a massive shortage.
- 8:47Speaker 2: Isn't Kamala and this administration responsible? Yet not one mentioned
- 8:52Speaker 2: during the debate. How about world War three fast approaching?
- 8:56Speaker 2: That's not worth the mention. The world was at peace
- 8:59Speaker 2: under Trump. Now Putin is changing the rules of nuclear engagement.
- 9:03Speaker 2: He's getting ready to nuke Ukraine or nuke NATO countries.
- 9:07Speaker 5: World War three could.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Start any day in Ukraine, the Middle East with Iran
- 9:11Speaker 2: and Israel, with China invading Taiwan. This all happened under
- 9:16Speaker 2: Kamala's watch. Yet no mention during the debate.
- 9:20Speaker 3: And here's the biggest story of all, also hot off
- 9:22Speaker 3: the presses.
- 9:23Speaker 5: Fresh on everyone's mind. The news just came out on Friday.
- 9:26Speaker 2: Ice just put out the data.
- 9:28Speaker 5: We've let in six hundred and sixty two.
- 9:30Speaker 3: Thousand convicted criminals at the.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Border, including tens of thousands of convicted murderers, rapist, kidnappers,
- 9:37Speaker 2: and drug felons. Why did we let him in? Tim
- 9:40Speaker 2: Walls was talking about compassion last night. Every time you
- 9:43Speaker 2: talk about illegals, you have to have compassion. This isn't
- 9:46Speaker 2: about compassion. This is national suicide. Shouldn't someone have asked
- 9:52Speaker 2: about Kamala being the borders are what we let six
- 9:54Speaker 2: hundred and sixty two thousand illegal alien convicted criminals in.
- 9:58Speaker 5: Shouldn't someone have asked how Manyerica's citizens.
- 10:00Speaker 2: Have been raped, assaulted, robbed, and murdered by these illegal scumbags.
- 10:05Speaker 2: How about we actually bring up the names of some
- 10:07Speaker 2: of the women instead of just allowing Democrats to name
- 10:11Speaker 2: the one woman in all of America.
- 10:12Speaker 5: Who died because abortion wasn't available.
- 10:15Speaker 2: There are thousand Americans dead or raped or assaulted at
- 10:18Speaker 2: the hands of illegal aliens. Humanize them by saying their names.
- 10:23Speaker 2: How about the money comeless spending on illegal alien invaders,
- 10:26Speaker 2: and the cost for welfare and food stamps and housing
- 10:29Speaker 2: and free phones and police and courts and lawyers and
- 10:31Speaker 2: prison cells for all these illegal criminals?
- 10:34Speaker 3: So much?
- 10:34Speaker 2: Should ask should we not instead be spending this money
- 10:37Speaker 2: on American citizens? At my speech I got a standing
- 10:39Speaker 2: ovation at that moment on homeless vets, on crumbling infrastructure.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Shouldn't we spend it on the victims of tragedy in
- 10:46Speaker 2: North Carolina, East Palestine, Springfield.
- 10:49Speaker 5: Ohio or Bowie.
- 10:52Speaker 2: The question of the night that was never asked. Why
- 10:53Speaker 2: do we have hundreds of billions of dollars for foreign
- 10:56Speaker 2: criminals and foreign invaders but nothing despair for American citizens?
- 11:02Speaker 2: And why not ask does anyone think these millions of
- 11:05Speaker 2: military males covered from Antitoa tattoos from MS thirteen to
- 11:09Speaker 2: Venezuela and Humus and it has blood Haiti are here
- 11:13Speaker 2: for a better life?
- 11:14Speaker 5: Or you think they're here to rape, rob.
- 11:16Speaker 3: Murder, and take over the United States from within.
- 11:19Speaker 2: Those are the questions important to Americans that were never
- 11:22Speaker 2: asked at the debate last night or the presidential debate.
- 11:25Speaker 2: No one's asking, no one's answering, no one's discussing, no
- 11:28Speaker 2: one's debating. No one's hearing the ringing alarm bells while
- 11:32Speaker 2: our nation is being destroyed. My Pillows, the sponsor of

- 15:19Speaker 2: on radio Talk Media Network syndicated around the country right
- 15:22Speaker 2: here in Las Vegas. AM six seventy is my flagship station.
