THE HAPPY SERVANT
Our meditation today has the theme: The Happy Servant. The terms ‘master’ and ‘servant’ in the scriptures are numerous. Jesus himself used this in his teaching to explain the figure of the Lord God who is personified as a master, in relation with his people who are considered servants. The master is depicted as good and wise, while his people are depicted in different situation either good or evil.