- 15:26Speaker 2: Obviously I'm a fan of JD Vance and obviously did
- 15:29Speaker 2: very well last night. Obviously he outpunched walls badly destroyed,
- 15:33Speaker 2: just destroyed walls. But there were so many openings that
- 15:37Speaker 2: were left on the table.
- 15:38Speaker 3: There were so many opportunities.
- 15:40Speaker 5: That he didn't take.
- 15:42Speaker 3: But the good news is that.
- 15:43Speaker 2: Forget the polls. The polls all over sample Democrats their liars,
- 15:48Speaker 2: and almost every poll shows the JD one, but not
- 15:51Speaker 2: by a lot, right, But if you look at the
- 15:54Speaker 2: focus group by.
- 15:55Speaker 3: Frank Lunz, who's a Democrat.
- 15:57Speaker 2: The focus group was fourteen independence and then at the
- 16:02Speaker 2: end of the event they asked.
- 16:03Speaker 5: Him twelve two for Trump.
- 16:05Speaker 2: Because of the JD Van's appearance and how big he won.
- 16:09Speaker 2: It went from fourteen independence to twelve two for Trump.
- 16:12Speaker 2: And that's a focus group with Frank Lunch, the famous polster.
- 16:16Speaker 3: And focus group guys, that's so important.
- 16:19Speaker 2: That means something. But JD is Midwest nice and I
- 16:24Speaker 2: am in New York. Donald Trump in your face kind
- 16:28Speaker 2: of in your eye. I'm coming after you. I'm gonna
- 16:32Speaker 2: spit in your eye if I have to, I do
- 16:34Speaker 2: what I have to to win. I would have slaughtered
- 16:36Speaker 2: Tim Waltz. But JD was nice and reserved and gentlemanly,
- 16:40Speaker 2: and he wanted to hug him and kiss him and
- 16:42Speaker 2: shake his hand at the end of the bay and
- 16:44Speaker 2: kiss his wife.
- 16:45Speaker 5: Oh my gosh, who said to me so nice?
- 16:47Speaker 2: I don't know. Maybe that's what people wanted in the Midwest,
- 16:50Speaker 2: and that's how you win in the Midwest. But I
- 16:52Speaker 2: would have rocked.
- 16:52Speaker 3: Him and socked him and slashed him.
- 16:55Speaker 2: And burned him. There were so many openings.
- 16:58Speaker 5: To destroy j D.
- 16:59Speaker 2: Waltsh Why did you bring up the tampons in the
- 17:02Speaker 2: boys room. Why didn't you bring up his wife loving
- 17:05Speaker 2: the smell of burning Minneapolis your town during BLM riots,
- 17:11Speaker 2: because it's the smell of social justice. Why didn't you
- 17:13Speaker 2: bring up the snitch hotline? Who has a snitch hotline?
- 17:17Speaker 2: I thought snitches get stitches all of a sudden, You want,
- 17:19Speaker 2: ever want to snitch if they walk out of their
- 17:22Speaker 2: house for five minutes during COVID. Why didn't you bring
- 17:25Speaker 2: up the paintballs? You shot people with paintballs. You ordered
- 17:28Speaker 2: the National Guard to shoot people with paples if they
- 17:31Speaker 2: stepped out of their house. Why didn't you bring up
- 17:35Speaker 2: that just a few weeks ago? I think it was
- 17:37Speaker 2: a few days ago.
- 17:38Speaker 3: Actually, Governor Walls was in some sort of an event and.
- 17:42Speaker 2: He bragged that pound for pound, based per capital on
- 17:46Speaker 2: the amount of citizens Minnesota as the most illegal aliens in.
- 17:49Speaker 5: The United States.
- 17:50Speaker 2: He bragged about that these people are crazy. Why did
- 17:54Speaker 2: you make the whole debate about the way they've treated
- 17:56Speaker 2: North Carolina and the South that got hit with forty
- 18:00Speaker 2: retrillion gallons of water of rain. Things are so crazy
- 18:05Speaker 2: in this world. It's truly amazing how crazy are Let
- 18:07Speaker 2: me give you two examples of how crazy they are.
- 18:10Speaker 2: You know, I've said this on TV. I don't know
- 18:13Speaker 2: if you were watching when I said it. He said
- 18:14Speaker 2: it on TV, said it on the radio. I said
- 18:17Speaker 2: that RFK Bobby Kennedy Jr. Was caught cheating on his
- 18:22Speaker 2: wife with the reporter who covered him did a story
- 18:25Speaker 2: on him for New York magazine. And he's seventy and
- 18:27Speaker 2: she's thirty and he was having Facebook sex with her.
- 18:33Speaker 2: Don't even ask me on TV to describe what that
- 18:35Speaker 2: means Facebook sex. Trust me.
- 18:37Speaker 3: He's having an affair.
- 18:40Speaker 2: And I said his wife isn't gonna divorce him over that.
- 18:44Speaker 2: She's gonna divorce him over him endorsing Trump. That's how
- 18:47Speaker 2: crazy the world is.
- 18:48Speaker 5: It's true. It just came out today.
- 18:51Speaker 2: Cheryl Hines, the actress getting ready to divorce RFK Junior.
- 18:54Speaker 2: She's getting lawyers to file divorce papers. Not because she's
- 18:57Speaker 2: not mad he cheated. She's mad that he endures Trump.
- 19:01Speaker 2: I knew it. That's how crazy the world is. That's
- 19:04Speaker 2: how crazy liberals are. One more crazy liberal story.
- 19:07Speaker 5: Jimmy Carter wheeled outside in shocking condition.

- 19:20Speaker 2: looks like they're half dead and they're gonna die any
- 19:23Speaker 2: day and they have no quality of life. They're a
- 19:25Speaker 2: skeleton with their mouth open. That's Jimmy Carter's. Jimmy Carter
- 19:30Speaker 2: is a dead man. He's dead, He's a skeleton. He's
- 19:33Speaker 2: weakend at Birdie's. They wield him outside and his son
- 19:38Speaker 2: claims he just wants to stay alive. A few more
- 19:42Speaker 2: days to vote for Kamala Harris. That's how crazy Jimmy Carter.
- 19:46Speaker 2: You know why he wants so desperately to vote for
- 19:49Speaker 2: Kamala Because he wants someone to be a worse president
- 19:51Speaker 2: than him. Oh my god, Oh my god. He wants
- 19:55Speaker 2: to stay alive. Life to him means voting for Kamala Harris.
- 19:59Speaker 2: The most up with a human being in world history
- 20:01Speaker 2: at the highest levels, the most radical communist, the most
- 20:06Speaker 2: unlikable human being, the most hate ad vice president in history.

- 22:01Speaker 2: We got a great guest for you. First, let me
- 22:03Speaker 2: mention what did I say in that opening segment? Former
- 22:06Speaker 2: Bill Clinton, A Doug showing is speechless by Kamala Harris's
- 22:11Speaker 2: cavalier indifference to the plight of the hurricane victims and
- 22:15Speaker 2: the North Carolina communities, the governor says, have been wiped
- 22:18Speaker 2: off the map, a post apocalyptic scene. Nobody cares. They've
- 22:23Speaker 2: been abandoned because they're white, they're rural, and they're Trump supporters.
- 22:29Speaker 2: They've been abandoned, just like Springfield, Ohio abandoned, East Palestine abandoned,
- 22:35Speaker 2: and even Maui, Hawaii, which is a bunch of Democrats.
- 22:38Speaker 3: But they're rural, poor Democrats.
- 22:40Speaker 2: They have no money, they don't contribute to the Democrat Party,
- 22:44Speaker 2: so nobody cares about these people. He's have forgotten Americans.
- 22:47Speaker 2: They've abandoned America, like that guy in that movie Platoon,
- 22:51Speaker 2: William Dafoe on the ground with his arms out, and
- 22:53Speaker 2: then he got shot in the back by the Vietnamese.
- 22:55Speaker 2: As the Americans left in the helicopter. They left him
- 22:58Speaker 2: to die. That's what we're doing every day to our communities.
- 23:02Speaker 2: Biden and Cobble don't care. They're dancing, they're collecting billions.
- 23:07Speaker 2: Oh gosh. The sponsor of this segment of the show
- 23:12Speaker 2: is VRA. They are a global investment and Economic newsletter.
- 23:17Speaker 2: I've been following them and getting their newsletter every morning
- 23:21Speaker 2: for twenty one going on twenty two years. They have
- 23:24Speaker 2: beaten the market eighty five percent of the time, seventeen
- 23:27Speaker 2: out of twenty years. The average Wall Street money manager
- 23:30Speaker 2: loses to the market ninety percent of the time. Their
- 23:33Speaker 2: portfolio is up dramatically. I believe the average position is
- 23:39Speaker 2: up over ninety percent. Is the bear market lows, and
- 23:42Speaker 2: they believe there's still a ton of money to be
- 23:43Speaker 2: made because when the market goes up, they make you money.
- 23:46Speaker 2: When the market goes down, they make you money. It's
- 23:48Speaker 2: called VRA because the VRA Vertical Research Advisory Investment System,
- 23:52Speaker 2: and the vr system makes your money on the way
- 23:54Speaker 2: up of the market, on the way down in the market,
- 23:56Speaker 2: on the way up on the economy, the way down
- 23:57Speaker 2: in the economy. They recommend a goal to three hundred,
- 24:01Speaker 2: and now it's twenty seven hundred. They recommend a bitcoin
- 24:04Speaker 2: of two thousand. Now it's over sixty thousand. Let Kip Herridge,
- 24:08Speaker 2: who owns VRA, prove it to you. He's my buddy,
- 24:11Speaker 2: he was at my wedding. He's a great guy, and

- 24:39Speaker 3: All right, so my guest is here. His name is
- 24:41Speaker 3: Brent Waltz.
- 24:42Speaker 2: He's a former Indiana state senator, author of the new
- 24:45Speaker 2: book Pow Prisoner of Washington.
- 24:49Speaker 5: Brent wats welcome to show.
- 24:50Speaker 1: How are you?
- 24:51Speaker 8: I'm way root, Hey Waite, thanks for having me. I'm
- 24:55Speaker 8: a big fan.
- 24:57Speaker 2: Well, thank you.
- 24:58Speaker 3: I didn't even know about your story.
- 25:00Speaker 2: You were targeted by Democrats and retaliated against by the
- 25:03Speaker 2: weaponized DOJ for not assisting him in going after President
- 25:07Speaker 2: Donald J. Trump.
- 25:08Speaker 5: Tell us the backstory what happened?
- 25:13Speaker 8: Sure, I was a conservative state senator for twelve years,
- 25:16Speaker 8: one hundred percent rating with the National Rifle Association, A
- 25:20Speaker 8: plus rating with right to life. I'm to the right
- 25:23Speaker 8: of about until the hunt. I think in most cases,
- 25:26Speaker 8: and I lived.
- 25:28Speaker 9: A pretty dull, boring life.
- 25:29Speaker 8: I'm an investment banker, I do venture capital work things
- 25:32Speaker 8: like that, and everything was fine. I ran for Congress
- 25:36Speaker 8: in twenty sixteen, gave up my state Senate seat to
- 25:39Speaker 8: do it, lost the primary, and didn't think much about
- 25:44Speaker 8: it until a very good friend of mine happened to
- 25:48Speaker 8: Donald Trump's twenty sixteen campaign finance chairman for Indiana, gentleman
- 25:54Speaker 8: by the name of Rod Ratcliffe. About maybe a month,
- 25:58Speaker 8: maybe six weeks after the announce I get a call
- 26:00Speaker 8: from the FBI.
- 26:02Speaker 9: They want to meet with me.
- 26:03Speaker 8: So I meet with them for coffee downtown Indianapolis, kind
- 26:07Speaker 8: of nervous, not really knowing what they're they're wanting or expecting.
- 26:11Speaker 8: And they didn't ask really any questions about me. They
- 26:13Speaker 8: asked all these questions about Rad basically a fishing expedition.
- 26:19Speaker 8: They asked me, do you know if he did anything illegal?
- 26:22Speaker 8: I said no, not to my knowledge. They said, do
- 26:25Speaker 8: you know anybody who might know something that he might
- 26:28Speaker 8: have done illegal? I said no, not not particularly. You know,
- 26:31Speaker 8: Rod Ratcliffe owned, or at least was a large shareholder
- 26:35Speaker 8: and a couple of casinos in Indianapolis. The Indianapolis area
- 26:39Speaker 8: and has been monitored by the Indiana Gaming Commission since
- 26:43Speaker 8: the late eighties or early nineteen nineties. He's you know,
- 26:47Speaker 8: every tax Attorney's ever filed has been monitored. State police
- 26:51Speaker 8: has investigated him to make sure he didn't have any
- 26:53Speaker 8: organized prime ties. Probably the most investigated man out of
- 26:59Speaker 8: the seven million Hoosiers that live here. And they wanted
- 27:04Speaker 8: to try to find something to either embarrass Trump or
- 27:07Speaker 8: get him in trouble. And when when that didn't work,
- 27:10Speaker 8: they started trying to investigate me. And I went through
- 27:13Speaker 8: my taxes, went through all my business interests, and they
- 27:17Speaker 8: eventually went through my campaign finance information when I ran
- 27:22Speaker 8: for Congress. And you know, that's how this whole process started.
- 27:27Speaker 2: So how did they find something that wound up sending
- 27:29Speaker 2: you to prison? What did you actually do wrong?
- 27:32Speaker 3: Or what your date?
- 27:33Speaker 9: Seventy six days in federal prison.
- 27:36Speaker 8: As Warren Buffett always said that if you have a
- 27:39Speaker 8: police car following you for fifty miles, he's going to
- 27:42Speaker 8: find some.
- 27:43Speaker 9: Some reason to give you a ticket.
- 27:45Speaker 8: In this particular case, it was the interpretation of a
- 27:48Speaker 8: Federal Election Commission definition of a contribution.
- 27:53Speaker 9: I had some.
- 27:55Speaker 8: Some of my fellow business partners decided to invest you
- 27:59Speaker 8: know that I invest money in to a logistics company.
- 28:02Speaker 8: They wanted to donate to my my congressional campaign, and
- 28:05Speaker 8: somehow that morphed into an illegal campaign contribution. So that's
- 28:11Speaker 8: how all this profs started. I had a co conspirator, apparently,
- 28:16Speaker 8: the general counsel of the gaming company that Rod Ratcliffe
- 28:21Speaker 8: was the chairman of and large shareholder of. He was
- 28:24Speaker 8: also indicted. His crime was that out of seven hundred
- 28:28Speaker 8: and twenty million dollars in revenue for this company, there
- 28:32Speaker 8: was a fourteen thousand dollars federal income tax disparity, a
- 28:37Speaker 8: professional service agreement that he had signed off on the
- 28:40Speaker 8: federal government claimed was a campaign contribution, had nothing to
- 28:44Speaker 8: do with my campaign. It was something to do with
- 28:47Speaker 8: the Marion County Republican Party in Indiana, Central Indiana. But
- 28:52Speaker 8: because it was above the ten thousand dollars felony threshold,
- 28:55Speaker 8: he was indicted and actually spent six weeks in federal
- 28:58Speaker 8: prison in Terahood, de for that.
- 29:01Speaker 2: Oh my god, So I mean all of this, it's
- 29:03Speaker 2: so clear this is Democrats persecuting Republicans who support Trump.
- 29:08Speaker 2: This is one hundred percent like a communist country or
- 29:11Speaker 2: a Nazi country. They came after you because you're a Republican.
- 29:15Speaker 2: Is there anything I'm saying that's even slightly off, Brint?
- 29:19Speaker 9: No, you're spot on when absolutely spot on.
- 29:22Speaker 8: And it's one of these situations where I had not
- 29:25Speaker 8: heard the term lawfare before. I know it unfortunately far
- 29:30Speaker 8: better than I ever wanted to to today. But when
- 29:34Speaker 8: people shrug their shoulders and say, well, you know, this
- 29:36Speaker 8: is just an amazing coincidence. You know that conservatives just
- 29:41Speaker 8: happened to be indicted by a you know, an FBI
- 29:44Speaker 8: that has an entirely different worldview than small government conservatives.
- 29:49Speaker 8: I'd say tell that to Roger Stone or Paul mananafor
- 29:52Speaker 8: Peter Navarro, General Michael Flynn.
- 29:54Speaker 9: The list goes on and on and on and on.
- 29:57Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 29:58Speaker 9: I find it very disappointing and very frustrating.
- 30:02Speaker 3: Brent.
- 30:03Speaker 2: I happen to be Jewish by birth, and I swear
- 30:05Speaker 2: to you, what's that famous saying, We'll never forget the Holocaust,
- 30:08Speaker 2: never forget. I think what's happening now in America reminds
- 30:12Speaker 2: me of nineteen thirties Nazi Germany. It does not remind
- 30:14Speaker 2: me of nineteen forties Nazi Germany. I'm not comparing it
- 30:17Speaker 2: to the Holocaust. No one is being sent to prison
- 30:20Speaker 2: camps or concentration camps, or their death in a guest chamber.
- 30:23Speaker 2: I'm not claiming that. I'm claiming that in the nineteen
- 30:26Speaker 2: thirties the Nazis were in charge. They did not kill Jews,
- 30:30Speaker 2: yet they just persecuted them and demonized them and tried
- 30:33Speaker 2: to put them in prison, and put their political opponents
- 30:36Speaker 2: in prison, and censor anyone who said something bad about
- 30:39Speaker 2: the government was in big trouble, and they tried to
- 30:42Speaker 2: throw rocks through your business. That's the kind of thing
- 30:44Speaker 2: that's happening. And they tried to get.
- 30:46Speaker 5: You fired from your job.
- 30:47Speaker 2: That's what's happening today. This, in my opinion, is nineteen
- 30:51Speaker 2: thirties Nazi Germany, and your story is kind of the
- 30:54Speaker 2: epitome of everything that I see happening.
- 30:58Speaker 8: You're right, you know, keep keeping with the Nazi trimeny theme.
- 31:04Speaker 8: Remember the priest who said that when the Nazis came
- 31:09Speaker 8: for the Jews, I didn't speak up because I wasn't Jewish.
- 31:12Speaker 8: When they came for the Catholics, they didn't speak up
- 31:14Speaker 8: because I was Protestant. And eventually when they came to me,
- 31:18Speaker 8: there was no left to no one left to speak up.
- 31:21Speaker 8: I would respectfully share with our fellow Americans that may
- 31:25Speaker 8: not be conservative, they may not be Republican, they may
- 31:28Speaker 8: not be Donald Trump supporters.
- 31:30Speaker 9: That you know, when when the deep State, when the.
- 31:33Speaker 8: Swamp came for the Maga folks, you know, you may
- 31:36Speaker 8: not have chosen to speak up because you know you
- 31:39Speaker 8: weren't one of them. When they came for the conservatives
- 31:42Speaker 8: such as myself. You may have remained silent as well
- 31:45Speaker 8: when they came for the Republicans. You may have chosen
- 31:48Speaker 8: to watch Dancing with the Stars and stick your head
- 31:51Speaker 8: in the sand. But eventually they are going to come
- 31:53Speaker 8: for you, because they always do. Unless you are a liberal, socialist,
- 31:58Speaker 8: statist of the deep State, or at least somebody who
- 32:02Speaker 8: embraces and endorses that political mindset, that political mentality, they're
- 32:07Speaker 8: eventually going to come. You know, they're gonna knock on
- 32:10Speaker 8: your door like they did me. They're going to oppress you,
- 32:13Speaker 8: whether it's restricting your rights, whether it's raising your taxes
- 32:16Speaker 8: and harming your financial viability, your financial freedom. They're going
- 32:21Speaker 8: to do these things because that's what they've done. You
- 32:24Speaker 8: know for hundreds of years. It's what they do.
- 32:27Speaker 2: They're like the what is it is an eternal I
- 32:29Speaker 2: think that was crossing the ocean and the scorpion to
- 32:32Speaker 2: g ride, and and and when he got to the
- 32:34Speaker 2: other side of the scorpion, when he got to the
- 32:35Speaker 2: middle of the water at the scorpions stung him and
- 32:37Speaker 2: he said, why'd you do that? We're both gonna die,
- 32:39Speaker 2: And the scorpion said, because that's why I am man.
- 32:41Speaker 5: You know, that's that's exactly.
- 32:43Speaker 3: What a table they say.
- 32:45Speaker 9: It's it's in. It's in my nature, and it's in
- 32:48Speaker 9: it's in.
- 32:48Speaker 8: The status liberal socialist.
- 32:51Speaker 9: Nature to do this. Uh, it's it's unfortunate.
- 32:54Speaker 8: We just need to be able to be strong enough
- 32:56Speaker 8: to be able to defend ourselves.
- 32:59Speaker 9: Unfortunate.
- 33:00Speaker 8: And you know, I was able to get through this
- 33:02Speaker 8: intact and in one piece. The only thing that they
- 33:05Speaker 8: succeeded in doing was really motivating me to work harder
- 33:09Speaker 8: and write a book.
- 33:10Speaker 9: Hey, prisoner of Washington, we did.

- 35:33Speaker 3: Buying gold and silver.
- 35:34Speaker 2: The price of gold is dearing it all time high,
- 35:36Speaker 2: and central banks, the smartest mind to the financial world,
- 35:39Speaker 2: bought the most golden history in twenty twenty two, then
- 35:41Speaker 2: they bought the most golden history in twenty twenty three,
- 35:43Speaker 2: and now they're on pace to the all time record.
- 35:45Speaker 2: And who's buying the most gold in the world China.
- 35:48Speaker 2: They understand what's coming. So what are you waiting for?

- 36:34Speaker 2: All right, Wayne, on the route, I wanted to grab
- 36:36Speaker 2: Brent Walls for just a couple more minutes. I had
- 36:38Speaker 2: a few more questions for him. He is the former
- 36:40Speaker 2: Indiana state senator author of the new book Pow, Prisoner
- 36:43Speaker 2: of Washington. Very clever play on words pow or play
- 36:48Speaker 2: on letters. I guess POW Prisoner of Washington. I like it.
- 36:51Speaker 3: Brent Waltz, are you back with us?
- 36:53Speaker 2: Do we have you?
- 36:55Speaker 3: I share?
- 36:55Speaker 2: You?
- 36:55Speaker 8: Go add one thing that one of the things that
- 36:58Speaker 8: the deep state always tries to in situations like that,
- 37:01Speaker 8: it's to silence people, either embarrass them or destroy them professionally, reputationally, financially,
- 37:07Speaker 8: so they can't fight back.
- 37:08Speaker 3: And so I.
- 37:09Speaker 8: Started fighting back immediately by writing this book, POW Prisoner
- 37:13Speaker 8: of Washington.
- 37:15Speaker 9: It shares my story.
- 37:16Speaker 8: It talks about one hundred and seventy six days in captivity,
- 37:20Speaker 8: and I hope every liberal reads it and just cries.
- 37:24Speaker 5: Can I ask you?
- 37:24Speaker 2: I wanted to bring it back just to ask you,
- 37:26Speaker 2: like what is it like to be in a federal prison,
- 37:29Speaker 2: to be like a white Republican politician and businessman who's
- 37:33Speaker 2: never done anything wrong in his life, and suddenly you're
- 37:36Speaker 2: stuck in a federal prison system where I assume most
- 37:39Speaker 2: of the inmates are like murderers and drug dealers, they're
- 37:41Speaker 2: probably predominantly minority, and you're like the lone guy in there.
- 37:45Speaker 3: What was that like? Were you okay? Were they threatening
- 37:48Speaker 3: to kill you?
- 37:48Speaker 2: Or what's it?
- 37:49Speaker 5: What goes on?
- 37:53Speaker 8: Well, keep in mind that I was put into a
- 37:56Speaker 8: federal champ just like Martha Stewart, So we then deal
- 37:59Speaker 8: with murderers or killers or.
- 38:02Speaker 3: Things like that.
- 38:04Speaker 8: I wasn't placed in his I wasn't placed in a cell.
- 38:08Speaker 8: We were given these dormitories. It looked more like a
- 38:12Speaker 8: college could dorm probably than anything else. There were certainly,
- 38:16Speaker 8: you know, well represented minorities, his Latinos, African Americans, a
- 38:22Speaker 8: lot of financial crimes, drug crimes, crimes, things of that sort. Ironically,
- 38:30Speaker 8: on my eightieth day, I became the shot caller or leader.
- 38:34Speaker 9: Of the camp that the previous one was.
- 38:38Speaker 8: Trent was was going to I think Pensacola, Florida, and
- 38:41Speaker 8: he was a kind of in his mid fifties, a
- 38:44Speaker 8: former mixed.
- 38:45Speaker 9: Martial artist, big guy.
- 38:47Speaker 8: And he said, Brent, you know, I really think you
- 38:49Speaker 8: ought to ought to take over my position is shot caller.
- 38:53Speaker 9: And I looked at him and just kind of laughed.
- 38:55Speaker 8: I said, you know, if you haven't noticed, my weigh
- 38:57Speaker 8: about one hundred and fifty pounds. Haven't been in a
- 39:00Speaker 8: fight since, you know, the summer between my eighth grade
- 39:02Speaker 8: and freshman year in high school.
- 39:04Speaker 9: I'm not sure I'm qualified to keep order.
- 39:08Speaker 8: And he said, well, but you've got some qualities that
- 39:11Speaker 8: a lot of folks don't have. You're able to, you know,
- 39:13Speaker 8: try to resolve conflicts before they start. And I really
- 39:17Speaker 8: helped a lot of a lot of the folks they're
- 39:19Speaker 8: dealing with legal issues. I went to law school, so
- 39:21Speaker 8: I had a legal background, and a lot of people
- 39:24Speaker 8: were very interested in trying to get various motions filed
- 39:27Speaker 8: and things like that, and so I certainly helped him
- 39:30Speaker 8: with that. And I'd like to think out a little
- 39:32Speaker 8: bit of respect from all the different groups, and I
- 39:35Speaker 8: like to think I did some good when I was
- 39:37Speaker 8: there trying to resolve disputes and help help some people.
- 39:41Speaker 9: When I was there what do.
- 39:42Speaker 2: You see with this Eric Adams, the mayor of New
- 39:45Speaker 2: York City, who dared to I mean, he's a liberal.
- 39:48Speaker 2: He's no great guy, he's next cop, but he's a liberal.
- 39:51Speaker 2: I didn't like most of what he did, and yet
- 39:53Speaker 2: he was like a moderate liberal, and he criticized the
- 39:56Speaker 2: Biden administration fulfilling his city with illegals and said, we're
- 40:00Speaker 2: going bankrupt and you're mishandling it.
- 40:02Speaker 5: And the result of that is he's now indicted. You
- 40:04Speaker 5: think there might be a little connection there.
- 40:10Speaker 8: I'm sure that's just an amazing coincidence, particularly when you
- 40:14Speaker 8: consider the bribery charge that they accused him on happened
- 40:17Speaker 8: in twenty seventeen, five years before he was elected mayor
- 40:22Speaker 8: of New York.
- 40:23Speaker 2: Wow.
- 40:23Speaker 8: You know, this is the typical playbook that they use.
- 40:28Speaker 8: And I could say that, really, there's people in power
- 40:31Speaker 8: and there's people out of power. So if you are
- 40:33Speaker 8: a liberal, that you know that hasn't agreed to bow
- 40:37Speaker 8: down to worship the deep state.
- 40:39Speaker 9: And clearly Mayor Adams.
- 40:41Speaker 8: Has not done that, since he's been critical of the
- 40:44Speaker 8: Justice Department, critical of the Biden administration, you wind up
- 40:48Speaker 8: suffering a very similar quote unquote legal accident that many
- 40:52Speaker 8: of US concern and Donald Trump supporters have found. Again,
- 40:57Speaker 8: that's what's so just strange and bizarre about the statist
- 41:03Speaker 8: deep state mindset.
- 41:04Speaker 3: I think that was left out of the debate last night. Really,
- 41:07Speaker 3: I'm a big Vans fan. Was left out.
- 41:10Speaker 2: It was really left out.
- 41:11Speaker 9: Yes, yes, sir.
- 41:12Speaker 2: Nobody brought up this incredible persecution of anyone who quittizes
- 41:17Speaker 2: liberals and this administration.
- 41:19Speaker 3: Oh my god.
- 41:20Speaker 2: And Kamala what a nutty prosecutor she was, who goes
- 41:24Speaker 2: after people and tries to destroy their lives and brags
- 41:27Speaker 2: about it, including black men who smoke pot.
- 41:29Speaker 5: Well, she admits she was smoking pot and laughed about it.
- 41:31Speaker 2: Amazing. Hey, Bred, they're screaming in my ear that were
- 41:34Speaker 2: on the way out. We got to go. Brent Walls,
- 41:36Speaker 2: former Indiana state senator, congressional candidate, great Republican conservative credentials,
- 41:41Speaker 2: author of the new book Pow Prisoner of Washington.
- 41:44Speaker 3: I'm gonna buy a copy, although I'm scared to read it.
- 41:47Speaker 2: I don't even want to see how bad it was.
- 41:49Speaker 2: I'm sorry for everything you went through, Buddy. You are
- 41:51Speaker 2: a good man and you did not deserve that. And
- 41:53Speaker 2: this country is being destroyed by people like that and
- 41:56Speaker 2: helped by you, and you're the one thereafter. How terrible.
- 42:00Speaker 9: Thank you, Brett, Thank you, Thanks Wwayne, thanks for having me.
- 42:04Speaker 3: Good Man, good Man.
- 42:05Speaker 2: How terrible they would do that to them. On the
